How to Pronounce "Thank you." [ ForB English Lesson ] - Duration: 2:03.

Hello. Welcome to ForB's English lesson video.

My name is Kevin and today we are going to look at the pronunciation of "Thank you."

So how do we say "Thank you"?

Well, the first part is a "th" sound.

And you have to bite down on your tongue, like this.

So I'll do that for you. "th", "th", "th".

Now you try. "th", "th", "th".

Next, we have kind of an "a", "apple" sound.

And you've got to make your mouth, kind of big or very wide.

Like this, "a", "a", "a".

Now you try. "a", "a", "a".

The last part is not so difficult.

It's kind of a "q" sound, like in the word "cute".

So maybe not so difficult for you.

So let's say the whole thing together.

Please repeat after me.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Now let's do it faster and repeat after me after I do it three times.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Installing Tile, More Roof Rafters & a New Baby Goat | Kitchen & Bathroom Earthbag Add-on Ep13 | WP - Duration: 11:43.

last week Garen prepped the bathroom for for tile, we removed the eave on the side

of the house and installed the first rafters for the earthbag additions to

the main house

🎶

it's heavy

this tile we got many years ago

and now we're putting it to use

what's really cool is that Garen has to

lift this and it's very heavy

and Garen has to haul it and he's very strong

doing it

🎶

final sweep and then we'll start cutting tile

very cool

🎶

it's not bad

better than getting the tile saw out though isn't it

man that things a

beast

this is all the same stuff here

the bigger 18 inch pieces

Dad drew these out

this is where our cabinets and sink are going to be setting

somewhere in here

is where the cabinet will end

I'm thinking I'll do two

here

yeah I'll be able to get a lot done

Garen is a hard worker

he gets in there and gets it done

but this job is

really getting to Garen

he gets the tile on but he doesn't like the way the tile

adhesive is working so he pulls the tiles back off and decides we have to

do something different

seems to be so distracted

yeah

it's kinda odd

he's a hard

worker

he seems a little distracted - true

besides getting married

well, we knew it was gonna happen one day

Garen's growing up

Ellie is just awesome

Ellie and Garen have been around since childhood

he fell for Ellie at a really

young age and they've just been the best of friends for - I think Garen said

nine years

we're engaged

congratulations Ellie and Garen

we're really really happy for the two of you

and we couldn't really ask

for anybody better

so we're so happy that they've decided to

get married and

we wish you guys are the best

it'll be awesome

🎶

all right so let's plan guys?

I am replacing the blade of my saw so that it

cuts naturally

nothing I can really do but wait for them to cut the board

so I don't drop a board on his head

Bryson was slightly

correct

slightly no no no

it was like

sort of, maybe, could be really correct on that

🎶

I need you to make yourself useful instead of ornamental

I do stand around Dad.

that's what they pay me for

you don't get paid much do you?

exactly

🎶

what do you have wrapped around your snozzle there?

he's stuck mom

he can do it

come on

[dog growls]

[laughter]

a little salty huh?

excuse us for helping you

🎶

Ellie had a reunion - a family reunion so Garen went with her there

we're gonna finish up the tile

were not gonna wait around

not us man

get 'er done

one of the things that he was finding difficult is that the floor is

still not real level even though he put the leveler on there so we're

having to build up a lot under each of the tiles

if you use the tile adhesive

- he went through a half a bucket with just two tiles and then, of course, we could

use the thinset to do it too but again. we would have to use a lot of it

so we decided to make her own

pretty much the same mixture as

what we would use on the walls and it's working good

the only thing is that if

we ever wanted to take this tile up, I think, if we use the tile adhesive, my

guess is that it'd be a lot easier to pick up

this is like

cementing it in

yeah

it's like brick

permanently putting the tile in

and the

thing is, is that had Garen laid a couple these down with this stuff,

he'd of really wanted to do this cuz it gets fun once you get it down

so I lucked out that I get to do it

I like to lay tile

I like the ceiling

and the tiles

they look really nice together

we're gonna go out to the farm and see

what the new addition is

a new addition?

oh Bree, are you coming?

yeah

🎶

hi little fella

is it a boy or a girl?

boy

oh my gosh you are adorable

ah, is this Flowers baby?

yeah

Hi

oh yeah

he's nice and strong

look how spotted you are

look at you

Hi Mama

he's been eating too I can feel his belly

look at those ears

that's a good one

that's a good one Flow Flow

did you just have one baby?

kind of weird isn't it?

