Pro-Hillary Twitter Bots Illegally Silence Progressives - Duration: 11:44.
Social media accounts on both Twitter and Facebook have become valuable assets both
for individuals and businesses.
In the same way that a mailing list provides a value to companies, social media accounts
or a fast an effective way to get a message out to thousands of people in a matter of
minutes.
Recently, bankruptcy judges have made the decision to include social media accounts
as assets of businesses or individuals, which means that these accounts are of professional
or personal value and should be treated as such.
In 2011, a lawsuit was filed by the company PhoneDog against one of their employees for
refusing to give up their work sponsored Twitter account after their employment with PhoneDog
ended.
The company argued the Twitter accounts contained trade secrets and other important information
and influence that were the direct result of the company's efforts, not the individual.
The court agreed with the company but the parties agreed to settle before a verdict
could be handed down at all.
So the eyes of the law, a social media account appears at this point to be a valuable asset,
whether held by an individual or a company.
The reason this information is relevant is because a recent expose by Huffington Post
revealed that a crew of establishment Democrats were using Twitter bots to amplify their messages
online and inundate their critics to the point that their social media accounts were nearly
useless because of the barrage of hate that was being sent out there.
And by doing this these accounts may have been acting illegally in these.
These accounts using these Twitter bots had something in common.
They were all pro Hillary, anti-Bernie Sanders people and organizations that to this very
day are still trying to silence progressives who dare to question the so-called wisdom
of the establishment.
Now, money is involved.
Joining me to talk about this is Farron Cousins, executive director of The Trial Lawyer Magazine.
Farron, start out by telling us exactly how social media accounts can be counted as an
asset of value for business or for individuals.
We missed that this, this is a monetary issue, isn't it?
It really is.
Bankruptcy courts have actually kind of been on the forefront of this issuing rulings recently
for both corporations and individuals saying that a social media account is basically a
non-monetary, nonfinancial asset of the individual or the company.
It expands their reach.
You pointed out it's a lot like a mailing list and we all know mailing lists, email
or direct mail are incredibly valuable for corporations because it is a marketing tool.
And in this age of more and more independent contractors and freelancer journalists, Twitter
accounts are absolutely the best tool that they have even for companies for marketing
to get their message out to tens of thousands or even millions of people in some instances.
Farron, let me put it like this, If you have an account and you're using it commercially,
you know that every month it brings in X. number of dollars in advertising or whatever
system you have to generate money from that account.
Now you have these bots, this story about the pro-Hillary bots coming in and just demolishing
the Sanders, the Bernie Sanders accounts.
Those were accounts that were actually making money from advertisement.
It wasn't that they were just about Bernie Sanders, they had a lot of different issues,
a lot of things that brought in advertisers.
Tell us about the PhoneDog v. Kravitz court case, and how that impacts the legal status,
the value of social media.
The PhoneDog case and it's very disappointing they didn't allow this to go to verdict because
it could have changed the landscape, because the court was already willing to say that
yes, social media accounts are absolutely a valuable outlet for companies and individuals.
Now with the PhoneDog case what happened was the employee started his own Twitter account
that the company gave him.
It was, I forget, but it was the guy's name underscore PhoneDog.
So it was connected directly to the business.
So when he left the company he tried to keep it as well as all of the Twitter followers
that that account had gained through PhoneDog.
And the court recognized that no, these Twitter followers are mainly for the company not for
the individual but the bottom line is that they saw Twitter followers as something of
non-monetary value.
Whether you're an individual, whether you're a contractor or whether you're a company,
those Twitter followers that you have are worth something in the eyes of the law and
that is what PhoneDog told us.
Well, that's where the lawsuits are going to develop.
You're going to have these bots coming in, I keep coming back to the pro-Hillary bots
because I guess they believe they're above the law.
I can promise you a lawyer going after them and showing that on day one this account was
bringing in $15,000 a month.
And when the Hillary bots came in it made it so difficult for people to go to that account
that it dropped to 2000 a month that case is a real case and whoever was behind the
Hillary bot kind of program, whether this it was the DNC, whether it was John Podesta
himself, they now are exposed.
It's just a matter of somebody reaching out and saying I'm going to bring the lawsuit.
This is a lawsuit, a big lawsuit on the personal value of these accounts that's waiting to
happen.
