and it's definitely one of the animes that have touched me the most!

So,, I'm really going to miss it,, even with the continuation of Boruto,,

we won't have Naruto as a protagonist anymore after all,,

but let's keep on supporting the continuation!

7 tips to build endurance with the jump rope. For Beginners - Duration: 3:38.

The Jump rope is the boxers best friend, but I say that every swimmer needs this exercise

as much as they do.

Jumping rope a few minutes every day can increase your coordination rhythm and mental focus

It is a good warm up exercise.

There is no need to jump for very long periods of time; jumping rope rapidly increases your

blood flow.

It is also good to improve your breathing efficiency.

Being a rhythmic exercise, like swimming, will force you to coordinate your breathes

with the movements of the jump.

Having stated the main benefits, I will show you some tips on how to jump rope better.

You can read the benefits in more detail in the description of this video.

Now let's see some tips on how to learn to jump rope.

1- It is easier when the rope is the right length for you.

It should be at shoulder hight folded in half.

2- Grab it by the end of the handle and don't squeeze too tightly.

The wrists are going to act like a whip so have them loose while moving up and down.

3- You can start by jumping with the rope by your side.

This will help you start learning to coordinate without hitting yourself with the rope or

tripping over it.

Don't get use to this though because the sooner you start making mistakes the faster

you will learn.

Start jumping high and moving the arms slow.

Connect several jumps together and then start building up speed.

As you build up speed, start doing smaller jumps.

To the point where you no longer need to bend your knees and just use your calves to push

you up.

4- Look straight ahead watching as the rope passes.

Listen to the rope as it hits the floor, this will help you coordinate the next jump.

5- When the rope hits the floor you should reach the highest point of the jump.

6- Finally, just practice.

If you are patient and persistent your body will find ways to jump rope very fast and

consistently.

Remember that it is better to jump a 5 to 15 minutes every day or every other day, than

trying to become a master jumper in a 2 hour session and quit after.

Here are some tricks you can learn in order to build up your coordination, rythm and focus

even further.

If you want to buy a jump rope I will leave some links for you in the description.

You don't need the best rope in order to jump well.

Find one at a medium price that can help you learn faster and make it easier for you to

jump often.

After holding talks with Pyongyang,... Malaysian authorities have released the body of Kim

Jong-nam,... the murdered half brother of the North Korean leader.

The body is reportedly now in Beijing.

Also in the Chinese capital ...are two North Korean suspects implicated in the assassination...

who are expected to board a plane to Pyongyang soon.

Park Jong-hong reports.

The North Korean suspects are in Beijing waiting to board a plane bound for the North Korean

capital.

Hyun Gwang-song and Kim Uk-il as well as the body of Kim Jong-nam are heading back home

based on a deal reached between North Korea and Malaysia.

The Southeast Asian country announced on Thursday that it would release the body and allow the

North Koreans to depart in exchange for Pyongyang freeing nine Malaysians being held in the

North.

The agreement effectively ends the diplomatic row between the two countries.

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak said in a statement that the coroner approved the

move "following the completion of the autopsy on the deceased and receipt of a letter from

his family requesting the remains be returned to North Korea."

The North's state-run Korean Central News Agency also acknowledged that Malaysia had

agreed to facilitate the transfer of the body.

Kim Jong-nam, the half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un,... was assassinated at

Kuala Lumpur International Airport on February 13th.

Malaysian authorities say Kim died after two women smeared VX nerve agent on his face.

The North Korean leadership is widely suspected to have plotted the killing although Pyongyang

insists it was not involved.

Responding to the deal, a South Korean foreign ministry official, who didn't want to be named,

said there can be no doubt the North Korean regime's fingerprints are all over the killing.

He said this has been confirmed in light of the fact that the North Korean suspects are

wanted by Interpol.

Observers say the murder is now likely to go down as an unsolved case and the North

Korean suspects will walk free in their home country.

