Waching daily Jun 4 2018

- So now I'm gonna do the same thing.

I'm gonna dive inside.

He is gonna realize

that I'm gonna try to sweep him.

He's gonna make the sprawl.

I'm gonna use my arm

that I got under his armpit

then I control his belt

to reach his armpit,

like push his armpit to here.

And go to his back.

Let's go.

I'm here.

I dive inside,

hand on his belt.

Control.

He make the sprawl.

I can't sweep him anymore.

What I'm gonna do,

my hand on his belt,

reach his armpit to here.

And he's go forward

and I come to his belt,

and his back,

so I can put my second hook.

And I think have the sweep and take that back.

So, guys, the key point here

is that the way how I throw him forward.

I need to reach his armpit.

And I like to grab his opposite shoulder,

like that, I'm gonna hit him across

and then I have one more advantage in the position.

Here.

Here is very important.

Put his arm forward.

I like to grab on his opposite shoulder

and then I get there.

I don't like to put my hand here.

I like to put across of his back.

Don't Suffer in Silence - Mental Illness, Depression & Suicide - Duration: 10:15.

I realized that

Most people who take their life

They

suffer from some form of mental illness or depression

90%, so what I want to talk about today are the people listening right now

Are you suffering and the devil has you suffering alone

in silence

We've had so many people ask so many questions about

Mental illness suicide, etc

And today the best I can I want to encourage you

To trust God

and not suffer in silence

All of us are in need of help

What you suffer from I suffer from

I know that mental illness has a stigma that you have to there's something wrong with you. You know when you

get a cough you go to the doctor and

And there's medicine for you

When you get cancer you go to the doctor

And there's treatment for you. When you break your leg you go to the doctor

but when someone has mental illness

depressed, lonely

But 90% of the people who take their life are suffering from something like this and there's so many others suffering silently

And many people feel too ashamed to talk about it

We've gotten so many questions, you know

Can you be a leader and suffer from this can is there a healing can God heal you? Yes, God can heal you

Is it wrong to go to a doctor absolutely not

It's not wrong to go to a doctor and many people say well just pray about it when you break your leg

you don't just pray about it

It is not a sin to be sick

It is human. We are all sinners and we were all in a sinful body that is decaying

And what breaks my heart is all of the people who are suffering silently hearing voices in their head that there's a problem too big

To handle and that the only solution is to take your life taking your life is not a viable solution

It does not solve the problem

God does not want you to do that. We always have hope

Taking your life does not solve your problems. It causes more problems

It brings pain to everybody you know

God will not forsake you but that's not what he wants you to do

He wants you to reach out to him

It is a permanent solution to a temporary problem

Your problem you have today

The burden you have today is temporary and I want to tell you that what you have we have

You do not need to be ashamed

You do not need to be if I say if I say I'm suffering from this and stuff from that

I can't be in leadership. I can't serve that is garbage

I wake up many days not wanting to get out of bed

I wake up many days hearing voices in my head saying give up your a failure it's not working. All the time

But yet God

But yet God, you have to fight that battle every single day

And I cannot believe there's not many people in here that don't hear that so you are not alone

The Bible says God will never tempt you beyond what you can take

That's right

never

you should never ever you will never ever be burdened with you where you can't take it where you can't reach out to God and

somebody

And I would encourage you all who watch

Facebook and look at all this news about how everybody else's life is so great

And then the voice says your life is not that great. Let me tell you something what you're reading is not true

I'm not saying people don't have stuff going on in their life, but don't start comparing yourself to other people

That's the devil saying look you're not that you're not that you weren't made to be that

God wanted you to be who he called you to be don't let the devil get you confused. We want to help

I talk to alcoholics all the time. And whenever I meet alcoholics, they tell me their alcoholic

And I know in you're AA meetings

they tell you to stand up and tell how long you been sober and you say my name is so-and-so and I'm

alcoholic, and I've been sober so on so years you are not an alcoholic

You are a child of God

I did cocaine in the past I'm not a cocaine addict. I'm not an addict. I'm a child of God

And the devil wants you to identify with your ugly past and yes it was ugly

Can I get amen? My past was ugly there's things about my present that are ugly

That's not who I am

You don't need to stand up and say I am an alcoholic you are cured. You are healed

God has forgiven you God has cleansed you God is give you a new future

And there's so many of you who are you've had things happen to you and the devil keeps reminding you of what you are and what

That made you and God says let me tell you what I want to turn you into

And you have to decide what are you gonna how are you going to define yourself?

You've been suffering for so long and finally, it's time to say goodbye. I don't need to do that anymore

I gave my life to Christ April 12, 1984 stop doing cocaine that day

Stop smoking marijuana that day

Got rid of a whole bunch of garbage in my life that day

Why not because I'm strong and good and none of that because I was so weak and lost and helpless

But I gave it to Jesus I

I Gave it. He's the only one that can change your heart

Your nature who you are, but you got you got to do your part and come to him

No temptation, no burden no pain will ever overtake you that's too hard for you to handle but not alone

I have leaned on counselors for decades. What does that mean that I have people in my life who counsel me

What do they do? They helped me understand me. It is no shame

I say it all the time. And the reason I say it all the time is a hundred percent for your sake

Because if you feel like, you know, I don't want to go get help

I can't go get help. That is the devil lying to you

We were not

meant to do life

alone

John 13:34 a new command I give you love one another as I have loved you. So you must love one

another. Everyone say love one another

By this all men will know that you are my disciples that if you love one another

Three times in that verse it says one another I was talking to someone the other day and this person said to me I am

So strong for other people

It is so easy for me to help other people, but I can't help myself

Exactly. We need one another

If you are sitting in your seat

sitting at your house

And you're saying I can't do this anymore. You can't by yourself. I

I cannot do my life by myself.

I cannot pastor this church by myself.

I cannot be a good husband by myself.

I need God I need counselors. I need friends

just like you

There 59 one anothers in the Bible. There's like 20 of them that all say love one another

I want to read some of them to you because they're so so powerful

Love one of those says be it be at peace with one another

Wash one another's feet, be devoted to one another in brotherly love, honor one another above yourselves

Live in harmony with one another. I want you to imagine if we did this

I want you to imagine if we did this forget just coming to church

Imagine if we did with the Bible says

Stop passing judgment on one another

Accept one another, instruct one another, greet one another with a holy kiss, when you come together eat wait for each other, have equal

concern for one another, greet one another with a holy kiss, greet one another

with a holy kiss. A lot of kissing in the Bible. Serve one another

If you keep on biting and devouring each other you'll be destroying each other

Let us not become conceited provoking envying one another, carry each other's burdens

Be patient bearing with one another, be kind and compassionate with one another, forgive one another

Submit to one another, in humility consider others better than yourself, do not lie to each other

If we just lived that solve all problems

Bear with each other

Forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Some of you hold a grudge against somebody

Let it go. Can you imagine if God held a grudge against you

Can you imagine if God forgave you like you forgive other people

You are going to be burdened all your life because we live in a fallen world

You're going to be confronted with stuff

Conflict

Pain

All your life

But you have to do this

You have to say Lord I trust you.

I trust you not

Alone, I trust you in family

We cannot do this alone, but I want to encourage you

There's so many of you out there potentially who are suffering silently and you feel like I can't tell anybody you can

You can

What's The Best Facebook Ad Placement?? Facebook Advertising Tutorial For Beginners 2018 - Duration: 9:09.

What's up you guys Jason Wardrop here.

And in this video, we're gonna break down the best placement for your facebook advertising when you set up a new campaign

Alright, so basically if you're like Kay Jessie Ware's placements, what does that even mean?

It's basically where you want your ad to show up

So it could be on the Facebook newsfeed could be on the mobile newsfeed or the desktop newsfeed

Okay, it could be on the right-hand column. It could be on Instagram Instagram stories

It could be, you know a video it could be on the audience Network

There's so many different places that you can go through and show your ad

Okay

And I want to break down and show you guys what's worked really well for me

And then also what you guys should consider doing with your business right now real quick guys

If you guys want my hundred percent free Facebook Ads mini-course, it's a complete run-through of the Facebook Ads manager

It's really it's really for beginners a complete run-through of the Facebook Ads manager

We show you guys how to set up the Facebook pixel all the tracking

so basically a quick overview of

setting up all of your Facebook ad campaigns just drop a comment down below give this video a thumbs up and

I will share that with you. Alright, so let's jump into this

Okay So when we're going through and we're talking about

placements whether we want to show the newsfeed or if we want to show the right-hand column or Instagram or the stories or whatever it

Is we're gonna go through and we're gonna create a new campaign. All right, so let's hit start over here

Now based on what your marketing objective is

Like if you want video views or if you want leads or just people to click to your website or whatever it might be

different

Marketing objectives can work better depending on where you place them, right?

so I just want to give you a quick run-through though in this video of

What's worked best for me on pretty much all these different marketing objectives as a whole so for this one since we're talking about?

Placements this marketing objective. Let's just pick traffic for this demo right here, and we'll hit continue

And so at the ad set level, okay

So this is that second step and then the third one you're gonna go through and actually create the ad the actual creative

Right. This is where you're gonna go through and choose which placement okay, whether you want to show the news feed the right-hand column

The audience network on Instagram and the stories on the new Instagram news feed on mobile desktop

You have all these different options and this office view also where you choose your audience right now

I'm not gonna get into you the audience targeting all that stuff of like who we should show these ads to that's all in that

And as mini-course facebook as mini course

So if you guys want that drop a comment down below give the video a thumbs up and I will share that with you

but let's come down here to

Placements okay now by default, they say automatic placements recommended

Okay, and I don't always recommend that okay now

Let's bring this down. You have a few different audiences right now when you're targeting your warm audience, okay?

