DAY 1 OF MY DRY FAST THIS IS A WEIGH-IN VIDEO SEE HOW MUCH I LOSS-MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY #P2 - Duration: 13:39.

hey guys today is officially 24 hour period that I have done the drive fast

yesterday I didn't want to really give you too many clues of what I was doing

because I was not sure if I was going to do the dry fast it was just something

that I wanted to do with my partners in crime

fasting Deva go check out her channel her link is in my description of all my

videos now and also tea love they're doing a five-day dry fast and out to

spur of the moment when I had heard that I said at 7-7 yesterday morning that I

would do one - I don't know if I'm gonna go five days I'm going to plate per hour

per day and per how my body is feeling but as of today it has been 20 over 24

hours I have not consumed any food or water

I did a weigh-in because yesterday I did Monday's weigh-in I still was at a stall

my weight was at a hundred and eighty-three pounds still from two weeks

ago but I got on the scale this morning and the skill said something different

now I also have two videos going up this video here letting you know that I'm on

day one of my drive fast and I also have a waves video where I'm actually getting

on the scale coz I'm going to start incorporating those kind of videos where

you actually see me get on the scale and do weigh-ins I'm very close to the end

of phase 1 which is losing the weight and doing weighing videos it's going to

be probably only a few more weeks of weigh-in videos then I'll be on phase 2

and I'll just do videos like I normally do talking about you know health

wellness and helping you guys get on the right track by my own opinion on what I

did that work for me sharing that with you but and

along with that I'll be sharing my journey on Phase two how I basically

keep the weight off and maintain my current weight when I lose the whole

entire 88 pounds but when I got on the scale today even though there's another

video with me on the scale and it's gonna tell you how much I lost and I'll

get into the grand total on that video as well so there's basically a bonus

weigh-in there was one yesterday on Mondays weigh-in and but the number

didn't go down but today the numbers did go down and I have two videos this one

here we're going to tell you how much I lost today and then one after this video

where it will be me getting on the scale and you'll actually see for yourself

that I lost that way um so as of today when I got on the scale yesterday I was

183 183 pounds when I got on the scale I was a hundred and eighty-one pounds down

so I have lost two pounds since starting the dry fast I'm a little over 24 hours

basically I'm going into the second day tomorrow which will be Wednesday the

30th as you want to look at the calendar that will make it at 733 a.m. tomorrow

will be a complete 48 hours on the dry pass now the way my body feels today I

probably will make it obviously do the 48 hour period what gets tricky is when

you get into going into the 72 hour I have also been working out 2 hours a day

I'm not going to stop doing that unless my body shuts me down from doing that

but I'm also trying to conserve energy because I have

do something on Friday I don't drive because that before we are driving so

what I need to do is in walking distance and I need to have my strength to go and

