DATING DOES and DONT'S IN JAPAN - Duration: 9:54.

Being a rude with the waitress.

I know that!

Do you want to be in charge of the whole date? - I don't want to.

Keeping quiet is a red flag. I want him to talk.

Hey guys it's Cathy Cat on Ask Japanese.

Today we are gonna talk about love and ask Japanese people about love

on the streets of Tokyo. If you are new to our channel, don't forget to subscribe

And our topic this time is gonna be...

What you should do and should NOT do, when you date a Japanese

and when you are on date with a Japanese person.

Take notes guys. Let's go and ask Japanese.

What shall never happen on a date?

Someone who is really cold towards the shop assistants.

That's a total blower.

People around us will judge us too.

I won't enjoy a date like that.

If he is nice to you, but the opposite to the staff?

That will make me dislike him.

Will make me wonder if that cold attitude is his real face.

I look how my date treats shop assistants around him and also how he eats.

What do you look at?

The way he eats, the way he holds his chopsticks.

I check that out.

I also don't like it if he will compliment other women on the date.

I don't want him to look at other girls, I want to be the focus of his attention on the date.

Fair point. I get that.

Using harsh language with shop assistants.

I don't want him to treat anyone differently.

When having a meal...

I don't like seeing other people being rude to the waiters.

Having a person like that as partner, wouldn't you hate that too.

At least I don't want him to raise his voice.

Being rude with the waitress.

Ah yes!

Yeah I hate that too.

I am totally the same.

When you get a food different to what you ordered being really rude like

"I didn't friggin order this."

Men with a really bad attitude towards people who work in customer service.

I can't deal with that.

I also hate it when they throw the money at the staff.

- There are people like that? - Yes there are.

Men who act differently depending if the waiter is a man or a woman.

- There are men like that? - Yes there are!

Nice to the lady and cold to the men? No what? The other way?

Being really harsh with the waitress, but once the waiter appears, sweating it and leaving.

If you have an argument during a date, him leaving half way through the date.

Or being so angry that he won't talk for the rest of the day.

That's a don't!

Men who make girls buy stuff for them on their date.

I believe that that's a man's duty.

So I believe that on a date, men should not get the girls to buy their stuff.

Men who just look at their mobile phone during a date.

"What are you here for then?! Go home!"

Is this date with me that boring for you? In that case I'll go home too.

Just staring at the phone is a big DON'T.

Just staring at the phone when we are eating too.

That sounds boring.

I will get bored by that too.

She is a bit scary, can you see? I am totally hierarchy wise under her.

I don't want to say any date DON'TS or I will get the stick for it later.

What should men not do during a date then?

I don't think they should check out other girls during a date.

I would get angry at that too.

Deciding everything about the date yourself, without asking the other person about their opinion.

I think that's a DON'T

Do you want to decide everything about the date yourself? - Not at all.

I want to talk it though with her.

- Being late is in-acceptable. - Shoot, I was late when we met.

Why do you hate it when people are late?

I came here on time. So it really vexes me when others are not there.

- Who was late today? - I confess I was late.

I am sorry. I am so very sorry.

We have an apology video here now. - It's okay.

How kind of you. But you won't forgive men for being late?

I take more time getting ready, so why are they late then?

What is a date DO?

Little signs of affection. Opening doors and such.

Makes me feel like I am getting treated kindly.

Saying "Can I carry your luggage?" He doesn't have to carry it, but just asking for it is nice.

"Can I carry your luggage?" "Really? Please do."

Being a gentleman. - He should always be a gentleman.

A gentleman. Ah! He is already carrying her luggage right there.

Even though it's a cute backpack with MyMelody he is carrying for you.

How kind. What a gentleman.

What I want her to do? Dress nicely. She always looks nice and cute when we go on a date.

Yeah if a girl came with no makeup to a date, that would repel a guy.

Makes you feel like she made herself look pretty for you. - Yes exactly.

I want to hold hands and walk together. Simple.

How nice.

I want her to take me to a fancy place.

- A fancy cafe? - Girls know more fashionable places.

What do you want him to do for you during a date?

I want him to take me for a drive.

I want him to drive me to his favorite place.

I want him to decide the whole date plan for himself and just take me around.

What will you do on a date like that? - Just follow his lead.

I want to leave it all to him. The food too.

- "I will follow you!" - Yeah someone who will just take me places.

I want him to take the lead too.

I just want to follow him, so he should make all decisions.

Just meet in the morning, and have the rest being a surprise.

All being a surprise. I also like being spontaneous.

So just spontaneously deciding to go some place.

I want him to plan the whole date and escort me around.

What type of escort?

I want him to decide where we will go.

It's a waste of time if we just can't decide where to go on a date.

I would prefer if he had already decided where we will go on that day.

- The boy has to decide everything? - Yes he can make all decisions.

- The date will be a mystery to you. - I will leave it totally to him.

What do you want him to do? - I hate silence.

