Waching daily Jun 18 2018

Hello everyone. It's Lou's screenshot tuto. Today we are going to

learn how to mix voiceover and music with audacity on a video.

We will meet again right away behind my little assembly bench that

is other than software avs video editor and you see I have different

tracks on my timeline like you without doubt for your editing a video track,

an image track, a text track, a audio track. On this project and I

do not have any audio tracks yet. I go create it and I'm going for it already

save my project in movie format. It's a project called

redirects and I'm going to save it without voiceover.

Once this video is recorded I'm lucky to be able to work in

dual screen, to have on my screen right my video on my left screen

Audacity. And that's why I I'll be able to do my little mixing

since I'm going to watch the movie all speaking to record the

the dialogue with audacity. So I run my Audacity, I'm doing 1 2 3

and I say my text in overlay on the video. Once

I'm done, well I'll reduce the noise with

audacity by taking the background noise and I will apply this reduction of

noise to the whole of my soundtrack. It is the very first operation for good

clean the tape. Then I cut the beginning and the end and

I will clean my band gradually. when you have

used to use audacity, you immediately notice what

is like breath and can be anything immediately make it mute. It is only

matter of habit. You will arrive very quickly to read his directions.

And then when in doubt, you can listen again to be sure you do not

deceive and well suppressed of breath or speech defects like heuuu

example. When you have cleaned your tape, you record

the project and here I go go get some background music. It is

sometimes the most complicated thing find a music that matches

well mix that we want to do. For that the easiest way

for me, it's going to be in the youtube audio library.

I will choose the duration that corresponds to the doubling that

I wish to perform. When I found the music that

matches well, I import it in audacity. The music

is imported but initially she mask the voice off.

I will have to decrease the volume music. I'm listening to be sure

it all works. There, at this point, the voice off and the music are ok. The voice

is well posed. So I can export my audio in waw format. You can enter

metadata is always good for SEO and I return

now in my editing software. I restart my project. I'm importing

dubbing and I put it on the line audio from my timeline. Here is a

video where I have not finished yet. You see that in the end I still have

a few seconds. I still have two plans to realize but my soundtrack is already

fact. When these two plans are added,

this video will be ready to be broadcast.

Do not forget to save your project. This is the end of this video. A little click

I like always pleasure. Remember to subscribe and if not activate

the bell. I'll see you soon for a new tutorial.

HOW TO GET READY FOR AN AUDITION 💗 JUSTICE - Duration: 1:38.

Hi, I'm Girls With Heart Ambassador Nerhgiz,

and today I'm going to show you

how to prep for an audition.

So preparing for an audition is really important.

You want to make sure you're 100% ready

before walking into that room.

So the first thing you want to do when you wake up

is make sure that you eat a healthy breakfast

that fills you up,

because you want to have lots of energy for your audition.

Also make sure that you memorize your lines

or the song that you're going to be singing.

So maybe you can run your lines through

with somebody that you know,

or your parents,

or your friends to help you out.

And another thing that's super super important

is your headshot and resume.

You want to make sure that you have this

just in case they ask for it.

So what you want to do is you want to staple your headshot

in front of your resume,

and your resume will be on the back.

You also want to make sure that with your resume

you bring music notes if you're going to be singing a song.

I recommend putting it in a binder

so that it's all put together,

and you don't have to worry.

So you can just give it to the piano player if there is one.

And this is my binder.

I started acting about four years ago,

and I absolutely love it.

I think that my favorite thing about acting

is being able to step into somebody else's shoes

and play a character that could be totally different

from your actual personality.

I think it's a lot of fun.

Thank you so much for watching.

And please subscribe for more awesome Justice videos.

Practiced my lines and ate my breakfast.

Now I'm ready to go to my audition.

Bye.

How to Get More Views With YouTube's New Dashboard - Duration: 7:09.

