so I just spent the weekend at the cottage country comic-con

in Orillia and we were there to promote sages artwork so you can see a little

bit of it here sage being my partner and he does all kinds of really cool fetish

the crossover between you know comics and kink and just generally kind of

being a geek and kink because there seems to be a lot of us that fall into

both categories I sort of decided to sit down and talk a little bit about that

sort of intersection of comics and kink and the first part of the audio didn't

go so that's why you're seeing me here in my dungeon rather than at the

comic-con but basically I started off by saying that for a lot of people the

first time that they were exposed to any kind of fetish or BSM ideas was through

comics or manga that kind of stuff so I you know that's that's where we sort of

some of those ideas get planted in our heads and it's a

way to explore in a safe way because it's just a book you know so anyways I

we're gonna pick up with the video that I shot at the con where I was talking

about you know the sort of underlying somewhat obvious key aspects of Batman

and Catwoman so I'm gonna switch to the other video now between her skin tight

outfits her spheal with a whip and her obvious sexual tension with Batman she

ensured that any Dom with a bit of skill and a cat suit had a full client roster

even Joker and Harley Quinn have some really obvious daddy Dom and little girl

vibes going I'm convinced that that's a big part of why there's such a popular

set of characters right now are you more into the world of sci-fi find me a

it allows readers to indulge in some power play and primal dynamics so if

because you're a bit of a geek don't worry there's a lot of us in the kink

community in fact it seems like pretty much everyone who comes out and joins

And finally tonight some good news, a former fugitive lawyer who ran off to Central America

was captured and extradited to the US to face prosecution.

Eric Conn was found to have defrauded the social security administration of more than

have a billion dollars, by bribing judges to approve bogus social security claims.

Prosecutors say the scheme also involved a ring of doctors and clinical psychologists.

He was originally charged in 2016 and place in house arrest, but instead of facing the

consequences of his crime, he tore off his location device and fled to a beach town in

Honduras.

This lawyer stole $500 million of funds from people who actually really need it.

And as the investigation continues, authorities are saying that number will likely jump to

more than $1 billion.

Whatever investigators discover, there's one thing these recipients of social security

can look forward to, and this man isn't going to be running off any time anywhere, except

maybe a few laps around a prison yard.

Piotr Sz. pracował u niego od lat. Był jego ochroniarzem i jednocześnie pielęgniarzem

Zajmował się przykutym do wózka inwalidzkiego szefem. Znał wszystkie słabe i silne strony Baranowskiego

Zarabiał kilkanaście tysięcy złotych miesięcznie. W połowie 2013 r. Baranowski miał stracić zaufanie do Piotra Sz

Nad ochroniarzem zawisło widmo utraty dochodowej pracy. Zbiegło się to w czasie z pojawieniem się ajenta jednej ze stacji benzynowych należących do milionera

Biznesmen zażądał od niego zwrotu pieniędzy. Kwota nie została jednak ustalona, ale mówiło się o 100 tys

zł. Piotr Sz. miał zająć się negocjacjami z szefem w sprawie zwrotu pieniędzy. To prawdopodobnie wtedy wpadł na pomysł wymuszenia 3 mln zł

W dniu 4 czerwca 2013 r. zostali sami w domu przy ul. Leszczynowej. Sąd zaznaczył, że to co tam się działo, opiera się głównie na zeznaniach Piotra Sz

Wiadomo, że ochroniarz bił niepełnosprawnego milionera pięściami po głowie. Baranowski został zrzucony na ziemię

Piotr Sz. miał mu też przykładać poduszkę do twarzy. On sam twierdzi jednak, że tylko starł krew z twarzy pobitego szefa

Piotr Sz. w dniu tragedii zadzwonił do dyrektora firmy. Powiedział, że Adam Branowski zlecił przelew 3 ml zł i wskazał konto, ale nie swoje

Przyłożył do ust pobitego szafa telefon, który powiedział „tak". Dyrektor firmy stwierdził jednak, że nie wykona przelewu, bo nocą bank i tak go nie zrealizuje

Piotr Sz. musiał wtedy wpaść w panikę. Wysłał do dyrektora firmy SMS z numerem konta i żądaniem przelewu, już wtedy 2 mln zł

Kiedy i to się nie udało dalej bił szefa chcąc zmusić go do podpisania wielomilionowej darowizny

Baranowski dokumentu nie podpisał. Jak ustalił sąd, Piotr Sz. zorientowała się, że biznesmen nie żyje

Wyszedł więc z domu, gasząc światła. Potem próbował jeszcze upozorować napad na milionera

Został zatrzymany około godz. 1.00 w nocy. Zielonogórski sąd okręgowy uznał Piotr Sz

winnym wymuszenia rozbójniczego. Nie ma jednak mowy o zamiarze zabójstwa. Sąd uznał, że gdyby Piotr Sz

chciał zabić szefa, to zrobiłby to w inny sposób. Materiał dowody pozwolił jedynie na uznanie, że Piotr Sz

biciem spowodował u Adama Baranowskiego lekkie obrażenia ciała. Nie można mówić również o nieumyślnym spowodowaniu śmierci

Mimo tego Piotr Sz. został skazany na 7 lat więzienia. Dlaczego? Był ochroniarzem i jednocześnie pielęgniarzem swojego szef

– Na Piotrze Sz. ciążył obowiązek opieki nad swoim szefem. Do tego zdarzenia nie powinno dojść – mówiła sędzia Diana Książek-Pęciak z zielonogórskiego sądu okręgowego

Kara musi być surowa, żeby działała prewencyjnie. Piotr Sz. ma też zapłacić 30 tys

zł grzywny. Został za to zwolniony z kosztów procesu, które przekroczyły 100 tys

zł. Wyrok ma zostać podany do publicznej wiadomości. Stron przysługuje apelacja. Podczas procesu ważne było ustalenie przyczyny śmierci milionera

Sąd zapoznał się z trzema opiniami biegłych. Wykluczono uduszenie, zawał oraz uszkodzenie lub wstrząśnięcie serca po uderzeniu

Najbardziej wiarygodna wydała się opinia mówiąca o migotaniu serca w wyniku stresu

Skazany słysząc uzasadnienie kary przez sąd uśmiechał się. - Wyrok nas nie satysfakcjonuje

Będziemy pisać apelację. Sąd co prawda wyeliminował nieumyślne spowodowanie śmierci, ale nie zgadzamy się z kwalifikacją wymuszenia rozbójniczego –stwierdził mecenas Witold Majchrzak, obrońca Piotr Sz

Apelację zapowiadają również oskarżyciele posiłkowi. - Z szacunkiem podchodzę do wyroku, chociaż jest rozbieżny z naszymi oczekiwaniami

Zapoznamy się dokładnie z pisemnym uzasadnieniem i zadecydujemy czy i w jaki sposób złożymy apelację - powiedział mecenas Mikołaj Pietrzak, pełnomocnik rodziny ofiary