I want him to talk. That's all.

I want him to pick up on my feelings during the date.

There are some people who ask questions all the time.

I'd prefer it if he picked up on how I feel, and did the things for me without asking.

That would be super cool.

If he won't notice me, I would feel sad.

If he is late for meeting up, he should at least message beforehand.

He doesn't have to spend too much money on the date.

We don't need very great food or something. I want to enjoy the little nothings with him.

I want him to hold my hand. - That's so cute.

Those were our questions. Thank you.

Dates DOES and DON'TS. The general things:

Don't check your phone (all the time) don't check out other people (all the time).

The general things you expect like don't be late...

There is one thing I find interesting that many people said...

don't be weird or rude to waiters. In Japan there is a very big customer service culture.

The customer is literally king "sama", "Okyakusama".

They use a very high syllable afterwards...

to explain that the customer is higher over them.

Some people abuse that by being rude to waiters or taking the "I am higher" attitude.

I don't know why. I have seen it with a couple of people here.

And that was number one turn off for most of the people we interviewed.

Don't act bossy, weird or rude or horrible to other waiters

because that might be the true personality that you are.

It might show a little bit about you that you should not be showing.

That was interesting, that seems to be an issue. If that's mentioned so much,

it seems to be a problem with people.

I am glad they mentioned that. I learned something.

DOES to do on a date, is watch out. Japanese people sometimes

it's almost like mind reading, but not as difficult as mind reading.

It's thinking of the other person. Don't just do your thing.

Look at them, how are they feeling. Are they hot? Cold? Hungry?

Do they need anything? Can I help them with anything?

Those thoughts help making the date easier.

Carry her bag, get her a drink, those little kind of things are really appreciated

Without having to say it.

That's an interesting point there.

The girls want the guy to have the whole day organized and they just tag along.

That again, I have not so much seen in the west.

Maybe it's different for you. What are your does and don'ts for a date in your country?

Maybe we can all learn a little bit from each other.

I hope you will leave us a comment and I hope you have already subscribed. If you have not

please do so you are part of our channel and you don't miss any future stuff from Japan.

And leave us a LIKE!

It was lovely seeing you. I wish you a lovely day and I catch you soon

Pogo: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Pogo, an Australian DJ, has admitted to being a homophobe in a YouTube video where he also talked about celebrating the Orlando Pulse Nightclub shooting.

The video does not appear on Pogo's official YouTube channel, Fagottron, but another channel named Pogo Archives.

The clip is titled, "Why I Called My Channel Fagottron." Pogo says, "I've never liked a grown man acting like a 12-year-old girl.

I've always found that to be quite disgusting.

And so I thought to myself, how best can I express to the world that gays are just an abomination?".

He adds, "I think nothing encapsulates the sissiness of a guy quite like the world, "F*****." I have a fairly robust resentment of the gay community.

I don't want to really get into this, but when there was the Orlando shooting and that guy was shouting, "Allahu Akbar," or something, I was like, "Great." Pogo then pumps his fist in the clip.

Pogo continues, "But yeah, I've got to be a bit careful with that because, well, you know… I don't like gays, but I don't want to see people getting killed in nightclubs either.

But still, I mean, it's just fantastic.

It amazes me to see the West welcoming a culture through the floodgates that wants gays dead.

I think that's fantastic.".

Here's what you need to know about Pogo:.

Pogo Has Flirted With Right-Wing Politics in the Past.

Pogo has shown some of his politics in the past with his October 2016 song, Trumpular, which fused together various clips of Donald Trump speaking over a beat.

However, those people are strictly forbidden from working.

The ban occurred in 2011.

Speaking on a now-deleted YouTube video, Pogo said, "America is really the last place on earth I want to be banned from." He laid the blame on his promoters who did not inform him of the work restrictions and also said that he had been incarcerated for two weeks before being deported.

The Huffington Post also reported that Pogo attempted to have his ban rescinded through a White House petition.

When asked about this by Svana Paper in an interview he replied, "I just felt that I needed a break from social media.

I felt like it was a negative part of my life and I found it to be very difficult to deal with everybody's expectations every day.

And I didn't have the right mind for it at that time, so I decided to take that out of my life." Pogo later said that he "felt that [he] was focusing too much on people and not enough on my music and what I wanted my music to be.".

During the same interview, Pogo was asked about the origin of his name to which he replied, "Well, I think Pogo is a student.

Because when I was in school, I drew comic strips more often then I actually did any school work.

And one the comic strips I came up was called Pogo.

Which was kind of Pokemon concept.

So when I started making music and I was releasing it on the internet, I thought why not just call myself Pogo? It's short, it feels personal to me because of what I had drawn in school.

And it just stuck ever since then.".

Pogo's Video Is Being Roundly Criticized on Social Media.

Pogo, who has not made an official statement since the video went viral, wrote in his latest tweet at the time of writing, "Simplicity Is Divinity.

These are the three most important words you'll ever contemplate as an artist.

