Oliver Chittenden on Head Talks - Duration: 1:03.

- Head Talks was born out of my own crisis,

I realized aged 41 that there was no magic pill

and that actually with mental health

it's a combination of things

that lend themselves to being mentally well.

I wanted to create a digital resource

that had all the information in one place,

that wasn't just about medication and CBT,

but it had all sorts of people's experiences,

true stories and also different types of therapies,

both holistic and mainstream,

community activities

and examples of the ways people have been inspired

and recovered from all the various types of mental health.

So, I'm really adamant that this will be focused

at prevention and especially, at the young,

to the younger generations as well

and create as much education

in terms of the practical things we can do.

It's normally three, four or five things

that lend themselves to mental wellbeing.

South Korea and the world braces for next week's Trump and Xi meeting - Duration: 2:57.

The leaders of the two biggest economic powers will meet face-to-face for the first time

next week.

Donald Trump will host Xi Jinping for a two-day summit.

Kwon Jang-ho looks at what we can expect.

With geo-political, economic and security issues in the balance, anticipation is especially

high for the meeting between Donald Trump and Xi Jinping next week.

Topics likely on the table range from trade to the South China Sea security dispute...

and North Korea.

The U.S. has called for a new approach to Pyongyang's nuclear threat, but Washington

and Beijing fundamentally disagree -- the former suggesting stronger action and sanctions,

and the latter urging dialogue.

Still, there's some hope for a compromise.

China also agrees that there should be some measures of sanctions by the UN Security Council

but at the same time China thinks there should be attempts to open a dialogue.

So I think Trump would conditionally accept it, kind of hardening of sanctions, but if

some fruitful result comes out of the sanctions by way of Chinese extra efforts, maybe Trump

would possibly agree upon dialogue.

That outcome could depend on other discussions.

Some observers say Washington and Beijing could make progress on North Korea by compromising

on trade or the South China Sea dispute.

"If North Korea is on par or if less important than these other issues, then yes, North Korean

issues, you might see some compromises...

But I'm not at all certain that the North Korean security issue is really that low on

the agenda.

It is quite high, if not as important as the South China Sea maritime security issue, as

well as the trade issue.

So we'll have to wait and see how the two leaders come out on this question."

While South Korea relies heavily on trade with China,... it has a long standing security

partnership with the U.S., so it'll be hoping to avoid being put in a difficult situation.

Increasing tensions between China and the United States would mean that South Korea

may have to be in a position to choose between these two great powers and the regional rivalry

that they're having.

And if from South Korea's point of view, it's much better to not have to be coming out and

making that choice upfront.

"The two countries can cooperate very deeply, but also can clash on issues very hard, which

does not give any leeway in diplomatic issues for South Korea."

All eyes will turn to Florida next week, to see whether Trump and Xi play hard ball or

play nice.

Experts in Mexico unearth Ancient Maya statue depicting an 'Alie - Duration: 3:48.

Experts in Mexico unearth Ancient Maya statue depicting an Alien figure

Experts have unearthed a mysterious statue belonging to the ancient Maya civilization.

The curious artifact depicts an alien humanoid holding a human head.

The statue consists of a snake that seems to surround the figure of a small ALIEN

humanoid seen in a profile view holding a human head.

Notice the strange head and oval-shaped eyes.

Directors of the museum of XiutetelcoPuebla, Mexico have revealed the discovery of an

important archaeological piece belonging to the ancient Mayan culture, which inhabited

the area sometimes during 400 AD.

The controversial statue consists of a snake that surrounds the figure of a small

ALIEN humanoid seen in a profile view, holding a human head.

Notice the strange head and oval-shaped eyes.

The fascinating piece contains four inlays of mineral such as obsidian, turquoise, jade

and shell, and was found by public workers in the Maxtaloyan community in the upper

part of the mentioned municipalitywhile improvement works were being carried out.

According to El Sol de Puebla, the discovery is a fundamental sample of the Mayan culture

that for a long time inhabited the region, settling in the present day municipality,

leaving important vestiges.

Rafael Julin Montiel, in charge of the museum of Xiutetelco, said that since this

area is adjacent to the archaeological zone of Cantona, among other communities, more

pieces of this type could be found.

In the near futureand especially during construction worksexperts will monitor

the area in hopes of discovering similar artifacts and preventing damage to possible future discoveries.

