Question: "Was Jesus born on December 25th?

Is December 25th Jesus' birthday?"

In this video I'll answer those questions from a biblical perspective.

Afterwards, I'll share some helpful resources, so stick around until the end.

Speculation as to the time of Jesus' birth dates back to the 3rd century, when Hyppolytus

claimed that Jesus was born on December 25.

The earliest mention of some sort of observance on that date is in the Philoclian Calendar,

representing Roman practice, of the year 336.

Later, John Chrysostom favored the same date of birth.

Cyril of Jerusalem had access to the original Roman birth census, which also documented

that Jesus was born on the 25th of December.

The date eventually became the officially recognized date for Christmas in part because

it coincided with the pagan festivals celebrating Saturnalia and the winter solstice.

The church thereby offered people a Christian alternative to the pagan festivities and eventually

reinterpreted many of their symbols and actions in ways acceptable to

Christian faith and practice.

December 25 has become more and more acceptable as the birth date of Jesus.

However, some argue that the birth occurred in some other season, such as in the fall.

Followers of this theory claim that the Judean winters were too cold for shepherds to be

watching their flocks by night.

History proves otherwise, however, and we have historical evidence that unblemished

lambs for the Temple sacrifice were in fact kept in the fields near Bethlehem during

the winter months.

With that said, it is impossible to prove whether or not Jesus was born on December 25th.

And, ultimately, it does not matter.

The truth is we simply don't know the exact date of our Savior's birth.

In fact, we don't even know for sure the year in which He was born.

Scholars believe it was somewhere between 6 B.C. and 4 B.C.

One thing is clear: if God felt it was important for us to know the exact date of the Savior's

birth, He certainly would have told us in His Word.

The Gospel of Luke gives very specific details about the event, even down to what the baby

was wearing – "swaddling clothes"—and where he slept—"in a manger".

These details are important because they speak of His nature and character, meek and lowly.

But the exact date of His birth has no significance whatsoever, which may be why God chose

not to mention it.

The fact is that He was born, that He came into the world to atone for our sins, that

He was resurrected to eternal life, and that He's alive today.

This is what we should celebrate, as we are told in the Old Testament in such passages

as Zechariah 2:10: "'Shout and be glad, O Daughter of Zion.

For I am coming, and I will live among you,' declares the LORD."

Further, the angel that announced the birth to the shepherds brought "good news of great

joy that will be for all the people".

Surely here is the cause for celebration every day, not just once a year.

How to Have Limitless Faith with Kenneth and Gloria Copeland (Air Date 12-26-17) - Duration: 23:11.

IRETA WILLOUGHBY: I told my family, "Do not come in here.

You will not cry. We are not crying over this. There is not

going to be any emotion. I am standing on the

Word of God. I need your faith, and if you

can't, you cannot come over to the house."

(Singing) I know my God has made the way for

me. I know my God has made the way for me.

KENNETH: Hello, everybody. We're Kenneth and Gloria

Copeland. Welcome to the Believer's Voice

of Victory broadcast. Father, we thank You

today. GLORIA: Yes, Lord. KENNETH: We give You praise and

honor and glory. GLORIA: Thank You, Jesus. KENNETH: Thank You,

Lord Jesus, for being our Lord, for being our Savior, for being

everything-- GLORIA: Thank You, Lord. KENNETH: --to us. You are

everything. You are--oh, You are the alpha and the omega--

GLORIA: Yes. KENNETH: --beginning and the--omega, the

beginning and the ending, and all in between. And we praise

and-- GLORIA: Praise God. KENNETH: --we worship today in

that marvelous name-- GLORIA: Thank You. KENNETH: --Jesus.

GLORIA: Hallelujah. KENNETH: Amen. Gloria, you look ravishing

today-- GLORIA: Well, thank you, my dear. KENNETH: --as always,

my dear. GLORIA: I appreciate that. KENNETH: I tell you what,

it won't be but about, let's see, three and a half months

from now. GLORIA: What? KENNETH: On April the 13th. GLORIA: Oh.

KENNETH: Amen. GLORIA: How many years? KENNETH: 56 years.

GLORIA: 56 years with one woman. KENNETH: Yeah. GLORIA: Think

about it. KENNETH: Yeah! Amen. I'm looking for 56 more.

