Often there is not enough time to grab a bite to eat. This is when filming of the food helps the crew.
Not all is as simple as it seems.
Meals at Heads and Tails differ from the regular tourist's ration.
Nastya: My trials continue.
Background voice: We cannot simply come in, order, eat, wipe the mouth and ask for a check. Nope.
Sasha: Bite.
Dima: Wait. Do not bite.
Anton: On your command then.
Background voice: Things are a lot different with us.
Zhenya: I will turn it and then throw it in.
Artyom: Go ahead.
Background voice: First, a host is being deprived of food.
Olya: Let us see who's eating.
Here is our host. She does not eat. She will eat later in the shot, so we do not want to spoil her appetite.

and it can be used how it was meant to be used – eaten.

We often film from the cars, helicopters, boats and everything else that is shaking, trembling and jumping.

As I was saying, these are not all the secrets of our post-production, but we cannot tell you all of our tricks.

We were even zapped! One could think that we are preparing our hosts to save the world,
but in reality, we did it to get high ratings for an American season using extreme entertainment.
Nastya: Number five on our extreme countdown – me diving with the sharks in Hawaii.
They are bigger than me! Some might say that there is nothing scary in doing this.
After all, you jump inside a steel cage where even the hungriest shark cannot get you. Yeah right!
Not long before my dive, a video surfaced online where a shark successfully jumped inside the cage!
Only seeing the sharks made my heart jump out of my chest.
My heartrate is 108 bpm. You jump in, look around, evaluate the situation and only then give me a signal that it is okay for me to jump.
I am not doing this without you. Deal! Go!
I would never approach these monsters if not for the help of our cameraman Sasha.
Otherwise, this footage would be missing from a show. We did it!

Coming in at number three on the list of our extreme American fun – is my bungee jump in Santiago de Chile.
he height of the fall is 56 meters.
I did my first bungee jump in Vienna.
I spent 10 minutes standing on that bridge. I was hysterical and could not force myself to do it.
What do you know! I have to do another bungee jump! Special thanks to our producers,
the crew that makes this show happen, they cannot get enough of my tears it seems.
Then I had a look at the jump itself and my heart sunk to my heels – a swirling stream of the river with sharp rocks sticking out of the water.
I could not let myself give up. Everything is fine. I am okay. All is good.
I have a special request for our producers. Make it an Anton special in one of the future cities!
Do not tell him that I asked for that and please do not use this video anywhere.
