Entrenamiento en escaleras \ Stairs workout \ ENGLISH SUBTITLES (Tatiana Young Fit) - Duration: 4:05.
Hi everyone!! Welcome to my channel!!
My loves, I hope you are having a wonderful day!!
That you are all super motivated!!
Well, for this workout all we are going to need, as you can see, are stairs.
This will only be a demonstration, I am also going to do the warmup demonstration
because it is very important.
I know I have told you before, but it is very important that you warm up before you workout
We are going to do 4 sets of 15 repetitions
As you know, the exercises that are one leg at a time, is 15 repetitions one leg and 15 the other leg
For a total of 30 repetitions.
Alright, let's get to it!
WARMUP
Alright, ladies. For our warmup we are going to walk up and down the stairs for 15 minutes
at a moderate pace, not too slow and not too fast. Okay.
BEGINNING OF ROUTINE
Alright, ladies. Now we will start the routine and we are going to do this exercise that I love!
We will put ourselves in the squat position and go up the steps without losing our squat position
Let's keep our butts as low as we can.
30 SECOND REST Alright, ladies. After each exercise we will take a 30 second rest. 1 minute max.
Now we will do this exercise, jump squats
but we are going to try and do them as fast as we can without losing our form.
REST
Ladies, we are going to do this exercise one leg at a time
So, first 15 repetitions one leg and then we will change to the other leg and we will rest
CHANGE LEG AND REST
Okay, ladies. This exercise we are going to do walking backwards
so, we are going to get in the squat position, take 2 steps, and then we do 3 pauses but, listen
the squat is not all the way up, only half way up
So we will do 3 or 4 pauses and then take 2 steps backwards and continue like this
I love this exercise! My legs were on fire!
So, in the comments let me know what you thought of this exercise.
REST AND LAST EXERCISE
Alright, ladies. Here is my last gift to you for this routine
It's mountain climbers. This is the last exercise.
DON'T FORGET TO STRETCH Take a little rest and, as you know, do it 3 more times
Alright, loves. We are at the end of the video, I hope you liked it. If so, don't forget to give it a like

Chris Pratt on 'Jurassic World' & Upcoming Projects | 2018 MTV Movie + TV Awards - Duration: 4:44.
(audience cheering)
- Why look, it's Generation Award recipient,
in just a few minutes,
Mr. Chris Pratt.
Hey, buddy.
- Yes,
in just a few minutes.
I haven't received the award yet, so--
- This is the before picture.
- At this point, I'm still humble.
Next time you see me,
I will be a raging a-hole. (Josh laughs)
- Impossible. - Awww!
- Impossible. - No, no, you'll see.
- Congratulations in all earnestness
- Thank you. - on this well deserved honor.
- Thank you, because you're the one--
I know that you're the reason I got the award.
- Yeah. You know how much pull I have at MTV.
- I know how much pull you have,
and I appreciate it.
I thank you right now.
I have to thank you right now,
because I don't have time to thank you when I'm on stage.
So I'm gonna that-- (Josh laughs hysterically)
I'm gonna get that thanks in for you right now,
- Wait. - Josh Horowitz.
- Wait, no, no, I'll take it on stage.
(Josh laughs loudly)
- No, this is a grander stage. - No, no, no, no, no.
(Josh laughs loudly) - It's a metaphor.
(Josh laughs)
- Just a few years ago,
we always reminisce about this,
just a few years ago at the movie awards,
we were kicked out of the back stage area.
- Ye--
Yeah. - How far has Chris come?
- Look how far we've both come.
- Well, I'm still there.
- We got literally kicked out into the alleyway--
- Yeah. - And, they wouldn't
let us back in. (Josh laughs)
We had to put together an interview
while, like, planes were flying overhead,
- It was-- - and cars were honking.
We're like, "You know what?
We're gonna hustle. - That's right. That's right.
- We're gonna get this interview in."
- And now, he like rides in on a unicorn,
winning all sorts of awards.
- Yeah, yeah. - It's amazing.
- I came on my unicopter.
