Energy Update Our Personal Rapture And Our Personal Revelations

We are in an adjustment time of the/our old world energies and very new energies

that came through with the Equinox.

As our life and world most certainly did and has changed!

Our personal rapture and then also with this our own personal revelations.

From the eclipse of the lions gate and onward with other energies that have come through

and now with the Solstice energies, the world and life we used to live and have is

no longer the same.

I mean really really not the same.

As the solstice energies came through, it brought through such a final end of the

old world energy.

That many turned into such negativity of the world is going to end and so on.

No one person is coming back to save usit is us saving ourselves of the Christ energy

within us!

No rapture as written in books, has occurred.

So much that was written in a certain book was twisted and changed and altered and is

full of fire and brimstone.

Fear, fear, fear!

And that fear was felt collectively in a very huge and new way recently from this.

As what transpires or occurs energetically in spirit in visions and messages are NEEDING

TO BE FELT, INTERPRETED AND EXPERIENCED IN THE HUMAN, LINKING TO SPIRIT.

Lets have a look at what has been coming through from Spirit to Soul in the

last 5 weeks leading up to this event in Real-Time:

18 Aug 17 ~ Deep Ancient Wound from first incarnation-Energy spilling to others

Pts 1&2.

Major transition of entering into a New Consciousness-of Spirit and Soul.

20 Aug 17~ Vision/Diagram of two earths that came from Spirit, shared from 6D Pt 1.

Newly discovering in a new way in linking our Spirit to our Soul.

21 Aug 17 Another Vision shared in a drawing of more that came of a Pre-Dawn Dawning Pt

2

22 Aug 17 ~ Pre-Dawn New Consciousness Pt 3.

Feeling two world of energy at once.

The old and the new.

24 Aug 17 ~ Pre-Dawn Energies Pt 4.

Upgrade-feeling a little haywire

25 Aug 17 ~ Pre-Dawn Dawning of a New Earth is finally here!

Pt 5.

We are simply not able to follow the/our old path of our lives that greatly altered

with the total solar eclipse energies of 21 August 17.

26 Aug 17 ~ We are currently in a Transition of a Pre-Dawn Dawning-of a New Earth Transition

-with a triple twist- Pt 6.

Coming home to our Sovereignty.

27 Aug 17 ~ Turning Point-Transition-Past Present Future Pt 7.

Future dark/old energy being shook up like a blanket of dirt being tossed up and particles

are floating not able to settle back down.

New 6D vision of this drawing in a picture.

29 Aug 17 As our NEW EARTH Dawning is rising, we are in the Pre-Dawn Transition

energies Pt 8.

Multiple high frequencies came through, head pressure felt.

Echos of we are in a time like the rapture that is written of in the bible.

30 Aug 17 ~ Letting Go to Move Forward.

Its like being in a hole for a very long time.

A hole we have been in for so very long, not only this lifetime but Past Ancient Times

as well.

2 Sep 17 ~ Feeling spacey while feeling in a hole at the same time.

Balancing the new upgrades/Pre-Dawn Dawning of a New Earth energies.

The above and below of finding a new balance.

4 Sep 17 ~ I am Dyingand I am not the only one.

Learning a new way.

Letting go to move forward.

In a new way we have not experienced before.

7 Sep 17 ~ The Dawning of a New You.

We are needing to put ourselves first in a way that we have not done before, not like

this.

Years worth of releasing of being a certain way for so long.

8 Sep 17 ~ LET GO of logic and trust your Feelings.

Yes we do need logic.

More like let go of coming from the head and coming from ones heart.

9 Sep 17 ~ The Tide has Turned-Pre-Birth.

Another big turning point for us all.

A real turning point of how one handled things = a Transition further along our paths/Souls

Divine Journeys.

10 Sep 17 ~ Collective Amplified Release/Purge/Healing.

Our planet is going through a Major Releaseso are you/we.

10 Sep 17 ~ Personal 6D Ascension Pioneer/Trailblazer update on current energies Pt 1.

Dream/vision shared of a very huge light web, in small sections was filled with tiny colourful

spiders.

Large Silver Scarab beetle climbing onto this web.

Pt 2 A continuation of this in that a fake web of fake old energy.

Fake as in no longer or not real for us here and now.

Pt 3 Going deeper.

Sliding door moments or Parallel timelines.

Pt 4 Faith and Gratitude.

No matter what we are experiencing, know we are always so loved and supportedit

is us needing to learn this within ourselves as well.

14 Sep 17 ~ Core Depression Releasing.

A new renewal and re-wiring.

Coming out in a deep depression in the human and humanity collectively.

Needing to be felt to be released.

15 Sep 17 ~ Here we go again, what is happening.

When energy arrives, how this transpires in the human, is not the same as what comes

through in Spirit.

17 Sep 17 ~ Vision/Dream of Light Gold Metallic ships have arrived in the Astrals.

17 Sep 17 ~ Two core foundations the Soul and the Spirit are being felt.

An overspill of being linked to not only the Divine within but we are also feeling

and clearing/processing for HUMANITY as well!.

19 Sep 17 ~ Pushing through our old stubbornness and resistance.

A few different processes, releasing, clearing, shifting going on in Spirit and Soul

and our link with both.

Waves/echos of the old presenting themselves SACRIFICING OURSELF FROM A PAST LIFE has

come up with this.

20 Sep 17 ~ NEW REVELATIONS-THE TIME HAS COME.

Rising over the lip of energies, the crest of the wave of Beyond.

Being put back together in a New Way.

Feeling broken from energies in both Spirit and Soul.

20 Sep 17 ~ Personal Sharing.

Be AWARE of Distractions of any kind of information or insight as to what is coming or what

things are going to be like.

21 Sep 17 ~ WTF.

Feeling tired, but cant rest, wanting to rest but unable to..energies peaking with

the old.

We are in a rapture collectively yet individually.

23 Sep 17 ~ Being Tested.

With the new we have just implemented or are implementing-by others of old (energy)

behavior.

Are we going to say the buck stops here or are we going to allow ourselves to be confused

or affected by someone elses energy.

24 Sep 17 ~ Massive Fear energy in the astrals/collectively/Taking Small Step Forward.

Be aware of this energy as it can/has seeped through to our energy and will elevate (fear)

of any current situation on we are in or going through.

Needing to protect in the Human AND in Spirit as well.

We need to push through in a positive way of what we are wanting/feeling to move

forward with, as guided by our Soul and Spirit, that we feel deeply, as part of our Souls

Divine Journey.

Any small step, no matter how one may feel it is a small one, is a step forward in pushing

through!