do that which is handle some of my bills for the first of the month and I need

that energy stove if I get up which I probably won't workout that day

I will just exercise from walking going to take care of bills on Friday if I

even make it to Friday I will you know just you know that would be my exercise

when I walk to go take care of my errands so as of today because I have to

write this stuff down I have lost a total of 67 pounds my

beginning weight that I needed to lose in total was 88 pounds I have lost total

pounds lost 67 pounds with 21 pounds left to lose I'm not only doing this dry

fast because of weight loss I've been from the beginning of my journey which

was in January 11 2008 een I have been not wanting to do like I did the first

two times when I had gained weight years ago because I've gained weight this is

my third time but the first two times I lost the weight fast but I lost it on

just scratching the surface yes I was detoxing the body from losing the fat

but I never lost weight on a cellular level so I'm doing two things and this

is why I chose juice fasting juice feasting for my weight loss my majority

of my weight loss and then dry fasting which I prefer to do over water fasting

because trying to not only lose weight but the

main reason people should detox and focus on losing weight is because one

you know when your body and your hormonal system is all cleansed out in

detox on a cellular level weight is not an issue it doesn't matter even if

you're 60 years old or you have menopause if you're hormonal ZAR in tap

they're clean you're flushed out on a cellular cellular level while you're

losing weight while you're on a weight-loss journey you're detoxing on a

cellular level and losing weight weight coming back is not going to be a factor

because you did it right the first time you lost the way and you were detoxing

why you were losing it all so you're well over well overall well-being will

you know become a hundred percent again if you have vision problems or if you

have diabetes or high blood pressure or all these skin conditions that people

have that are all from the foods that we eat in the air that we breathe those

things can clear up and possibly in a lot of cases go away and you could

possibly get off of medications that you're wrong

I'm not a doctor I'm not suggesting that you get off of any medications or that

this is gonna cure anything I'm only talking from my own experience but this

is why I do dry fast in juicing in these kind of detox protocols because I'm not

only trying to lose the weight I'm trying to cleanse and regenerate the

inside of the body if we can get that clean though and feeling new again the

body doesn't know internally you know you can basically trick the body into

thinking that you're younger than you are right now our insides for the most

part even for a 20 year old - our bodies we're old but if we clean

on a cellular level these toxins out of our system we will definitely we don't

live forever but we will live a better quality of life

many people who are thinking about plastic surgery and all these crazy

extreme things might not want to do that when they see how when you cleanse it

inside the outside that's a little beautiful as well your skin your eyes I

mean everything about you will start to shine once you clean on a cellular level

so keep that in mind and just understand why I am and you know fasting diva in

tea love why we are doing this not only for weight loss but we want to detox our

bodies on a cellular level level and that's more deeper than any kind of

weight loss that you're ever going to hear on YouTube usually you hear about

someone need to do one or the other they're detoxing or losing weight we're

doing both so with all that being said because this video will start to get a

little bit along just be looking out for the weigh in video and that's just me on

this getting on the scale so you'll love that that's no more than like a

two-minute video and again it's just real quick recapping that I'm at 181

pounds as of today which is May 29 2008 teen which is Tuesday in perhaps

depending on how I feel I probably will do scale weigh-ins each day or every

other day I don't know how long I'm gonna be on it so I'm not gonna you know

psych myself up or sound cocky with the each day or every other day like I

already have it in my head I'm gonna do five days I don't know how long I'm

gonna do but right now while I'm feeling good and I'm energetic and I'm not

feeling sick I did have a headache yesterday Oh

I went to sleep I woke up I felt refreshed and I even felt like I had

drank water from the night before because I wasn't even feeling dehydrated

but I think a lot of that plays a role with me eating and drinking clean raw

fruits and vegetables for a long time January 11 2008 een so the present time

has been at least four months of eating clean and when within that short period

of time this is why this dry fast head to me is not affecting me like it

could've when I did the first one when I wasn't eating as well as I should have

been it took a toll on me so we I don't know within 48 hours I could get up

there and be like I can't do this guys I mean it something something just hit me

like a ton of bricks I'm feeling weak I can't go on anymore I'm dehydrated

with dry fasting it's it's very imperative that you listen to the body I

think it's 20 times dangerous than water fasting it's more aggressive I prefer

doing dry fasting because I don't feel hungry I don't feel hungry on water fast

either because of the fact that my body is so nutrient if that's even a word by

all the fruits and vegetables from the juices I have been drinking and my body

so cleanse and detox out that I don't get those hunger pains and when it's

time for me to eat I eat and I keep it moving I don't eat to a full I just eat

you I'm satisfied and I'm good you know so you know there's a lot of things that

have changed over these last four months for me not only with the extreme weight

loss but with detoxing and I'm feeling the effects of it and live in a better

quality of life because of how I feel on a daily basis it is true that you know

if there was a choice of being rich and happy I'm glad that when I was a

question over the years I always said I would

rather be happy because my outlook on life I'm happier my anxiety is getting

better and it's all because of how I'm eating and it's all because I made a

choice not only to lose the weight but to detox the body on a cellular level

wild time I'm losing the weight and get myself cleansed up because losing weight

is not really detoxing the body a hundred percent

it's just scratching the surface of it yes you're detoxing a form of detoxing

because you're getting rid of those fat cells that are kept you know detail

butcha you know toxins but it's still not on a cellular level so with that all

Long before modern technology and science, ancient cultures knew that all living things

carried a life force with them.