Interior secretary Trump�s border wall may be built in Mexico because �we won�t cede�

the Rio Grande

There is virtually no chance that President Donald Trump�s proposed wall along the U.S.-Mexico

border will be paid for by Mexico � despite his repeated campaign pledges � and now

the White House is signaling that the massive construction project may not even take place

inside U.S. territory.

Trump�s Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke made the media rounds this week to sell the president�s

efforts to roll back environmental protections.

The former Montana congressman promised a �very pro-Western� administration that

plans to relax protections for threatened jaguars, which live in northern Mexico and

parts of the U.S. Southwest, in order to build Trump�s border wall.

But Zinke, as admitted to energy and environmental outlet E&E News, Trump�s wall may even have

to be built on Mexican territory, not American territory, in accordance with the terrain

along the border.

�The border is complicated, as far as building a physical wall,� Zinke told E&E News�

Corbin Hiar.

�The Rio Grande, what side of the river are you going to put the wall?

We�re not going to put it on our side and cede the river to Mexico.

And we�re probably not going to put it in the middle of the river.�

According to international treaties signed between the U.S. and Mexico, the 1,200-mile

long Rio Grande is the official border between the two countries.

Zinke didn�t elaborate on how the wall would be built if it weren�t located on the U.S.

side of the Rio Grande or in the middle of the river.

His comments are the first from a Trump administration official to suggest that the U.S. should build

the wall on Mexican territory.

In an executive order on border security released in January, Trump called for �the immediate

construction of a physical wall on the southern border.� According to Trump�s order, ��southern

border� shall mean the contiguous land border between the United States and Mexico, including

all points of entry.

The massive construction project has been estimated to cost as much as $22 billion � more

than the $16 billion price tag that Trump often cited on the campaign trail.

The White House has already requested $999 million from Congress to build 48 miles of

the wall.

But at least one Republican in Congress has already shot down Trump�s chances of receiving

any financing from Congress in the spending bill that must be passed by April 28 in order

to avert a partial government shutdown.

U.S. Senate hearing focuses on Russian election-meddling - Duration: 1:42.

The U.S. Senate intelligence committee opened a hearing on Thursday which focused squarely

on Russia's alleged attempts at undermining last year's presidential election.

As the hearing opened, the committee's ranking Democratic senator Mark Warner said Russia

tried to hijack the US election through, what he called "propaganda on steroids".

He also said Kremlin operatives hacked into American institutions to steal and weaponize

information.

by electronically breaking into the headquarters of one of our parties and stealing vast amounts

of information.

Russian operatives also hacked e-mails to steal personal messages and other information

This stolen information was then weaponized."

But Russian President Vladimir Putin again flatly denied the allegations, describing

them as part of the U.S. domestic political struggle.

Committee chairman and Republican Richard Burr also pledged a thorough, independent

and non-partisan review of evidence potentially tying President Trump to Moscow.

The lawmakers also suggested Russian influence may have affected Britain's Brexit vote last

year, and warned that the Kremlin may target forthcoming elections in France and Germany.

As well as Thursday's hearing, the matter is also being investigated by the House Intelligence

Committee and the FBI.

Jeep Wrangler Westin HDX Drop Steps (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 4:25.

I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the Westin

HDX Drop Steps fitting all two-door and four-door 2007 and up JKs.

Today, we're gonna talk through the installation of these steps which is a very simple one-out-of-three-wrench

install.

Anybody can do this in their driveway in about an hour, but we'll talk more about the installation

in just a second.

We're also going to talk through the construction and a few of the features of these steps.

A side step will make it a lot easier for you and your passengers to get out of your

lifted or even stock height JK.

And this side step has a little bit of a different look than some of the others on the market.

This integrates a piece that goes all the way from wheel well to wheel well that helps

to cover up the slightly unfinished look of the drilled out pinch seam on your factory

JK, but it also integrates these steps with a non-slip stepping pad.

