Ankle Impingement Stretches & Exercises for Pain Relief - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 11:10.
hey everybody it's Doctor Jo and Bear, and today we're going to show you some
stretches and exercises for ankle impingement, so let's get started.
so if you haven't subscribed already, make sure and click on the button down here. so
most of these stretches could be for anterior or posterior ankle impingement.
they all are designed for anterior, but again you can use them for a posterior
impingement as well. so to start off, we're just going to kind of stretch out
the ankle. so you can do it with your hand, I'll show you some other ways to
get it a little bit more pressure on it, but the first one is just going to be
going into dorsiflexion. and that's pulling the toes up towards you. so with
the stretch, you're not going to actively do it, you're just gonna pull them with
your hand. so what I like to do is kind of grab my heel with one hand and then
my toes up with the with the top hand, and just pull in towards me. so if you
have that anterior impingement there, that's just getting that spot kind of
stretched out. sometimes there might be a bone spur or something in there, and you
just want to get that movement in there because if it's impinged you want to
kind of loosen everything up in there. so just kind of taking that, pull the heel
downwards this way and then pull the toes up this way. so you're getting a
little bit of mobilization with that as well. you don't have to hold it for a
full 30 seconds, you can do like a 15 to 20 second hold. when you're using your
bodyweight, I'll have you actually do the full 30 second stretch, but when you're
just pulling you can do that 15 - 20 second stretch. so again pulling down
with the heel, and then up with your toes just coming up towards you this way. so
do that about three times really to get that stretch in there.
now you're going to go into a plantar flexion stretch, which is just the
opposite way. so now your toes are coming down. so now we're opening up that space.
so it's kind of just the same now you don't have to worry so much about the
heel, but just taking the toes and now you're just gonna pull them down this
way. so you should feel that stretch right there on the top. if you can make
sure you keep those toes straight forwards
going down this way, versus mine like to try and curl in a little bit, but try and
keep them straight. so it really opens up that spot in there. so again holding out
the stretch 15 to 20 seconds. if your hands get a little bit tired, again I'll show you
another way to do it, but doing that about three times just getting that nice
stretch in there. and then the next one is going to be an eversion stretch, and
that's taking your toes and your ankle and going outward. so it's almost like
it's waving out that way. so going in that position, but really doing all the
movement at your ankle, not your whole leg. so I like to kind of stabilize up
top above the ankle so my whole leg doesn't move with this, and then take
kind of in the toe the ball of the foot area, and pull it outwards like that. so
it's almost like a scooping motion to go out into that eversion.
and really just get a stretch there. you should feel it on the inside top right
there that's where you should feel that stretch. so going out into that
eversion stretch and again 15 to 20 seconds doing that three times. so just
really kind of starting to get that joint moving getting everything loosened
up. so it's not impinged anymore. so if you don't feel like you're getting quite
enough stretch with just your hands for the dorsiflexion, what I like to do is as
long as your body's comfortable kind of getting in this position, make sure your
heel stays down put some pressure through your foot kind of almost in a
close up lunge position, and then lean forward. so I feel that stretch kind of
up and through here. you might feel it in the back some if your achilles is tight,
but you're really just trying to work that that whole joint area in the ankle
right there. so getting that dorsiflexion make sure your heel doesn't come up, keep
that heel down and really just push forward like that. so with this one if
you're comfortable enough in this position you can hold it for 30 seconds
and then do that three times. and then so with the plantar flexion you just come
back and now you want the top of your toes to be on the floor you want the
whole top of the foot be on the floor and then just kind of
up into this position like that. so I'm still using my body weight, but I'm
just kind of leaning back onto the foot. if that's too much, you can just come
back and go like this, but if you want a little bit more body pressure, lift your
body up and then push down so whichever one is kind of more comfortable for you.
it might try and feel like it's cramping up a little bit when you do this, but
that's really going to stretch out the front of that ankle and then even into
your anterior tibialis muscles just to help loosen everything up and to
hopefully get some stuff unimpinged in there. so again this one would be a 30 second
hold doing that three times. so now you want to go into strengthening the ankle.
when you strengthen the ankle, that helps get those muscles strong again because a
lot of times that impingement happens because something's not doing what it's
supposed to or there some weakness, and then
something gets impinged, which is compressed, and then you get a lot of
pain in that ankle area. so when I am working on my ankle I use something it
can be a soup can you can just put it off the edge of your bed or something,
but you want your heel to be able to move freely because taking a band, make
sure you know what kind of bands you have, these are thera bands, because the
different colors are different strengths. the yellow for the thera-band there's
lightest and then the reds the next one. so if you're just starting out, you
probably really want to start off with the lightest one, but if you have a
different brand of bands like Pilate bands just make sure that you're
checking out the colors because they might be different types of resistance.
