UFO Caught On Camera Near JFK Airport ?! - Duration: 4:17.

I can understand that you look out the window

in the evening and see three floating lights.

Theoretically, Alex is right.

If Alex is unable to identify this

then we're talking about UFO or UFOs.

Here is my input

The video title describes the situation that

the aircraft Alex was in was landing.

An aircraft must wait in turn

they can not just land.

In this video made in Heathrow

you see the same situation where four planes

are waiting to land.

The only difference between this video and

Alex's video is the angle of the camera

The distance between aircraft differs.

In the next shot also made in Heathrow

you can see that planes fly very close together.

In Alex's beautiful video

you can see that the distances

between the planes are very

close to each other

just like in the previous video.

The position and timing of Alex is luxury

from which you can witness the situation from

the side.

The speed of the aircrafts and

the plane of Alex do not differ much

so you get the optical

illusion that the orbs are hovering

in the air

especially in the dark you get this high-profile

result.

Why don't you see the flashing lights?

Due to the distance in combination

with the main lights of the aircraft the small blinking

lights on the wings and belly are overwhelmed.

The flying object between the plane

of Alex and the aircrafts in the background

is probably a helicopter.

HOW TO TOKYO | Transportation and Trains - Duration: 15:28.

Welcome to Tokyo Tuesday if you're a regular viewer, Welcome Back. today we are talking about how to get around

this crazy city of Tokyo all your options for transportation tickets

passes and maybe even one or two hacks to make things a little better for you I

could do the entire thing right here but you know what let's jump right into a

station boom have come out to Ueno station so let's head inside so if

you've ever seen a Tokyo train station or one of these crazy Tokyo train

station Maps you know how intimidating it can be what for the first time anyway

I'm actually way too used to this so I'm gonna need to find somebody who's not

from Tokyo to help

tourists wait a minute are you sherry from cherry berry and a he-man yes you

asked me to come here and I've been waiting for like five minutes or okay

yeah in case you guys don't know this is sherry from sherry berry in Ehime

and she's come out today to help me with this week's Tokyo Tuesday so let's get

started how did you feel the very first time you ever looked at a full Tokyo

train it is I was really like you know confused and scared

do train passes make it an easier? yeah but I didn't know how to buy the pass so

I was like a little paper ticket for a long time I will teach you today let's

start with how to buy train tickets because that one's pretty easy all you

do is walk up to the machine if you need or want English hit the international

button that's up in the top there select English and then if you know the amounts

for the ticket that you want to buy you just hit that number and you take a pop

so grab your ticket grab your change slide the ticket into

the ticket gate don't forget to collect it on the other side and you're good to

go protip: aside from there being people in

the station that will help you find where to go not in all stations but in a

lot of stations if you do buy a ticket and you don't know how much to pay just

buy the cheapest ticket possible and then come over to one of these fare

adjustment or recharge centers just drop your ticket right in there get your fare

adjusted and you're good to go another important note if you're

transferring transfer gates are orange transfer gates will spit your ticket

back out that way you can use it again I'm not actually transferring I just

wanted to show you guys that let's take a look at how to buy a refillable

commuter pass fill it up for sherry you want to start by finding these machines

right over here now there are special ones over here that

will allow you to buy a Suika or a commuter pass you ready yes

we can barely see the screen but there's gonna go boom hit English where you guys

