Theres a light on your skin

Painted gold on your feet

If you're gonna lean into me, make sure you feel the heat

You can take what you want

but when you take it from me

I'll make sure that you fall upon the floor down to your knees

Im not betting on a miracle, to give me peace

Im not asking for a miracle, just you and me

Yeah i wanna know… if you're gonna be there

cus its hard to believe or see it yea yea , why do I get the feeling

We're getting close , but we'll never be there.

cus its hard to believe or see it yea yea

is it more than a feeling

I wanna know

I wanna know

Yeah i wanna know...if you're gonna be there

cus its hard to believe or see it yea yea , why do I get the feeling

I wanna know

Cus it's never or now

So what hand will you play

Is it too much to ask if I should go or I should stay

In a moment of doubt

put your hand on the flame

when you need to remind yourself that you could feel the same

Im not betting on a miracle to give me peace

im not asking for a miracle, just you and me

Yeah i wanna know… if you're gonna be there

cus its hard to believe or see it yea yea , why do I get the feeling

We're getting close , but we'll never be there

cus its hard to believe or see it yea yea

is it more than a feeling

I wanna know

I wanna know

Yeah i wanna know… if you're gonna be there

cus its hard to believe or see it yea yea, why do I get the feeling

I wanna know

Tecno Camon i Air - Unboxing and First Impressions! - Duration: 5:59.