(Laughs) GLORIA: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. We're going to do

something special on our hundredth anniversary. KENNETH:

Oh, yeah. Yeah, it'll be special one way or the other. (Laughs)

GLORIA: Yes, it will. KENNETH: Hallelujah. This week, we're

going to be showing you some partner testimonies that

will--that will--testimonies inspire your faith. GLORIA: Yes,

they do. Glory to God. KENNETH: It--it's--I think I can say it

like this where, you know, spiritual things are sometimes

hard to put into words. But you hear a testimony, it seems like

you get bigger on the inside. And particularly when someone

points out exactly what they did and exactly what God said He'd

do and He did and you hear that and you think, "Oh, I can do

that. GLORIA: That's right. KENNETH: Amen. I tell you,

you're going to like this. I'm telling you you're going to like

this. GLORIA: Okay, I believe it. KENNETH: Watch this.

IRETA WILLOUGHBY: Well, it actually began in September of

last year. Actually, it'll be a year this month. And I was at

church getting ready to teach a prayer class, and I

just began to start hemorrhaging. So we

went to the emergency room and was there

actually all night long. They ran all sorts of tests on me.

And when the doctor came in about 5:00 that morning, the

look on her face, I knew something was wrong. We went the

next day to the gynecologist, and he did a biopsy on me, and

his words were, "Oh, it doesn't look like it is." You know, "I

think you've got endometriosis, and so we'll get back to you on

the biopsies." The following Wednesday night, I was preparing

for class again to teach, and I get this phone call about 6:00.

And he said, "This is--" the doctor--and he said, "I just

want you to know your biopsy report came back." And he said,

"It is cancer." JIM WILLOUGHBY: She called me that after--that

Wednesday afternoon when she got the report from the doctor. It

hit me, and I'm like, "Nope. Now wait a minute. That's not the

report we're supposed to get." IRETA: And some of my staff was

still in the office, so I called them in, and I said, "I need you

guys to pray over me. We need to speak the Word, because this is

what my doctor just told me." And in that conversation with my

doctor, he had said, "I have a spot open. You need a complete

hysterectomy." So I went ahead and went into the hospital and

had the surgery done, and he took out 16 lymph nodes, and

said that he felt like he got it all. I was very weak. I could

hardly walk. I couldn't make it up the stairs to our bedroom, so

I stayed downstairs in my recliner, right in front of the

TV. And I told my husband, "I want a CD player right beside

me. I want the Word--I want to listen to the Word, Gloria's

Healing School, Brother Copeland teaching on healing." And there

was a CD that just ministered to me so much. It was Len Mink

singing and Brother Copeland and Gloria reading scripture in

between each worship course. I played that probably five to six

times a day. I told my family, I said-- JIM: And she about wore

out the CD player. IRETA: I did I have to get another one

actually. I told my family, "Do not come in here. You will not

cry. We are not crying over this. There is not going to be

any emotion. I am standing on the Word of God. I need your

faith, and if you can't, you cannot come over to the house."

So I had the TV on with Brother Copeland's program on there, and

I put in Gloria's CDs, DVD players. And I just played the

Word nonstop. So we went back to do a followup a week and a half

later, and the doctor said, "Well, the report's come in, and

three of the lymph nodes have come back positive." And I got

kind of mad, and I thought, "No. I'm gonna fight. I'm gonna fight

this thing." And he said, "I want you to do chemo for six to

eight weeks and radiation for six to eight weeks. I've already

set up your appointment, and I want you to go." We get in the

car, and I said, "I'm not doing it." I just knew in my spirit I

was not to do it. JIM: BVOVN was on 24/7. The CDs were going

24/7. And, you know, I saw that Word going into her and building

her up and strengthening her faith. So when that report came,

we were ready for it. IRETA: God spoke to my heart to make a list

of healing scriptures, so he typed me up a whole list of

healing scriptures. Every day, I spoke those over my--over

myself. I would declare those and say, "Okay, this is my

medicine. I'm taking my medicine today. And, Lord, in Your Word

is life, and that life is living inside of me as I speak it over

me." When we went back to him, his first words were, "Well I

notice here you didn't go--" JIM: Yeah. IRETA: "--to the

oncologist." And I-- JIM: And I think he said, "Are you going

to?" or something like that. IRETA: "Are you going to go?"