Likewise, the director of the museum added that Maxtaloyan is home to a volcano, similar

to that of the community of Los Humeros in the municipality of Chignautla, which has

already erupted in the past, warning that there is danger of the volcano erupting and

burying an entire pre-Hispanic settlement.

Monitel concluded:At the moment, more than 5 thousand pieces have been discovered in

several points of this municipality.

All of them have been taken care of and are exhibited in the museum, which receives a

large number of visitors who are eager to learn more about the ancestral wealth that

Xiutetelco has.

Experts have not yet concluded what exactly the newly discovered figurine represents,

embodied in the ancient Mayan sculpture.

This has led to the emergence of several theories among those who have had a chance to see it

in person.

Some people undoubtedly see a classic gray alien that holds a human head while others

add that the serpent may symbolize an ancient reptilian deity.

Many would agree that the ancient statue clearly depicts a gray alienwith his elongated

head, and

oval shaped eyes.

we are going to meet one of the most famous chefs in the world

any one has Food Network channel

will recognize the chef we are going the meet today

he is famous, and I like him

how do you like me as Al Capone

I feel like a gangster

I'll make an offer you cannot refuse

Hello, good morning Geoffrey

Ahmad from Saudi Arabia

pleasure to meet you a few questions or

that i would like to ask you being a

judgment in Charlotte's if their

acceptance criteria in astronomy world

that we can use to judge any dishes at

any giving a patient or in single the

single biggest thing that I judge on

dishes delicious that you've done

something correct right it's delicious

if you go back for another if it's not

delicious mostly 99% at a time use the

lack of salt and pepper very simple

right to dry not enough salt, not enough peper

things just about encapsulate everything

now they can be too much spice it can be

overcooked but is that a salt pepper

then I went so a perfect piece of meat

cooked perfectly or perfect that's

perfect has that seasons right I mean

simply season its own weather will not

shine that's probably the basis of

everything ok so that's the base and

then after that there is no certain

criteria to judge or to critique in food

like from Asian countries or from

European countries of the course of your

life asian countries we love life is

very much well there's always balance

you know everybody had their own pocket

of spices I mean here is Dubai there is

amazing spices coriander, cumin

Sumak, Zaatar

the whole range of them

very similar to where I grow up in Armenia but when it's

balancing perfect you don't taste cumin you don't taste corinder

you taste the blend of that

blend is something perfect

sour fish sauce vinegar rice wine

missile if it's imbalance in case right

it's out of bounds polish fish sauce to

a sour too much sugar altima Sonia so

all that it's really the same apparatus

new painting so it's not because you put

one too much Samantha too much soy get

out of balance so every cuisine on

balance and I look for balance if you

are four weeks to open a restaurant in

the Emirates all consolidation what

would be that hero I see Minnie Minnie

the hero item well I was also open

anywhere here at means beautiful and

something my heritage amer me maybe a

beautiful state more meetings with

something like that to get we love steak

Karen's apartment so you reflect you at

all though why why would I wait that you

like traditional here on goose infusion

well I with my background it's pretty

much similar to hear right orient the

bucket of spice it in the bucket of

vegetables what what you there's some

things that variety food is different so

I would probably use my background with

the memorized come up with a fantastic

for spice are you familiar with soap

scripture i am not known about that at

all I first idea because we introduced

it without education what times we find

a shame response on the world related to

famous chefs such as yourself why can't

find it Chambliss from a chain mention

God we thank them so let's watch food

chains and while you do have a few

chests do have a Bobby Flay at Bobby

first out yet what 30

so through a few people coming up with

them but for the most part I think that

a lot of chefs don't do that they'll

probably do food products retail

products instead of restaurant chains I

stretching is a very hard day my very

heart well if it's hard to like get

going pics a lot of capital and if you

hit like if you'd like shake shack any

might use that Chef but I mean that hit

but that's one in a million you know is

there a reason for deviating shifts they

don't do that it's hard i agree with

that but they can be of some service in

the am but you're right i mean i think

you're right i mean i think companies do

it Kristen chefs with a name on it and

there's a lot of companies that have

chefs that are great chefs behind it but

they'll use their name so maybe I'll do

the first person what does yours Rogers

hoping on someone become a famous

them out of it it's a gala study up an

admirer or is it about it's about food

tasting science and I think that is the

first book that speaks about school daze

being in maybe in the world because

there is a science of criteria behind a

painting for coffee or wine for cheese

but there is no no criteria or no dice

behind they think food and restaurants

and how to evaluate in downtown to

judges I'm trying to put the first come

basis for the size

thank you very much for alleged to meet

Studio Straight Talk - Brendan Morawski on Clarity M Desktop Loudness Meter - Duration: 2:58.