After release the techno c'mon I just a few months ago and this is a light

version of that so let's jump into the overview of the Tecno camon i air the

display on the Technic am on I here looks like a really good quality panel

the colors are really good it's popping and the brightness is also very

comfortable it's an HD plus display which means the

resolution is 720p by 1440p keeping with the trend it's an 18 by 9 aspect ratio

display and it has really small bezels all around on the front we have a single

front facing camera and a selfie flash now the techno camera air has a single

camera at the back with a camera bump now I don't really understand that bump

because this is exactly the same phone as a techno camera on I and that one did

not have a camera bump it also has the same sized battery which means that the

phone has not gone thicker or thinner this means that the bump really does not

make any sense but this is what you've got you've got really clicky power and

volume buttons to the right and a SIM slot to the left on the top you have a

3.5 mm headphone jack now going through the OS it's a fun looking or whether

there's a lot of colors here blue and white are quite prominent here and it's

a good-looking OS it's not the best in terms of performance it's not the

smoothest there are tiny lags here and there but it should be pretty smooth in

everyday use and if you want to see a detailed review that please go ahead and

watch I take no camera and I full review you will find all the radials about the

UI there I really like the tiny animations or also the fact that you can

customize a lot of things on the UI so you can change the effect that happens

when you change screen so now it's different you can also do that

you also get the option to put widgets wallpapers you can align things at the

bottom or the top which is really fun I guess you can also enter the settings

more like this or you can also swipe the bottom panel and you straight go to the

settings which are tiny touches that are really useful in the UI going into the

settings panel you will obviously see a lot of

under two things so this comes with Android no good which is why you're

seeing the suggestions on top you get native support for OTG and you can turn

it on or off directly from the settings you also get a few fingerprint scanner

features like you can long press the fingerprint scanner while in the camera

to take a photo or you can also accept calls using that scanner now going below

you'll obviously find all the standard settings in the power saving management

mode you've also got an ultra low power mode which basically shuts up all those

things that drain your battery and only gives you the basic things like making a

call or getting sound recording alarm etc you've got two gigs of RAM of which

you get 1gb RAM available for use you've got 16 GB of internal storage with 7.8

GB left for your use so you've got a lot of smart features for example you have

off screen gestures so the when the screen is off so basically you've got

off screen sister so if you make us see it recognises it and opens up the camera

for you you know also make a W for whatsapp so you can basically change a

lot of these things you can set things for yourself for your convenience you've

also got a few others which you can assign to your favorite apps and

basically make your life a lot more easier now tiny details as I said

earlier is something that I like with the techno camera on I saw the calendar

I can shows today's date that is 14 much the clock I can also changes the I can

the time inside via the clock the clock I can also changes the time inside the

icon according to the real time so it is showing 5:57 and the clock in the clock

app icon is also exactly at that time which is really cool and the clock also

shows the exact same timings of the time right now is 5:57 and that's exactly

what the clock app is showing and today's date 14 much now these are tiny

details the techno has paid a lot of attention to and I really like the

effort that they've put it now looking at the camera UI also it's quite

straightforward it's pretty similar to what we saw in the camera knife it also

is very similar to the iPhone UI so again swipe through different features

for you've quite a beauty mode of photo mode we've got video which looks again

very similar to iOS this one does not have a lot of modes which is very vo

that chillie this might be a software bug but

I'm not sure why this is happening you also have flash you have HDR HDR

auto and HDR also you can also change the aspect ratios so one is to one is

the aspect ratio where you upload photos to Facebook or Instagram and you get a

native support for that so your pictures come straight in one is to one ratio

coming to the specs of the techno camera on I air you get a mediatek mt6752 is

the exact same one that you saw in the techno camera and I with two gigs of ram

and the batteries again the same at 3050 mAh with the microUSB port on the bottom

obviously you get a 13 megapixel sensor at the back and an 8 megapixel sensor on

the front so this is the difference that you have with the techno cam on I so

when you compare the techno cam on I err to the techno camera and I the only

difference is that you find if you take a look here you will see that they are

exactly same the way to the dimensions of screen resolution but the differences

are first of all the front camera where you get an 8 megapixel camera on the

front instead of 13 megapixel on the techno camera on I and 2 gigs of ram

instead of 3 gigs on the techno camera so these are the only differences that

you have with the techno camera on I and the techno camera on I err apart from

that the only difference between the techno camera and I and the techno

kiamana air is just a camera bump at the back and I am not really sure why that

happened that's it for this one thank you so much for watching our unboxing

and first impressions of the techno camera and I hear please let me know

what you thought of this video in the comment section down below

hey this is Sreehari from mr. phone and I'll catch you in the next one

REPOTTING PLANTS: GOLDEN RULES | When and How to Repot Plants - Tips - Duration: 6:11.

Hello Friends!

Container grown plants require occasional repotting to keep them healthy.

You must not only know WHEN to repot but also know HOW to repot a houseplant.

Today we will look into some important Rules on Repotting like When to Repot your plant

and Very Important Tips on How to Repot your Houseplants.

Thats Coming up..

Repotting houseplants might seem like a simple task, but there is always a risk that your

plant may not do well after repotting.

What you need to remember is: Repotting should not be done Just like that or too frequently.

Generally for most plants, repotting once every one or two years is a good approach.

So Now will quickly look into some points that indicate If your plant really Needs repotting:

So You need to look out for certain signs that indicate your plant needs repotting.

1.

If You see lots of roots coming out through the drain hole which indicates that the plant

is root bound.

Also if You find matted roots near the soil surface.

And When you remove the root ball, you see Root Bounding that is a compact masses

of roots tangled around with hardly any space for the roots to grow further.

2.

Then look for Other signs like: 3.

The plant experiencing slower than normal growth specially during the growing season.

4.

Water runs quickly through the pot and comes out of the drain hole in a flash.

It happens when theres not enough soil to catch the moisture or also if your soil

too sandy.

5.

Poor flowering and fruiting 6.

Leaf dropping are all signs of plant distress.

Plants give these signals because theyre not able to draw enough nutrients and moisture

from the roots and the soil.

If you experience some of these signs, its likely a good time to repot your plants.

However, in order to avoid harmful effects of repotting, you need to follow certain rules

and tips of Repotting your plants.

Here are some helpful basic tips and guidelines for repotting houseplants.

PREREQUISITES or things to check or do before repotting:

o Water the plant the day before you plan to repot.

o Perform Repotting in the evening hours to prevent shock to the plant during sunlight.

o To Remove the Root Ball, Gently Tap the rim of the pot to a hard surface like a table

or counter.

This is to loosen the root ball instead of pulling it with force.

o If the root ball resists to come out, run a knife between the pot and the root ball

to loosen the root ball.

o Then finally, Inspect the root ball for things like: any root worms or maggots, and

also any root bounding to decide whether you want to repot in a larger container or perform

root pruning.

