Learn Spanish by Listening (Beginner): Uses of "Lo + adjectives" | Subs esp/eng - Duration: 8:28.You know Diego, the good thing
of Mextalki
is that we meet a lot of people
Yes, of course for example Andy
Do you remember Andy? Andy
We even made an interview
the bad thing is that we had a lot of mistakes in this one
True, let´s see the video
Well now we have another question
That´s right and well, the question here is
which is the rol of the internet?
Come on
We already talk about that
We are nervous, we are nervous
Ok it doesn´t matter
one. two, three
You f+ck*d me, because you haven´t asked me
That day you were really nervous
Yeah, I was pretty nervous
Hey Efra
sometimes when we do videos
the bad thing is that we have to repeat
scenes
many times
I know
I know, too many times.
The difficult thing is that an scene
goes well in the first try
Exactly
For example
when we interviewed Vero and Nahibí
about they trip to Cancun
That´s true
We repeated the intro a lot of times
Like 7
Let´s see it
Hey Mextalkers in this video
we will have some very special people
I had to say it
You had to say they are Nahibí and Vero
It´s already the fifth one
Those were a lot of scenes
Too many
Despite
of there´s not many people
who watch our videos
the only nice thing
is that we have a lot of fun doing them
Of course we have fun
actually I have fun
when you forget your lines
what do we do
I´m not the only one who forgets the dialogs
you forget them too
No, you are the only one
I have a video that proofs it
I want to see it
Let´s see it
My God I had a date with my girlfriend
Nope, again
my God, I had to see my girlfriend, forgot it completely
Ok I admit I got wrong, sorry sorry
Yes, that´s fine
hey, but you know that too
we have had very good experiences too
For example
when these girls of Colombia sent us their video
Oh yeah, besides they were really beautiful
Yes they were
The funniest things is that
they had mistakes too
You are right
let´s see it
We are Luiza and Daniela, We are from Colombia
We are Luiza and Daniela, We are from Colombia
and we are going to talk about relationships.
Fine, what do we say about relations?
I don´t know
These girls…
Hey Diego
it´s just that
sometimes
when you have all the good job
when you get someone to interview
a camera, the place
the worst thing is that you guys forgot to record the audio
Don´t say that
Like that video with the interview, that made Isa
Yes, that's what I meant
Let´s see it
That still makes me laugh a lot
I know
Becoming Serious
Do you remember that before starting with Mextalki?
we start to record horror videos?
ahh yes you are absolutely right
but those videos
They did not give
they were not terrifying, they were not laughing
but, i think
we must teach them the video
but I'm going to give you the freedom to narrate it
lets go see it
Ay ay, but what is that?
so what's up
What's that noise?
Oh what the fuck
Oh the hell I finished writing very fast
ok, ok
ok
look at this little girl
it was hard to lie here
well
I calm down, .
Dani, you're going to be okay.
Oh, but what is that
what is that?
And that wasn´t there
Let's see
the glasses
there it is
It has been a great year, and we want to thank you
That you have been with us in it
If you like our videos please share them
with other students, we want to reach more people
and also give or give us a like on Facebook
we would be very happy it would be our Christmas gift
new year, love and friendship birthday
of everything
Of children, I do not know
child's day
perfect thank you so much mextalkers
see you in the next video

Meet President Trump's Ms Fix It - Duration: 7:12.Meet President Trumps Ms. Fix-It
BY JORDAN FABIAN
Dina Powell is the Trump administrations Ms. Fix-It.
The deputy national security adviser for strategy, one of the few White House aides with extensive
experience in a past Republican administration, has taken on a large list of responsibilities
touching on foreign and domestic policy.
Besides serving as a deputy to national security adviser H.R. McMaster, Powell was asked by
senior adviser Jared Kushner, the presidents son-in-law, to serve in a new office tasked
with using private-sector ideas to overhaul the federal government.
Powell, who speaks Arabic and moved to the United States from Egypt at the age of 4,
is also advising President Trump and his daughter Ivanka on economic initiatives.
Her rising power has brought additional scrutiny on the 43-year-old, who has come under criticism
from some Trump loyalists and outside conservatives for her work at Goldman Sachs. Some accuse
her of being a Democrat in disguise.
Her boosters inside and outside the White House say such claims are laughable given
her years working for former President George W. Bushs administration and for congressional
Republicans, including former House Majority Leader Dick Armey (R-Texas).
I dont think she started life as a Trump person, but remember, she worked for Dick
Armey. She didnt start life as a left-winger, said former Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.),
an informal adviser to Trump. She was with us when we were getting some very conservative
things accomplished.