Explain what this new report by Huffington Post discovered.
Well basically, they found that one individual specifically, a woman named Sally Albright
who was a communications strategist it said for the Democratic Party, she's basically
in the communications industry, which could mean any one of a million different things,
it's kind of a broad brush people used to paint themselves with these days.
But also groups like Shareblue which was founded by David Brock from Media Matters.
They were using these Twitter bots to silence debate online.
Here's how they do it.
Any time one of these people, whether it's Sally Albright or Shareblue they post something,
then you have these progressives, real progressives come on there and argue and say well, this
is inaccurate.
You're lying here, you're being fraudulent and then these people would notice that suddenly
whenever the group or individual responded to them, that response would immediately jump
up there with an astronomical amount of likes and retweets would inundate somebody's Twitter
notification feed.
By doing that they're basically rendering somebody's Twitter account unusable.
Right.
Not only that.
What it does is it creates chaos, it creates pandemonium on a site.
That's what the Hillary, John Podesta, Hillary bots were trying to do to Bernie.
Now, the statute of limitation has not run on this, let me make that very clear.
If you're an attorney watching this, you might want to take a look at what I'm talking about
here.
Once you put a value on this social media element, then when somebody like the pro-Hillary,
DNC, John, whoever it is takes that away, then you have money damages.
What is your take on how this scam takes away the value of Twitter users account?
Go into more detail about how you would say, this actually destroys the value of that account
that some people have worked years to establish by way of advertising, clearly.
Well for me, I think there's two different legal angles here.
There is the value of the account itself that these people who are being attacked by the
bots, they're losing that value.
When you go on there and you use Twitter as a means to promote your business or if you're
a journalist, your articles, basically your livelihood and you're inundated with responses
to a Twitter argument you got that are generated by bots, that decreases the value of your
Twitter account because it basically renders it unusable.
You have to distinguish and go through and waste your time figuring out who is a potential
client, who's a potential buyer and who is just a bot arguing that you like Bernie Sanders.
But the second thing, and I think this is a big, big legal problem for people like Sally
Albright, is the fact that they market themselves as communications people.
They get clients based on their reach and if you go to them and say well look at my
Twitter account, you see how many responses and how many likes I get, well it turns out
it's bots doing a lot of it.
That is fraud.
That is misrepresentation, excuse me, of services by overstating your actual reach.
The Huffington Post expose actually found out as well that Sally Albright herself is
running a lot of these other automated accounts too, retweeting and liking her own things,
which artificially increases her numbers so she can then go to potential clients and say
look how great I am and it's all a ruse.
Right.
Let me put a landing on the standpoint of the legal aspect of it.
States have consumer fraud statutes.
Most states have something that is a variation of a consumer fraud statute.
Now, that's statutory.
That falls out just like, you know, a typical analysis of a case, it's statutory.
It's written, all you've got to do is follow the statute and see does the fact situation
plug in and does it work under that statute.
What you're describing absolutely would work under most consumer fraud statutes.
And so, it's beyond me at this point why there are already hasn't a deluge of suits for both
things.
One is as you're talking about Sally Albright where she's making stuff up.
She's absolutely making things up.
It's a fraud.
That's an easy case.
The other one of course is where you have the DNC or whoever it was that was the bot
attack on the Bernie Sanders account where what you're doing is taking away the advertising
dollars, you're creating chaos, people don't want to go to the site anymore, that's another
case entirely.
So I got to tell you, it's just a matter of time in my mind before there's some very serious
lawsuits that develop and I'd like to really see some of them develop before the next election
so people can understand how dangerous it is to go out and hire an entire roomful of
bots for the sole purpose of trying to burn down somebody else's site.
Don't you think it's a timely issue that probably ought to be paying attention before this next
midterm election?
What's your take?
I think it absolutely is and you know, this is something that people in politics left
and right are using across the board.
So far, there's no evidence to suggest that the DNC was in any way involved in any of
this but the individuals who are using this and using it as a communications tool, branding
themselves as experts with a far reach, they're the ones who need to be worried about what
the courts could do in this situation and that should send a message to anyone in the
political field about what's happening.

Dragon Ball Super Episode 131 "The Frieza Domination?"- Preview - Duration: 12:50.