Now your warm audience is people who have already visited your website. They're on your email list

They basically have interacted with your Facebook page. So they know who you are. Right when it's that type of group

That's typically a lot smaller audience

Usually it's like, you know tens of thousands of people or if you've been doing business for a long time

It may be in the you know, one hundred two hundred thousand people, but that's where I'm a would use all

Placements okay, because they already are familiar with you

So if they see you on Instagram and the stories or the news feed or on Facebook ranking column

there are at ready like they're gonna their attentions gonna jump to you and what you're doing right now if you're going to a cold

Audience completely cold out and they have no idea who you are. They've never seen you. They're never heard of you

Nothing and you're trying to get their attention. What I like to do typically is go to edit placements and I

Usually like to start out with just the Facebook news feeds right here, okay

So what I'll do is you can see they're all checked

I come over here and I uncheck all these I uncheck the messenger the audience network

I uncheck Instagram unchecked instant articles all of these different ones and I just start out with Facebook news feeds

right now this is

historically what I've seen work best for my business and a lot of other people's businesses, however

Just because a lot of people are starting to focus on the newsfeed now

The the cost of generating leads in the cost of doing business

It can be a little bit higher it's going up because it's kind of like the supply and demand right like if you're going down

A freeway and they've got like let's say a hundred billboards on this 50 mile stretch. Okay, and

There's 200 people

Go through and show their advertisement on these hundred billboards

Okay, the cost is obviously gonna go up and it's gonna go up go up go up to the point where there's not 200

there's now maybe 150 and then if there's that there's gonna still go up to the point where you know,

They're leveling out right that 100. And so that's kind of what's starting to happen. There's so many small businesses

So many people trying to advertise in the news feeds and that's why I oh I've forgotten check this one

That's why it's it's good to go through and test out some of these different placements

So the second one that I like to go through and test out is the Instagram newsfeed. Okay now typically

What I like to do is go through and create a different ad set, okay

So what that means is I would go through let's say I'm going through and creating this this one with the news feeds I would

Continue I've set my budget and I would continue and create the ad

But I would go through and I would create a completely different ad set targeting the same exact audience

Okay, because then we just we can get a really good split test. Okay

So targeting the same exact audience so we can really know which one converts better and instead of clicking news feeds. We for Facebook

We're gonna do the Instagram newsfeed. So we're gonna uncheck that and you can see we're just targeting the Instagram newsfeed

Okay, so I've seen I've seen different results

I've seen varying stuff like so sometimes Instagram back in the day their advertising platform

I didn't feel like was that great because the targeting stuff was a little bit off. I feel like it's gotten a lot better

so you can go through and start targeting more with Instagram and in the news feeds and

Then if you go through and you find out later on you're like well

Oh

It's only like it like so let's go back and let's say we're targeting on Facebook bad as replacement

And you go through and you're looking at your stats

Okay

and I can I can shoot another video for that a little bit later how to go through and look at your stats and

Let's say you see most of your opt-ins in the Facebook newsfeed are on mobile as opposed to desktop

So but more people are opting in like scrolling through on their phone as opposed to scrolling around on desktop now

Back a few months ago the mobile newsfeed for Facebook and the desktop newsfeed

Those were actually separate that you could check but they're not anymore. They combined them together

however

what we can do is come up here to

Device types, and we click on all devices which is recommended and I typically recommend that as well

But if you're seeing like hey mobile is working so much better than desktop

All you got to do is come over here and click mobile only

Okay, so you're only showing it but then you're obviously you're gonna have to come through and uncheck all of these

So you're only doing on Facebook news feeds and it's only showing up in the mobile feed

Okay, so it's not showing up on desktop or vice versa?

So you could go through change this to desktop, but as I recommended story now

I would go through and do all the vices. All right, so guys that's basically a quick rundown. So

Start out with Facebook news feeds

see how that converts and then if you want to go through and expand and do some split testing and see some other

Different placements I would test out Instagram news feeds and then you can go see in your analytics

Whether it's mobile that works better or even or even desktop, right?

and then another thing that I would do is just go through and and test things out because your business is

Different than anyone else's business, right?

And so you might find that like hey

Messenger messenger just works amazingly well for me right like you just might find that that just works super well

So like basically messenger ads you can kind of see this over here

When you're going through into your Facebook mobile app into the messenger a little spot like the third one down

It'll be an ad and I've seen that actually worked fairly well for certain ads but keep in mind that the ad

creative so when you get to this next step down here and you create a new ad

Just know that it should probably be a little bit different than the ad that you're showing on your Facebook newsfeed. All right

so anyway guys hopefully that was helpful for you guys kind of break down the different placements and

What you should try first if you've got a small budget like if you got ten to fifteen dollars for twenty dollars a day

I would start out with the Facebook news feeds and then even merge into the

Instagram news feeds if you've got a bigger budget if you're spending, you know

A thousand two thousand dollars per day or even more then you can obviously have a little bit more of a budget

To start experimenting with some of these other ad placements, right? So anyway guys, this video is helpful

obviously

Give it a thumbs up drop a comment down below

Let me know what you thought let me know anything that you know, you've experienced different placements that work extremely well for your business

I always like to experiment I always like to try anything. So I'd love to hear your feedback

5 Keyword Golden Ratio Success Stories & Demo of the KGR Spreadsheet - Duration: 27:01.

we're talking more keyword golden ratio in this video I'm going to tell you

about a few success stories about people who basically have their lives changed

by using the kgr and I'm going to show you my personal spreadsheet it's a

template that I use for finding kgr terms makes it a little bit easier

so let's get into it first coming at you is going to be ellen who is a former

social worker and she reached about three thousand bucks a month within

eight months the site's about eight months old it's making between two and

three thousand most likely it's on an upward trend and you're getting over a

thousand people sometimes up to two thousand per day so that's fast growth

and i'll point out i have another video where i talk about the timeline of like

starting a site and what can happen quickly now the thing is usually the

first six months are a little bit slower so were your six months it felt like

maybe you weren't moving and tell me about it

yeah so i was completely prepared for the first six months or nothing to

happen i had watched a lot of your your videos so i went into it like you know

i'm just gonna do this I'm not expecting great things and so it was probably I

think I launched it in like July and then around September maybe late August

I actually heard about the kgr for the first time on one of your videos okay so

it was so funny actually I was literally making dinner chopping vegetables and I

had like my laptop up on the little kitchen sill listening to you really

kind of tuning part of it out and then you brought out like a an excel sheet

and that always like piques my interest when somebody does something that's like

somehow data-driven so I stopped like mid chalk and I was

like what is this guy talking about and you pulled up the all in title and you

showed me and so after that like right after that I finished dinner and I just

went and started doing kgr research in niche and I was like oh my gosh there's

tons of these so I immediately kind of switched around that late August early

September mark and started just pouring the kgr content on I was at that point

doing only kgr and that's all I do now is basically a kgr optimized content so

that was probably early September and I spent the next six weeks really pouring

on the cagey our content and traffic started to pick up I started to probably

get a couple hundred a day but the thing of it was is that I really hadn't gone

through and like fully monetized the site yet because I you know I didn't

want to have the issue the Amazon of like you know getting kicked out so it's

just like wow these posts are actually getting traffic maybe I should go

monetize so I spent the next week just going through and monetizing all of my

articles and within the next week after that I was earning so September in

October my total earnings were 58.92 but for the month of November I earned over

five hundred dollars so I went from less than $60 you know combined two months to

making almost six hundred dollars in six weeks just VR content I mean yeah after

that my husband and I like we were driving back from my parents house in

Indiana and we live in New England and whoa this like legit

works and so we decided kind of to really pour into it at that point and

and see where it goes so up next we have a Wesley who is able to get traffic to a

site in only 30 days and actually made a sale within about 32 days you emailed me

because you started a new site a new Amazon affiliate site and you're using

the keyword golden ratio can you just kind of tell me about the results that

you're seeing and a little bit of a timeline will dive in deeper later but

if you can tell us about like the success you're saying so far well on the

new site it's actually been really crazy to see it because on my first site I you

know it was completely non kgr for all the content

and this is the quickest I've actually seen my website get clicks because it's

only been 30 days you know and it's already getting clicks and visits but

not a ton one here one every three days or something but it's it's getting

traffic period which is crazy to be that young okay cool and so right now it's

like March 19th of five it's a Monday it's March 19th I think so when did you

first launch the site um launch as far as when I published my

first piece of content yeah um the first piece of content was at the very end of

January 30th okay very good and then you did you buy the domain just like in

January sometime yeah well not much before then okay so this is really cool

because basically within six weeks you buy the domain lunch the site and

there's like some traffic there now have you done any link building or is it just

a keyword golden ratio no link building at all the content only has only have

like nine or ten pieces of content even no link building so it's still you know

just very very very new after that we have Jaron coming in and he's a new

father so congrats Jaron and he was able to basically start from scratch a brand

new site within four months was making about 300 bucks per month which is

pretty amazing again he was basically brand new to internet marketing can you

just tell me the results on your site kind of you know hit the traffic and

then the revenue I started my website at like the end of November after I found

your channel and income schools channel had no experience with blogging or

thriving picked kind of a weird niche I think which i think is worked out well

for me we can talk about that more later but so I'm just not even quite four

months in in total and I took the latter half of December and the first half of

January off completely I didn't I didn't write a single post and I had only

written about maybe 15 or 20 posts prior to that but like

maybe thirty days or so ago the website you've been only being a few months old

really started to take off a few my articles started drinking really well

for four terms with pretty low monthly search volume but I was getting really

good daily traffic like 30 40 50 page views a day for yeah for really small

keywords but I was the featured snippet for a lot of those and so I was getting

a lot of traffic so I think maybe like 30 days ago it started to kind of take

off and I was getting like 100 200 page views a day and then it's just been

quickly climbing so last week just from organic traffic I've been getting like

500 page views a day today I think will be my best day I think when I checked it

right before we got on this call it's about 420 right now and I'm at like 460

page views so today is that the big day because I just had a keyword that just

skyrocketed to number one for a fairly large term and then the first 700 720

monthly so yes so today I'll probably do 600 if it's monetized with Amazon

primarily so far I've made just under $300 okay I mean total most of that in

the last couple weeks fish I've made about $60 from a Clickbank I've made

about $20 from a ShareASale affiliate program that I made like 10 bucks from

like this company's own affiliate program because they don't have Amazon

stuff so yeah and I'm not even quite four months in so can you tell me how

the keyword golden ratio the kg are like plays a role in the site and the traffic

