Waching daily Jun 20 2018

Websites are ancient history. No! Do I still need a website? We're going to talk

about that and why.

Alright, let's dive right in. Websites. Why, if and do, why? So, I feel that I have a

pretty unique perspective on this because I used to own a web design

company. We designed, you know, five hundred plus web sites and I used to

believe that websites we're a lot more important than I do now. I think a

web sites are a lot... Because they were. Right. They were very important then, right? But

now we have social media and now we have YouTube. And so, web sites have

become less and less important. And you may not even need a web site at all.

Really? So even though if I'm a YouTuber and I

have my stuff out there and if I'm trying to make money off of my own

business, through my YouTube presence, do I not want to send people to this site

anymore or what? So, the answer is yes but instead of spending ten grand on a

website or you know, putting so much thought into it. Make a one-page website

or I mean, the exceptions of that is if you're going to have a sales funnel and

whatnot. Maybe we'll get into a little bit more. But instead of having a

page, that's your homepage and then the about me page and this page and

that page and creating all these articles and things to try and do SEO

for your website. You don't have to do any of that. You just want one, clean, simple site

or people can come and say, "ah, Scott is legit. Here's this and here's what he

offers. Here's how to contact" And maybe and you're going to feature a YouTube video.

I was just going to ask. So, on that paired back simple page, one page, am I still

putting my YouTube videos or is it just a link to my channel or how what does

that look like? So, your website is a sales page and so, any of your

typical daily episodes on YouTube, you don't need to feature in there, you don't

need to have, you know, just link back to YouTube for that because then you'll get

more engagement. But on your website, that's your sales page and so if you've

got promo video... the steps that will take people emotionally through that the

process of having them enter your sales funnel. That's what your website

is for. To give you credibility, enter your sales funnel. You don't

need it to develop a relationship anymore. So, it's all about, I mean, I see. You

basically are saying whatever I'm doing on YouTube is where that relationship is

now a...or other forms of social media. YouTube, obviously, being the one of

choice. So, I'm assuming that a lot of people watching this video right now are

kind of like they're filling at odds with what I'm saying. So, let's just

talk about it from principles and I've got some notes here that I'm going to

reference because I've put some reasons why you would want a website or why people think

they want a website and let me preface it by saying, that of the five hundred plus

websites that we designed, that my clients were so proud of and they were

happy like look at me I've got a beautiful website. They got so little

traffic. Even back then when social media was less important that it is now.

That how important really is a website if you're not even getting that much

traffic on it. But for most the clients that I work with that are influencers,

that's kind of what I'm focusing on here is websites in this niche. Yeah,

people think that a website will help you build a relationship with a client,

okay? Where are you really building relationships with the clients? Right now,

where might be doing that on Facebook. Obviously, I'm going to promote YouTube

because people see you, they interact with you, they see your face and

they're taking on this daily adventure with you. But they're

communicating with you maybe on Twitter, they're following you on

Instagram. So, this is really where the relationships happening. So, is it then

happening on your website too? No, that's usually where they're finding

more about the products that they want to buy or how to interact with you or

what programs you have. How to actually contact you. So, the... Because the

website is, primarily, fairly static. I mean, there's not... there's nothing

really dynamic going on. Unless you have a real media filled site and all these

things that you're linking to. But the fact is, through these other platforms

you just mentioned, there's so much energy that a website almost by

comparison seems rather last-century. So, I closed on my website

company because I really believe this. I think that clients now can just go to

wix.com or something like that and just put up a quick website and

don't worry about, "Ooh, I got to do this and this I kind of created an about me page

and telling my whole story so they can get to know me, I can build a

relationship." That's not where it's going to happen. So,

another reason is, so, people can find out what you do. I think that's still pretty

legit, you know, if you're talking about what you do in terms of what you offer,

service wise or product wise. That's what people to expect to find on your website.

But it's real simple to do that. You don't have to have as an elaborate of a

sales funnel because typically you want to build a relationship first and then

step them into your sales funnel gradually. Now you can just have your

sales funnel blatant on your website because that's what people are there for.

You start to build the relationship off of your website. And you drop seeds you

let them know, "Yeah, I was speaking at this event such-and-such and this is

what happens." Okay, now they know that you speak. Or "Yeah, I put on this event and so."

Okay, now they know that you put on these boot camps or "Yeah I had a client that

was telling him... he gave me feedback on this product he bought from here." You know,

so, you just you dropped seeds of what you do, you let people know through

conversation about that. Now, they have reason to go to your website when

they're ready to buy something. Are people still buying things from websites?

Here's one cool thing that most people don't realize. People actually don't buy

stuff from your website, they buy it from a shopping cart. You can spend a lot of

money and create your website into a shopping cart but that's the lame way.

Even when we designed websites for our clients, we would use an outside shopping

cart and then put a link so when they're ready to buy it or add it to their cart,

they hit the link. A popular example is PayPal, Okay? PayPal is the shopping cart

they're the merchants, they take care of all of that and you just put that PayPal

link on your website. When people buy something from you, they're not

actually buying it from your website. Your website might be a portal. So, you

can actually you don't even need a website you could have a PayPal link

that you share on Facebook or in your email. You know, If people

are ready to buy something, here's the link, you'll drop a link down in the

description of your YouTube video and they'll go right to the shopping cart

they won't go to your your website. But obviously, you know, you can have a portal

or an entrance to it on your your website. Next one here is, people can...

People have a website so people can join their list, what is that? So, that's a real

big one. Now again, it's actually not your website where they join your list we're

talking about an email list or becoming a part

of your own database. Would that is similar to being a subscriber? Exactly. Okay. If I

have a YouTube channel and people subscribe, I don't actually get a list of

all those people, I don't get to send them a message whenever I want. If

I upload a video, they may or may not see it. If they ring that bell, then

they'll get notified from YouTube. But I don't really control who

does that or how many people or anything. And so, the biggest reason to have a

website is so that people can join your list. But you'll actually use an

autoresponder, a tool like MailChimp or 1shoppingCart or ProCart or

Infusionsoft and so, you just have a little forum on your website that then

links to one of these tools that I just mentioned that it manages your list.

So, you could have a thousand different people on your email list and if you

want to tell them it about an event or you want to let them know, "Hey, this is a

special video I just made. You got to check this out." You can then notify them

and send it out yourself. So, that's one of the biggest reasons to have a website.

