guys let's fill out the top of your v-shape ladies the top of your hourglass

figure by building up your lats with one of them best exercises around the Pull-up

the pull-up is an amazing exercise for building muscle and

strength but you can fail to get the most out of it if you don't pay

attention to the details it seems simple enough grab a bar and start yanking your

chin up as high as you can well not so fast is your goal to get

your chin over the bar or to build muscle and strength if it's to build

muscle and strength then you want to follow these pointers

reaching with your chin actually compresses your brachial nerves which

will make you weaker so instead lengthen your neck by imagining pulling your head

up off your body through the crown pull your head back tuck your chin a fist

away from your collarbones letting your shoulders climb up will make you feel

weak instead to really activate your lats and to get strong keep your

shoulder blades down and back now rather than thinking of bringing your chin to

the bar think bring your chest to the bar and try to make your elbows touch

each other behind you this will really activate the strong

latissimus dorsi or lat muscles in your back

now it's one thing to know these tips but it's an entirely different thing to

learn how and be able to do them during your pull-up

first things first make sure you know what correct feels like I recommend you

try them in the following 4 positions

now if you're new to pull-ups this may be tough if you can't quite get it yet

feel free to make yourself a little lighter by resting your feet on a chair

using a band or getting help from a partner

Mary Kay satin hands trio I've never gotten to try this so if you'd like to

training classes she sells Mary Kay and she gave this to

me that try so thank you so much Debbie I can't wait to give this a try so

full-size trio cost $36 ok so the first step is a protecting softener so you

apply this first just a small amount onto clean dry hands and this is in

fragrance free ok and then the step after that is the satin smooth refining

Shea scrub and this is in white tea and citrus okay and then the last step is

the nourishing Shea cream and this is in the same scent the white tea and citrus

so excited to give us a try my hands are clean and dry my skin is a little dry

right now people cold they're looking kind of janky so I'm excited to give

this a try and to see how it makes my hands look so okay I'm gonna be going

ahead and starting with the protect main softener ok really is fragrance free so

I'm just gonna do a small amount

it looks almost like an appointment

there's not really much of a scent at all it feels really really nice oh it's

definitely like yeah that's nice feels very protective very more moisturizing

and nourishing okay so you don't rinse off the first step the protect mean

softener you don't rinse that off so we have applied that so next I'm going to

be going in with the satin smooth sorry guys the satin smooth II refining Shea

scrub okay this is envy of white tea and citrus that smells good very much I

don't want to waste or use too much product and you're just supposed to rub

it in that's also good

I'm sure I get my cuticles good ok so that is all rubbed in so what I'm gonna

go do is I'm gonna go rinse this off and then dry my hands and I'll be right back

ok so I just rinsed and dried my hands and guys my hands feel so soft already I

think my cuticles look better too I mean I think it just looks a lot better they

are so smooth okay so now I'm gonna be using the last step and this is the

nourish and Shea cream so I got a feeling this is gonna be really good I'm

just gonna smells good umm the white tea and citrus isn't too

strong it's nice it's not like offensive or anything it smells really good really

fresh it's got like a light fragrance so it's

not too much really really nice even seemed sorry guys I'm not flipping

you off but I'm a smoker and I have that kind of ugly orange stain I'm sure

people have seen it in my videos but it even seemed to help him to lighten that

a little bit so that is really really nice I like that

but guys I see a real difference around my cuticles and my knuckles okay they

were getting like kind of that way you get the kind like that white flaky skin

so yeah they look nice so guys um my first impression of the Mary Kay satin

hands is it's awesome full-size is $36 I might go on their website and check it

out looks like you get a pretty good supply personally I would probably use

this about once a week do I like my spa Saturday or something so I think it's

really really nice I mean we exfoliate our face and our lips but you know a lot

of times you forget our hands and our hands age just as much but guys that it

looks amazing it feels amazing they have fragrance free which is that

what I have for the protect main soft and

they have a lot of other scents so I would definitely go online check them

Hello to everyone this Saturday as well!

Today I will answer a question from our student Bryan.

He asked us how we use the verb "πνίγομαι"

A very nice verb used in many cases in Greek.

We will now see examples of how to use it both in active voice "πνίγω" and in passive "πνίγομαι"

The literal meaning of this verb is the death of a human or animal by asphyxiation by blocking breathing.

For example, we say "έπεσε στο νερό και επειδή δεν ήξερε κολύμπι πνίγηκε!"

Also, we can say "ο δολοφόνος πήρε από τον λαιμό το θύμα του και το έπνιξε".

low mintage like this coin here only has a mintage over half-a-million so it's

pretty low for the time this coin here was never actually a common coin it's

usually only one or two million coins minted every year these copper nickel

coins were minted in 1971 and 72 and then about one point one five eight

million coins in minted age so I combined it's only 2.4 million coins in

existence you can pick up these pretty cheap in this grade here for a few

dollars because uh not many people actually collect my send bitcoins and my

some big to poor country this time period for there to be a large

contingent of coin collectors so those are the coins of my sun-baked each

I've recessed my glitter card to get the best use out of it.

Cards are all 4 x8 scored at 4

I made 3 boy and three girl for each box

Foil frenzy card is so shiny

I used those little dies to create corners of card

Video cut out sorry box is made so I'll talk you through it.

Base is 6 1/2 x 5 score all sides at 1

Back is 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 you need two one for outside one for inside

Acetate is 11 5/8 x 4 1/2 score LS at 1/2, 3 1/2, 8 1/8 and 11 1/8

Then wrap acetate round front of base

Then stick on your back piece and then the inside of back to hide tape.

Lid is re-inforced and needs to be 8 3/4 x 7 1/8

score all 4 sides at 1 and 2

Put lid on then

Wrap is 2" x A4 or 12 run through die cutting machine remove line up and repeat.

Just wrap round front

all I did was place the back here and pinch it and then emboss

I added a strip of ribbon, a bow and some gems to finish,

I used the Stampin Up sweet and sassy hearts for my tag and the for you die is from my stash.

This bow is from my stash. I used S U springtime foils which is free till end of March with a £45 order.

Thats the box in a nut shell it's so easy to do!

then you just put all your pretty cards in