And I said, "No. We have chosen--I have chosen to get

healthy." And he looks at us, and he says, "Well, that's

really probably the best thing to do." The surgeon wanted me

to, every three to six months, do followup. So he did another

CAT scan on me. And he said, "I just want to make sure." And I

said, "Everything's going to be fine. It's--I know I'm fine. I

know I'm healed." And he says, "Well, in your lungs and your

chest, no, we didn't find anything." So he said, "But we

did find a lymph node that has grown and enlarged." And I

thought, "You lying devil." JIM: I said, "Did you see any

tumors?" "Well, no." I go, "Do you see any lesions?" "No." "So

what makes you think the cancer's come back?" "Well, one

lymph node has increased 9 millimeters." And I'm thinking,

"Well, that's not even a quarter of an inch, and it's only one

lymph node." And so immediately, we contacted her naturopathic

doctor, and he said, "Send me the biopsy, send me the

pathology, send me the CAT scan. Let me see it all." So we sent

it to him, and--and he said, "They took 16 lymph nodes out of

your system. Your lymphatic system is all jacked up." He

said, "Why they would tell you you have cancer," he says, "what

I'm reading on the--on the CT scan and on the--the lab work,"

he says, "I don't see anything. And looking at your blood," he

says, "life is in the blood." And I'm like, "Yep. That's what

the Scripture says." And he says, "Your blood is

healthy--her blood is healthy." He says, "This is just a minor

little thing. We can take care of this." In fact, our last

visit, he looked at the blood, he said, "This is not the blood

of a cancer patient. This blood is too healthy." And he said, "I

can tell you, staking my license on it, that you don't have any

cancer in your body because your blood is too healthy." IRETA: As

long as I am healthy and take care of this body that God has

blessed me with, then I can speak the Word. With long life

will He satisfy me and show me my--His salvation. But I can't

speak that Word and it work if I'm not

doing anything to make it happen.

KENNETH: Now, that's why the Lord had us put

Believer's Voice of Victory Network on 24 hours a day,

Gloria. GLORIA: That's right. KENNETH: "Faith cometh by

hearing, and hearing by the Word of God." Think about it like

this: Faith cometh by hearing and hearing and hearing and

hearing and hearing and hearing and hearing and hearing and

hearing and hearing. GLORIA: That's right. We can testify to

that. KENNETH: And it comes--did you know that there are certain

animals, fish, that if they would--if they could increase

the amount of food that they eat, they would just continue to

keep growing? It--they don't have a--they're limited to what

they can eat, not the mouth that they can grow. Faith is that

way. You just keep feeding it, it'll just keep growing, keep--

GLORIA: Yes. KENNETH: There's no limit to it. It's God faith! Are

you listening? The limit is mixing it with some other kind

of mess. Hey, this is what I was talking about yesterday. This is

why Jesus went to hell. This is why He was raised from the dead,

so that He could say right there in Mark 11:22, "Have faith

in--have the faith of God. For verily I say unto you,

Whosoever--" GLORIA: That's me. KENNETH: "--shall say unto this

mountain, Be thou removed, be thou cast into the sea; shall

not doubt in his heart, believe those things which he says come

to pass; he'll have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto

you, What soever thing you desire, when you pray--" GLORIA:

Yes, I believe that. KENNETH: "--believe you receive them, and

you shall have them. And when you stand praying, forgive, if

you have ought against any." GLORIA: Thank You. KENNETH: Hey,

and, "Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God."

GLORIA: That's right. KENNETH: It don't come by hearing the

Word of God about once a week. Who was it that said--I believe

it was F.F. Bosworth. Anyway, one of our old heroes said, "You

wonder why you're so weak in faith? You feed your body three

hot meals a day and your spirit one cold snack a week." (Laughs)

Amen. But that's true because Jesus-- GLORIA: That's the way

it is a lot of times. KENNETH: --said, "Man doesn't live by

bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth

of God." Amen. GLORIA: Amen. KENNETH: And I'm sitting here

thinking of LeShea McKinney's testimony, same thing. She had

30 days to live. She went into it night and day. She didn't

mess with anything else. She came out of the end of 30 days

totally, completely healed. GLORIA: Praise God. KENNETH:

Amen. GLORIA: Glory to God. KENNETH: Isn't that glorious?