Powell spent the past decade in New York working at Goldman Sachs, where she led the banks
nonprofit foundation. She oversaw the 10,000 Women initiative, which provides mentoring
and networking opportunities for female entrepreneurs.
Her work caught the eye of Ivanka Trump, who cold-called her following the election to
discuss the program, according to a source familiar with the conversation.
Powell began informally advising the influential first daughter during the transition and was
hired by then-President-elect Trump in January to work on issues related to entrepreneurship,
small businesses and womens empowerment.
For Powell, who has two children, that continues to be a part of her portfolio. This week she
sat in on a roundtable meeting for female business owners hosted by Trump and Vice President
Pence.
As deputy national security adviser, Powell has been directly involved in preparations
for meetings between Trump and the leaders of Egypt, Jordan and China. Shes working
with McMaster on long-term strategy and helping lead the interagency process with Secretary
of State Rex Tillerson, Defense Secretary James Mattis and leaders of the intelligence
community.
At the age of 29, Powell succeeded Clay Johnson, a close confidant of Bush, to become the youngest
person ever to direct the presidential personnel office, which was tasked with identifying
hundreds of appointees and top staff members across the federal government.
She has get-it-done skills, said Johnson. That is exactly her strong suit. Shes
a doer.
She then served as assistant secretary of State for educational and cultural affairs
under Karen Hughes, who was Bushs head of public diplomacy.
Powells experience has made her stand out in a White House wracked by infighting that
has struggled to master the art of governing.
But it has also made her a target for conservatives who worry that Powell, working with Kushner,
Ivanka Trump and National Economic Council Director Gary Cohn, could push a softer White
House line on trade, Wall Street and climate change policy.
This is not who we voted for. The base voted for Trump and his policies. Not Gary
Cohns, not Dina Powells. Not the left wing of the Democratic Party. This is a Republican
White House, said one GOP operative on Wall Street.
No one is questioning their competence, the operative added. But there are a lot
of questions about whether they are trying to pull away from Trumps agenda.
Gingrich and others scoffed at the notion that Powell will pull Trump to the left.
Dina is a strong conservative, said Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), who has known Powell
for around five years. Ive come to rely on her for advice and insight. She has a wide
range of experience that few people in Washington have.
Former Bush officials credit Powells success to her willingness to offer unvarnished advice
to the president and senior officials on whom to hire and how to frame a message, while
backing it up with ample facts and figures.
They also say she has unrivaled people skills that have helped her form long-lasting connections
in the Capitol.
Margaret Spellings, who served as Bushs Domestic Policy Council director and later
as Education secretary, said she became friends with Powell sitting next to her at the daily
7 a.m. senior White House staff meeting.
When youre a young mother with children at 7 oclock, sometimes you have makeup
on sometimes you dont. Sometimes your hair is wet, sometimes it is not, said Spellings,
who is now president of the University of North Carolina system. We had a lot in
common keeping it all together while working, and I am a huge fan of hers. She is unique
in the way that she brings people together.
Powell traveled throughout the Middle East in her State Department role and has spoken
about her experience growing up in the Dallas area trying to balance her desire to blend
in among her American peers with her Egyptian heritage, instilled in her by her Coptic Christian
parents.
I so desperately wanted a turkey and cheese sandwich with potato chips, Powell told
The Washington Post in 2005. And instead I always got grape leaves and hummus and falafel,
not even in a cool brown paper bag. And now, of course, I appreciate so much that I did.
Powell will now be charged with helping to explain Trumps policies, including his
proposed ban on travelers from several Muslim-majority countries, to allies that have been shaken
by the presidents stances on issues such as trade and intelligence.
Spellings says that Powell, based on her experience with her, can be effective within the administration
and outside it.
The thing that makes Dina so effective is that she is not a credit-seeker, said
Spellings. She wants to get a result while elevating the principals. That is a skill
that can hold you in good stead in Washington. She can bring that kind of discipline, that
kind of skill to a new White House.

受傷或生病時是否要繼續鍛鍊? - Duration: 9:49.Hey guys.
Welcome to this week's Cobra Camp.
Originally, I wanted to continue posting routine videos.
Today was supposed to be chest and triceps.
But because of rainy weather I'll switch topics
So this week I want to share with you
all of my previous sports injuries.
Also, when hurt, have a cold or sick, what would I do,
will I still continue training
or take a break from working out.
So today, I want to share with everyone;
regarding injuries or sickness;
should you continue to workout.
If you like this video, remember...

Okay!
