Waching daily Mar 15 2018

Evaluate where you are look at it assess yourself assess yourself and assess the

situation what brought you there what has brought you to this point what did

you learn from it are you learning anything are you doing it over and over

and over again somebody said that insanity is doing the same thing in the

same way expecting a different outcome don't let this year be like last and if

last year was great still don't let it be that way raise the standard your life

is perfect and extraordinary you darn well know you're not gonna be happy

unless you keep making about it that's what makes us feel live it's not what we

get that make us happy it's who we become and what we're able to give

because we become more if you want to begin to move you've got to clear your

mind of all the unnecessary luggage and baggage that's weighing us down you're

gonna have people to do things to you things are going to happen to you and

the most important thing to do is to harness your will and let it go and move

so you can grow so you can get on with your life it doesn't matter about what

happens to you what matters is what are you going to do about it

if there's anything that shift your life it'll get you to thrive in a difficult

situation it takes a massive action try something else

change it try it move it progress equals happiness if you can start to make

progress you get that yourself going even if it's not perfect if it doesn't

work you know what they do just change your approach that doesn't work change

your approach so often in life people don't begin the

journey because they're not quite sure what to do or how to do it right or how

to do it perfect you want to change your body get yourself moving don't wait for

the perfect trainer just blowing off your move but are your shoes and moving

get momentum I'm gonna turn this situation around I'm not gonna sit back

and and moan and cry over what happened and what went wrong and who did what I'm

going to do something about this situation the other thing is take full

responsibility for your life it's where you are and the

responsibility that you're going to take yourself where you want to go so once

that we have two primary choices in life we can either accept conditions as they

exist or we can take the responsibility to change them see a lot of people want

to exempt themselves from taking responsibility all they want to do is

talk about the problem every time you see them they'll tell you their story

over and over and over and over again no no you want to take responsibility

for your life I got me here I can get me out of this

and I'm getting out I'm not going to be a volunteer victim

and so all you're looking for new breakthroughs to practice and practice

and practice you'll get better and better and better and there's still some

things that will happen to you that will catch you on the blindside that you did

not anticipate

you'll get knocked down but you won't be knocked out and so I say to you it's

possible you can live your dream if it's becoming a diamond if it's having more

it's and achieving more being a better father being a mother whatever it is

overcoming addiction changing our society it's possible you can live your

dream it's necessary that you have a plan of

action that you always tell you that you stick to and you work with the system

that you work with people that you give support and that you be there for them

that you have the vision and never give up that you become creative and

relentless and keep on coming back again and again and again and that excuse that

