S. Korean gov't to tighten inspections to prevent ant infestations - Duration: 1:51.
Over the past week, red fire ants have been found in major South Korean ports.
After thousands of these venomous insects were discovered in Busan on Wednesday, the
government vowed to tighten inspections.
Ko Roon-hee introduces to us the new measures.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs announced on Friday it would tighten
inspections after more than three-thousand red fire ants were discovered at Busan Port
on Wednesday.
"We will closely inspect containers carrying 32 items, including coconut shells and lauan
wood.
This is because these containers are highly likely to carry red fire ants."
The ministry also said it would urge importers to voluntarily carry out disinfection work…if
they are shipping products from viable habitats for red fire ants…such as China.
This is the fourth time this year a group of fire ants was discovered in South Korea.
In February, one red fire ant was discovered at Incheon port.
In May, two red fire ants were found.
And on Monday, more than seven-hundred of the venomous ants were discovered at Pyeongtaek
Port…before the thousands found in Busan.
There are worries about discovering a queen ant…because this means there is a high possibility
of reproduction and further spread across the country.
However, according to quarantine officials, there have been no signs of a queen ant as
of yet.
An expert in this field said immature queen ants were found in Busan...but they have failed
to grow.
"Immature versions of queen ants, also known as princess ants, were found at Busan port.
However, it seems like they have failed to fly…which is necessary to mate with male
ants and reproduce."
Red fire ants' stings can cause itchy sores, dizziness and breathing difficulties.

Life Update - Duration: 8:06.
This is my summer pro tip. You take a bandana, you run it under some cold water,
you toss it in the freezer for a couple of minutes, and then you wrap it around
your head. You're going to be seeing a lot of these throughout my videos in the
coming future. You also might hear the fan in the background, because I'm not
turning it off anymore. I subtitle my videos now, so if you have
any troubles hearing, just click on those subtitles. I thought I would do a
#lifeupdate here--a quick little life update, maybe an intro rebrand, because
I'm just procrastinating in all aspects of my life. And I guess we'll start with
the biggest thing, which is I got a new job! Right out of college, I got a day job
at Barnes & Noble being a bookseller, and that lasted for two years--almost two
years. And recently, I have just been hired by a publishing company. I don't
know how much detail I want to give away on my channel so far yet, just because I
don't know how much I will be--or I'm allowed to be--talking about what I'm
doing. But I have a new job in the book industry, which is really exciting for
many reasons! The first one is that it's like money that I didn't have before.
It's consistency that I didn't have before. I'm so excited to work on 9:00 to
5:00, to wake up every morning, to maybe go to sleep at the same time every night,
which will be a ver,y very new thing to me. Like, not since high school did I do
this. Number three, it's also something that I
never imagined myself doing. If you asked me three years ago if I ever imagined a
career in the book industry, I would have said no. I went to school for theater. I
went to school for acting, and that was a big decision to make then, and it's a
decision that I pursued and did find work in and did get money in, but
ultimately, the inconsistency is what kind of drove me away from that--at least
for now. So I thought "hey, let's try publishing! I have zero qualifications
other than a love and interest in literature, but let's try anyway!" and
after about eight months or so of applying, I finally got a job. This job in
particular took about a month and a half of phone calls, interviews, lunch meetings--
that was super corporate and exciting, I've never done one of those before--
until I was hired. And I start on monday. It's scary! It's scary. It's also really
exciting, because this is just a new door that has opened for me, and the only door
that it is closed, is really just a job in retail. I loved being a bookseller
because I love books, and because I love talking about books, but ultimately,
working at a bookstore is so many other things. So many other things that can be
extremely negative, and not fun. So yes, I will miss my co-workers, yes I will miss
seeing releases come out, and knowing what's out, and having, just, knowledge
about new publications. But ultimately, I think this is good. More consistency in
my work schedule means more videos that I might be able to film, more vlogging
that I might want to do. The dates for the Booktubeathon were announced this year,
and I'm so excited to do that again. That was one of the first things I
did when my channel started, so I'll be participating in that again this year.
Especially because it falls on my birthday, which like, that'll be super fun
to be vlogging on my birthday. My birthday's on a Tuesday this year
too, so that's like "new book release day." I do know that Fence by C.S. Pacat is
coming out-- well, the bind-up of the original
editions: which is a gay fencing graphic novel. And then also R.O. Kwan's The
Incendiaries comes out on the same day as well, so those are two book purchases
that I'm going to be totally making. Some bookish things: I do have two haul videos
planned out and ready to go. I'll be doing a graphic novels and manga haul.
I'll also be doing a poetry haul because I have been accumulating both of those
things. Look forward to those. If you thought that I had forgotten about my
BYOR series... you are right. I totally did. I totally forgot that I accumulated
recommendations to then respond to. So, that will be coming soon because oh my
goodness, shame on me. And I want to give a huge shout-out to Jennifer over at
Insert Lit Pun Here, who is obviously remarkable. If you follow my channel, you
probably already follow her channel, but if you don't, please follow her channel.
She's brilliant. She did a video recently about the epic Robin Hobb fantasy series
that starts with Assassin's Apprentice. And I was like, "You know what, you were
the first person to make me actually really want to read these books." Because
I'm a big fantasy series reader, and I have a lot of friends in my surrounding
existence that are really big fans of that series, but never before did I
actually think that I would go for it, just because it's a large dedication to
make. And I was like, "You know what it's at my local library." I downloaded the
audiobook and I loved loved it so much. I just finished it today. I am so happy, so
thank you Jennifer, because oh my goodness
this was a great experience. And you know it just goes to show: YouTube and
Booktube can be very positive influences on your life, because it caused me
happiness. I hear that the third book, and in her video she says this (I'll link the
video down below), I hear that the third book is a slog, but coming off of this
first one and going into the second one hopefully soon when that downloads from
the library, I'm stoked. I highly recommend the audiobooks for these,
because the narrator does a fantastic job, and for a lot of fantasy series,
audiobooks can be difficult because you're dealing with, like, made-up words
and things that are completely brand new. But for some reason I really did
gravitate and attach to this voice reading me this story, so 10 out of 10
for that. Other booktube things that I'm excited about: Kendra Winchester just
started a series about reading and why we read and how we pick books. I just
watched the first video of that, and apparently there's going to be more so
I'm super interested in that. I'll link it down below. I also really liked Olive
from ABookOlive's summer fiction book haul. There were a lot of books in there:
a lot of things that I never heard of or a lot of things that I was reminded that
I knew of and was interested in. So I'll link that down below too. My booktube
anniversary is actually coming up very soon. My first video was posted on
July 10th. Don't watch it. It's terrible. But I don't know if I'm gonna do
anything for that. What should I do for that? I don't know. It's exciting, but it's
also just, like, another day in my life... I've been still raging on my Kpop kick.