at this point and sort of just how it's been helpful yeah so it plays a huge

role in fact I use it for picking most of my keywords and I think in my niche

there's just a lot of them because because I've watched I've seen in some

of the chaps under your YouTube videos that Cooper like I was just I can never

find no I know the formula but I can never find the keywords and for me it's

just seems like almost silly to use that formula sometimes I could just see

almost immediately you know just about searching the keyword then real ones

actually putting the title like the all in search title yeah yeah so I just

found a ton of those keywords and I use the kgr whenever I'm doing keyword

research after that we have Duke coming in who's a pastor he

reach nearly a thousand bucks a month so what is your revenue at right now with

that we're looking at just so people can quickly get a sense of why we're talking

well I just came in under $1,000 in March so the keyword golden ratio played

some role in what you were able to accomplish can you just describe maybe

like when you heard of the key word golden ratio and then how you

implemented it personally I had stumbled across across human proof designs

Authority hacker and niche pursuits and in there somewhere either you did an

article or they referenced you and so then I found you on YouTube and at that

point you were talking about key word golden ratio and so I started looking

and about 40% of the articles I have on the the first site is key word golden

ratio articles cool and you did that without knowing you just were very

minutely focused in certain areas right fifty-fifty okay I went back and looked

at some of them that I was already targeting and they were key word golden

ratio compliant but then I specifically went looking for more and last we have

John a stay-at-home dad who beached four hundred bucks a month and it was after

he started implementing the key word golden ratio can you tell us about like

the you know revenue of your site currently and then the traffic that you

have right now as well my revenue is around 400 give or take but it's about

400 for 15 it's it's grown over thus about we'll say six months and actually

I noticed a growth when I applied the kgr method and it's just been I mean I'm

before I've been doing this for a quite a while

okay and I've used different methods didn't have any real results and it just

after I started applying and writing articles using the the method it

just started to get better and I know over the next year or this this next six

months I know I'll I'll do even better than I'm doing now okay cool so it holds

the site actually it's four years okay III went back in November 2014 when I

first initiated it but for a variety of factors in my life personal life it's

I've been continuing I'm relentless I just don't give up and I even though

there were times where I just like I just can't like I just couldn't see

myself doing this and it was sort of depressing because I try to apply

certain you know other methods and from other people in the area of you know of

website development and it just wasn't working it's just been in the last say

six months or so you applied the keyword golden ratio or kgr and then you started

to earn in fact you've hit about 400 dollars cool here's the sheet for the

keyword golden ratio now the formula is pretty simple you just divide the all in

title results by the local monthly searches so it's nothing like super

complicated but this sheet will make it a little easier and if you're not a

spreadsheet person well this will make it a lot easier now I tried to make it

very clear here like you need to make your own copy so all you have to do is

go to this sheet which there's a link below and you click on file and then

make a copy and then you have your own and you could edit this baby do whatever

you want all right if you are looking at this version and you try and make

changes it will tell you that you can't do it because this is the master copy

right here now there's a couple things to point out I do place some videos up

here so you can get some information you could send it for the email list that

sort of thing so that is here for your reference if you need it now

there are a couple of you know prefilled in

examples that I have here both let's go through and just talk about the sheet so

first of all we have the keyword column here so you enter your your keyword

phrase now you could go to a tool like ubersuggest

or it's like ask the public or whatever right you can go to any keyword research

tool put in your you know initiating keyword you're starting seed keyword and

then get a bunch of different results right and then you could paste them in

here if you want there's actually some better ways to approach that I'm gonna

do a demo and semrush and Alex is gonna show you something else

another keyword research tool that can help get you started now the thing is I

wouldn't just you know get a massive list and throw them in here and check

them all there are some more sophisticated ways to find those in fact

there are some formats that are more helpful to find buyers kind of kind of

keywords or informational kind of keywords so that said this column is

where you place the keywords this next column column C is where you enter in

all in title results so I'll show you where you find that in a moment

the search volume is something you get from a keyword research tool you can

utilize a tool like keywords everywhere that's what we're gonna use in this demo

today and it'll just show you the number of search results right there in the

Google search results page there are some more sophisticated ways to get like

the keyword search volumes in mass but for now let's just look at you know one

at a time column E is the actual keyword golden ratio so there are a range that

there are a range of kg R's that you may arrive at the golden area is of course

0.25 or less right that's the magical area all the way up to one there's

varying degrees of difficulty in over one it's gonna be a little harder to

rank now there are many caveats with the kgr and there are other videos in the

playlist that you can take a look at they don't tell you about those like

what if the search volume is over 2 50 what do you do about that what does

that mean so we talked about that in some other videos but as we go further

column F here is something that's gonna make it a little bit faster you know not

a huge amount faster but I had this sort of in-house I was using a spreadsheet

like this for a little while then several people started developing their

own spreadsheets to try and make things faster if you're not good with formulas

and sheets or Excel then again this is very helpful but basically if you put

your search term in column B then you can just click on this dynamic hyperlink

right here so what we're gonna do is take a look at what do I need to brew

beer I love beer if you haven't seen my Instagram it's basically a few pictures

of my dog and then a bunch of pictures of beer occasionally some other stuff

but it's mostly beer I'm a home brewer and I enjoy drinking beer as well anyway

we're looking at beer today beer topic so what do I need to brew beer is the

key word and I went ahead and search for that over here in this other tab and you

can see here at the top it says the search volume is 70 this is come this

information here under the search bar is coming from a tool called keywords

everywhere it is free I will place a link in the description I'm not

affiliated with the company at all it's a fine tool if you want to look for a

more sophisticated tool there's a tool associated with it called keyword tag

that's the keyword research tool I use again I'm not an affiliate they don't

even have an affiliate program I just like the tool the point is the search

volume is 70 and we see that right there all right so I'm gonna fill in the

search volume of 70 I'll hit return now the thing I need to find now is the all

in title results this is where the cool part of the spreadsheet comes in and by

the way people that have sent in this sort of demonstration of dynamic

hyperlinks with for Matt I appreciate it you know thanks

for doing that there were a few people that have sent it in and I sort of

developed it on my own that I was using on my own anyway

so all you have to do is click the hyperlink and boom we have all in title

what do I need to brew beer and we see there are 18 results so that is coming

from here 18 results is what we need so we just type in 18 and we see the kgr is

0.25 seven so that is just outside the range but you know what is so darn close

I would write a piece of content on that now it's interesting to note that that

specific term is an informational post so I wouldn't expect anyone to like make

purchases directly from that you could recommend some products of course and I

would encourage you to recommend products if you were to write such a

post but that is not a classic buyers keyword it's just not the right format

again we have some videos on good formats for finding keywords that are

buyers keywords and stuff that typically works well so be sure to check out the

other videos in the playlist now another thing I'll point out here is

the search volume here is zero for all in title and then why is that you know

why would we you know that seems like a bad thing if the search volume zero but

here's the thing basically no regular person uses this all in title search

anyone using this is like a Google geek or they're a weird SEO person like

myself or maybe even you but but basically no one uses all in title it's

an advanced search string and it's very rarely used now so no one searches for

it on average zero people search for this term per month alright the other

thing to note is there's no quotations around here like some people want to put

quotes around it don't do that don't don't do that because that is a stricter

search and if we actually search for it with quotes in there it's going to be

fewer results and that is a bad thing it gives us a false sense of the

competition so there are only 10 results here and that is you know like 45% less

or something like that so that is a huge difference and as you look at you know

larger search volumes that's gonna make a big difference so do not use I will

repeat do not use quotes you want to use just this normal no quote situation here

alright so 18 is what we're looking for and let's just look at one other example

here so complete home beer brewing kits alright so I already searched for that

over here and we see the search volume is 10 alright so we 10 as keywords

everywhere tells us 10 so I'm gonna type in 10 all right then the other thing we

could do is click on the dynamic hyperlink that we have here and we see

the number of results is 14 all right so we have 14 results there you type in 14

boom it's one point four is the kgr then it's outside of the range okay now it

doesn't mean it's a bad piece of content it just means if you publish that piece

of content it's probably not going to rank unless

you have some really super awesome content and maybe you have some good

backlinks but just in general there's a lot of competition around it so it's

probably not something I'm going to write when a burst launching the site so

that is sort of how you would use this sheet now when you when you get in here

you'll probably want to delete you know some of this stuff on the top here or at

least scrunch it up right so you could do trick here highlight those and then

right-click and then you could hide those rows get them out of the way all

right the other thing you can do right is go

ahead and you could insert a couple rows insert a couple more rows here and then

you could just you know make sure you copy this formula copy this formula up

and then you're good to go so you're able to copy the formula you'll notice

up here and the the formula bar here the formula has been copied and that's how

it works if you don't fill anything in you will

get this division by zero error but don't worry about it once you fill in

the numbers and you're good to go so you can essentially just insert as many rows

as you want into here and then do the check now before we go on I'm gonna say

you may be thinking how can i Adam ate this this sounds very slow Doug this

seems painful and I really wish there was a tool back in the day there used to

be a tool that did something really similar to this it was called like I

love page one I think it was you know from for Windows machines

I used a Mac and a half for like a decade so I never got into it and in

recent years I've heard that the tool doesn't work very well I've heard that

it's free and that it doesn't work very well so I've never even had an interest

to look at it so the question is for many people how can I oughta mate this

now I don't have a strong interest in automating this part of the magic of the

keyboard golden ratio is it's manual it is hard and it takes a few minutes

it turns out most people are lazy and we use that to our advantage because we're

not lazy so we would spend the time to you know find these keywords find the

good ones put the time in doing the research knowing that it's gonna pay off

in the future but the point is if it were automated if it was a tool and

everyone had that information it's not as valuable so I have low interest in

you know doing this as in an automated fashion period right so that's my stance

the other part is there's a technical issue to get this done right so Google

throttles this all in title search so this search right here if I were to do a

few more all in title searches a CAPTCHA would pop up and I would have to type in

