How to Improve Blood Circulation.

Proper blood circulation in the body is important for optimum health

It is through blood circulation that nutrients, minerals and oxygen get transferred to different parts of the body

Also, proper circulation promotes cell growth and organ function.

Poor blood circulation can affect the entire body, including the brain, heart, liver, kidneys and the limbs

Here are the top 10 ways to improve blood circulation

1. Exercise. Exercise is the best way to promote good blood circulation.

There is no need to perform rigorous weight training exercises

In fact, simple and mild aerobic exercises are enough to improve blood flow.

Walk for a minimum of 30 minutes, at least 5 times a week

Enjoy swimming, jogging, biking, trekking and similar activities, a few times a week

Do simple foot and hand exercises for 15 minutes daily in the morning.

curcumin supplements positively affect blood flow similar to exercise

Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and a little honey to a glass of warm milk. Drink it 1 or 2 times daily

Take turmeric supplements, after consulting a doctor. Also, include turmeric in your cooking

5. Cayenne. Cayenne pepper contains capsaicin that helps stimulate the

proper flow of blood throughout the body and organs

It also strengthens the arteries and capillaries.

Plus, it helps reduce symptoms of poor blood circulation like pain, headaches, cold feet and tingling sensations in the legs

Mix ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder,

2 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses in a cup of water

Drink this mixture twice daily. Also, include cayenne pepper in your cooking

or take a supplement after consulting your doctor

Note: Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid consuming cayenne pepper

6. Coconut Oil. Coconut oil is very beneficial for improving blood circulation.

It has healthy fats and contains medium-chain triglycerides that help relieve inflammation of the arteries

Consume 2 to 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin coconut oil daily

You can also use warm coconut oil to massage your hands and legs daily.

7. Green Tea: Green tea is rich in antioxidants that help relax the arteries and improve circulation

It is associated with an increase in nitric oxide levels, a powerful vasodilator

It helps widen blood vessels, thus increasing blood flow.

Put a green tea bag in a cup of hot water for 5 minutes

Squeeze out the excess tea by pressing the tea bag against the cup with a spoon.

Remove the bag, add honey and drink it. Drink 2 to 3 cups of green tea daily.

8. Dark Chocolate. The cocoa in dark chocolate helps improve blood flow

Moreover, according to a 2014 study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association,

dark chocolate improves blood flow to the legs by affecting bio-chemicals that prompt arteries to widen

Eat a small piece of dark chocolate daily to improve circulation.

Whats up Lore Masters, Today we'll be discussing a theory that

was presented to me by a fan a while back and, after researching it?

I think it makes a ton of sense.

Let's analyze the shift from the TOS Warp scale where you had ships that could go Warp

Factor 23 or more to The Next Generation Scale where Warp 10 was a theoretical impossibility

and would have a ship and persons at all points at the same time

if you went over warp 9.999 repeating.

While doing research on this topic, there are two prevailing schools of thought.. at least reasonable ones..

Fandoms get really weird in their theories some times…

But Hey I work in reasonable theories…

Alright, now that I'm done picking unnecessary fights with bigger channels that would probably have helped me if I had chosen

had not chosen to be a jerk, let;s get into it. The Faster Than light Warp Scale has been described as Time-Warp, Warp Factor,

or just warp itself.

So let's say that you've engaged your faster than Light engines..

You could describe it as going Time-Warp Factor 1, Warp factor 1, or Warp 1.

Or.. what ever number you are moving at.

The only real issue here is the use of the term Time-Warp Factor..

Outside of Canon we are given the reasoning, but Alpha Canon explanation is a bit more

difficult to parse.

The stated reason is because there is a Time Dialation between those on the ship and those

not at warp.

There's … not a lot of canon evidence that this is true, unfortunately.

At the moment, I would either say that there is a Dialation effect while at warp, or just

a mislabeling of what is actually happening based on what they thought at the time…

but wasn't ultimately an accurate way of describing it.

We do this all the time in the real world..

Onto the break down..

I wont be going into it, and they do an excellent job of breaking all that down.

The first theory on the change in warp scale is pretty straight forward.

The Federation and Starfleet decided to reclassify the warp factor speeds.

It was decided that warp 10 would be infinite speed.

This seems … unnecessarily complicated and convoluted.

Why would you change up the warp speed and basically create confusion for quite a while?

Starfleet Officers would be required to relearn the warp factor speeds and how fast they go.

This could create multiple issues – including creating errors in situations which confusion

gets people killed.. like combat.