So this is really a dual purpose piece, but one of those purposes is not protection.

This is not going to be a piece that you can take off-road, drop the Jeep off of a ledge

onto this rocker, and have it protect the Jeep.

This will crush under the weight of the vehicle.

This is absolutely a step and a bit of a visual mod to cover that pinch seam but it is not

protection, and that's okay.

This isn't priced like protection.

This is priced like a step.

So if you're looking for a very clean step that covers that pinch seam that is a little

bit different from some of the other steps that are on the market that isn't a very old-school

round tubular side step, I think that this is going to be a pretty nice option.

This is going to be a steel side step that's covered in a textured black powder coat finish,

and as I said before, this does a really nice job of integrating the step with the piece

that's going to cover up that pinch seam that a lot of us don't like to see.

Right out of the factory, the pinch seam, in my opinion, looks a little bit unfinished.

It does have a few holes drilled in it and just doesn't give a very finished look to

the side of the Jeep.

So this upper section here will do a nice job of covering that pinch seam area while

the steps are very cleanly integrated into that top piece.

The way that these mount on the Jeep make them a very solid connection for a step but

again, these aren't going to offer protection.

And they do have a removable riveted stepping pad, and the rivets that are in there do give

you a lot of grip.

So even if you're getting into the Jeep on a day where your shoes are muddy or rainy,

or maybe there's some snow, you're still going to get a good grip.

This stepping pad is actually a separate piece from the rest of the step over top.

It's bolted on, and it is removable.

So if you wanted to, you could get a little bit creative and possibly color-match that

or color-change it if you wanted a bit of a different look.

As I said before, this is a one-out-of-three-wrench install that you can get done in your driveway

in right about an hour.

Westin includes both steps and all of the mounting hardware that you need.

Now, those mounting brackets are going to attach to that pinch seam and also the underside

of the tub regardless of what year or what body style of Jeep you have.

These are going to bolt right up without the need to drill or cut anything.

The first step of the install is actually attaching those brackets to the pinch seam

in the underside of the tub, and then it's a simple matter of bolting your step onto

that new bracket.

All you'll need is your traditional hand tools, and you can get this job done.

As I said, these aren't going to offer a lot of off-road protection, but that's okay because

these are priced like a step and not like armor.

Armor is usually going to be more expensive because it is going to be bulkier, beefier,

stronger, and if it does have a step built into it, it's not usually as useful of a step

as this is.

This is gonna give you a very useful step, and it's going to give you that aesthetic

mod of having a cleaner look from the profile view of the Jeep by covering up that pinch

seam, and that's gonna do it all for right around $400 which I think is a pretty good

price.

This is going to give you a unique look.

This isn't a piece that you can get from a lot of the other companies out there.

And if you like the look, I think it's well-built, easy to install, and overall, worth the cost.

So if you're looking for a unique side step that will also help to cover up that unfinished

pinch seam, I think this is going to be a fairly priced option.

So that's my review of the Westin HDX Drop Steps fitting all 2007 and up JKs that you

The Chinese Ministry of National Defense has warned South Korea that the ongoing THAAD

retaliation could get more serious.

This comes on the same day Seoul's parliament urged Beijing to put an end to such moves.

The Chinese Ministry of National Defense has warned South Korea that its opposition to

THAAD won't end with just words.

That was the response of spokesman Wu Qian at a regular briefing on Thursday when asked

about reports that components of the THAAD system have already arrived in South Korea

and that the system will be complete next month.

Wu said Beijing has expressed its views on the matter to Seoul several times and that

the reasons are clear.

He went on to note that China and Russia's militaries held joint missile defense simulations

last May, and said they would hold joint drills again this year.

But he didn't confirm whether this time they would involve actual troops and equipment.

Beijing sees THAAD as a threat... and has reacted with unofficial sanctions against

Korean businesses and entertainers.

The damage has been limited to the economy so far.