Again, like in Infusionsoft, you can just create a landing page using their

software you don't have to have your own website and you just link people to the

opt-in form, you know, subscribe here. One of the best way is, this kind of a site

bonus to throw in there. One of the best ways to get somebody to join your list

is to give them something valuable for free. So, if you've got a book or an

audiobook download or something like that,

you can let people know when your videos or whatnot, "Hey, go to this link and you

can get my book for free." It might be a page on your website that, "Yeah, here's

the free book." Put your name and your email. Hit submit and then they join your

list. That's hugely important because you control that now if YouTube disappeared

or a Facebook disappeared. Now, you don't have followings anymore. Now, you've

actually created your own following there. So, that is a good reason to still drive them to

the site. That's probably the most compelling. That last one there. A

place where people can go that you control 100%. Well, that's similar to what

you were just saying a little bit with the lists. Yes, so if I have a YouTube

channel or somebody's watching a YouTube video, what's on the side? Other people's

videos, right? Or if I'm on Facebook and I want to control the conversation

there's all sorts of stuff going on around that are distracting people from

paying attention to me. Whereas, if they're on my website,

they're only seeing me, I control the whole experience. So, that's obviously

a big plus but how much time are people really spending there? You know, so, when

you get them there, what you specifically want them to do? Do you want

them to opt-in? Then don't worry about all the fluff or all this fancy

stuff trying to build a relationship. Just give them what they want. Tell them

the next step. So that, you can get them to join your list. Be real specific. If

you want to watch a video, if you want them to then leave there and go to

another place. I mean be real specific about what you want them to do and keep it

simple. So, you talked a little bit about website SEO which I know stands for

Search Engine Optimization and I know that has something to do with

search terms and how people get to your site or something but that's pretty

much. Absolutely, I would say, across the board, anyone watching this video does

not need to do website SEO. They don't need to do, to try and get any organic

traffic to come to their website, at all. The biggest reason for this is you

can't compete. And we'll make another video on the details of SEO and where

SEO is good and where SEO doesn't work anymore. Making this long story short,

you can't compete on a website for a small business or an influencer. Your

website will not rank where it's going to be... It's simply won't end up on the front, two

or three pages...If you're searching for a product, we go right now onto Google and

we search for a product. What's one website that I know we're

going to see? Amazon. We're going to see Amazon. So, put your product on

Amazon and focus on getting your Amazon product to rank. Try not... Don't worry

about getting your product to rank on your website because it's not going to

happen. You'll be way more successful of creating a video about that product and

putting it on YouTube. You can get it to rank like that versus all the work it

takes to get your website to rank for it. So, it's SEO for your video topic. Am

I saying that right? As opposed to your website. The exception

to this rule is, if you go to Google and you search for something and you're a

competitor and you see your competitors right there in front of you then maybe

yours is the type of business where you need to ignore what I'm saying and

do SEO on your website. But if you're not seeing your competitors there, just build

up a YouTube channel, focus on SEO on social media which we'll talk

about in more detail in the next video. Well, I would think most people that are

watching this have the kind of small business that we all have. So that for

them, they hear, "You don't waste your efforts on SEO for your website, use it

on your YouTube channel your YouTube videos and all of that." That makes more

sense to me. And it's good news. It's good news too because it just a relieve

stress. Because SEO or building your website or stressing about making

every page perfect, it should be a good relief that you can just simplify things

and when we say, "Okay, you still got to do SEO for your YouTube videos." It's so much

easier. So much easier to market that way and we'll talk about this as I said.

And you know how to do that? Yeah. So, you have clients that you help do that with.

That's what he does. That's all I'm saying. So, if I'm understanding

correctly, the answer to the overall question, "Do I still need a website" is

Yes. It's a yes but you could get by without one and I'll say instead of

having this much energy put into your website just put in. Just put in a little

bit of energy. Go to Wix.com and create a free one that's beautiful and... I

love that because I'm literally in the process right now of kind of revamping

mine. Good to hear, that to make it simple is better plus with the social media...

Here's a strategy for you. Hire a professional photographer not a

professional web designer. Get a photographer to take a real amazing

picture of you that that conveys what you want it. Put that as the entire

background for your website, on Wix and then put, you know, a few

links here and there, put a video. That'll look really sharp. It'll show

that you're professional because you had a real professional photographer do that

and it's yet it's simple you don't have to hire a web designer. Right, right, good.

Love it. So, what do you think? Do you think I'm

crazy or do I know what I'm talking about here.

I'll let you be the judge. But if I'm the judge, I'm going 50/50.

But it makes good sense. Hopefully it was helpful and we'll see in the next video.

Please welcome our last singing warrior

<< Seek>> How lasting are good times. Along the way, there is even a light fragrance

The sky gradually dims. In front of us, there is even a light breeze

How vast is the world. Behind us, there is even our home

Find a direction

let us fly

By the wayside, the scenery fluctuates like a song, tossing and turning

The dialogues among a sea of people, traded for a word of waiting

Can't understand black and white, but could hear the pendulum sway

To venture into the new world, our own heart as company

Do you like to eat, eat, eat‥

I eat everything except for spicy food

Okay

Look at my body and you should know that I love eating

Because I'm from Hubei

I can eat spicy food

And then I went to college in Guangxi

So I also eat seafood

And now I'm working in Shenzhen

So I enjoy all the soup

I may look thin

But that's because I don't get fat from eating

I know who I want to choose

Long Qianli

Choosing a foodie

Love eating and you'll win

Because I eat everything

And super love eating

Mouth watering

So I choose her

Next

Let's welcome Hua Chenyu

His song is

'm Not Good Looking, but I'm Very Gentle

Actually for this song

I listened a bit when I went off the stage

I found it actually quite hard to sing

Such meaningful lyrics that resonates with everyone

I'm really afraid of

losing this sense of resonance

So I'm thinking of a way to

bring everyone into the story

Now in my head is how to solve this problem

of not good looking

Let's wear a mask

When a singer sings on stage

it is important to have a cinematic feel to it

I want to sing this song on stage with this mask

so that the audience will get into the story

I will face this seriously

and never go easy

Let's welcome the last singing warrior

Hua Chenyu

Voting starts

There's a special costume

<< I'm Not Good Looking, But I'm Very Gentle>>

Composer: Kay Huang Lyrics: Li Gedi Programme: Long Long Music & Sound Director: An Dong