So you want to know how YouTube's new

creator beta studio dashboard can help

you get more views, all while vidIQ can

give you that extra little boost. Let's

do this

Hello folks, welcome back to vidIQ. My

name is Rob. If this is your first time

here we are the YouTube tool and channel that

aims to help you get more views in less

time, grow your channel and make an

impact with your audience. Today

we're looking at more transition

features to new creator beta studio, but

it's probably best if we start with the

existing dashboard from the old

analytics which looks like this. It gives

you pretty much a plain look on your

channel including an analytics box, your

most recent videos, some simple tips,

maybe comments, and updates on YouTube

news. So fairly basic stuff. The new creator

beta studio dashboard looks like this.

On first glance it looks pretty similar to

the previous dashboard but it does have

subtle differences which turn out to be

pretty major improvements on the old

dashboard and of course we have to

remember this is the beta edition so it

can only get better. Let's have a look at

some of these boxes in more detail. First

of all this first box is brand new and

it looks as if it will really tell you

stories about your content rather than

just giving you analytics. It does a

comparison of your most recent video

versus your other recent videos. It's

telling us for the Secret Formula video

that we did on more YouTube views it's

third in the list by views for the last

ten videos but then it does a a fairly

strange comparison in terms of its

lifetime so far. So it's telling me in

the first one day and nine hours

compared to the previous three videos

that we've done on the channel its watch

time has got 200% more than the previous

videos, views are up by 25% and average

view duration is up by a whopping 162

percent. So it's telling me directly now

that: hey vidIQ the last video you did

was absolutely

awesome you should produce more content

just like this. There are some things you

can do with these analytics as well if

we change it from previous three videos

to previous video then we can compare it

to the last video. We can see the

views are slightly down on this one but

with the previous video about channel

audits which I'm sure you've seen we

pushed this out to a lot more viewers

whereas this one, the secret formula one,

was just pushed out to YouTubers as

normal. You can also do some mouse over

analytics as you just saw there to look

at some of the videos. So if I mouse over

the last ten videos it shows you

the list of those ten videos and the

views over that lifecycle - the first one

day nine hours, and this is presumably

because when I'm looking at these

analytics on the dashboard the most

recent video is one day and nine hours old

so it's doing a really straight

comparison there. Next up is the YouTube

news section providing you with important

updates on what's going on at YouTube

but also giving you updates from the

creator insider YouTube team. They give

us all sorts of useful videos about

what's going on within the YouTube

ecosystem and sneak peeks to features

like this dashboard as you see here.

Wouldn't it be awesome if you could have

your own videos featured in this area

for video creators if they're looking to

improve their own analytics. I mean

that's something we do here at vidIQ

maybe YouTube you are watching you could

add some of our video to this section..

but probably not. One area that will be

of great interest to you though is the

'Ideas for you' section. This is basically

tips, tricks and guides from the creator

Academy but has expanded a lot in the

last year and there is so much useful

information and guides there that you

really should be checking it out if you

haven't already done so. Clicking on a

random page will take you to a wealth of

information that you can see here on

screen now and you can just maximize all

these sections and read them all. And all

these guides are from YouTube themselves

so it's very much worth looking at.

They're almost like exams that you can

take to pass and sort of authenticate

your knowledge in the area.

So definitely worth checking out and

getting involved in the creator Academy

to learn a lot more about how to YouTube

a smarter way. And finally on the

right-hand side here of the creator beta

studio dashboard we have channel

analytics. Looks a bit bear at the moment

to be honest. It has channel subscribers

and then watch time, views, revenue over

the last at 28 days and a list here of

top videos over the last 48 hours

although it seems a little bear. I'm not

sure what that's trying to tell us right

now: I think this section needs a little

more scoping out. What doesn't need any

scoping out right now, however, is the vidIQ

channel audit tool which gives you a

much more comprehensive look at your

channel. You'll find it on most YouTube

pages here on the channel audit section

of the left hand YouTube navigation

panel. Click there and it gives you a

wealth of information about your channel

including a health snapshot at the top,

content to double down on: these are

videos that have been performing well

for you in certain categories such as

getting subscribers, engagement rate,

plenty of stuff you can look up there.