Chakra is an old Sanskrit word that literally translates to wheel.

Chakras are the centres of energy that move inside of us.

The chakras are primarily divided into 2 parts.

The first five chakras, from root to throat, are the Earth chakras nourished primarily

by Mother Earth.

The sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth chakras are known as the Sky Chakras.

By now we all know that we all have chakras within us but how do we find out if they are

open or not and if they are closed how do we open them?

Keeping Your Chakras Clean And Open Time and again we have come across the fact

that open chakras can have powerful healthy impact on our system.

It helps you get hold of the spiritual energy that your body requires for proper functioning.

But having your chakras open is also a matter of risk.

It has high chances of attracting negative energy as well.

Therefore, protecting your open chakras is a must.

Cleansing is equally important.

Now you might be thinking why it at all important to open our chakras if it is risky?

Well the answer is already told.

Chakras are vital sources.

They are our energy centres.

And when these important centres are closed you can feel very tired and exhausted too

How It Feels When Your Chakras Are Closing The only person who can truly answer if your

chakras are closed is you yourself.

You can even tie a string to a ring and make it work as a pendulum.

Hold your pendulum over the chakra that you think needs to open and focus as it moves

What To Do If The Damage Has Already Been Done

Once you find out whether your chakras are open or not there is no reason for you to

be worried about your closed chakras.

Your first step of detecting is already done.

See a clear red ball in 2-4 inches diameter.

Visualize it glowing brighter and even spinning.

Practice this for ten minutes every day and you shall see the difference yourself.

hey guys today is day two of my juicing yesterday I had took a nap and I felt so

energized after I had took that nap I was biting sleep I was trying to stay up

so that I wouldn't have trouble going to sleep when it was time to go to bed but

I was able to sleep through the night woke up this morning went to the grocery

store and I was in one of the full spirits just wanted to just do an update

video on how that went

yeah so I'm pretty much going to keep my regiment 90% raw I will eat some cooked

foods meats you know beef chicken and poultry and seafood of course because I

love seafood but I will not go overboard with the cooked and processed foods

because 28 days ago when I started to refeed I can tell when I'm looking at

myself while I'm doing this video that my face is getting so skinny you know I

could tell when I was doing my 28 reefy after I finished my juice fast that yes

I was losing weight but my energy was declining and my overall mental health

wasn't really good my anxiety had came back and I also was having problems

sleeping when I was on the juice I didn't have those problems so now that I

have been pumping the raw fruits and vegetables back into my diet regiment

for the last 48 hours tomorrow make a complete three days of raw fruits and

vegetables I've incorporated salads raw salads within 48 hours I'm starting to

feel better again and honest with you almost said 100% I do believe now that

the only way to go to lose weight quickly and also to detox the body

and get really healthy and also to cure illness that you might have like anxiety

in my case sleeping disorder stay Metis then there's people who have cancerous

tumors that have been known to do juice fast and the body eats those tumors you

know it wasn't me per se who had those tumors so I cannot be a witness to that

accomplishment happening on a juice fast but I can't be a witness to a friend of

mine and be trucker 68 who had diabetes who has cured himself that is a very bad

disease that is telling people all around the United States and in other

countries and against all odds he had feeding so I can I can contest to that

if not you know someone happened cancer tumors being eaten and eliminated from

the body I cannot contest to that but I can't say that I've seen videos and

testimonials from people who were sick with cancer was a good day and I think

that overall when I call hundred-percent days I'm going to just I was hurt at the

moment just to update video so let you guys

know what's going on with me so don't want to make this video too long just

want to get you know whatever I'm trying to get across across without you know

Meditation Coach", your source for meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation exercises.

Made for the military, but good for everyone.

I'm Dr. Julie Kinn with the Defense Health Agency.

