$50 Forever 21 Outfit Shopping Challenge! - Duration: 5:40.
hey guys it's Hashtag Zoe and welcome back to my channel! so for today's video I have the
forever 21 $50 outfit challenge. so today I went to one of my favorite
stores, forever 21 and I had a budget of $50 and I needed to find an
outfit so that's what I did. so here's the footage of me looking for an outfit
and my experience at forever 21 it was honestly pretty hard to find an outfit
under $50 because things add up at forever 21 like it's not expensive by
any means but things definitely add up so without further ado let's check out
the footage where I was shopping so I didn't buy shoes this outfit doesn't
include shoes because shoes are honestly really expensive at forever 21 not like
really expensive but they weren't within my budget
they were like 30 bucks and they were cute but like I don't think they would
have gone with this outfit very well so I just kind of didn't include shoes the
outfit that I'm gonna show you I would wear with like checkered vans or really
any shoe just not the ones that I saw forever 21 okay roll the clip keep going
all righty so now I am obviously back home from forever 21 and I'm gonna give
you guys a shopping haul of what I got and then I'm gonna put it on and show you how I
would style the pieces that I got and the outfit that I made with my $50
dollar budget so if you know anything about me you know that I don't like to
wear jeans I like leggings so you guys may have literally a steal these
leggings keep in mind they're just plain black leggings and I don't know how like
good-quality they are but they're they're black leggings I don't care they
were maybe 90 not three hundred and ninety dollars people three dollars and
ninety cents your girls a bargain shopper and the next thing I got is also
pretty much a basic item but I figured that I would wear it not just this one
time I've got a tube top and this is kind of unlike me because yes I do love
crop tops but I've never actually had a tube top before so I thought would be
super cute I just got this one in white and this one it was two for eight so I
got two but like in a challenge it's one so it's a dollars for this and yeah
super cute just a nice tube top that I thought would go very well with the
other thing I got to really bring the outfit together I feel like this makes
it an outfit that those are just like basics this makes it an outfit so I got
the cutest jacket you guys I've been looking for a jacket like this for so
long and it fit in my budget and this jacket was the most expensive out of all
these but it's okay because it was a fifty dollar challenge and this was ten
inch ninety or twenty seven I don't really remember exactly but it was
around there okay it's kind of hard to see now but it looks like this it's just
this really nice green color jacket it's honestly really soft it's a thin jacket
but keep in mind I live in LA so it doesn't get cold very often here so
honestly I'm okay with it it's super cute and it's also really soft which I
like okay now moving on to accessories obviously that's a pretty basic outfit
so I figured I would dress it up more make it more of like a going out outfit
okay so I am not the type of person to wear jewelry a lot but I figured for
this look it would be super cute because it's a tube top and then there would be
like not much going on up here so I figured I would get this piece of
jewelry this was $4.90 so pretty cute and I can give a look nice with the white
shirt super cute and to go along with the silver jewelry I also got a set of
hoops I never wear hoops I kind of want to get
into it I like it so I got this set and this entire set was $4.90 and I think for
the look I'm gonna go for like the medium fish the second smallest ones
like these yeah they're super cute and I think I'm gonna get a lot of use out of
these two because they're all different sizes
the bigger the hoop the bigger the bigger the heart right and the last
thing I got that I thought really like brought the look together because we
have the black bottoms were these black sunglasses and the reuse is that they're
super cute and I also really like the gold detail at the top so I'm just gonna
put these on for me now because I'm a model
I love these these are super cute they're really big but it's okay because
if I'm like not wearing makeup one day I just really don't want to show any of my
face like these these work you know
makes it really to comment tell me your favorite store at the mall

WHAT I LEARNED AFTER 11 YEARS ON YOUTUBE - Duration: 7:00.

Hi this is Mihnea.
Today is a very special day because it marks exactly 11 years since I uploaded my very
first video on YouTube.
So what happened since then and what's the future of this channel?
I actually remember clearly where and when that very first video was uploaded.
I was living in the Middle East where I was working as a teacher in Doha and I just returned
from a long winter holiday in my home country Romania.
While at home, I took some videos of a group of students from the local Theological College
who came to my parents' apartment to sing Christmas carols.
So, between March 10 and March 20 of 2007, I uploaded four Christmas carols
and one Happy Birthday video sang by these students.
And that was the beginning of a successful YouTube channel…
Well... not really.
Actually "successful" is not the exact words I should be using here…
That year, in 2007, I uploaded one more video and then nothing for another year!
I returned to Thailand mid-2007 (where I had been living since 2002
minus the 10-month gig in Qatar) and managed to upload 5 more videos in 2008.
Wow, I now had 11 videos on my channel!
For some weird reason, my channel's first name was "uciov" which is my first name
Voicu spelled backwards.
There was no attempt at taking YouTube seriously and in 2009 I uploaded a whopping 5 more videos,
mostly about Thailand.
But, with 2011, I began uploading regularly and then in May of 2014, monetization was
opened for accounts in Thailand too and I started looking at YouTube as a way of making
a side income.
I started making a few cents every day and, by the end of the first month, I made a whopping
$2.39 US!
Not really understanding exactly how YouTube worked, I just continued uploading older videos
from my archive until I ran out of material.
Then, late in June 2014 I uploaded my first travel vlog and I've continued uploading
regularly ever since…
Just landed at Taipei Taoyuan International Airport. First few minutes in Taiwan.
Unfortunately, from day one until early 2017 there was no strategy and no real growth plan
for my YouTube channel.
In the meantime I also opened several other channels and really diluted my efforts all over the place.
The result was that after 11 years on YouTube, I now have 5.500 subscribers and a total 2.1M views,
with 130 playlists for 1.917 videos.
I think that is really poor after such a long period of time…
The reason for this failure lies in many factors, the main one being the fact that the channel
was never more than just a side hustle.
Yes, I made almost $3.000 US since then, but that's nothing over a period of 4 years
of video monetization.
I had two attempts at rebranding the channel which was called for a while
"A Romanian in Bangkok" and then, until yesterday, "Networks from A to Z".
I guess both attempts made sense, especially the second one as there was such a large variety
of topics on the channel that it almost offered everything that I was interested in from A to Z.
And then with all the Logan Paul drama of early 2018,
it almost made no sense for me to focus on auxiliary projects.
So, I "transferred" most of the work from my other channels here
and, beginning this month, I'm starting afresh.
By that I mean that the old content will stay here on the channel,
but moving forward… well, that's where the change will happen.
Slowly, for the last few months, I've been disengaging from my other side projects,
many of which are quite lucrative, so that I can dedicate all my free time and efforts to this
channel and its future rebranding.
The questions that I had to ask myself was: How can I sustain this?
The answer came pretty easily: You just got to do what you like to do.
And what is that you might wonder?
Well, my mission in life is to travel the world and experience life as it comes my way.
The channel itself will have to reflect my own vision and philosophy in life,
so the tag line is going to be "travel more. live life."
This is exactly what I want to do and it will give me immense pleasure to share with you
my travels and my life experiences.
So, I invite you to travel more and live life with me.
But, who I'm I?
I'm the same Mihnea from all the other videos, but this time it'll really be me.
"Mihnea!" is both a mission statement and a reminder that before I can help others,
I need to make sure I don't neglect myself.
That's why the exclamation mark.