some blurry letters from an image and Google would note that hey you're doing

a lot of unusual internet searches from this IP address and you know that's kind

of weird so we just want to make sure you're a real person and you're not a

bot so if you do a few of these searches you'll see the same thing right

Google makes the search slower and then after you do a certain number of them in

a certain amount of time of which I'm not sure what it is but once I see that

CAPTCHA pop up I take a break so the point is this takes a while in

automating it has a technical hurdle now could you get around that technical

hurdle sure you could do something like hire a developer to use a bunch of proxy

IP addresses so that you can make these calls across many different IP addresses

from different geographies and then aggregate the data and you know it's a

technical problem to solve and if you're a developer if you are you know used to

scripting things in an automated fashion like that it's probably not a massive

complicated thing again I don't have a strong interest in it and I haven't had

like a really big issue in finding me so once you develop the skills and finding

a few of them then you're probably going to be able to find even more of them

easier so it's like any other skill once you spend some time

using the tools which you spend some time looking in in Google and seeing

what they are recommending as far as like related searches here's a little

hack right you can come in here and look at the related searches keywords

everywhere shows you the search volume if you start diving deep into these

related searches you'll often find really good keywords and if you find

them a couple kgr terms you'll probably find a series of cagey are terms that

are all kind of related and that's a great thing so if it seems slow at first

don't worry it's slow for everyone at first you will get better the more time

you spend on it it feels like you're not making much progress but trust me you

are time on the tools really makes a difference I'm gonna send it over to

Alex for the next video in this playlist he's gonna show you how to find kgr

terms using keywords everywhere a little more in-depth than when I just showed

you now be sure to check out the rest of the videos in the playlist you know

we're covering a lot of stuff on the keyword golden ratio so if you didn't

start at the beginning be sure you check out the link to the

playlist and check out the rest of the videos don't forget there is the link to

the spreadsheet so if you want to check it out in your own be sure to you know

look at the description and get all the goodies down there so we'll catch on the

next one

Signs of A Clogged Lymphatic System 10 Ways To Cleanse It - Duration: 13:27.

Signs of A Clogged Lymphatic System - 10 Ways To Cleanse It.

A major part of being healthy is to ensure that any toxins that enter our system are

effectively identified by the body and escorted out in a harmless fashion.

There are many systems, organs, and glands in place to make sure this occurs, but unfortunately,

many of them have become clogged and compromised to the point of complete dysfunction.

One of those important systems that aid in the removal of toxins and has become clogged

in many ways, is the lymphatic system.

Purpose of the lymphatic system and signs it is clogged

The lymphatic system is a complex drainage or "sewer" system that consists of glands,

lymph nodes, the spleen, thymus gland, and tonsils.

Its role is to cleanse our cells by absorbing excess fluids, fats, and toxins from our tissues

and into the blood where it can eventually be filtered out by the liver and kidneys.

Unfortunately, due to our toxic burden, nutritional deficiencies, and relative inactivity, this

system has become increasingly polluted.

If you suffer from any of the following, it may be a sign your lymphatic system is clogged

and needs a serious cleanse:

Skin conditions Arthritis

Unexplained injuries Excess weight or cellulite

Headaches Chronic fatigue

Sinus infections Digestive disorders

Enlarged lymph nodes

If you identify with any of these conditions, you will want to strongly consider incorporating

the following 10 factors to help detoxify your lymphatic system.

Exercise

If you have a toxic lymphatic system, the best approach is to start slow on the exercise,

and be consistent.

Think of the tortoise rather than the hare in the beginning and as you get more energy

you can incorporate more vigorous and intense exercise.

One of the easiest, safest, and most profound exercise you can incorporate is rebounding.

This is the simple act of lightly bouncing up and down on a "mini trampoline", which

is the perfect movement for stimulating lymph flow, and toning other detoxification organs

as well.

Alternative treatments

If exercising isn't in your wheelhouse yet, or you want to add on some additional body

work, you can also consider alternative treatments that can get the lymph flowing.

A lymphatic drainage massage is one easy way to detoxify your lymph system as a skilled

practitioner will stimulate circulation and drain fat, fluids, toxins, and other waste

products away from your cells for proper elimination.

Acupuncture, an ancient and effective TCM treatment, also helps open up pathways (meridians)

in your body to help stimulate lymph flow and help remove toxins from the body.

An infrared sauna is also an excellent and easy option, as the sweat excreted through

your skin can help release the toxic burden on your lymphatic system and allow it to work

more effectively.

Hot and cold showers

Although it may seem a little sadistic, a hot and cold shower has merit when it comes

to benefiting the lymphatic system.

The hot water helps dilate the blood vessels, and the cold contracts them, creating a "pump"

action that helps force fluid that may be stagnant in the system.

Since your lymph system has no central pump of its own, this therapy and others which

stimulate this type of action are great solutions to get it flowing properly again.

Caution is required when using this therapy if you have a heart condition or are pregnant.

Use dry brushing

Using a natural bristle brush, brush your dry skin in a circular motion before showering.

Start with your feet and move towards the torso, and do the same from your fingers to

the chest.

You want to flow in the same direction as your lymph circulates, towards the heart.

This stimulates the lymphatic system into action as well, and helps open up the pores

for easier toxin removal (a hot and cold shower after this dry brushing session would be ideal).

Drink adequate amounts of clean water

You've heard it before – drink your water!

However, I must point out that if you don't properly source your water, you're actively

adding to your toxic burden by ingesting easily absorbed toxins often present in water such

as fluoride, chlorine, VOC's, and more.

So, ensure you are investing in a filtration system proven to work well, or look to get

spring water from an approved source free of these types of contaminants.

There are also devices that make your water alkaline (water ionizer) or enrich it with

ozone (ozone generator).

All three are great investments, if you can afford them.

Then you can safely consume up to half your body weight in ounces of water a day (160

lbs = 80 ounces of water).

Avoid restrictive clothing

It's important to not wear tight clothing that can cut off proper circulation within

the lymphatic system.

This can cause blockages to occur and toxins to build up in different areas of the body.

Areas of particular importance where this may occur is bras for women that may be too

tight in the axillary lymph node area (armpit area), and in the inguinal lymph node area

(groin) where tight fitting underwear could cause a problem over time.

It's fine to wear something tight from time to time, but avoid being excessive and keep

the bra off as much as possible.

Breathe deeply

Another method of "pumping" lymph properly comes from deep breathing.

Since our bodies have 3x more lymph fluid than blood, this exercise becomes increasingly

important in order to get the toxins into the blood so they can be detoxified by your

liver and kidneys.

So breathe deeply, and exhale smoothly to facilitate this process.

Eat foods that promote lymph flow

Eating a clean, nutrient rich, and mostly raw food diet rooted in produce is the first

step to promoting healthy lymph flow.

Some particularly cleansing foods for the lymphatic system include:

Dark leafy greens Low sugar fruits

Garlic Ground flax seed

Seaweed Algae

Chia Avocados

Cranberries Walnuts

Brazil nuts Almonds

These types of foods will help provide the necessary vitamins, minerals, EFA's, and

enzymes to cleanse your lymphatic system more efficiently.

Avoid foods, personal care products, and environments that cause lymph stagnation

Half the battle of cleansing your system is providing it with enough power to do so, and

that can't be accomplished if you keep polluting your body with a variety of toxins.

This means avoiding conventional personal care products loaded with parabens, petroleum,

and phthalates, and staying out of heavily polluted areas by opting for more oxygen rich

environments.

In addition to that, avoiding the following foods are critical to improving your lymphatic

health:

Sugar Artificial sweeteners

Conventional dairy Conventionally raised meat

Refined grains Processed foods

Soy Preservatives and additives (MSG, colours,

etc) Table salt

Baked goods

At any rate, I present to you ingredients you should rarely if ever consume.

Some of these ingredient frauds will be all too familiar but bear repeating as their persistent

presence in food still illustrates that we have not stopped consuming these types of

products.

Choosing to not consume them is your vote for healthier alternatives.

1.

High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) – Found in nearly all processed food ingredients,

it is mostly consumed through fruit juices, sodas, and sweet snacks.

Its been referred to as poison that causes obesity and liver damage.

It is completely unnatural, goes through a terrible process that leaves it riddled with

heavy metals, and spikes sugar levels out of control.

2.

MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) – Commonly disguised and used as a "flavor enhancer" in a wide

variety of foods, it is commonly referred to or hidden in autolyzed yeast, yeast extract,

hydrolyzed vegetable protein, hydrolyzed protein, smoke flavor, spices, and a number of other

ingredients.

It is a neuro-toxin and should be avoided at all costs.

3.

Aspartame (Artificial Sweeteners) – Made famous in diet sodas, this chemical sweetener

is so deadly it should be considered poison.

When broken down it has been said to turn into other "ingredients" such as formaldehyde

and wood alcohol.

Any sweetener that claims it is calorie free, aside from stevia, should never touch the

human tongue.

Commonly found in fat free product ingredients.

Other artificial sweeteners include sucralose, Splenda, Sweet N' Low, and AminoSweet.

4.

Hydrogenated Oils (Trans Fats) – Found in a variety of snack foods and prepared foods,

this ingredient comes to pass through extensive processing until it becomes 1 molecule removed

from plastic (think margarine).

It is extremely damaging to your cardiovascular system and needs to be cut out completely.

Often found in cracker and cookie ingredients.

5.

Soy Protein Isolate – Found in everything from protein bars to protein shakes, this

highly undigestible, hormone disrupting, and GM (genetically modified) food is a nightmare

and soy should only ever be considered in an organic, non-GMO, and fermented state.

6.

Sodium Nitrite – Most often found in deli meats and hot dogs, this preservative and

coloring agent is carcinogenic and a deadly toxin.

Watch for it primarily in pork product ingredients.

7.

White processed sugar – The one ingredient that plagues society.

It is the best form of food for cancer, and wreaks havoc with blood sugar levels and candida

sufferers, which leads to a wide variety of ailments.

8.

Enriched flour – Ironically, enriched flour really means its been stripped of all nutrients

and a couple have been added back in to "enrich" it.

It has a similar effect to white processed sugar in the body, with the added complication

of gluten.

A mainstay in the ingredients of breads and cereals.

9.

GM (Genetically Modified) Foods – GMO's are NOT listed in food ingredients (due to

recent successful lobbying by those companies who use them and did not want them labelled

for consumers), but if you see corn, soy, or canola that are NOT listed as organic and

non-GMO in the ingredients or on the package, they are GMO.