Let's begin today's discussion.
Actually, I hardly get injured.
In my whole life I've been injured probably two or three times.
The first was when I joined dragon boat
because..
not sure whether it was my posture or my technique
was incorrect but my left abdominal area got injured.
That time I considered it to be a serious injury.
Each time I took a breath
I'll be in great pain.
So much pain that I couldn't take it.
So that time I didn't even join the competition
because I was worried that it could get worse.
So that time I didn't continue training.
I took about one month's break,
refraining from doing any kind of training.
Apart from legs, I didn't do anything else
because exercises such as pull ups or abs
also...
push-ups, and other chest exercises
all have some abdominal involvement in that area
So at that time there was no way I could do
a lot of training.
So I for a month I probably only trained legs.
All other muscle groups rested for a month.
My first injury was that.
Also, when I was in dragon boat training
I injured my finger. These two fingers got injured.
But I don't consider that to be a serious injury.
This only affected me when I was doing my pull-up routine.
That time, I had already stopped for a whole month
so I couldn't wait for it to fully recover.
So I started back training with this injury.
Each time I went to train I just wrapped it up
then I did my pull-ups right away.
This probably caused my recovery to be alot slower
because that was hurting for probably 6 -7 months.
So, in hindsight I think I should have given it the chance to recover fully
but we all now the one thing people that love to workout hate
is to rest.
So I hurt myself for months
continuously re-injuring, giving myelf
no opportunity to fully recover
because I really couldn't wait.
So that's my second injury.
The first time, my abdominal injury I rested
But for my finger injury I didn't rest.
Also, there was my thigh injury
My left leg's inner thigh
that muscle was torn.
But it didn't have anything to do with training.
That was after I finished my leg workout
when I was stretching
I seemingly overdid my stretch
then I heard a tearing noise
just like as if you were to tear a paper
But that time I really thought
"Oh, I hope this isn't my muscle, I hope that's my pants"
but as soon as I stood upright, I knew that it wasn't my pants.
it was my inner thigh muscle that was torn.
So at that time I couldn't even walk
so I really couldn't continue training.
I probably rested for one week.
for one week I did no leg workouts.
I didn't ride my bicycle to school
I didn't do anything at all.
Then, when I went to see the doctor
they had me using some strange machine
you would apply something to the injured area
and the machine will release static
that made my muscle move continuously.
I didn't know whether it helped
but I thought it was helpful
because for about a week I used it,
and I didn't do any leg exercises.
Then after one week I was completely fine.
Completely recovered.
So what is my thought on this.
I think that if you're injured
if its a serious injury
its better to take a break
because if you don't rest you'll notice
the recovery process will be longer.
So the time when I tore my leg muscle
if I didn't rest that would have been one month,
two months, until it fully recovered.
So I think in that instance rest is the better choice.
But in the case of my finger
if you can stand it, and it doesn't affect
walking or cause other problems
I think you should continue to train.
But you need to find a way to work around that injury.
So you probably need to adjust your workouts,
change to exercises that won't cause further harm.
Then reduce your intensity a little
to give your muscles time to get better.
So if you have a serious injury
I think you must rest.
Also, at that time when I didn't train legs I did it this way
Also when I have a cold I will also rest
But I will also make up for those days.
So for example
that time when I didn't train legs
when I recovered, probably each week
I did one an additional day of the leg routine
then slowly add back in the missing days.
So when you have a cold you can also do this
So, you nornally train five days a week
but becaus you have a cold you rest two days
the following week you can do one make up day
then the next following week you do one more make up the second day.
So you can use this way maintain your physique
because rest is very important.
If you don't rest it will give rise to other problems
or make the recovery process longer.
So I believe that rest is a must.
Don't feel that if you rest you'll lose your muscle.
Actually, it won't be that fast.
Also, you can also makeup
So each week add one additional day
then slowly makeup for the missing days
If you miss three days then makeup over three weeks.
Each week do an extra day,
So I makeup to maintain my physique
So this is Cobra's experience.
You must rest.
But you can also makeup for it.
If this video was helpful
You can give a like
Share
And next week I'll continue posting routines
Next week will be chest and triceps.
Okay!
Goodluck everyone!

April Gardening Checklist - Duration: 4:44.Welcome back to our month to month
gardening check list. It's April and
there's a lot of work to do in the
garden, come on I'll show you what I'm
going to do. Make sure that your
irrigation is all set up in the
greenhouse before you either move your
starts out here or start them in the
greenhouse. If you haven't already
done it make sure and clean out your
greenhouse, we're going to get ready to
start our seeds. Make sure you have a
good supply of Agribon or frost blankets
on hand for those late frost that
usually come in April. April is
probably the last opportunity that
you'll have to start some of your hot
season vegetables like eggplant tomatoes
and peppers. Be sure and watch all of our
starting seeds videos at groworganic.com.