GLORIA: Yes. KENNETH: Watch this one. ADEBISI ILORI: My name is

Adebisi Ilori. I'm from Nigeria. I live in Kano. It's in the

northern part of Nigeria. And so I work in the church as a

pastor. I'm a pastor in the church, in charge of the youth,

in charge of training. And I oversee one of our campuses in

the capital of the country. But I have my law firm, and I'm in

full-time legal practice as a lawyer to my clients, my cases

and everything. Now, was it last year, in particular, the country

went through a lot of problems. And oil prices fell, maybe--I

believe it was a fall. And Nigeria is a very oil-dependent

economy. We rely on the oil resources. And when they say,

"falling oil prices," it tends to affect everybody. And so we

had a new government come in. They were grappling with the

corruption of the previous administration, and everything

was in a mess in the country. There was no money. Things were

tough, no government contracts, no--businesses were failing. And

everybody had a tale of woe. And it was true, if you look at the

natural, everything was down. Businesses were shutting down,

and people were finding it very hard to make a living. But you

know, it's always funny--but it's not funny because, you

know, when the Word comes into you, it comes into your heart,

and it stays there. And when it's in, it's like, because it

has been deposited in your heart, the Holy Spirit is able

to bring it up when it's needed. And what came up in my heart was

what Brother Copeland said, not to that--not to--not last year.

But he said many years ago, but I took it for last year, is,

"Don't join the recession." And so I decided, "Look, I'm not

going to join in this recession. I'm a partner of a ministry

that's very prosperous and doesn't live by natural

resources." And so I decided, "Look, no matter what's

happening in Nigeria, I'm going to live above the economy of

Nigeria." And I began to sow more. I decided to make sure I

fulfilled my--increased my giving to the LXCX projects. I

increased my giving last year. I started giving more at the

beginning of the year. We didn't know the year was going to turn

out that bad. But God had put it on my heart to increase my

giving, increase my giving. Eventually, I paid off all my

pledges for the--for the projects. And all of a sudden,

what God did for me was amazing. Some of my clients, who were not

based in Nigeria, they're based in Europe, all of a sudden had a

problem in Nigeria, in Kamipotskola. And it was like,

"Well, we have a lawyer in Kano, and he knows what to do." And

amazingly, when they ask, "What's your bill?" they say,

"Anything he wants. Just pay him." And so it turned out that,

last year, even though there was a crisis in the nation, was one

of my best years ever because my income was no longer tied to the

economy of the nation, it was tied to the kingdom of God. And

God ensured that I was living far beyond what the economy

could produce. God made sure that all my needs were met,

everything I wanted, not only the things I needed, but the

things I wanted! Everything was done; took me to another level

financially. Last year, I remember, when we were having

the conference, Brother Creflo had said something about "Where

you are here resting, God will be walking for you." That word

was so in me. As we were in the convention, the clients had

called me. They wanted me to do something for them in Nigeria. I

was here in the convention. I just called one of my staff in

the office, "Do this." They did it within 15 minutes, they sent

me the report, I sent it to my client. Before I got back from

the convention, I had over $30,000 waiting for me in my

account. And I--I believe that's God. And that's when you give

attention to God's Word and you allow God's Word into your

heart, it doesn't matter what's happening to a nation or to an

economy. When it's in the kingdom of God, we're in Christ,

and God will take care of His people. So you know that there

was a crisis in the nation, an economy crisis, because of the

Word of God that had prepared my heart and the faith through the

teachings of Brother Kenneth and Sister Gloria, and I had that,

that had made such a change, a climate change in me, I was able

to ride that wave to move to another level in my life. It was

like my mind was expand--expanded. There were

some things that, you know, were difficult to believe God for,

they now became easy. My expectations, the realization of

the possibilities of the life I can live in Christ, what is

available for me that is not going to be determined by where

I live geographically or my location, but by who I am in

Christ Jesus and what Christ has provided for me. And that

message works wherever. I stay in Kano. It's maybe not even on

the map and maybe not known by many people. But that Word has

worked for me in the deserts of Nigeria producing upon us,

producing wealth, producing a life of freedom and liberty and

joy and peace. So I'd like to encourage everybody to get to

the Word, stay with the Word, and allow the Word of God to

transform them. KENNETH: What'd he say, Gloria? He said, "I live

in a place you probably never heard of." And he said, "But it

worked for me--" GLORIA: Yes. KENNETH: "--because I know what

belongs to me in Christ." He said, "Get with the Word. Get

into the Word." He said, "The Word worked for me in Africa."