Imagine a Starfleet ship was in combat against multiple enemies..

Reinforcements are on the way – but are lagging behind.

Long Range sensors for the reinforcements indicates incoming enemy ships as well..

These ships are coming in at Warp 8..

The Commander – forgetting that there has been a shift in scale – might assume this

was slow..

When they are coming in pretty hot.

An extreme case, but possible.

I mean imagine the conversation for this switch..

Also another interesting detail that doesn't make a ton of sense is that the decision to

reclassify the warp scale.. was also used by other corresponding powers.

Romulans, Klingons, and even aliens that haven't encountered the federation yet would use the

warp scale that is used by Starfleet..

I mean, was there like a general memo sent out?

Ok.. so .. While taking some pot shots..

It's not completely unreasonable that this is simply what was done.

I'm sure there will be someone in the comments stating how a similar situation happened in

real life and its not a big issue.

The other theory, Which I like a bit more..and makes a ton more sense..

Is that there was a new drive created.

In Star Trek III the Search for spock.. the USS Excelsior was out fitted with a TransWarp

Drive..

<Pause> Fun fact here, the word Transwarp is never used.. we only know that due to a

display..

<The more you know meme> Anyway, During the Search for Spock..

The Enterprise attempts to escape Spacedock – Which isn't Starbase 001…

<Brief Pause> Fuck You Discovery..

<BEEP> In the movie, The Excelsior is in hot pursuit

of the enterprise and engages it's transwarp drive to catch it.. which is..ofcourse.. sabotaged.

After that, we never see the transwarp drive again..

It's never mentioned..

So I mean.. after it being sabotaged did they just give up?

So yea..

I know some licensed materials say the drive failed.. but we all know how licensed material

is a cash grab for trek executives and never really considered in canon.. there is nothing

onscreen that indicates – at any point – that transwarp failed.

In fact we have evidence that leads me to believe that the transwarp drive was succesful..

When we consider Undiscovered country – the USS Excelsior is stupid fast.

Unreasonably so..

When we see the ship in the beta quadrant during scientific research and then it's

arrival to assist the enterprise at Khitomer..

Well..

When you look at where it was supposed to be to where it went..

The distance traveled is either an inconsistency and bad writing.. or the Excelsior was using

a warp drive that would allow it to move faster.

Also, This fixes another inconsistency we see in The Next Generation and Deep Space

Nine.

During the Era's of TNG and Deep Space Nine..

We see a lot of Excelsior Class and Miranda Class starships..

The original Constitution Class ship was in service around the 2240's..

The Miranda 2260's.. and Excelsior Class.. 2280's..

Consider..

Perhaps the reason we don't see Constitution ships is due to the design and lay out that

would prevent the installation of the new Transwarp drives.

However, the advanced and modular designs of the Miranda and Excelsior allowed it to

be installed with relative ease..

Insert Minor Refit Joke here..

Now, I'll be honest..

Personally?

I think that the reason we don't see classes of the Enterprise until the Ambassador is

due to Starfleet possibly decommissioning the series in reverence to the Enterprise

itself.

It would almost be like retiring a number so no one else could have it.

This is extreme for a military.. but starfleet is exceedingly stupid in the TNG era so it

makes sense..

Additionally, with the Tal Shiar, Obsidian Order, and ultimately the alliance with the

Klingons..

It would make sense that the other powers would ultimately gain this technology..

So the other races having it, makes logical sense.

So even now, I can hear lovers of The Original Series chomping at the bit.

While 95% of the overall warp factor and distances are consistent starting with the TNG series

and on..

The original Series was notorious for not caring about distances and there are .. gaffes..

in TNG, DS9 and especially voyager.

Unfortunately, there is no silver bullet to make all of these issues make sense.

There are times in The Original Series and Enterprise that the distances traveled should

have taken a life time as we understand the warp speeds.

That Said..

There is one explanation that I think can somewhat explain this..

Though, admittedly its weak.

When you consider how speed works..

Outside Stressors on a vehicle will increase or impede its speed.

As an example, driving on a dirt road is different from driving on rocks, which is different

from driving on pavement.

Additionally, if you ever followed behind a semi – beyond being an idiot – you would

also notice that your speed would be increased just slightly.

Like we have stressors on earth – so would you have such stressors in space.

You would have phenomena in space that could impact the Warp Bubble that would increase

or decrease your speed.

Yea, I know..

It wouldn't explain how you get from one side of the galaxy to the other..but it's

all I got..