Every single night

In the wilderness of dream

I am a proud giant

Every single morning

In front of the bathroom mirror

Only to find that I'm living on the edge of shaver

In this concrete jungle

In this life of being bossed around

And calculating the distance between dream and reality

I'm not good looking

But I'm very gentle

Seems cold

But warmhearted inside

That is what I am

I'm not good looking

But I've got music and beer

A little menial

A little weak

But never backing down

Every single morning

On the edge of the city

I'm a lonely man under the mask

Every single night

In the wilderness of music

Turning into a crazy howling giant

On the endless stage

On the other unknown side

Living for life and my own dignity

I'm not good looking

But I'm very gentle

Bleak in the daytime

But immortal at night

That is what I am

I'm not good looking

But I've got music and beer

Sometimes excited

Sometimes bow my head

Always good at waiting

I'm not good looking

But I'm very gentle

Seems cold

But warmhearted inside

That is what I am

I'm not good looking

But I've got music and beer

A little menial

A little weak

But never back down

Amazing

Today, so far

every song was very thrilling to us

How do you feel

When I was singing this song

I actually imagine myself as

Quasimodo

that hunchback in Notre Dame de Paris

If you were Quasimodo

Every female audience here are all

Esmeralda

Hua Chenyu please come to the top of the tower

<<If Only >>

If all those wrongs that can be committed

if I avoid all the ones that can be avoided

I should have enough time to repent

If I didn't tell the whole truth

That small storm would have been over with a smile

In the face of love, who can still be selfish?

Muddling along is the best way to be

If that day, I said everything that should be said

didn't insist on things that should be understood

If that day I didn't let my emotions guide me

what would you have done?

So many ifs, maybe if I...

Too bad there are no ifs

there are only consequences

If I understood earlier that whimsical you

Or if we met a little later, a more mature me

But

If that day

I said everything that should be said

didn't insist on things that should be understood

If that day I didn't let my emotions guide me

what would you have done?

So many ifs, maybe if I

Too bad there are no ifs, there is no you and me

All my fault

I should't have been silent when I should have said something

shouldn't have been weak when I should have been strong

If it was not me

All my fault

I shouldn't have been silent when I should have said something

I shouldn't have been weak when I should have been strong

If that day I didn't let my emotions guide me

what would you have done?

Too bad there are no ifs

there are only consequences

Too bad there are no ifs

Hua Chenyu's final vote is

311

Let's see Long Qianli's vote is

Long Qianli's final vote is

294 `

I hope everything we said to you today

can help you

Hope next time in The Next

we can see a very good

already-on-the-top-of-the-tower Long Qianli

Thank you

Thank you

Bye

Thank you

Hello

Here you are Huahua

You are dressing very flowery today

Huahua

This is your concert costume

Yeah from the concert

Fei-shushu is wearing something different today

You two really fits together

Yours should be worn inside of his suit

Remind you of postman right?

Kun Ge is resting today

Kun Ge, did you do this to avoid that guy?

Gang Sihan, is he here today?

Yes

He should be on second floor

Yes he's on second floor

Don't know who he ll choose

So I think I made a good decision

Today I'm very calm

Very relaxed

Susu is still so skinny

Really skinny

Very good

I hope the song picked for Xiao Ge

can be more different

Making a bigger step

He wants me to lose

Let's applaud for Yan Kun again

Now I'm gonna choose

Who should I choose?

May be that guy from second floor will choose you

Right

That guy from second floor?

Fighting! Jie Ge

No one?

It's fun now

It's like you that time

If no one comes, the one on the second floor comes

But he can't sing alone

So who should he choose?

<<Dating in Stars>>

By the band called Xiao Hu Dui

I've never heard of this song

Why wearing so many balls on you today?

[Note: Beg and Ball sounds the same in Chinese]

I'm begging you

Gong Tingting, It must be her

He must be choosing Tingting

It brightened our eyes

Red looks good indeed [Note: Old people likes bright colors]

Next please welcome our challenger

Very happy

I'm very happy

I can see you today Karen Mok Jie

It's your turn

You chose a good one

He's so cute

I hoped you could pick him

and then you did

We all liked him

Too sincere

Right

I'll go now

I didn't eat much when I left today

and then I went straight to makeup

So I'm a bit hungry now

Because our job

We are both their challenge

and also

sort of their mentor

We actually need to use our experience on stage to help them

Help them improve and be better

Right

I'm the second

Wow

My performance will feel like much worse than his

I peeked at Xiao Ge's yesterday

There's a surprise

Firstly, I really did not expect you to choose this song

<<Love You to Death>>

This is a difficult song to perform alone

If we were in semi final

and we have the chance to team up

I'll suggest you to sing...

Jie Ge today is

very unrestrained

The most difficult part is that

each move requires strength

And then with that much strength

he also sang steadily

I think this is very impressive

So my vote goes to Jie Ge. Thank you

Geng Sihan. When he got into the state he is very carefree

I also like your confidence

when you swing the mic

Zhang Jie's gorgeous and smooth style

makes people feel that he sang with ease

especially the last pose

That ending is like the last fixed point in Peking Opera

What genre is this?

This is too mixed

A lip kind of unspeakable feeling

I‥.

This is beyond my professional knowledge

Mr. Liu, Liu Laoshi, this music today is

quite unexpected for us

We didn't expect this kind of style

Your <<Waiting A Thousand Years>>

feels like it was sang by Ji Gong [Note: Ji Gong, a comedy character of a Buddhist monk]