🎶

nothing but kicks and giggles

how straight are these?

is that pretty straight

are these curves about the same?

we're now getting ready to cut the headers

yeah

all right

for the skylights right?

yeah

okay, thank you

🎶

the next one we are going to need to move the ladder for

🎶

we were supposed to get a giant storm this weekend so we are trying to pull it

together and prepare for all this rain that we're gonna be getting

Bryson is going to re-hook up

our gutter

I'm aware that when duct tape gets wet, it falls apart but I'm thinking that

this is mostly a splash guard

and then hopefully it'll go-

it'll drop into

our barrels

the water likes to rush right in this area here so we're gonna

be hauling some dirt over and mounding up there cuz we don't want to lose our

foundation to our building

yeah that would not be good

especially after the guys have done this

it looks gorgeous

will have to tarp

gotta get some dirt in here

re-hook us gutters

we got all kinds of stuff to do

this is your new roofing

mom

how do you like it?

it's awesome

we actually have this really big tile saw

what's our new way of cutting the tile now?

we're using an angle grinder with a

diamond blade

we've got the piece cut

this blade is epic

but I'm making a glass mess

over here but it's amazing

if we run out of my garage sale tile

it'll go into the closet

everything is garage sale with us isn't it Mom?

Garage sale this

Garage sale that

it's such a savings

two bucks for all this tile

it was

did you see that?

it had a two dollar sign on it

are you serious?

it really was two dollars

doing a thin set

over the top of it was not bad

gives it a nice hard surface and seals the

floor before you put this on

my hope was that we could use the thin set to get

it as flat as we could and then use regular tile mastik

🎶

Tarp's came off because we pulled them off

did they work?

they did

they kept everything pretty dry

we're able to

to get up there now today and even after

a pretty good rain and work so that's great

look how much water we got

the dogs are even drinking out of it

hey would you guys eat the mosquitoes in there too

🎶

I love hand crafting tools

woah

I don't think you could of done such a

custom cut like this

on a big tile saw

just pick up these

you don't need

a big pile saw

custom cuts like this

you got rounded stuff

works perfect

you know us, everything around here is round

here we go

that is perfect

I'm glad it fits

🎶

we're down to our last tile

of the $2 tile that is

we got all the main

area so this is all the area that's gonna be seen

we're gonna put tile there

it just won't be the same type of tile

it will be different tile and that's gonna

be underneath the cabinets so you won't see that

that's cement mixture

that mom used, it's just awesome

what do you think Boo?

[meow]

what?

🎶

and when he gets back he'll go, "oh, that looks so good"

he'll be happy it's done

all right so we got our sheeting for the roof so we'll be doing that next

week here

thank you so much for being a part of our family

we love having you

here and we look forward to seeing you next Friday

have a great week

bye

🎶

🎶

it's not a breeze when there's a breeze?

when there's a wind

if I was doing it a hundred mile an hour wind I wouldn't feel too bad if I fell off

because I probably wouldn't even hit the ground

well where's it at?

tough guy

our family moved from the city to the country

thanks for taking part in

our adventure

we have new videos every Friday evening

if you would like to help

us out, you can like this video, share it, subscribe or support us on patreon

see the links in the description

don't you have all the

rafters up already?

what are you doing now?

everything is already done

we are looking at nothing

you are looking at the finished product?

this is what the kitchen is gonna look like?

oh yeah

all this rain that we're gonna be getting

[knocking]

I just wanted the attention of the camera

ah, success

Celebs And The Illegal Pets They Owned - Duration: 4:54.