Well, after this, we look into: Choosing the Right Container: Its very

important to choose a pot that is of appropriate size for the plant.

Like, You should never pot a 6 inch pot plant into a 14 inch or a very large pot.

Go Step by Step, Choose one or two steps higher, like 6 inch pot, you can plant in 10 inch

pot and so on.

Drainage Holes: This is probably the most important factor you should consider.

If you do not make enough drainage holes at the bottom of the pot, your plant will stand

in water and lead to root rot and death of the plant.

Some people advise on adding a heap of clayrich soil pressed to cover the holes, but this

is not wise and can lead to root rot from water stagnation.

Instead, use a mesh or a piece of green net or even a piece of cloth or some pieces of

broken pot or even pebbles.

If you use a broken piece of pot, make sure to keep the curved surface towards the bottom,

because if you keep it flat on the drainage hole and cover with soil, it can block the

hole.

Then comes Choosing the Right soil: . When it comes

to soil requirements, its important to choose the type of soil suitable for the plant

species and variety.

As a general rule use a well draining nutrient rich soil.

You can watch my related video titled Universal Potting Soil from a link in description.

 Teasing the roots.

During repotting, its important to tease the roots out of the root-ball.

This promotes and speeds up the growth and branching of new roots into the new soil.

So, How to tease the roots?

If the plant is not root bound, just release some roots from the bottom and sides of the

plant.

And if it is root bound, you need to do Root pruning that is cutting away some coils of

roots that have grown around the bottom of the old pot.

You can also perform root ball cutting with a sharp knife to perform root pruning.

Then Next for repotting, Place a handful of compost into the pots base.

Place the root ball ro the plant if you have removed the soil completely and make sure

your plant it exactly in the center of the pot.

Then add additional soil to cover the empty space.

Make sure the surface of that root ball is below the rim so you can cover it adequately

with compost and have good space for watering your plant.

Then Gently tap the pot to remove air pockets and level the soil from within.

After repotting, its important to give the plant a good watering.

You can also water the plant with Epsom salt solution to counter this transplant shock,

this is discussed in detail in my previous video.

Place the plant in good indirect sunlight atleast for a week.

So, there we have it folks, those were some of the golden rules of repotting a plant.

How to Master Google Analytics in 12 Steps - Duration: 7:22.

Hi there!

I'm Benjamin from Loves Data.

In this video you'll learn the 12 steps that will take you from a beginner – to

mastering Google Analytics.

By following these steps you'll be collecting actionable data that you can use to stay ahead

of the competition.

You'll be a Google Analytics pro in no time!

And even if you don't have time to apply all of these steps today, you'll find that

even by applying a few of these steps you'll have a more complete Google Analytics implementation

that you can continue to improve.

Let's jump in and cover the 12 steps to mastering Google Analytics!

Step number 1 is to set up goals.

Goals allow you to understand how your website and your marketing channels are performing.

They let you report on important actions people are taking on your website.

For example, you can use goals to report on people completing forms, like your contact

form, subscription form and other leads.

Apart from tracking people viewing particular thank you pages on your website, you can also

set up goals based on events, like watching videos and for particular levels of engagement.

It's a good idea to track your primary and secondary objectives as goals – these are

also known as 'macro' and 'micro' conversions.

For more details on each of the steps I cover in this video, check out the resources in

the description below this video.

Step number 2 is to tag all of your inbound marketing campaigns.

Even if you can't tag all of your inbound marketing, by starting to use campaign tags

you'll begin to see what's working and not working.

Campaign tags can be used to track everything from your email campaigns through to offline

campaigns that direct people through to your website.

Google provides a great tool to get started, it's called the URL builder.

And I've included a link in the description below this video.

Step number 3 is to use Google Tag Manager.

If you're not using Google Tag Manager already, it allows you to add the Google Analytics

tag to your website.

Then, when you have additional requirements (or extra things you want to track) in most

cases you can add tracking without having to change the code on your website.

For example, if you wanted to track people watching YouTube videos embedded on your website,

form submissions or even people traveling between two different domains…

You can do all of this and more with the help of Google Tag Manager.

Step number 4 is to implement ecommerce tracking.