Read, feel and resonate to where you are currently at with what has been shared here.

As when was the last time your nurtured yourself, I mean really nurtured your Spirit AND

Soul.

And then there is the physical as well.

And the mental and emotional.

Taking time out to just simply honor yourself in ALL you have been going through

lately, especially.

Yes I know, we may have jobs or things we need to do in life, yet at the same time,

we can make a choice and a decision to be Spiritually Mindful that we ALSO NEED to include

within all of this, time out for ourselves.

It can be any small thing that we can do to honor and nurture as we are able to do this

in so many various ways.

I was out talking to someone the other day, at her place of employment, and this lady

(who I had met before and sort of knew) was sharing how she was having a bit of a rough

day and that she didnt cleanse or protect her energy that morning (this was just after

lunch) and it threw her right out and it was going to be a long day and had been already.

So you dont have 5 minutes to go to the ladies and go and do this now?

You do have a choice to do this you know and talk some control back of your energy and

this was said in a very lighthearted and fun way.

She laughed and said You were my mirror today, thank you and off she went to go

and do this.

Love and nurture YOUall that you have given and said to others you now need to give to

YOU.

You are amazing and so strong and so deserve this.

To own your Sovereignty!

As we are now birthing through a/our new baby within!

Ahh I jump ahead here lol as lets just read and feel this energy update of the last

5 weeks and take some time out within all of this and what we are each going through,

to allow us to nurture ourselves.

In Spirit and Soul and all other layers and levels within

this.

Tilly VS Fee INSANE $29K Flip! | S5 E24 Poker Night in America - Duration: 19:12.

- From the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas,

Nevada, this is Poker Night in America.

(vibrant music)

Hello, and welcome to Poker Night in America.

I'm Chris Hanson, spelled with an O and not an E,

and this is my friend/co-host, Joe Stapleton.

- You called me your friend.

- It said it on the screen, so I kind of read it.

But, I mean, most times I mean it.

- I can't believe all of this is written on the screen.

- Yeah, it's all there.

Well, let's continue day three, shall we, here in Las Vegas.

Let's go Ryan Fee, down 10,000,

but still a big stack in front of him at 24k.

- [Esther] I feel like when you get tipped sometimes,

then there has to be some sort of expectation of, like--

- I just felt so uncomfortable one night

when I was out with someone and the Uber driver,

and it was in the middle, and then not the tip.

It was just really weird.

So then if you go to (mumbles) and you look at the,

there's a whole, got so many people just waiting.

A lot of them just said, and they said

the tip is not included supposedly.

But I don't think that they expect it.

- [Chris] This is Ryan Fee.

Said he's got a lot of work to do,

and he's starting things off nicely with ace-king.

- 450.

- [Chris] Jennifer Tilly's got ace-Jack.

- [Joe] And she is three betting.

Ryan is in position with a hand that

is rarely gonna be dominated.

- [Chris] Here comes a little more.

We're up to 1,200.

- [Joe] And Jenn calls.

- Check.

- [Chris] So Ryan Fee and Jennifer Tilly heads up

in our first hand here tonight.

- [Joe] And like my roommate every time a floorboard

creaks has just checked in the dark.

Free turn card.

And Jenn improves on the turn,

but just enough to lose more money.

- [Esther] I love the outside area.

- [Chris] 1,400 is the bet from Jenn Tilly.

- [Cindy] Well, obviously, the guy holding

the sign, for 20 bucks, you can kick him in

the nuts as hard as you want.

Then there's some dude that--

- [Esther] How much do you think that guy makes?

- [Cindy] I don't know.

- [Chris] Fee raises to 3,000, so back to Tilly.

- [Esther] He's actually laughing at everyone

who comes up and kicks him and is laughing.

- [Joe] And speaking of getting kicked in the (whistles),

let's see how much more Jenn loses on this hand.

- Some guy was, like, 75 years old,

and he looked like he was a homeless person.

He probably was.

Big beard, long hair, and he did this huge dance routine.

It was absolutely phenomenal. (laughs)

I was like, oh my God.

- [Joe] It's almost as if Cindy has

never been to a city before.

Is she literally Cindy Brady?

- 7,000.

- [Chris] Holy cow, a rather sizable bet there.

A pot-sized bet from Ryan fee.

$7,000.

- I don't know what you could possibly have.

- [Joe] Ace-king?

- I guess ace-king is a possibility.

- [Joe] Jennifer Tilly once again finds herself

in a spot on Poker Night in America.

She is only winning this hand if he is bluffing,

and he is not.

And a fold from Jennifer Tilly.

- It's been way too long.

- [Chris] She says take this, I've got eight

chips to place out in front of you.

- Fold.

- [Joe] Action back around to Bryn Kenney.

And it looks like these two wackadoos are gonna

go to war with some really optimistic hands.

- No, no, no, let's just see a flop.

But my hand is so nice, I want you to see a flop.

- You talked me into doing it and then you don't feel bad.

What's happening?

- [Chris] And here's the flop brought

to you by Kimo Sabe Mezcal.

- Hopefully, that's my flop.

- [Joe] Definitely not your flop.

This flop is all E-Tay.

Oh, but she doesn't bet it.

Maybe wants to avoid getting raised by Bryn.

I would say it's hard to bet this,

but Bryn Kenney is magic and Esther's face genuinely says

I really, really, really, really hate this turn card.

- [Chris] Kenney bets 1,400.

- [Joe] And Taylor's probably gonna feel compelled to call.

I mean, she does have the best hand with king high.

Let's not forget that.

E-Tay will call.

- [Chris] All right, so let's get a little river action.

Do the dance, dealer.

Another ace comes on the river,

which is actually probably pretty good for Esther.

- [Joe] I'm not so sure.

Bryn is so, so, so, so good I'd be shocked if he

didn't realize he can win this with a bet.

He knows he has to bet because he pretty

much has got the bottom of his range.

Doesn't get much worse than 10 high on this board.

- [Chris] $6,500.

- [Joe] That is an overbet.

Exactly the kind of bet that says

king high is gonna be good sometimes.

I just wonder how often E-Tay

ever calls this with king high.

- [Chris] She is folding.

- [Joe] So hard to call.

Bryn Kenney is just the greatest.

- [Male Speaker] Four-three.

10 high.

- You bluffered her? - He's like Taco Bell.

So good, but you don't even know how.

- And then show, so mean.

- Welcome back to America night in poker town.

- You should really just let me handle these.

What do you say?

- Whatever you say, Hanson Chris.

- Amateur.

Poker Night is brought to you by Sit and Go 2.0.