Let's face it, celebrities just aren't like the rest of us - and neither are their pets.

Even normal critter companions to the stars benefit from the high life.

Like the late Carrie Fisher's dog, Gary, who got to accompany her to interviews and the

red carpet.

Yet for many stars, your run-of-the-mill Fido simply won't do.

Exotic pet permitting can be a tricky business, and these famous folks found that out the

hard way.

Here are a few celebs who owned illegal pets.

Paris Hilton's furry friends

In November 2005, Paris Hilton started accessorizing with a pet kinkajou that she named Baby Luv.

However, her venture into exotic pet ownership was almost immediately dashed by a warning

from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.

It turns out kinkajous, which are Central and South American tree-dwellers most closely

related to raccoons, are not legal to possess in California, where Hilton lived at the time.

The heiress somehow circumvented the regulation, because in August 2006, Baby Luv made the

news again after biting Hilton.

"It got a little crazy one night."

The socialite relayed the story on Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2010, when she also revealed:

"I have dogs, cats, a parrot, a pig."

"What happened to the kinkajou you used to have?"

"I still have.

I have two of them."

According to Hilton, the kinkajous now live in a "very large enclosure" on "her ranch"

and have "someone that watches them."

Hilton has also flaunted other California-banned pets - like ferrets - on the red carpet and

on her Instagram.

Bieber's monkey business

Perhaps the most well-known story of illegal pet ownership is that of Justin Bieber and

his capuchin monkey, OG Mally.

The tiny primate made international headlines after he was confiscated by German customs

officials when Bieber, quote, "failed to produce required vaccination and import papers after

landing in Munich," according to The Guardian.

The whole incident was painted as another example of Bieber's spoiled pop star antics,

but he insisted that he thought Mally's paperwork was legit.

The singer told GQ that friends warned him not to travel with Mally, but he was naively

confident, saying,

"I even had it written out that he was a circus monkey and he could travel and all that s--t.

I had all the right papers.

Things get twisted."

Ultimately, Mally ended up at Germany's Serengeti Wildlife Park, where zookeepers said he had

trouble readjusting to normal monkey life, guessing he was, quote, "probably purchased

illegally on the black market," according to babe.

Fortunately, as of January 2018, Mally seems to be doing just fine.

Chris Brown's monkey problems

Like Biebz, Chris Brown wasn't able to hold onto his monkey either.

After Brown posted an Instagram of his daughter snuggling his brand new capuchin monkey, Fiji,

the singer faced intense backlash from fans who thought it was a gift for his then 3-year-old.

According to USA Today, this triggered a Fish and Wildlife department investigation, which

determined that Brown failed to secure a permit for Fiji.

As a result, agents "served a warrant" at Brown's house, and confiscated the monkey.

Though Brown willingly arranged for Fiji's transfer into state custody, he was said to

be facing "a misdemeanor charge carrying a potential six-month jail sentence."

Regarding the matter, Brown's attorney reportedly told TMZ,

"As I leave my office in Downtown L.A. and walk past people sleeping on the street on

my way to defend people charged by the city attorney with selling medical marijuana [...] Now

spending taxpayer money on investigating monkey business, this completes the circle on his

absurdity."

No tiger for Tyga

Scoring zero points for originality, rapper Tyga got busted for illegal possession of

a tiger.

According to TMZ, Tyga kept the 7-month-old predator at his Ventura County, California

home.

But that's illegal in the state without proper permits and facilities.

After he started posting since-deleted pics to Instagram, word must have gotten out, because

Tyga then took it upon himself to relocate the animal to a shelter.

Fish and Wildlife then moved the cat, now named Maverick, and sought to charge Tyga

with a misdemeanor and a possible six-month jail stint.

Luckily for Tyga, he was able to duck the charges by simply moving from his house.

Maverick now lives happily at Lions, Tigers & Bears animal rescue in Alpine, California.