so I like to make a loop on mine, it just makes it a little bit easier and just
make sure that the band is pretty much at the ball of your foot and that it
doesn't slip off. so sometimes shoes with this helps a little bit just because you
don't want this coming back and smacking you in the face, so if you need to kind
of spread the band out a little bit so it has a little more grip you can do
that as well. and just pull to have as much tension as you need and when you're
going down this is just pushing down into plantar flexion, and then
coming back up. you don't want your ankle to be wiggling like that because that
mean it doesn't have enough control and that you're you're having too much
resistanc.e so if you have a lot of resistance and you're having a hard time
controlling it down and back up, then either let go of the band a little bit
so there's not as much tension, or go back down to the lesser strength band
because you want to be able to control that ankle as well as you can. so nice
and control going down, nice and controlled coming back up. don't just pop
it up and down because then you're not really getting anything out of it. so
really kind of control that I would say just start off with about 10 you can try
2 sets of 10 but I wouldn't do a whole lot the first time because you just
really don't know how it's going to feel, and you don't want to overdo it. so then
the next one is going to be going into eversion going outwards. so now you're
just going to turn where the knot is on the inside and then just kind of anchor
it on your other foot. the biggest part of this is to make sure you're just
moving at your ankle. so you're not moving your whole leg out, but the top
part of your leg is really staying in one spot, and you're just pulling kind of
outwards and up to get that eversion motion. so again if it's really tight, and
you can't control that band, then relax a little bit or go back down because you
want to be able to control it. you want to get to 10 to 15 and it'd be tough but
doable. so you can just take it up or down whatever works best for that. so to
give then get an inversion, I usually then just cross it over this way and now
the knots going on the outside towards the other foot, and then your anchors
there. get it up around the ball of your foot now you're pulling in. so again it's
not the whole leg going out and in, it's really just at that ankle going out
and in and really trying to make it controlled and smooth without a whole
lot of wiggle in the ankle. and then for the dorsiflexion coming
back up, if you don't have anybody to hold it the other way you can do a
couple things. you can anchor it on to something solid like a table leg or you
can just take your other foot and just kind of push it down a little bit
further like that. so now I'm going upwards and then nice and slow back down.
so again just enough where your have to work pretty hard to get there, but you're
able to control that band the whole time. so the last exercise is really going to
be immobilization so this would be if you didn't have somebody to do the
manual work on you to help actually move the joint. so you want to use a strap
this is something solid so this is not like the bands you don't want it to give.
and if it's something that has a loop that works really really well. so you're
gonna put it around your ankle. I'm a roll my pant leg up a little bit so
you can see it, and you want it to be about right here. and what this is gonna
do is it's gonna stabilize that tibia bone so once you start doing the
movement it mobilizes the the joint down at the ankle, so if you don't have
anybody there to help like hold on to the strap you can really just step on it
with your other foot. so give yourself a little bit up here, and then you have to
have some good balance but make sure that strap is tight and then get your
foot in this position. make sure it's nice and tight right there at that tibia
bone and then go forward into that dorsiflexion movement. so what this is
doing is when I'm moving it's holding that bone there so I'm actually
mobilizing that joint. so it's really just kind of helping it opening up that
space. so you don't want to do a whole lot of these you just want to do maybe
five or ten, really just to loosen up that joint and get it feeling better.
those were your stretches and exercises for ankle impingement. so if you'd like

should they click to subscribe down there. and
be safe, have fun, and I hope you feel better soon.

Kirby Star Allies Review - Buy, Sell, or Rent? Before You Buy - Duration: 4:50.
What's up everyone, and welcome back to another review where I cut out all the fluff
and tell you exactly what you need to know to determine whether a game is for you.
Today, we're jumping into Kirby Star Allies on the Nintendo Switch.
Intro: Kirby Star Allies is a side-scrolling action-platformer
that can be played entirely in single-player or with up to four player co-op.
And you'll want to play it in co-op, because the game is SIGNIFCANLTY better with other
people.
Most of the game takes you through multiple short levels in various worlds, with each
of those worlds ending in a boss fight.