He said--in other words, you can say it like this: "If it worked

for me where I am, it'll work for you where you are--" GLORIA:

Yeah. KENNETH: "--because God's no respecter of persons." He

said, "Get in the Word. Get with the Word and let the Word work."

So you notice here it was the Word of God. It was the Word of

God that healed Ireta. It was the Word of God that transformed

Brother Adebisi's--his finances right in the middle of a

recession. And he had the best year he'd ever had in his life.

GLORIA: Praise God. KENNETH: But I'm--another thing I want you to

notice, in both cases, Ireta got--and her family--I want to

point this out to you. She wouldn't even let her own

children come over there and cry and mess around without--no, no.

"If you can't stay in the Word of God and you can't stay on--in

faith, don't even come over here and see me." Now, you have to

get real with this. And--thank You, Lord. It's back to total

immersion in that Word. Faith came. Faith always comes. It

always comes. There's no such thing as faith that doesn't

come. They both--in both cases, got in the Word. And both of

them began to go crosswise and they cut across what everybody

else does. They didn't go the same route as everybody else.

GLORIA: That's right. KENNETH: Ireta said, "No, no, no, we've

got it in our hearts. I'm not going--I'm not going to go take

that medicine." Now, she didn't get healed because she refused

the medicine. That's foolishness. The--you--it was

the Word that was working. And it came up on the inside of her.

She knew in her spirit she didn't need that. GLORIA: She

had medicine-- KENNETH: Yeah, yeah-- GLORIA: --good medicine.

KENNETH: --God's medicine. GLORIA: That's right. KENNETH:

In fact, he quoted that, that it was--she did, too, that it was

her medicine. All right, now here's a lawyer, an attorney,

that instead of doing what everybody else is going to do

and draw back in the recession, he increased his sowing. He

increased his giving. He comes to the United States and gets

into the Believers' Convention. He is there. He is in it. He is

doing what God's telling him to do, and God prospered him while

he was here by $30,000. GLORIA: Praise God. KENNETH: Amen.

Hallelujah. GLORIA: That's good. KENNETH: Isn't that just

wonderfully good? GLORIA: Stay with the Word. KENNETH: It's

just-- GLORIA: Stay with the Word. KENNETH: --oh, my

goodness. Now, faith-- GLORIA: You can't--you cannot stay in

faith without staying with the Word. KENNETH: No, no, because

here it is: "Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word

of God." GLORIA: Yes, that's right. KENNETH: Faith cometh by

hearing, and hearing and hearing and hearing and hearing and

hearing and hearing and hearing and hearing and then adhering,

adhering, hearing and adhering-- GLORIA: Adhering? Yeah, that's

good. KENNETH: --hearing and adhering. GLORIA: Doing, acting

on it. KENNETH: Yeah, doing what--doing what the Word is

leading you to do. And you just stay in it and stay in it and

stay in it and stay in it. And you just lock out everything

else. And it's coming. GLORIA: That's right. KENNETH: You can't

feel it coming. Huh-uh, no. It comes automatically. Now, I'm

not talking about religious tradition. I'm talking about--

GLORIA: Yeah. KENNETH: --the Word of faith. I'm talking about

the Word itself. I'm talking about going to the words of

Jesus and believing them, praise God, the Word of faith and the

Word of deliverance, the Word of healing and the financial

outpouring of God in your life. Hallelujah. GLORIA: Amen.

KENNETH: Amen. GLORIA: That's how we got out of debt. KENNETH:

Yeah, and stayed out. GLORIA: Stayed with the Word. KENNETH:

And stayed out. GLORIA: Stayed with the Word. KENNETH: Oh,

Lord, we didn't--it was--well, another thing, Gloria, that we

never did do--and, in fact, we closed the door and burnt the

bridge right at the very beginning when we did anything,

and way behind on everything, $24,000 behind. And that was in

1967, so figure out the exchange and the inflation. GLORIA:

44,000, maybe. KENNETH: Well, it was--24,000 then-- GLORIA: It

was then. KENNETH: --would be up somewhere around 5-, $600,000,

now, in today's money. GLORIA: Yeah. KENNETH: And all of it bad

debt. But we took communion and we sat before God and we laid it

out before Him. "Number one, we will never ask anybody for a

place to preach. Number two, we will never, ever preach based on

a financial arrangement. And number three, we will never ask

anybody to meet our needs." Now, we receive offering and so

forth. I mean, that's scriptural. But to call somebody

and say, "You're going to have to help me out here, brother.