This results in more adverse health effects, many of which are not yet fully known.

Find out more here.

10.

Maltodextrin – Rates highest on the glycemic scale out of all the sugars at 150 (HFCS is

87 in comparison).

It's often used as a "filler" ingredient in many products, and can be found in nearly

everything from soups to seasoning ingredients.

There are many other ingredients that could have made this top 10, but these are some

of the most common.

Read your labels, avoid these at all costs, and stop the aging and disease process.

Take herbs that stimulate lymph flow

Herbs are great natural stimulators, and when used appropriately can be very useful for

kickstarting various areas of the body.

Your lymphatic system is no different.

Some great herbs to consider for teas, juices, and more include:

Echinacea Astragalus

Goldenseal Wild indigo root

Red clover Pokeroot

Parsley Cilantro

As with most chronic conditions, a multi-faceted approach is often the only way to do a proper

clean up of any system, and that goes for the lymphatic system as well.

So be sure to layer in all of these factors for a much more comprehensive cleanse, and

enjoy the improved health that comes with rejuvenating a clogged lymphatic system.

A 120MB Super Disk -- Floptical Disk | Nostalgia Nerd - Duration: 10:57.

We all know the capacity of a FAT-16 MS-DOS formatted floppy disk, don't we?

1.44MB for a High Density and 720KB for a Double Density, for 3.5" floppies at least.

It's possible to squeeze more out of them with specialist formatting tools, but these

are the standard capacities we all know and LOVE.

So what if I told you that I could fit 120MB or even 240MB of data onto this 3.5" floppy

disk.

Look, it even fits in a standard floppy drive.

Well, you've got the remainder of this video to pick your jaws up off the floor, because

that's exactly what I'm going to be talking about.

THIS is the Maxell LS120 Super Disk Drive.

To be more precise, it's the box for a Maxell LS120 Super Disk Drive - with the LS standing

for Laser Servo - but it's contents transforms the humble floppy into something.... well,

more useful.

Something which allows you to "Plug & Save".

Mmmmmm, look at all that digital media on the back.

Let's get into the box first, and then we can discuss in more detail.

So we've got drivers for all the operating systems I care about, always handy.

Inside, there's a manual, a couple of those magic 120MB disks, a parallel connection cable,

power adaptor, a set of non magical standard high density disks annnnd the Super Disk Drive

itself.... the case looks like it's popped open a bit, but that shouldn't affect operation.

Now you can have this thing lay flat on your desk, or use this plastic mount for vertical

positioning.

I think we'll go for some vertical action today.

Conserve some desk space for additional clutter.

So, each of these disks has its own plastic case, but otherwise it's almost identical

to a standard 3.5" floppy.

We've space for label, a write protect notch, even the access cover which snaps back into

place.

Sure the design is different to differentiate it, but otherwise its a 3.5" disk, it even

weighs the same.

Lots of lovely information in the manual about setting up and what-not, but let's just dive

straight in.

I'm going to use my Amstrad Integra, with Windows 98 to kick things off.

The cable plugs straight into the parallel port, providing a pass-through if you had

a printer connected as well.

This then plugs into the Super Disk drive, using a connector reminiscent of a Joystick

socket.

Power cord in the top and we're good to go.

We get a green access light on power on, and a reassuring sound, so let's install some

drivers.

Whilst that's installing and rebooting, let's cover some history.

Now the original SuperDisk hardware was designed by 3M, under the Imation brand, who in 1997

who licenced the technology out to companies such as Matsushita & Mitsubishi, whilst also

sold under the Maxell brand... rather appropriate for 3M to find 3 companies beginning with

the letter "M".

The design stemmed from a project at Iomega, using lasers to guide a magnetic head, allowing

for much greater precision than in mechanical floppy drives.

This is known as floptical technology, and serves as one of the last products to use

it.

Of course Iomega had pretty much abandoned the project when they released their own Super

Floppy incarnation.... the ZIP drive in 1994, and so the SuperDisk was starting on a back

foot.

The world needed a replacement for the 3.5" floppy, and this is what 3M and it's licencees

hoped the SuperDisk would serve as.

Now, you might notice that the Windows '98 boot screen has been here for quite a while,

and that's because it's crashed.

If we dig into the Windows device manager, we can see that the device halted Windows

and therefore it will never be started ever again... that's a firm commitment for an operating

system.

The SuperDisk control panel tells us that the driver isn't loaded, so clearly something

has gone terribly wrong.

My first port of call was to remove these ZIP disk drivers, but that did nothing.

Neither did changing the Parallel port communication type, or removing and re-installing.

It could be any number of things, so rather than dick about, I brought in my trusty Compaq

Presario for some classic DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.11 testing instead.

Luckily we have drivers for all these eventualities.

And check out that DOS installation program.

Isn't that just erotic.

A quick re-boot and, yes, we can see the drivers initialising here...

SUCCESS, we have our SuperDisk drive setup as Drive D:, now all we need to do is navigate

to it, and voila, a 120MB floppy drive at our disposal.

MARVELLOUS STUFF.

Chkdsk returns 125,958,144 bytes of total disk space.

So we actually get 125MB on these things.

Not sure why they didn't advertise it as that, opting to use Mebibytes instead.

I mean we're talking over 3 additional floppies here.

But anyway, the far more visually stimulating Scandisk runs pretty quick but actually reports

the drive's backup FAT as being inconsistent.

But worry not, let us boot into Windows and chuck some files about.

As we're using Windows 3.11, no additional drivers are necessary.

Although if you're that way inclined, you can install the supplied DoubleZip allowing

up to whopping 240MB on each disk - much like DriveSpace, or the more troublesome DoubleSpace

supplied with DOS - however, it wouldn't boot in my version of Windows.

So onward.

Now, I thought I'd attempt copying a coverdisk CD onto the SuperDisk.

The manual tells us is can achieve a continuous transfer rate of 270KB/s.

Several times faster than a standard floppy drive, but it didn't take long for further

problems to set in.

Now this unit is clearly getting old, so it probably has alignment issues, but it only

managed to copy some 5MB, along with a plethora of lost allocation units before crashing Windows.

Attempts to format each of the SuperDisks with the bundled Format utility also failed,

which is a shame, but aligns with the success of the hardware in the marketplace.

The SuperDisk wasn't the floppy disk replacement it's manufacturers hoped it to be.

Given the larger ZIP drive & disks had been out for several years already, it had established

itself in that niche of the market, whilst the other part was being served by CD-ROM

or even writable CD drives if you were fortunate enough.

Whilst the SuperDisk had the ability to read and write standard floppy disks, or in the

case of my drive - fail to read them, it's not like it worked the other way around, and

even if you installed a drive internally via.

IDE or via.

SCSI you'd still likely need to retain your standard drive connected to a floppy interface,

acting as the all important A: drive... (although WindowsXP would later have the ability to

see a SuperDisk as an A: drive).

The SuperDisk was faster than the floppy, but even the ZIP 100 drive could shift data

around at 1.4MB/s, although real world Parallel connections were a lot slower.

Zip drives were more established, about the same price and also seemed to be a little

more dependable, with many complaining about the fragility and reliability issues of the

Superdisk medium.

Although Zip disks definitely had their own problems... a common issue when pushing portable

storage to the limits... as we've witnessed today.

But Superdisk fought on with the 240 model released in 2001, developed by Matsushita,

featuring a spangled USB connection, and even allowing you to store up to 32MB on a standard

floppy disk.

But this was also the same year as the ZIP 250 drive appeared, which was superseded only

a year later by the much faster Zip 750 drive.

Although it had some great intentions, SuperDisk it seems was relegated to a distant memory

of floptical media, whilst ZIP struggled on before being relegated by the almighty USB

drive.

But that's not to say it's not fondly remembered.

The medium found it's way into various Panasonic digital cameras and MIDI keyboards, where

it provided much needed storage capacity, without requiring any more physical space

than a floppy.

An achievement which shouldn't be devalued, and a reason to admire the SuperDisk in a

nostalgic blaze of withered glory.

I'll leave you with the beautiful process of applying a fresh label to a floppy disk.

Mmmmmmm, labels.

You know that feeling.

All of a sudden, you hear your jam, and whether you're in the club or your living room or

a grocery store, you get that urge to just.... [music]

Start to do the move!

Well, While your moves probably aren't quite as awesome as mine, that's okay.

They're totally unique to you.

And weirdly enough, that means that people can actually learn a lot about you just from

watching you boogie down—and you can learn about them, too.

Dancing is one of the oldest forms of cultural expression and every studied culture around

the world does it.

It might be so ubiquitous because our brains just seem to like it, especially when we're

doing it with someone else.

Studies have shown that dancing with a partner makes us happier, for example, and that regular

dancing can slow age-related cognitive declines.

Plus, old people dancing is adorable.

But it turns out dancing doesn't just improve our happiness or health.

It also tells us a lot about other people.

It's a part of what psychologists call social cognition, which is basically how we make

sense of information about other people and social situations.

And it includes things like the intel we gain from reading facial expressions or tracking

what other people are looking at.

These subtle signals can help us avoid danger, get along with others, or take cues from their

behavior.

And scientists have found that we can glean a lot just by watching someone dance.

Kids can accurately interpret emotions from dance by age four or five, for example, and

can also depict a requested emotion by, say, making their teddy bear dance.

And adults can figure out emotions just from point-light displays.

You know, like those videos where LEDs are attached to someone's joints in the dark

and it all seems like random dots of light… but then something kind of snaps into place

and you realize it's somebody cycling or walking.

Well studies have found that we can tell emotions just by looking at those while someone dances.

But reading emotions is just the tip of the iceberg—or, the toe of the point shoe?

Studies suggest dancing might also relay key information about potential mates.

For example, a 2015 study involving 75 men and 84 women found that the women's judgments

of men dancing correlated with the guys' grip strength.

The men, however, weren't able to pick out the stronger women based on how good their

dancing was, suggesting that men and women extract different intel from the quality of

their potential partner's dance moves.

In case you were wondering, this quote-unquote "good dancing" is quantifiable, at least

when it comes to what specific groups of people generally find attractive.