can read so you got me ticket purchased new Suika and charge obviously right

here this is for monthly passes okay purchase new streak up you can do seek

out where it could be reissued if law I would almost recommend that just to keep

yourself safe and it's personalized so we're gonna advise wake up it's at that

point that you can choose a value and there you go sherry now has her very own

card also if you make a mistake or you want to escape at any point there is a

button right here that will enable you to just cancel and if you slide this

over here and hit one of these buttons a guy's head will come out of here

did you know that no I'm serious sherry does have a question about her Suika

card so we're gonna have push the button

right

so like you think that the speaker right yep

and a minor travel hack once you have the card if you have a phone that has

like an IC card reader in it you can just transfer it right to your phone

like this now I don't know if you guys notice that but there was a little bit

of a travel hack in there you see at the window

sherry asked if there was be a thousand yen on the card or five hundred yen on

the card what did they tell you five hundred exactly because the card

itself costs you a thousand yen when we transferred your suite get to the phone

how much money was on it one thousand yen you get the full value of your Sega

card if you transfer it to a boat travel hacks with Tokyo they be in addition to

having staff that will help you there are also route finders the little

machine that's actually called a rent finder in the station you can walk up to

one of those you can select English if you need it you can choose your routes

and when you're done you can even print it out

there we go let's say the shabiha because we're in a way no there's two

main routes that we could use to get there we could take the Ginza line which

is a straight line shot and arguably the shortest and fastest option but I want

to take the Yamanote a line because it's above ground I just want to hear some of

those sounds and there we go we're on the train

now I thought maybe we should take a second to talk about this insane and

scary overly intimidating train map that

actually doesn't need to be that intimidating we're gonna break the

trains down into basically three categories do you know what the Train

options are into a few jr jr subway subway which incorporates tokyo metro

and tow a metro thank you thank you you've got the jr trains you have the

subways which is metro and tow a metro and then you've got private lines the

center of Tokyo will be operated mostly by jr. and Metro Metro pretty much be

all underground except for a few stops and stations here and there and the

majority of jr. stuff will be above ground except for a few stops and

stations if you've got yourself something like a jr. pass obviously use

the jr. they also do have day passes so yeah as for this like super disc this

makes it look like a lot worse than it really is

Thank You Terry it is worth mentioning that bicycles are also a viable way of

getting around Tokyo and there tends to be ample bicycle parking but Sheree says

that going around Tokyo on a bicycle kind of freaks are out there is one very

major form of transportation that I'm just gonna glaze over very quickly Tokyo

has no shortage of options for buses the bus routes are absolutely massive but I

can't really advise you on buses because I personally don't really use buses

sorry in fact I try and avoid using public

transportation whenever possible I typically get around Tokyo on either of

my bicycle my motorbike or a skateboard whenever I can just so that I can avoid

these crazy crowded trains it's not that I don't recommend it the public

transportation system here is fantastic whoo I feel like we've talked about so

much already but there's still so much more okay there are so many different

apps to get around Tokyo nowadays Google Maps will actually give you the majority