You're going to have to help me, all right? You know, I've got to

have several thousand dollars here because they're--" you

know? No, no, no. Well, what do you-- "They're going to come get

my car." Well, let them come get it. GLORIA: You need a new car

anyway. (Laughs) KENNETH: Hallelujah. You're going to have

to make a stand, take a stand, and stand therefore having done

all to stand, stand. They said, "What if I die? What do I do

then?" You know Jesus? "Yeah." Well, the other side of that's

stunning, brother. (Laughs) I mean, take your stand!

Hallelujah. We'll be back in just a moment.

ANNOUNCER: We hope you enjoyed today's teaching from Kenneth

Copeland Ministries. And remember Jesus is Lord.

Bee Token Ico Review | What is The Bee Token with Anthony Darvill - Duration: 10:00.

everyone is new here today we're looking at the bee token so the future of Home

Sharing 0% Commission decentralized Home Sharing Network the protocols so pretty

much an air B&B but in crypto or primitive crypto so about B we are a

seasoned team of former employees from Google Facebook Boober and similarly

imaging the sharing economy it's the other way of building Venus in the B

protocols or if you botch Ain so bee nest Venus is a home sharing platform

for hosts toast their homes and for guests to find accommodations bee nest

reward users with network incentives Commission free transactions and suit

security unrivaled in the home sharing industry so the beam protocols the big

protocols are set of etherium smart contracts providing developers the tools

to rapidly launch new decentralized applications while utilizing industry

proven being protocol developers can't expect faster development cycles reduced

integration costs an existing user base that we hope to be taken be taken to

crypto currency that fuels the bee nest platform and the bee protocols says

preacher so they've got a teaser so I said zero Commission's tea centralized

platform eliminates the rule in among incentives otitis distributed through

priests out in Osseo security bank level security through blockchain technology

and trust transparent practices with immutable feedback so they roadmap at

the moment obviously this is Q for 2017 so I've got that white paper complete

yes and then private I'll protest on test nets so cure to q1 q2 2018 so they

had Venus alpha live in San Francisco launch B protocols and test on the test

net quarter 3 record for 2018 launch B protocols on maintenance on board to 4d

EPS on the protocol between on n span up to

five us seas violent Indy Epps on be protocol and by

2020 Plus and beyond target London Korea Singapore's have been taking thing as a

gold standard of sharing protocol so it's pretty interesting

so obviously can read the white paper guys I mean so this obviously this side

rail automation of be tailored so you know you'll do a job betokened calm yeah

they get the white papers about twenty nine pages long so it's the future of

decentralized sharing economy superb bike obviously I see twenty secure

payment system that allows to a dedicated p2p and fear entities to send

receive money that gets held in veto goes until successful exchange all

services between the two in into you so in other words your payment you'll be

paying with the theory and obviously will you know I'm so the beats hoping so

that's obviously how they can get the Commission's a lot cheaper than

obviously Airbnb so this is your table client speak white paper I'm not really

sure this whole life over obviously solar might do a model for the team so

lower transaction fees centralized home sharing platforms rely miles with

intermediaries to conduct their transactions each intermarry and the

cost that hosting guests end up paying for in these centralized platforms

transaction fees can range from 10 to 20 percent broken down as follows

so obviously platform these three to fifty percent financial institution fees

three percent foreign transaction fees three percent cash conversion fees one

percent some Shuman their princess let's see what they've got just a fee so

they're talking a feeling the fees there is obviously a baby just huge fees as

you're know top of saw something screwed eagerly and have a look

I kinda said sorry I was just not I can't find it as it's on here pretty

sure their fees are where he's actually all right where's table so he did it

anyway so it's like 2% it please so there is B's it's like a 2% feed set on

a 12 % yeah that's how it worked out just trying to grow it was to do things

on I became remember it was so anyway instead like every base on top of sell

some light there there can do it like two percent so it's really saving 10%

obviously it can't even the Omegas there's no not panic fear obviously a

pain we give tokens and that's how they get a Capuchin you are like the fees

down for it okay wriggles and roadmap so pictures not my some reason so obviously

