YouTube channels? First I was a beauty guru because that's what I thought a girl had to do to become a Youtuber

I started that, and obviously fell out of that.

I like makeup, but I'm not a beauty guru and then I started another channel

That's what I went with. I had no idea what I was doing on there.

And I still don't know what I'm doing

So I literally had a I had one video that went kind of viral and it has like two million views

But it's just not me anymore

It was some kind of nail art that I recreated

so I have nine thousand subscribers on that channel, but literally I would get like 50 views per

Video that I uploaded and that's probably because I'm not consistent

But I just wanted to start fresh I guess, that probably sounds really dumb. I do have my coffee here, by the way. I'm calling this

Coffee with jasmine just because these are gonna be my rambling videos

actually get up on YouTube for a little while and started my blog which is called jasmine flowering.com and

Basically what that means is that I gotten a lot into kind of

personal growth and mindfulness and all that so

That's why I kind of started that blog

Create content on there and write

And I'm actually found a new passion for writing. So that's pretty cool

I was filing for the longest time and I should have checked a if I was in focus, but I think this is good.

I found passion for writing and I found a passion for wanting to help.

And, just giving my tips and my reviews and things like that. I don't know if I'm gonna do reviews

Like writing them on my blog, but I don't think I would make a video. I don't know. Who knows

With the confirmation of the Echo Fighters in super smash bros Ultimate,

finally we can call blissful "clones",

the first called echo fighters, are Lucina from Marth,

Fan Photo With Jason Momoa Goes Viral For Hysterical Reason - Duration: 1:39.

There are many reasons why the world loves Jason Momoa: He stole and broke hearts on

Game of Thrones, he made a splash as Aquaman in Justice League and will do it again in

his own standalone movie this year, and his tattoos and hair inspire serious style envy.

But we have another item to add to the list: Momoa recently took a photo with two fans

that the world can't stop laughing about.

Liz Medendorp, who goes by the username twoforjoy on Imgur, attended Denver Comic Con back in

June, where she had the chance to take a picture with the Game of Thrones alum.

She explained on Imgur,

"I told my husband I wanted a picture alone with Jason Momoa, but he wasn't comfortable

with that."

So her husband, Anthony Mendendorp, hopped into frame, but Momoa ending up getting the

last word when he used one arm to pose with Liz and the other to push her husband away.

Momoa later added a cherry on top of the priceless picture by signing his autograph directly

over Anthony's face.

Liz shared,

"[Momoa] was all about it.

When he saw the print-out to sign it, he said, 'This is f---ing amazing.'"

Liz later revealed to Bored Panda that her husband's discomfort actually stemmed from

not wanting to spend so much money on a photo if he wasn't going to be in it, and that Momoa

was totally on board with the joke when the couple pitched it to him.

She continued,

"'Hell yeah!' was Momoa's immediate response.

Before I knew it, the camera flashed, and everyone in the booth around us was laughing.

As we were shuffled toward the exit, I heard Momoa call out, 'My man, that's going to be

the best one!'"

Over 3,000 comments on Reddit later, it's safe to assume Anthony was more than happy

to be shoved in the face by the mega-muscled superstar.

How you doing everybody this is Martin Mesa with Rate One Financial.

Welcome back to another episode of Mortgage Mind and today we are continuing our Tips

& Tricks series we're at number four called Credit Enhancements.

Okay so credit enhancements, what does that mean?

Well, for the purpose of today's video it means getting rid of anything that's derogatory

on your credit.

Derogatory things are like negative things on your credit.

Things like a late payment or a collection or a charge off or a bankruptcy or foreclosure,

anything like that.

So, you want to get rid of as much of that as you possibly can, get rid of it.

You want to permanently delete it from your credit report.

Easier said than done, but you'd be surprised.

If you just give your creditor a call and ask them for a one time courtesy deletion

a lot of times, well I won't say a lot of times, sometimes they'll actually grant it

for you, especially if it's the only time you've ever been late on a specific account.

For example, a credit card.

So, try calling all those creditors that you have a derogatory item on your credit with

and just simply ask.

A lot of times they'll actually do it, especially if it's just a one time thing that you're

asking for.

And doing that will bring your score up dramatically.

If it's something a little bit more complicated like a bankruptcy or something like that you'll

probably want to get the help of a credit repair person,

which we can recommend someone if you need someone so give us a call and we'll give you that information.

The second thing you can do is for your existing revolving accounts, revolving accounts are

things like credit cards where the balances can go up or down.

So, you want to pay down those balances to at least less than 50% of the limit, better yet if

you can pay down to under 30% of the limit, that will improve your score even more.

So for example, you have a credit card with a thousand dollar limit, make sure you pay

that balance down, if it's already over that, to under $500 or 50% of the limit or better

yet under $300 or 30% of the limit.

Doing so will improve your score, just by doing that.