Kim Donghan, who was a member of my favorite Kpop group, who
since disbanded, JBJ, just released his solo mini album. And it's amazing--I'll
link the music video down below. Check him out, support him, give him your love,
STAN HIM, if you will. And while I do know that there's a lot of history and
scandal around the existence of BlackPink, BlackPink after, what, three or four
years? finally has more than five songs. They have an actual mini album, which is
really exciting. I've been super loving Shinee's new music. I can't wait for the
part three to come out, and then I'm hoping that they'll repackage all three
albums in, like, one super album that I will probably spend way too much money
on purchasing. A.C.E finally got an album, which is exciting. They're working their
butts off, and I feel so bad for them, because they don't have any funding, but
I think that they're very talented. In terms of skin care things, I have been
experimenting and playing with a lot of new products. I'll talk about them soon--
maybe I'll do my own haul for that, but I've just been really enjoying The Face
Shop's line of Calendula products. I really enjoy them. They're super
moisturizing. I love the smell. They're very clean. Ten out of ten. I'll link
everything that I talked about down below. So that's really all I have...
because otherwise I'm gonna film videos on anything else that I have to talk
about. But I'm gonna turn it over to you: Do you have any questions for me? How are
you doing? Let me know in the comments down below. Let's just chat for a little
bit. It's been a while since I've, like, super engaged with all y'all... I don't say
y'all... I don't know why I just said that. So put your questions, thoughts, comments,
opinions, beliefs, or interests down below. Otherwise, thank you so much for watching,
and I hope to see you soon!

Reacts that's right. Can you feel the tension joints right here? Mm-hmm
Just let go of the tension right here. That's right
That's right. You don't have to post any force into it. That's right
Just let it go. Let it go
That's right. This is that feel more relaxed
That's right
And you can feel the tension here right now that you. Mm-hmm

Part of your mind is still trying to pull the shoulder together, but you don't have to do that
Your your shoulder will still be there. They still be together. That's right
Just let go you don't have to
consciously force your shoulder to be together
Just relax

Using your mind to control in your face. It just let the gravity do its work. Okay. Okay. Let's try this again
Doesn't that feel better, yeah, listen, uh, feel more free. Mm-hmm
But then you're still holding on
It's not right or wrong. I'm just showing you what it's like to be
completely accessories just pretend you're in a flotation tank and there's no gravity and
everything to just drop
So here I'm holding on to your wrist right here
Dear
There
Doesn't it feel different from
I'm just showing you what it is like to just let go of all the tension
Just let it swing go all the way back. Yeah, they're taking a few that didn't just let it go
Something you don't have to do anything. I'm just testing how far you can let go of the tension
Now this is what it feels like okay just relax this is what it feels like to just release all the tension, right
Transverse is that your unconscious - holding onto a lot of
Tension
From a lot of things that you don't even know from before right?
So they don't want to intrude that. I'm sure
You know when you're conscious might know that you are holding onto a lot. It is from relationship
Or whatnot, you know, we don't have to get into that
Yes, I want to respect your privacy
But this is how you let it go. Okay
This is what it feels like
To let go
This is what it feels like to do without thinking about it, we don't have to think about this, okay
Since you you don't need your brain to do this
You can just other hand you do this, you know
You guys get your Frenchie to this way. You don't need to bring
There there's some stuff feel good
Doesn't a few
Less tens, I guess like all your weight has been lifted from their joints
Now don't control your muscles, okay
Whatever happen this happens, okay. Hmm. We are for your handful sit on the floor
We're not gonna hurt you. Okay?
Waiting free to one that go there evil
Three two one let it go. There we go
There we go, there we go see see how different that feels still holding going to everything yeah
Just try the same
Just relax just let just let all the weight. Hang on to my two fingers ready. Just hang all your weight there
Doesn't that feel different doesn't that for difference then holding on to everything
Nothing bad is happening, right?
The world is not over. No, you don't have to have complete control here. Right? But you know, it's fine. I
feel different
I feel different
I'm just showing you what?
Is how it feels? Okay, because I guess I it's hard to explain how it feels
and if you explain it and you just keep thinking about it, and it makes it harder to
Slide your hand
Just put all your weight on my fingers. Okay, just put all your weight there you don't have to control
You or you don't have to control anything?
If it's dropped the worst the the biggest thing is gonna happen. It's gonna hit your lap. Okay
Nothing bad ever happens when your hand is fine, okay
Now I just want you. Okay, let go before the control on your shoulder. Let go of all the tension I
Just want you to just screw
I'm gonna let it go and just have to hang up. Okay?
You're holding on
Don't go let it go. Let it go. Let it go
Let it go
At some point, I'm gonna drop your arm. You don't know what?
But you never let it drop, okay. Mm-hmm
There you go. There isn't that feel difference. Mm-hmm. Listen now that your body knows how it feels
To actually
Relax and let go moody. I
Want you to I'm gonna touch your forehead right here. I
Want you to focus all your attention on this spot right here
with your eyes closed
I just want you to just roll your eyes all the way up here and just picture your forehead as a movie screen
You

Essence Of Murli 23-06-2018 - Duration: 8:30.
Om Shanti !
Today's Murli Date Is 23rd June 2018
Essence: Sweet children, promise that you will definitely pass with honours,
that your intellects will never have doubts about the Mother and Father
and that you will always be obedient and follow shrimat.
Question: What aspect do you children have to be very careful about while boxing Maya?
Answer: While boxing, be very careful that you don't develop doubts about the Mother and Father.
If there is impure arrogance or impure attachment or greed, your status will be destroyed.
You should have pure greed to claim your inheritance of heaven from the unlimited Father
and have full attachment to the one Father.
You have to die alive. ( to die alive means to experience everything with joy )
"I belong to the one Father and I will claim my inheritance from the Father alone, no matter what happens"
Promise yourself this. Become real children and there will be unlimited attainment.
When you have doubts you lose your status.
Song: The heart desires to call out to You!
Essence for Dharna: 1. Move along while understanding the drama very clearly.
Make effort and create your reward. Don't just sit down saying, "It's the drama."
2. Never disregard the Father.
Follow His shrimat at every step. Never have doubts about the Father.
Blessing: May you remain double light and remain tireless while fulfilling your mundane responsibilities as a trustee.
( We are Baba's children so easily we can take care of Baba's wealth of Light & Might. )
There is double benefit in looking after your mundane responsibilities while looking after your service responsibilities.
Since there is double responsibility, there is double attainment.
However, in order to remain double light while having double responsibility,
look after your responsibilities as a trustee and you will not feel tired.
Those who consider it to be their household and their family experience a burden.
Since it is not yours, how can there be a burden?
Slogan: Remain constantly in front of the sun of knowledge and the shadow of fortune will remain with you.
To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.
The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.
We spiritual children convey to spiritual Baapdada, our love our remembrance, our good morning & our namaste namaste
Om Shanti !

