this is casting keadai

this is fish curry cooked in clay pot...

we use cold pressed seasame oil for mutton

we dont use packet pepper, this is home ground. all our masalas are home ground.

grape juice

hydrabad biriyani, malabar biriyani all these types of biriyani has its own origin

cooking style is different to its own region

this dhonnai biriyani is a maratha origin, whole of karnataka there is dhonnai biriyani

here we have tuned this a bit

without much spiciness and with mild taste

what time you open everyday?

this is like irrutu kadai halwa

limited choice of food and limited quantity only we cook

today we started at 12.30

now its 1.30..., its almost over

dinner again we start at 7.15 pm

we have a branch in chennai, my brother is looking after it

...and we're now in Osaka Castle!

We took the train to Mi-no-no-mi-ya(?) Station. (It's MORINOMIYA Station, sorry for the mispronunciation!)

As soon as you exit from the Station...

...you are already at the castle ground.

Pretty convenient!

Currently the site is under some sort of renovation, or something.

You can see it's (castle) top from here!

We can just barely see the edge.

It's ¥300.

We're right here and then...

I guess... you can go to any stop you want.

There's quite a few stops.

We're both on the way to the castle!

Ha.... I'm so excited! XD
