<Staff> Where are you going?

We're now going to create our choreography. <KQ Fellaz heading to the dance studio to come up with choreography>

I finished up to the 1st chorus. <WOO YOUNG said they finished up to the 1st chorus>

- We've just started so it's a bit rough. - Not polished yet.

It's not organized, not polished.

So we're going to fine-tune it.

<Staff> What about your part, YEO SANG?

My part doesn't have any choreography.

- WOO YOUNG must have been lazy. - Come on.

- He said, 'Just show some gestures'. - What are you talking about?

He just told me to show off my moves. <WOO YOUNG feels YEO SANG misunderstood him>

Can you show us your moves?

Okay, let's make some gifs. <Time to capture some YEO SANG gifs!>

- Can you demonstrate first? - Nope, I can't because I'm ugly. <YEO SANG and WOO YOUNG bantering>

No, you first.

Come on.

- One, two, three. - Hold on. <Finally, YEO SANG will show his moves>

<YEO SANG is really shy>

It's okay, it's okay, you must be nervous. Let me cover you.

One, two, three.

Show me first.

- I can't, I'm too ugly. - No, you're handsome. <Embarrassed, YEO SANG wants WOO YOUNG to show him first>

- Come on, go ahead. - You go ahead first.

<Staff> Then why don't WOO YOUNG show us?

Okay… <Time to make some WOO YOUNG gifs!>

One, two, three.

<Cutie WOO YOUNG>

This is how you do it.

One, two, three. <Finally, YEO SANG pulls it off>

<Shuddering at his own gesture>

Gosh, I hate this. <LOL>

Hate this.

We should have made the others do this, too.

I really want to see how they'll do.

<Staff> Why don't we have YUN HO do it?

- Okay. - YUN HO.

Tell me when you're ready. <YUN HO's gif capture time is ready!>

Tell me when you're ready.

Here we go, one, two, three.

<This is YUN HO being adorable>

You're good.

<Fooling around, they arrived at the studio!>

Here we are.

We're here at the studio where we'll complete our choreography.

We arrived at the studio where we'll complete our choreography.

Dance.

How do you like it?

I like it.

<SEONG HWA feels good to work on choreography> Your outfit color is bright orange.

<SEONG HWA's outfit color is very orange>

HONG JOONG and I share the same look.

No, it's not like that.

Nope, I'm taking it off. <HONG JOONG, again bantering with SEONG HWA>

Let's practice.

- Let's go practice! - Aren't we already here?

- Let's begin right away. - We are.

Let's do this.

- One, two, three, snap. - Let's go!

<KQ Fellaz focusing on choreography practice>

<HONG JOONG and MIN GI coming up with choreography together>

<Choreography ideas are popping up!>

Like this.

The choreography is almost done.

Now we only have to set up movements at the latter part.

Now we're each practicing our individual gestures.

<WOO YOUNG teaching JUN YOUNG gestures>

<YUN HO going through the routines with the choreography team>

Like this, so your profile looks nice.

I am not confident about my line here so I feel a little insecure.

<SEONG HWA practicing hard by himself>

<YEO SANG is practicing hard next to him>

At first I wanted to add hip-hop vibe so I looked up some videos.

But as we came up with the choreography I ended up with many soft moves.

So I'm coming up with a new set of gestures.

<Checking the choreography and movements as a group>

<KQ Fellaz is serious>

<In no time, KQ Fellaz completed their choreography>

<As soon as it starts HONG JOONG's look drastically changes>

<KQ Fellaz putting together each movements>

We're practicing really hard.

Please look forward to see our music video.

Why don't we say it like show hosts?

<#show_host_prospect_HONG_JOONG>

At some day, some month with KQ Fellaz music video

- We'll be back. - Back. <Look forward to KQ Fellaz music video!>

<Song and choreography filled with the members' hard work>

<Just like that, a day of short practice is coming to an end>

SAN eating cereals.

SEONG HWA putting on a mask pack.

HONG JOONG finally kicking back and relax.

I know.

He used to work over there with his laptop. <HONG JOONG didn't get to relax much because he was busy working>

I am so happy it's over but I'll start again tomorrow.

I'm going to work on the track starting tomorrow.

JONG HO is taking a shower with music on.

He always puts on ballad songs.

I told you I don't like that.

There is nothing, really. I was just kidding.

<HONG JOONG said that he was disappointed in SEONG HWA, when he was not>

I'm curious now. Tell me. (Make something up.)

- Make something up? - Yeah.

As always, they have their cute banters.

Don't use the words 'cute banters'.

Aren't you guys friends yet?

- No. - So not yet.

I am disappointed in you about something.

Why do you touchy-feely with them but not me?

I don't get touchy-feely.

You are! You sometimes hug them like this.

But why not me? <SEONG HWA wants HONG JOONG to be more touchy-feely with him>

<Q. What does SEONG HWA think of HONG JOONG?> He is very strict with himself.

He is our team leader and very responsible.

He softens up when he's around me.

Like whining 'I don't want to do this'.

