today I'm going to ride just half of the day

I'm pretty weary.. going to do a lazy bikepark day

actually I wanted to ride in La Bresse but... no..

woke up at 10 o'clock that's way too late to drive over there

wet immediately

great...

starting to rain just when I'm going to ride

day 3... noon

my hands are weary...

everything was better yesterday...

not that much mud.. rained the whole night!

strange

I'm so slow right now

is there so much rolling resistance or am I just slow?

hm my brakes are a little bit jammed so I'm a bit slow right now

brake is blocked... I have to fix that!

my riding sucks because of the brake issue

finally some rain

brake is alright now but I'm stiff on the bike

not my day... yet

if I remember how it was flowing yesterday...

wanted to ride La Bresse but I'm glad I didn't - in this form it's no fun learning new tracks

my riding really sucks today...

track here is totally destroyed

I only saw nagarkot, and the video had a thumbnail of people dancing

and I was like huh dance in nagarkot?

when i saw Nagarkot, it reminded me of me being in Nepal, going with family,

going to nagarkot with my girlfriend, hold on

i didn't have any girlfriend that time, when I think of Nagarkot

it reminds me of a lot of things, girlfriend and boyfriend and married

couples and old couples, spending their romantic times, witnessing those

scenes, above the green hills in the sky you can see birds flapping, and those memories

gave me confidence and made me believe that I will see Nagarkot again

celebrating something! it's not even club dance,

drinking alcohol and dancing in a uncontrollable way, this is like an outdoor friendly gathering,

everyone palnned a get together so it's really

good to see that and especiallyin nagarkot and yeah that's it anyways

deeply release the glutes and the piriformis which are basically the

muscles that make up your buttocks releasing these will help relieve

symptoms such as lower back pain hip issues and even knee pain so stay tuned

so the first thing we're going to do to release the glutes is get stuck into

them with a ball this is a lacrosse ball you can use a spiky ball or a tennis

ball or whatever takes your fancy really so it's very simple you can do it just

on the floor or people who are suffering from chronic piriformis syndrome pain in

the glutes sciatica sometimes they even take the

ball and put it under there butt when they're in the car and they can kind of

get a position where it gives them relief but for the purpose of this video

I'm just going to show you how to do it on the floor so essentially you're just

trying to look for a tender point in your butt and then just hang out there

so you'll find various positions are more painful than others for example a

lot of people are going to have a lot of pain when they lie on this side and kind

of get like this the lateral aspect the side of the hip so you can see all these

points that I'm hitting are absolutely agonizing but that's the kind of pain

that you want to s eek out to your pain threshold and you will know if this is a

good pain or a bad pain but really there's not a lot of damage you can do

with a lacrosse ball now second to this I'm going to show you a stretch for the

piriformis muscle now this is vital in conditions such as sciatica and also

lower back pain and even knee pain so begin by lying on your back and place

your foot on top of the opposite knee and then just

grab the leg and relax down now from here I can feel a really strong stretch

through my hip and you can hang out here for a couple of minutes so the great

thing about using the ball to release the tension to begin with and then

stretching it is that you get kind of like the best of both worlds

First episode of Guru Nanak Dev ji ਗੁਰ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਗ Vaar 1, Pauri 24 of 49 ਪਹਿਲਾ ਬਾਬੇ ਪਾਯਾ ਬਖਸੁ ਦਰਿ, ਪਿਛੋ ਦੇ ਫਿਰਿ ਘਾਲਿ ਕਮਾਈ। First of all Baba Nanak obtained the gate of the grace (of Lord) and then He underwent and earned the rigorous discipline( of heart and mind). ਰੇਤੁ ਅਕੁ ਆਹਾਰੁ ਕਰਿ, ਰੋੜਾ ਕੀ ਗੁਰ ਕਰੀ ਵਿਛਾਈ। He fed himself with sand and swallow-wort and made stones his bedding i.e. he enjoyed poverty too. ਭਾਰੀ ਕਰੀ ਤਪਸਿਆ, ਵਡੇ ਭਾਗੁ ਹਰਿ ਸਿਉ ਬਣਿ ਆਈ। He offered hid full devotion and then he was fortunate to have proximity with God. ਬਾਬਾ ਪੈਧਾ ਸਚਖੰਡਿ, ਨਉ ਨਿਧਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਗਰੀਬੀ ਪਾਈ। Baba reached the region of truth wherefrom he received Nam, the storehouse of nine treasures and humility. ਬਾਬਾ ਦੇਖੈ ਧਿਆਨ ਧਰਿ, ਜਲਤੀ ਸਭਿ ਪ੍ਰਿਥਵੀ ਦਿਸਿ ਆਈ। In his meditation, Baba found the whole earth burning (with the fire of lust and anger). ਬਾਝਹੁ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੁਬਾਰ ਹੈ, ਹੈ ਹੈ ਕਰਦੀ ਸੁਣੀ ਲੁਕਾਈ। Without Guru there is utter darkness and he heard the cries of the common men. ਬਾਬੇ ਭੇਖ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਉਦਾਸੀ ਕੀ ਰੀਤਿ ਚਲਾਈ। To further understand the people, Guru Nanak donned robes in their manner and preached them to be detached (from the pleasure and pain). ਚੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਸੋਧਣਿ ਧਰਤਿ ਲੁਕਾਈ ॥੨੪॥ Thus he went out to depurate humanity on earth.
