Waching daily Mar 23 2018

Right now Expressen is conducting a witch-hunt against Swedish Google, to make them censor YouTube.

It's so bad that "Reporters without borders" criticize Bonnier for their censorship demands.

It all started with them getting Gransking Sveriges channel shut down, because GS did the same as mainstream-media.

They call people and hold them accountable for their "ugly" opinions. But Expressen wants a patent on this doxxing model.

So they used their paper to extort Google via threats of bad publicity, and it worked, sadly.

Then they went after the Nordic Resistence Movement, I don't think many people wept here, but the point isn't Nordfront's gross opinions.

The point is that it starts with them, and ends with you, because then they demanded censorship of historical documents, like Nazi propaganda.

And now they want immigration critique down too, for example FriaTiders upload of Trump talking Sweden and immigration.

Something that, despite all, was a public conference between two nation leaders.

So it went from shutting down nazis, to deleting anything that might benefit SD in the election. Or anything critical of the migration policy the past years.

Expressen are so desperate they translated their articles to poor English, to put as much pressure on Google as possible.

And this shows why freedom of speech must apply to ugly opinions as well.

Because otherwise you get this purity-OCD that ends with nobody being allowed to speak critically of the establishments worldview.

And since establishments can change and be replaced, liberals might as well get oppressed in the future.

Because when you use these tactics against your adversaries, don't be surprised when they wanna do the same back.

And the most obvious here is contempt for the people. Expressen really hate ordinary humans.

They think that you, who use YouTube, are so dumb you could get brainwashed by 70 years old Hitler-movies.

Seriously, what's so dangerous about this material? It's even something you get to see in film studies.

It's educational to view propaganda from totalitarian states.

Censoring history is dangerous, because if we can't learn from history we're doomed to repeat it's mistakes.

And do note how manipulative this angle is: "YouTube SPREADING Hitler's movies"

YouTube isn't spreading anything. Old media is so ancient and irrelevant they don't even get the internet.

A search engine isn't an editor. YouTube offers a server of videos with no analysis of the contents.

This is called freedom. Because it means people can watch stuff they're interested in, whether they agree with the content or not.

And people aren't so dumb they change their entire worldview in a second, just because of a YouTube video. People CAN think.

Aaand now I see they're trying to blame Youtube for the school massacre in Trollhättan.

The article heavily implies one of my videos drew the perpetrator insane.

Hm, that's interesting. Because I use Expressen as a source in my videos.

So if I'm responsible for mass murder, it's reasonable that Expressen would be as well.

Or is it only okay with immigration critique when massmedia does it?

The hypocrisy is enormous considering Expressen literally defends convicted terrorists.

When Göteborgspostens writer noted the inappropriate with NOT criticizing a city hall for their dealings with convicted terrorists,

Expressen came to defense and compared her to McCarthy. A bit rich.

And let's not forget that time Expressen let a very hate-filled woman ponder loudly, as to whether "nazi brown-rats" like Hanif Bali should be rid with poison.

Or why not that time they doxxed a heart-sick pensioner, even though they knew it could lead to her being murdered?

After all, it's not like Expressen has good enough view of mankind to lecture others on what's decent.

Expressen don't engage in honest argumentation, instead it's ugly, low tactics.

Thomas Mattsson tries to extort Google by talking about how they're jews, and that jews should know the importance of censorship.

Because otherwise they're bad jews that haven't learned from history, that's basically the implication of his reasoning.

So it's not just people in general Expressen look down upon, jews specifically are a group they hold to very low standards.

It's crazy I have to point this out to you at Expressen, but jews can condone freedom of speech too.

But it's not just about misanthropy and antisemitism from Expressen, let's not forget the business aspect.

Bonnier-owned Expressen are very upset that people can hear Hitler speeches on YouTube,

while Bonnier sell Hitler propaganda themselves. Expensive too.

And Youtube is a competitor to Bonnier, who offers this material for free, something that probably matters considering Bonnier is losing profit overall.