Yes

Right? Very unique

I think for unique things, they exist for a good reason

And then Xiao Ge today is

I flushed when I watch his performance

Just a bit shy

A bit embarrassed to watch

but still want to keep watching

Anyway personally I enjoy Xiao Ge's performance more

Xiao Ge I truly love you~

Thank you

To be honest

I also got the feel of Ji Gong

If you were more courageous

stepped further

and be more intimate, it would be the best

As for Liu Xiangsong

To be honest I really did not understand

But I just felt that I was attracted

Xiao Ge is going to drink soy sauce

And also thank Xiao Ge Fei Yu-ching

for the excellent acting with Liu Xiangsong

Because what they just drank

is definitely not soy sauce

But rather

a bottle of coke

Her song is Big Fish

Let's applaud again

for our challenger Liu Xiangsong

It's quite good

Coke

I thought it was soy sauce

I was so worried

Then Let's welcome the singing warrior Karen Mok

<< stomach >>

Not dare to look back

Secretly crushing on you yet acting weirdly

Hitting on you unsubtle yet sitting anxiously

Trying to say goodnight yet the words are hollow and sad

Mumbling

My crush on you seems to be too obvious

I'm like a clown running around sadly

Leaving regrets, how embarrassing

Relieved, being lazy, enjoying myself

You don't belong with me after time worn off

No answer, what should I do. I cannot deceive myself

Glimmering lights

Cannot tell my heart is bright or dark after borrowed a light from your heart

Laughing at myself being too emotional leaving myself alone

Mocking myself becomes a habit how sensitive yet hard to deal with

Relieved, being lazy, enjoying myself

You don't belong with me after time worn off

No answer, what should I do. I cannot deceive myself

The indulged, the loved, the hated

the spoiled, the tiring, one by one becoming dimmer

The indulged, the capricious, the carefree

The uncontrolled, the easy ones, turning over all the happiness

Shouldn't be too soft, too scared

Too inflexible, too indecisive, playing recklessly

Shouldn't given up, surrender

Let go, despaired, having no patience left

It doesn't count

Not dare to look back

Secretly crushing on you yet acting weirdly

Just letting you come and you smiled

You left, without looking at me

Incomprehensible, who's terribly angry for nothing

Who's old-fashioned, who's extreme, innocent and don't know what to do

I don't care

It doesn't count

I don't care

It doesn't count

It doesn't count

Tonight he's the best

I mean among challengers

The best among challengers

Really

Today there haven't been many rounds

that makes us hesitate and indecisive

But we met one now

Young man

You...

Because I just saw you nodding your head so many times

This is good

This is good. that is good

You start first

If you insist

Okay

Em

I'm also very excited

Actually, I was really excited just now

I think I need to stand up

I think I'm a bit too excited

I think

I think you have a very strong aura

This aura is very interesting

It will glue people s eyes on you

And your runs and riffs

are all just right, not too many and not too less

This in music, actually

you need a very strong musicality

to be able to do that

So I think in my mind

you are perfect

I like you very much, really

And then Karen Mok's performance is

my favorite in this season

I think this is you

So I think

Both of them are full score

So I can't give my vote

Because I love both of them so much

Yes

Xiao Ge what do you think

I also think It's hard to make a decision

Us four may not be having any preferences today

We'll just see how the audience thinks

to decide which wins

Okay we look forward to that

Ye Binghuan

The last time Hua Chenyu said

I like you the most

You are perfect

That person was Su Shiding

In the end she became the champion of The Next Season 1

Ye Binghuan

Will he be the second?

First Let's see Karen Mok...

So touching

Mekanlarda 35 TL'ye Satılan Meyve Kasesi *ÇEKİLİŞLİ* | Acai Bowl | İlayda Akdoğan - Duration: 12:06.

Hello, today I'm sharing

a very special video to me.

Occasionally, when I share the food I prepare for

myself on Instagram,

people ask me, especially due to its color, the yogurt I eat.

So today I'm sharing my Acai Bowl video.

Now, of course some of you guys might know what Acai is,

and some of you might not know what it is.

That's why I will give a quick information.

Acai is a fruit that grows in the trees of Brazil

which is a member of the grape family.

Acai is called ''Superfood''.

Of course there are some attributes in its ingredients which makes it a ''superfood''.

It contains all types of vitamin A and C.

One very important thing is that it is quite rich in antioxidants.

This attribute enables it to be very precious in the beauty market.

Because it delays the aging of the skin.

It also beautifies the skin.

It contains Omega 6 and Omega 9.

These fatty acids enables us to burn fat and store energy.

And it contains amino acids which is vital to athletes.

Since amino acids are mostly

obtained from dairy products,

and furthermore, from animal products,

obtaining amino acids from a fruit,of course there are some veggies

which contain large amounts of protein, thats a whole different subject,

obtaining this much protein from a fruit

created a sensational impact.

Because it's a nutrition that helps you out a lot to build muscle.

Of course, it's a bit hard to attain Acai.

But I will give you guys

a few hints about the ways to attain Acai.

There are 3 ways to attain Acai.

The first way is, if you travel abroad,

you can buy it from organic bazaars,

which isn't very easy,

I tried it in Austria and I couldn't find it.

The second way: if you have

any relatives or friends who live abroad and who visit Turkey occasionally,

you can ask them to bring it for you. Güneş and Nurgül abla thank you very much again,

for bringing my Acai. I usually

prefer these 2 ways. And the third, best way:

You can snatch this bag of Acai by a sweepstake

which I'm about to explain.

This time I bought one extra bag of Acai,

and since it's pretty hard to obtain,

I want to give away this bag of Acai.

And of course, I'm organizing a sweepstake,

which is very original,

Here are the preconditions of the sweepstake:

You should like this video, of course.

You should comment ''Acai'' correctly down below on this video.

And you should like the post about this video which I will share on Instagram.

They're pretty simple, actually. When we consider all the people contributing in sweepstakes,

it's something you will do pretty quickly.

I'm not expecting you to tag your friends, etc. They will envy you.

Just kidding, you can also share it with them if you want.

Now, it's time for the recipe.

We'll quickly have a look at the materials.

In order to prepare an Acai bowl,

we need frozen fruits

We have frozen bananas, you need to chop up two bananas

and throw them into the freezer the night before.

There's no need to make too thin slices,

7-8 pieces are enough per banana.

We also have frozen blackberries.

I usually store the blackberries which I

collect in the village but

in order to obtain them, if you don't have a place to collect,

they are sold in the marketplace.

I usually rely on my sense of proportion while adding blackberries in my Acai bowl but

in order to give a certain gauge, I counted them this time.

It includes 32 blackberries, that's the exact number.

In order to decorate it, we have some nuts,

I crumbled them up a little bit,

we have some strawberries chopped,

we have some bananas, you guys know that I can't stand bananas.

I want to eat it right away.

We have some oatmeal and it also includes milk.

Since I want this Acai to be vegan, I will use soy milk.

You can use any sort of plant based milk.

Almond milk, rice milk, etc.

And in order to give it a little bit of sweet taste, I will add some maple syrup.

And of course,

we will then add some Acai powder. And, let's begin.

We have a turbo blender here.

I'm putting

the frozen bananas in it.

I'm also adding the frozen blackberries.

As I said, we will add a little bit of maple syrup.

One full table spoon

will be enough for these proportions.

And now it's time for the soy milk.

We won't add all of this soy milk.

I put it in this since it looks nice.

In order to catch the stiffness, I will add 8 tablespoons.

If you can't catch the stiffness,

you can keep adding a little bit more of the soy milk but

when it gets too juicy, it gets messed up.

But as I said, try it out.

You may keep adding it just a little bit. Other than that,

the only thing we will add in it is our Acai.