of the information I could recommend like a few different apps for you but to

be honest I want this video to be a little more timeless and you know in a

year - those apps might all change one of the ones that is popular in Japan if

you can read and write Japanese is Navi time I know we talked about the Suika

and the passes and everything but if you're gonna be in Tokyo for an extended

period of time and you're gonna be repeatedly using the same route I

recommend getting a monthly pass and the monthly passes will allow you to travel

anywhere within that route you choose two stations and a route route however

you want to say it and you can get on and off at any of those stations at no

additional charge those passes aren't cheap though so that's something you

might want to know it's also worth mentioning that there's a special pass

called the station Joo hutch keeper youthful 18 ticket have you ever heard

of that yeah for your sake and for everybody's sake the youthful 18 ticket

is a discounted ticket that you can buy to travel on the jr train lines you can

use it for a period of five days or you can split it for example if you have

five people all five people can use it together for one day and share the cost

but the key to the youthful eighteen ticket is it can't be used or purchased

just at any random time there are specific times that it's sold and they

don't line up perfectly with when it can be used you know what the dates are all

I'll post a link to the website down below that way I'm not like doing this

the whole that covers most of the options for getting around Tokyo using

public transportation there is at least one we haven't covered them

so one thing that Tokyo does have is an abundance of taxis now running a taxis

in as difficult as you might think if you have the address written down or you

just show them on Google Maps nine times out of ten that'll get you where you

need to go if you can read that backwards

basically the first kilometer or so costs you four hundred yen it's about

four bucks and then it goes up after that and the taxi drivers in Tokyo are

generally incredibly friendly really nice so for those of you who want to

practice your Japanese take a taxi train driver won't talk to you an important

point to note about taxis is you can catch one on the street like we did or

you can line up at a taxi no diba which is like a platform for taxis to line up

and pick up passengers there's usually one right outside of each station and

that's also an easy way to catch a taxi one more minor point to note about taxis

if you can avoid it don't call a taxi because not only will you be charged for

the ride but you'll be charged for however far the taxi had to go in order

to pick you up

I learned that lesson the hard way I was up on a mountain and called for a taxi

and by this time the taxi got to me it was already like 12 bucks no do not call

for a taxi when you're in the math state is worth noting that many taxis will

allow you to pay with your Sarika or passport card if you're outside of Tokyo

you most likely cannot use that card ya know people don't know what it is so

yeah those a mom and you probably already know this but the doors open and

close on their own sins were right here anyway this restaurant right here what

is this restaurant the Kill Bill restaurant yes this restaurant right

here is called domme pachi and it is the restaurant that the fight scene from

Kill Bill and the restaurant was based off of sherry me and Sharla and a few

other people went there for my birthday a few years ago

so trains and buses and taxis and everything being all that they are there

is one thing that I'll say there is no substitute for getting around Tokyo on

foot so many people ask where I find some of this hidden spots that I show on

my Tokyo Tuesday's and all that the majority of it just comes from walking

around Tokyo and exploring things so there's no substitute with these right

here and you know now that I come to think about it I don't think I really

explained why Sheri was so essential to this video I reference it at the

beginning but you see I've become so accustomed to just getting around Tokyo

that trying to come up with these ideas I was like I don't know you just you

just go and Sherry's like well you just go doesn't make much of a video now does

it Sheree's been out to Tokyo what five ten

times Sherry hasn't actually been out to Tokyo

that many times and so she was like you know be really nice if you could teach

me how to get around Tokyo so I figured if I'm teaching her why not teach you

guys as well and that's how we ended up here today so I guess that is pretty

much the bulk of today's video now I've asked you guys before I'll ask again if

FFXIV Monk Quest Level 63 (Patch 4.0) - Duration: 16:33.

and we're back for another episode in this episode we're going to be doing the

level 63 monk quest and as always all over me free so I hit level 63 by every

day doing the roulette and some pvp and stuff like that because I can't progress

through the main story because it's still broken like three days later but

well let's not think about that let's just talk to with our gal who's in

revenant stole yeah 21-7 so let's see what he has to say so

the quest is called return of the monk so indecision is rippling on wind our

girls face so are you ready to depart sister yep so good the professor has

already left he makes for a village called a lagana

there he will take the measure of the land

I would strike out soon as well but no matter troubles me still decreed for a

new fist of ragga we all do respect master but at this rate we'll never get

to Gharib Anya you're right sometimes the answer cannot be forced my hat it

will come to me on the road very well that's a way on route I would make a

stop the place called schism once what's trains there in revisiting the past we

may better walk the future okay I haven't actually got a clue where these

places are so okay so it's right there so let's go

so I don't it seems to be the same sort of distance walking whether you're are

you know going into the fringes going into rogues reached so let's just do it

now reflecting on the expansion so far not being up a lot of people have not

been able to progress through a level 60 quest called

cold steel or and it's already got a bunch of nicknames like robe on extreme

or robe on clicking game and so on and it's basically made early access very

very frustrating for people to play the game I personally have seen several

members of my free company now transfer away from this server and I can't leave

because I have my FC here I've got two houses here I can't just up and leave so

you know because of the technical issues and I said I hate technical issues in

gaming you know I can't just enjoy the game as it was meant to be played which

has really put a dent into the future of my time in fourteen of course I won't

stick around as long as I can I know they'll fix it eventually but the longer

they take to fix it the more damage is being done to the game and it might get

to a point of the thing you know unrepairable or in some cases for some

people it already is unrepairable so I think some people have already quit so

yeah because when we play games we just want to log in and play we don't want

technical issues we don't want any you know to be reminded of failure because

why a lot of times gaming can be the greatest form of escapism let's say and

you just don't want to be reminded of failure so but we'll see we'll see how

it goes hopefully things will be okay anyway so

Number 8 was Submitted by Readerweirdo19 Mimi_Up Mimi's little brother collects dust bunnies.