Instead of throwing everything at the wall, think "What do I like about this?" and strip away everything else.

Less detail!".

Haunted Places | Goatman's Bridge (The Old Alton Bridge) - Duration: 8:47.

hey guys what's up so today I wanted to start a new series of haunted places and

I thought what better place to start with than a location that was right down

the road from where I grew up and that would be the old Alton Bridge which was

also known as to us the locals the goat Mansbridge now they actually ended up

building a new bridge and they declared the old bridge a historical monument

now I remember this bridge was active until the early 2000s and this bridged

the bridge itself without any of the legends was terrifying especially if you

were driving at night because this bridge is pretty much located in the

middle of nowhere and it is a one single car one lane bridge and I remember all

the time driving down this bridge hearing it would sound like the bridge

was just going to collapse underneath you as you would drive over it you would

hear this just clunk clunk clunk like no wonder there were so many terrifying

legends that emerged about this bridge because just driving over the bridge

during the day you'd hear this clunk clunk clunk as you drove over the bridge

and you just sat there praying that the bridge was not gonna collapse underneath

you let alone driving over it in the middle of the night because there

weren't any like streetlights in the area

tons of oak trees so it's pitch-black out there and again you're just praying

that the bridge does not collapse from under you and on top of that you're

praying that if a car is coming in the other direction that they will stop as

you're driving over the bridge to allow you to pass because two cars cannot fit

on this I remember driving my Jeep over this

bridge and it took me a minute to cross the bridge with my Jeep because I like

didn't feel like my Jeep was gonna fit on the bridge so it's no wonder that

this scary creepy bridge has so many legends of where the idea of the goatman

came from now some have said that a demon wanders the area that feeds on

live goats and others have said that there's just a demon in general that you

will go on the bridge and feel all these negative negative vibes others say if

you go at a specific time on a specific day like if you go on a full moon at

midnight then you will see the goat man I personally have gone down on this

bridge many many times and I will tell you the scariest thing that I ever saw

was the bridge itself and every time I drove over it I felt like it was a

miracle that it didn't collapse because this was the quickest easiest route a

lot of times this was the quickest easiest way to get to my friends houses

the perks of living down the street from a haunted bridge but the scariest legend

I think that I heard of all which I might not tell the entire story because

it's pretty pretty dark and pretty messed up so I think I'll just kind of

give the gist of where this legend came from so the most popular legend of where

the goatman story came from there was a goat farmer who had moved with his

family just north of the bridge now this man's name was Oscar Washburn and he was

known to be a very on and dependable and great businessman the

people in the area began to give him the nickname the goat man because the man's

success and the man's cheese's and milk that he produced from his goats were

supposed to be the best in the area after years of becoming more and more

well-known in the community they actually put a sign on the old out'n

bridge displaying this way to the goat man's for all to see and know where they

could get the best cheese and milk so the legend goes that in the late 30s

some people didn't care for how well Washburn's business was thriving so they

went to the house and slaughtered all of his goats now if that wasn't enough

Washburn continued to thrive and they came back the goats had been a warning

they came back and they kidnapped Washburn and hung him on the bridge but

when they went to check the noose Washburn's body was gone rather than

stick around afraid they went to Washburn's home where they then

proceeded to kill his entire family and burn down their house so the legend goes

that if you cross the bridge late at night without your headlights on you

will get a glimpse of the goat man so as I said I have been down there many many

times I used to drive down that bridge on a regular basis just to get to my

friends houses and then of course I mean when you're a teenager and you're bored

why not go ghost hunting got to drive over the bridge anyway why not go ahead

and sit and park for a minute with your headlights off and see what happens

unfortunately I never did it get to get a glimpse of the goat man but the bridge

itself was pretty terrifying now sadly you can no longer drive on the bridge

they did build a new bridge but the historical old out'n bridge also known

as goat man's bridge is still there available for you to go and check out I

gotta say though when they installed that new bridge felt a lot safer when

you're driving over it at any time during the day

no more hoping and praying that as you drove over the new bridge that I

wouldn't collapse from underneath you so I don't know I always loved the idea of

Goldman's bridge and that there was this just creepy haunted place just right

down the road from me where I could visit at any time and there were quite a

few legends and places that were nearby where I lived that I could check out

late at night and see if I could see anything because even if you don't

actually catch a ghost or a demon it's always it's it's kind of a thrill just

to go out and try I don't know maybe I'm weird but I I love the thrill of just

going and checking out a place that is supposed to be haunted and you know

seeing if there's anything around or if it's just a legend if nothing else we're

always really good at scaring ourselves especially if you go with a group of

friends to an area that's supposed to be haunted at midnight on a full moon

because someone in your group is probably gonna try to scare everyone so

that's all for today's video if you have a haunted location that you would like

to hear about please post that in the comments section below and if you

enjoyed this video please hit that like button and subscribe to my channel where

I post new videos every week thanks for watching guys sweet

dreams