Further down we have average metrics,

it's telling us our average length of

titles, descriptions, tag length. All of

these will be in green or red depending

on what we think is the optimum

optimisation for tags, titles and

descriptions and then items you can

improve on. It's telling us that we've

got some end screens that we need to add

to certain videos and some videos have

not been added to playlist. If I click on

any of these it gives us an instant list

of what actions I need to take, so that's

the channel audit tool; a very brief look

there. We've got a massive tutorial on

vidIQ right now, it's mostly free to use

with some paid aspects so check out our

video for a lot more information. So what

do you think of the creator studio beta

dashboard? Does it show promise or is it

something that you're never going to

look at again? And one more thing. If you

find that YouTube is forcing you to go

to the creator

beta studio dashboard - have you noticed I

can't remember whether to say beta

studio or studio beta creator studio

beta... if you get pushed onto those

analytics and you need to switch back

there is an option in the bottom left

corner of the new beta

studio which allows you

to switch back to classic. I myself was

forced on to the beta studio

without even realizing and it took me a

while to work out where I needed to go

to get back to my classic settings. If

you want to learn a lot more about the

studio beta analytics we've done plenty

of videos that should all be about there

right now, otherwise enjoy the rest of

your video making day we'll see you all

again soon. Bye for now.

Sales Cycle Sheet - Keeping Track of Calls & Keeping You Focused - Duration: 9:40.

hello I want to take a moment today to explain what the heck of sales cycle

sheet is so a sales cycle sheet is something we used the sales training

academy let me introduce myself hi I'm John Ruman I'm one of the sales

training along with mr. Roger Moore the real 007

to help you become a amazing salesperson and help your sales team go to the next

level so let me tell you what the sales cycle is its sales cycle very very very

simply is a sheet that we use in in the sales academy and we actually offer our

students and graduates the opportunity to kind of make a custom-made one for

them but basically what it allows is for you when you're on the phone to have who

you're gonna call where they are because remember if you've been paying attention

to any of these videos I will hatch and rehash the concept of twelve touches and

why again are twelve touches so critical is most sales happen from touch or

contact five to twelve eighty percent of all contacts happen from kind of call

five to twelve so what we utilize is a sheet of paper with all the people

you're calling because the calling is the first of all calling and did I email

and did I have a meeting how'd the meeting go did I follow up did I have to

resale reclose etc but most sales don't happen on the first point of contact the

to the third the fourth the fifth and it requires over and over and over again

you finding ways and methods to be in front of the person because it's a

relationship and it takes 12 points to close the majority of people nine out of

ten people will close if you are patient and persistent and have a method to your

excellence so let me tell you what the cycle is so this sheet of paper has we

have two versions one is 21 the defaults 20 long the other is 30 persons long and