And today, we have a progressive muscle relaxation, led by Cmdr.

Melissa Lauby.

Take a minute before you start the exercise to look around your environment.

What can you do to make your setting a little bit more relaxing?

Get into a comfortable position, shut down devices you don't need, maybe turn off the

screens to your monitor.

And now focus on your intention, the reason you're meditating today.

[Cmdr.

Melissa Lauby] Progressive muscle relaxation is an exercise that helps you to relax your

mind and body.

Over the next 20 minutes, this guided relaxation will take you through the process of tensing

and relaxing the major muscle groups in your body.

As we go through the relaxation, you will tense each muscle group without straining,

and hold the tension for about five seconds.

When prompted, you will release the hold and begin to notice the muscle warming and relaxing.

If at any time you notice any pain or discomfort in any of the targeted muscle groups, feel

free to omit that group, take some deep breaths, and rejoin when you are able.

Now, let's begin.

Find a comfortable position, either lying down or seated comfortably in a chair with

your feet flat on the floor.

Let your eyes close softly if that is comfortable for you.

Begin to find your breath and breathe deeply.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Begin to notice how your body feels in this moment.

Begin scanning your body, starting with your head, moving through your neck, through your

shoulders, down your arms, through your body's core, down through your legs, down through

your feet.

Don't be judgmental, just know where you are at in this moment.

Allow your attention to focus on your body and your breath.

Don't forget to breathe.

[Lauby] There may be times when your mind will wander.

Try to bring it back and focus on the muscle group that you are working on or your breath.

As you breathe in, notice the air coming into your body, into your lungs, filling your chest,

diaphragm, and stomach.

And as you release your breath, follow the same pattern, moving the breath from your

abdomen, your chest, and lungs, and then out of your body.

Visualize the stress and tension exiting your body with each exhale.

Let's take a few more deep breaths and begin to settle in.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Now, focus your attention on your head and face.

Notice the sensations.

Tighten the muscles in your forehead by raising your eyebrows as high as you can.

Hold the tension.

And release.

Let's repeat that.

Raise your eyebrows one more time.

And release.

Now squeeze your eyes shut as tightly as you can.

Hold the tension.

And release.

Repeat that one more time.

Squeeze your eyes shut.

And release.

Next, smile as widely as you can.

Hold the tension.

Release.

One more time.

Smile as widely as you can.

And release.

You should now begin to notice the warmth and relaxation beginning to settle into your

face.

Take a moment to enjoy the relaxed feeling coming through your head and your face.

[Lauby] Now, let's move your attention to your neck.

Gently pull your head back as if to look at the ceiling.

Hold it there.

And release, returning your head to its upright position.

Now, gently allow your head to move forward as if looking at the ground.

Hold the tension.

And release, bringing your head back to the center.

Notice the weight of your relaxed head and neck begin to sink into your body.

Take a moment to breathe.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Notice the waves of relaxation begin to flow through your body.

Now, notice your hands.

Tense your hands by making a fist.

Hold it tightly and release.

One more time.

Make a fist and hold the tension and release.

Now, notice your forearms.

Tense your forearms by bending your hands back towards your forearms.

Notice the tension and hold…and release.

One more time.

Tense your forearms…and release.

Now, notice your biceps.

Curl your arms towards your shoulders, tensing your biceps and hold.

Notice the feelings in your triceps.

Tighten your triceps by extending your arms out and locking your

elbows.

Feel the build-up of tension, hold…and release.

Let's do that one more time.

Enjoy the limp, warm feeling now settling in your arms.

Notice that they may begin to feel heavy and relaxed.

[Lauby] Now, focus on your shoulders.

Shrug your shoulders up towards your head and neck, hold…and release.

One more time.

Shrug your shoulders, tensing the muscles in your shoulders, hold…and release.

Letting all the stress and tension fall from your body with your sagging shoulders.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Notice the waves of relaxation starting in your head, moving through your face, your

neck, your shoulders, and down your arms.

