Shortly after the missile test, President Moon Jae-in convened an emergency meeting

of the National Security Council and spoke with leaders of the U.S. and Japan.

Our chief Blue House correspondent Moon Connyoung has the details.

North Korea should, in no way, miscalculate the situation and elicit a pre-emptive strike

from the U.S.

That's South Korean President Moon Jae-in launching a strong warning against North Korea...

in an emergency meeting of the National Security Council convened within hours of Pyongyang's

missile test.

(Korean) "South Korea will further strengthen our capabilities

to immediately retaliate in case of armed provocation and protect our nation from North

Korea's nuclear missile threats based on absolute dominance of power."

, .

What was different about this provocation compared to previous ones is the much less

alarmed response from South Korean authorities... which President Moon attributed to his government's

foreknowledge of the missile test based on signs detected.

In a phone conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump shortly after the security meeting,

President Moon noted North Korea's apparent improvement in missile technology... that

the allies agreed only serves to undermine the rogue state's security and deepen its

diplomatic and economic isolation.

During a crisis call between leaders of South Korea and Japan, highlighted in bold was the

role of China in the North Korea equation.

(Korean) "President Moon told the Japanese prime minister

that he will ask the Chinese president to play a more forceful role when he visits China

next month and Prime Minister Abe underscored the importance of China's role in pressuring

North Korea."

The South Korean leader said he hoped to sit down for talks with his Japanese counterpart

as well within the framework of the annual, but halted since November 2015 three-way summit

between Seoul, Beijing, and Tokyo... at an early date.

(STAND-UP) "What's worth noting is that these leaders,

particularly Presidents Moon and Trump agreed to hold additional talks to discuss ways to

deal with North Korea's provocation after a thorough review of its latest missile technology.

Could that mean a change of course in the way South Korea and other nations deal with

North Korea?

That's something we'll be on the lookout for in the next couple of day.

hey guys welcome to the android development tutorial series by geeksforgeeks.

My name is Sriram and in this tutorial series I'm gonna take you guys

from the basics to a stage where you can get a job as a junior Android developer

so before we start this series I just wanna tell you guys that you should know

Java for this. There is a Java prerequisite for this course if you guys

don't know Java I'll link to some videos in the description notes below

go learn Java you don't need to know a lot of you just need to know basic

programming like what is an int what is in float what is string what is

character okay what's an array for loops if statement

while loops functions and classes that's all you need to know okay you

don't need to know threading you don't need to know advanced concept that I'll

cover here all you need to know is the basic until like looping and functions

classes objects the object oriented programming paradigms the encapsulation

all those really need to know that so if you don't know that I highly recommend

you to go check out the links I will post a lot of links in the description

notes go learn Java for a little bit and then come back to this tutorial

series all right so if you guys know Java let's get started and here I'm not

gonna show you how to install Android Studio I'm not going to show you how

to install the JDK and JRE so I think that's because there are lots of

tutorials for those online and it's very simple you just need to

install the exe double click and then it's done so I'll link to some videos in

the description below go see how to install and once you've installed the

software development kit or the SDK you will get this screen okay where you can

see start a new Android studio project open an existing project and all so once

you come to this screen come back to this video and then we'll start you

won't don't worry if you don't see a list here this is the list of

projects that I've been doing so since you this is a fresh installation for you

guys you won't be able to see okay so once you come to the screen

click on start a new Android studio project. This is your first step for any

project you have to start a project in the Android studio ok. Android Studio is

based on IntelliJ IDE Java development environment cleared by IntelliJ this is

modified by Google for us to develop Android projects easily ok so click on start a

new and a studio project it looked pretty much the same way there if you're

in Linux or Windows or Mac doesn't matter this screen would look pretty

much the same all right so every screen for that matter every screen in Andriod

Studio will look pretty much the same alright so click start a new Android

studio project ok in this screen let's look at the screen

so we have the application name the application name is going to be the name

of your application suppose we were creating WhatsApp so WhatsApp will be

the application name or Facebook is the application name so whatever name you

see in the Google Play Store when you install it right so that is your

application name so I will keep my application name as my first app so just

keep it simple one thing you should remember is this first character should

always be caps alright if you try to put it in small you know Android will give you a

warning the application name for most apps begins with an uppercase letter alright