So there are many things that are human qualities about him.

<Q. What does YEO SANG think of HONG JOONG?> He is very grown-up when he has to be.

At times he is really like a child.

While SEONG HWA comforts the members

HONG JOONG disciplines them.

I'll be your pal.

- Okay, got it. - Be my friend.

- Co-worker? - Uh, no. <Co-worker? Same-aged people? Older brother SEONG HWA?>

- Then be the same-age? - No.

Then older brother SEONG HWA? Starting today, you're the older one.

Then co-worker.

Co-worker?

Be my friend! <Co-worker?>

Co-worker? Cool, co-worker.

Friend? Okay. <Friend!>

There's the camera. We're friends. Period.

Trump blames Democrats for "horrible" U.S. immigration laws - Duration: 1:55.

Trump accused Democrats of obstructing efforts to reform America's immigration law.

The outspoken president's comments come as the government face growing outrage over forced

separation of undocumented immigrant children from their parents.

Ro Aram shares with us his remarks.

Speaking at the White House on Monday, President Trump said the Democrats were the ones responsible

for what he called "horrible" immigration laws.

He also said he would not let America be a migrant camp.

"…..Immigration is the fault and all of the problems that we're having, because we

cannot get them to sign legislation.

We cannot get them even to the negotiating table.

And I say it's very strongly the Democrats' fault, their obstruction and they're really

obstructionist and they are obstructing………..

"The United States will not be a migrant camp and it will not be a refugee holding facility,

it won't be.

You look at what's happening in Europe, you look at what's happening in other places we

can't allow that to happen to the United States.

Not on my watch…."

President Trump's so-called "zero tolerance" immigration policy, which was introduced two

months ago by his administration, has faced widespread criticism both from both sides

of the aisle.

It involves arresting all adults who are caught trying to enter the United States illegally,

including those seeking asylum.

The policy has resulted in nearly two-thousand children being taken from their parents and

put in government facilities.

Asked if such measures amount to child abuse, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen

insisted conditions at the detention centers are up to par.

The White House said it doesn't like the family separations, but added that migrants who arrive

illegally simply won't be released.

From hunting giant fossilized shark teeth in the Chesapeake Bay

to touring one of your favorite Maryland breweries.

There's always something to get into here in Maryland.

That's why today, I'm going to talk to you guys about

the Top 10 Free Things To Do here in Maryland.

Hi, my name is Malcolm Lawson.

I'm a Maryland real estate agent and I'm passionate about highlighting

the coolest features and facts about my home state of Maryland.

Let's get to it.

# 10, Calvert Cliffs National Park.

Put on your archaeologist hat and grab a shovel

because Calvert Cliffs is the perfect destination

for any would-be fossil hunter.

Over 6,000 species of fossils have been discovered

at the eroding cliff edges here including the giant Megalodon shark.

The most common find here are fossilized shark teeth

with some being the size of the palm of a man's hand.

# 9, the Salisbury Zoo.

Everything from bears to swans to alligators,

this 12-acre zoo has them all.

The zoo says that their mission is to encourage the appreciation of wildlife

and inspire conservation of our natural world.

With guided tours and interactive programs for kids,

this is the perfect place to take your family over the weekend.

# 8, the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts.

Are you feeling a little bit more sophisticated?

Then check out the over 7,000 pieces of sculptors, paintings and pieces of art

that this almost 100-year-old museum has.

If you're feeling created yourself,

then sign up for one of their many art programs for both children and adults.

# 7, the Flying Dog brewery.

Get a behind-the-scenes guided tour

and see what the brewing process really looks like.

While you're there, don't forget to sample a few of their new and unreleased recipes.

# 6, Assateague Island.

Just a stone's throw away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City

are the serene shores of Assateague Island.

One of the few places where you can enjoy the surf and sand dunes

along the side with wild ponies.

From camping to kayaking to biking,

there's no shortage of things to do in this unique national park.

Alright. Let's get back to it.

# 5, Mallows Bay.

Grab a kayak and a GoPro and go explore the ghost fleet of Mallows Bay.

This hauntingly beautiful scene is one of the unique sights

you only find here in Maryland.

One of largest ship graveyards in all of America.

You'll find ruins of ships dating back to World War I

and some even order than that.

# 4, the Chesapeake-Ohio Canal National Park.

This historic byway was once used to transport coal, lumber and crops

and today, it makes a perfect destination for hiking, biking and boat rides.

Don't forget to check out the Lock House

and other historical structures along the route.

# 3, Ego Alley.

Put on your walking shoes and take a stroll down historic streets

in downtown Annapolis.

With brick-paved roads and historic homes, these streets are oozing with character.

Don't forget to visit the city dock along Ego Alley.

So named because of the expensive yachts often parked here.

During the holidays, these yachts are usually decked out

with holiday decorations and are a real sight to see.

# 2, the Annmarie Sculpture Garden Art Center.

A whimsical 6-ton ceramic gate marks the entrance

to the top of this [unin] world landscape.