Epic interview! How To Use 100% Of Your Brain (ONE OF THE BEST SPEECHES EVER) - Duration: 30:44.
Well a habit is a redundant set of
Automatic unconscious thoughts behaviors and emotions that's acquired through repetition
The habit is when you've done done something so many times that your body now knows how to do it better than your mind
So if you think about it people wake up in the morning
they
Begin to think about their problems those problems are circuits memories in the brain
each one of those memories are connected to people and
Things at certain times and places and if the brain is a record of the past the moment they start their day
They're already thinking in the past each one of those memories has an emotion
Emotions are the end product of past experiences
So the moment they recall those memories of their problems, they all of a sudden feel unhappy. They feel sad they feel pain
Now how you think and how you feel creates your state of being so the person's entire?
State of being when they start their day is in the past. So what does that mean?
The familiar past will sooner or later be predictable future
so if you believe that your thoughts have something to do with your destiny and
you can't think greater than how you feel or
Feelings have become the means of thinking by very definition of emotions your thinking in the past
And for the most part you're going to keep creating the same life, so then people grab their cell phone
They check their what's up. They check their texts. They check their emails. They check Facebook
They take a picture of their feet. They post it on Facebook. They tweet something they do Instagram
they check the news and now they feel really connected to everything that's known in their life and
Then they go through a series of routine behaviors
They get out of bed on the same side. They go to the toilet. They get a cup of coffee. They take a shower
They get dressed they drive to work the same way. They do the same things
They see the same people that push the same emotional buttons and that becomes the routine and it becomes like a program
So now they've lost their free will
To a program and there's no unseen hand doing it to them. So when it comes time to change the
Redundancy of that cycle becomes a subconscious program. So now
95% of who we are by the time were 35 years old
Is a memorized set of behaviors emotional reactions unconscious habits hardwired attitudes beliefs and perceptions
That function like a computer program
So then person can say with their 5 percent of their conscious mind. I want to be healthy
I want to be happy. I want to be free but the body's on a whole different program
So then how do you begin to make those changes? Well?
You have to get beyond the analytical mind because what separates the conscious mind from the subconscious mind
Is the analytical mind and that's where meditation comes in because you can teach people
through practice how to
Change their brainwaves slow them down
And when they do that properly they do enter the operating system where they can begin to make some really important changes. So
Most people then wait for crisis or trauma or disease or diagnosis, you know, they wait for loss
some tragedy to make up their mind to change and my message is why wait and and
You can learn and change in a state of pain and suffering or you can learn and change in a state of joy and inspiration
I think right now the cool thing is that people are waking up
that's
really interesting and where I found the
the deepest hooks into how powerful this can be for somebody is when you talk about trauma and you've talked about how people
Experience a traumatic event, but they then basically rehearse it and how that then has this knock-on effect. So, what is that?
Why do people find it so hard to get past trauma? Well?
the the stronger the emotional reaction
You have to some experience in your life
the higher the emotional quotient
The more you pay attention to the cause and the moment the brain puts all of its attention on the cause. It takes a snapshot
And that's called a memory. So long-term memories are created from very highly
emotional experiences
so what happens then is that people think neurologically within the circuitry of that experience and
they feel chemically within the boundaries of those emotions and
So when you have an emotional reaction to someone or something most people think that they can't control their emotional reaction
Well, it turns out if you allow that emotional reaction, it's called a refractory period to last for hours or days
That's called the mood. I say to someone. Hey, what's up? And so I'm gonna move well, why are you in a mood?
well
I have this thing happen to me five days ago and I'm having one long emotional reaction if you keep that same
Emotional reaction going on for weeks or months that's called temperament. Why is he so bitter? I don't know. Let's ask him
Why is he so bitter? Why are you bitter?
Well, I had this thing happened to me nine months ago
And if you keep that same emotional reaction going on for years on end that's called a personality trait
And so learning how to shorten your refractory period of emotional reactions is really where that work starts
So then people when they have an event
what they do is they keep recalling the event because the
Emotions of stress hormones the survival emotions are saying pay attention to what happened
Because you want to be prepared if it happens again
Turns out most people spend 70% of their life living in survival and living in stress. So they're they're always
anticipating the worst-case scenario based on a past experience and they're literally
out of the infinite potentials in the quantum field
they're selecting the worst possible outcome and they're beginning to emotionally embrace it with fear and their
Conditioning their body into a state of fear do that enough times
Body has a panic attack without you you you can't even predict it because it's programmed subconsciously
So then you say to the person why are you this way?
And they'll say I am this way because of this event that happened to me 15 or 20 years ago and what that means from?
Biological standpoint is that they haven't been able to change since that event
So then the emotions from the experience tend to give the body and the brain or rush of energy
So people become addicted to the rush of those emotions and they use the problems and conditions in their life
To reaffirm their limitation. So at least they can feel something
So now when it comes time to change you say the person why are you this way?
Well, every time they recall the event they're producing the same chemistry in their brain and body as if the event is occurring
firing and wiring the same circuits
And settings the same emotional signature to the body. Well, what's the revelon that well your body is the unconscious mind
It doesn't know the difference between the experience that's creating the emotion and the emotion that you're creating by thought alone
So the body's believing is living in the same past experience
24 hours a day seven days a week 365 days a year
and so then when those emotions influence certain thoughts and they do and
Then those thoughts create the same emotions and those same emotions influence the same thoughts
Now the entire person's state of being is in the past. So then
the hardest part about change is not making the same choice as you did the day before a period and
The moment you decide to make a different choice get ready because it's going to feel uncomfortable
It's going to feel unfamiliar. It's there's gonna be something so why does it feel so uncomfortable? Is it because of the the
neurons that fire together wire together
so I've there's like an
Easiness to that loop just because literally and you've talked very eloquently about this
The way that the neurons connect in the brain how rapidly I've seen you show footage of how rapidly those connections happen
Which is pretty incredible
Is is that what makes it so?
discomforting for people I think that I think that the bigger thing is that we we keep
Firing and wiring those circuits they become more hardwired. So there you have a thought and then the program runs
but it's the emotion that
Follows the thought if you have a if you have a fearful thought you're gonna feel anxiety the moment you feel anxiety your brains checking
In with your body and saying yeah, you're pretty anxious. So then you start thinking more corresponding thoughts equal to how you feel
Well, the redundancy of that cycle conditions the body to become the minds. So now when it comes time to change
person's steps into that river of change and they make a different choice in all of a sudden they don't they
Don't feel the same way. So the body says well you've been doing this for 35 years
well, you're gonna just stop feel suffering and stop feeling guilty and stop feeling shameful and you're not going to complain or blame or make
Excuses or feel sorry for yourself long
The bodies in the unknown so the body says I want to return back to familiar territory
so the body starts influencing the mind then it says
Start tomorrow, you're too much like your mother. You'll never change. This isn't gonna work for you. This doesn't feel right
And so if you respond to that thought as if it's true that same thought will lead to the same choice
Which will lead to the same behavior, which will create the same experience which produce the same emotion
I want to talk about that notion of
Give me a little more detail. We mean by the body becomes the mind or the unconscious mind. What do you mean by that exactly?