Interview with Brendan Morawski on Clarity M Desktop Loudness Meter

It's there to help you, and not have to make you constantly

looking at it, so that when you do look at it,

the stuff is still there to tell you, what you need to know.

My name is Brendan Morawski.

I'm a recording engineer based out of New York City.

Some of the artists that I work with are Santigold, Rihanna, Alicia Keys,

Nicki Minaj and Beyoncé.

I recently won a Grammy for the work, that I did for Album of the Year,

for "1989" with Taylor Swift working with producer Jack Antonoff

on the song "Outside of the Woods".

A lot of the music that I work on, is hiphop and you can't always

definitively say that it's gonna make it to the mastering engineer,

so everything that I deliver, whether it's a full mix

or rough mix, it's very important to be delivering at a good level,

because it could end up on radio.

So, now having a meter, that I can depend on that's actually

letting me know how hard, I'm pushing my mix, is an extra level

of safety for me, and what that really translates into

is just freedom to feel creative and know that I have a support system

right to my left, and know "Oh! You're going overboard here" or

"Oh! You have some extra room to do this."

It's very important to be able to understand how your mix is working,

and to make sure, that it's gonna efficiently translate to

whatever you're working with.

And having such high quality metering right there, with the ability

to hook it up straight USB to my computer, it makes it very easy

for me to switch back and forth from my DAW to iTunes,

where I can reference material and then also go to my material

and go back and forth, and it's a very simple process for me.

The Radar meter for me, is a very interesting tool,

rather than only having VU or Peak metering, where I'm trying to

remember where it was, you know,

now I have 4 minutes on a radar to be able to say

"Oh! Pretty much if I solo the drums, it's as loud as the entire mix" or

"Oh! If I mute the bass, it's not loud any more."

And again; it's just enjoyable to not have to load a plug-in in my session,

and bog down my session, when now I have a dedicated

hardware unit to do all that work for me.

Having a physical meter while I'm working is for me just a level of freedom.

It's very enjoyable for me to know, that I have a dedicated screen for all these things.

Insane Beauty Standards Across Different Cultures! - Duration: 12:31.

Here are beauty standards from around the world!

10 - Surgical Bandages Where would you suspect to be the nose-job

capital of the world?

USA?

UK?

Western Europe?

Try Iran...

Yes, Iran!

As a nation, Iran has a very high level of image-consciousness in both men and women.

Yet the preferred method of showing this off is not only to undergo plastic surgery, but

make it as obvious as possible that you actually had plastic surgery!

The application of a surgical bandage across the nose is seen as a sign of high status.

It's displaying that the wearer has the finances to work up to a higher level of beauty.

Although after going under the knife a bandage is probably recommended, people with this

obsession will often wear the bandage for much longer than needed.

Can't afford a nose-job but want to make the same status?

Not a problem, as many simply buy themselves a surgical bandage and place it over their

nose anyway, regardless of whether they've had any work done or not.

9 - Metatah Bali is home to a very traditional beauty

technique known as Metatah, which roughly translates to teeth filing.

There is a very strong belief that to have or to see people with sharpened teeth is extremely

attractive.

To be seen with large, natural fang-like teeth symbolizes social wellbeing, spiritual wellbeing

and a serious appreciation for beauty.

Overall it's a symbol of self-confidence and form, a quality we're all told to express

in any social occasion….not that it always works, of course

It's also believed to be a ritual which is designed to rid the person's body and

mind of jealousy, sadistic ideas, and uncontrollable urges or anger.

The people of Bali associate teeth with similar issues as the seven deadly sins.

Which is why although the procedure can be simply carried out by dentists, it's often

performed as a glamorous ceremony where family and friends are invited to come and watch

the teeth filing take place.

8 - Scarification Where many think of tattooing as simply injecting

ink under the skin, Ethiopian and Sudanese tribes have been creating their own body-art

with permanent scars for thousands of generations.