Go to sitandgo20.net and claim your free

Sit and Go 2.0 strategy ebook.

- [Ryan] Oh no, oh no.

Rip wireless.

That's it.

- Wireless is gone? - That's it.

Yeah, they cut me off.

- [Joe] Well, that's what you get for trying

to stream all nine seasons of Sex and the City.

Don't ask me how I know there's nine seasons.

- [Ryan] I can't even join it, oh my God.

It might work. - You guys want to give me

my money back and I'll get out of the way?

Guys?

Want to give me my money back, I'll get out of the way?

- [Bryn] No, we want your money in there.

- I still got it. - It's like free money.

- They'll bet you off on the flop, and then battle.

- [Joe] Esther starts with the best hand,

flops the best hand.

Bryn's in a little bit of trouble here.

- All right, now I gotta try to win the pot

since I just lost that hundred.

- [Chris] Kenney bets 500.

Taylor calls.

- I knew I needed to get my money back.

I have no shot at this pot.

- [Chris] Bowker bows out.

- You can't get in the middle of something that's going on.

- [Chris] Here's the turn.

10 of clubs, so Kenney picks up some draws.

- I'm listening to you. - Yeah, are you?

(laughing)

- [Jennifer] I empathize.

- [Joe] So Bryn picks up a bunch of equity and fires again.

It seems like another pretty easy just call for Taylor.

Can't fold it, can't raise it,

can't roll it up and blaze it.

Sorry, Bryn.

And call she does.

- [Chris] One more card, let's see the river.

- [Joe] Aces up for E-Tay.

- [Jennifer] You're new.

OK, this is complicated, right?

- [Kyle] Ryan knows what it is.

- Vodka?

Gin, lime juice, not too much, and club soda, please.

- [Joe] Hey, if you can't flop gin,

you might as well drink it.

- And ice. - And ice, yes, and ice.

- [Jennifer] And no spit.

(laughing)

- [Joe] Oh, I love Jenn so much.

- [Chris] When you say you don't want spit in your drink,

does that actually tempt them to put--

- [Joe] Pretty much guarantees getting spit in your drink.

- [Chris] Doesn't it, yeah, I agree.

- [Joe] They're like, right away, ma'am.

Bing.

- [Chris] 7,000, the bet from Taylor.

- We're working with heavy machinery here.

- We're working hard. - Yeah.

- [Joe] I'd be shocked to see Bryn call this.

This bet's so big.

It's an overbet.

It might make him think he's getting bluffed.

But I still don't see him ever making this call.

- I don't think you're bluffing.

- [Chris] And Kenney does fold.

- [Joe] She's just too good.

- [Male Speaker] Are you guys friends?

You gonna be friends later? - Now we are.

- [Male Speaker] Yeah?

- Pocket eights and pocket nines.

So I've got, like, four bluffs there.

And then I've got all the combos with eight-nine straights.

- So I like overbetting. - Yeah, me too.

- [Esther] Because if you move all in,

I just fold 100% of the time, right?

- [Bryn] But that makes it brutal for overbetting

because if you bet 7,000, I've got a hand, like,

pocket eights or pocket nines I might move all in.

- Really? - Yeah,

because then it's very unlikely that you have eight-nine.

- [Esther] That would be sick, that would be sick

if I bet 7,000 (background noise drowns out speaker).

- [Bryn] Or eight-eight or nine-nine.

- [Chris] Bowker and Taylor both hit their queen.

- [Jennifer] Do you ever listen to Hamilton?

Such a good show.

- Why so little?

- It does seem very reasonable.

- I agree.

- You're gonna buy it on sale.

- [Joe] Richardson optimistically calling with bottom pair.

Jenn, it's pretty touch to be priced

in with eight high and no draw.

- [Chris] It's all in how you look at things.

- [Esther] I like doing that better than.

- [Joe] King on the turn and it's a spade.

That should be a scare card for just about everybody.

- [Bryn] Yeah, me too.

That's why I hate just call mucking

with a hand that only beats a bluff.

- [Joe] But, much like Joffrey Baratheon's agent,

Richardson, is gonna rep a king.

- [Bryn] Tried to get the higher end (mumbles) to fold.

- [Joe] There goes Bowker.

- [Chris] 1,500 is the bet over to E-Tay.

She calls.

- [Joe] Can she handle the heat of

another barrel on he river?

Can Alan bring the heat of another barrel on the river?

- [Kyle] I still have to work out today.

It's gonna be tough.

- [Jennifer] You know, I used to come down to Las Vegas

and I love it because I'd work out with All American Dave.

And then he started his food business.

Now he's never free to work me out.

I have to work myself out,

which means I don't get worked out.

- I made a workout bet with one of my friends,

and if we don't work out, we have to pay the other guy 500.

So it's gonna be painful to pay him 500,

so I gotta work out even if I'm drunk.

- [Chris] Stapes, you want to do a workout bet?

- [Joe] Nope.

Nice bet, Alan Richardson.

E-Tay folds the winner.

(upbeat music)

- Welcome back inside the Golden

Nugget on Poker Night in America.

Do you know where the bathrooms are?

- There's a sign right there.

- Oh, it's always the last place you look.

Poker Night in America brought to you by Kimo Sabe Mezcal.

- [Joe] Not one, but two straddles.

- [Bryn] I almost got to put an 800 on the button.

- [Jennifer] Oh really?

What?

- [Joe] Bryn's disappointed Jenn didn't triple

straddle so he couldn't quadruple.

- [Chris] Gamble, gamble.

Action is on Esther Taylor.

- Coming for the blind.

Is that six or.

That's seven.

- [Male Speaker] Who's in the booth, do you guys know?

- [Joe] His name's Chris Hanson, he's been doing

this for, like, 10 years.

- [Chris] Hey, thanks for noticing.

His name is Joe Stapleton.

He's been doing this for as long

as his beard has been growing.

- [Joe] It's been a solid five minutes.

- I got the message from a non-poker player

like, what are these kids doing? (laughs)

- [Joe] By the way, Fee's flopped a flush draw.

Taylor's got a pair, technically the best hand for now.

Fee's the favorite.

Lots out.

- [Chris] So he calls the $1,500 bet from Taylor.

The turn will sway things one way or the other,

and they go over towards Esther Taylor,

who now also picks up a flush draw.

- [Joe] Fee did not lose much equity, though.

He is double-gutted now in addition

to all of his other outs.

- [Chris] 1,600, the bet from Taylor.

- [Jennifer] That's so funny, that's so cute

that your mom is watching.

- [Kyle] Yeah, she loves it.