Each level provides new enemies, new abilities, and new puzzles.
Gameplay: Kirby Star Allies' main gameplay loop consists
of Kirby throwing a friendship heart and becoming "friends" with any enemy that has an ability.
You can have three of these "friends" with you in your party, and you, as Kirby,
can also absorb any ability and have it for yourself.
In co-op, the other three players can all play as any enemy they choose, and the multiple
abilities are necessary to solve puzzles, find secrets, and pass sections of the levels.
You can also combine abilities, which allows you to have things like a Splash Sword, Sizzle
Bombs, and even throw your friends around the stages for massive damage.
You also have special "friend moves," like the friend circle, which allows you to
barrel through anything in your path, "friend train," which allows you to run up the walls
and on the ceiling, and the "friend star," which allows you to fly around and shoot stars—something
a lot cooler than it sounds.
The game is much more focused on action than platforming, and that's good because the
platforming is pretty lackluster.
All of this gameplay is a ton of fun in co-op, but it gets boring really quickly in single-player
due to the fact that the CPUs do a lot of the work for you.
The gameplay is made for people who have others to play with and does a great job for a co-op
game.
For that reason, Gameplay gets a pass.
Graphics and Audio: I think this is the stand out section for
Star Allies.
The graphics in this game are absolutely gorgeous, and the personality and character of each
world and level is never lacking.
I continuously smiled and felt wowed by the different set pieces and the graphics power
on the Switch.
The game runs at a dynamic resolution that can hit 1080p docked, but in handheld mode
the game aims for 720p.
The game also runs at 30 frames per second, which is a bit of a disappointment but doesn't
take away from the experience in my opinion.
The music is also excellent in this game, and all the ups and downs are perfectly timed
with the moment-to-moment gameplay.
Some of Kirby's best music is present in this game.
For this section, Star Allies passes with flying colors.
Story and Plot SPOILER FREE: The plot of Kirby Star Allies is boiled down
to an intergalactic force coming to Planet Popstar and somehow affecting its inhabitants.
Both allies and enemies have turned against Kirby and seem to be being controlled by an
unknown force.
I won't give any more details on the story besides to say it is intriguing, charming,
but overall somewhat forgettable.
For a younger audience (which this game is aimed at) and families playing together, I
think the story will serve as a nice and cute cherry on top.
However, if you're looking for a moving story that pulls you through the game, you
won't find that here.
Oh, and the game is short as well.
I found myself feeling it ended too soon, and it left me wanting more.
For story and plot, Star Allies gets a fail.
Reply Value and Extras: Once you have beat the main story of Star
Allies, there are a few more things you can do in the game.
A few minigames unlock, which add a little more fun and variety to the game.
Things like Chop Champs, where you see who can chop down trees the fastest, and Star
Slam Heroes to see who can charge their bat and hit an asteroid the farthest (Super Smash
Bros much?) and a few more.
There are also a lot of collectibles to get in the main story, which if you miss you can
go back and get.
Overall though, these don't add much to do after the story, so I would give Kirby
Star Allies a fail on replay value and extras.
Overall Fun-Factor Star Allies does a great job when playing
with multiple people to spruce up the fighting, having you working together on puzzles and
bosses, and finding collectibles.
However, in single-player, the game can become mostly smashing through enemies with all your
friends' power at once with the push of one button.
You also become reliant on CPUs to get where they need to be to serve their part in puzzles
and trials.
The game gets a strong pass for multiplayer fun, but a big fail for single-player entertainment.
Pros 1.
Graphics and music are stunning 2.
Incredibly fun in co-op 3.
Variety of abilities and enemies 4.
Great level design
CONS 1.
Weak story 2.
Boring in single-player 3.
Not much to do after main story 4.
Too short
So, should you buy, rent, or skip Kirby Star Allies?
Unless you have a young child, who could find joy in playing this game multiple times, I
am going to say rent.
Whether you are a die-hard Kirby fan and just want to play through it, or you have some
friends or family you could play it with, the main story and extras are worth playing,
but once you're done I can't see much reason to revisit the game.
I hope this review helped you realize what's best for you.

FluteTips 30 Plugged or NO Plugs - Duration: 2:03.
FluteTips 30 Plugged or NO Plugs Today's Flute Tip is on Plugged or NO Plugs.
What I mean by plugged or no plugs is when you get a new flute and you have open hole,
do you use the plugs for a while?
Do you adjust to the new flute?
