Today we are going to know about a very good house of the zodiac.
Both people who have faith in astrology and who doesn't believe in astrology say one thing in common, what ever results they are getting because of their own karma.
But many a times we see in the society people who have lot of capabilities and hard workers yet they do not get to reach their ultimate goal easily.
Such persons would say i did the best what ever i could do even then i'm not getting desired results.
I'm doing my best with in my capabilities still i'm not getting proper results. Which means there needs to be something more done regarding karma to get the desired results.
In order to get 100% +ve results if we perform actions which includes dharma then person's luck will increase and gets good support from his good deeds and luck thus becomes automatically successful.
That is why among the 12 houses 9th house is called good house or important house. It is known as 'Bhagya' , the house of Wealth, Luck and Prosperity.
Generally we say we do everything but our luck is what we carry forward from our past life deeds.
Which means what ever is written in our fate only that happens.
Even people who don't believe in astrology, they simply say "I'm successful because of my luck, if i don't get success because it's not at all written in my fate.
So it is very important to understand 9th house (the house of luck). You'll come to know how important this for one to become successful.
As per 'Jataka Parijata' book person's luck will entirely dependent on 9th house.
'Guru Dharma ka Baha'. Which means when you do good deeds you'll get good results.
Whether the society would appreciate one's actions or not, whether the person is doing good deeds or not all these can be seen from 9th house.
As per the verse 9th house is the accumulated karmas (sanchita karma) of the past life.
If we would have done good deeds in our past lives we will get good results in this life. This is called sanchita karma. This can be seen from 9th house.
The verse also says "It tells are you going to do more good deeds related to god or guru". If one already have the blessings of god that can be seen through 9th house.
People who are religious often say by god's grace or by the blessing of my parents i got all this success.
We can also see father from the 9th house as per the astrology. How is one's relationship with father can be seen from 9th house.
And 9th from 9th house is 5th house.
We call 5th house as 'Atmaja', which has created from one's own self.
As people might often say either my child made me proud or ruined my name. This can be seen from 5th house.
When we talked about 5th house we've learned that results for 5th house also coming from the luck of past deeds.
Whether one's child is good or bad it is all written in one's fate. I'll give my child good parenting but i don't know how the kid is going to reciprocate it good or bad.
Same way to get a good father is also happens by fate and to get a good child also happens due to one's good fate or luck. These two are interlinked.
More than 'Jataka Parijata', 'Jatakabharanam' book mentioned about 9th house profoundly.
As per the verse, 9th house tells about dharma of a person. It tells if a person is truly religious or not, do they believe in god or not.

How much help does a person gets from luck.
It also tells about person's clean character. How is one's morals and values etc.
It also tells about one's pilgrimage and travel. We all travel, sometimes with family, sometimes to visit holy places.
How much are we really interested in religious travels and how much can we actually do this all can be seen from 9th house.
Like people say "I'm so lucky it is in my fate", if they happen to visit Varanasi (Benaras) or they visit Ganges river.
Some people go all around the world but they never get to visit Kashi (Benaras). They feel like going there but somehow they can't go there. It all depends on 9th house luck.

How much one gets the result of their good deeds. By going to temple one will get good karma but some other will get same good karma by sharing their knowledge and wisdom. This can be seen from 9th house.
9th house also represents one's higher education. Regular education is seen from 5th house but higher education like masters and professional degree we see that through 9th house.
If you look at people who is professionally successful their primary education might not be good all the time. But when they come to higher education they might have done well. For that strong 9th house must be there.
If you look at natural 9th house Sagittarius comes under this. It's owner is Jupiter and we all know Jupiter means good.
All the good things and deeds can be seen from 9th house.
University studies, Researches all can be seen from 9th house.
And 9th house comes under Dharma trine. 1st house, 5th house and 9th house comes under Dharma Trine.
What is the meaning of Dharma?
Doing right thing at right time is know as dharma.
I'll give you one example out side of the context.
There is so much said about Dharma. But i'll tell you one example we can easily relate with.
'Dnyaneshwar Maharaj' parents were excluded by the society those times. The reason behind it was..
At those times people used to follow 4 types of varnaashrama tradition. They are brahmacharya, grihasta, vanaprastha and sanyasa ashram. These have to be followed in the same sequence it is a religious belief.
But they did it in a different manner. First they took brahmacharya, grihata and then they skipped vanaprastha and took sanyasa ashram. But later they again came back to vanaprastha ashram due to some situations.
They had broken the normal sequence so that society eliminated them thinking that it is against dharma.
So dharma means doing right thing at the right time.
How can we apply this technique for current situations i'll give you one suitable example.
When male and female come together they give birth to a child it is natural and dharma by nature.
If it happens after marriage we say it is good dharma. But if it happens before marriage we treat the same as shame and against dharma.
People abuse such deeds and persons who ever dare to go against dharma.
So it is better to understand what is dharma. It is doing right thing at the right time.
To understand dharma better we must have good 9th house. Our guru should be good so he will teach us what is the right dharma, what is good and bad. It is also said If we do good deeds we get proper results.
And it is also said we can see our brother's wife from 9th house.
Brother is seen from 3rd house so naturally his wife is seen from 7th from 3rd house which is 9th house.
We can also see persons good nature from 9th house.
Also a person is pure hearted or not can be seen from this house.
We can also see gains from our children. We see children from 5th house, 9th house is 5th from 5th house. So we see gains related to children from here.
We can also see our grandson from 9th house because it is 5th from 5th house which represent children of children.
In our tradition it is believed that, how far the lineage goes/passes that good it is. If 5th house is good and 9th house is not good enough then your child will be good but he/she might not carry forward the lineage. That can also be seen from 9th house.
So this way we can see and understand different things related to our luck, prosperity and the good qualities added to our personality. All these can be known from 9th house.
If we look at the planetary aspects jupiter is the natural significator of the house.
So if jupiter is in 9th house he gives good results, sun also gives good results. Moon also gives good results. Any good planet here gives good results.
If saturn is here person will get luck and prosperity little late due to the nature of Saturn in delaying things.
If venus is in 9th house luck and prosperity might happen due to females or opposite sex.
Combining all these factors one can truly judge and estimate the true results of 9th house what is good and what is bad.
Once it is known then we can improve our good actions and reduce our bad actions then obviously we can grow forward.