so sorry have a capital m company domain you might be asking why should I give a

domain you know what it is the website you have that you own you know what be

asking why do I need to give a company domain the thing is see I can develop an

app called WhatsApp you can develop an app called WhatsApp the billion people

online can available app call what self how will go goodbye differentiate

from your app in my app alright suppose I I'm creating an app called my first

app you're also creating an app called my first app how will Google Play

differentiate so every app has a unique package name as you can see down

here every app has a unique package name alright so that package name is

created with the company domain name your application name. 99.9% we have

our company domain name as unique right so suppose if I own google.com no one

else can own google.com that is mine mine forever

all right so if I own a sriram.com that's mine. Don't try to go in here there's

nothing here if you don't have a company domain let's have like yourname.com

like that make sure it's not there make sure there is no domain in that name

online and then use it okay so project location this is a location where the

project files will be there okay so for now leave it at default it's going to be

for windows it's going to be in My Documents and then a folder for in in my

Mac I've configured for the special directory okay include C++ and Kotlin

support. We can develop Android apps with C++ and Kotlin. Kotlin is a

language which came about recently and I'll have a tutorial for that later on

so first let's concentrate on Java then I will tell you how C++ and Kotlin will

be used in development okay so once you fill all these details click

on next alright click on next okay this screen

is to choose what kind of development are you doing see you can either develop

for phone and tablets for Android where there is the Android watches the Android

TV Android auto is the software that runs on cars it's not there India yet

like I don't I don't think there are any cars in India running on Android but

there are some cars which have you know Android installed in their GPS system

and also like you know you can ask well GPS and all those things. Android

things are those IOT devices alright so in this tutorial series we're gonna

stick with phone and tablets but I might add you know development for wear things later on

so right now we will concentrate on phones and tablets because that's the

most common thing you know how many phones of Android there are in the

market right so we'll start with phones and tablets in this drop down menu you

have to select minimum SDK version. SDK is

software development kit the minimum SDK version suppose you choose android 4.4

kitkat right so any phone from KitKat and above will only be able to install

your app from the Play Store any phone below 4.4, like 4.0 Gingerbread all

those they won't be able to see this app or they won't be able to install this

app okay so you may ask me why develop for Kit Kat why not develop for Nougat or

Oreo, the latest versions. The thing is Oreo released a couple of months ago and

If you click on Oreo you'll see by targeting API 26 and later your App will run on

less than one percent of the devices so there are very few devices there

only the Nexus devices and the Oneplus 5t has got Oreo until now so if

you target for oreo only those devices will be able to you know install that's

not what we need so usually for now people choose KitKat or lollipop.

I usually choose KitKat because approximately 90% of the devices will

run you - so suppose if you go lower lot of one gets usupport right so why not

just start with Android one or two the thing is Android pushed some features

incrementally okay so in order to use the latest features you need to have a

pretty decent version so and right now Android 4.4 KitKat is that sweet spot

where all the good features are supported right suppose you go to 2.2

you can have fragments you know something I'll teach you later

on and you have all those stuff so the sweet spot for now is Android 4.4 KitKat

and you can also see that approximately 90% devices so if all the 90% devices

installed you will have billions of downloads all right don't worry

here you see include android instant app support

we're not going to do instant app support right now. Instant app support is something

that was brought in Oreo you so basically if you're having an app like

Quora or Facebook and you don't have the app on Android but you were going

through Google Chrome in your phone and it's all linked so when you open the

link you be having a pretty decent version of the

app which will run directly without installing them just for that moment so

that is the instant app support we're not gonna go through that now we'll do that

later okay so choose phone and tablet choose

Android 4.4 KitKat and then click on next

so here right now click on empty right now click on empty activity and choose

don't worry about all this okay you don't have no activity have an empty

activity I'll tell you what an activity is and then I'll explain to you what all

these are so for now choose empty activity click Next alright so the

activity we created has the name as main activity don't change anything in

this for now don't worry if you don't understand anything here I will explain

to you in the in the next video ok so right now just keep the activity name as

main activity the layout as such alright and then click on finish so once you

click on finish then you'll see something as a Gradle build alright

don't worry about that I'll teach you this episode is about just setting up

your Android and then making sure it works ok so let the Gradle build run

okay it might since you are starting your andriod

studio for the first time it may take a little while to learn it may take 5

minutes may take 10 minutes depending on your laptop speed don't worry just let

it run see if you see here you can see Gradle build running alright so just let

it run and you will know it it is completed once there is no loading bar

in the bottom part okay so once this loading bar is stopped you will know

that everything is done and you see so here you know here there is no loading

bar anymore so now you know that everything is done you can start the

development alright so I will come back like this so this is the development

this is the area where we go to develop our apps okay this is the area where

we're going to write our code okay this whole area this whole area alright and

this is a area where we can navigate through different files, different Java

classes You know Java

so basically you know what packages are right so this is the package.

As we go we we'll have a lot of packages we'll have a lot of

files okay so this this is where all the files are and suppose we want to open

this layout file we'll double click here and this will open all right so thank

North Korea announces new Hwasong-15 ICBM... in measured provocation - Duration: 2:14.

Several hours later, at noon, the North acknowledged the launch in a televised statement, saying

it successfully tested a new type of ICBM.

But despite that claim, there are still question marks over the technology used and the regime's

intentions.

Our Kwon Jang-ho explains.