Well, those are two different things your body is your unconscious mind
in a sense if you're sitting down and you start thinking about
Some future worst-case scenario that you're conjuring up in your mind and you begin to feel the emotion of that event
Your body doesn't know the difference between the event
That's taking place in your world outer world and what you're creating by emotion or thought alone. So most people then
They're they're constantly
reaffirming their emotional states
So when it comes time to give up that emotion
they can say I really want to do it but really the body is stronger than the mind because it's been conditioned that way so
The servant now has become the master and the person all of a sudden once they step into that unknown
They'd rather feel guilt and suffering because at least they can predict it being the unknown
Is a scary place for most people because the unknown is uncertain people say to me. Well, I can't predict my future
I'm in the unknown and I always say the best way to predict your future is to create it not from the known
But from the unknown what thoughts do you want to fire and wire in your brain?
what behaviors do you want to demonstrate in one day the act of rehearsing the mentally closing your eyes and
rehearsing the action
they're rehearsing the reaction of what you want or the action of what you want by closing your eyes and mentally rehearsing some action if
You're truly present. The brain does not know the difference between what you're imaging and what you're experiencing in 3d world
So then you begin to install the neurological hard
In your brain to look like the event has already occurred. Now your brain is no longer a record of the past now
It's a map to the future and if you keep doing it priming it that way
The hardware becomes a software program and who knows you just may start acting like a happy person and then I think the hardest part
is
To teach our body emotionally what the future will feel like ahead of the actual experience. So, what does that mean?
You can't wait for your success to feel empowered. You can't wait for your wealth to feel abundant
you can't wait for your your new relationship to feel love or
Your healing to feel whole I mean that's the old model of reality of cause and effect, you know
Waiting for something outside of us to change how we feel inside of us and when we feel better inside of us
We pay attention to ever or whatever caused it
But what that means then is that from the Newtonian worlds that most people spend their whole life living and lack
Will hitting through something to change out there. What do you mean the Newtonian world?
Newtonian world is all about the predictable
It's all about predicting the future
But the quantum model of reality isn't is about causing an effect the moment you start feeling
Abundant and worthy you are generating wealth the moment you're empowered and feel it. You're beginning to step towards your success
The moment you start feeling whole your healing begins and when you love yourself and you love all of life
You'll create an equal and now you're causing an effect
and
I think that's that the difference between living as a victim in your world saying I am this way because of this person or that
Thing or this experience?
They made me think and feel this way
when you switch that around you become a creator of your world and you start saying my thinking and my
Feeling is changing an outcome in my life
And now that's a whole different game and we start believing more that we're creators of reality. So, how do we go from?
Okay, I have this negative emotion. It's controlling my life. It's got me in this cycle of I think about this emotion
Which triggers a chemical reaction which trains my body to feel that way which makes it easier and more likely I will do it again
and so now I'm in this vicious line unconscious and it's unconscious right and you
You said does your thinking create your environment orders your environment create thinking which I thought was really really interesting. So
how do we then go from that like
mechanistically
To begin this visualization process of something that's empowering its me in a different state is my future self
Is it meditation is it what does that look like if you're not being defined by a vision of the future?
then you're left with the old memories of the past and you will be predictable in your life and
If you wake up in the morning
and you're not being defined by a vision in the future as you see the same people and you go to the same places and
You do the exact same thing at the exact same time
It's no longer that your personality is creating your personal reality
Now your personal reality is affecting or creating your personality
Your environment is really controlling how you think and feel?
unconsciously because every person every thing every place of the experience has a neurological network in your brain every
Experience that you have with every person produces an emotion. So some people will use their boss to reaffirm their addiction to judgment
They'll use their enemy to reaffirm their addiction to hatred to use their friends that we affirm their addiction to suffering
So now they need the outer world to feel something. So
To change them is to be greater than your environment to be greater than the conditions in your world and the environment
Is that seductive so then why is meditation the tool well?
Let's sit down. Let's close our eyes. Let's disconnect
from your outer environment
So if you're seeing less things is less stimulation going to your brain if you're playing soft music where you have earplugs in
Less sensory information coming to your brain. So you're disconnecting from your environment if you can sit your body down and
Tell it to stay like an animal stay right here. I'm gonna feed you when we're done
You can get up and check your emails
You can do all your texts, but right now you're gonna sit there and obey me
So then when you do that properly and the you're not eating anything or smelling anything or tasting anything?
You're not up experiencing and feeling anything. You would have to agree with me that you're being defined by a thought, right?
So when the body wants to go back to its emotional past
And you become aware that your attention is on that emotion
and where you place your attention is where you place your energy your
siphoning your energy out of the present moment into the past and you become aware of that and
You settle your body back down in the present moment because it's saying well, it's eight o'clock
You normally get upset because you're in traffic around this time and here you are sitting and we're used to feeling anger and you're off
Schedule. Oh, it's 11 o'clock and usually check your emails and judge everybody. Well, the body is looking for that that predictable chemical state
every time you become aware that you're doing that and your body is craving those emotions and
You settle it back down into the present moment. You're telling the body
it's no longer the mind that you're the mind and now your will is
Getting greater than the program and if you keep doing this over and over again over and over again over and over again
Just like training a stallion or a dog. It's just gonna say
I'm gonna sit and the moment that happens and the body's no longer the mind when it finally surrenders
There's a liberation of energy
we go from particle to wave from matter to energy and we free ourselves from the chains of
Those emotions that keep us in the in the familiar past and we've seen this
Thousands of times. In fact, we can actually predict it now on a brain scan laughs and that's so interesting
Let's go a little bit harder on
Metacognition the notion that you don't have to believe everything you think I love the way that you talk about that. Hmm
Yeah, and we have a huge frontal lobe. It's 40% of our entire brain and
most people
when they have a thought they just think that that's the truth and I think one of my greatest
Realizations in my own journey was just because you have a thought it doesn't necessarily mean it's true
so if you think 60 to 70 thousand thoughts in one day and we do and 90% of those thoughts are the same thoughts as
The day before and you believe that your thoughts have something to do with their destiny
Your life's not going to change very much
because the same thought leads to the same choice the same choice leads to the same behavior the same behavior creates the same experience and
the same experience produces the same emotion and so then
the act of becoming conscious of
process - to begin to become more aware of
How you think how you act in how you feel? It's called metacognition
and so then why is that important because the more conscious you
become of those unconscious states of mind and body the less likely you're gonna go unconscious during the day and that thought is
not gonna slip by your awareness unchecked because your
It means to know thyself and the word meditation means to become familiar with
So as you become familiar with the thoughts the behaviors and the emotions of the old self
you're retiring that old self as you fire and wire new thoughts and
Condition the body into a new emotional state. If you do that enough times, it'll begin to become familiar to you
So it's so important
Just like a garden if you're planting a garden you got to get rid of the weeds
you
Got to take the plants from the past year and you got to pull them out the rocks that sift to the top that are
Like our emotional blocks they have to be removed that soil has to be tenderized and broken down
We have to we have to make room to plant the new garden
So primarily we learn the most about ourselves
and others when we're
uncomfortable because the moment you move into that uncomfortable state normally a program jumps in when that program jumps sins because
Person doesn't want to be in the present moment and engage it consciously
So when you teach people how to do that with a meditative process
Turns out that when they're in their life
They're less likely to emotionally react
They're less likely
to be so rigid and believe the thoughts they were thinking they're more aware of when they go unconscious back into a habit and that
is what starts the process of change and so we have to unlearn
Before we relearn we have to break the habit of the old self before we reinvented yourself
We have to pre synaptic connections and sprout new connections. We have to unfired unwire and refire and rewire. We have to unmemorable
And recondition the body to a new mind into a new emotion like the program and reprogram that's the act and it's a two-step process
Yeah, I like the way that you call that out. As an action. There was another thing that you said that I thought was really
Powerful about how in sites themselves are essentially inert. They don't do anything
What what then do we do with an insight?