This is of course important if you're selling online, as it means you can understand what's

driving value... including the products people are purchasing, the value of your website

content, through to your marketing channels.

You can even hack the ecommerce reports and use them to report on non-ecommerce websites,

for example to track internal website promotions.

Step number 5 is making sure you have Google AdWords linked to Google Analytics.

This ensures you're collecting accurate data from your AdWords campaigns.

Plus, you can also pull some basic metrics, like bounce rate from Google Analytics into

your AdWords account.

So if you haven't already, make sure you link the products so that you can understand

how your paid campaigns engage your audience once they've clicked through to your website.

Step number 6 is to look beyond the last click attribution model.

Attribution is about how credit is given to your marketing channels when a conversion

occurs, so by moving beyond the last click attribution model you can get a better understanding

of how your campaigns perform.

I recommend the time decay model as a good starting point – you can find attribution-related

reports by navigating to 'conversions' and then 'multi-channel funnels'.

And you'll also find the model comparison tool under 'attribution'.

For even more on attribution, check out the resources in the description below this video.

Step number 7 is to configure (and use) the site search reports.

These reports tell you what people are searching for on your website and can provide valuable

insights for informing your content, navigation and even your products and services.

And if you don't have a search function on your website, you might want to consider

adding one…

They can make it easier for people to find what they're looking for and you'll receive

the added bonus of being able to track what they're looking for.

Step number 8 is to apply segments to your reports.

Applying segments allows you to view more granular data about your audience.

For example, if your target audience is based in Vancouver, Canada, you can apply a segment

to only view that portion of traffic.

There are some great default segments which are built into Google Analytics.

These include users who have converted, segments for your organic and paid traffic and more.

Plus you can also create your own custom segments to meet your own reporting and analysis needs.

I recommend starting by creating and applying segments for your most valuable audience members.

This will then allow you to understand how they are finding and engaging with your website.

Step number 9 is to understand important terminology.

For example, knowing the difference between a 'user' and a 'session', or 'exits'

and 'bounces'.

Understanding what you see in your reports is critical, so that you can take action based

on your data.

Since this video is about the steps to master Google Analytics, I won't drill-down into

lots of different terms, but again, you can find some great resources in the description

below this video, including my Google Analytics glossary.

Step number 10 is to link Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

If you haven't already, then doing this lets you understand how your website performs

in organic (or free) search results on Google.

This means you can understand what people are searching for on Google to find your website

and which pages are being shown in search results.

You can use the reports to optimize your content to increase your traffic from Google.

Step number 11 is to share your data.

By giving more people in your organization access to information and insights you're

more likely to see improvements to your website, your marketing and your conversions.

Apart from giving people access to your Google Analytics reports, you can also create custom

dashboards and reports inside Google Analytics…

And you can even use Google Data Studio for more sophisticated reporting needs.

If you haven't taken a moment to play with and learn about Google Data Studio, then I

absolutely encourage you to check it out.

It's an amazing platform for reporting and dashboards.

You can even combine data from different sources, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords,

YouTube, Google Sheets and more.

Step number 12 is to learn about the advanced features available in Google Analytics.

There are new features and reports being added all the time and it's important to stay

up-to-date on all the latest developments.

Just to be clear…

I'm not saying you need to use every single feature or every single report…

It's really about using what is going to help you achieve your objectives.

By know what's available, you'll be in a better position to know if you should be

implementing a feature or using a report for your organization.

So they're the 12 steps to master Google Analytics.

There are so many ways to use Google Analytics, just remember it's about finding and using

the reports that help you achieve your objectives and drive improvement.

Even spending a little time each week in Google Analytics can grow your knowledge and skills

– and you'll also be improving your website and campaigns.

Remember that you don't have to complete all of these steps today, even using a single

report or taking one of these steps can have an impact.

So what's stopping you?

It's time to log into Google Analytics, load up your reports, set up your goals and

being tracking the improvements you're making to your website and your campaigns.

You can (and will) succeed at mastering Google Analytics!

Do you have any tips you'd like to add?

Let me know in the comments below!

And if you found this video helpful, then please like it, so I know to make more videos

like this.

See you next time!