My Acai is a powder Acai, by the way.

There's also a gel version of this.

I prefer the powder version since I find it more practical.

We're adding one tablespoon of Acai, I swear it smells like tea.

Now we will start mixing them up.

You should mix them at a high speed.

But, since these are frozen fruits,

you should use a spoon for support.

Because

since they are frozen,

they stick around the above are of the knives.

You need to push them down with a spoon.

So that they will be mixed more

and give it a better stiffness.

It goes pretty well but..

We have to work on this part for a bit.

It lasted for 3-4 minutes.

Approximately 3-4 minutes.

Oh, it looks awesome.

I don't want to touch it.

You know those satisfying instagram videos.

I spilled it.

You know those satisfying Instagram videos

where foods look amazing.

Everyone knows those videos. It looks like those.

It's stiff enough.

In order to show you guys the consistency..

I hope it's visual to the camera.

It's very beautiful.

Even if it doesn't taste good, it looks so great that

it's satisfying aesthetically. Now it's time to

decorate it.

We will put it into a bowl.

It is exactly at an

ice-cream consistency right now.

It's a bit more melted than an ice-cream.

But as you can see, it doesn't spill.

Because yeah, it's consistent enough, but

it's like a bit more melted version of an ice-cream.

Especially, when you eat it for breakfast,

since it is rich in fiber,

it holds you full for a long time. Acai is

one of the most important items

of diets.

There was a rumor ''Hollywood celebrities lose weight

by Acai''

Tey used to sell Acai through that strategy.

It's a lie of course. But people went to it anyways.

I can't hold my saliva.

These rumors were common when Acai was first introduced.

But if you can really supply it,

it will keep you full since it contains

high amount of fiber. I usually eat it for breakfast,

I eat it as a snack, sometimes.

Make sure to skim it off, or you will regret it.

I will taste it a little.

Cut it, it's over.

Now while decorating,

it all depends on your creativity, as always.

Today I will use strawberries, bananas, oatmeal and

nuts. You can also use

coconuts, it fits it perfectly.

And, it's done.

My lovely Acai bowl, I can't move it around too much.

It's literally healthy,

and fit.

You can call it a meal, snack etc.

I can guarantee you that it's very delicious and healthy.

It's Ilayda Akdoğan approved.

I will taste it now, but before tasting, I will quickly remind the conditions of the

sweepstake because after falling into this, I don't think

that I can concentrate and come back.

As I said, in order to obtain a bag of

Acai bowl, the things you must do are extremely simple.

You must like this video,

you must type ACAI down below on the comment section.

And you must like the post which I will share on Instagram about this sweepstake.

As I said, it's very rich in ingredients.

It's also pretty low in calories. There are

20 or less calories in 100 grams of Acai.

It's literally very healthy, it deserves

to be called superfood. I feel like

a saleswoman trying to sell Acai

to the whole world. But it's already sold.

Except for us. I wish it was sold

in our country and we had easy access to it.

These were the conditions of the sweepstake, they're very simple.

Now I will taste my lovely Acai. Since I don't want to disrupt it,

I will try it from the side.

Ice cold.

When I watch food videos, this is my favorite part

to see, people being satisfied by what they prepare.

Their happiness when they eat, which is me right now.

Because I'm genuinely telling you,

it tastes amazing.

And it's ice cold.

You get the same satisfaction when you eat an ice cream.

But this way way more healthier than an ice cream.

I think this is a must have.

And its taste is fruit based,

aromatic, literally amazing.

This is it for today.

I will go on a vacation with my Acai,

I will take it to the best places, to my stomach, for instance.

As I said, through the sweepstake,

take this and eat it, send me a photo,

and I will once more tell you how amazing it is.

And, this is it. See you guys in another video, bye.

Say bye baby, bye.

(Vietsub/Engsub) GFRIEND - FALLING ASLEEP AGAIN - Meet and Greet - Duration: 3:44.

It was a night

Where even the streetlights fall asleep

Without a single place to lean on

At the end of a day

Where even the shadows fade

I met you

I complained about my problems

But you accepted it all

Because of that

All of my anxiety went away

Even when I close and open my eyes again

You're still next to me

I like your warm shoulders

You make me believe, baby

You pat my small back

And with your touch

I lay down my heart and fell asleep

I saw you hold your breath

In case I woke up from my sleep

Your softly brushing touch

I pretended not to know

So I opened my eyes then closed them

I want to stay by your side longer

Even when I close and open my eyes again

You're still next to me

I like your warm shoulders

You make me believe, baby

You pat my small back

And with your touch

I lay down my heart and fell asleep

I don't know why

But I keep getting nervous

I pray that you won't disappear

Like a midsummer night's dream

I pray, let it be just like today

Even after I fall deep asleep

Forever be by my side

I like your cozy embrace

I feel like I have the world

With your warm breath, from behind

You comforted me

I love you

Tom buffs out a Barn Find and discovers a diamond in the rough | Barn Find Hunter - Ep. 34 - Duration: 15:23.

(serious guitar ballad)

- My luggage was delayed by four hours,

so while I was waiting for my luggage

I just went cruising around and found a yard full of cars.

What I'm hoping is that this yard will produce

another yard somewhere else, he'll say

I know of a guy and that's the way these things work out.

So, we're gonna try to spend four days

in one town and I have no leads at all

and see what it produces in four days.

So, we're here to look at Tom Cross's Fords,

which he's got a whole bunch in the back

but I'm looking over here

and there's a couple of, well GM,

it's certainly an Oldsmobile coupe on the right

and some kind of GM, Chevy, Pontiac

or Oldsmobile wagon on the left.

We'd call it a Woody but it's really a steel Woody,

there might be a little bit of wood on that car

but most of the wood is probably on the inside.

So, I'm gonna see if we can go see those cars as well

because look at that picture, that's a perfect picture, man.

That could be the cover of a book, wow.

When I landed in Midland yesterday

and I went cruising through this industrial section

and met a guy, I'd never met before, Tom Cross

and now we're like best buddies.

We speak the same language although we've never met.

He's a barn find guy, too and has invited us

to go take a look at his Ford collection in the back here.

Can we take a walk back there sir?

- Sure can, let's go.

- Thank you.

(mellow southern rock music)

Are these cars from Texas or where are they from?

- [Cross] There's some of them from Texas,

some of them from New Mexico.

Liberal, Kansas, Dodge City, Kansas,

just a lot of different places.