you gotta take personal responsibility to make it happen and that it's hard

easy is not an option and when life knocks you down jump back up it's weird

people and situations that upset you see there's some people that know just how

to push your button they know just what to say but I'm not going to expend any

energy arguing with anybody life is too short ladies and gentleman and

unpredictable I don't want to spend my time arguing with anybody so I avoid

situations that will get me upset I don't argue with people draw the line

ladies and gentlemen there are certain things that we just go through life just

taking and at some point you just got to draw the line and just say enough is

enough you got to do that with yourself one negative stroke is 16 times more

powerful than a positive strike and if you have people around you who are not

sensitive to who you are and the people that can hurt you the most ladies and

gentlemen are the people that you love they're the ones that you are vulnerable

to they're the ones that can get to you and their fifths insensitive I don't

care who they are see if you don't draw the line with

people if you just let them run rampant in your life and you let things happen

to you that you don't feel good about if you continue to allow it to happen you

won't feel good about yourself your image of yourself will erode so you've

got to draw the line a lot of people just go to a job where they're miserable

day in and day out why do people stay together and they're miserable sleeping

in separate rooms arguing are the only thing they have in common is paying the

bills don't talk don't communicate don't share anything together day in and day

out is short and unpredictable that life is being mean to each other what do

people do that known Hills are preferable to strange heavens because

it's familiar see life is rough ladies and gentlemen it's rough and it's scary

it's scary growing it's scary taking a chance it's scary acting on your

intuition on your guts it's scary it's frightening

they're people that this tolerating things right now and they're immobilized

by fear they can see the hammer coming and they afraid to even move because

it's scary to go against the dominant thinking of your family friends and

those people you associate with every day is perhaps the most difficult act of

courage you will ever perform see when you start growing when you start

changing the way you walk the way you talk the way you act the way you respond

to things the way you use your time when you start saying no I can't do that

while you do you're too busy you don't have the time to I have my own agenda so

if people can put you on a guilt trip they will and use you and abused you

over and over and over again you got to draw the line you have to draw the line

on it don't go through life feeling like you're powerless victims of people that

are powerless you're not powerless you are powerful you direct the power in

your life whatever your life is right now it is a duplication of your

consciousness its result of how you have decided to use your power that's all it

is that's not who you are that's just a perverted use of your power that you

aren't satisfied with and you've got the power to change that wherever you are

how I don't know but I know you've got the power to do that but you don't know

what has happened to me it really doesn't matter what has happened to you

see the only thing that really matters is what are you going to do about it

that's all that matters that's all that matters

you can allow it to destroy you or you can allow it to bill you up we never get

to a level where we feel that there's nothing else for us to do that we've

achieved certain number of goals and we figure that we're through no no you

don't want to stay there and celebrate too long like a lot of people do they do

something they consider outstanding they go around talking about what they

used to do see let me tell you I used to do this and I used to do that excuse me

used to bees don't make no honey what are you doing now you're still here

breathing that means you've got some more to give doesn't matter how old you

are doesn't matter about where you are doesn't matter about what you have

doesn't matter about what you've done life is about growing it's about being

productive it's about stretching it's about challenging yourself so you start

looking around and decide hey hey what else do I want to do what what got me

here is a time for celebration but also a time for reflection what got me here

what worked what did not work what do I need to do to repeat so that I can get

the same kind of results in other areas of my life if the goal is to improve my

health if the goal is to improve my relationship if the goal is to improve

my income if the goal is to improve something in society what is it I need

to do now don't get confused with what you do with who you are don't trip don't

go on some type of ego trip I like talking about how bad you are

none of us do anything by ourselves develop an appreciation for external

support as well as good fortune because all of those things play a role the

other thing is don't go overboard celebrate you must meet with triumph and

disaster and treat those two Impostors just the same you look at hey I did it I

feel good about that now you're moving on to the next thing things did not work

out the way you wanted them to work out you didn't produce the results you

wanted to produce hey miss that win some you lose some

next moving right on don't confuse who you are with what you do and make your

mind fertile ground for the seeds of opportunity thinking if you want to

experience a sense of fulfillment you've got to have an open mind so that ideas

can come in there and take root and grow

G-Eazy - Sober (Official Audio Lyrics Video) ft. Charlie Puth - Duration: 3:26.

Ooh, I know that I'll regret this when I'm sober

But every shot I'm getting closer, getting closer

Is it true that 80 proof is the reason I'm with you?

Oh, I know that I'll regret this when it's over

Ooh-ooh ooh ooh (you know)

Ooh-ooh ooh (story of my whole life haha)

I just know that I'll regret this when it's over

Eazy Uh, yeah, I might regret this when tomorrow comes

But, them drunk nights are more fun than sober ones

With every shot, they're like "Aww, here Kobe comes"

But I got this bad bitch trying to throw me buns

If I listened to my Uncs, all them older ones

They all talk about karma, how it slowly comes (uh)

But, life is short, enjoy it while you're young

Spend my bank account tonight and have to borrow funds

It all started with a light glass

Now I'm asking "How long could tonight last?"

Man, she had an eeh face with a tight ass

If I had a shot less, then I might pass

But, I'm faded and I got a little sedated

I can't believe we made it, every night we celebrate it

I live like Jim Morrison, no telling where I'll take it

I take her to her room and I tell her, "Get naked"

Ooh, I know that I'll regret this when I'm sober

But every shot I'm getting closer, getting closer

Is it true that 80 proof is the reason I'm with you?

Oh, I know that I'll regret this when it's over

Ooh-ooh ooh ooh, ooh-ooh ooh

I just know that I'll regret this when it's over

Ooh-ooh ooh ooh, ooh-ooh ooh

I just know that I'll regret this when it's over

I slipped up with my ex and I smashed again

Stayed over, now she's about to get attached again

Walls built up around, they come crashing in

Passed out at six A.M., but she's up at ten

Doing this was not in my plans

She got up and saw rubbers in the trash can

Hoop earrings, some bitch left on my nightstand

Cussed me out and stormed off like "Alright then" (uh)

On both sides, that was bad for form

Why do people do things that be bad for 'em?

Say we done with these things, then we ask for 'em

When the sun comes down, then we transform

Yeah, you can probably bet this

By this time tomorrow, I'll probably regret this

Try, but it all falls down like Tetris

No telling where that 80 proof gets us

Ooh, I know that I'll regret this when I'm sober

But every shot I'm getting closer, getting closer

Is it true that 80 proof is the reason I'm with you?