Scarification, also known as self-scarring, is seen as an alluring feature on the body.

Self-scarring can be practiced absolutely anywhere on the body.

It's often first carried out during puberty as a symbol for coming of age.

Many choose to create an eye-catching pattern around the belly-button, but some decide to

go for the chest, arms, hands and even face.

Some even really go for it and cover themselves head to toe in these eye-catching scar patterns.

A simple straight-line scar as many of us familiarize simply won't do.

The designs and the results can be absolutely unbelievable.

Hours and hours of self-inflicted pain and hard work pays off with extremely detailed,

precise patterns and symbols.

The art is carried out on bare skin with a small blade for maximum detail.

Some go to such extremes that they can master the skill of completely re-shaping the skin,

giving a textured design.

This doesn't only represent sexuality, but also strength, maturity and discipline to

the rest of the tribe.

It's very unlikely it'd catch on in the western world but I'm gonna have to say the

results are quite spectacular.

7 - Skin Bleach While many of us thrive for a bronzed, sun

kissed tan throughout the year, much of Eastern Asia has a very different idea.

Pure, pale skin on women has been the desired appearance of many people in Asia.

1000s of years ago, royal maids known as Geishas in China, Thailand and Japan would have their

faces powdered and painted a brilliant white.

This was to represent purity and innocence to whomever they were serving or entertaining

With this long running tradition in mind, pale skin in this part of the world is still

extremely sought after.

The level of whiteness that ladies from Asia desire is often that of the traditional Geishas.

Thus, face bleach has become increasingly popular in the beauty market.

This is a recent trend in Chinese cosmetics.

A level of specially designed bleach is added to face creams and moisturizers which will

not only eventually pale and whiten the skin, but is also said to remove freckles and other

'imperfections' for a near resemblance of that world famous Geisha look.

6 - Double Eyelid Surgery The double eyelid surgery is a plastic surgery

that's extremely popular in Japan and South Korea.

The operations seem to be a result of the types of people being highly influenced by

the Japanese and South Korean pop-culture.

This practice is a cosmetic procedure which involves altering the shape of the eye and

the structure of the eyelid, making the eyes wider and bolder.

There are, of course, many people in Asia with natural double eyelids; however, single

eyelids are much more common in the eastern world.

Many girls who undergo this practice are often criticized for trying to 'stop looking Asian'.

Much of this is influenced by Japanese pop-idols and models; a majority of young women carry

this look in the hope that they'll seem more approachable to western pop-culture.

Plus, it's yet another status symbol demonstrating healthy living, as well as being a bold but

subliminal statement of "Oh look at me!

I'm on the road to gaining 'true' beauty".

5 - Long Necks Throughout Thailand and Myanmar - particularly

to those of the Kayan tribe on the Thai – Myanmar border - a long, slender, giraffe-like neck

is seen as a sign of regality and elegance in women.

Girls first start to wear rings when they are around 5 years old.

Over the years, the coil is replaced by a longer one and more turns are added.

The weight of the brass pushes the collar bone down and compresses the rib cage.

The neck itself is actually not lengthened; the appearance of a stretched neck is created

by the deformation of the clavicle.

As the years go by, more and more heavy, brass ring coils are added up the young girl's

neck until an incredible weight of up to 22 pounds of metal is coiled around the girl's

neck.

The 'long-neck women' of Thailand have become renowned throughout the world.

Because of their unusual appearance to different cultures, they often find themselves simply

being a human exhibit for western tourists.

The government of Myanmar began discouraging neck rings as it was trying to appear more

modern to the developed world.

Consequently, many women in Myanmar began breaking the tradition, though a few older

women and some of the younger girls in remote villages continued to wear rings.

In Thailand, the practice has gained popularity in recent years, because it draws tourists

who bring revenue to the tribe and to the local businessmen who run the villages and

collect an entry fee of 500 to 600 baht per person, which translates to around 20 us dollars.

4 - South Korean Male Vanity Men in South Korea are globally known for

their healthy skin.

They could potentially be some of the vainest, image conscious men in the planet.

Well, in Asia at least.

In many parts of the world, masculine beauty is classed with muscular tones and avoiding

many cosmetics which could be implied as products aimed at women.

But in South Korea, male vanity spins this theory right around...