Terrence Cody's abusive history

In February 2015, Baltimore Ravens defensive tackle Terrence Cody was indictedon charges

of aggravated animal cruelty after it was determined that his dog, a bull mastiff named

Taz, died from starvation and neglect.

Bull mastiffs are legal to possess in Maryland, where Cody lived at the time.

But the alligator he also abused in his home - was not.

According to Cody's indictment, prosecutors accused him of not only illegally importing

the reptile, but also "failing to provide" it with proper food, drink, shelter, or veterinary

care.

Cody was cut from the Ravens on the same day of the indictment.

According to The Baltimore Sun, he skirted two felony counts of animal cruelty, but was

convicted of five misdemeanor neglect charges regarding Taz, as well as charges relating

to the neglect and illegal possession of the gator.

Cody served six months of his nine month sentence, then started 18 months probation, during which

time he was barred from owning animals, according to TMZ.

Woodturning Dye Practice - A Juicy Apple - Duration: 5:16.

Hi, Alan Stratton, from As Wood Turns (www.AsWoodTurns.com) I was about to make my own screw chuck but

then at the Utah Woodturning Symposium, I met Bert from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada who

showed me this cute little screw chuck.

It is a piece of steel with a standard square drive screw up here so that it can be replaced

when they break because they nearly always will break.

The screw is held in place by a square drive bit.

Both are held by small set screws.

Kind of cute little chuck.

The chuck mounts into a standard chuck so it can be exchanged very easily.

Then what project do I use to try out this chuck?

I decided to make an apple.

Since I grew up on a fruit farm and we had apples, I know that it is a rare apple that

is perfectly solid red.

Therefore, I worked very hard with this apple to make it variegated and show the difference

that commonly appear on an apple.

So, this is a project that I'll use to try out this screw chuck.

Do you happen to know what is worse than taking a bite out of an apple and finding a worm

in the apple?

It is finding a half of a worm in the apple.

Let's make this apple.

This wood is hard maple from a baseball bat billet.

It is dry now and slightly distorted.

I've cut off a piece from the billet and mounted it in my shark jaws.

Since it does not fit well, the live center is great insurance.

Cut a short tenon on the end and I'm ready to move on.

Now that the wood is reversed, I still keep the live center in place for a little longer.

It is still good insurance.

I am now starting to form my apple shape with a spindle gouge.

This is not a perfect sphere so I'm only going by eye until I see an apple shape forming.

Then sand up through the grits before drilling a small mounting hole.

While I still have the apple mounted, I'm starting to apply color.

My vision of an apple has a variation in color: reds, yellows, greens, and spots.

So to start with I'm striping reds and some green onto the apple.

I'm starting with red, my view of an apple's predominate color.

I'm applying dye with a cotton swab.

I'm following up with some green dye.

Then sand off a lot of the color with fine sandpaper.

I also try to blend the colors somewhat by rubbing with a paper towel soaked in alcohol.

Next, I'm reversing the apple onto the screw chuck.

I have a small plywood disk at the base of the apple to stabilize this large of a turning.

Now I can turn off the mounting tenon.

Now I can add some more color from this end.

Then sand bank the color more.

With the richer color cut back and smeared, I'm spraying on yellow die for a background

color.

It will not change the red and green much.

Then some more red.

Then, I noted some scratches on the surface and sanded that area again before spraying

on more red.

Then sanded again before spraying with rattle can lacquer.

Since I already had a hole from the screw chuck, I'm re-using it to hang the apple

while I spray on more rattle can lacquer.

I like my apple.

It has a variation of color between red, green, yellow, and black, almost like the apples

from our farm when I was very young.

For me, it was good practice with dyes.

It looks good enough to take a bite out of it.

But I will refrain.

This apple was fun.

Please give this video a thumbs up, subscribe on my website, tell your friends and send

me your comments and questions.

Every week I make a new woodturning video.

Please wear your full face shield – goggles are not enough protection.