One day when he was 4, he was playing with some action figures when a dust bunny rolled

by.

He instantly put down the toys and picked up the ball of grossness, proceeding to play

with it as if it was one of the action figures he had so readily abandoned.

He is now 17 and has a collection of over 300 dust bunnies.

He added googly eyes to some of them and gives them names like Link and Bulbasaur.

Mimi's mom is completely beside herself and my dad sometimes questions the sanity

of Mimi's brother over a glass of bourbon.

Number 7 was Submitted by Lord_Snax Grgak Grgak's uncle always ate strange things,

or ate normal things in a strange way.

When Grgak would eat an orange or banana, and was about to throw out the peel, his uncle

would say, "Hey!

Don't throw that out!

That's the best part!" and he would take the peelings and eat them.

When Grgak's uncle wanted to eat a hot dog, he would first take a bite of the hot dog,

then follow it with a spoon full of ketchup and a spoon full of mustard.

He also always likes his toast burnt to a blackened crisp.

Grgak has lost count of how many times he set off the smoke detector.

Number 6 was Submitted by Doomshade2292 Dolan Dolan's brother Zaraganba loves Oreos, but

the way he eats them is a bit weird.

Zaraganba doesn't like the cream inside, so he removes it and throws it behind the couch.

Then he puts ketchup and mustard between the two cookie pieces.

After that, he still dunks it in milk before eating it.

Snewpee's uncle collects Barbie dolls and gives them "accurate" body parts.

He brought his dolls to a family dinner to show the other adults.

But he left them sitting around, and Snewpee and her young cousins found them and started

playing with them.

When Snewpee's mom found them with the dolls, she was pissed.

Snewpee's uncle never brought the dolls to a family gathering again.

creepy things.

One night, SaltySquid woke up from having a strange dream where a Russian woman was

whispering at him to eat his peas and carrots.

When he woke up, it turned out his little sister had snuck into his room in the middle

of the night and was whispering to him to affect his dreams.

SaltySquid's sister now does this fairly often, and sadly, he does not have a lock

on his door.

Number 3 was Submitted by Vulcan105 JamesShark JamesShark's older brother had an eating

disorder that made him eat bizarre things, like paper dunked in pickle juice or crayons

with ketchup.

He got a job at an auto repair shop, which was great, because he likes cars.

But one day JamesShark went to visit him at work and just saw him going ham on a truck

tire trying to eat it.

He was surrounded by ketchup packs and sugar packs.

JamesShark asked him, "What the hell are you doing?"

His brother responded, "Well, he ain't gonna use it anymore," as if that explained

it.

Several months later, JamesShark's family got a call from his brother's boss, telling

them that the shop was missing a few tires.

His family knew it was JamesShark's brother, and when they went to talk to him about it,

they found him curled over puking his stomach out.

Apparently he thought that since the tire tasted fine, he'd wash it down with gasoline.

Last week I'd say we scored with an incredible trip down to the Canary Islands with Riles and I and our mate

Josje, we'd run out of wind about halfway there. We were suddenly becalmed with fog surrounding us and dolphins

There was a headwind that decided to greet us for the last 40 nautical miles

So we got to sail into an anchorage on the island of Lanzarote

Alright, what has just happened?

I had a bag full of all of our electronics, it fell straight in the water

yeah, these guys were just about to leave and I heard this gigantic splash, and I was like oh

No,

I managed to hang on

for dear life, man overboard

Did you push the button Elayna?

ah no, I really should have though

I think he was just overly confident getting in

Yeah, he tends to do that sometimes

and its windy and there's big waves, and he just went like this.. and held on

And I were keen on an early morning hike up the mountain Elayna had referred to earlier as a Uluru

This would be on la graciosa the island just across from us

Poor Elayna stayed behind to catch up on some work this tends to happen when she has a girlfriend around

Incidentally, La graciosa also means graceful in Spanish, and we were anything but whilst doing our climbing