Oh, I know that I'll regret this when it's over

Ooh-ooh ooh ooh, ooh-ooh ooh

I just know that I'll regret this when it's over

Ooh-ooh ooh ooh, ooh-ooh ooh

I just know that I'll regret this when it's over

And now we are walking

to see something else

Hey, see

an IRON MAIDEN concert can be held here

I think here

a seminar

это лучшее место для семинара

Well

I'd say that

for a school

it's a typical school

You're cleaning the piano?

Yeeeessss;-D

If Royce will be fired after this

SORRY

but I wanna do it

Seminar or Ukrainian championship

What options do we have:

Seminar or Ukrainian championship?

For a school

5 LEGGENDE HORROR GIAPPONESI (2) - Duration: 3:20.

let's continue to talk about leggends and myths

Made in Japan

if you're ready, let's start with the second part!

Okiku Doll- doll with a Kimono

It's one of the most famous stories of the accursed dolls.

It's told that a young boy called Eikichi Suzuki did buy this doll in 1918 in a shop at Sapporo

And that it was given to his younger sister Okiku.

The girl was happy to receive this doll as present, but she died suddenly.

The parents putted immediately the doll on a shrine

And every day they prayed for their little daughter.

After some months the doll's hair started to grow

In 1939 the doll was brought at the temple of Mannejin, where she still resides today,

And her hair still grows, without any scientific explanation.

Cow head

The legend recounts that during a school trip, the teacher

to entertain the students, started to tell some horror stories.

When he talked about a story called cow head, he couldn't stop to tell the story, he was like in a trance

When he finally returned back to reality, he saw all of his students and also the driver

unconscious and slime was coming out from their mouths.

Some of them died some days after.

Kleenex – accursed spot

In 1980 the Kleenex did an accursed spot: the spot was accompanied by some really creepy music

that some people considered it as a Folk song with a lot of curse.

It was the case, that some members of the cast of these tissues, died prematurely in some strange circumstances.

Fatal passenger

The legend talks about a taxi driver that was stopped suddenly in an isolated location by a person that wanted to take the taxi.

The passenger leaded the taxi driver in a strange and lost location and then he suddenly disappears.

The driver turns around the steering wheel and he sees that he is driving towards a cliff.

Taxi drivers be careful!

Jinmenken – dogs with human faces

The Jinmenken are dogs with a human face that walk during the night through the Japanese streets

It's told that these dogs are the reincarnation of the spirits of the victims of road accidents.

Be careful if you see them cross something or someone on your driving line:

drive carefully!

LOU Board Skateboard Backpack —AND— Is LOU Waterproof? 🌊 - Duration: 6:30.

There's a large pond over there. I think this is a good opportunity to test LOU

Board's water resistance. Today I'm gonna show you guys the LOU skateboard

backpack which is what I have on my back right now. So let me just show you what I

have in the bag just so you get an idea of how much stuff you can put in there.

So let's take off the skateboard first.

Okay so this front flap is kind of interesting because you can put stuff

inside. So this is where I like to put the uhh you know stuff like the mobile power

bank, my headphones, and of course the skate tool. I think that's everything.

Yeah that's generally what I put in front.

Oh here's a side pocket. This is where I normally put the remote. Just

goes in like that, very snugly. And of course if you don't have a LOU Board, if

you have a regular skateboard you can put your sunglasses or whatever you want

in there. Now let's look at the main compartment. So this can actually hold

quite a bit of stuff. So here's my helmet. Here's a small

camera case. Here's another camera case. Here's the charger because I'm using the

LOU Board and you know they run out of power. Batteries. Forgot what I put in

here, another camera stuff. My jacket. And a laptop. So yeah this is a pretty big

compartment, but you don't you don't have to let it be this big because what you

can do is you can fold it down. Because the way you closed it is you fold it

down and then you flip it. So when it's small it's like this, but if you got more

stuff you don't have to fold it down twice. You can maybe just fold it down

one time and then click the other way, so this way you can you can hold more stuff.

And inside here there's a pocket for the laptop and another pocket

for I don't know I guess an iPad. And the rest is just the main compartment.

There's no other small pockets and other junk. I'm just gonna put everything back

in now. Let's put in the laptop first. And then I'll put in my jacket. Just roll it

up, stuff it in there. Stick my helmet in there. So without all that other stuff just

roll it down twice and then it looks like this.

If there's more stuff then I can't fold it down twice. I just fold it once the

other way and then clip it the other direction. And then it looks like that.