Experience Ease & Well-Being - Duration: 21:19.

hello this is John Ruman and I want you to experience more ease in your life

if we haven't met before again I'm John Ruman. I'm an

international business coach and consultant and my passion is to help you

achieve the greatest life that you can so why is everyone always wanting to be

on vacation have you noticed that all they talk about can't wait to be a

vacation what wouldn't be great if we're on vacation like vacation is the primary

topic and excitement of people's lives I'm not saying that's bad

I'm trying to ask and uncover why that is ask yourself why do you get so

excited about vacation and not as excited about other parts of your life

have you considered that you could change things around such that vacation

and experience in the ease and freedom and all these awesome things that

vacation brings to you you can actually have that in your life on a regular and

consistent basis that's the question right so let's dive into that so here's

let me hit some challenges that people have first why than one of on vacation

first of all people in most of the world experience prolonged chronic stress and

why is that bad three out of the four reasons that people go to a doctor is

because they experience chronic stress 75 percent of the top six reasons people

die the major causal factor that aligns with all of them is chronic stress so

it's gonna kill you it's gonna bring it to the doctor and the challenge is it's

important to align your life so that you are not needing to be unconstitutional

is actually designed to help you to create more ease and well-being your

life so you don't need to be on vacation to live a happy fulfilling engaging

joyful and free life so so now we've discussed stresses so we all have

stresses in our life and let me do something first that

immediately direct and address the stresses we're not so the reason people

go on vacation is to feel like they can get away from my life the stresses and

I'm gonna do something that may seem a little counterintuitive to you if you

can take full 100% responsibility for the stresses in your life you can begin

to feel that you are on top of that so for example people have financial

stresses very common challenges I got financial stress John my bills whatever

okay all good if you can say that I can do something that can help me to change

the impact that that's having on me it will allow you to then at that point

take responsibility so you have two options in your life

one is that you could be a Victoire and the other is you can be a victim so I'm

gonna ask you whoever is watching this today then you take the stance of the

victim you can choose to be the victor and you can say I'm sorry the victim

because it all poor me poor me poor me but trust me there are things that you

can do however small that will make you feel like I'm in the driver's seat I got

this I can make these small changes to improve where I am any stress you have

there's something you can do to change it there's always something you can do

and I'm gonna encourage you to find the one of least resistance for you but

addressing it and talking about what someone is going to listen is really

really really helpful so if you're stressed and I spirits anxiety I will

not encourage you to go and do something crazy or stupid I would encourage you to