Dragon Ball Super Episode 131 will mark the end of DBS coming Sunday, at least for the
time being.
In this video we will breakdown the preview trailer and have an epic pre-episode discussion!

Episode 131 Promises to be an absolute masterpiece, as the best of the best animators unite, and
the plot comes to an epic conclusion.
So much to cover I don't even know how they are going to do it.
The end of Tournament of Power, declaring the winner, The Super Dragon Ball Wish, Maybe
Wishing back all the Universes, Goodbye scene and something teasing the upcoming plot is
also expected by the fans, and don't forget they said after the episode we'll get a
footage from the upcoming Dragon Ball Super movie that is meant to hype up all the fans.
So many elements to cover, who knows maybe they won't touch it all, since the story
is not entirely ending.
Right now, it does feel like the episode might be rushed, but then again everyone involved
is saying it's going to be 7-star-episode.
So, let's get right to the preview breakdown!
In the first scene we have a very intense looking Jiren launching himself to attack
the remaining of Universe 7.
Now, Goku was on the verge of eliminating him but as the side effects of the overwhelming
peak level Godly powers kicked in, Goku failed to get the job done.
And when a Monster like Jiren gets a second chance, you bet they make it count.
Jiren obviously absolutely doesn't like to lose, and he will desperately do everything
he can, and summon all the power within himself in his attempt to avoid that.
So he looks quite energetic and lively in the first scene.
This is not to say, that Jiren recovered and restored all the power or anything like that,
he is in fact extremely energy drained at this point in time, throughout the preview
trailer in most of the scenes other than that one power-up scene you don't see sparkling
aura around Jiren.
I mean in last episode his aura was almost the same as Goku's Mastered Ultra Instinct
aura, just with a different color, but this time it's not there, but let's also not
forget that Frieza or Android 17 isn't exactly in a good health either.
Both of them went through a lot, hell, everyone actually thought 17 was dead, and now he still
here.
Although none of them are supposed to be any competition to Jiren, because they were unable
to keep up with what we can call his base form, when he wasn't using his actual power
at all.
Now, Jiren is in his buffed up state, and is absolutely serious.
So despite being out of energy the favorite here in the 2 vs 1 equation would still be
Jiren.
Now, I will have to break the scene by scene sequence, because we need to talk about Frieza
a bit to get a better idea about what's happening!
When Episode 130 ended, Frieza was in his Golden Form.
However, in the preview in all scenes except one he is in his base form, and there's
one more probably Golden scene, I'll be taking about that shortly.
Now, we know Preview doesn't put scenes or clips in order they just randomly mix it
up, so it's looking like this scenes where Jiren has kind of unleashed a massive energy
blast, and 17-Frieza is trying to hold it back with a barrier but looks it's failing
could probably be from the first part or even the beginning of the next episode.
As 17 and Frieza seems to be standing at the same spot where they were in the last episode.
Maybe coming back from that explosion Frieza loses his Golden Form.
Of course that's just a guess he could change to base and then to Golden again at the end
and you know what I mean.
There's this scene where we see Frieza launching himself directly at Jiren really swiftly,
looks like it's in the last few seconds, and Frieza was like nah I'm not running
nowhere, I'm the emperor as he goes right in.
Kind of looks like a desperate scenario, Jiren is probably distracted by something maybe
Goku, and then Frieza comes flying in.
Coming to that scene, at the end part of the preveiw, we see Jiren all powered up and there's
aura surrounding him.
If you slow it down and zoom in the scene, guys to me it looked just in fron of Jiren,
directly in front of him its Golden Freakin Frieza going hand to hand.
I am not a 100% sure if what I'm seeing is right, but if it's Frieza going head
on like, oh my god that's heroic or who knows what he is actually doing, could even
be a deceiving trick!
Look at it again, it looks like Frieza's tail, I can see some purple too!
Oh boy this is an interesting observation!
I didn't think he could go so hardcore!
What do you think about that scene?
Good thing we know from the preview, Goku will be back on his feet again and join the
action.

Will Goku rise and seal the deal or put the finishing touch as Universe 7 picks up the
victory?
Because although initially it looks like 17 and Frieza were able to give Jiren a challenge.
Jiren will be like no no no I can't lose, and then somehow power up again, we do see
him all enraged and charged up with that aura surrounding him again.
