so this song has been trending for quite a few days and I even saw a headline on
BBC.com That can only mean one of the two things it's either very good or it's so
bad that they had to report it let's go and find out hello people welcome back
to the channel. Over the last few days I've not been able to escape this video
coming up on my newsfeed it's always there and then I saw the news headline
on BBC about it so I thought let's go and find out what it is like
right I definitely know now in which category this fits. Why did they have to
do this? They have absolutely murdered the song let's look at it another way if
they went out deliberately to make a song that was so bad that people will
watch it and share it and talk about it then I think they have succeeded but if
they were making a serious attempt at a remake then they have missed it by a mile
Jacqueline ( Fernandez ) is quite talented. she is a very good dancer and she moves quite
well but the choreography in this just doesn't flow it's very jerky
it's very staccato it's not smooth it doesn't flow very well so even she
can't do much with that kind of choreography so maybe I'm being too
harsh judging it by this short one and a half minute clip and the full video will
be much better but at this evidence I'm not very hopeful about that I'm not
saying this because I'm a very big fan of the old Ek Do Teen song. just
objectively looking at this it just doesn't work it didn't work for me the
whole setup doesn't work the dance sequence doesn't work the choreography
doesn't work maybe the only thing that works is that Jacqueline is very fit
but that's not enough to save this song it's an unmitigated disaster let me know
what you thought of it did you like it or did I fail to see something that is
making it so popular or is it because it's so bad that people just can't stop
sharing it and watching it and talking about it either way the producers have
succeeded this is on the trending videos list it's getting them the publicity