talk to someone so if you ever doing something that you think is a bit crazy

because Ethan gets on without don't do that talk to someone there is someone or

somebody in your life even if it's an anonymous stranger on a phone call that

you can do so if you have experience in that level stressed just talk to

something trust me it can't be good to see you they will know and understand

you want to talk to you so that's a challenge of stress so now let's dive

into the true topic of today bring up stresses again you running away

from something it's important you address it you find actions that you can

take that make you feel better and more empowered so that's a big part to what

is going well in your life so now start with ease what is actually going well in

your life and if you have a sheet of paper I would encourage you to take it

out now what stresses are you not addressing that you need to be

addressing here's what I need to do just stretch stress write down the word and

we'll say money what's one small extra step you can do

that makes me feel like the big dirt take a second to do that it'll change

your life stop playing victim it doesn't help

anyone especially you okay now that we're out of being victim mode

where just we've just happened to find one small task it also helped to have

someone who will support you so if you happen to know someone who'll support

you do that as well okay now write yourself on your sheet what's working

well in my life what is something that is an achievement a positive thing that

is happening that I can work towards to help me to grow to where I need to go so

what's something that's working well me life I write down a word or two so let's

say my marriage well let's say I live in Trinidad beautiful cream you know and

whether it's perfect whether it's beautiful every day weren't rainy season

or at the start of it but it's still beautiful every day so the weather I

love it people don't always appreciate how gorgeous it is every day okay you

got that down good take a walk once you're doing that if you even noticed I

could walk it's walk is almost like a quiet meditation it's allowed in your

mind to kind of just open to be free and this will help you to use a great deal

something and I have practice is a personal practice of mine that I think

it'd be invaluable for those that are watching find something in your life

when you walk that you could appreciate and ideally verbally express it

tell express to yourself this is great I love that I'm so I'm feeling so healthy

I can walk today I love that there sunshine or what a beautiful path

this is such a great path to walk on listen to the birds you know well

whatever it is for you so find whatever it is in that walk and

this is an act of gratefulness of appreciation and when you physically

move and kind of just saw to our round you'll feel good because your body's

meant to move emotion is energy in motion so allow yourself to move and

enjoy the walk and doesn't matter if it's five minutes or an hour but enjoy

the walk take time to enjoy the walk okay now some other things you can do to

help create more ease in your life and that is to connect with those who you

feel a great deal of love and appreciation with and for so if there

are certain people that you love being with that make you feel awesome and make

you feel alive that make you feel like you having fun all the time

if it's little kids cool if it's not just great friends cool if it's your

spouse cool if it's doesn't matter if it is who are they write them down on a

sheet of paper and make a commitment to yourself to spend time with them you

will love it you're like yeah we have so much fun I mean who are the people that

you when you you may not make the time right now to connect with them as much

as you should but note to yourself when you're connecting with them how time

flies and how you're having such a great time all the time with these people and

that that is the common experience you have with them I would make that a

priority who can I hang out with that one day I hang out with them I feel

alive I feel good find those people who are they connect them more frequently

and you probably say every time we should hang out more and you should at

that point schedule a next moment it doesn't matter if it's reschedule but

never leave a point where an appointment is not set for you next time they'll

hang out I was gonna say line the training term well I'm with your person

the next time so connect with them one of the things that you love doing so

this also a great easy not what are things that when you do them the day

flies away what kinds of gardening it could be walking or running it could

be walking on the beach if you're blessed of a little place you can

actually go to the beach it could be playing with your children

it could be writing it could be everyone has their own thing for example right

now I'm not this is fun for me I love what I'm doing right now i i meant to

serve and help people become more aware of the max of their their full capacity

at people I truly feel people couldn't believe it can achieve amazing things so

for me this is not work I'm having fun with you right now I am talking directly

to you and how does it is it pronounced Kelby or Selby please let me know real

quick because right now it's you and me a lot of people see this in the next day

or two but right now it's a zooming so and okay so who are you connecting with

what are you so out it's really helpful to find out who you are feeling a who

who just makes you feel alive so so so the actions of ease are often related

fun and freedom so what is the most fun thing that you do that you have not

allowed yourself to do in years when's the last time you had a laugh so

loud your gun actually hurt and you were almost like in pain in your stomach

that's a good problem to have so when was the last time you had a

laugh so loud and for so long that you almost couldn't stop laughing and who

are you with wouldn't that happen connect and reconnect to those people

because it's easier to do this and feel the ease and well-being trust me it's

not nearly as fun to go on vacation alone as it is with a loved one or loved

ones so create that within yourself and your life so it's usually easy to do

this with others not a solo gig so what do you do that that makes is the most

fun thing you can imagine so when you're there you're like this is a

so I'm having a blast that you would do this regardless if it were free or paid

right you'd be happy to do this what is that for you so ask yourself

what can I do that so much fun it just feels amazing

please write that down for you and by the way if you're watching this I'm

gonna say Cal because you haven't told me Kelby do me a favor write down a

couple things on the screen because other people will think oh yeah I love

doing this I'll tell you what's fun for me John I love working out I love

hanging out with friends who we could have fun an engaging conversation with I

love moving I love actually for me speaking is fun so the fact that I'm

speaking to a few people online right now and expressing myself in a full way

is fun for me this is not again this is not work as I said this is a joy so if I

can share with you and help you girl win-win well we all haven't had a good

laugh so find a way so here's the challenge at laughs and I'm glad you

brought it up the challenge would laughs is we often feel that we get so stressed