Battery. Cable. Headphones. And the skate tool. And then the remote goes in the

side, just like that. And now the main item. Again just stick the tail in here. And then just attach these

buckles. That's it. The LOU skateboard backpack. You can film me looking into the distance. There's

actually a better way to put the skateboard on the backpack. Just like

before, just stick the tail into the bottom strap. Close the flap. Make sure

these straps are nice and tight. And then up here you just fold it down once and

then wrap the strap around the board. So now the board is held in three areas:

the bottom, the middle, and also the top. So this way the top of the board is

leaning against the bag and not hanging off.

There's a large pond over there. Let's do this.

Yes! It's still going.

Wow a little slippery. All right there you go.

LOU Board is water-resistant. I'm hesitant to say waterproof because I

don't think it's waterproof, but I would call that pretty water resistant.

It still works. You kind of caught me off guard.

Really? I was still playing with the camera and then you all of a sudden... But I think I got the footage.

Ah this place. This place is awesome.

I fell. I didn't fall, I almost fell.

Channel Update: The Current State of Humor [March 2018] - Duration: 7:30.

Channel Update March 2018

Hello there guys and girls,

welcome to another monthly channel update of mine.

Today I wanna talk about the current state of humor in our world because there are a

couple of things to address and they kinda affect the things I do.

I had the inspiration for this channel update when I heard that some people found the "ugandan

knuckles" meme to be racist, which I find to be incredibly stupid.

I wanna make one thing clear: This is not going to be the kind of rant that plainly

targets "social justice warriors", a phrase which I highly dislike, because what words

like this do is to reinforce the mentality "them vs. us", which is absolutely not

how the world works.

This is also not gonna be a rant that pleases women-hating pigs out there.

Nor is it going to be the kind of rant that racist cunts are going to enjoy.

If you are one of those you can fuck right off and unsubscribe.

Now, many of you might know that the kind of humor I display on my channel is rather

dark and not "politically correct", another phrase which I do not like to use.

The jokes I make might not be very sophisticated or smart, there are a lot of people out there

who can come up with much better things than farts and memes.

However, many of you might be subscribed to my channel for the very reason that my videos

are using a kind of humor that breaks some boundaries, maybe even those of good taste

at times.

Dave Chappelle also spoke about this in his latest Netflix specials.

[Show Excerpt]

And it all applies to the ugandan knuckles meme, which, in its nature seems so innocent

and genuinely funny to me.

I mean, look at this cute little retarded face.

Memetic humor is crude and stupid, that's the entire point of it.

A joke isn't really funny if it doesn't break some kind of rules.

And since when is impersonating accents racist?

Is it only racist if it mocks accents of black people?

Then what's the difference between that and Conan O'Brian and his fake german?

Or when John Cleese impersonated spanish?

So what?

As with everything, context matters.

I do not think that dropping the N-Bomb as an insult during a fucking video game live

stream is a good context.

I know for a fact that some of you think that saying this very word like that isn't offensive.

Well, I fucking do think it's stupid because I've experienced these insults and the violence

second hand when growing up with my friend and it fucking terrified me.

He went through it every day.

And still I decided to use this word for one of the skits in Good Idea – Bad Idea, where

this character drives around town with some black music on the radio.

The context of this skit has multiple layers to me: For one, I'm making fun of this white

guy who thinks he's the next slim shady and also he's trying to adapt to a subculture

he's not really grown into.

I mean, he's driving a fucking Toyota Prius.

At the same time I'm mocking the kind of hip hop that drops n-bombs all the time as

well as the people, who take themselves and their subculture way too seriously – enough

to kill a guy over listening to "their" music.

So what I tried is to target everyone instead of making one group seem inferior or superior

to the other.

To me, being parodied often is an honor as long as there is some sense of appreciation

in how a person or a group of people is portrayed.

In terms of humor the biggest problem of our society is that a lot of people can't laugh

about themselves.

Here's a hint: If you take yourselves too seriously, nobody else will.

So get out of your own ass.

The great thing about stereotypes is that they enable us to cherish the differences

between cultures and also learn about other cultures, because if you like it or not, people

will always be different than you because they've had different experiences in life.

You can drive 50 miles down the road and learn entirely new things about how people design

their existences.

The borders only exist on maps and in our heads, okay and maybe huge reinforced fences,

but if you get rid of the black and white, yes or no mentality, your life will be so

much better.

You gotta realize it's all us.

And this is why to me it isn't paradox to live and love happily with the same women

for ten years, living with a gay couple as a straight man, visiting colombian relatives

or having grown up with a black friend while still being able to make jokes about women,

blacks, hispanics, asians, skinny crackers like myself, your mom, jews, christians, pedophiles,

christian pedophiles, disabled people, gamers, yes you gamers explicitly suck, homosexuals,

nazis, conspiracy theorists, rednecks, junkies – YOU FUCKING NAME IT.