A friend of mine and myself we got a bug,

a lot of these old yards were being

just completely disassembled and being crushed

so we gathered up a couple trailers.

We doubled them because you can do that

in Texas and New Mexico, you can follow two trucks.

- [Cotter] Double up, no kidding?

- [Cross] You can double them at a time.

We covered about a 500 mile radius, running junk yards.

- [Cotter] And this would have been the 80's or 90's?

- [Cross] Early 90's.

- [Cotter] Early 90's.

- [Cross] 93', 94', 95', total all in all

I probably hauled 95 to 100 cars.

- [Cotter] Two at a time?

- [Cross] Two at a time.

- [Cotter] Phew!

- [Cross] Sold a lot of them over the years

and this some of the remnants of what I've got left.

- Here we have a Fairlane, 260 V8 Fairlane,

bucket seats, automatic.

- [Cross] This was another New Mexico find.

- [Cotter] So that's what they call a sport roof?

- [Cross] Yeah, it's a sport model.

- No post here, so if you put the back window

and the front window down, it would be

an open area here with no post.

That's a sporty little car, and it's more solid

than anything I grew up around,

up in New York, man, I'll tell you that.

Does it still have a 260 in it?

- [Cross] Yes. (car door slams)

- It's a two barrel?

- [Cross] Yes ... yes.

- Tom's got, you know, this many cars in this yard

and most of them are parts cars, some could be restored

so I'm just gonna point out a couple

that I think are worthy of restoration.

This is a '63 Ford Fairlane sport roof, which means

fold the windows down, there's no pillar.

It's got a 260 V8. The 260 was the second series

of small Ford V8s. After the Y- Block series ended,

a 221 came out first, only lasted a little while.

The 260 was second, which was a variation of a 221,

and the 289 was the third variation of it.

We've all heard of 289s, they were Mustangs,

and Cobras, and all sorts of stuff.

So this car, as opposed to the other cars that Tom has,

this car is complete.

It's got a 260 V8 you can see it's complete

right down to the air cleaner.

The windshield washer bag which is a (chuckles)

a Ford item, and there's no accessories here at all.

No power brakes, no power steering

It's got a generator, this is pre-alternator days

but if you look at this car, it's complete.

You could restore this car, not needing many more parts

than service items, hoses and belts,

certainly the interior, tires,

but you wouldn't have to be a slave to buying parts

from parts distributors for this car.

You could buy this car, do an inventory of the parts

that it's got that are reusable and probably,

for not much money, get this car going.

You could drive it as is, as a Rat Rod kinda thing

or you know, do a full restoration.

And I'd say with this body style it'd be worth it.

If I had this car I'd put a four-speed in it

but other than that, I think it's a pretty cool car

the way it is.

This is a 1962 Ford Galaxy 500

and the worst thing about it is that it's a four door

but let me tell you what the best thing about this car is.

It's got every option, this car is a loaded car

and when Tom brought this to this yard 25 years ago,

he drove it here. (car hood creaks)

So it's got a 390 motor, as you can see right here, 390.

It's an automatic, the 390s back in this era

all had Thunderbird written on the valve covers

cos that was the standard motor in the Thunderbirds

so, you know a lot of people said,

"Oh I got a Thunderbird motor in my Ford."

This has got power brakes, air conditioning,

power steering, all the 500 accessories, the trim.

The keys are on the front seat,

but that's a power front seat and I didn't even know

that Ford had an optional power front seat back in '62.

The worst thing about the car, besides the four-door,

if it was a two-door, this car wouldn't be here

but I'm saying you should think about this car anyway

because, what difference does it make?

This dent's been in the roof

since before Tom got the car 25 years ago.

So because there's no creases in there,

it's still a clean bend, I'm saying that could probably

be popped out with no body damage.

You see the factory air conditioning underneath there.

It's got a clock in the dash,

which is the same as in a 289 Cobra.

I told Tom that I'd like to buy the clocks

out of all '62 Ford Galaxies here.

He said, "Unfortunately, you gotta take the cars with 'em."

So (car door slams) I don't need the clocks that bad.

But it's got, that's the correct hubcap for this car,

I mean this is a solid, complete car

I assume the floors are okay,

and he wants a couple grand for it, like 2000 bucks.

So, you know, there are a lot of people

like to get into this hobby that don't have $100,000

to buy a car but a lot of people have $2,000

and this could be a father and son

or father and daughter project that would be easy to do

and fun to own and it wouldn't be expensive

to buy parts for, to maintain, or to operate.

All right, I'm gonna show you

the rarest car on this property.

Now Tom's got, I dunno, 30 or 40 cars here.

This is the rarest one on this property.

This is a 1960 Ford Station Wagon which would be rare enough

and there's a couple around here anyway

but this is a two-door wagon, two-door Ranch wagon.

I don't know if I've ever seen another one like this.

So this car doesn't seem to be in the really good condition

as some of the other cars I've seen

but because of the body being such a rare beast,

a two-door, this would be worth restoring

using one of the other wagons around here

or one of the other 60s as parts cars for this.

I wasn't even aware that they made a 1960 two-door wagon.

This is a automatic, what motor's in here, 352 or something?

- [Cross] Oh, probably 352 I would imagine

could even be a Y- Block.

- [Cotter] Is the 352 not a Y- Block?

- [Cross] No, 352 is an FE series

(grunts) no it's not gonna work with us, Tom.

- [Cotter] Yeah, okay.

- [Cross] Yeah, the 352 is an FE series

like the 390, and the 427, 428.

The Y- Blocks were 272s, 292s, and 312s.

- [Cotter] Well this has got the bolts

going through the valve cover--

- [Cross] So that's a Y-Block.

- [Cotter] It's a Y-Block, yeah.

- [Cross] It's just like that one

over there sittin' on that '55

- Exactly, yeah.

- [Cross] The Y- Blocks always had

those two bolts holdin' them on.

Terrible engines. Terrible engines.

- [Cotter] All right, I mean, if I lived closer

and my wife would let me have any more cars,

I would drag this home. What would you ask for this car?

- [Cross] For this one and the parts car $4,500.

- Oh, you got the four-door wagon over there.

- Yeah, I got a four-door wagon for a parts car.

- So that wagon would be the parts car for that wagon.

Now you see, this is the more traditional

1960 Ford wagon, it's a four-door wagon.

So the piece of trim that's missing off that one,

this has a break in it, that won't ever be solid.

And this has got air conditioning,

cool car air conditioning.