In other words, nazism is okay if Bonnier can make money off it. Otherwise it ruins democracy.

And Expressen wants to argue that it's not the same, it's about context, on Youtube there's clips arguing FOR Hitler's worldview.

Okay. So when Bonnier sells Hitlers autobiography there's no argumentation for his worldview there?

It's actually embarrassing how foreign the internet is for old media. Expressen wrote this long article about the dangers of old nazi propaganda,

Then when you look at the views one of the movies only has 2000. Another has 19'000, and NMR's channel only has 11'000 subs.

I understand this might sound like much to a dinosaur who doesn't get technology, but 2000 views is a piss in the ocean.

I couldn't even get that little if I tried. I'd even say 20'000 views is a piss in the ocean.

If I'd upload a video of me taking a shit, and reading a Donald Duck comic, that would get more views than any of this.

The point is that this isn't really about nazi propaganda, it's just a lever to get where you really wanna get, which this article reveals.

I quote: "In six months Sweden goes to election. Now a defector reveals how Youtubes algorithms easily can be manipulated to influence the election."

Then they describe how FriaTiders movie with Trump is played up after a video with Stefan Löfven.

Or how Sweden Democrats election movie comes up after videos with Center Party's Annie Lööf.

In other words, they describe a completely normal, functional algorithm as "manipulation".

Not even psychopaths are this dishonest. Of course political clips get played up alongside political clips.

And when some clips are more popular than others, of course they will be recommended over unpopular ones.

If you search various party leaders and sort after views, Jimmie Åkesson (SD) has 6 million views on the first 10 clips. Stefan Löfven (S) has 3, and Annie Lööf(C) has 2.

SD is interesting to people, and that's not strange considering how much the media has covered up over the years.

YOU created this. Even on Expressens opinion page one of their writers admitted to building the overton window, and she felt it was a mistake.

And journalists know they failed with reporting migration fairly, they say it up-front nowadays.

People search SD to make up their own mind. Not because Youtube has an evil algorithm.

On the contrary, Youtube give people what they want. And I don't understand your point.

You want people who use YouTube to be force-fed videos by the unpopular Center Party instead? That sounds more artificial and manipulative than anything.

Right now it's a self-regulating system where videos are highlighted based on the people's will.

You at Expressen wanna turn Youtube into a megaphone for liberals instead.

So it's not weird that both the Moderates, Center Party and Liberals cheer Expressens article. It's all about them not losing votes to nationalists.

Of course Annie Lööf is horrified by how Youtube works. It reflects reality, which is that most people dislike her party.

So liberal Expressen is just conducting opinion-making for liberal Center Party and liberal Moderates.

There is no actual Youtube scandal. There's just a paper that wants people to vote for their parties.

And now, the Moderates and Liberals (party) want to call Youtube to parliament for QUESTIONING.

To investigate their "responsibility", because that's what you do when you love democracy right?

And these are the same parties claiming to be the opposition to the PC-hysteria we've seen the past years.

They act like they're different from the lefties, when they think the same on everything important.

And the Green Party want to widen the law, of course, because they only care about freedom for islamists.

And sadly, Google listened, because now they're gonna introduce a special Swedish version of Google.

Similar to what they have in China, a specially adjusted internet, so by this point I should tip that Google is not the only search engine out there.

You can also use DuckDuckGo, Bing or Startpage, to name a few.

Considering Google is gonna censor search results, there's reason to use other services too.

If I may regress to Thomas Mattssons dubious view of jews, all jews don't think the same.

Sure there are hysterical SJWs amongst jews, like with any other people. But there's also those who want to protect the speech that attacks them the most.

If I may quote a famous jewish woman: "Communists and nazis are different variants of the same evil, which is collectivism."

"But both should be allowed to speak freely. Because evil ideas can only be dangerous in the absence of better ideas."

Censorship is not the answer. To give people better alternatives, and better perspectives, is.