Take a walk through the 30-acre sculpture garden

with 3D pieces of art made from various materials.

Don't forget to check out their calendar to stay up to date

on rotating exhibits, festivals and programs.

5 Ways To Beat Burnout and Increase Productivity - Duration: 8:24.

Hey, it's Marie Forleo and you are watching MarieTV, the place to be to create a business

and life you love.

Now, if you want to be even more productive and feel less burned out at the end of each

workday, this episode is going to show you how.

Today's question comes from Kelly who writes:

"Good day, Marie.

I love your work and love B-School, so thanks for all that you do.

Here's my situation.

I work full-time and I'm also a budding entrepreneur.

My job hours are 2 to 10pm, so I get a good three hours most weekdays to work on my business,

and I'm usually very productive.

I recently took some time off thinking I'd be able to get even more done, however I only

got in four solid hours before my creative brain seemed to run out of steam, and this

happened the whole four days.

Do you have advice on taking more effective breaks?

Eventually I'd like to work solely on my business, but I'm afraid that I'd only

be useful for half the day anyway.

Thanks so much, Kelly."

Kelly, I love this question.

And I have to say, I love your business BentSentiments.com.

I mean, Butch Please and Vegetarian Vagatarian.

Now, there's a restaurant.

Now, you know, Kelly.

The fact that you found it difficult to stay productive on those four days that you had

off doesn't surprise me at all.

You know, when we push ourselves and work really hard, like 10 to 14 hours a day consistently,

fatigue tends to build up.

And then once we do take a break, all that fatigue really starts to come to the surface

and often we need longer times to recover.

You see, unlike computers, which are built to work at high speeds running multiple programs

at once over long periods of time, we humans are not designed to work that way.

In fact, bestselling author Tony Schwartz says this.

"A growing body of research suggests that we're most productive when we move between

periods of high focus and intermittent rest."

That's why it's so important, Kelly, to intentionally take smart, effective breaks.

Now, there is some interesting research around how to do this.

Now, will these strategies work for everyone?

Of course not.

What works for one person may not work for you.

However, these five steps that I'm about to share are a great starting point.

And to make them easy to remember, I've created an acronym called RESET.

R-E-S-E-T.

You ready?

Let's do this.

Step number one, R stands for review your day and plan breaks in advance.

Now, ideally you're gonna plan your work day, including your break times, the night

before.

And if you haven't seen my video about why planning your day the night before is so damn

important, you need to watch that right after this one.

But here's what you need to know.

According to research, if you decide in advance where and when you're going to take a specific

action, you can double or triple your chances of meeting your goal.

Now, you might be asking how many breaks should you take and when?

Here's a good rule of thumb.

Take a five to 15 minute break every 90 minutes of dedicated focus time.

Step number two stands for E, meaning make it easy to remember.

So in other words, make taking breaks a no friggin' brainer.

Put them in your calendar, set up notifications, or set timers on your phone.

Because if you're anything like me, once you put your head down and you get into that

focus zone, you can be in the cave for hours without ever looking up to like, I don't know,

eat or shower or pee.

Personally, I've forgotten to do all of those things.

Step number three, S, stands for step away from the screen.

So meaning during your breaks no email, no social media or web surfing.

So put down your phone and close the damn computer.

Why, you might ask?

Well, a study done by researchers at the University of Illinois and George Mason found that: "reading

websites and checking email taxes many of the same mental processes that we use when

we're actually working, which actually makes fatigue worse."

So what should you do instead?

Move on to step number four, which is: step four "exersate."

Meaning you need to exercise and hydrate.

Now, I wanna talk about hydration first, because dehydration is debilitating.

Studies at Yukon's human performance laboratory showed that dehydration can negatively affect

concentration, reaction time, memory, mood, and can cause headaches, fatigue, and anxiety.

So drink a big, tall glass of water, then do something to move your body.

Get outside in nature, take a walk around the block, do some stretches.

Or, heck, one of my favorites.

Take a dance break.

In fact, Zach from Team Forleo has a simple five minute dance routine that he does at

home and in the studio.

Yes!

Yes!

Seriously though, Harvard Business Review reports that exercise during your work day

has benefits like improved concentration, sharper memory, faster learning, prolonged

mental stamina, enhanced creativity, lowers stress, and elevated mood.

Oh, my goodness.

Zach.

Did you memorize all of that?

Yup.

Dance break!

Yes!

Finally, step number five, T, stands for tune back in.

So once you've walked or stretched or danced, take a few deep breaths and tune back into

the project you were doing or the next project on your list.

Remember, where attention goes energy flows.

And what you want to do is redirect your cognitive energy back into focus mode.

Now for the RESET recap.

Step number one is review your day and plan breaks in advance.

Step number two is make it easy, as in easy to remember with simple alarms or notifications.

Step number three, step away from the screens, my friends.

Step number four is "exersate," exercise and hydrate.

And step number five is tune back in.

Now, truth be told, I have got so much more to say on this topic.

We didn't even talk about the power of naps or the power of meditation.

But you've got more than enough to get yourself started.