This island is part of the chinchillo

archipelago Natural Park with a population of only

700 people there are no natural water sources here, so fresh water is piped from Lanzarote

I really should have just gone hiking with those other two because out here it's gusting to 32 knots

I wouldn't be freaking out so badly

But we only have one engine right now Riley's gonna have to jumpstart the other one, so I'm just sitting here

I'm about to put a podcast on to help chill me out, and I'm just gonna

I'm just gonna sit this out. It just brings back awful memories in Greece

Okay, so we just went to hoist the main and went to turn on one of the engines and the other engine isn't working we now have

two engines that are not working

So Riley's climbing under one of the beds to try and fix it but it's really not good having this happen

Yeah, I guess 60 boats around and I could only see the lights and the nice bit of fog

it was just very stupid to do it without the radar or AIS yeah, yeah

I think the best day was when we did the Bay of Biscay crossing

I feel like everyone is a bit afraid of the Bay of Biscay

And after we made it there were whales and dolphins and we're in Spain

the reef it took as well, way more money than expected

If you're going to get a boat, keep in mind it's gonna be pretty expensive

guys today is gonna be again just something different you know I just want

to talk about choices in life today because ultimately every day when we wake up we

have a choice of how our day is going to mca associate go and the attitude that we bring to the

day so let's just get through this intro and I will share my thoughts with you

Oh so I'm sitting outside it's really nice out so I'm actually waiting for my

daughter she's actually had an appointment right now and if you hear

people talking in the background they're out the other end here of the building

so I apologize in advance motor club of america but I just wanted to shoot this video really quick

because I've been thinking a lot about choices and you know what we decide when

we wake up in the morning how our day is going to go you know I know a lot of mca business

people they're like oh I'm having a bad day and then they get sucked into you

know that bad day syndrome and you know we're all humans and I get that because

I myself I could get I could get sucked into that too you know like today I've

had three hours of sleep and it doesn't matter I can still be in a good mood I

can still have a good attitude no matter how much sleep I've received or not you

know and I find that when we choose to think about the things that are going

good in our lives we are going to have a better attitude than if we just focus on

the bad you know I've been through many many

horrific things in my life and sorry there was a little problem

I don't like bugs but you know I've been through some very horrific things in my

life and maybe that I can share some of that with you on another video

but I find that if we choose to focus on the good if we are going to have more

good things happen to us you know I see a lot of people that start in their

businesses with Motor Club of America and things aren't going great

immediately and things aren't going the way that they think they should be going

or they're not making all that money that they think they should be making

when they first start out and so they choose to focus on the things they don't

see happening rather than the things that they do see happening that are good

and then they quit you know so you need to make a choice to commit you know to

commit to your business you know like today like I said I've had three hours

to sleep you guys I could have been like screw it I'm not gonna do a video today

I'm not going to get my face out there today because you know I have circles

under my eyes you know I don't really feel like doing a video today because

this morning was like hell on earth but no you know I

like no I'm going to do what I need to do to be there for my business to grow

my business because ultimately that's what this is this is a business and what

you put in is what you're going to get out and you need to make a choice to

commit and not just be interested in growing a business but actually be

committed to growing your business no matter what life hands you if you had a

traditional brick-and-mortar business you would still be going at least I hope

you would you would still go into your shop or whatever and and do your

business you know sell your your products or whatever you wouldn't be

like nope not feeling like it today so you need to treat your Motor Club of

America business in the same way you guys and yeah life deals a lot of crap

to us really really does and I'm not gonna lie yes it does but you have to

choose to rise above that and put on your positive pants you guys and know

that you can do this and guess what I believe in you I believe in you and you

can do this no matter what it looks like don't give up okay I heard a thing once

and it's very very true I have never met a network marketing failure only a

network marketing quitter so don't be a quitter commit to your

business commit to doing everything that needs to be done whether you feel like

it or not but you've got to show up to grow up all right that's all I've got

for you guys today so I hope this has encouraged some of

you actually I really hope it encourages all of you and I will be seeing you guys

What You Need to Know About Soy and Menopause - Duration: 6:22.