So could this mean that Goku will also power up to Ultra Instinct again.
I don't know but I think that won't happen because they want to keep it kind of special,
and that would in a way destroy the purpose of 17 and Frieza's return.
We also see Jiren getting attacked by 3 bluish ki blasts, it's either from Goku or 17 in
my opinion, but that does stop Jiren for a while.
By the way, it could also be a combination attack involving all 3 of them.
Guys remember there was these Episode 131 spoilers that said just when everyone thinks
it's over Frieza will hit Jiren with a death beam?
Well, these magazines has been a legit source of spoilers providing us with accurate spoilers
99% of the time, but this time they either intentionally made it confusing or it was
just misinformation because it's the finale episode.
Then again those spoilers weren't not for Episode 130, so I guess although unlikely
it's still within the realm of possibilities that Jiren will think he eliminated Frieza,
but then Frieza will come back with a shot.
Just putting it out there.
I would be ok, with Jiren winning the tournament, and I have a feeling if he does, he would
go on to wish back all the Universes having being influenced by Goku.
However, if I were to make a guess, I would say he will lose, because otherwise this return
attack of Frieza and specially 17 wouldn't mean much.
Who do you think will be the last man standing though if Universe 7 wins?
If Goku and 17 goes on to be the last man standing, and gets the wish.
It will be right about the same, they will both wish back the Universes.
Of course 17 won't wish for a freakin boat over that.
Only Frieza getting the wish could mean a twisted ending.
He can do right about anything, including surprisingly doing the right thing.
Guys, it's also a possibility that someone who is not there till the end might become
the MVP and get the wish.
Maybe Frieza, Android 17 or Vegeta will get the wish by being the MVP instead of Goku.
Because the MVP might not be decided just based on strength but Battle changing attempts
like 17 saving both Goku and Vegeta, putting his life on the line.
Vegeta giving his last bits to Goku, enabling Goku to continue in the first place.
Of course there might be no last man standing, they'll probably go on to win by outnumbering
Universe 11, as time runs out.
Then there's the part about Super Dragon Ball wish, we get a glimpse of The Dragon
God- Super Shenron in the background from the preview.
The Great Priest has a smirk on his face, he's probably satisfied with the winner
or the wish.
Zenos seems to be enjoying, but also their kind of like 'WHAT IS HAPPENING!'.
I wonder if they are giving that expression after someone wishes to bring back all the
Universes, and they are like shit you ruined my game of Destruction!
We also get a scene of The Gods and Angels of Universe 7, and they have a surprised expression.
Well, it could be from anything.
Maybe just a random expression moment while the fight was going on, or when the conclusion
was made for the tournament, the super wish or even surprise news reveal from The Zenos
and The Great Priest.
So guys apart from these things, we are also expecting them to show or say something that'll
hint the upcoming story in the episode.
Not the movie teaser afterward.
Like, just after the last tournament with U6, this one was teased by Zenos appearance.
It could be something like they wish back all the Universes, and we the audience see
the previously destroyed 6 Universes also comes back with some evil in it.
Or maybe after the tournament The Great Priest reveals that it wasn't only about survival
but they were also looking for the next God, and they choose Goku as Goku goes to a journey
of training with them or maybe Goku simply asks for it.
In the movie, it's mentioned a new adventure begins, so they might want to set up a new
journey like that with next level standards set up for Goku and his friends.
Also in the teaser, the fight looked like a training session, it looked quite friendly
and the surroundings like a training spot.
Anyways, they might mention something like that, and hint the beginning of a new adventure.
Other less likely scenarios include hinting a problem with The Future Zeno, hinting a
conflict between the Zenos or something like that.
Because personally I've been bothered by 2 Zenos, it's just weird.
Feels like something waits to happen, sooner or later they should come back to 1 Zeno.
Because to ultimate Gods in the same Universe, in the same timeline all the time seems unfitting
to me!
The hint might be something more positive and lighter, like Universe 6 coming back,
and Vegeta promising to visit Cabe's planet, and that's a possibility because the next
movie is supposed to be about The Saiyans mainly along with touching the history of
Frieza's family!

SARAH: "What is the difference between regular colic
and impaction colic?
Is one that more bad than the other?"
This is interesting.
I don't know what regular colic is.