(Josh laughs)
- That sounds wrong.
- So--
(Josh laughs) - You're right.
- Congratulations on Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
- Thank you. - Opening June 22nd.
- Yeah, June 22nd and already opening
around the world and doing very well.
We're thrilled with it.
I saw the movie. It's good. - [Josh] Yeah.
- It's great, I can't wait for people to see it.
Yeah, just amazing to be at this stage
in the second chapter of this trilogy.
- Let's talk, spoiler alert, Avengers: Infinity War.
Spoiler alert, you know, like the siren goes off.
- Oh, come on. If you haven't--
If you're the--
Or, are you the person who didn't see it?
(Josh laughs) Oh, then you'll be spoiled
if we talk about the events of Infinity War.
- [Josh] So, for someone who's dead,
how good is your part in Avengers 4?
Considering-- - You know what, my--
my call time. (Josh laughs)
Don't have one.
So, pretty cool. - Right.
- Uh huh. (Josh laughs)
You don't wanna ask too much, - Right.
- because you don't wanna poke inside
the gift that's under the tree.
Just wait, you'll see. - Just a little bit.
- Just wait, you'll see.
We got your back, baby. Don't worry.
- What about a Guardians 3?
I mean, because we know Guardians 3 is coming.
- Yes. - So, there was some talk,
like, is it going to take place
after the events of Avengers 3 and 4?
- No, they've cast the Blue Man Group.
- That's just not true. - Yeah.
It's gonna be all Blue Man Group.
I, ugh, I'm not supposed to say anything.
- Yeah. - Oh, no.
Now, everyone's gonna be mad.
It's the Blue Man Group.
It's an Andy Griffith hologram.
- Oh, no.
- Yeah. They're the new guardians.
- That's a horrible choice. - It's gonna be amazing.
- But, I would think it's gonna be a complicated story,
given the mourning of Gamora.
I'm gonna give up. - You don't--
- I'm not even gonna try. I'm not gonna try.
It might take place in the past.
You don't know. It might be a prequel.
- That's what I'm trying to find out,
but you won't answer me, sir. - No, I won't.
No, I won't. - Anyway--
Here's what I wanna talk about.
- Yo. - We've talked about this
in the years past.
This guy's gonna be doing a movie called Cowboy--
- Yes. - Ninja Viking
or Viking Ninja? - Cowboy Ninja Viking.
It's a Universal film.
It's set up right now.
We got our director and our-- - Michelle MacLaren.
- Michelle MacLaren is,
and our production designer,
they're all in Berlin right now.
- Yeah. - We're like testing actors.
It's happening.
We're gonna be on filming--
I'm leaving in like a month - Yeah.
- to start. - Oh, nice.
- It's gonna be so good.
The script is amazing.
I cannot wait. - With that title,
- I cannot wait. - that's all you need.
- Dude, it's so--
Fingers crossed. - Okay. Okay.
- We still have a lot of work to do, obviously,
but man, it could be so good.
- I can't wait. - I'm really excited about it.
It's been a passion project for years.
We've been trying to get it together, so this is good.
- And last thing for you,
we got Tiffany Haddish hosting tonight.
- Yes.
- So, anything could happen, man.
- That's what I keep hearing. (Josh laughs)
- I don't wanna get you nervous, but--
- Well, too late. (Josh laughs)
- Yeah, I'm thrilled. I'm a big fan.
I think she's great.
She's gonna do a great job.
I'm really excited for her.
- And, she does a voice in, like, the next LEGO, right?
- That's right. - Yeah, yeah.
- She's in the next LEGO film. - Yeah.
- We appear together in that film,
the LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part.
I've already heard some of her stuff,
and it's so funny.
That's one that I'm also very, very excited for.
The trailer just dropped recently is so good.
- Yeah, it looks amazing.
Yeah, an embarrassment of riches for Mr. Chris Pratt.
He just won't stop giving to you guys.
- Yes, so-- - Stop the giving.
- Oh, no, aren't you sweet.
(Josh laughs)
I love you.