Do you take the plugs out one-at-a-time and adjust?
Or how do you do that?
Well, I'm going to tell you what I do with my students.
You take them all out on the first day you get that new flute.
You throw them away.
And you will never ever look back.
I guarantee!
Sometimes it's hard.
Because you put the flute up and there's all this air leaking out of the keys.
And your fingers don't know what to do.
And you think "Oh!
I've got to play something.
I've got to have them in.
I can't play!"
But, I guarantee, if you will just do that, in 1 week you'll be playing pretty well.
In 2 weeks, you'll never know that you didn't know how to play an open hole flute, just
2 weeks earlier.
You want to take them out and just get rid of them.
Now, I know that some teachers think that it's best to do 1 finger at a time.
You take one out and you adjust.
Then you take then next one out and you adjust that finger.
Until you get them all.
Well, I'm here to tell you that that's not really what's happening.
You take one out and that finger does adjust.
Yes.
Then you take the next one out and now 2 fingers adjust.
And the reason for that is because 1 finger is just sitting properly for 1.
But he probably has to change a little bit when you take the next finger out.
And now 2 fingers are adjusting.
And then 3 fingers are adjusting.
Why not just take them all out, get all 5 fingers adjusted, well, all of your fingers
adjusted at the same time?
And then you're done with it.
That's the quickest and best way to get used to playing with an open hole flute.
Try it.
You'll like it.
That's today's flute tip.

How to Make Yourself Study When You Have ZERO Motivation - Duration: 9:00.
Let's be honest with each other here.
You're not actually supposed to be on YouTube right now.
Right?
No you probably have some huge assignment
that's staring at you from your desk right now,
but the thought of doing any work
on that assignment right now
is the last thing on your mind
because you have literally no motivation to do it.
And if you're feeling that way,
well you're not alone.
I feel that way all the time.
And despite all the years I have put
into productivity research
and all the videos you see on this channel,
at least once a week
I run into a situation where I have to do something
and I have basically no motivation to do it.
So this is a pretty common problem.
And despite those immortal words from Shia LaBeouf
constantly ringing in our heads ...
- Just do it!
- A lot of us continually deal with it.
Now within the realm of productivity,
there are both long term fixes and short term fixes.
And for a problem like this,
a problem of motivation,
long term fixes would be things like
building better self discipline
or building strong habits
or creating a better study space.
But today I wanna focus on the short term fixes.
If you have something that you need to get done today,
but you're feeling completely unmotivated,
what can you do?
Well today I'm gonna go through a four step process
that I go through every single time
that I'm feeling this way.
And through personal experience over several years,
I have learned that doing these things really does help,
even if my brain tells me that,
this time I really am having an off day.
This time it's not going to work.
When I actually take the time
and put in the effort to put these things into practice,
they really do help.
And the first one on the list is to simply
go outside and go for a walk.
This is probably the simplest practice on the list.
But it's also the one that my brain
always tries to convince itself that it doesn't need to do.
Because when I have a lot of work to do,
the thought of getting up from my desk
and going outside,
seems like a huge waste of time.
But every single time that I do it,
when I'm feeling unmotivated
or I'm dealing with brain fog,
it always helps to raise my motivation levels
and clear my head.
Now I could send you all sorts of scientific evidence
about why this is true.
For instance,
Dr. John Ratey's book, "Spark,"
goes into all sorts of detail about how exercise
raises your cognitive abilities after you do it.
And there are also studies that show that Vitamin D,
which you get primarily through sunlight exposure,
can help with symptoms of fatigue.
And there's also the Japanese concept of Shinrin-Yoku,
or forest bathing,
which asserts that exposure to nature,
you know forests and trees like this,
can have all sorts of health benefits.
But the main thing I want to share here
is my personal experience with this practice.
Because my ability to focus is always
100% of the time improved when I choose to go for a walk.
Or to be more accurate,
whenever I choose to go outside and do any kind of exercise.
Could be playing basketball or skateboarding.
The reason I chose to focus on walking here
is that it's easy.
You don't need any equipment.
You don't need a basketball.
You don't need a bike.
And you can even do it if it's cold.
As they say in Norway,
there is no such thing as bad weather,
only bad clothes.
Now let's go back to the studio.
So once you've gone out and finished that walk
and you brought your mental energy up just a little bit,
the next thing on the list to do
is to decide on one specific task to work on.
If you have a to do list with multiple items on it,
put it away.