- [Chris] Shout out to Kyle Bowker's mom.

Thanks for watching Poker Night in America.

- When I first told her I was gonna play poker,

she didn't think it was a great idea.

- [Chris] In the history of mankind,

has there ever been parents who have said,

yes, you should quit whatever you're doing

right now and go play poker for a living?

- [Kyle] No, we're from upstate New York.

- [Joe] Fee gets there on the river.

Maybe E-Tay elects to turn her hand into a bluff here

instead of hoping and praying for a free showdown.

And that is exactly what happens.

At least the size of this bet makes

it so that Ryan probably can't raise.

It'd be real tough for him to get called by anything worse.

There's the just call.

Esther Taylor shows her pair of fours and they are no good.

- [Jennifer] Flush.

- [Joe] Seven-nine suited for Jenn Tilly lace

and a pretty face and a ponytail hanging down.

- [Bryn] Oh, so you mean you have something.

- What? - So you have something here.

- [Jennifer] I might and I might not.

You know, I might be attacking his straddle.

- We'll find out. - Yeah, let's find out.

(laughing)

- We're gonna find out. - You are so annoying.

How annoying is he? - I tried to stop him.

- [Kyle] I fold, I fold, I fold.

- [Chris] Looks like it's gonna be Tilly and Kenney.

- [Joe] Bryn's move with queen-six suited.

Kind of a baller move in position.

- [Bryn] I guess you do have something.

- [Jennifer] I check the flop.

- [Chris] And here is the flop brought

to you by Kimo Sabe Mezcal.

- [Joe] Top pair and a flush draw for Bryn Kenney.

If this flop were a dog, it would be brindle.

- [Chris] 1,400, the bet, and Tilly, of course, calls,

putting herself into another awkward position.

- [Joe] Well, there we go, now she picks up some outs.

Both players have flush draws.

Jenn's got a straight draw.

- Three.

- [Joe] Probably OK with getting a fold here,

but that's not happening.

Hey, Bryn, are those chips in stacks of 20 or...

- [Chris] All right, let's see what happens on the river.

It's an ace of hearts.

Nothing for Tilly.

- You win.

- That's good to hear.

- I'm in.

Oh, and the straight draw, too.

- Oh, you had the flush draw.

I guess I should've bet the turn.

I did bet the turn. - You did bet the turn.

(laughing)

- We played so good.

Why are you raking in the pot?

I guess I should've bet the river.

- That's the last hand, 1,600.

- 16?

- [Chris] Seat five, Cindy Kerslake came all the way from

Canada to Las Vegas to play on Poker Night in America.

- Oh my God, give me something.

- [Chris] That chair's not made of helium.

We don't need you to sit there and hold it down.

Let's play a hand.

- [Joe] Well, guess what, it's 1,500 bucks just for her

to see a flop because we are one, two, three,

four, five straddles into this.

Buh-bye, Cindy.

Smell you later.

- King-queen? - Against Alan.

- [Chris] All right, let's see who wants to call this.

I think this is definitely the indication that this must

be the final hand of the evening, I'm guessing.

- [Male Speaker] He was talking like he didn't

want me to cal, though.

- [Joe] His hand's got more straddling than the champagne

room and only slightly less money being lit on fire.

- Jenn, this is yours, you're winning this one.

- All right, I'm all in. - I knew that was coming.

- All of it, Ryan?

Going the Alan school of flipping?

- Alan school of I'm all in.

- [Alan] Let Alan have a peak.

- All right, I'm gonna give you one.

There you go, don't let him know.

- [Alan] Jenn, you want some help, look at my face.

- I call.

- Watch. - You call?

- [Joe] We are flipping for $29,000, y'all.

- Can we run it twice? - Oh God.

- We actually have to flip it over.

- [Jennifer] I don't have a very good one.

- Let's (bleep) go, Jenn. - It's a race.

(all talking)

- [Bryn] What, no, Jenn, no!

No!

You gotta go for blood.

- Go for what?

- Jenn, can I get a peek? - No, no peek.

- [Joe] We're gonna run it two times.

The winner of each run now will get half the pot.

(cheering loudly)

(all talking)

- [Bryn] I told you one time for the blood.

- You've been trying to get this kid all night.

- I know!

(cheering loudly)

You're so bad.

(all talking)

- [Joe] Half this pot goes to Ryan Fee.

Get ALL FACTION Gear in under an HOUR!!! - Duration: 3:56.

Hi Guardians welcome back for another video where I give you tips and tricks so you can

play this game as efficient and effective as possible.

Today I am going to show you how you can earn all your faction gear in under an hour.

With the latest update you can pledge to one of the Faction, Future War Cult, Dead Orbit

and New Monarchy and earn tokens by just playing the game.

Once you have 20 tokens you can trade them in for gear.

By the end of the week, the faction that has the most tokens gathered by all the guardians

will win and you will be able to buy one of their weapons for only one thousand glimmer

if you are pledged to the winning faction.

For those who didn't , the gun will cost fifty thousand glimmer.

But you can also just earn all of your faction gear in under an hour with the following method.

Remember that I said that you can earn tokens and trade them in for gear?

What we are going to do is farming those tokens and trade them in so you have all of the weapons

and gear from your faction.

For this farming method we are going to the lost sector on the rig on Titan.

Just follow my lead here, we will be heading towards the Cargo Bay lost sector that is

located on the left when you land on the rig.

Jump over the ledge to enter the building , and from here go down the stairs towards

the lost sector.

In the lost sector there will be 6 supplies that spawn on 8 different locations.

Shooting these supplies will give you a faction token.

So that is essentially the strategy here, we enter the lost sector, shoot the 6 supplies

to get 6 tokens , rinse and repeat.

To make it easier for you I have located all 8 possible locations of the supplies.

When you enter the room there might be one on the far left side wall, the second one

is at the far back left corner, number 3 is behind the container, the fourth one is all

the way in the middle at the back wall, Number 5 is in front of you and number 6 a bit further

away before the ledge, Number 7 is sticked against the left wall of the right container

hidden behind a box, and the last one is in the far right hand corner.

To make the run as efficient as possible I recommend to run any gun with Explosive rounds,

this will be able to 2 shot the supplies making your run much more efficient.

You can use the better devils hand cannon or the exotic Sunshot hand cannon, or use

the Blue scout rifle the Madrugada SR2, this has lightweight frame to move faster and explosive

rounds.

If you are using a hand cannon you should use this route where we shoot the supplies

in the following order, 5,7,6,3,1,2,4,8.