April's a month to make sure that
you take really good care of your
seedling trays and your starts. It's a
great opportunity to do the last little
bit of thinning before transplanting. As
soon as your seed starts have their
first real leaves you can add fertilizer.
I like the liquid kelp. Start of a batch of
the omega-3 chicken forage blend, your
chickens will love it and your eggs will
be full of omega-3s. Continue to direct
seed your cold weather crops such as
turnips, beets, radishes and carrots, as
well as the brassicas and cole crops.
Be sure and take care of your grapes
berries and vines. This is the time of
year where they're really going to start
pushing out some growth. Be sure and
check out all of our videos on caring
for and pruning all your berries and
vines. When t-shirt weather gets here you
can be sure that your compost pile is
starting to heat up. This is a time to
give it a great boost with the organic
Compost Maker. If you don't already have
a pile check out our organic composting
101 video. I always braid my daffodil
leaves in April after the flowers are
spent. All of the food is stored in the
leaves for the next growing season so
you don't want to cut them back. Braiding
them makes them look pretty. April is
also a great time to plant native plants.
I am planting a toyon down here by the
creek. April is a good time because we
should get some more rains. Be sure
clean up beneath your camellia bushes to
prevent blight, which is caused by a
fungus. It seems like in April my
clematis grows a foot a day. It's
important to keep on top of trellising
any of your vines and climbers to make
sure that they don't go crazy. April is a
super time to plant your tubers. If you
haven't planted potatoes before be sure
and check out our video, How to Plant
Potatoes. If you have one enemy in April
it's the weeds and we're going to go
ahead and weed around all of our fruit
trees. I have the weed mat down but of
course the weeds are pretty strong and
they sometimes grow right through it. So
we're going to take the weeds out, we're
going to flip the mat, we're going to
fertilize, we're going to put the mat
back down and we're going to move on to
the next tree. For more tips and tricks
on organic weed control please check out
our video, How to Control Weeds
Organically. I'm getting this area ready
to plant some wildflowers. I'm going to
plant native wildflowers and April is a
great month to do that, please check out
our video on How to Plant Wildflowers
and enjoy the beautiful blooms this
summer.
I have a mix of perennials and annuals
that's what I chose for my area. We've had
an awful lot of rain this spring and
when it rains on blossoms that's a real
issue for a lot of trees, it's the
perfect opportunity for funguses and
other diseases to enter into your fruit
trees. April is a great month for you to
do your research on products such as
Liquicop or Serenade. These products
can control funguses and other diseases.
Don't want worms in your apples this
summer, right now in April time to hang
out the codling moth lures. And most
importantly don't forget to enjoy your
garden in April and all the wonders of
spring. Tune in next month for what to do
in May, and grow organic for life!

Introducing the Silent Language Retreat 😶🔇🗣️🚫 - Duration: 2:33.(calming music)
- We all have dreams.
When Grumpy Cat was just a kitten,
she dreamed of being grumpy.
Dora the Explorer dreamed of exploring.
And I,
I dreamed of opening the world's first
Silent Language Retreat.
The Fluent in Three Months Silent Language Retreat
is more than just a really really expensive getaway.
It's the most revolutionary method
of language learning ever conceived.
It's based on the principle of learning to speak a language
through absolute silence.
Before becoming a cunning linguist,
I studied science and engineering,
and I based my curriculum
of my Silent Language Retreat
on sound scientific data.
The scientific theory of Schrodinger's Cat
proves that through the magic of quantum physics,
something can be true and false
at the same time.
So even when you're not speaking your target language,
you're speaking it.
Even when you're not fluent, you're fluent.
The power of fluency
is inside each of us.
Through a three month vow of absolute silence,
meditation, and quiet reflection,
we can all achieve fluency
without the need to interact with
a single native speaker of the target language.
When you don't speak,
you don't make mistakes.
There is nothing in the cosmos
that stifles learning
more than making mistakes.
With a three month vow of silence though,
you're guaranteed to make zero mistakes
in your target language
right from day one.
At my retreat,
there is no speaking,
no mistakes,
no exceptions.
At the end of just three months of no speaking
comes the miracle of fluency guaranteed.
- (speaking in a foreign language)

- It's the most fulfilling work
I've ever done.