And this has got a manual gearbox, three on the tree

so you could do worse than to bring home a project

that was that rare body, and this as a parts car.

And you could probably sell the parts

off this car when your project was done.

Now that's my pick of the litter, right there.

This is an original paint car. A 61 ...

62 ... 62 Ford wagon, and you know I like wagons

and so I've always heard desert cars have paint jobs

that can be brought back to life.

And so we're gonna try it on this one

I've borrowed from Tom some Carnauba Wax Cleaner

and I borrowed a rag, and I'm just gonna see

if I can actually get a shine out of this fender.

You know, I've never had the opportunity to do this before.

Living on the East Coast with a desert car

so let's see what happens.

(vigorous buffing)

This just some of the crazy stuff we do

on the road with Barn Find Hunter

that you guys don't get a chance to see very often.

But I get to live my fantasy out with desert cars

trying to bring paint back to life.

(vigorous buffing)

Well, it's starting to get there.

(exhales) Only kidding.

All right, well there you go. Not quite what I imagined,

but if I had a buffer, and some compound ...

Okay, this is crazy, but Jordan said

if you would drag that car up there

and let me use a buffer to buff that fender,

it would make great video. So I'm not--

- I can do it

- I'm not taking one position or another.

- I can do it

- All right, here we go. (upbeat rhythm)

All right so this is something

that I've wanted to do, this sounds crazy

I remember seeing a commercial once

for like J-Wax or something like that

and they went into a desert junkyard

and found an old car and waxed it up, had it look like new

and I was probably 12 years old

but here's my chance to try it.

So we're gonna drag this car outta here,

bring it up to Tom's shop and we're gonna

buff out the fender, the hood.

I don't know how well I'm gonna work on this

but we're gonna see what kind of desert shine

we can get out of this.

(bluesy rock music)

(metal scraping)

Oh yeah, it's on there.

Unless you haven't realized yet,

we have a lot of fun shooting these episodes

and only when you meet somebody like this guy,

Tom Cross, can you talk him into dragging a car out

of his private junk yard cos you want to wax the fender

and see how shiny it comes. Crazy fun stuff.

Anyway, I'm gonna have to get the dirt off here first.

He just had a bottle of 409

just to get the heavy desert grit off there.

Although I might need all the grit I can get

to cut through that dead paint.

Okay, so if you own a body shop you might,

maybe can tell I don't know what the heck I'm doin here.

(buffer revs) Oh god, this is too much

(funky rock music) (buffer whirs)

Do you believe this? Do you believe

how we brought back an original paint job?

Look at that, look at the reflection

Now I guess this is a lesson for people

who watch the Barn Find Hunter series,

is that, we didn't plan on doing this today

but we found a car that looks straight

and I asked if I could borrow a little rag

and we polished up a little area right here.

I said, "Son of a gun, Tom, would you mind

dragging this car over to your building

we could use a compound and a buffer."

You know, if you say there's no old cars left out there

well there are plenty of old cars

if you just get out and find them.

And sometimes you find a gem like this

that you could pick up for not a lot of money.

Spend a weekend, in a weekend this car

could look this good all throughout.

Spend another couple of weekends doing the interior

probably have to reupholster those seats

It doesn't have a motor or transmission in it now

but that wouldn't be hard to put in

and I'm saying within two months

this could be a really beautiful, nice driving car.

They're out there ... happy hunting.

(bluesy rock music)

How to Leverage Short Videos for More Views and Watchtime [YouTube Tips] - Duration: 3:35.

We are here today with.

Chad Wild Clay Your channel and how many subscribers do you

have?

It is also called Chad Wild Clay, makes it easy, and right now we're on 2.8 million

subscribers.

Awesome, congratulations on your channel.

Thank you Here's a bit challenge for you then.

As a video creator lets say I do animation videos or stop motion videos or something

where the production process is really long and I can only manage a two or three minute

video.

What do I do there if YouTube is favouring watchtime?

Ow, that's a tough one.

It is and that's why I ask it.

Yes and animators are the perfect example.

The first thing that comes to my mind and I don't know if this works but the first

thing that comes to my mind is create a playlist and just try to keep people on the platform,

try to keep them watching your videos.

So after they finish the first video, maybe end the video with a cliff hanger.

Oh, I like that.

And have the card and endscreen element instructing them to the next video.

Try to just keep them watching your videos.

So there are ways and means to get would you would call session watchtime which contributes

to the overall watchtime.

Pay very close attention to your traffic sources, especially recommended videos, and pay close

attention to what other creators are sending you traffic.

Yep I know a lot of people call them your cluster

channels.

And so I noticed about five or six other creators consistently sending me traffic and what I

do is pay very close attention to the videos they're making and see what videos their

audience really enjoys.

And I try to identify, oh wow, what they did there was really cool and seemed that the

audience really liked that I'm going to try and do something similar in my own style.

It works so well for them and we share a similar audience, I think it's going to work well

for me too.

So I've had a lot of success with that strategy.

I think it's always important to stress to YouTube creators that when you look at

other people's content you're never trying to imitate or copy them verbatim, you're

trying to add your own style to whatever that content is and I think some people also call

it warp trending.

I know the sharer brothers for example they take nerf guns and lego and merge them together.

Have you got any examples of where that has been successful for you?

Yes, exactly.

So one thing that's been trending recently is finding safes or trying to open safes and

like "What's inside the safe?"

Well my channel does a lot of ninja theme.

So I found a safe and took my ninja weapons and tried to open the safe which ninja weapons

so definitely morphing the two different trends or two popular keywords together if you will.

Now in your journey as a video creator what was the light bulb moment, when did you realise

I think I get YouTube.

For me it was when I decided to stop being hard-headed.

Like I'm going to create this type of content and I'm going to make it work.

It was when I decided I'm going to start experimenting, try different types of content.

For the longest time I was trying to make music parodies work and they did work very

well but they never built a loyal audience.

It was always like a video would hit a million and then the next one would be 200k, there

was no consistency because people were not there for me, they were just there for the

song or just for a funny laugh but once I started experimenting and especially when

I decided to go after a certain demographic.

I decided: what did I really like when I was 10 years old and I just kind of meditated

on that.

What did I enjoy doing and what was I excited about and once I took that mindset and said:

Ok I'm going to create content for the ten year old chad, what would he have liked to

see?

Then it really started to click for me.

Thank you very much for your time, Chad.

Thanks Rob

Whose Body Is a Beach Body Anyway? - Duration: 2:56.

This Great Big Story was made possible by P&G.