Notice the warm, relaxed sensations filling these muscle groups.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Now, notice your upper back.

Tense the muscles in your upper back by squeezing your shoulder blades together, almost as if

they could touch.

Hold…and release.

One more time.

Tighten your upper back muscles.

Hold…and release.

Now, notice your chest muscles.

Tighten your chest muscles by taking a deep breath in.

Hold.

And release and exhale, blowing out all of the tension.

One more time, tighten your chest muscles.

Take a deep breath in and hold.

And release.

Exhale.

Now, move down to your abdominal muscles.

Notice the sensation in your body's core.

Tense your stomach muscles by sucking your muscles in.

Hold…and release.

Let's do that one more time.

Hold…and release.

Now, notice the sensations in your lower back.

Tense your lower back muscles by arching your back and pushing your stomach forward.

Hold the tension…and release.

One more time, tense your lower back muscles…and release.

You should now be feeling the warm relaxation sensation moving from your head, down your

neck, and your shoulders, through the core of your body, and your arms and fingers.

Imagine pushing any tension or stress you may be feeling down and out through your body.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Now, moving towards your lower body.

Focus your attention on your buttocks.

Tense your gluts.

Hold…and release.

One more time, tense your gluts.

Hold…and release.

[Lauby] Now, notice your thigh muscles.

Tighten your thighs by pressing your knees together, almost as if you are trying to hold

something between your legs.

Hold…and release.

One more time.

Hold…and release.

Now move down to your calves.

Notice your calves.

To tighten your calf muscles, pull your feet back towards you.

Hold…and release.

One more time.

Pull your feet back to tighten your calf muscles.

Hold…and release.

Now notice your feet and your toes.

Curl your toes in, and squeeze them to tighten the muscles.

Hold…and release.

One more time.

Squeeze your toes together.

Hold…and release.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Notice the warm heaviness settling into your body.

Take a moment to scan your body.

Begin at your head, down to your shoulders, through your arms, through the core of your

body, through your legs and feet.

Notice the waves of relaxation flowing through your entire body, starting at the top of your

head moving down through your feet.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Notice your relaxed body, warm, heavy.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Feel free to take as much time in the space as you would like.

But if you are ready to transition back, begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Begin to find movement in your arms and legs.

And if closed, when you are ready, open your eyes.

Good afternoon, lovely people. Welcome to the vlog of our weekend getaway.

It is time for a house tour. When you come in, you enter through the door.

Last night, we got here.

Welcome in our house.

Now, it is time to play another game: badminton.

We all changed in different clothes, because we are going to the Klimpark in Apeldoorn.

I'm very excited. We are walking towards the Klimpark.

And I hope I can bring my backpack since we want to climb...

...And I want to take it with me, so I can capture some fun videos for you.

In the meantime, we are eating a sandwich since it's almost lunch time.

And I'm very excited. How fun is this?

We are now wearing our... Well... Our ropes so to speak.

OK, the first ride was a zip-line, and it was for practice.

Let's continue.

The next one is a rope.

They are coming. I am on the zip-line, and here I go.

Oh, I do need to stir.

Fun, isn't it? - Yes, fun.

Really fun. The next route is Sensation. - Sensation.

Eh... Well, Tooz is climbing the twisting ladder.

I just climbed the stairs. We also jumped off of the rope.

This is very fun.

I don't think anyone has fallen yet. Oh, that is fun too.

Oh, cool. OK, are you taking the zip-line? - Yes.

We are quite high, and we're not even on the tallest part.

How nerve racking. The jump down is the worst part.

And afterwards, it's a lot of fun. Martijn is going now.

It is now time, since we are sitting in the car, to drink a little bit of Caprisun. And I am happy to read that it's vegan.

That's nice. It isn't zero waste, but hey...

We are getting some food, something to drink, and we're walking there. It is near our house, by the way.

There's a little beach there. How cute. This is really a lovely park.

OK, we have fries. The fries are picked up, and now it's time to bring these fries to the house.

And then we'll eat deliciously, and we'll have a lovely evening.