How do we take a breakthrough moment and make sure that it's not just a breakthrough moment
Like I guarantee people watching right now are having like a hundred aha moments for sure
That was definitely the case for me as I was researching you and when you said that I was like and that's the danger that
You have the AHA and then nothing. Yeah
Yeah
and that's it's a it is a danger because then people will will shrink back into mediocracy and they'll use the insight to
Excuse them from taking a leap. They'll say yeah, you know, I have a chemical imbalance in my brain. My father was
Really overbearing he was a perfectionist. That's why I am the way
I am you know people they come up with stuff to to excuse themselves. The insight is
actually giving them permission to stay limited and
It's an amazing idea because they'll say to you that they really want to get over their anxiety
But let's ok. Let's take your ex-husband. Let's put him in a straitjacket
Let's duct tape them and shoot them to the moon know what I mean. What are you gonna do now? You still?
Have to make those changes. And so then the person's enemy dies or their
something shifts in their life
And that person's gone. They'll find another person to hate. This is just how we function as human beings. We just slide another
Reason to feel those emotions. So I think I think when people start to understand this, you know,
I think knowledge is power but knowledge about yourself is self empowerment. So how much of this is really learning to?
just bifurcate the world into there's negative emotions that have negative neuro chemistry associated with and
You said that in those states if you're living in a perpetual state of?
stress hormones and things like that illness is like a step away and then
Just the other side of that is understanding but there's this whole other side of positive energy which happiness joy
Empowerment whatever that you know neurochemical cocktail is but that when you're on that side
Your immune system is more likely to function. Well, like is that
Just sort of bringing it down to like a really basal. Yeah, that's sort of one of the big keys
Well, let's talk about it in terms of survival or creation
As I said 70% of the time people live in stress and living in stress is living in survival now
all organisms in nature can tolerate short-term stress, you know a deer gets chased by
a pack of coyotes when it out runs the Coyotes it goes back to grazing and the event is over and
The definition of stress is when your brain and body are knocked out of balance out of homeostasis
The stress response is what the body and Nate Lee does to return itself back to order. So you're driving down the road
Someone cuts you off you jam on the brakes
You may give them the finger and then you settle back down and the event is over and boom now. Everything's back back to normal
But what if it's not a predator that's waiting for you outside the cave, but what if it's your coworker?
Sitting right next to you and all day long you're turning on those chemicals because they're pushing all your emotional buttons
When you turn on the stress response, and you can't turn it off
Now you're headed for a disease because no organism in nature can live an emergency mode for that extended period of time
It's a scientific fact that the hormones of stress down regulate genes and create disease long term affects
Human beings because of the size of the neocortex we can turn on the stress response
Just by thought alone without think about our problems and turn on those chemicals
That means then our thoughts
Could make us sick
So if it's possible that our thoughts could make us sick. Is it possible that our thoughts can make us? Well, the answer is absolutely
Yes, so then what are the emotions that are connected to survival? Let's name them
anger aggression hostility
hatred
competition fear anxiety
Worry pain suffering guilt shame unworthiness there envy jealousy. Those are all
Created by the hormones of stress and and psychology calls them normal human states of consciousness
I call those altered states of consciousness
So then we tend to remember those traumatic events more because in survival, you better be ready if it happens
that's and and in there was a survival gene is switched on you could have ten really great things that happened to you in your
day and you just have one bad thing that happens and you cannot take your attention off that bad that that unhappy thing because
Survival gene is switched on it's really interesting. How does epigenetics come into play and all this like what's actually happening?
you've talked pretty profoundly about
Proteins and like really at a deep level how we're signalling to our genetics to create these kinds of changes
What does that actually look like? Well
epigenetics epi means above the gene and
Many years ago after the DNA helix was discovered by Watson and Crick
They said the blueprints of life, you know, all diseases are created from genes
turns out less than 5% more like 1% of people on the planet are born with a genetic condition like type one diabetes or
Tay-sachs disease or sickle cell anemia the other 95 to 99 percent are created by lifestyle and by choices
You can take two identical twins
Exact same genome one dies at 51. The other one dies at 85
same gene different environment, so
All of a sudden they said we lied
That was wrong. It's not genes that create disease. It's the environment that signals the gene that creates disease. Well, okay
But that's not the whole truth too because you could have two people working side by side in the same factory
One gets cancer after being exposed to a carcinogenic for 25 years both working for 25 years
The other one has no cancer at all. So there must be some internal order
That would cause one person to not get it while another one does
So is it possible then if?
The environment signals the gene and it does and the end product of an experience in the environment is called an emotion
Can you signal the gene ahead of the environment by embracing an elevated emotion?
We've done the research on this where we measured
7,500 different gene expressions in a group of people
it came to an advanced event for four days and
We had them doing a seated meditation
Walking meditation laying down meditation a standing meditation and at the end of four days just four days
The common eight genes that were upregulated
two genes to suppress cancer cells and tumor growth
Two genes for neurogenesis the growth of new neurons in response to novel experiences and learning the gene that signals stem cells
To go to damaged areas and repair them the gene for oxidative stress was upregulated
We started seeing all these genes that are very very healthy to cause the body to flourish
Imagine if people were doing that for three months. We also measured telomeres the little
Shoestrings on the end of DNA that tell us our biological age. We asked people to
Do the work meditation five out of seven days for 60 days
Measure their telomeres that determine their biological age sixty days later
Seventy four percent of the people lengthen their telomeres 40 percent significant change
20% a very remarkable change that means that they got a little bit of their life back if it lengthened by
10% they got 10% of their life back. That's incredible
Before I ask my last question tell these guys where they can find you online
Sure. My website is just dr. Joe Dispenza dot-com. You can follow us on Facebook Twitter Instagram
We're all over and then my final question. What's the impact that you want to have on the world? I?