As you can see in the video first check the supply in front of you, then jump on the container

to check location 7 on the right 6 in front of you and 3 on your left, then make a left

and check spot number 1 , head to the back corner to check spot 2 make your way to the

middle back to check 4 and head over to the last spot number 8 to finish your run.

Afterwards head back to the middle and get yourself killed in order to respawn.

The most efficient run is to use the scout rifle, since it has lightweight which makes

you move faster and you can hit the supply from further away which means less time spent

on running.

The farming route is slightly different you start with 5 in front of you, head to the

right to check number 8 then head to the back and check 4, from this position you can check

number 3 and 1, then go to the back to check 2, and you will be ending with 7 and 6.

Rinse and repeat.

By doing so you can get enough tokens in an hour to get all the gear you want from your

faction, You can turn in a maximum of 600 tokens per character after that you will only

get shaders.

So that means you can get up to 30 legendary weapons or gear.

And this should be plenty enough to get all the faction gear.

Thanks you so much for watching this video.

I hope this helps you get the gear you want.

Subscribe if you want to see more content or watch my latest or recommended video in

the end screen.

As always I will see you in the next video guardians.

You Don't Need A Seat at the Table | #Blessed Eps. 1 - Duration: 1:58.

Have you ever asked yourself,

Jouelzy why is it slander to say have a seat

but is a goal to have a seat at the table?

Is that meta or just ridiculous?

What is this table,

why we all trying to sit there like the one table

with the cool kids

at the back of the cafeteria.

When did middle school strife become #goals.

I'm being slightly facetious

but I do want us to think about how we view

a popularly stated goal.

A lot of times we state that with no thought to what it actually means.

It sounds good and profound,

but often when we pick up sayings from others

we excuse ourselves

from defining what they mean for us.

Let's define what our seat at the table is.

Is the table something you ascend to?

Get your foot in the door?

Climb the ladder?

Not what you know but who you know?

Who owns the table?

Do you know you have the tools to create your own table?

Be the blessing and the resource to bring into your community?

When you look back at movements that shifted culture,

you'll find that they all started with you...

people finding each other,

working with each other.

They had similar goals and similar aspirations,

and they knew that the best way to get to where they were going

was to pull it out of themselves and use others to go get it together.

Let go of destination syndrome,

believing that you need to be somewhere different,

exactly in that moment to be successful.

Let go of aspiring towards being seated at tables that are dominated by the oppressor.

That were constructed to keep you and your kind out.

Know that no matter what your station in life, you are blessed and meant to be a blessing

for yourself and to others.

My voice and my words are what I am pulling out of myself as my blessing.

It's my leverage, what I use with confidence and push myself forward.

That's my blessing that I both use and share, come together with others in various stages

and forms, and level up.

The glow up is not a solo venture and it's not just about the seat.

Construct and own the table, I'm constructing my table and invite you all to take a seat,

because one of us ascending isn't enough, maintaining the same barriers and hurdles

doesn't allow for innovation to flourish and voices to be heard.

Find the blessing in you, use it, exploit it and then be that blessing to others.

10 TRICKS on DE_NUKE You Probably Didn't Know - Duration: 8:41.

Hey guys, NadeKing here.

In today's video you will see 10 tricks on De_Nuke you probably didn't know yet.

This is the last video in this video series, so make sure to watch those tricks for all

official maps and please hit the like button for those videos,

you will find them faster if you need them again and those likes will help me to produce

more quality content for you guys.

Btw if we collect 2000 likes for this video I will crouch on the hut.

Yep, just like this.

Now lets start and hopefully you will see something new for De_Nuke.

To begin with, I show you one sick pixeledge spot in secret.

This is rather a theorycraft position, but if you could get good spawns, force Ts

back with your nades, have yourself covered with some smokes you could try this spot out.

So let your teammate boost you and let him stand up under you.

Now jump and crouch plus hold your backwards key, which in my case is

"S".

It is hard, but possible to get stuck in this position and this angle rarely gets checked

tho, so if they do late secret push you could wait and backfire them to get some really

easy kills.

As you can see, from the enemy perspective it looks like this.

If you are not focused on this place.. you will probably not see that there is somebody

up there.

So supergeneral spot, altough it takes a bit practise to get there and they must play slow

outside round or you have to throw many good nades to force

them back and get to this awesome position.

Alright, now ramp.

You should know that with a casual boost, you could get up here.

But if you stay crouched in this corner there is higher chance that someone will spot you,

so when someone is pushing ramp you need to start taking battles right away.

On this same position, there is actually lower box, so if you crouch here and face downwards

you can do sneaky play and let some enemies past you and stand up and then get

some eazy peazy kills.

This is what it looks like from the enemy perspective again, if you are not focused

on this certain spot, it could easily work for you.

So, this is definitely something to try out and experiment with.

Let me now down below, did it worked for you or not?

T roof.

If you have time and you feel you could make a crazy play or just want some extra info

you could make a cool two man tower.

Ask for a boost right here.

Let your teammate under you stand up.

Break the glass and start jumping.

You can actually spot heaven from here.

So, if you see somebody you can tell it to your teammates, it may be valuable.

Also, if you feel crazy enough you could hit a jumping scout shot and even get a kill from

here.

It would be perfect way to start the round.

This is a great way to spend your time if you are playing a slow round.

Big garage roof.

If Ts are playing slow at outside you can do those jumps and get on this roof.

Now crouch and hug this wall.

Line yourself up with this thingy, so you cant really see it like this.

Now you are in a position, that you have a offangle to Silo, but enemies coming

from outside area can't really see you.

You can use this to your advantage, let them come closer and then jump out from here or

just wait here and tell the info to your teammates.

Choice is yours.

Again a really creative idea to play around, so just have fun with it.

Alright, B bombsite.

You can actually create yourself a really powerful offangle to defend vent and B site

overall.

So go to this awesome room, whatever you like to call it and now shoot this door and stop

when you achieve the smallest hole possible.

Now you can actually see vent and the bombsite and if anybody comes here you got a nice little

advantage against him, especially if he comes from vent.

So, this is what it looks like from the enemy perspective.

If you use this spot once or twice in a match.. trust me, it will work really fine.

Just try it out.

Lobby.

If there is good awp in ramp and he is holding this long annoying angle it is really hard

against him, but we could try to wallbang him.

So, take a position like this.

Now aim like shown, in the center of this door window and try to shoot.

Ofcourse you can play around with it and shoot a bit right and a bit left, whatever works

for you.

If you are lucky.. you may get this AWP down and go for the ramp rush.

Supergeneral.

Next up trick, which takes place in the positions where we have glass.