- Congratulations, honestly - Thanks, dude.
- on the award, man.
Have a blast tonight. - Thanks, Josh.
See you, buddy. - Good to see you, bud.
- No alleyway for us. - Not this time.
- See that? We get the red carpet raised,
elevated red stage in the carpet.
- And, he's mentioning me in the speech tonight,
which is great. - I--
mentioned you right now. - No, well--
- Because, like I said,
they only gave me three minutes.
(Josh laughs hysterically)
- If I got the full 45 I requested,
I was gonna get you right in at the tail end.
- Right.
Every time you rub your face, though,
you're talking about me.
- Yeah, that's right. - That's the secret.
It's the Kyle Burnett thing. - That's right.
(laughs)
I'll pull my ear, and you know what that means.
(upbeat music)

The Negative Voice Inside A Writer's Head by Justin Warren - Duration: 8:28.
Justin Warren: Okay, next question.
Film Courage: Okay and this is from Iglp3.
Here is my question, my name is Chloe.
How do you stay the course in spite of the inner negative narrative so many writers deal
with that says "everything you make sucks?"
Justin: Man…that's a good question…Oh!
That's rich, that's really rich.
Oh man!
Film Courage: You've got us Chloe.
Justin: Wow!
Yeah, I feel like I can speak on this for days.
I would say in particular…I don't want to get too dark here but I think writing is
inherently like the only person you are battling is yourself really (most of the time).
And I think in particular at least for me I can only speak for my own experience, I
struggle a lot with self-hatred.
There are lots of parts of myself that I hate.
And I am only just now sort of getting over those types of things but when it's just
you and a blank screen and a cursor flashing sometimes all of your insecurities and bubble
up and it gets in the way of you getting your creative thoughts on the page.
And I've learned just for me like when I'm able to give myself permission to write the
worst, most terrible pages of all time then I can do it.
And then in my back pocket I know that writing is process.
So I know that whatever I try on my first attempt is probably not going to be very good.
In fact the terrible first draft, that's just kind of a law in how I see it.
There are other people who are brilliant that can pump out a genius first draft, I'm not
that person, I will never be that person.
And so for me when I'm allowed to give myself grace and allow myself to write terribly,
to just write things that don't make sense, to write sentence fragments…
"And then they fight…I'll come back later."
And then keep going, you know what I mean?
Like when I allow myself that level of freedom, then I can write.
I feel like on paper I shouldn't be a writer because my self-criticism in my brain is pretty
fierce and sometimes it's unbearable.
But I think you do, you have to give yourself grace.
You have to…I don't want to be too new-agey but you've got to kind of love yourself.
I mean you have to be okay with "Yep, these are some terrible words, but you know they
are words and that's all that matters right now."
In this particular instance, the only thing that matters is putting words on the page,
they don't have to be the right words, they don't have to be in the right order.
And at least for a first draft that's the thing that when I learned that sort of unlocked
in my brain.
It's like "Oh, this draft doesn't count.
It doesn't count because I can go back and fix it later."
And so writing with a reckless abandon.
Like this doesn't have to be good.
This is supposed to be bad.
Anyone can write a terrible thing, you know what I mean (terrible just in terms of the
mechanics of words).
Anyone can write something terrible and that's how I find my entry into it.
I know for a fact that I can write something terrible.
If my goal is to sit down and be a genius, I can't hit that every day.
But I can hit being really bad every day.
And so that's my only metric of success are there words on the page?
Yes.
My metric of success is not are they good words, is this good?
That's for later.
Film Courage: I've probably mentioned this before but there is this thing called the
Dunning-Kruger effect and I'm probably butchering the name of it but I think it's something
to the effect of those who think they are really horrible at something are actually
better than most people.
I'm not sure I may be butchering this concept but then those who think that "I'm really
good at this" they are actually mistaken and it's this weird duality.
So people who are more (I don't know if the word is self-effacing) they are actually
better than what they think they are doing.
So I don't know, that's just something that came to mind.