Think that the end game for me is to empower people
To such a degree that they realize that they need less things outside of them to make them happy
less things outside of them to regulate their moods and their behaviors and that they begin to use the kind of the power that we
All have access to and into really and to change the world to make a difference so that there's more peace
There's more homeless. There's more connection that we support and love each other and we serve better
And and I think that we have to start for the most part if everybody's working on themselves
and
Trying doing their best to present the greatest ideal of themselves to the world. I think the world would be a better place. And so
That's my passion and I'm witnessing it happening now
More than I ever thought I would that's incredible Joe. Thank you so much for being here and amazing having
Guys
Go watch this man's videos
They are some of the best explanations of what's going on inside the mind that I've ever come across
There were of several that I literally have people in my life that I'm going to force to sit down and watch these things
There's just incredible explanations of how you create yourself out of the things you do
Habitually the way that you think creates a feeling the way that you feel creates thinking that matches that and then you get in this
cycle and that coming down to that personality ultimately being a finite set of
patterns in your brain I think is really really
illuminating in terms of how we actually experience the world and
I think when people understand that that it's within your control that you don't have to believe every thought that you think that you can
step outside of that that you can leverage metacognition to think about your thinking and
Deconstruct and decide what you want to think about and start focusing on that and create an entirely different version of yourself that has new
Elevated feelings that's over on the side of the positivity empowering yourself
I think it's really incredible and he gets deep into the mechanistic stuff
Which I love you guys will not regret diving deep into this man's world. I think you will get some incredible revelations

GIRLS WITH DREAMS - JEWELRY DESIGNER - EP 3 💗 JUSTICE - Duration: 10:55.
Hi, guys, it's Girl With Heart, Layna, here today.
And we're going to be meeting Hannah Thees, a jewelry maker.
Come on, let's go!
Hi, my name is Hannah Thees,
and I'm a jewelry designer and entrepreneur.
My business is Spoons & Such.
Hi, Hannah!
Hi!
I'm Layna.
Nice to meet you.
Nice to meet you.
So good to see you, welcome to my studio.
It's really cute in here.
Thank you so much, do you want to take a look around?
Sure!
Cool, follow me this way, or I'll follow you.
So, this is part of my studio where I like
to display all of my work.
So, I do anything from necklaces to bracelets
to earrings and rings. Aw.
And I make a lot of my stuff from old silverware.
So, you can tell, my bookmark right here,
Back to Reality, is made from an old spoon
and these pieces right here,
are all cut out from spoons and forks and stuff like that.
What do you like to make the most?
I think my favorite thing to make the most are rings,
because I can do all kinds of different styles.
So I can make anything from like tiny little
gemstone rings to like, huge.
And every single one is different,
I like to make one of a kind pieces,
and I also like to cut out,
these little floral pieces are all cut out from one spoon.
Really? Yeah.
That's so cool.
So I cut it out, and I solder it all together.
Oh my gosh, that's so cool.
Here is where I store all of my gemstones.
I get them well, a lot of these gemstones
are from all over the world.
Specifically, from Arizona, Mexico,
some of my favorite ones are these ocean jasper ones,
and also I really love these jasper ones, too.
So, what we're going to do,
pick out a stone that you think is really cool,
and we'll come up with a cute little design
to make a ring or bracelet,
depending on whatever stone you pick.
There's so many different colors and variations
of greens and yellows and reds.
Go for this really tiny one.
Oh, that tiny one's so cute.
He's so cute!
Okay, so, whenever I pick out a stone,
the first thing I do, well, I don't always sketch,
but sometimes I like to sketch,
just to see, to kind of get a feel for the design.
If I want to add a piece of spoon to it,
which that came from a spoon,
or if I want to do a cool pattern.
I have different pattern wires,
sometimes I melt the silver
into these cute little balls
and those are a nice accent piece.
Usually I like to trace the piece, and get an idea,
and then from there, in order to make, the outside,
I have to use this wire, it's called bezel wire,
and so I'll create a little cup for the piece
and then I usually add something around the outsides,
so like a little pattern wire, or something kind of fun.
And then also, I like to add a cool piece,
we can add this to it, put it off to the side.
I mean, we can even create a cool, little,
let's see, what are some of the other pieces?
This is just like a random pile of stuff.
A tiny little piece of spoon, off to the side.
So, something like that.
So, this is called bezel wire and this is the stuff,
I'll wrap it around the stone
and try and get a perfect fit,
because at the end when you put the stone into the piece,
you don't want there to be too much extra space.
Do you use any glue or anything to keep it in?
No glue.
Just, like.
No glue at all, that's something jewelers take
pride in is not using any sort of glue or adhesives,
you want it to all fit together.
So, here's an example.
So, I already made
the bezel for this one That's cool.
and it fits pretty perfectly.
And you file it, you sand it down like this.
So, it's all completely flush,
so that way when you put it on here
and you don't want to see any light shine through.
So, then when I heat it up really hot, and I put the solder,
it will flow into the cracks.
Oh!
This is the process in which I make a lot of my pieces,
but I was thinking it would be cool if we worked together
and made one of my spoon bookmarks.
Would you be interested in that?
Yeah.
OK, cool, let's do it.
Here's the B, you're going to want to hold it
about half way up, I'd say,
and then you can kind of tell
when you're holding it, you want the B,
obviously the line, to be facing up.
So it's kind of, here, put it in your hands,
let's see if that's right.
So, right here?
Yep, right there.
Before you do this,
we need to make sure you're holding the hammer correctly.
So, we'll keep this here,
you don't want to hold onto it too tight.
I would hold it maybe here.
Here, I'll hold this.
Feel like it wasn't hard.
It probably wasn't, but that's okay.
It was a solid pound, though.
That was good.
Now if you want to try and line it up again.
See if it will stick in there a little bit, let me see.
Sometimes, when I help kids do this, I'll hold the letter.
Would you feel better if I did that?
Yeah! OK.
So.
That sounded much better.
See! There we go!
Nice! Yay!
OK, we'll do that. OK.
Perfect! Yeah!
Switch.
Flatten that out.
So, I just?
Yep, keep going.
Use more muscle.
It feels so weird!
I know, there we go!
Perfect, alright, hold it here.
Okay.
And then hammer there.
Good.
Perfect.
And then this part might be a little scary,
so do you mind if I finish it for you?
Yeah.
Okay, this is where you might hurt your own hand,
and I don't want that.
There you have it!
It's so cute!
If you could use any material you wanted,
to create a piece of jewelry, what would you create?
And what would you use?
Well, I work a lot with metal right now,
and actually, I've thought about this a little bit.
I think that I'd want to work in clay and ceramics.