At 12-noon, local North Korean time, a special announcement was broadcast on North Korea's

state media TV.

It declared that a brand new weapon had been successfully launched early Wednesday morning,

the Hwasong-15 ICBM.

More advanced than the previous Hwasong-14 model, according to the state media, the missile

could reach all of the mainland United States.

It declared that this rocket meant that the regime had met its goal of completing its

nuclear weapons development program.

Leader Kim Jong-un, who oversaw the launch, added that the North had realized the completion

of its state nuclear force.

However, although this rocket suggests a leap forward in the regime's ballistic weapons

technology, there is still further to go.

(Korean) "No one has ever declared that they have completed

ICBM development after performing high-trajectory launches.

Unless North Korea fires this new Hwasong-15 at a regular trajectory, successfully re-enters

the atmosphere and hits a specific target, it cannot be said to have a fully formed ICBM."

Pyongyang's statement also said the missile was a victory achieved by the people, despite

difficulties imposed on the regime.

However, the statement concludes by saying North Korea is a responsible nuclear power

that loves peace, and that would not pose a threat to anyone... as long as the interests

of North Korea are not infringed upon.

This statement, and the nature of the launch, suggest that while Pyongyang wanted to carry

out a provocation, they were also wary of too strong a reaction.

(Korean) "It is a provocation, but it is a very measured

one.

It didn't fly over Japan like before, and there is not enough evidence to say it is

a completed ICBM.

"

So far, no footage or photos have been released of Wednesday's launch, but they are expected

to come within the next day or two, whereupon they will be scrutinized to verify just how

far the regime has come in its nuclear weapons technology.

S. Korea's intel agency says North's latest missile most advanced ICBM tested - Duration: 1:48.

It appears North Korea has made significant progress in its missile development.

South Korea's intelligence agency briefed the National Assembly this morning,... saying

this morning's missile was an upgraded version of the Hwasong-14.

And it added that there could be more provocations to come.

Kim Min-ji reports.

South Korea's intelligence agency says North Korea's latest missile is the most advanced

ICBM that it has tested so far.

At a parliamentary briefing on Wednesday,... the National Intelligence Service was quoted

as saying that it was an upgrade from the ICBMs the North has launched previously -- flying

higher and faster.

"The NIS said the distance flown was about 960 kilometers with an apogee of around 4,500

kilometers.

Given the high altitude and speed,... it appears to be an improvement on the Hwasong-14."

The spy agency's analysis is in line with Pyongyang's own statement which it made hours

after the test,... claiming a successful launch of the Hwasong-15.

The NIS said there were several likely reasons for the latest provocation -- to show that

the North can hit the U.S.,... to protest the sanctions against it,... and to solidify

internal unity.

It also said the test was foreseen given that Pyongyang was recently relisted by the U.S.

as a state sponsor of terrorism,... and that the regime has historically launched a provocation...

70 percent of the time when it has warned of a response.

(Stup) The spy agency added it cannot rule out the

possibility of another nuclear test either -- noting that North Korea's nuclear and missile

capabilities are progressing.

It said tensions could get higher,... should Pyongyang's provocations continue amid stronger

pressure from the international community.

so guys, bussing tables! In front of me I have all the plates that you will find

on the table when the guests are finished with their meal. Four people, two

tafelspitz one backhandel one goulash, side dishes

for the taflespits, sauces and potato salad. When the guests are done and you

have to buss the tables those are the plates that will be there I will show

you how I do it I prefer to take all the planes at once I don't need to make two

trips to the kitchen and come back and wasting valuable time. So let's start, what I

do first, I go with the big plates those plates I'll take it

first of course if you want to if you work in a upscale restaurant you're

gonna have to file a etiquette and the etiquette says you take the plates from the

ladies first you going to have to follow this but right

now we're talking about casual dining we're talking about 90 percent of the

restaurants how you can do it you take it of course you go from the right side

of the guest you taking with a right hand then you put the plate on the left hand

because that's your hand that carry the plates guys and you go for the big one again

now you have created for yourself a platform and you can put a lot of things

on this as long as you have a strong hand. for the ladies it's not recommended you

cannot carry all those place at once so take two trips or ask somebody to help

you don't try it home not at work but for the gentlemen

it's recommendable you will impress your guests. Then we go for the round first we

take all the main plates and that's what you do now guys, those

plates are empty but most of the time not most of the time but sometimes I

guests that are not finished with their meal they don't eat everything that some

particles here stay on the plate and that's something that it's gonna

bother you but there is a solution for everything. So we talk that:

two plates you create a platform then you put the main plate on your hand and

on the second plate now we're gonna stack here all the empty plates and go

further then you upload this one you go for the second, you put all the empty plates here