And if you think hateful videos are a problem, allow video responses. Because otherwise you never address the bad ideas.

And then they can't be destroyed. All that happens then is they keep growing, but somewhere else, and stronger - for real.

It's hidden racism that's most dangerous, not obvious racism.

As an immigrant I want to know who hates immigrants, because then I know who to avoid.

Information can never be dangerous. Allowing people to speak freely can only create better foundations for better decisions.

And now I want to speak directly to Google: I hope you understand that Expressen doesn't represent the people.

It doesn't even seem they use Youtube, considering their poor understanding of popularity and your functions.

They don't even understand that you can turn off the automatic playback they get so hysterical over in their article.

And just look how few people care about their articles. 438 shares. That's pathetic.

I get more on my Facebook posts and I'm not even that famous.

Sure, this one got 712 but that's still not fancy considering this is Sweden's biggest paper.

And I'd guess half that number is people angry over how dumb the article is, while the other half is happy journos.

In any case this number isn't high enough to listen to.

Ordinary people are your customers, and it's ordinary people you should listen to. And they want more diversity online, not less.

I don't say this often enough, but I really love Youtube.

I love how many interesting and odd clips there are, both educational and entertaining. I've laughed so much thanks to Youtube, I've learnt so much.

And ordinary people, humans in general, are not stupid enough to think the earth is flat just because they found a Flat Earth-video on your platform.

And people generally aren't stupid enough to think nazis are a big threat online, when they only have 11'000 subs and basically nobody watches them.

Don't be fooled by their lies. There's no proof your brand has been damaged in anyone's eyes, other than Expressens office.

Don't take the Bonnier-paper Dagens Industri seriously, because they're owned by Bonnier, as well as all other papers that attacked you.

Because Bonnier are losing profit and that's why they're doing all this, because they're scared of YOU.

Don't be fooled by the media power-illusion, old media is losing audiences and revenue every passing year.

Youtube is the future, mainstream-media isnt.

Since Youtube is more integrated with the human nature of free will and diversity of ideas.

That's what makes Youtube so nice, that they don't preach what you should think, like MSM does.

That they're not shaming you for your interests and values.

Don't become the media, because then you will lose both audiences and revenue like they're doing.

And that seems to be the goal. This is a great article by Rebecca Uvell you should read. Let me quote the most important part:

"The goal of this propaganda since 2013 is to make politicians force Google & Facebook to hire editorials."

"Thus making them media companies. If they get their wish granted they will have eradicated social media."

"Then it will be, yet again, an editor that decides which opinions are allowed to be expressed."

"Just like 'the good ole days' when nobody could reach people, unless they were approved by the media."

Speaks for itself. Nothing has embarrassed established media more than social media.

Nothing has exposed their lies, fake news and corrupt journalism more than social media and alternative media.

Don't listen to your competition, Google, because that's a certain way to go under as a company.

In Expressen's article there's a mail to contact them, if you wanna leave tips. I'm gonna do just that.

"Hey Expressen, my tip to you is to keep making ridiculous media-attacks that undermine your trust"

"Because it's hardly a coincidence your readers are fleeing to FriaTider."

"I personally benefit from you writing desperate, antisemitic fake 'reports' to try and lure people to the Center Party"

"The same party responsible for Swedens first sharia court. Nothing benefits your opposition more than your hysterial behavior right now."

"And I look forward to the day your office shuts down in shame and anxiety."

"And you realize a youtube-blogger who drinks beer all day had a better grip of reality than you."

"Until then I'll personally make sure less people read your dishonest opinion-making masked as journalism. And I won't have to work hard!"

And "NAMASTE", and post, and THERE!

Have a nice day everyone!

When Can I Quit My Job With Amazon FBA? - Duration: 7:14.