and caught in things that when the time comes you know it's almost hard to laugh

so there's a Qigong master in he's in Thailand I believe or China Thailand

his name is montauk Chia he's a Chinese / tai chi gong master and he has a axe

exercise where you literally laugh out loud as an exercise and what's funny

about what you do it is you genuinely feel better so it's kind of a forced

laugh kind of thing but after about 30 seconds he recommends three or four

minutes and you keep on going with that right and you go and you find this place

that's safe and you do that so Kelby Kelby thank you I would encourage you to

find a space where you can do that so you can laugh and have fun and be free

and be light okay by the way a lot of people feel great

when they move I've only done a little bit of like official dancing but anytime

there's music music makes you feel good so here's a great trick find music that

makes you feel alive and having fun some move have fun and dance with yourself

dance with someone else it doesn't matter have fun move

so dancing is a great way music I just start just start a little sway doesn't

matter if you got rhythm rhythm doesn't matter if what matters is how you're

feeling inside think about it what's the half thing people do when they go on

vacation they fucking dance alcohol is not a requirement alcohol is an excuse

to move it loosens it lubricates a little bit but treat but the freedom of

moving you do not need the alcohol because once you have two or three

minutes of moving and you're feeling the music whatever the music is for you I

don't care reggae I don't care if it's RB again

whatever floats your boat and the boat can change don't be fixed

enjoy the music I love this song great and you're feeling this song mmm this is

my song I love this song oh I remember that song don't worry if it's a 30 year

old song if you're like 65 and you remember this when your mother was

playing me like three who cares hey feel free and when you begin to do this you

will feel alive again and and the you that is you will show

yourself to the world okay another thing freedom ease is freedom ease is an

entrapment slavery it isn't if you notice like I actually in other talks

you may hear me talking with this I view our money system as a form of slavery we