But a few days ago, a retired Chinese admiral took a more hard-line approach and urged his

country to make a surgical strike on the site where the anti-missile system will be deployed.

Seoul maintains that THAAD is purely to defend against North Korean missiles... but that's

not something China is yet willing to accept.

The story that has most

resonated with me since joining Colony

American Finance is related to one of

our borrowers that we have worked with

for several years who started out as a

small entrepreneurial borrower with a quarter

of a million dollar line of credit where

we required a twenty percent interest

reserve in order to mitigate any risks

that we felt they brought to the table

given their lack of experience at the

time that they came to us as a borrower.

They proved over and over the successive

years that we've been working with them

that they did have the experience and

could make a successful venture out of

acquiring properties here in Southern

California doing amazing rehab work on

those properties and then flipping them

out into the broader market. They are teed up

this week for approval for a 15

million-dollar revolving institutional

line of credit with us and so it's

really a great illustration of how a

borrower can come in and really grow

their business with the help of our line

of credit.

How to dominate the charts and alienate no one: Lessons from Drake�s �More Life�

Drake made history this week in what may have seemed like history making in a number of

ways. Following the release of �More Life,� a collection of songs he dubbed a mixtape,

Drake set the record for the most Hot 100 debuts in one week (21); the most simultaneously

charted Hot 100 titles in one week (24); the most charted titles among soloists in the

Hot 100�s history (154); and the most streaming equivalent albums sold (163,000, the equivalent

of 245.1 million song streams).

While impressive, Drake�s accomplishments come in a period ripe for record setting.

This month, Future became the first artist to have two albums debut at No. 1 on the Billboard

200 chart in successive weeks; Nicki Minaj gained the most total appearances on the Billboard

Hot 100 for a female artist; and Ed Sheeran set the record for the most Spotify streams

in a single week (besting a mark set by the Weeknd four months ago).

The music records set in 2017 will probably be looked back on the way major league hitting

records set in 1998 are viewed in hindsight � with an asterisk.

Are musicians cheating? Technically, no. And certainly not the way sluggers did in the

late 1990s. But they are gaming a system in flux.

In 2014 Billboard changed the rules governing its charts to incorporate streaming. Artists

could sell an album the old-fashioned way or they could accumulate �album sales�

via 1,500 song streams from streaming services such as Spotify, Tidal and Apple Music.

The rule change reflected modern listening habits, and it encouraged artists to rethink

their conception of an album and release strategy. Whereas in the CD era a fan might not have

bought two albums from the same artist in consecutive weeks, in the streaming era, a

time when all albums are accessible through subscription, one album begets momentum for

the next.

And then there is the case of Drake.

Drake�s record-setting performance is as much a testament to his savviness as to his

popularity or even his artistry. In almost every technical way �More Life� resembled

an album � the exception being that a physical copy hasn�t yet been released. But calling

�More Life� a playlist signaled how Drake conceived of the project (as a menagerie of

vibes and geographies rather than as a cohesive narrative) and how the listener was meant

to consume the project (fully, but casually). It gave Drake permission to pack the project

with 22 songs. On a traditional album that might have felt overwhelming and dense but,

in the context of a playlist, 22 songs is short and fun.

The genius of loading a project with a lot of songs � and especially a lot of songs

that are distinct, digestible and danceable � is that more songs means more to stream.

More high-profile names (Kanye, Young Thug, Quavo, Skepta) appear on �More Life� than

appear in an �Expendables� movie. And there�s a genre for everyone: grime, dancehall,

trap and vintage Drake. All of which makes it ironic that �More Life� has been showered

with critical praise.

The success of �More Life,� in a way, illuminates what a cynical project it was:

It was built to satisfy modern listening habits and modern success metrics. And yet, it does

both of those things brilliantly and has an ear on the pulse of the world. Gaming the

system doesn�t have to mean cheating the listener. Sometimes it�s just fun to watch

superstars hit home runs.