those like there's no links but they're easy just click on the links to drop in

chair obviously Co pendency I formally to move up to treat forward passion

record those since 2012 some skater is LinkedIn profile have a look

I do due diligence every ICO it's a caravan there we know that so engineer

at uber tech lead on Floyd machine learning cyber security department also

participate rewind the Nuba application entirely with engineering grandeur

engineer jib jib Brothers Studios so pretty well specialized tiny trance ER

that's Chuck banner in CTO from engineer at uber not I guess release Cosma senior

scheme you a quick rundown obviously you have to your own due diligence doors as

usual organizers San Francisco Bay fishing

really made made-up software ginger engineered uber software development

consultant independent contractor San Francisco Bay Area

pazzo data engineer San Francisco area so that makes sense that they launching

the first test in San Francisco anyway so all right so 13 guys and advisors are

Richard Mayer was the co-founder seokwon steam which is I need to speak released

a month ago another good ice and only good Laurie

listen yeah so that's another one to watch out more obviously the other thing

that this is sales are starting to 31st of January so each time obviously

they're looking at a two-week we know 500 million supplier Tigers that's

pretty good honestly it's real estate and the only

I'm not worried but like team's good then you haven't listened to their Tiger

price now I'm assuming they're not doing so it's closer to the start of the

pre-sale so yeah I'd be I'm not I'm not again I'm not a no I'm not a yes or no

on this one it just depends I think it's a great idea and I think it just depends

on how they're gonna go up against Airbnb as obviously it's established but

everybody needs a massive market so I can see this on go all right definitely

but how much that I can't you know be for starters yeah that's that's what I'm

up to so and pains amidst it's their roadmap that's it comes down to is the

roadmap this is the mate yeah this is the main how this chest goes in San

Francisco and you know here we go another thing is rates between nineteen

million say start expanding summer camp I got the C's anywhere so that's where

it comes to answer I think it's good but I mean to another price I'm talking so

you can't really say yes or no it comes down so it probably gets a bit

idea definitely wrong and it could be interesting I see her

again so obviously guys you can if you are interested in it and jump onto the

right list definitely to get news and hearing of it coming up laws the other

month ago they've be prepared for it obviously download the whitepaper and

have a good look through it I really go through it and obviously still do due

diligence on the rest of the team you know

and then I thought up with me Tony so I like it okay

it's got a good team from what I've seen so far and 500 million tokens that's

good supply if they get up to that or not it's a different story so I'll see

if it's still decent supply and then obviously you need all of those these

tokens obviously someone is soon so it's not from a worried about the supplier so

going supply and the price they're saying I'm are events across the pins

are the price that I can use that I could say well as it gets closer we'll

see how it goes so oh my god you've got my video give a thumbs up if you want

subscribe hit that subscribe button and yeah that's all I hope you then have a

good day there

The History of Christmas - Do Some Christmas Traditions Have Pagan Origins? | GotQuestions.org - Duration: 3:24.

Question: "Do some Christmas traditions have pagan origins?"

In this video I'll answer that question from a biblical perspective.

Afterwards, I'll share some helpful resources, so stick around until the end.

There is no doubt that some of what we now refer to as Christmas traditions can be traced

back, in some form, to pagan cultures and celebrations.

The ringing of bells, for example, is generally thought to have had its origin in the early

pagan winter celebration of ringing of bells to drive out evil spirits.

In later centuries, bells were rung on Christmas Eve to welcome in the spirit of Christmas

with joyful noise.

When Christians enjoy the beauty of a glorious bell choir ringing Christmas carols, we are

reminded of the coming of Jesus into the world, not the driving out of evil spirits.

Similarly, there was an early pagan tradition of lighting candles to drive away the forces

of cold and darkness.

However, is it likely that our hearts are drawn to those early pagans rather than rejoicing

in our Savior, the Light of the World as we light candles?

Of course not.

Nor is it likely that when I give gifts to my loved ones at Christmas, the gifts will

have less significance to either of us because some Druid somewhere in time offered a gift

to his goat as part of some pagan ritual.

No, we remember, as we should, the gifts given to the Christ-child by the Magi.

Jesus was the greatest gift ever given, and therefore His birth is worthy of celebration.

So obscure are the beginnings of many Christmas traditions that reference books and internet

sites contradict one another on the details.

Some of our most popular and beloved Christmas symbols are entirely Christian, and were never

part of any pagan religion anywhere.