If you are already next to glass - take out your graffiti and spray it on the glass.

The best ones are the ones, which cover the most area and have a blue color,

because this is the CT color right.

My best one with those requirements is this blue hand imitation.

As you can see from this side of the window the graffiti is not bothering

you, you could easily see through the glass.

On the other side, enemy will see it like this and you got a huge vision advantage against

him.

So, you could use this trick from here like this.

Or next to B bombsite, like this.

Keep in mind that once someone breaks the glass you need to spray your graffiti again.

Ramp.

Here we got a cool one way smoke.

So, you can see them and they can't really see you through the smoke.

Go to this position.

Aim on this little yellow line and use right click throw.

Smoke lands on this edge and this leaves you tiny gap to look through.

You will see people coming towards ramp, altough they can't really see anything.

This is the enemy's point of view.

Keep in mind that he could try to shoot through the smoke, but if he does, he will anywayz

most likely miss it.

Supergeneral.

T outside.

If there is good CT AWP in big garage and you want to suprise him.

You can suprise him with an awesome offangle with this two man tower.

Make a boost right here on this box.

Now you can see over this roof and if there is anybody in big garage holding

wide AWP angle you should get him with ease.

You can do this boost with two players, but if you don't want to be visible before you

need third guy, who could boost you up on this box.

So, use smoke or third guy, make this boost and clear outsite/big garage area.

Easy as that.

And the last tip for this video.

This is kind of teamplay tip.

I think you know that this molotov from squeaky to CT vent is really common if it is going

to be A hit or even if they go from vent to B, still they may try to molotov

this place.

What you can do?

If you got a friendly teammate in B bombsite and you feel it coming ask for a smoke like

this.

This smoke actually will help you to stay on your position, they can't molly you out

from here.

Also, you got a little vision advantage, as this smoke

provides you some cover.

They can see you, but it is not that easy.

So if they do their casual execute and you have this smoke down.. it is a lot easier

for you to defend the bombsite.

By the way, join with the supergeneral Steam group and as always, hope you improved your

supergeneral CS:GO knowledge and thanks for watching!

Now its really right time to eiter subscribe or click on the next video.

Why Is That Baby Staring at Me? - Duration: 4:07.

[INTRO ♪]

So you're in line at the grocery store, and there's a parent

holding a baby right in front of you.

You're minding your own business, but when you look up,

that baby just won't stop staring at you like you're

the most interesting thing on the planet.

You might feel like you've grown a second head,

or like you have chocolate smeared all over your mouth,

but in reality, that baby just likes looking at your face.

Because there's a lot to figure out there!

From very early in life, babies seem to like looking at faces,

or even just configurations of shapes that look like faces.

They also prefer faces they recognize to ones they don't,

but they'll sometimes spend a little more time looking at strangers

because they're new or different.

Faces are important to babies because they're basically

completely helpless and have to rely on their caregivers to survive.

They need to be able to find and communicate with the people

who feed them and change their diapers,

and knowing what they look like is an important part of that.

Even if said communication just involves screaming at the top of their lungs for a while.

Babies are also busy taking in huge amounts of information

to help them understand the world, and faces can teach them a lot.

From our expressions to how our mouths form words,

a lot of our communication as humans happens through our faces.

In those first few months of life, babies are not only beginning to learn

how to recognize their parents or grandparents,

but also about all the emotions conveyed by facial expressions.

There's a lot to learn!

So when a baby is staring at you in the grocery store,

her little brain is probably trying to figure if she knows you

and what categories your face fits into, like if you're happy or sad.

Now, babies might be born ready to learn from the world around them,

but there's still some question about whether looking at faces is an innate characteristic—

one you're born with—or if it's influenced by experience.

And, like with a lot of the age-old, nature versus nurture debate,

it's a little bit of both.

On the nature side, there's some evidence that, within hours to days of being born,

babies can copy facial expressions they see, like if you stick out your tongue at them.

Not all studies agree with those results, but it's possible that there's

an innate ability for finding and mimicking expressions.

Other research has found that within hours of birth,

babies can discriminate between their mother's face and a stranger's,

which might mean their brain is ready to recognize faces without much information.

So, some evidence suggests that babies may be predisposed to

look for information from faces right when they're born.

But other studies have shown that it takes experience to get really good at it.

Either way, all the time babies and their caregivers spend looking at each other

causes rapid improvement in babies' abilities to process and recognize faces.

Starting around 3 months old, they even begin to group different kinds of faces—

like human versus animals and kids versus adults.

One especially cool study had babies and adults look at a series of different monkey faces,

and also at a bunch of different adult human faces.

They found that 6-month-old babies are actually better at

differentiating between monkey faces than adults are!

But when they're about 9 months old, that ability goes away

because of what's called perceptual narrowing,

where their perception starts to change based on their experience.

Basically, the baby learns that paying attention to the differences in human faces

is way more important for its life than the differences in monkey faces,

so it should focus more on humans than monkeys.

As the brain develops over time, the pathways used to recognize

human faces get more efficient, and the ones for monkeys get pruned away.

But when researchers expose babies to lots of monkey faces

between when they're 6 and 9 months old,

they effectively teach their brains that monkeys are important to pay attention to,

so they keep that ability for a lot longer.

Even though babies are born with some skills,

experience helps tell them what parts of the world they should pay attention to,

and that shapes how their brain's perception and recognition systems develop.

So, it's a little bit of nature and a little bit of nurture

that goes into that cute, big-eyed baby staring at you.

And yeah, in that moment, your face might just be the most interesting thing on the planet.

But don't rule out the possibility that you might have a little chocolate on your face, too.

Trump Could Declare Martial Law In FIVE Cities After Receivig Chilling Warning About Nov. 4th | Top - Duration: 5:10.

While the country has been distracted with anti-American protests at sporting events

for weeks now, something else has been percolating behind the scenes that's now set to take

place in about a month.

On November 4, five cities across the country could experience Martial Law after President

Donald Trump has received a chilling warning about what will take place if he doesn't

cave to one sickening demand.

This is more than a threat, it's a promise as proof of the claims have now been discovered

in these cities.

What's an actual problem in this country isn't what these professional athletes say

they are protesting, it's what they are perpetuating.

However, that's just a symptom of the bigger issue that's gone ignored and unchecked

and now there's a threat on Trump that if he doesn't step down from office, all hell

will break loose.

There is every indication that will happen as streets have already been shut down ahead

of November 4, in certain areas named by one group in particular.

We've also had a taste of what this unrest looks like, but that's nothing compared

to what's coming.

