Today Tunisia has come back.

They got a deserved victory.

This is a gift from God to all the fans.

Yeah, after the previous matches we played confidently today.

We wanted to win this match, and we won for our families and the Tunisia fans.

Everyone in the squad wanted to give their best.

Thank God for everything.

The previous teams we played are among the strongest in the World.

However, the match today wasn't easy, neither mentally nor physically

Especially in terms of preparing our state of mind.

Thank God, in the end we got three points.

Thank God these were three deserved points.

You even got one goal in the match against England.

What did you learn from this experience?

We've learnt plenty of things.

We hope this squad will play again in the World Cup.

We gained experience.

Now we know what the World Cup means.

All the players in this squad loved this experience.

God willing, we still have other matches to play in Africa.

The next tournament isn't until another month or two, it will take time.

We'll also give our best there.

What can you tell us about your performance in the three matches?

Thank God, I wanted to give my best, to make our people happy.

They expect us to perform well.

Yeah, of course.

We knew it would be a tough match because both teams wanted to win.

And like you said, it needed a bit of individual skill which I brought, so I can be happy with that.

There were a lot of Belgian players who knew their opponents today.

It was like a meeting between friends.

Do you think that was an advantage for Belgium?

An advantage?

You could say so.

Almost all their players play together, in the same teams.

So we knew what to expect, we knew that both teams wanted to win.

And at times, the match was very intense.

What is Xiaomi? | CNBC Explains - Duration: 4:15.

A company started just eight years ago has now become

one of the world's largest smartphone makers.

I'm talking about Xiaomi, it's opening stores and now rapidly expanding outside of China.

So what's behind the growth of this Chinese tech company?

Xiaomi is the fourth-biggest smartphone player in the world.

It's India's top-selling smartphone brand and one of China's top players.

But its breadth is much wider than that.

It's present in 74 markets around the globe, with nearly 15,000 employees

and more than 300 million people are using its product or services.

While Xiaomi may be a foe for Apple, it's somewhat of a friend to Google and Microsoft.

Xiaomi smartphones run a version of Google's Android operating system

and the Chinese tech company is partnering with Microsoft to collaborate on artificial intelligence.

The company makes about 72 % of revenue from China, and 28% from the rest of the world.

Xiaomi generates most of its revenues from smartphones, but it's also expanded into

other products like music and video streaming, too.

The Beijing-based company wants its smartphones to be just the start

of an entire device ecosystem for its users.

Which may explain why it's sometimes referred to as the "Apple of China."

When the company was first started, Xiaomi only sold its products online

in an effort to reduce overhead costs.

It avoided spending money on advertising

and relied on brand loyal customers to spread the word.

Xiaomi's selling point was simple.

Offer high-quality devices - but at lower prices than competitors.

And it worked.

Xiaomi became China's number one smartphone in 2014.

But the success was short-lived.

Sales fell in 2016, pushing Xiaomi down several spots to number five in China.

New low-cost players were entering the market, and the company learned that by selling its

phones online directly to consumers, well, it made it difficult to reach new customers,

like those in China's smaller cities.

So Xiaomi began to change up its strategy.

Recently it's been getting into the brick-and-mortar game,

opening a large number of stores like this one in Hong Kong.

It plans to open 2,000 stores worldwide by 2019 with just about half of them in China.

It's expanding its footprint outside of China, opening retail stores in Spain and Italy

and forming retail partnerships here in the U.K.

And while Xiaomi isn't in the U.S. yet,

Xiaomi's head of its international business says they do have plans to enter the market.

It's not just a smartphone business.

Xiaomi also makes things like smart watches, headphones, speakers, pillows,

VR headsets, air purifiers, rice cookers, kitchenware, luggage, hats and wallets.

That's on top of selling online content, entertainment, and financial services.

In 2017, Xiaomi's sales grew more than 67% from the year prior,

leading some to call it 'China's Phoenix.'

Product launch events for its new products can draw up to thousands of fans.

And while companies like Samsung have used

Kanye West and Bruno Mars to pump up fans for new products,

Xiaomi events are usually headlined by well, the company's CEO Lei Jun.

As one of Xiaomi's co-founders, he has a net worth of more than 12 billion dollars.

He worked in technology and as an angel investor before starting the company in 2010.

So what's next?

Smartphone shipments in China suffered their largest decline ever in the first quarter of 2018.

And global smartphone sales declined last year for the first time since 2009.

While the industry news is concerning for massive smartphone players,

Xiaomi actually had an 88% increase in the number of phones

they sold globally in the first quarter of this year.

That's compared to a slight decrease by Samsung and slight increase by Apple.

Xiaomi's growth was largely because of its previous ho-hum performance though -

so the question remains.

Will "China's Phoenix?" - so dependent on its hardware business - fly to new heights?

Or will it return to the ashes?