Rather than aiming to be overly stocky or 'ripped', soft features with a particularly

slight muscle tone is the trend.

Sounds fairly rational so far, don't it?

But when it comes to facial vanity they take it slightly more seriously.

To appear youthful and active in South Korea is considered extremely attractive, so high

levels of makeup and facial cosmetics aimed at men have swamped the shelves.

Mascara, lipstick, and foundation are must have products for most men in the country,

and a lot of men take it extremely seriously.

But the male vanity doesn't stop there; men in South Korea are also very reliant on

plastic surgery, aiming for a smaller, pointier nose and wider eyes.

If this is pulled off successfully, you can end up a highly popular and attractive gentleman.

HMMMM INTERESTING!!!

3 - Ta Moko Ta Moko is an ancient traditional style of

facial tattoos.

New Zealand's Maori people regard this as a sacred art of personal beauty.

Originally, the artwork was applied to the face, often mainly the chin for women, by

chiseling the skin with a small, sharp, home-made chisel and a miniature mallet.

Traditionalists still fully stand by this method whereas some followers of the fashion

try to mimic the design by modern tattoo methods.

The skin indentations are styled in a particular pattern which are then filled with the dye.

The lips are also colored along with the face decorations.

In Maori tradition, men and women both use these unique tattoos to symbolize specific

statuses; For women, Ta Moko is used to imply strength

and fertility, as well as beauty and pride.

For men of the Maori tribe, it is in place to symbolize readiness for adult duties.

Each design is unique to the wearer, giving them their own definition for their design

and the flow of the pattern.

To look at now, you could easily think it was simply a modern day tattoo; but that just

goes to show how influential the Ta Moko is.

2 - Lip Plate The famous Lip Plate is considered a symbol

of extreme beauty in the Mursi tribe in Ethiopia.

It's also there to represent a desire to be accepted by a man of the tribe and to possibly

marry.

The women of the tribe wear their lip plate on a daily basis.

Once they reach puberty or their late teens, the process begins.

The Lip Plate is started by creating a small hole in the girl's lower lip with a small

stick or twig.

To leave a space for the plate to sit, often two of the lower teeth are also removed.

Yeaaaah that doesn't sound too fun.

Not really as simple or pain free as adding a little lip stick or something.

As time goes by, the hole is stretched to an amazing size, sometimes the same radius

as an average soup bowl .The largest lip plate recorded was in Ethiopia, measuring 23.4 in

in circumference and 7.6 in wide, in 2014.

The plate is often made of wood or clay and each decorated with a unique design.

The more eye-catching the plate, the more alluring and desirable the woman in question

will be seen.

This traditional act of vanity has been in practice within the tribe for many centuries.

Tragically, many of these women were kidnapped and put in exhibitions in many circuses in

the US in the late 19th century.

1 - Leblouh This one sounds more like a medieval form

of torture than a beauty procedure to many of us.

It's a bit like the super-skinny obsession in most western cultures but in complete reverse.

In Mauritius, obesity in women is seen as a status symbol and most likely to attract

a rich, successful husband.

Obesity represents wealth, healthy living and wholesomeness to the husband, displaying

to all that he can provide well and is successful in his job or in the bedroom.

Girls as young as 10 are sent away to 'fat farms' and are put under a strict practice

known as 'leblouh', which is basically intensive force feeding.

It is a very strict process in many fat farms.

Girls can sometimes even be beaten with canes or have their feet stamped if they refuse

to eat anymore.

The girls are force fed a diet of goat's milk, oily couscous and ground millet with

water, among other things.

Eventually their bodies expand and bulge out like beach balls.

All this in the hope that they will be able to wed a successful, handsome husband in the

future.

Thankfully, these fat-farms are now a dying breed, however, it IS still practiced in certain

areas of the world.

Here's what's next!

Game of Thrones Season 7 "Long Walk" Promo Explained - Duration: 4:20.

There's a new Game of Thrones Season 7 promo out now called Long Walk.

Let's have a quick look.

So the promo focusses on three main characters – Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen and Cersei

Lannister, who each walk and take their place at their respective seats of power – Jon

as King in the North in Winterfell, Cersei as Queen of Westeros on the Iron Throne, and

Dany at her seat on the island of Dragonstone – from there she hopes to invade and conquer

Westeros.