A 2010 European study found that men were rated as good dancers depending on how much

and how variably they moved their neck and torso and also on how fast they moved their

right knee.

But not the left one, weirdly enough.

So just get that… boy going!

And a similar 2017 study found that good dancing in women involved big hip movements and moving

their right and left limbs independently of one other.

So get one up here and on up there.

Why these movements were deemed attractive isn't clear, and it's possible that the

definition of "good dancing" differs culturally or changes over time.

But it's still likely that the hottest dance moves seem so attractive because of the information

they convey.

And that includes things that aren't physical.

You can get an idea of who a person is from the way they twerk as well.

A 2011 study of 50 men and 60 women found that the women could detect risk-taking in

men based on how good their dancing was, for example.

Risk-taking is associated with good health and vigor and having lots of testosterone,

so it could potentially signal a good mate.

And a 2009 study found that there was a correlation between the way people danced and the 'Big

Five' personality traits, which are part of a popular model of personality that puts

everyone on a sliding scale for each of five overarching traits.

There were only 20 participants, so it was a pretty small study.

But, when researchers recorded and tracked the spontaneous dance moves that the participants

did to twelve measures of bluesy music, they did find correlations between how they moved

and how they scored on a personality assessment.

Those who scored high on neuroticism were more likely to have jerky movements, while

those who scored high on openness and agreeableness tended to have smoother ones.

And extraversion and conscientiousness were both related to faster movement.

So all you need to do to figure somebody out is be like, "Hey, show me your moves!", right?

Because that won't be weird at all.

Well, here's some good news!

You don't necessarily have to watch them dance—just dance a lot yourself.

Studies have found that people with a lot of dance experience are better at reading

other people.

And that may be because physically and mentally challenging activities can shape your brain.

A whole variety of different kinds of movement and gaming activities, from sports to video

games to chess, have actually been shown to improve cognitive skills, including social cognition.

For example, studies have found people with more experience dancing are better at making

sense of other people's dancing.

That may be because dance causes more activity in brain regions involved in mirroring for

them, which means that the parts of their brain involved in actually dancing really

light up when they watch other people dance.

This kind of neural mirroring is thought to be a big part of accurately interpreting social signals.

And in a 2017 study of 61 people who like to dance to hip hop, the more hip hop dancing

experience they had, the better they were at assessing the emotional state of people's

faces in photos.

From that, the researchers concluded that dancing made them better at social cognition

tasks even when those tasks weren't related to dancing.

So maybe Meghan Trainor is onto something.

Because whether you dance like yo daddy, move like yo momma, or just do what you wanna,

psychologists think dancing not only tells others about you, it might help you tell you

more about them.

And that's helpful whether you're looking for a dance partner or interviewing for the

job you've always wanted.

So get out there because science telling you to bust that move!

Horror Movies That'll Blow You Away This Halloween - Duration: 10:08.

Hollywood has lined up plenty of high-profile horror projects in 2018, and no surprise,

most of the best ones are slated to hit theaters right around Halloween.

From jungle predators to freaky nuns, the future looks very dark indeed, in the best

possible way.

Here are all the horror movies that'll blow you away this Halloween season.

Slender Man

Lovers of creepy internet memes have a pretty good idea of what to expect with this upcoming

horror film.

The Slender Man has stalked the Web since 2009, when a Photoshop contest produced a

picture of the tall, thin, faceless stalker of hapless children.

The forum poster who made the image even has a writing credit on the film, a development

he probably didn't expect when he set out to freak people out with his Photoshop skills.

"Then that's what I will say, unless Slender Man commands me to say something else."

The film's plot involves teen girls performing rituals related to the Slender Man, and stars

Joey King and Jaz Sinclair.

Sony and Screen Gems have slated Slender Man for release on August 24th.

Cadaver

Audiences may know Shay Mitchell best from her role on TV's Pretty Little Liars, but

this Halloween season, the Canadian actress is making the jump to horror with Cadaver.

Mitchell stars as a morgue technician and disgraced former cop with a drug problem,

whose late-night shifts at the morgue take a turn for the sinister when she receives

a badly brutalized body.

Veteran Dutch director Diederik Van Rooijen makes his Hollywood debut with this feature.

Although Cadaver has wrapped principal photography, audiences will have to wait until August 24th

to get a look.

The Little Stranger

Writer/director Lenny Abrahamson spent several years quietly making a name for himself in

his native Ireland before making a huge splash with the 2015 international production Room.

Despite receiving only a limited release in the U.S., Room was nominated for a slew of

awards and snagged a Best Actress Oscar for lead Brie Larson.

For his follow-up project, Abrahamson has taken on an adaptation of the well-received

2009 novel The Little Stranger by Sarah Waters, a film which took about ten seconds to get

snapped up by Focus Features for worldwide distribution after going into production in

summer 2017.

The post-World War 2 ghost story boasts a strong cast which includes Domnhall Gleason,

Ruth Wilson, and Will Poulter.

The Little Stranger is slated for release on August 31st.

The Nun

The series that New Line is now officially calling the "Conjuring Universe" is getting

another spinoff this Halloween season.

The franchise scored yet another box office hit with Annabelle: Creation, a pre-prequel

exploring the origins of the sinister doll from The Conjuring 2, pushing the series'

worldwide box office take up over the $1 billion mark.

Hitting those kinds of numbers can only ensure plenty more films in the pipeline, and first

up is The Nun, which will add some backstory to one of Conjuring 2's most terrifying characters.

American Horror Story's Taissa Farmiga, the younger sister of main Conjuring series star

Vera Farmiga, has been cast in the lead, with Bonnie Aarons reprising her role as the demonic

nun Valak.

Creatively, the spinoff appears to be in good hands, Annabelle and Annabelle: Creation screenwriter

Gary Dauberman penned the script, and Corin Hardy has been tapped to direct.

Hardy used practical effects whenever possible on the shoot, portions of which took place

on location in Romania and Transylvania.

He told Entertainment Weekly:

"I always want to say, 'Let's do everything as much as we possibly can for real, including

in-camera stunts, effects, and then use the CGI to be a beautiful, original, invisible

tool.'"

The Nun will return to scare your pants off on September 7th, 2018.

Slaughterhouse Rulez

Horror comedy is notoriously difficult to pull off, but if any filmmakers have earned

the benefit of the doubt, it's Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.

Their 2005 classic Shaun of the Dead remains a sterling example of the genre, and Slaughterhouse

Rulez promises to deliver shocks and laughs in equal measure.

The the first effort from the pair's new Stolen Picture banner takes place in a British boarding

school that "...becomes a bloody battleground when a mysterious sinkhole appears at a nearby

fracking site, unleashing unspeakable horror."

With Pegg and Frost serving as producers, the film is certainly in good hands.

Writer/director Crispian Mills also directed Pegg in 2012's horror comedy A Fantastic Fear

of Everything.

The film is backed by Sony Pictures, which should ensure a fairly wide release when it

hits theaters on September 7th.

The Predator

Attempts to reinvigorate the Predator franchise have not historically fared well.

The Alien vs. Predator mashup series failed to do justice to either franchise, and the

2010 sequel Predators garnered mixed reviews.

But the forthcoming sequel The Predator appears to be in very good hands, Shane Black will

direct from a script he co-wrote with Fred Dekker.

The two previously collaborated on 1987's The Monster Squad.

Featured in the cast are Keegan-Michael Key, Olivia Munn, and Jacob Tremblay, who's apparently

really getting into the role.

"Jacob!"

"Get to the chopper.

We have to get out here!

Go!

Now!"

And if all of this isn't enough to get fans excited, then maybe the words of 20th Century

Fox CEO Stacey Snider will do the trick.

She said:

"We've got a Predator film coming out that is unexpected and utterly fresh.

[...] From the first page, it didn't read like a Predator film."

The Predator sneaks into theaters on September 14th.

The House with a Clock in Its Walls

In this upcoming film, a 10-year-old boy moves in with an eccentric uncle, only to find his

house full of secret passageways and strange goings-on.

It turns out that his uncle is a warlock, a witch lives next door, and the house is

a conduit for weird black magic rituals.

"You've told Lewis everything?"

"Well not everything."

The House with a Clock in its Walls is an adaptation of the 1973 gothic horror novel

of the same name, and there's already some serious talent on board.

Notorious horror filmmaker Eli Roth will direct a cast that includes Jack Black and Cate.

With its strong fantasy horror vibe, this movie is bound to be a unique addition to

the 2018 Halloween season.

Find out when it premieres on September 21st.

Hellfest

This upcoming horror movie is set at a Halloween-themed amusement park where a psycho slasher decides

to have a little holiday fun of his own.

Gregory Plotkin, editor of Happy Death Day and Get Out, has taken over as director, and

Amy Forsyth, Reign Edwards, and Bex Taylor-Klaus have joined the cast.

Expectations are high for this one, with former James Cameron partner and Walking Dead producer

Gale Anne Hurd also involved.

CBS Films president Terry Press has been championing the film for years, believing it has the potential

to start a new Purge-like horror franchise.

You can judge for yourself when Hellfest debuts on September 28th, 2018.

Something in the Dark

This tech-based thriller has a unique premise: a blind woman has her sight restored by a

pair of high-tech eyeglasses.

Unfortunately, her vision may turn out to be a little better than she bargained for.

The glasses apparently let her see ghosts, and she can't tell the difference between

the ghouls and the living.

Even worse, she begins to suspect that a lurking entity she keeps glimpsing might be coming

for her.

The film's website states that it will contain no dialogue, with the goal of creating

"...a more involving and creepy experience which plays exactly the same to any audience,

regardless of what language they speak."

"In other words, there is literally not a single word spoken throughout the entire film."

The first feature for visual effects artist turned debuting writer-director Steven Aguilera,

Something in the Dark will definitely be a unique experience.

It's currently slated for release on October 15th, 2018.

Halloween

Remakes and reboots of classic horror franchises haven't exactly been cinematic gold in recent

years.

With yet another Nightmare reboot struggling to get off the ground and a planned second

Friday the 13th re-imagining still up in the air, fans could be forgiven for not getting

too excited about the prospect of a new Halloween, but they should be.