Love Over Bias

- The beach is not a very safe space.

Anyone can relate to feeling uncomfortable on the beach.

Men, women, queer, otherwise.

And it's also a very gendered space,

like the moment you put your toes in the sand

you know it and you feel it

and you know that you have to kind of

pick one side of the spectrum.

Either you're more on the masculine side

or you're more on the feminine side.

What does that do for everyone that

doesn't exist on one clear side or the other?

(upbeat music)

(cool music)

I am Ari Fitz,

and I run a fashion project called Tomboyish.

It in so many ways aims

to tackle the way that we see beauty

and the way that we see masculinity and femininity.

A couple years ago, I really started to balance

my own masculinity and femininity,

and I felt really good, and I felt like myself.

I wanted to help other people get there too.

To me, getting dressed in the morning

is kind of like putting on my suit of armor.

As a queer person,

as a woman, as a person of color,

I feel like there are so many things

in this world that wants to silence us,

silence me, minimize me,

and minimize my experience in this world.

What we choose to wear signifies that

we are here, we are present,

and we're not going to be silenced,

we're not going anywhere.

'Sup, Ben?

Hey!

So the project I'm working on is a really dope,

super hot lookbook that features all things

swimwear for those who don't exist

on the hyper masculine side or

the hyper feminine side, like myself.

Because I know what it feels like

to step out on a beach and not feel confident.

We have to get creative.

We have to find items that most of the time

you wouldn't really think are like swimwear

or beachwear pieces,

and we have to make them ours.

Swim vests,

also bodysuits.

And then from there, just accessorize.

(shouting and laughing)

It's a beach.

It's meant to be fun, it's meant to be light,

it's summer.

The stress and the trauma that people experience

when they go to a beach is just like,

it's so unnecessary.

The more I can do to just get that out of the way

and make the beach fun again,

that means that my job is done.

Do you, boo, just rock it!

Just make sure you're like,

rocking it with like, you know,

some confidence, and you got it.

(cool music)

(chime)

St Regis, Lhasa - BEST HOTEL in TIBET ? - Duration: 3:07.

Hey, guys. I finally arrived at Lhasa St. Regis Resort.

I've had 17 hours on the train. So let me freshen up and show you the beautiful room.

Now I've freshened up.

With the scarf that I bought from Chaka salt lake.

Anyway, now I will show you what the room looks like. So, let's go.

First, there are cabinets.

Cabinet with hangers.

Cabinet with sleepers and a locker.

More cabinets

With my stuff. haha

It's all nicely designed into I guess what they call Tibetan style.

The first thing you see is a little lounge place.

I actually ate quite a lot of fruits because I'm really hungry after the train journey.

There is a large TV and another window.

Here is the bedroom area.

And a study as well.

We got a twin, but there will be three of us all together in this room so we're gonna

get an extra bed which is actually not as they big as these beds.

There's a curtain that divides up the study area.

It's pretty.

And that's me. Hello :)

Isn't it beautiful how they designed the room?

I really like the door. Actually interestingly, you can draw the curtain.

I guess it will give a more lovely vibe ... like this.

Here, we have 2 nice basins and a huge mirror.

Don't you like the painting?

Another window.

Admire the painting. Dragon, Chinese porcelain with some fruits, etc.

I'm sure it means something prosperous.

And a bath tub.

I wanted to take a bath but I thought it

might make me a little bit too tired since Qinghai was 3,000 meters

above sea level whereas Lhasa is 3700 meters above sea level.

This is the shower. (It wasn't 100% clean tho)

It just looks alright.

Then, a big mirror.

And a bathroom.

nothing special

These doors can be closed.

Oh, it's actually not that private because you can see through. LOL

Me and my friends will figure it out... haha

Now that I have shown you the room,

Let's go outside and see what the ground looks like.

Let's go~

Barbell Hip Thrust Gym Workout - Duration: 4:04.

let's work them glutes boys all right number one glute exercise for us is the

hip thrust it is a classic first step is take a pad and you're gonna want to put

it right around there if you don't have access to one of these use a yoga mat a

sweater a towel anything that's going to take away the pain from your hips all

right number one the king of all of them is the hip thrust now you guys know

there's a lot of exercises for girls but not all of you guys are gonna want to be

out there doing donkey kicks and wide sand squats in front of all your homies

so these are our top three glute exercise first we got the hip for us

you're gonna want to really work on thrusting don't do a hop for us so

you're not gonna feel that this is a mainly a glute exercise let's work those

glutes got a big contraction and thrust through this one is fancy because it

actually tilts back but what you guys want to do is set up a bench press

sideways put your back on it bring your legs in nice and close and then Ruess up

your hips really work on that extension Willie sent everything use your back in

your hips so really squeeze those glutes at the top your goal is to squeeze as

hard as possible you don't want to do this improperly or you'll get nothing

from it don't be a hero do just enough weight as much as you need to get a good

set in one of the biggest mistakes I see with hip thrust is that people don't

actually extend Josh ready talk about this a bit but what you want to make

sure you're doing make sure you really thrust out the very

top of the motion this is the biggest common mistake I see is kind of just

going on about we're doing like three or four plates I got up whereas where

you're supposed to really go like boom that's where the hips really lock out

alright guys so this next exercise is called the glute cable pull through not

only is you can actually work your glutes but it's gonna extremely help you

with Loffler power on your deadlift and your squat this is an accessory that

Josh and myself have been incorporating a lot of gentlemen in the gym are too

afraid to work their glutes they may think they look stupid especially this

exercise it may look a little bit weird but it is extremely important to have

strong glutes for posture purposes for strength and just everyday life gh RS

these are the mother of all exercise even more so than hip thrusts because

these are also working the hamstrings another weak and vulnerable area for

many men a lot of guys neglect this work will emphasize quad work over everything

else so what these will do is are gonna really help you maintain that set hip

position while squeezing your glutes being able to keep everything tight and

really work that posterior chain throughout the exercise you guys want to

make sure you dip in nice and low under control coming up and squeezing those

glutes and hamstrings like no tomorrow squeeze it all the way home that's how

you're going to they with wrap schemes if you want to

add some difficulty outs and bands those are our top three glute exercises for

men these are really important we have been incorporating these throughout

shredded strength and this has helped us so much this helped us break plateaus

and get to the next level my walk out power is at a new high my ability to

thrust with my swatters at a new by and I recommend you guys get on this ASAP if

you haven't already comment below any questions you may have thanks for

checking this out please subscribe comment and share y'all are the best