Is soy the best thing for menopause, or is it something you want to avoid all together?

Stick around for today's video to find out how and when to use soy.

Hi, I'm Dana LaVoie, an acupuncturist, herbalist, and founder of Menopause Basics.

For 15 years, I've been helping women use natural remedies to balance hormones so they

can have an easy menopause and feel great afterwards.

Before we jump right into today's topic, I want to ask you a question.

How many of you have heard that soy is great to take for managing hot flashes, and you've

also heard that soy is one of the first things you should cut out of your diet completely?

Because both of those messages are out there all over the place.

Now, at the end of today's training, I am going to invite you to sign up for a free

I'll give you more details later, but for now let's get started.

I've been working with women in menopause for 15 years now, and I've noticed that so

many women either think soy is something they should be using lots of, or something they

should be avoiding completely.

Here is the deal.

Soy is a powerful phytoestrogen, which mean it is an important building block for hormones

in your body and it can help relieve symptoms of menopause like hot flashes and night sweats.

However, there are a few things you need to know about using soy.

Number one, soy is a very common allergen.

It's one of the top seven reactive foods according to J.J. Virgin, and if you are allergic to

soy or sensitive to soy or find it difficult to digest, you probably want to avoid it because

for you it can cause inflammation, malabsorption and weight gain.

So like I said, soy is hard to digest.

It tends to be sprayed very heavily with pesticides, and most, in fact 90% or more of soy grown

in the U.S. is GMO.

If you are going to use soy, you definitely want to only use organic non-GMO soy.

We're going to talk more about that in a minute.

Another thing about the best way to use soy is to use it, when you use think of using

it like a condiment.

Condiment, right, like a flavoring, ketchup, you know, something like that.

Soy is not great as a main source of protein in your diet.

You want to use it more like soy sauce as a flavoring, soy miso in your soup, or a little

tofu in your stir-fry, and this is how soy was traditionally used in Asia.

This tends to give you the benefits of some of the phytoestrogens which can be great,

without running into the negative side effects you can get from soy.

What you want to, I would recommend avoiding would be using large amounts of soy.

Soy as a main protein source, protein powder, soy ice cream, soy milk, soy roasts, soy dogs,

those kinds of things.

Another reason not to use soy as a main source of protein other than that it's a little hard

to digest, is that while it is a complete protein, it's not that well balanced.

It's very low in a couple of important amino acids, so if you use it as your main source

of protein, it doesn't work that well for the body.

What this all means is that the best ways to use soy are always use organic non-GMO

soy, and if possible use a fermented form of soy because the fermentation makes it much

easier to digest.

Those would be miso, tempeh, natto, and soy sauce.

Non-GMO organic tofu in moderation is okay too, but try to avoid the overly processed

large amounts of soy in soy milk and soy protein powder, and soy roasts and things like that.

If you are allergic or sensitive to soy, you are one of the people who should probably

avoid soy because it can cause all kinds of problems.

So, if you don't digest it well, if you are sensitive to it, reactive to it, allergic

to it, intolerant of it, probably best to avoid it.

And another group of people who might want to consider avoiding soy completely are if

you have low thyroid, which is actually pretty common, or you have an elevated TSH which

means your body is thinking about going low thyroid.

Then you might want to completely avoid soy or limit it to two small servings a week,

because it is possible that soy can further suppress your thyroid.

So, if you're not allergic, to recap what we learned today, if you're not allergic or

sensitive to soy, use it in moderation.

Think of using it like a condiment.

It can a good source of phytoestrogens that can help you manage hot flashes and night

sweats.

If you do use soy, use only organic non-GMO and preferably fermented like natto, miso,

or tempeh.

Avoid or limit soy if you are low thyroid.

and pool, also has a sports pool, Temperate Alberta, Zen garden and yoga area

outdoors, family pool, children's pool, outdoor children's area, videogame area,

2 salons of normal events and one infantile one.

As if this were not enough, on the second floor of amenities has a tennis court,

multipurpose court and a skate park.

The truth is that the latter surprised me quite that they are included in the amenities.