I would like to experiment, eventually with gold,
and maybe finer stuff,
but I think because I've never worked in ceramics,
I think it would be really fun to experiment
and make some really fun statement pieces out of clay
and work with different glazes and stuff,
I think would be really cool.
Would you ever be interested in working with metal?
For any sort of your art projects or crafts?
I have used things like tinfoil for my clay,
if I need it to be bigger, so I'm not using as much.
And it saves a lot more money.
Yeah, I did that in college, actually,
when I worked with different types of clay,
I would make these, I made two birds,
and I would create the insides with wire and aluminum foil,
and then cover it in clay. In clay.
Yeah!
So, it's like I have my outline
or if you're drawing something,
it would be your outline and then you fill in.
Oh cool.
How did you come up with your website's name?
My website's name is Spoons & Such,
I came up with that because I work a lot
with antique silverware and spoons.
I actually had a collection of spoons
from when I was younger.
My friend and I, when we would travel to different places,
she grew up in Wisconsin, I grew up, or I had family,
down in North Carolina,
so in the summer we would go on vacation,
and then we would find each other spoons,
bring 'em back to each other and then trade.
Aw.
Yeah, we did that for a long time.
I actually had a really big collection of silverware.
So, then, when I took a jewelry class in college
and I realized that I wanted to do jewelry for my career,
I started experimenting with spoons, mostly,
and then it ended up being forks.
But, I wanted to come up with a name that incorporated that,
but I knew that in the future,
I would probably work with other materials,
like sterling silver.
So, I wanted to make sure my name allowed me to do that.
So, Spoons & Such.
And, it came together, and I think it kind of works.
Is there any advice you wish you had as a kid?
As a kid, I really wish that
someone would have told me
not to worry so much about what other people think,
and, to just really be myself and not worry so much
if friends are judging me or if people are judging me.
I think my parents did a pretty good job of that,
I feel like I turned out to be pretty open with myself
and comfortable, but it's hard as a kid in middle school,
and high school, to not feel that pressure
to be something that other people want you to be.
I think you need to fully be exactly who you are,
and be confident in that.
Is there any advice that you would give
to an adult or a parent?
Relax, stay calm.
Just kind of
don't worry about aging so much.
You're not old.
Aw, that's nice.
You're fine.
I appreciate that.
I think grownups do get too stuck in that,
that we are too old and we don't have enough time
or we take things a little too seriously,
and sometimes we just need to take a step back
and have fun, for sure.
But, I think as kids, you need to do that too.
I think it's really important to just enjoy being a kid
while you're being a kid,
and not focus so much on growing up so fast,
and thinking about your future.
Whatever happens, happens!
It's all going to work out.
It's fate.
And just have fun, while you still can.
So thanks, Hannah, for showing me around today.
And don't forget, guys, make sure you press
that Like button and don't forget to subscribe.
Bye!

Joint Press Conference By FM Lavrov & UN SG Guterres - Duration: 24:14.
Ladies and gentlemen,
The talks with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres were productive, extensive and concrete.
Of course, we discussed the difficult situation that pertains in international relations.
We associate this primarily with the attempts to push through unilateral approaches to settling a variety of international problems to the detriment
of searching for collective answers to the challenges of our time.
Unfortunately, this negative trend is fully reflected in the work of the UN Security Council.
We agreed that the discussion of such key international issues as the situation in the Middle East and North Africa,
including Syria, Libya, Yemen, as well as the Palestinian-Israeli settlement is far from being smooth.
We talked about the crises that persist in Africa, which don't lend themselves to easy solutions.
We discussed in detail how the UN and its Secretariat can contribute to facilitating progress in these matters.
We also exchanged views on the future of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action for the Iranian nuclear programme
after the United States announced its withdrawal from this fundamental international legal instrument.
We discussed new angles that inspire optimism with regard to developments on the Korean Peninsula and related developments.
It was very important for us to hear Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres,
clarify his vision of ways to overcome old and new conflicts in today's world, the number of which, as I said, unfortunately, is not diminishing.
Russia actively participates in the UN member states' efforts to harmonise the modalities of the Secretariat reform initiated by UN Secretary-General Guterres, which is already at an advanced stage.
We support his initiatives aimed at making the UN more effective in addressing the issues facing the international community
and achieving this goal through joint efforts and dialogue between all member states.
Russia has always been in favour of strengthening the central role of the UN, the inviolability of the fundamental principles of the UN Charter,
the primary responsibility of the UN Security Council for maintaining international peace and security.
This is our principled position, which was clearly confirmed yesterday by President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in the Kremlin.
We believe that objectivity, impartiality in dealing with acute global problems, and a focus on taking account of the entire range of the member states' positions guarantee the UN efforts' effectiveness.
We see the UN Secretary-General's commitment to this kind of work, his sincere desire to help overcome the differences between the main players and find mutually beneficial solutions to existing challenges.
We also have great respect for the humanistic agenda that the UN Secretary-General is promoting at the UN in all areas of its activities, primarily, in the context of resolving conflicts and crises.
Once again, I would like to express my satisfaction with the talks.
The other day the United States announced its decision to withdraw from the UN Human Rights Council (HRC) over its resolution criticising Israel.
US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley denounced the "blind hatred of Israel" expressed in the policies of the HRC, and the day before said that the council criticised Israel "10 times as often as it has criticised Iran."
Does the HRC really pay too much attention to Israel?
What do you think about the US withdrawal from the HRC?
We hope that it is not the final decision and the United States will confirm its commitment to the UN, especially in the vital sphere of human rights.
As you know, the US has considered itself to be a champion in this area.
If this is indeed so, there must be arguments in favour of the US working at the HRC and interacting with those whose initiatives and positions do not entirely coincide with those of the United States.
As for the council's "blind hatred of Israel", as US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said, I do not share this view.
The UN Security Council is obliged to analyse the Secretary-General's reports on the situation in the Middle East, including the situation on the Palestinian-Israeli track.
These reports are based on the decisions that the UN Security Council took in the past.
The debates following the UN Secretary-General's reports are influenced by the events that take place in the Middle East directly between Palestinians and Israelis.
I can tell you that the recent discussions on the violence there, the clashes, the attacks launched against Israel from the Gaza Strip,
as well as Israel's actions in response, have shown that the majority of UN Security Council members have an objective view on the situation.
At least, the attacks on Israel have been clearly denounced, including by the Russian delegation.
It is said increasingly often that the UN must be reformed, but [will reform help if] some countries do not implement UN resolutions.
For example, four UNSC resolutions on Nagorno-Karabakh have not been implemented in the past 25 years.
What can ensure compliance with UN resolutions?
Will reform help?
As I see it, our colleague from the Moscow-Baku agency is asking about the situation with the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement.
The resolutions she mentioned were adopted at the height of hostilities.
These resolutions, along with some measures taken on the ground, including by Russia, helped stop the bloodshed and launch a political dialogue.