Justin: That kind of makes sense, I think there might be something to that because I
think you have to be relatively self-aware (well, I guess you don't have to be).
But I think self-awareness as a writer is a good thing.
But self-awareness gone unchecked can be unproductive.
But if you can find a mechanism in a way that you can use that as a tool as a way to look
at something critically and look at it later critically, that's a really good skill to
have because it allows you to empathize with people which is really all that we're trying
to do in our stories is create empathy between the audience and the characters, that's
all we're trying to do.
And I think people that might think "I'm terrible at this."
I know I'm in that crowd, I think that can be a strength when used like a tool used in
a very calculated way like "Okay, I wrote this thing.
It's really bad.
I know it's bad.
How can I make it good?"
In that sort of not assuming that you have all the answers I think can open you up to
making much more work long term.
Film Courage: It reminds me of the two characters in ADAPTATION?
Justin: Yeah!
Love that movie.
Film Courage: So you see the one character [Charlie Kaufman] played by Nicholas Cage
is insecure and you know there is so much he can do but it's just a matter of what
he feels about himself.
And the other guy [Donald Kaufman, also played by Nicholas Cage]…
Justin: Is just pumping it out and it like "I think I sold this already?"
Film Courage: Women on both arms, nice cars, nice things and it doesn't make sense but
you see this sometimes in life and you wonder how is that possible?
Well I think it's just someone's perception of themselves.
It's this weird thing.
Justin: Absolutely.
Film Courage: Because if you think you're terrible you are probably not going to get
the words out.
And so when I feel like for me I shouldn't even be a writer because I struggle so much
with self-hatred.
But I learned if you just give yourself permission to be terrible, you can do it because everybody
can be really bad at something.
I think there's a John Lennon quote where he's like "I'm a musician, if you hand
me a tuba, I'll get something out of it."
And I'm like "I get that now."
He didn't say it would be good, he just said I could get something out of this.
And I think if we create from that perspective, especially with first drafts and first attempts
with things, you really can't go wrong because anybody can probably get something out of
a tuba.
Film Courage: It might hurt your ears at first, but then it would get better.
Justin: It could shatter all the glass in the room, but that's okay.

Kim Jong-un serious about North Korea's complete denuclearization: Pompeo - Duration: 0:36.
U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says he will probably travel to North Korea "before
too terribly long" to follow up on last week's historic summit between the leaders of North
Korea and the U.S. Speaking at an event in Detroit on Monday,...
Pompeo admitted a lot more work needs to be done to flesh out the details of the agreement
signed by President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
Hitting back at critics of the deal,... Pompeo insisted that Kim is serious about fully denuclearizing
the North.

Two Koreas agree to host inter-Korean basketball game in Pyongyang - Duration: 2:09.
Let's begin with the latest diplomatic efforts between the two Koreas.
We had some major developments on Monday with the South and North agreeing -- during talks
at the border -- to field joint teams in various international sporting events, including at
the Asian games in August.
Park Hee-jun starts us off.
During inter-Korean sports talks held on Monday at the truce village of Panmunjom,...
South and North Korea agreed to host a series of sports events to boost inter-Korean sports
cooperation.
According to Seoul's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism,.. the two Koreas said
through a joint statement that they will host a friendly basketball game in Pyongyang.
It will take place sometime between July 3rd and July 6th to commemorate the first inter-Korean
agreement on unification that was reached on July 4th, 1972.
The two Koreas will play another game in Seoul during the fall.
This comes after North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, who is known to be a huge basketball fan,...
proposed holding the games during the inter-Korean summit in late April.
The two sides have also agreed to march together at the opening and closing ceremonies of the
2018 Asian Games in Jakarta in August,... under the Korean Unification Flag,... and
they'll walk in to the traditional Korean song 'Arirang.'
They will form unified teams for certain games, but they have yet to decide on what those
games will be.
The two Koreas also plan on creating combined teams for the Asian Para Games, along with
other international sport competitions.
To do so, they will coordinate with the Olympic Council of Asia and other international sports
organizations.
