Hello friends welcome to Nalini Ki Rasoi
Today I am going to make Japanese Street food
The name of the recipe is Omurice and it is also called Omelette Rice

Let's get started and see the ingredients
1 bowl of cooked rice
4 mushrooms finaly chopped
2 eggs
1 bowl of red, yellow and green bell peppers chopped finely
1/2 bowl of carrot chopped finely
1 small onion chopped finely
6 garlic buds chopped finely
50 grams of chicken cut in small pices
2 green chillies chopped finely
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
Salt to taste
And oil
First put oil in a pan and onion, garlic and saute for 2 minutes
Put chicken and saute for another 2 minutes
Add mushrooms, bell peppers, carrot, green chilli and saute for 2 minutes
Next add salt, black pepper and mix well
Next add rice and tomato ketchup and mix thoroughly
Next in a bowl put egg, salt, pepper and mix well
In another pan put oil and spread it
Next pour beaten eggs and make an omelette
Next in a bowl remove prepared rice and press it well
Next take a plate and cover the bowl with it now turn the plate upside down
And make sure comes well on the plate
Cover it with the prepared omelette
And garnish it with the ketchup
Next cut it with the knife
And complete meal Omurice is ready to serve
Let's get started and see the ingredients
400 gram of grated carrot
100 gram of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of clarified butter
100 gram of khoa
1 teaspoon of cardamom powder
1 tablespoon of pistachios chopped finely
1 tablespoon of cashew nut chopped finely
1 tablespoon of almonds chopped finely
And 1 tablespoon of raisins
First in a bowl will put grated carrot, sugar, lemon juice and mix well
We are using lemon juice so that carrot retains its colour
Next cover and keep the mixture for 1 hour
So that the sugar dissolves in it
Next in a pan put prepared mixture
And keep stiring until water is absorbed
Add clarified butter, khoa and mix well
And cook for 5 to 7 minutes
Add cardamom powder and mix well
And cook it until clarified butter separate
Put almonds, cashew, pistachioes, raisins
And cook for another 2 minutes
Yummy Gajar Ka Halwa is ready to serve
Let's get started and see the ingredients
150 grams lotus stem
1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
1 tablespoon of ginger finely chopped
4 green chillies cut lengthwise
According to salt taste
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
1/2 tablespoon of black pepper powder
1 tablespoon of corn flour
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 bowl of red, yellow and green bell pepper cut in squares
1 onion cut in round slices
1 bowl of a spring onions cut in small pieces
2 tablespoons oil
And water
To start with we'll scrape lotus stem gently with knife
Like this we'll strips all the stems
Cut them into thin slices
Put all the slices in water and washed them
Next in a cooker we'll put all the slices
Add little water, salt and mix it
And cook it until 3 to 4 whistle
Next in a pan put 2 tablespoons of oil, garlic, ginger,
Green chilli and saute for 2 minutes
Then soy sauce, boiled in it The lotus cucumber, salt
Black pepper powder and white Add vinegar
Next put bell pepper, onion, tomato ketchup and mix well
In small bowl put 1 tablespoon of corn flour and put little water and make a paste
Put the paste in the pan and mix well
Put spring onion and cook it for 2 minutes
Yummy delicious full of fiber Chilli Lotus Stem is ready to serve