At the same time, some Christmas traditions undoubtedly do have their origins in the pagan past.

What is important is not the origins of traditions, but their significance to us today as believers

in the Son of God.

December 25th was not mentioned in the biblical narrative as the day Jesus was born, and,

as such, we cannot be dogmatic about it one way or the other.

But even if the date is completely wrong, there is still the opportunity for thousands

of people who wouldn't go to church any other time of the year to go on Christmas

day and hear the gospel of Christ.

If you are fully convinced that you cannot, in good conscience, observe a particular Christmas

tradition, do not observe it.

If you are fully convinced that a particular tradition is too steeped in paganism to honor

God in any way, by all means forsake that tradition.

At the same time, if you are fully convinced that you can honor and worship God through

a particular tradition, honor and worship God!

For Christians, Christmas traditions can be an important part of the celebration of the

birth of our Savior, and they remind us of that momentous event that changed the world forever.

More importantly, they bring to mind the miracle of new birth He created in us when He came

into our hearts, saved us from our sins, and made us children of God by the shedding of

His blood on the Cross.

It is this amazing truth that enables us to say with the angels, "Glory to God in the

highest and on earth peace, good will toward men".

Early Puberty in Girls Linked with Depression / Antisocial Behavior in Adulthood - Duration: 2:40.

Several animal studies, and basically all of human experience have taught us that puberty

is a particularly difficult stage of life psychologically.

A new study appearing in the journal Pediatrics now suggests that early puberty in girls can

lead to depression and anti-social behavior well into adulthood, suggesting that the difficulties

of those teenage years are far from fleeting.

Researchers led by Dr. Jane Mendle at Cornell used data from the National Longitudinal Study

of Adolescent Health, a nationally representative survey study which ran from 1994 to 2008.

More than 10,000 girls, average age 16 years, were interviewed at the start of the study

and followed into their late 20's.

Over that span, they were asked about depressive and antisocial symptoms.

They also reported the date of their first period, which is a proxy for pubertal development.

The average girl reported the onset of menarche at around 12 years, but there was a wide distribution,

with about 10% of girls reporting a first period at age ten or younger.

The study showed that a younger age of menarche was associated with greater depressive symptoms

in the later teen years.

Perhaps more interestingly, it showed that younger age at menarche was associated with

more depressive symptoms even as the women approached 30 years of age.

In an elegant analysis, the authors went on to show that the driver of that elevated depression

rate in later adulthood was the depression in the teenage years.

In other words, girls who develop early are more likely to get depressed as teenagers,

and that depression may set the tone for decades to come.

Now there are some factors here that were unaccounted for, body weight being a major

one.

Overweight and obese girls go through puberty earlier, and body weight is a risk factor

for depression.

I asked Dr. Mendle about this potential confounder.

"We know that people treat girls who look very physically mature different from girls

who do not look physically mature and that is not purely attributable to weight.

We know that parents do it and we know that teachers do it.

There is also not any good evidence that weight would be influencing the antisocial and externalizing

behaviors that were seen".

Clinically, whether early puberty is a sign of other stressors or a cause of distress

in itself might not matter.

If early puberty is associated with depression, the implication is that pediatricians should

start screening for depression earlier in girls who develop earlier.

The United States Preventative Services Task Force currently recommends screening for depression

starting at age 12.

For some girls, an even earlier intervention may have long-lasting effects.

'The Sound of Music' star, Menzies-Urich dead|NVS News - Duration: 1:57.

'The Sound of Music' star, Menzies-Urich dead

Hollywood actress, Heather Menzies-Urich, best known for portraying Louisa von Trapp in the 1965 film "The Sound of Music" has passed on at the age of 68.

The actress died on Sunday night, December 24 in Frankford, Ontario.

According to her son, Ryan Urich, Menzies-Urich, had recently been diagnosed with cancer.

Urich said his mother died on Christmas Eve, surrounded by her children and family members.

"She was an actress, a ballerina and loved living her life to the fullest.

"She was not in any pain but, nearly four weeks after her diagnosis of terminal brain cancer, she had enough and took her last breath on this earth at 7:22 pm," he said.

Toronto born Menzies-Urich's first screen credit came in the TV series "The Farmer's Daughter" in 1964.

She was then cast as the third-oldest of the seven von Trapp children in "The Sound of Music.".