If you think you can exclude any group in the world from being made fun of, you are

excluding them from society and protecting them from something they might not need protection

from or which they even might enjoy.

You'd be surprised how much of a self ironic humor gay men can have if you had ever talked

to one.

I absolutely despise it when people act as if they needed to be offended in representation

for another group they have virtually nothing to do with.

Most of these people are just trying to present themselves as someone honorable when in reality

they're nothing but fucking hypocrites looking for attention.

I do not want to give the impression that nobody should be ready to fight for a good

and greater cause.

But to do that, you should actually have a good and greater cause and not try to make

mountains out of mole hills.

If someone feels triggered about every little thing, the problem might be them and not the

world.

And the problem isn't an occasional joke, but it's unequal pay, discrimination, physical

and psychological violence, poverty, exploitation of the weak.

All that shit needs to be addressed and not some artificial reasons to be triggered just

to create a buzz on social media.

Let's wrap it up with some final words: idiots will be idiots, no matter where they're

from, no matter what skin color they have and no matter if they're men or women.

But before you know someone is an idiot, you treat them with the respect and warmth you

expect to be treated with in return.

Instead of fighting over different tastes of humor, let's fight for love and the unity

An Innovative Vet Is Helping Fight Off Bone Cancer in Dogs | TIAA - Duration: 1:01.

my name is Nicola Mason I'm an associate professor at the University of

Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine

I run a translational research laboratory which focuses on cancer

immunotherapies and our patient population are mostly dogs

Hi big man! How are you?

He was diagnosed with a very aggressive bone cancer called osteosarcoma

The ideas of this new immunotherapy is to educate the patient's immune system to actually go

and find those tumor cells men then specifically eliminate them

We can learn from each other and if we do learn from each other we can move forward faster in

both human and veterinary medicine

Winter Foraging | The Salt | NPR - Duration: 4:03.

National Public Radio presents winter foraging with Debbie Naha.

Chickweed, purple dead nettle, field garlic, spicebush, hairy bittercress.

This poor plant needs a new name.

Wow, Debbie, I didn't know you could find all those edible plants in wintertime!

Why don't we come along on your walk to find these wild greens?

And then we'll cook up a delicious pasta dish.

Take it away, Debbie!

This is purple dead nettle.

It starts to get a little bit of purplish tinge to the leaves.

And you can always tell it's in the mint family by checking the stem,

and the stem will be square.

You can't, like, roll it between your fingers, it's a square stem.

A square stem!

That's neat.

What's next, Debbie?

So this is field garlic.

This is a plant that you can always find in the winter.

It grows in clumps that come up.

They kind of look like long grass, but it's not grass.

You can cook them up like you would any onion.

You can use the tops like you use chives, you can chop them.

And you wind up with garlic breath, you really do.

Once you know it, it starts popping up all over.

I see you, field garlic.

This shrub is spicebush.

And spicebush has these little buds that are winter floral buds.

The bark of spicebush is usually an olive kind of color, and it has speckles on it.

And the speckles are called lenticels.

They're actually little breathing pores for gas exchange.

And then the final test is the scratch-and-sniff test,

because nothing else smells like this plant.

Mmm, yeah.

Mmm, smells like a spicy lemon!

This is one of my favorite plants, it really is.

Hairy bittercress.

It just needs a new name; it needs a PR makeover.

It grows in this rosette shape, which means that these leaves are all

radiating out from a central point.

It tastes like watercress but milder, like not as peppery as watercress.

Mmm, yeah.

Doesn't look very hairy to me.

This is chickweed.

It's a weak-stemmed plant so it doesn't stand up straight.

Inside the stem, there's like an elastic thread.

It's like a little rubber band inside there.

And it's very mild-tasting.

Yup, that's chickweed.

You found a lot of greens there, Debbie.

Now will you show us how to cook them?

This is field garlic.

So we're going to be separating the bulb from the greens.

And I'm going to take the bulbs and give them a quick sauté.

And we're making spicebush tea.

We want to keep them submerged for at least 20 minutes.

So in this colander here, we have our rinsed chickweed and dead nettle and hairy bittercress.

And we're going to use a box of penne pasta.

So we're going to wilt our greens here.

Ooooo!

Then I'm going to scrape this field garlic.

We'll add the chopped field garlic tops.

And the final ingredient is the cheese.

So here we have our penne pasta with wild greens of winter and hot spicebush tea.

Thanks Debbie!

That looks delicious.

Mmm, good!