Hello James Greaney here from internetbizuni.com and in today's video I'm

going to be answering the question that I've got asked and I've actually got

asked this question a few times how long will it take me to replace my income so

if you're thinking about quitting your job and golnaz Amazon FBA full-time or

create your own private label branded products and doing this full-time how

long will it take before you're able to do that and just before I jump into the

question I'm just going to give you a bit of background on me so I started my

first private label brand on Amazon back in 2013 and it was 2015 by the time that

I went full time at private labeling again I wasn't fully committed into it I

still doing retail and online arbitrage all the time and I only started with a

small budget of $500 for my first order but if you have a bigger budget to start

with then you can achieve this a lot quicker as well as this it depends on

what type of income you are trying to replace so for example if you want to

replace an income of five thousand dollars or five thousand pounds per

month this is the income that you're making and you want to replace that then

I would say you'd be talking about invest in ten thousand upfront and you

could achieve this in six months with that type of budget behind you but if

you were to start with only one thousand dollars and you wanted to get to five

thousand a month in income for yourself again this is reinvested back into all

your own products then it's going to take you a couple of years to do that

because it's gonna take time to build up your inventory levels and have enough

profit to take this amount of wages out for yourself every month so again it

totally depends on how much you are trying to replace and how much you are

trying to start with so now that I've gave you that example you'll be able to

fiddle it around and you know adjust it depending on what you are trying to

achieve if you're trying to achieve $2,000 per month in income for yourself

that's why you trying to replace then you will be

looking at starting with around $2,000 and it's going to take you six months to

a year before being able to take this as a full-time wage for yourself this is

two thousand in additional profit on top of what you're going to be reinvested

back into your inventory so remember that that you're not going to be taken

out all of the profit straight away unless you just want to keep your

business the same you want to reinvest into new inventory and then you can take

out the salary for yourself but there are two different ways that you can run

your private label business in 2018 you can go ahead and try and create as many

products as possible and make imagine on these products or you can spend time and

develop a product that will be a good seller on the various Amazon America

places and you can technically make enough money of one product if your

product is good enough and has enough demand that you can live on full time

you can still reinvest your profits back into new products but your aim will be

to launch a one product onto the multiple Amazon America places so the

marketplace that I sell on is Amazon Takoda UK Amazon all of the EU Amazon

platforms as well as amazon.com in the US and I am looking branching into

Amazon dot C a which is Amazon Canada very easy to do once your products are

over in the US for amazon.com so this is probably going to be the next American

place that I will be selling on but it's really up to you what type of business

you want to build and whichever route you go in 2018 it really does pay to

spend time and develop good products that aren't already being sold by the

masses so again you could go onto Amazon you can find products that are selling

well but it's important not to copy the exact products to make your own unique

twist on the products this will give you a distinct advantage on Amazon

especially if this product is a product that's in demand on the make various

marketplaces so again I give you another example if you're launching

on amazon.com in the u.s. you might you know look at a football equipment

football in the US as you probably are aware it's different to football in the

UK so what you're making for what we call American football products around

this won't be suitable in the UK yes they will still sell but they're sell in

such small quantities so you'll want to enter into America that you can sell on

the various merica places again look for products you know that are needed in a

house or in a job or something that is needed in different countries so that

you're not just stuck to the one location with your product because that

is definitely the future is working out how Amazon works and once you have that

found out you can easily go on to all of the other Amazon America places and just

replicate what you've done on that Amazon Marketplace it's very

straightforward once you've got one successful product it's easy to roll

them out to the various Amazon America places and that's where the big

opportunity is in 2080 is going on to all of the undeveloped Amazon America

places we'll call them at this stage because there's so much opportunity

there at this time and that's where you really want to be able to go with your

products as soon as you have proven the concept proven that your product is in

hot demand and selling well but I talked about all of this in depth in another

video that I have recently released where I go into detail of the type of

products that you should create that will be in hot demand on Amazon in 2018

and going forward so I will link up that video somewhere around here so you'll be