are bound to work to get out to to to pay for food pay for housing the paper

transportation for clothing for whatever for this

internet right it's not a free there's not a the system has found us and I'm

waiting and I'm really actively praying that a better system is manifested so we

can all get out of this trap because I really think it is awful okay

and with that being said how can you experience more freedom and you notice

when people go on vacation they saved up for it they have a little extra for the

food at the bar they can buy that guy a drink the stranger who they're like he's

cool I like them and they feel more free because monetarily they feel like they

got it and you notice how naturally generous ninety five percent of the

world is when they got it if you had a million dollars in your pocket right now

let's assume you know a million dollars and I'm talking through several people

across the world here so let's say a billion u.s. you got a million u.s. and

this pile of money wouldn't it be nice of course it would

be imagine for the moment that you feel the freedom that gives you that freedom

allows you it can be all good please come back check the rest out

later about five six more minutes and stuff I'm talking about that freedom of

having the money is really liberating and if you can find ways to experience

freedom you'll feel that you're not bound and constricted anymore but you're

now free so find ways to feel free alright last but not least is actually

something called coherence coherence is a physical form when your body is not in

what's called fight or flight oh my god I'm gonna die and oh my god I'm gonna

die is what is the stress state the fight or flight uh your body thinks and

it could just be traffic but it thinks that it's gonna die because what is

happening is dangerous it doesn't know if it's traffic or if it is a tiger

so it creates all the the endorphins and this mix of chemicals and the worst one

that's released is dopamine I'm sorry don't mean cortisol excuse me

cortisol the stress hormone so cortisol is bad because it sits in your system

for 27 hours so when it sits in your system for 27 hours it causes

inflammation and people don't sleep as well they experience anxiety it's awful

so there's an exercise which actually utilizes focusing on your heart and a

breathing technique and creates what's called coherent for your body and

coherence allows you to actually feel a sense of well-being and override the

stress response that is talked about so your body will override the stress

response and it will feel alive and that ease again so we cheat a jump a leap a

hack if you will to experience all as well and then ease and well-being is

this coherence breathing technique and for the time and all that I don't have

to go over it now but well if you are in Trinidad I'm actually going to have a

workshop a stress management workshop we will discuss ways to relieve the stress

you're having ways to become the victor versus the victim and two powerful

techniques one is actually a giant drop of the stress which is called eft or

tapping can look it up it's awesome but we'll do it so you feel it it's always

nice to read about stuff and people say oh I can always look that up but how

often do you actually do it really so this is an opportunity for you to

actually do an experience and feel this drop of whatever stress you're going to

very very powerful and the second is called coherence breathing to the

technique and their heart centric technique which is truly amongst the

most powerful self-help tools that I've ever learned it's that amazing so we'll

deal with we'll do those we'll also do a little self talk which is how you speak

to yourself and it's a negative in class it is the date

is the 30th of June 3-0 of June in Santa Cruz Green Market which is the gun in

the beautiful area of Santa Cruz you haven't been there you love the market

anyway starts at 11 a.m. and 12:30 the

investment is 125 TT prepaid 125 prepay and day of its 175 so should you come

day off you paid 50 TT extra but that is the that is the fee for that day so you

pay day at 175 125 prepay any questions I would love to hear your feedback I'd

love to hear how you a Jennifer Jennifer Campbell is watching Jennifer how you

experience ease and well-being and freedom in your life so Jennifer this

has actually been in quite an awesome life I did it'll be done and you can be

watching and so if anyone has any questions on the event on the 30th I'd

love to answer them and I will post this to the actual event page but if you have

any questions or if you love to attend please let me know and I'd love to hear

back about how you experience more ease and well-being in your life so we can do

that in future topics if there's anything else you want me to talk about

let me know I love doing this this is a joy for me so let me talk about things

that you want me to talk about seeing at John's perspective and then last but not

least share this with friends they would love it they all need to experience more

peace and happiness and fulfillment so all blessings to you and your family I

hope you enjoy your rest your day bye bye

Love Island's Rosie Williams denies Adam Collard 'emotional abuse' claims - Duration: 3:33.

Rosie Williams was dumped from the show during the latest episode, after being left single during the Love Island recoupling when her former partner Adam Collard ditched her in favour of new girl Zara McDermott

Fans have slammed Adam's behaviour towards Rosie, with a women's charity accusing him of displaying "emotionally abusive" behaviour after he was seen smirking during a showdown with former flame earlier in the week

And now Rosie has spoken out following her exit from the ITV2 series, revealing how she really feels about her former co-star and the claims

Speaking to press including OK! Online just hours after she exited the Love Island villa, Rosie insisted she didn't feel like she had been emotionally abused by Adam, explaining: "I wouldn't label Adam emotionally abusive, I mean we had an emotional rollercoaster together, yes, he handled the situation in the complete wrong way but I think people can forget he's 22 and he has a lot of growing up to do

"He hasn't had many serious relationships in his life and he just doesn't know how to deal

"  Speaking about the claims made by Women's Aid, Rosie added: "I mean, it's kind of up to them if they thought it was necessary but I thought I was strong enough to deal with it and I don't feel like I've been abused in any way

"I'm happy. It's a blessing in disguise really, that I've got out of something like that

"  Women's Aid Chief Executive Katie Ghose had spoken out on Adam's behaviour on the show, saying: "On the latest series of Love Island, there are clear warning signs in Adam's behaviour

"In a relationship, a partner questioning your memory of events, trivialising your thoughts or feelings, and turning things around to blame you can be part of pattern of gaslighting and emotional abuse

"Last night, Rosie called out Adam's unacceptable behaviour on the show. We ask viewers to join her in recognising unhealthy behaviour in relationships and speaking out against all forms of domestic abuse – emotional as well as physical

"  "He's in there on his fourth girl in two weeks and clearly isn't in there to find love so maybe we could do a swap," she jokingly added

Love Island continues nightly at 9pm on ITV2.

We got lost in the galaxy.

Five centuries of frustration,

without ever finding Earth.

When we came back,

there was nothing left.

Readers talk about it…

" This book makes us think about how to behave befor a catastrophe occurs. "

" I loved it. For all fans of Sy-Fy. "