You need to commit to a single task
and you don't want that to do list
to be a temptation to jump to something else
once it gets difficult.
It's all about committing.
Imagine a hamster ball with three different hamsters in it.
If all those hamsters
are trying to go their own little separate direction,
then that hamster ball is going to go nowhere.
But if they all decide to go in one direction,
well they're probably going to trip all over each other
because hamster balls
were not designed for multiple hamsters,
but luckily your brain is not a hamster ball.
And when you decide on one specific direction to go in
and you commit to it,
you make progress.
Now you can make this commitment purely mental.
But I also find that it sometimes works
to pull out a scrap of paper
and write down the task that you decide to work on,
so that way it can be sitting next to you on your desk
and constantly reminding you if you start to forget.
And if you want an electronic solution,
there's also a chrome extension called momentum,
which basically replaces your new tab screen
with a cool wallpaper
and it lets you decide on one singular focus
that you can type in and then set.
Alright onto step three in the process.
Once you've decided on that one task
you're going to work on,
the next step is to clear to neutral.
This means to clear up your work space,
your desk,
and your desktop on your computer,
and setting that space back to a state
where it's prepped for that single task
you decided to work on and nothing else.
Anthony Bourdain talks about a similar concept
in his book, "Kitchen Confidential."
He talks about how a chef that he used to work with
went up to one of his line cooks
and ran his hands across the cooks really dirty,
crumb-filled cutting board,
put it up to his face and said,
this is what your brain looks like.
Work clean.
Every chef knows the value of mise en place.
Did I get that right this time?
- [Offscreen Male] Yep. - Yes!
Which is a French term that essentially means,
everything in its place.
When your work area is organized
and set up for the task that you have decided on,
you are going to work on that task a lot more effectively.
Again remember that hamster ball.
Finally,
to actually get yourself into the process of doing the task,
utilize what I like to call,
the low effort hack.
This is a useful little mental hack that I use,
on pretty much,
a daily basis.
Because usually when I feel mental resistance to a task,
like researching for a video
or writing a video script,
that mental resistance is usually because
of how difficult it is to do the task well.
If I'm writing a video script,
usually I feel resistance writing the next paragraph
because I feel like it needs to have a word play
or a funny reference.
And when I'm researching,
I know that it's gonna be difficult
to actually find the scientific studies
that will back up what I'm trying to say.
But,
and this is where the whole low effort thing comes in,
what isn't difficult
is just writing what's on the top of my mind right now.
If I can't come up with a joke or a reference
that will make the segment I'm writing funnier,
that's fine.
I'll just write what's in my head right now
and I'll come back and make it funnier later.
And it's the exact same story when I'm referencing research.
If I really don't want to go find the exact source
or that one fact that I'm trying to reference,
then I won't.
In the script I'll put in brackets and all caps,
reference that one study and figure out where it came from,
and then I'll do that later.
Now doing this means that you're creating something
that you're gonna have to come back and fix later on.
But that's okay.
Remember the blank page is the enemy.
It's far easier
to come back and fix an imperfect mess later on,
then it is to create something perfect
from scratch on the first try.
That imperfect mess
gives you hand holds that you can grab onto.
Additionally,
another huge benefit of starting from a place of low effort,
is that sometimes
you just need a little bit of a warm up
to get yourself into a place
where you're really creative and in the zone.
Back when I was a teenager,
my dad had a weight training schedule for me and my brother.
We had to work out at least three times a week.
And sometimes I'd come down into the gym with him
and I'd say,
dad today is an off day,
I really just want to go light.
I'm not feeling it.
And I will never forget what he told me
on one of those occasions.
He said that sometimes you hit your PRs,
your personal records,
on off days.
And I'm actually not making this up,
this really did happen.
One of those days I came down to the basement,
I said dad,
it's an off day.
So he had me go through a longer than normal warm-up period
and on that day,
I actually hit a PR.
In fact I think it was actually 225,
which if you're a weightlifter
you know is two plates on each side of the bar,
and that was one of the mentally,
most difficult PRs for me to hit.
It took me a really long time to get.
So that should serve as an illustration.
Even if you feel like today is an off day,
just use that low effort hack
and put some time in.
There is a big difference
between your state of mind before you start working
and your state of mind once you're in the flow state.
Once you're emersed in your project.
The trick is just getting yourself there.
So one of the things I've been working on for a while now,
kind of behind the scenes,
is a brand new design for my website,
College Info Geek,
which is where you may have seen
some of the articles that go along with the videos I make.