DR LYDIA GRAY: I don't either.
I don't either.
I'm just going to go with this.
Although this is also a question I really
like, because it's a little bit related to poop.
SARAH: That's true.
That is very true.
DR LYDIA GRAY: So let's start at the beginning,
just so that everybody is on the same page.
And colic is abdominal pain.
The AAEP, or the American Association
of Equine Practitioners recognizes
three kinds of colic--
three categories, I should say, or classifications.
One is the intestinal dysfunction,
and that's where the impaction fits in.
Also included here would be gas colics, the spasmodics,
the ileus, which is where the intestine's not
moving, for whatever reason.
The next category is intestinal accidents.
These are the bad ones.
These are the ones that go to surgery.
These are the torsions, and displacements, and twists,
and entrapments, strangulations, obstructions.
Things that you just hear and you go, "Ooh."
Those need somebody to go in and fix them.
And then the third category is your general-- your other.
And it's things like just inflammation, infection,
parasites, sand and stress.
Medication sometimes can lead to colic.
So I don't know where regular colic fits in.
One of those.
SARAH: When I read it, my thought was OK,
regular colic is probably just like "Oh, he's
a little colicky.
Give him some Banamine.
Now he's fine."
DR LYDIA GRAY: So maybe mild would be how I would-- yeah.
And probably gas colic.
SARAH: Most commonly.
DR LYDIA GRAY: Yeah, I would think.
SARAH: Walk them around, put them on a lunge line,
and then celebrate when they poop.
It's that one.
DR LYDIA GRAY: And so her question
was, how are they different?
SARAH: How is regular colic and impaction colic different?
Is one worse?
DR LYDIA GRAY: Well, the mild colics that are resolved
on the farm with a little bit of help--
maybe your vet didn't even have to come out--
would be classified as medical.
And then the ones that don't get better with even
the veterinarian support--
like the pain, we can't control the pain.
Maybe they're going into shock, they're
having cardiovascular issues.
Or one of the tests your vet does on the farm for colic
is a rectal.
They find that obstruction, they find that entrapment,
and they know, uh-oh, this horse has to go to surgery.
So one answer to your question is regular colics
or mild colics tend to be medical and conservatively
managed, and then other colics can turn into surgical colics
and have to be operated on.
The other is the risk factors.
We know there are some things that lead to colic
or increase your horse's chances for developing colic.
There's some specific ones, like coastal Bermuda hay,
which is a hay that's common in the southeast parts of the US.
That can lead to a very specific kind of impaction colic
in the section of the small intestine called the ileum.
So if your horse had an ileal impaction
and you were feeding coastal Bermuda hay,
you're veterinarian's probably going to say,
"Let's try something else."
Same with any kind of coarse, poor-quality hay.
Some people feed even straw, because they
want to get their horses chew time and gut fill,
but they can't have the calories.
And boy, that can lead to a case of impaction.
As can dehydration or not drinking water.
SARAH: Can you explain what, exactly, impaction is?
DR LYDIA GRAY: Yeah.
We did some training yesterday upstairs,

a little video of the intestinal tract-- the colon.
Between one section of colon and another, it's like this big
around, and then it goes down to this small.
Well, guess where impaction colics happen?
So it's when bulky, coarse food that doesn't have enough water
in it-- it's not moist enough--
lodges, and blocks, and doesn't move forward.
And then it's in impaction, and it
stretches internal receptors.
And it's uncomfortable to the horse,
and he begins to show pain.
Now, some of those can be resolved medically,
when the vet passes a stomach tube and puts down,
say, mineral oil or even just more water.
And they get softened, and then they naturally pass.
But sometimes, if they're too hard or when they're too long,
or they're beginning to deteriorate the--
SARAH: The health of the intestine--
SARAH: Yeah, devitalize it, cause a lack of blood flow.
Then, it's time for surgery.
SARAH: So it's entirely possible that a mild impaction could
look like a regular colic, if you give Banamine and then
everything relaxes, and it passes through,
and then the horse is fine.
DR LYDIA GRAY: Correct.
SARAH: But a more severe impaction
could be all the way up to surgical, and life-threatening.
SARAH: And I always recommend people--
call your vet every time you see a horse acting uncomfortable.
Don't wait, because time is of the essence as far as survival.
SARAH: All right.