what it does again name it will have a name phone number maybe

company and then all the other information is all the various points of

contact that will lead you to the close but let me tell you why it's so critical

let's pretend you have a two-hour block dedicated or a three-hour block of time

dedicated to calling companies and individuals to get the potential meeting

a lot of people when they make those calls very often AJ hey how you doing

man when they make those calls they will very easily quickly in their mind

further their thought patterns will say I'm done I did a bunch of calls and if

they just use a electronic system or whatever they will not get through a

tremendous amount of calls a very very good sales person on the phone can get

through a hundred fifty calls in an eight-hour day

and what this requires is the person to be as soon as they hang up to make the

next call making the notes of the call to his head because it takes 20 30

seconds for a call the ring you know all those things to happen so but what this

does is it stops you from creating interferences or excuses or distractions

which make you think you're done and you've already done a bun because your

mind will tell you after four or five calls I've done a lot of calls I'm gonna

take a break and then what a lot of people do in the sales profession is

they take a lot of breaks and then they've only made like four calls and

then it's lunch time and then their mind that well it's lunch no one's gonna be

there at lunch and then they get done with lunch and they have all this

negative self talk about why a person's not going to be there but if they use a

sales cycle what it will do they always it will all it will allow you to

maintain focus and create a visible level of accountability so you should

ideally make twenty calls before lunch everything and if you do that on a

regular consistent basis I was growing and rotating the list as

they get sold or they are on more like okay then I'm gonna call them in a month

or two weeks or three weeks three weeks or a month or two months or whatever the

timeframe is but once they're on the off the sales cycle then they will at that

point there can be rotated off you add more and you have another 20 people to

call you should have a consistent rotation of it release 20 people to call

and then number should grow bigger and bigger and bigger I'm not trying to tell

you to ignore crms CRM are invaluable contact or customer relationship

management think of it as software think of it as Excel on steroids that allows

you to keep track should emails remind you when the heck your legs all those

kinds of things keep detailed notes the most important things serums are good

for our notes and what we usually encourage is this sheet this sales

cycles you flip it over and you'll put the person's name and then you'll put

like a quick thing I note so for example you talk to them their son or daughter

they're taking them to a birthday party okay cool sounds good

can I call you next Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. yeah sounds great and then you call them

next to the PPM assuming they say yes to that time and then you use the CRM to do

the reminders but what I would encourage you to do is say call Tuesday 3:00 p.m.

and make some sort of indication so that ain't Jamie you make an indication such

that when you call the person back or I'm sorry when you're done with your 20

or 30 calls you then put all those notes in the CRM you put the notes you put the

you know when you got to call them back every person every single person should

have a follow-up every single person's those do not give that up okay so if you

have any questions on the sales cycle do me a favor yeah I didn't watch the whole

line that I'm doing you can check it out below shoot me a message I'd love to get

your questions or feedback are you using something like this we've found it to be

really really effective with those that we train and ourselves actually in the

phone call side of things so I would love to hear your feedback as to how

about it's been for you and your team so

questions would be awesome below let me tell you about we are doing a course in

our normal six-week course which we are having in September I think it starts

the second Thursday in September the 13th we're also doing our most popular

module which is the cold calling module and we're pulling that out of the six

week course so those who really just need that can get that and we charge 600

TT for that it's a three-hour block of time it is gonna be awesome if you

haven't heard enough about what we do but basically we're gonna teach you a

handful of things but we will teach you a phone call script which is deadly in a

requirement if you're gonna do anything while on the phone because if you don't

know what you're saying you have to have a script that is magnificent in front of

you because those who you're dealing with will throw you off the best people

on the phone get thrown off all that time so you must have a phone script if

you're watching this and you ever make a sales call for your company for yourself

have a script come up with something please it'll totally change the game

unbelievably valuable you'll you will come across so professional so concisely

to be awesome we'll show you how to create tonality within the script that

you've created and we'll help you hone your scripts what's more effective and

has more oh okay and then you're gonna roleplay your script you and other

people in the class will fake call each other and we as the instructors Roger

myself as well as the other people give you feedback as to how to improve it

went well etc and then that'll be it you'll create a powerful role-playing

called script that again focused entirely on you let me tell you the data

on that that is the 15th of July that's a Sunday again the 15th of July it's a

Sunday it's going to be 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. it's going to be in sin Agustin the

remax real estate group and Sint Agustin again the cost is 600 TT assuming you

take the class and showing you love it like 90

I'm sending them are and if you are watching this and you take it you're

going to love it I promise you it'll blow you away most you're going to want

to retake or you want to actually take the entire course the entire six-week

course which again starts in September what we will do for those who take the

courses we will take half of that and credit it towards the actual main course

in September so we will credit that assuming you want to take the main

course because you do you love it so shoot me a message let me know any

questions you have if you're watching me on Facebook I have a hand for people

both on several themes right now watching so I appreciate you taking your

time if you're watching this live and it's still Sunday having awesome

Father's Day thank you father's out there for being there we all love and

appreciate you our lives would be the same without you let me know what

questions or feedback you have thank you so much you have an awesome night take

care

Six seconds on how Watson learns more from less data.

Hey, did you know Watson learns more from less data?

YES!

Cut!

It's weird. I always thought you needed like a ton of data for AI.

Well, Watson actually utilizes a three-layer AI model cake approach

so it can learn from smaller data sets.

So there's a public layer. An industry layer. And a custom layer.

Wow, you know A LOT about cake.

Well… it's a metaphor.