Though,
I should probably say,
we've been working on a new design
because I'm just doing the visual design component of it.
All the actual code that's gonna run the site
is being written by my friend Martin,
whose also the co-host on my podcast.
And lately he's been working on ...
Well actually ...
Martin what are you working on?
- Do you want the one hour version
or the five hour version?
I guarantee you will not understand either one.
- Fair enough.
Though to be fair to myself,
I did do some of the code
that is live on the site right now.
And back when I was in college,
and couldn't afford to have anybody on my team,
I had to do all of the coding on my website.
It turns out
that learning to code
was actually a pretty good skill to pick up.
And luckily,
it's not something that's actually that difficult to learn.
And if you're interested in picking it up yourself,
you might want to check out
some of the basic web development courses
over on Skillshare.
If you're just starting out in this,
there's one called,
'Hand Coding Your First Website'
by a guy named Rich Armstrong,
which goes in depth on the basics of HTML and CSS.
And there's another course by the same teacher
that's all about web layout,
which is also very important to learn.
And even if you're interested in something
besides web development,
Skillshare's library probably has something for you
because they've got over 19,000 courses
in topics like design,
digital animation,
photography,
programming,
and all these courses have hands on components and projects
that you can immediately sink your teeth into
so that you're learning actively.
Skillshare is also more affordable
than most other on-line learning platforms
with their annual subscription
being less than $10 a month for unlimited access.
And what's more,
the first 500 people that click the link
in the description down below and sign up,
will get their first two months for just $.99.
Big thanks to Skillshare for sponsoring this video

EasyCooking: ❤ Бисквитный РУЛЕТ с КРЕМОМ из взбитых СЛИВОК и МАСКАРПОНЕ / BISCUIT ROLL - Duration: 7:06.
Hi everyone! I am glad to greet you all on my channel!
Today we will cook with you the biscuit roll
with whipped cream and mascarpone
I just love the combination of cream and biscuit cake
If you love such dessert as well, you are welcome to cook with me )
For the cake we will need
4 aggs
1 glass (200 g) of flour
and 1 glass (200 g) of sugar
For the cream we will need
cream of 30% fat for whipping 200 ml
Mascarpone cheese 250 g
2 tbl spoons of sugar powder
we will also need liquid jam
I have with strawberries
I have a home made jam
very important so that it is liquid.
We will not need the berries themselves
And for decorating I will use
almond petals
and also this kind of sugar decorations
but not necessary of course
Let's start from dough
Dough is cooked quickly and easily
Add 4 eggs into the bowl
and mix them with blender
on a low speed
Now we can add more speed
and start adding sugar gradually
It should be airy and lush
Now we add flour gradually as well
Flour should be sifted
This is how out dough should look like
quite liquid
When our dough is ready
we turn on the oven to 180 C for preheating
take baking tray
put on a list of paper for baking
and lay out the dough evenly
After we even the dough we put it into the oven
as the dough is thin
it will take only 15 or 20 minutes maximum for cooking
It is necessary to watch after it
so that it is not burned
When the dough becomes yellow
check so that it is cooked evenly
It will mean that the biscuit cake is ready
When the biscuit dough is in the oven
we start preparing the cream
For this we need first mix the cheese mascarpone
with sugar powder
I add only 2 tbl spoons of sugar powder
as I really like the taste of cream and mascarpone
and powder can change the taste
If you need to mix mascarpone by blender
use very low speed
I will not do this
as I have very fresh and creamy cheese this time
I will only use fork
especially we will add jam that will also be sweet
2 tbl spoons of sugar powder is right enough
Mascarpone and powder are mixed
Now we need to blend cream
It is necessary to start blending on low speed
and carefully watch
so that cream is not over blended
as you will have batter )
and do not forget about the cake in the oven
mine is almost ready
I have my cream blended very quickly
Now it is necessary to combine them carefully with mascarpone
and carefully mixing
The cake is ready
It took only 18 - 20 minutes for cooking
Now we need to roll it carefully
Put over with the towel
and leave it until it is completely cold
When the jam is absorbed
we cover the cake with the cream
I also leave some cream for decorating the roll
So! Our biscuit roll with cream and mascarpone is ready :)
I did not cut it
so that you could see how big it is
in comparison with my hand
This is hot the roll looks in cutting
After you cook it by yourselves
you will refuse to buy the rolls from the shop
As I did :)
Bon Appetit!