Motor Club of America hey guys Sara Gilmore here it's been a while since I've done a YouTube video

I've had a lot of personal issues to take care of but I'm back and I'm gonna

get back into it today's video is about something Motor Club of America

extremely real but maybe a lot of people do not think about I recently went

through a situation and it just inspired me to to cut this video so this is

coming from my heart this is coming from knowing what I'm talking about

to from being extremely real and wanting to help you wanting to make sure that

you are always prepared for whatever may happen so I just needed to talk to you

about this is to women women if you do not so let's say that you are and put in

particularly a stay-at-home mom okay you could be a stay-at-home the girlfriend I

mean it doesn't have to be a mom but if you are a stay-at-home mom or just a

stay-at-home wife maybe you don't even have kids if you're a girlfriend you

have kids if you live in it with your boyfriend or whatever or maybe you don't

even have kids you know you are just living with them it isn't a risk if you Motor Club of America

choose to live solely off of your boyfriend's or your husband's income now

why is that guys ladies women I mean you never know

what could happen one day you're sending your husband off to work

and he might not come back I mean it's a scary thought but what if he doesn't

come back my husband in fact he went to earth the other day it was just a couple

of weeks ago and a guy on the job on his job he was working on a rig

um he it was his first day okay he had a family he had a wife he went to work

that first day and he he died never came back I mean can you imagine how that

would feel as mom as a wife especially to these children too next thing you

know he's gone I mean yes there's life insurance yes there's always life

insurance but does everybody have it is it enough to cover you know and it's not

only and it's hard to think about like you don't always want to think about

those things but you've got to be real you never know what can happen in life Motor Club of America

let's say something ends up happening to your husband that for some reason he

decides to be unfaithful to you maybe he guys there's just a lot of situations

that could happen to where it would cause Meryl Stryfe and then the next

thing you know you're not together anymore and you're on your own are you

do you have a back-up plan do you have income coming in so that way

you can pick up right where you are and continue to live your life or are you

gonna have to receive state assistance are you going to have to go to a

homeless shelter or will you have money in your pockets to pick up and live your

life and get a house for it to get an apartment for it whatever so you and

your babies aren't sleeping on the streets Motor Club of America

you're not striving to get to a homeless shelter you're not struggling to eat

every day you're not living in your car you know some people might have if

anything ever happens they could be blessed and I'm talking

because I have heard stories and these are real situations I mean things happen

and it could be a number of things that could happen that would cause marital

strife or for you to have to leave and I know so many many women right now

watching my video you know exactly what I'm talking about

you've got to have a back-up plan if you don't you are putting yourself and your

children at a very big risk I'm being extremely real with you now yes be a

stay-at-home mom like if you want to do that be a stay-at-home girlfriend but

you got to make money you got to have money coming in for yourself somehow

that is not your husband's okay that's exactly one of the reasons why I do what

I do I have been working for Motor Club of America for close to a year and a Motor Club of America

half now yeah that's about a year and a half and I've voice had income you know

I've been bringing in weekly paychecks I didn't just rely straight on my

husband's income you know and it's it's a good thing that I didn't because you

know there's there's been issues and I hate to just put that out there but I'm

just being real with you as a person and I want other women to hear me I want you

to understand that anything can happen you never know so you've got to have a

back-up plan don't put yourself and your children at a disadvantage and don't

ever put yourself in a situation to where you're stuck with that man for

whatever reason like it could be again a number of factors but your stuff because

you don't have money money sadly you've got to have it it makes life a whole lot

easier so don't ever put yourself in your children at a disadvantage just Motor Club of America

don't just stop it so if you don't have additional stream

of income other than your husband's or your boyfriend's or whatever is going on

coming in now you need to start to day

so you need to click the link below my video and you need to get signed up

online when they generate sales I get paid commission it is simple the money

is great and there you go it's your back-up plan you have the potential to

make five hundred or more every single week now imagine if you had that five

hundred or more coming in every single week would you be so scared to leave

maybe that husband that could be abusive or could be cheating or if he died you

know you you're there think about expensive funeral it costs are you know

this is life life sucks life's hard marriage doesn't always wind

up work out the way you had dreamed it would women I'm talking to you I'm

talking to you I'm being real with you have a back-up plan and you need to

start today don't put it off because you never know what could happen today you Motor Club of America

never know what can happen tomorrow you never know what can happen next week and

the sooner you start the more of that safety net you can build up because

you're not gonna make thousands overnight right I mean with this

business it takes time to build up and it's not uncommon though it's not

uncommon at all for people to make 400 or more are their first a week their

second week I mean imagine the sooner you start them where you can build up

build up from that 400 build up from that 500 and tell you what making a

thousand to three thousand every single Friday I mean that's the potential and

even people are making more it's just what you put into the business so how

worth it are you how valuable is your life in the life of your children if you

have them are you self-sufficient do you have to rely on a man

just don't if at all possible and in today's day and age with the opportunity

to work online and the one so simple as Motor Club of America where we post ads

and get paid any time as I generate and sale there is no reason not to I mean

guys women ladies I've looked at a lot of other companies I've worked for

another company it was an MLM I know many other people that are now Motor

Club of America worked for MLM and they struggle because the the Commission's

not as great nears good you have to rely on other teammates to make money you

know so if they're slacking you know you're kind of screwed you have to worry

about keeping so much money and invent as like keeping so many products by like

spending so much money on products a month or stocking up inventory or just

blah blah blah and I'm not I'm not bashing this companies like as I see

people rocking it right and they can do great but if you've been in one or if

you're considering I highly I just with Motor Club of America you just post anMotor Club of America

ad when it generates a cell you pay there's no relying on anybody there's no

selling products you let the ads do the work for you you receive full training

and the Commission two hundred percent commission come on guys you can't beat

that eighty dollars to ninety per referral I

mean come on you cannot beat that so be prepared for anything at any time

women moms do it for yourself do it for your children if you have them don't

ever let a man control your life or have that power over you to where

you're stuck and you can't leave just don't okay