Eastbound & Down star Danny McBride and producer David Gordon Green came together to work on

the concept for the new film, which they pitched directly to original director/co-writer John

Carpenter.

Carpenter's reaction, posted to his Facebook page, was enough to get any fan's heart racing:

"David and Danny both came to my office recently with Jason Blum and shared their vision for

the new movie and…

WOW.

They get it.

I think you're gonna dig it."

He also told CBS that the new movie would essentially retcon everything after Halloween

II.

"It's pretending the other sequels didn't happen."

McBride echoed that idea, saying:

"It's gonna continue the story of Michael Myers in a really grounded way.

And for our mythology, we're focusing mainly on the first two movies and what that sets

up."

Jamie Lee Curtis and Nick Castle, the original Michael Myers, are reprising their roles from

the 1978 film.

Miramax will release Halloween on October 19th, 2018, just in time for the scariest

night of the year.

Overlord

From J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot production company, Overlord is a World War II-set horror flick

about a group of American soldiers who make a horrifying discovery in a Nazi-occupied

village.

Since this is a Bad Robot production, there's been a lot of speculation that Overlord may

be yet another stealth entry in the Cloverfield universe, a theory which was apparently confirmed.

How will it tie into the franchise?

We can all find out when Overlord debuts in theaters on October 26th.

Why Some Deaf People Speak And Don't Sign | ASL - Duration: 8:38.

[pencil writing]

[Pokemon game sound]

Hello, it's Rikki.

First, before we get to the main part of the video,

I wanted to share news about the #NoMoreCRAPtions t-shirts.

If you want to get one, they're available through June 21st.

I'll have the link to the shirts below.

Okay, so, today's topic:

Recently, I watched a video from... let me spell her name right.

Cheyenna Clear-

Cheyenna Clearbrook.

I can't spell names, I'm sorry.

She's a fantastic YouTuber.

You should go watch her.

She signs in her videos.

Cheyenna talked about YouTube and deaf YouTubers.

About how some deaf YouTubers speak, and some only sign.

Some deaf YouTubers preferring to speak instead of signing in videos.

I'm one of those speaking YouTubers.

I know this. It's fine.

But I want to discuss, explain something.

A lot of people talk about how it's hard to find deaf YouTubers who sign.

I understand that.

I think more signing deaf prefer to use Facebook over YouTube.

I see them post more on Facebook.

But on YouTube, there are more speaking deaf YouTubers.

Maybe there's an equal amount, I don't know.

Most of the deaf YouTubers I'm subscribed to sign in their videos.

I want to explain why some deaf people speak, or simply prefer it.

Not a lot of deaf people are the same.

Deaf people aren't a monolith.

We all grew up differently.

I mean, I was mainstreamed growing up.

I had my diagnosis when I was 11.

Maybe I had crap hearing before then, I don't know.

But I was diagnosed at 11.

I didn't start learning ASL until three years ago.

I'm still kinda a bad signer. Yeah, there, I said it.

My vocabulary sucks. My vocabulary list is crap.

I need to improve that. I know that.

My goal for this summer is to expand on my vocabulary.

I want to study a little more every single day.

So, yes, I speak for most of my channel.

I try to sign when I can, but sometimes, I won't.

Most of the time, I won't because I'm used to and most comfortable speaking.

It's just like a fluent ASL signer who is used to communicating that way.

I always say you should use the language you're comfortable with.

Of course, I practice on here and other platforms across the Internet.

And I practice in person as well when having face-to-face conversations.

But I can't always because of the lack of fluency.

The risk of uploading in a language that you don't know is that

if what you say is wrong, or the translation is off,

people might put you down, especially in the comments.

I know this. I've experienced it.

Sometimes, the best thing to do is to use your language.

The language you're comfortable with.

And then, you know, maybe caption the videos.

Of course, not all deaf people can read English fluently.

That's the way it is.

So, sometimes, captions aren't helpful,

but that's still more accessible than no captions at all.

For me, the language I use depends on the video topic.

If I'm talking about stuff like this, I'm comfortable with using ASL.

It's not perfect, but I try.

If I'm talking about technology or mental health,

I don't have the vocabulary for all of that.

So why would I prefer to sign a video like that?

That would be wrong and a bad idea.

So that's when I need English. That's how I communicate best.

I say what I want to say best using English.

If I was making videos in other languages I don't fully know, it would be wrong.

I remember last year when I had an interview withTim Cook.

I cannot fingerspell O-O-K.

I voiced and I had captions for me.

I voiced and there were people who ended up angry with me.

There were comments saying that I wasn't deaf, asking

angrily why I was speaking and not signing at all.

And I'm like... dude.

That's how I grew up.

That's what I know.

The event wasn't about how one communicates-

It wasn't about how one communicates.

It was an event about accessible technology.

If I'm working, I'm going with what I'm comfortable with.

If I don't, then I can't do my job.

But yeah, we're just not all the same.

Just like people with other disabilities are not the same.

It just doesn't work that way.

That's why I encourage everyone, deaf, disabled, whoever,

everyone of different experiences to share their stories.

Upload a video, write it, whatever.

We need to talk about these different experiences.

That's important.

I use both ASL and English in my life, but

I'm still going to be most comfortable with English.

I mean, I've only been using that language for about 26 years now.

I've been using ASL for only about 3.

But I'm also in a hearing dominated environment.

Very few deaf people around me all the time.

That's just what I've been thinking about.

Again, the point is to use whatever is comfortable.

If you were mainstreamed and only speak,

that's your story and your experience.

You should share that if you want.

Don't be scared to share that.

If you use ASL or whatever sign language-

there's a lot of different sign languages-

then use that!

We all need to share our stories.

Not everyone speaks, not everyone signs.

Share your stories.

Thank you for watching. I'll see you later, bye.

House Baratheon of Dragonstone | Game of Thrones - Duration: 7:35.

Past the shores of Westeros, where Blackwater Bay meets the Narrow Sea, there stands a solitary

island, devoid of crops, livestock, gold or gems.

Yet it was from this worthless rock that Aegon Targaryen set forth to unite the Seven Kingdoms.

Almost three centuries later, when Aegon's dynasty lay in ruins and all of Westeros was

thrown into chaos by the death of its usurper, this island would once more bear witness to

a King's plans to unify the realm or die in the attempt.

Beneath banners marked by the fiery heart of the Lord of Light, set forth the ships

and men of House Baratheon of Dragonstone.

Founded in the aftermath of the death of the Mad King Aerys the Second and the exile of

the last Targaryen survivors, the new Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, Robert the First, bestowed

Dragonstone upon his younger brother Stannis Baratheon.

Whether this was an act of deliberate malice or careless generosity might never be known,

but to be given Dragonstone while the traditional Baratheon stronghold of Storm's End was

granted to the youngest brother Renly, was taken as a tremendous insult by Stannis.

For most of Robert's reign, Stannis seethed in isolation.

Robert Baratheon's death under suspicious circumstances, combined with a letter from

Ned Stark shortly before his own execution, roused Stannis to action, and he declared

his claim on the throne as Robert's eldest surviving brother.

His brother Renly however, did the same, eschewing centuries of custom and tradition.

As Westeros collapsed around them, both House Baratheon of Storm's End and House Baratheon

of Dragonstone claimed to be Robert's true successor.

His position within the Baratheon family line and questions surrounding the legitimacy of

Robert's sons made Stannis the natural successor, yet many of the lords sworn to House Baratheon

instead declared for Renly.

An alliance with House Tyrell gave Renly Baratheon the largest army in the Seven Kingdoms and

made him the strongest contender to the throne.

Worse still, even amongst Stannis' loyal followers on Dragonstone, a rift had formed

between those who worshipped the Faith of the Seven and those who had converted to the

Lord of Light, the fiery red god R'hllor.

Stannis himself was among the converts, lured to R'hllor by the red priestess Melisandre

who was declared a witch by some and known to have great influence over Stannis's decisions.

Most dramatic among these was Stannis's order that statues of The Seven, the traditional

deities of much of Westeros, be burned on the shores of Dragonstone as the first of

many sacrifices demanded by the Lord of Light.

Such actions concerned even Stannis' most loyal followers, most notably the former smuggler

and "Onion Knight" Davos Seaworth who would be appointed as Hand of the King, despite

these misgivings.

Whether through the power of R'hllor, random chance, or perhaps something else, a string

of unlikely events would play out in Stannis' favor.

An alliance with the pirate Salladhor Saan secured him enough ships to challenge the

Royal Fleet, while the death of his brother Renly at the hand of his own sworn royal bodyguard

secured Stannis enough lords and soldiers to march on the capital, King's Landing.

House Baratheon of Dragonstone lay siege to the city and despite taking horrific losses

to a cleverly devised trap that unleashed wildfire across their fleet, seemed poised

to triumph.

But in this hour of victory, a surprise counter-attack by Lannister and Tyrell armies smashed through

Stannis' forces, ending his campaign to win the Iron Throne in a single stroke.

Reduced to the few remnant forces which managed to limp back to Dragonstone, Stannis fell

into a deep depression and most other major powers contending for the throne dismissed

him as a serious threat.

Yet fires continued to burn on Dragonstone, and rumors began to swirl of strange rituals

and sacrifices performed far into the night by his Red Priestess.

Once more fate seemed to favor Stannis Baratheon with both Robb Stark and Joffrey Baratheon,

his main rivals to the throne, killed within mere weeks of one another.

Even more mysterious was the complete abandonment of Dragonstone, leaving many to wonder just

where Stannis would appear next.

The answer arrived in the seemingly least likely of places.

Far in the North, an army numbering greater than any fielded by the Kings to the south

lay siege to the Wall and the last survivors of the Night's Watch.

In a masterful reveseral of his own experience at King's Landing, Stannis led his forces,

augmented by sellswords paid for by the Iron Bank, against the Wildlings, achieving a stunning

masterstroke that earned Stannis his reputation as one of the finest military commanders in

Westeros.

With this victory, Stannis had hoped to secure the loyalty of the North in the fight against

an even greater threat said to be forming beyond the wall.

His actions had come too late however.