Dragonstone has a lot of history and symbolism for Dany and her family, the Targaryens.

Dany was born at Dragonstone, and centuries before, her great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandfather

Aegon the Conqueror left from Dragonstone to take Westeros and establish the Targaryen

dynasty – go watch that video.

So Dany is walking in the footsteps of her ancient ancestor, it's by the right of Aegon's

conquest that Dany means to claim her crown – though Cersei might have something to

say about that.

Cersei has walked too, she's been shamed and beaten down for her crimes, but this seems

to have only made her angrier, crueller, more dangerous.

After the deaths of her three children, Cersei has nothing to lose but her Throne – so

she won't easily let it go.

Jon Snow is also walking, which is impressive given the state he was in last season.

Jon has experienced death, felt the cold, and he knows about the real threat to Westeros.

He'll be using his power as King in the North to try to convince everyone to stop

with the political squabbling and to focus on the true enemy – cause when the candles

go out, and the eyes all close, a blue eye opens, an eye of the white walkers.

This particular eye looks like it belongs to a giant – look at the big nose – so

this might be Wun Wun, the giant who died at the Battle of the Bastards.

Looks like he's been raised as a zombie to fight for the walkers.

In the books, all sorts of creatures join the army of the dead – there's a zombie

bear, zombie birds , talk of dead things in the water . It seems that anything that can

die can become an undead servant of the walkers.

Some fans speculate we could see a zombie dragon – George Martin did write a book

called The Ice Dragon, after all.

Point is, the walkers are clearly set up as the main threat to Westeros this next season.

So this promo, the Long Walk evokes not only where the characters are going, but also where

they've been.

Jon, Dany and Cersei have each come a long way since Season One.

Jon Snow was a know-nothing naïve baby-faced bastard boy, not so long ago – but soon

became a battle-hardened leader of the Night's Watch.

He was a corpse for a bit but is now the King of all the North.

Dany was the political pawn of her crazy brother Viserys, but became the dragon queen of Meereen.

She was for a while a Dothraki captive, but is now a powerful conqueror.

Cersei started as a cruel capricious incest queen, and now she's, well, she's about

the same really, but she certainly is angrier, and now is the Queen of Westeros.

These three have all walked a long way.

They've each been brought low, but are now more experienced, mature, and powerful than

ever were before.

This is like the point in a video game where your character's fully levelled up, maxed

out, and ready to face the final boss – in this case white walkers, and winter, and the

night that never ends.

Thanks for watching.

– just press that bell button.

And thanks to the Patrons, including Sarun Pinyarat, Cole Handel Lane, Debby Lu, Molly

Manning, Tony Onodi, and nynke.

Cheers.

Table Tennis Training: Ma Long Forehand Loop Against Heavy Backspin - Duration: 3:37.

Welcome to the channel of coach EmRatThich.

This is the training video of Ma Long forehand loopkill the backspin ball from

a chopper.

The original footage is filmed by zzglily.

In the previous video, Ma Long practices his backhand attack against the

backspin ball of a chopper, but can't finish the point with his backhand.

However, it's not a problem for Ma Long when he uses the forehand to loop kill

this ball.

He has trained like that a thousand time.

Furthermore, the mechanism of the forehand attack is different from the

backhand attack.

The forehand topspin is much more powerful because there is no obstruction of

the body in the hitting direction.

Now look at the technique of Ma Long, you will understand it more.

Ma Long has dropped the racket very low, lower than the knee.

And then most of the power comes from his waist and the

legs.

As I explained in my previous videos "Power from the ground", you can clearly

see that Ma Long does the weight transfer from his right foot to his

left foot.

This action will lift the ball.

And then he rotates his waist to hit the ball forward.

This force will add the speed to the ball.

Sometimes, this action is called as a "follow through".

The more you rotate the waist, the more the ball goes

forward.

And the forearm is only a tool to transfer this 2 forces to the ball: "power from

the ground" to lift the ball, and waist rotation to hit the ball forward.

I have explained these concepts previously, today

you can see it clearer.

There is no chance for the chopper.

With this Chinese technique, you can loop kill the backspin ball more

powerfully, and much more consistently than just folding and lifting your

forearm around the elbow.

These techniques analysis are summarized on my official blog:

https://emratthich.blogspot.fr/ You should check a look on it.

See you, EmRatThich.