Liberals have completely lost their minds after losing control and are resorting to

actual war to reclaim it.

After recently being declared as a terrorist organization, the far-left Antifa group is

certainly living up to their title.

"Alt-left agitators are planning to stage mass riots in major cities on November 4 during

which they hope to instigate a 'civil war' that will lead to the 'regime change'

of the Trump administration," Info Wars reports.

This plan was backed up by several other sources, such a the Daily Caller who also reported

on their plans.

The violent "demonstrations" we've already seen in Berkeley and Charlottesville, are

now spreading to other cities in a systematic approach to civil war which is set to erupt

about five days from now.

Places on notice include liberal empires: New York City, Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles,

and San Francisco.

If all goes to the furthest extent of Antifa's plan, it could be reason enough for the president

to declare martial law.

"A long diatribe written by Andy Zee posted on the Revolutionary Communist Party website

makes it clear that the events, which leftists hope will attract 'millions,' are not

planned to be just ordinary protests," Info Wars explained.

"There is a break with what have been the norms we confront, and to deal with this there

must be a break with the "normal" ways people seek change from government.

The normal forms of petition and protest DO NOT APPLY with Trump—even as they have been

difficult enough under the normal functioning of this system," Zee wrote.

"Sharp agitation" and "politically provocative actions" must be employed to achieve the

complete overthrow of the administration, according to Zee.

A sixth city, Philadelphia, has now been added to the list of places that will experience

this civil unrest, with specific plans aimed at police officers who try to stop them.

The Daily Caller reports:

An armed Antifa group is launching a new cell in Philadelphia, with support from the "alt-left"

alternative media.

The group currently hosts anti-police workshops called "Our Enemies in Blue."

The group draws inspiration from convicted murderers and calls for violence against the

police, theft of goods, and armed insurrection.

Antifa websites like It's Going Down, Sub.Media and Insurrection News have been promoting

the group, which calls itself the Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement, calling on their readers

to donate to a Fundrazr account for the creation of the new cell.

The mob mentality of these deemed domestic terrorists has festered to this point that

they feel justified in their actions and destruction based on hyperbolic claims about how "mosques

are being ruthlessly bombed" and how "LGBTQ are being battered," according to the Daily

Caller.

Antifa has a specific interest in Philly as their place to seek vengeance for violence

against black lives.

They take pride in the "legacy" of "Philadelphia's rich revolutionary tradition," after a Black

Panther activist shot and killed Philadelphia police officer there in 1981.

Antifa identifies with the Black Panthers in their shared purpose of a "very undefined

purpose of assaulting police officers."

The left calls this activism for "unity," completely downplaying or ignoring the actual

violence they are promoting.

Far Left Watch actually points out some very concerning points Antifa has advertised in

their mission statement that cannot be ignored.

These include including the "Abolition of Gender," and the "Expropriation and the

Cooperative Economy."

In simpler terms, these resolves call on Antifa members to "'expropriate' or 'take

away' goods, lands, and tools to "begin the revolutionary process," Daily Caller

explains.

Expropriation is a term used to downplay the reality of what it is, which is "seizing"

or "stealing."

Despite the fact that these are crimes and their violent intentions are openly advertised,

liberals will allow this to happen and find some way to blame it on our president.

You can also bet that police will be ordered to stand down to these domestic terrorists,

since such is the case anytime there's alt-left violence.

I try to eat 10 PAD THAI *gone wrong* - Duration: 11:59.

What's up, guys? What are you up to? Welcome to MANDELVSFOOD season 2.

This season is gonna rock. I'm tellin' ya. [ TakeThat69: it's gonna be shit as the previous one ]

Did you miss me? I didn't either.

Joking. I love you as if I gave birth to you from the top of my d...

The first challenge for this season is gonna be pad thai.

It's the national plate from Thailand. It's very tasty. I love it. It's like sticky noodles.

I don't know how many I can eat. If this one weights 10.5 oz... then about ten.

But this pad thai... it's just ok. Where could I eat a really good pad thai?

Oh, I've got it!

- Hey! What's up, dude? - What's up?

- How are you? - I'm doin' fine, dude.

- Have you already ordered? - I've already eaten.

- Ok, fucking good! We're in...

- Thailand! I remember they used to make good pad thai here. Garson!

- The woman didn't shock. She must think it's for all my friends.

- I totally lost it. - I think you're gonna fail this challenge.

- Me too, to be honest. - More than 5... actually, more than 2 is crazy to me.

- If they weighted 1.1 lb, it would be 11 lb in total. How am I gonna eat 11 lb?

- It's true! Why did I order 10 in the end? - You got too confident. It's too crazy. They are pretty filling.

- Do you think I can eat 10 pad thais? Neither I do! Does someone want to bet one dinner in another place?

- Betting a dinner against you is not a good idea. - Always the same. "I don't think you can eat them but I won't bet"

- She doesn't get it, she doesn't get it.

- This is a pad thai: rice noodles, tamarind paste, chili... This one has chicken but I ordered some other with shrimps.

- Hey! I'm watching you. You were clever. A timely retreat is a victory.

- I can eat you too. I wouldn't mind to order a cat pad thai.

- They are not used to bring everything together here.

- The woman can't still believe I'm gonna eat 10. In first place, she don't understand why I ordered 10...

...why there's a bunch of people looking, why I'm waiting and I don't eat already one of these.

- Wait! Did you forget our agreement? [ but you won't finish them... ]

- This is fucking amazing! - What an exageration!

- What must be the pad thai eating record? I see I have one in a million chance.

- You're gonna eat those 10! - Really? Way to go!

- I have to fail sometime. I have spoiled you too much.

- Zeke, what do you think? - I don't think you will eat 10.

- Pizu? - I bet against you.

- Gatshu? - I think you won't.

- Mr. Pixeled Man? - Mr. Pixeled Man thinks you will.

- Stephan? - 10 will be piece of cake.

- Charlie? - Yeah.

- Boja? - 12. - 12?!

- Irene? - You can eat 10!

- In Thailand they use only knife and spoon... I already forgot the name of the cutlery!

- In Thailand... (Take 2: retard Mandel) spoon and fork.

- They don't use any knives. Am I right?

- They didn't believe it until the last moment. There's cutlery in all the plates!

- 3, 2, 1... BOOM!

- Woah! What a bite! Glad I didn't bet. - OMG. 20 seconds in! The lime too, Mandel!

- What was that? 30 seconds in. - That was pretty sick.

- He could make it in 20 seconds.

- The ice creams! Get me one! No no! I was joking!

- Let's see, man. At McDonald's you eat them in between the burgers.

