Good morning, this is Kazuki Ujo

I'm a YouTuber, Artist and a manga assistant

Today I am doing pink makeup and pink coordination

Today I'm introducing snacks that you can eat while dieting

The book I referred to, is this one

Body transformation in Manga, by Yuki Yu

"Low carb diet"

I have been doing idol activities for long,

and after quitting and became a YouTuber, I gained 5kg

I was at a loss what to do, when I met this book

This is about cutting carbs

As I followed the instructions on this book, I lost 3kg

So I am introducing the snacks allowed during diet

Starting with this

boiled egg

Snacks are for when you are a bit hungry

and I would go to convini for it

This one has the yolk in a very soft texture

I bought at NEW DAYS

Although there are more any boiled eggs, the one from New Days are great

They are really good

Eating eggs do not make you fat, so I heard it's accepted.

and this one

splitting cheese

Cheese does look like it has lots of calories,

In the low carb diet, this cheese seems to be accepted

so I eat this when I'm hungry

and since you do not need to peel it like eggs, it's easy to eat

The next snack is this

Nuts

I heard the nuts are ok as well

I do feel that they have huge calories,

but in the low carb diet,

it seems food like butter is also accepted

so I have nuts in my bag to eat when I'm hungry

In the convini,there are other ones that are sweetened or look tasty,

but those have carbs inside so not ok

so these non salted, non oil nuts are good

The taste is good

It's good

The dieting snacks series

Kamu Kamu Konnaku

These seems to be....konjac

The flavors are oyster, beef, plum

having these tastes

The calories are really small

Konjac is also allowed in this diet

Since the amount isn't so much, it doesn't feel like you ate much

but the taste is really good that you feel like you are doing diet

This is smoked squid

You can smell the smoked aroma so it smells so good

This is beef taste

It tastes like beef even though it's a konjac so it's good

This is the plum taste konjac

This really tastes like a snack and good

It's good. I am only say good

The last one is Cheese dessert for sweet lovers

Nuts taste

Since nuts and cheese is allowed, I thought the combination will be allowed

This one actually has some carbs in it

When you want something heavy, this is it

This one really has the nuts taste and the cheese taste

so when you start eating, you cannot stop

I started this low carb diet two weeks ago,

and ate full but yet lost 3kg

but I have a long way to go, so I will do more

The pros of low carb diet is, you can eat to the full

but the cons are since I like Ramen a lot

Eating Ramen destroys it all

When I finish the diet

and go eat Ramen, that is not ok

so I will try to keep away Ramen

I will do some sports and go ahead on my diet

Spinal Twist - 4 Different Ways! - Duration: 3:40.

Dom McKay musculoskeletal therapists in this video I'm going to be showing you

four different methods to do a spinal twist

now spinal twists are fantastic for people with lower back pain stiffness

from sitting in a chair all day or from laboring and picking heavy things up all

day so as part of your morning routine you might want to include a spinal twist

if you're already doing some other mobilizations so there are so many

versions of the spinal twist we're going to start in the seated position and then

we'll move on to the floor so simply crossing your legs I want you to reach

across to the opposite knee and then just simply turn now you're attempting

to keep your spine as straight as you possibly can through so you're not kind

of leaning back and hunching here you're trying to sit upright with this idea of

the of the head being pulled at the top at this crown position pulled at the top

and straightened through the spine and then just simply turn there looking over

your shoulder you can use this back hands to brace yourself and assist with

the straight spine now the next seated position for the spinal twist is either

to have this leg out in front of you or just simply tucked in and then you cross

the foot over it the foot over that leg and now from this position we're going

to brace ourselves without arm keeping this hand on the ground straight spine

and looking over the shoulder now you'll feel quite a stretch in this in this hip

as well into the gluts there so that's a sort of an added bonus of this position

okay and now the lying positions for spinal twist so so many of them as well

but I'll demonstrate two for you so begin by lying on the ground with the

knees bent and the feet feet on the floor

what we're going to do is we're going to reposition our hips to the right so

positioning them to the right and then allow their knees to drop down to the

left so we've positioned our hips in a manner that is allowing our spine to be

as straight as possible and we're going to place the hands on the ground either

side of us and turn to the right side now you've start to feel a stretch all

the way through the lower back and then of course we would just simply reverse

the movement now this hand here can be palm down or palm up depending on what

you're trying to achieve with this spinal twist but generally palm down is

is going to increase the twist more now the next one I want you to do is to

straighten one leg and you can put your foot on top of your knee and then palms

down reposition the hips and then just roll to that one side you can place this

hand on the knee and actually increase the stretch that way so increasing the

rotation through the spine looking as far as you can in the opposite direction