able to click on it and watch that video and see exactly what you need to do in

order to build success for private label brand products in 2018 and into the

future using Amazon as the foundation for your brand as well as this the

unique private label course is currently open and the advanced private label

course will be opening again soon the unique private label course is for

beginners at Bay he shows you everything that I do from

start to finish from finding manufacturers to get in the product ship

to Amazon product selection etc it goes into all the details that you need to

know if you are a beginner so I will leave that link in the description and

you can check it out for the unique private label course and the advanced

private label course will be opening again soon as soon as I have it updated

and in that I go into all the details of what's currently working at the moment

and increasing my sales and my profit are my products on Amazon I hope that

you enjoyed this video and I look forward to speaking to you again soon

bye

Descente Approche Atterrissage Multipilote - Kingair 200 - GoPro UHD 4K - Partie 2 - Duration: 15:13.

Hi everyone

In the last vid, we've seen the start up

The taxi, take off, and climb

Today, the end of the flight

Descent, approach, and landing

The pictures are not all from the same flight. I wanted to select the most beautiful places

To show you a bit of Scotland

To start: Once in the cruise

PM (Pilot Monitoring) deals with pick up weather informations

Enroute, and at destination

We see here the PF (Pilot Flying) setting few things for the arrival

The PF deals with the radio whilst the PM picks up the ATIS

Then the PM shares the infos with the PF

Communication is a key point in a multipilot cockpit

In this case, the weather is not an issue

The PF gives control to the PM

In order to stay "head down", and set the approach

Then the crew will proceed to the arrival/approach briefing.

This brief includes frequencies, safety altitudes

platform altitudes, vertical and horizontal paths, threats

In IFR, in particular the minimas (visi and ceiling)

I can develop this point if you wish

Here the IPAD with Jeppesen charts is used, and the briefing is company standard

On the Proine 21, the minimas are bugged, so are the Ref speeds

We can hear here the missed approach procedure

Of course, we are in multipilot environment

Both of the crew are open to any suggestion from the other

Here the PM (captain)

Suggest an interesting strategy 30 00:02:35,849 --> 00:02:41,853 Then the PF calls for the Descent check

This Check List is also a challenge/response

Which means that the actions were done before the Check

If you have any questions, post them in comments!

Here is an idea. Next video: Arrival briefing AHA

I leave you with some sceneries

Those pics were shot in Scotland, at EGPL EGPO EGPF EGPK

Ok, I shut up

Once in the layer, IMC, the PF asks the PM (left seat) to set the engine anti ice.

Then, crossing the transition level

Or cleared to an altitude by the ATC

Which is the Trigger for the approach Check List

A cross check of the 3 altimeters is done by the PM

Then the PF calls for the Check

Important point: during the descent or the climb

Every 5000 ft

The PM calls for "passing XXX et Alt Sel XXX"

The PM also calls 1000 ft before a level up "One to go"

And the PF acknoledge "Check"

This ensure a good situation awareness in the cockpit

This BIIIP is the "one to go", told by the Autopilot

No, we are not twiddling our thumbs

Either we follow a published arrival

Or we follow the ATC vectoring (alts, and headings)

Well OK, we enjoy a wee bit lol

We are finally established on the Final approach track

The sequence will be as follows

Flaps 15 °, and the PM checks the speed < 200 kt

Propellers to max RPM

And then Gear down (here <180 kt), which is the Trigger

For the Landing Check List

Then the Flaps down are set (<154 kt)

Here the speed is stabilised at about 130 kt

During the final leg, some checks are done at 1000 ft, 500 ft above minimas, and approaching minimum

The aircraft calls for minimums, and the PF tells his decision

We cross the threeshold at about 100 kt, depending of the landing weight

After landing, the flight ain't over

The crew ensure that they taxi according to the ATC

Then proceed to the After landing Check List

Once on the cleared APRON,

A marshaller is here to guide us

Then we proceed to the shut down check list

Which is a read and do

Which means that we read the items and do them at the same time.

I hope you enjoyed