House Bolton had already assumed the role of Warden of the North, ruling from the ancestral

Stark seat of Winterfell.

With no choice but to seize the castle for himself or be left helpless once winter arrived,

Stannis marched to meet them.

Beset by the elements and dwindling supplies, hundreds and then thousands deserted.

Trapped by the elements, Stannis was forced to endure the unthinkable, sacrificing his

own daughter to R'hllor so that the snows might melt away before them.

When the Baratheon army finally arrived upon Winterfell, they were but a fraction of their

former number and quickly defeated by the waiting Bolton forces.

Stannis himself was said to have survived the battle, only to succumb to his wounds

a short time later, or perhaps, if the rumors can be believed, executed by the same sworn

sword who was said to have murdered his brother Renly.

It was frequently said of Stannis that he would fight to the bitter end and then some.

The audacious campaign he fought to secure the throne certainly attests to that.

In the end however, House Baratheon of Dragonstone was doomed to become a page in someone else's

history book.

For new banners are said to be flying atop Dragonstone now, and they bear an emblem that

has not been seen in Westeros for almost twenty years, a three headed dragon that promises

to unleash Fire and Blood.

Mueller Scr*ws Trump By Leaking Private Letter, POTUS Responds With Brutal Surprise - Duration: 4:51.

Mueller Screws Trump By Leaking Private Letter, POTUS Responds With Brutal Surprise.

Robert Mueller and his band of anti-Trump Democratic lawyers are desperate, as their

bogus investigation to destroy Donald Trump's presidency is falling apart.

In a last-ditch effort, Special Counsel Mueller leaked a private letter from Trump to the

press hoping to corrupt the minds of Americans.

The president responded by dropping a brutal surprise on Mueller, and those leftist losers

in the media, shocking them all.

Don't miss this.

Democrats have put all their eggs in the Mueller basket, meaning it's imperative to the leftist

losers that Mueller does as much damage, as he can to President Donald Trump.

As a 19-month-long internal affairs report is scheduled to come out next week showing

all the corruption, and crimes committed by the FBI and DOJ in the Hillary Clinton email

scandal, the Deep State rats working with Mueller had to do something to damage Trump,

now.

They leaked to the New York Times a private correspondence from the president's attorney,

Jay Sekulow, to the Special Counsel.

It says, in a nutshell, the president could not commit "obstruction of justice" by

firing former FBI Director James Comey.

You see, as the president, he can fire anyone in the executive branch that he wants to fire,

anytime, for any reason.

This is just ridiculous.

Trump kept his cool and turned over one million pages of documents.

There were crimes committed but not by Trump or his campaign.

So President Trump used his Twitter feed as a brutal surprise to Robert Mueller, and his

Deep State rats in response to them leaking those letters.

Trump tweeted, "As only one of two people left who could become President, why wouldn't

the FBI or Department of Justice have told me, that they were secretly investigating

Paul Manafort during my campaign?

Should have told me!"

Trump added another tweet to finish his thoughts on the Deep State handling this bogus investigation.

He posted, "….Paul Manafort came into the campaign very late and was with us for

a short period of time, (he represented Ronald Reagan, Bob Dole & many others over the years),

but we should have been told that Comey and the boys were doing a number on him, and he

wouldn't have been hired!"

Trump is pointing out the investigation was a scam from the start.

PJ Media's D.C. Allister reported, "At this early stage, Loretta Lynch and Comey

decided not to tell the Trump campaign about possible national security threats, regarding

his campaign.

When the topic was revisited in late spring, they again decided to say nothing."

The report added, This choice to remain silent was a deviation from established guidelines.

Investigators are tasked with detecting and interrupting criminal activities at their

early stages, and preventing crimes from occurring in the first place, which is much more preferable

than allowing criminal plots to come to fruition.

This is assuming Paul Manafort, or anyone, like Carter Page or George Pappadapolous,

were actual "national security threats."

We are coming at this playing along with the Deep State narrative, namely; that these individuals

were national security threats, even though there was really no evidence to suggest they

were.

Manafort was under suspicion of financial wrongdoing and was already being looked at

by the FBI, but he had nothing to do with Russian interference in the election a point

supported by the fact, that he has not been indicted for any crimes related to collusion.

But let's play along with they were national security threats, the question is why didn't

Lynch and Comey alert the campaign?

Why would they not stop possible crimes and threats to our national security immediately?

Well, we all know the answer.

They never were worried about Russians infiltrating the Trump campaign.

They were out to set-up Trump and his campaign, and then his presidency, as committing crimes.

So they sent out informants to approach Carter Page and George Pappadopolous, who fed them

bogus information telling them: "Russia has a ton of dirt on Hillary Clinton."

When neither Page nor Pappadopolous did anything with that information, like taking it to the

campaign team, the Deep State rats sent in the Russian female lawyer to meet with Don

Trump Jr., We all know that meeting ended without anything incriminating happening,

either.

So obviously the cabal at the FBI and DOJ were not trying to protect our national security,

they were setting up Trump.

Now, Special Counsel Robert Mueller is running out of time as Americans learn the truth.

We know President Trump won't stop until those responsible are brought to justice.

This is HBO's "This or That," with me, Anne Hathaway,

-and Mindy Kaling. -Hi.

Okay, I was excited about this first one, I'm gonna start.

Tiny glasses, or huge fedoras?

Huge fedoras. I had a friend once call them

-"aggressive hats." -(LAUGHING)

-What about you? -I hate tiny glasses.

I hate this trend.

-(LAUGHS) -Whatever makes you feel good,

-you should wear it. -Absolutely.

I'm... not a big fan of tiny glasses.

-We're sitting it out. -We're sitting it out.

Would you rather be on a talk show, or work behind the scenes?

Be on a talk show.

-Glitzy outfit... -Mm-hmm.

Cute person asking you questions...

Now, questions about our new movie, Ocean's 8.

-You sold that one very naturally. -Yes.

DEBBIE OCEAN: How long would it take you to make

-seven pieces of jewelry? -AMITA: Five or six hours.

How long if I told you you didn't have to live with

-your mother anymore? -(SPEAKING FOREIGN LANGUAGE)

Less.

DEBBIE: Three and a half weeks, the Met will be hosting

-its annual ball. -(CAMERAS CLICKING)

DEBBIE: And we are going to rob it.

-Not the ball itself... -(GASPS)

DEBBIE: ...on the neck of Daphne Kluger.

-Valued at over a hundred... -...million dollars.

-(GLASSES CLINK) -(WHISTLES)

A hundred and fifty million, actually. (LAUGHS)

Taylor Swift? Can't we just go to this?

-Do we have to steal stuff? -ALL: Yes.

Wear the bling, or "don't trust me with that thing"?

-Wear...? -I'll wear it,

but you shouldn't trust me.

I lost a ring at the Met one time.

-Oh, no. -The year they did punk.

And so the way I was expressing punk was I had like,

a lot of rings on, on every finger.

But one of the rings fell off. And so,

went home, I realized I didn't have anything on that finger,

put on sweatpants, and went back to the Met.

-Did you find the ring? -Did not find the ring.

But I still say "wear the bling" 'cause look at this.

Yeah. Yeah, your answer's clear.

-(LAUGHS) -Take orders from Mom,

or take orders from Sandra Bullock?

Sandy in life isn't someone who does-- like, gives orders.

She's one of the most amazing people I've ever met.

-Yes. -Like...

She's so direct, and so clear about what she wants,

and so approachable and easy to talk to.

-Mm-hmm. -Mom, I'm really sorry,

I'm-- I'm goin' with Sandy B on that one.

This is great, 'cause this is a really HBO-centric question.

Who would you like to join the team,

Issa of Insecure or Arya of Game of Thrones?

I'm gonna go with Issa.

Like, I feel like Arya's, um, specific talents

might go to waste.

-She would be bored. -Although,

the mask thing could be really useful in a heist.

(LAUGHING)

Well, she could just do it herself.

She wouldn't need to have

-the rest of us. -Yeah, she doesn't need us!

So, uh, who would you like to join the team,

Sansa from Game of Thrones, or Maeve from Westworld?

Oh, Sansa. Sansa in the last season,

she's gonna make a play for that throne.

I think she is.

(LAUGHS) Thank you very much for listening to us play,

-Thanks HBO. -watching us play.

Thank you, HBO.

➤ Battlefield V Won't Have a BATTLE ROYALE Mode at Launch | Battlefield 5 Staple Game Modes - Duration: 2:44.

So despite all the recent controversy surrounding the next Battlefield game, DICE has confirmed

that there won't be a Battle Royale mode at launch for Battlefield 5.

Instead they've decided to focus more on their staple game modes like conquest, grand

operations, frontlines, team deathmatch and domination.

Take note the keyword here is at launch.

DICE could easily release a Battle Royale mode later down the line but fortunately for

us that doesn't seem like something they have at the top of their priority list.

Personally I think this is a really good move, we already have a ton of games based around

the Battle Royale genre, each bringing their own unique take on how they would like it

to be implemented.

In fact as the weeks go by, we see more and more games making use of this mode as an addition

to what players can experience.

So at what point does it become too much?

Look at Black Ops 4 for instance.

The developers over at Treyarch make some of the best campaigns in the franchise but

instead of focusing on a cinematic experience for those who actually enjoy the story, they

have decided to cash in on the Battle Royale genre in order to reduce overall costs and

at the same time make more money.

From a business perspective it might seem like a great move but for someone who actually

enjoys the story, it might feel like a slap in the face.

Fortunately for us, DICE has decided to keep the Battlefield experience the main focus

for Battlefield 5, scrapping any ideas of implementing a Battle Royale mode for much

later on down the line.

Their main focus being getting the game ready for launch and making sure everything works

soundly before handing it over to their customers.

If a developer wants to implement this style of gameplay, they need to make sure they aren't

abandoning something the game already does in favour for something new.

It needs to be an addition to a game, not a substitution.

So what do you think of the Battle Royale genre?

Would you like it to be implemented into Battlefield 5 or would you much rather have DICE focus

on new gameplay experiences we haven't seen before?

Let me know in the comments below but for now I hope you enjoyed this video, smash that

like button if you did and hopefully I'll see you in the next one.