neatly stacked, put this here, you go here

the table is bussed, now this thing is about 8kg, you gotta run to the

kitchen fast, because other way it's gonna break your hand. But when you're

finished and you turn you back to the table you can help

yourself with the right hand and just carry because it's heavy and if you are

trying to carry it with one hand it's gonna be a real problem. Most of the time time you're not

gonna be able to walk 20 meters or 30 meters with all those plates but

that's how you buss a table. Now there's some rules that I will explain to you later

and they are very important, cause as I said we don't carry empty plates and restaurant

most of the times those places have some meat they have some garnish

left and you will have to be careful with that but the most important thing

to know is take the main plates first you create a platform for yourself and

then you can stack everything else on the plate that stays next to your hand

and all the side dishes and the silverware

everything goes here in those two if you don't have the plates like that if

everybody has order chicken parmesan or fried chicken or something like that and

those are the plates that you do have on the table, it's the same way where you

just go like that and you go like that and then all those small plates empty

plates go here everything that you can stack here is stacked here because that's

as close to your shoulder and you can carry more weight like that

if you stuck it here on this plate it's going to be 3 times more heavy and

you're not gonna make it so everything goes here it's easier to

carry and all the small plates and the silverware goes in those two plates okay

pretty much that's all about there is, now of course you buss the tables with your

right hand the plates from the right side of the guest: Are you finished? - yes!

you take the plate go back you transfer to play to your left

the next guest and you don't have to ask no more once you ask the tables finish

and they say they're finished you just go ahead and collect all the plates. now

we're moving forward. so guys the other point about bussing plates from the table what

I'm watching is and it's important because it makes my job easier all the

tasks you know , those plates that have food on it like right now let's say

this is food here this is food here and there's some

potatoes left on this plate and this plate this guy ate everything so this is empty

and what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna take the food the plates that still have food

on it first and make my platform with this plates, okay, then I'm gonna go for

the empty plate to make this here so I don't have to bother with this

moving this food from one plane to another plate but of course when it's

like that and this plate is still with some food in it and you have

to stack it here you cannot leave it on the table anyway so you put here you take a knife

or a fork or whatever from the table and you just push it a little bit nice and

easy or if it's like that you can take it and

just move it and you have another empty plate and then you can keep stacking

everything else and if there is some little thing here you can do the same thing

you can take a fork or knife just take it and put it on the

other side. Of course I'm trying to avoid this moving food from one plate to

another that's why I always go first for the

plates that have some food on it and I use it for my platform then I don't have

to bother with moving food. It's not nice in front of the guests but we have to do it

because there's no other way and plus you're wasting time and this thing is

heavy and now it's weighting on my left hand and

I'm just really getting really tired and if you do it for this table and the next

table and the next table or the next table and all day long you will get tired guys.

so try to be quick and efficient and that's why I'm telling you always watch

who has something left in his plate, take it first and go and stack the empty plates

nice and easy and run to the kitchen. That's pretty much covers all the

basic stuff

lest start with the basics, in list you can see the ded showing multiple options, you can select one of them to see that menu with the key 0-9 enter and recall

because this OA are associated to the waypoint selected and show a new mark in the hud to make easier the final run to strike the target

the next menu in list is bingo (2), here there is no too much to say, you can manage the waypoint and you can set the bingo , when you want to get the warning of bingo/bingo as remainder of low fuel

you also can see the amount of fuel you have remaining, in BMS is 100% fiable, in real life is not so precise

all planes by design can not use all the fuel loaded due structural barriers as the same happen to measure the total fuel always are something is statistical

you can set any value for bingo and betty will say the bingo warning one you get below that fuel

sometimes you can use as a reminder you have your external fuel tanks empty and then in flight change the bingo again to a more proper value

the next one is the VIP, vip to target, you can activate this using the 0, and previos next for the waypoint is what values

you can change the same elevation, the range heading and the units feet kilometers ....

remember always 6000 feet is a 1 nm

in list for the next menu, nav (4), you can see the status of the navigation and you can manage the waypoint from here also

this info is not useful in bms, but in real life give to the pilot a feedback of the fiability of the system ins and GPS also the key status to get that military GPS information and how long that keys are useful

the GPS coordinates can be manipulated as desired by USA and with those key you will get the good coordinates, in that way the enemy will not be able to use the GPS system against you

you have other page to use a filter in 3 modes

that filer compare the ins and gps signals to know the state of the systems

the zerozide is to delete all the sensible info

and the reset gps cal be initialized by the pilot anytime, or the plane, but only one,

for example when you perform a rampstart inside a shelter you can not get good gps info, the plane when detect more than 5 knots of speed in ground reset the gps system in order to restart the gps info, satellites position and status

the pilot can manually do the same in ground or in flight with the same purpose get again good data

the menu MAN (5), is more useful , is for the cannon, you can manage waypoints, and you can change the wingspan, if for the cannon funnel mode, to get the dimensions for each plane in that mode and shoot without radar assistance