South and North Korea plan to sort out the details through the exchange of documents,...
and will do their best to continue the momentum of sports cooperation that was sparked earlier
this year prior to and during the PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
"As the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics helped start the process towards peace talks
on the Korean Peninsula,... the two Koreas are focused on carrying on that momentum to
strengthen inter-Korean ties.
And with the lineup of sports events for the two Koreas,... "sport" is expected to
play an even bigger role in their relations.
Park Hee-jun, Arirang News."

Thaw in inter-Korean relations raises hopes of Kaesong Industrial Complex reopening - Duration: 2:52.
A 17-member South Korean delegation is heading to the inter-Korean Kaesong Industrial Complex
in North Korea on this Tuesday for a two-day trip to lay the groundwork for an inter-Korean
liaison office at the site.
With the two Koreas pinpointing the shuttered joint factory park as the location for the
liaison office,... hopes are rising that it'll open again soon,... restored in its role as
a key economic bridge between Seoul and Pyongyang.
Kim Hyesung has the story.
This is an auto parts factory.
After the abrupt shutdown of the Kaesong Industrial Complex in February 2016, the company renovated
its warehouse in Incheon, west of Seoul, into a temporary factory.
The number of its employees has since been slashed to one tenth the level seen while
Kaesong was still open.
"My machinery, equipment, and data,...they're all still in North Korea.
I also lost most of my buyers.
Those contacts and trust cannot be recovered.
I'm lucky to be able to continue producing goods at this temporary factory, but I barely
make any profits now."
"It's not just Yoo Chang-geun, over 120 South Korean business owners had to leave the Kaesong
Industrial Complex, with total losses of more than 1.3 billion U.S. dollars over the last
two years."
But a recent thaw in inter-Korean relations, and a breakthrough between North Korea and
the U.S. to denuclearize the Korean peninsula are raising hopes that things may turnaround.
Every week, business owners hold special task force meetings to prepare for a possible reopening
of the industrial park.
They meet so often as reopening Kaesong would be an extremely complicated process.
It's not just UN sanctions.
The factories and equipment would need repairing ... and who pays for that remains unclear.
There's the issue of deferred wages to around 50-thousand North Korean workers.
More than 100 South Korean companies received government insurance payouts following the
shutdown, should they return it to the government when re-entering the complex... all these
legal issues would have to be sorted out."
Regardless, a survey by the Korean Federation of SMEs shows over 90 percent of South Korean
companies would be willing to go back to the Kaesong Industrial Complex if it opens again,
citing cheap labor, high productivity and its geographical location.
"For twelve years, the Kaesong Industrial Complex served as a symbol of peace between
the two Koreas.
We have survived the last two years... and now that the government is planning to set
up a joint liaison office, we believe that...finally...the complex will be able to resume operations
in the near future."
Kim Hyesung, Arirang News.

Now for a look at stories making headlines around the world and we start in the United
States.
President Trump has accused the Democrats of obstructing his efforts to reform immigration
law.
For more on this and other international news we turn to Ro Aram…
Aram… what exactly did President Trump say?
Well Mark…
Speaking at the White House on Monday, Trump said the Democrats were the ones responsible
for what he called horrible immigration laws.
He also said he would not let America be a migrant camp.
"…..Immigration is the fault and all of the problems that we're having, because we
cannot get them to sign legislation.
We cannot get them even to the negotiating table.
And I say it's very strongly the Democrats' fault, their obstruction and they're really
obstructionist and they are obstructing………..
"The United States will not be a migrant camp and it will not be a refugee holding facility,
it won't be.
You look at what's happening in Europe, you look at what's happening in other places we
can't allow that to happen to the United States.
Not on my watch…."
President Trump's so-called "zero tolerance" immigration policy, which was introduced two
months ago by his administration, has faced widespread criticism both from Democrats and
some Republicans.
The policy has resulted in nearly two thousand undocumented immigrant children being taken
from their parents and put in government facilities.
Asked if such measures amounts to child abuse, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen
insisted conditions at the detention centers are up to par.