- People think this is too easy for me.

- He slowed down, but he did the first one in 20 seconds.

- Do you feel strong? - It's gonna be a close one.

- Fuck. This one has wide noodles. - Yep, the ones with shrimps have wide noodles. You made them ran out of noodles.

- Too hot.

- You were the guy who was not invited by the moms of his friends.

- I ate all the cheetos before the birthday started.

[ EVERY PLATE IS DOUBLE AS IT IS COMPACT ]

- The hard part starts now. So far it's been a pleasure.

- This is already amazing. 5 pad thai in 9:30. - It's very good.

- Do you think you will eat the 10? - I don't think so.

- You've already got it. - You see 3 pad thais and I see 6 or 7. They're like small mountains to me.

- Just the tail. - Come on, Mandel. Almost there.

- The bastard is gonna eat them up. He's gonna make it. Very well, sir.

- Come on, come on, almost there.

- Come on, eight! - Go go go!

- If you eat them I think you are a beast. - Someone who never tried a pad thai doesn't know how filling they are.

- Very little to finish. Come on, Mandel!

- How long is he in? - 27:30 minutes.

- Half an hour, Mandel! 30 minutes. 11% left.

- Come on. Go for the last one. - Let's go, Mandel!

- He's having a hard time but there's only less than one pad thai left. He can't even talk.

- Let's see if he can make it. That would be fucking amazing. I'm flipping.

- Go go go! - Mandel, you're almost there. 8% left.

[ I KNEW I WENT UNINTENTIONALLY BEYOND THE POINT OF NO RETURN ]

[ I JUST HOPE THAT THE UNAVOIDABLE THING HAPPENS AFTER FINISHING ]

- Come on! - Go!

- Go, Mandel!

- Mandel, it's almost over! - 40 minutes.

- The last spoonful!

- Come on, The last bite. - That dog is scared.

- Almost, dude! - Almost! He deserves an applause.

[ IF YOU LIKE GORE, WAIT FOR THE CREDITS ]

- 99% - He achivied it indeed.

- The puke improves the video. - That means subscribers.

- It depends a lot on the size. Those pad thais were big.

- Dammit, dude. So close. - But you only left one shrimp!

- Almost. Only one fucking shrimp left. And I can't waste food.

- You didn't say so a while ago.

- Ok, guys. That was the 10 pad thai challenge. Let's go! I will show you some of Thailand.

- So you can see nothing is wasted here.

Triathlon Distances: Average Finish Time for Sprint, Olympic, 70.3, and Ironman - Duration: 7:39.

- An average finish time in an Olympic distance race of...

Sorry to end this on a bad note but.

It's dark in the mornin' Trainiacs.

Makes me wanna go back to bed.

What do you think when,

the swim cap has like a 16th of an inch of mold on it,

it's fast right?

(cheerful music)

Now, Trainiacs.

There has been somthin' that I've wanted to find

for the last little while

and I think I found it this morning.

And that is the average time that it takes to finish

each distance of a triathlon.

I found a website that analyze like thousands,

across hundreds of different races,

and what we've got is,

average finish times for Sprint, Olympic,

Half Ironman, and Ironman.

Now, before you get all uppity and land base me

in the comments, I wanna say that,

in my opinion, these might be somewhere around

5% higher than I was expecting.

The average Sprint finish time is just under

an hour and 30 minutes, with the 750 meter swim

being done in about 18 minutes,

the 20K bike in around 40 minutes,

and the 5K run in around 28 minutes,

add a couple of transitions in there,

which makes a big difference in a Sprint Distance Race

because the distances are so short.

And you got yourself just under and hour 30.

That seems high.

Now you might be wondering what my finish time is,

personal best in a sprint, 1.0750 I believe.

Now, on to Olympic.

We are talking about an average finish time

in a Olympic distance race of three hours.

For the 1.5K swim being done in about 40 minutes,

the 40K bike in about an hour and 20 minutes,

and the 10K run in about an hour.

Now personal best was just a few weeks ago

in a course where the bike course was 3K short.

I did 2.0406, I think it was.

On like a straight legitimate course

that was actually a little bit long a couple years ago,

I did 2.1401.

Now, Half Ironman.

Of 67,000 finish times, in 40 Half Ironman triathlons,

the average was six hours.

That really seems high.

For the 1.2 mile swim, in about 40 minutes.

A 56 mile bike in three hours

and the 13.1 mile run in 2.15.

Personal best finish time in that, was 4.4646.

Just about exactly a year ago on the Duluth Superior Man;

the first Half Ironman I did.

If anything the bike was about

a kilometer too short on that.

And then finally the grand daddy of them all,

the full Ironman distance.

Whoa.

For 41,000 finishers in 25 races.

About 12 hours, 35 minutes with the swim of 2.4 miles

taking an hour, 16 minutes.

The bike of 112 miles taking six hours, 25 minutes

and the run of 26.2 miles, taking four hours and 54 minutes.

And I have yet to do a full Ironman race.

There ya' go.

You know what the full Ironman time average,

that actually seems basically bang on what I was expecting.

So we are heavily into race pace, training, two a day, runs.

Well, two workouts a day, not two runs a day.

'Cause that would just be crazy.

Who would run twice in one day?

Now swimming and running?

Easy.

Running and running?

Awful.

Magically we've been graced

with another nice weather day here.

So there's gonna be a lot of nipples out there!

A lot of nipples.

Now before you get all excited,

she's bike riding.

She's not running with me, no.

It'd be a decade before I can convince her to do that.

(cheerful music)

- Awesome view.

(dogs barking)

- What?

I'm trying!

(dogs howling)

What, what, what, what?

I'm trying, trying, trying.

(grunting)

Well that felt like a great run.

I'm supposed to be doin' that at about

4.20 per kilometer for 2K.

And then rest, at 4.45 per kilometer.

And I was down at like, 4.17 per K,

and 4.35 per K.

Feelin' good!

Feelin'

good.

We gotta talk about somethin' though that might be bad news.

A friend of mine Jacques, who did the long swim with me,

has been talking about me trade marking Trainiac.

Well, I did some research today,

looks like when I started using Trainiac,

some asswipe went and trademarked it.

If there are any intellectual property lawyers out there

that specialize in US intellectual property law,

that can help me out and tell me if even using

the word Trainiac is gonna end me up in trouble,

that would be much appreciated.

'Cause that could be a very awful thing.

Aight dudes and dudettes,

sorry to end this on a bad note but,

I guess mo' money, mo' problems, right?

Kay, any help, very much appreciate.

I'm out.