All the parties involved agreed to create the OSCE Minsk Group to address the remaining issues, including the liberation of territories and a political settlement, by determining the status of Nagorno-Karabakh.
This is what we have been doing since then.
Russia, the United States and France as co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group have been working, with the consent of Baku and Yerevan, to attain their goals.
But this is only possible if there is consensus between the parties to the conflict.
I am sure that the probability of a settlement will greatly increase as soon as we start moving in this direction.
What can you say about cooperation with the US in the context of the United States saying it would be possible to make progress in settling the Syrian crisis and the DPRK issue at the summit.
Are there any contacts with the US with regard to holding this summit?
Is it true that National Security Adviser to President Trump John Bolton will be in Moscow soon?
And the second question.
A report is out accusing the Syrian army and its allies of war crimes committed during the liberation of Eastern Ghouta.
The report is based on certain data.
What can you say about it?
To what extent are the data cited by the UN objective, given that the report also makes accusations against armed formations based in that region?
Mr. Guterres, comment on the second question please.
I'll start with the second question...
I'm not aware of it.
As far as I understand, the issue is about a report compiled by the Pinheiro Commission, also known as the Human Rights Commission,
which received its mandate through a rather vague voting procedure in the Human Rights Council,
and engages in remote examination – from a humanitarian point of view – of certain situations that arise in Syria.
The commission does not do onsite inspections.
As I heard today in the news, it uses data from social media and videos made by witnesses.
I heard it allegedly interviewed 140 people, and so on and so forth.
We are very skeptical about distance methods when doing this kind of work, whether it be war crimes in general or the use of chemical weapons.
We have already provided many comments on the ways such sensational news are often engineered.
I saw a televised story today, I think it was Euronews, which commented on the release of this report.
They said it contains documented war crimes committed by the Syrian government and illegal armed groups.
This text was read as they showed the already well-known video, where the boy named Ayman is being doused with water allegedly in an attempt to save him from a chemical agent.
Euronews is a respectable TV channel.
What's more, it claims to be the most objective one, as they refer to themselves, which broadcasts all views without exception.
As you may remember, the story with Ayman did not end there.
After the specialists watched the video and wondered why nothing in it looks realistic from the perspective of what an agent does to humans,
we made arrangements with the Syrian government and brought Ayman, his parents and other participants of this video
to The Hague to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons,
where they said they were approached by the White Helmets, which the US recently resumed funding, who began to pour water on them.
So, when our esteemed colleagues from the media carry such news, I still very much hope that the picture is not going to be one-sided,
but rather will show the story from different angles and present all publically available facts.
And as for ... let Antonio answer this question ...
As for Russian-American relations ...
President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly pointed out that, in our opinion, whenever the United States and Russia cooperate in order to resolve an international problem,
in most cases they succeed in doing so.
All members of the international community benefit from this.
We operate on the premise that this is what many countries are actually looking for.
The UN Secretary-General just confirmed that he considers it important that our countries cooperate,
rather than remain in a position where our relations are undermined by artificially created problems dating back to the Obama administration.
We are open to a dialogue with the US on all issues. Undoubtedly, normalising just bilateral relations would go a long way to promoting more effective and closer interaction in the international arena.
So, our proposals on how to overcome well-known irritants in bilateral relations have been sent to Washington more than once.
The last time I sent them was to new US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
Concurrenly, we are ready to act precisely in this way in international situations, where we can interact already now.
As you may be aware, we maintain diplomatic and military contacts on the Syrian settlement,
and, at the same time, we maintain close relations with the UN, the Secretary General and his Special Envoy for Syria, Staffan de Mistura.
So, I'm aware of the leaks in Washington to the effect that a summit is about to be held or there will be a proposal to hold it.
We do not comment on leaks.
However, everyone is aware that we are always willing to establish contacts.
So, if we agree on a meeting at a high or the highest level, we will, of course, make proper announcements.
Thank you very much.

FIND THE RIGHT VITAMIN AND MINERALS FOR YOU- MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY - Duration: 5:25.
this is a very very very very important topic finding the right vitamins and
minerals for you that's what we're going to talk about really briefly I know
people they on the bandwagon of trying vitamin the minerals like one size fit
all and you're purchasing vitamins and minerals that you see other people on
Instagram or Facebook or wherever you migrate when you get on to social media
and you're buying into these products and it's not a one size fit all you have
to find out what in your everyday life that's affecting you like for an example
what was affecting me was my anxiety my sleep also there were Candida issues
that I was having I had a liver condition awhile ago so I know I needed
something that I could take on a daily like milk this this old to keep my liver
regulating correctly after I had detoxed on my own all the high enzyme levels
that were in my liver causing a lot of issues so there's certain minerals and
vitamins that you have to tailor to your own liking to help with the issues that
you have for an example vitamin D I take 10,000
with this M C G's a day I'm now up to 20,000 because the first 30 days the
purchasing my first bottle off the Amazon I noticed
exactly 30 days I went to Amazon because I remember I took the first pill when
the bottle came that night not in the morning but at night I took a pill every
single day never missed a day for 30 days and I
but one day waking up and I said wow I have an overall calm and wellness
I don't feel anxious and I feel good and I say I know the juice and has helped me
but it can't be from the juicing or maybe it is or maybe it's a combination
of both so I went back onto Amazon I looked at when I purchased it and when
it came I didn't remember what what day I started taking it exactly what day and
I know that Amazon leaves the day that they drop it off and I know that I
started using it the day that it was dropped off so that day that it was
dropped off that night I started using it when I looked at the calendar it was
like the 29th day almost 30 days and I knew that it was the vitamin D that I
was taking now I did a lot of research about the vitamin D and how it helps the
anxiety and panic attacks and all that I was a believer I get skeptical sometime
but when you want to make something work for you one you have to be cleansed out
and if many of you are not sometime things can still work rather than run
into the doctors getting something that's habit for me or causing side
effects and vitamin D is more of a hormonal supplement than a vitamin
supplement to begin with but it's not Cabot for me and also few side effects
which that's what we want we don't want stuff that's going to have side effects
because then that causes other ailments so I had took this product for 29 days
and I felt not even to say 50% but I'll say about 80% of my anxiety and panic
attacks were gone I noticed when I'm not taking it like I'm supposed to for an
example I used to take the tenth MC geez and I was taking it religiously
for a whole month and on and on and on but when I started not taking it like I
was supposed to be taking it religiously I started to feel the effects of the
anxiety and panic attacks coming back so now what I'm doing is I'm taking twenty
thousand MC G's so that just it can get back in my system faster and a high
adults and then lower it back down to ten ten thousand MC G's but like I'm
trying to say and this is the whole point of the video you have to tell your
minerals and vitamins for you because if you just buy what someone else says that
is working for them and it doesn't apply to your life you're just wasting money
so keep that in mind please subscribe to the channel like and share this video or
make it a favorite and I'll see you guys in the next video bye for now
