Find The
Missing Puzzle Piece Within You
by Adeana M. Slater
So many of us think that we can solve our personal problems and the problems of humanity
with an outside fix or specific outcome.
This is not the case and never will be the case.
Anything external is our perceived reality but not necessarily our truth.
We can choose to live in illusion.
We can choose to let others decide our reality based on social norms or societal expectation.
This perceived expectation can then become our experience.
Please know that the outside world as we know it and experience it to be is completely riddled
with illusions and falsehoods.
As the energy increases, anything dark or not resonating with your soul path will all
be brought to the light.
That is to be expected.
It is a puzzle.
Absolutely solvable.
You may have to arrange this piece and that maybe multiple times.
But you are soul equipped with the answer in your heart.
It has always been there.
Your ability to tap into that intuition and get your answer is your gift.
Tune into that.
Focus on that.
Because that is your answer to soul growth always.
There is never doubt with an in-tune heart and soul.
Your answers are ever-ready at all times.
Your only requirement is to silence your mind and ALLOW.
Allow intuition to fill your heart and your soul.
And LISTEN.
Hear your messages.
This is in all ways.
Not just audibly.
Be open to receive.
Your messages will appear ALL around you.
They have come.
Pay attention to your dreams too.
This is NOT about YOU choosing Someone.
This is about Your desire to choose YOU. Choose yourself like others in your situation
have.
See your own worth.
Love yourself.
Know in your heart that Love is meant to be FREE with No restrictions.
No conditions.
No expectations.
FREE expression.
FREE flowing.
Authentic.
Pure.
And True.
Peaceful.
Joyful.
And balanced.
Yin/Yang.
You have worked too hard to settle for less than you deserve or desire.
Learn this lesson and BREAK free from any repeated and unhealthy cycles.
This missing puzzle piece is calling for you and only
You know what this truly is as it is different for everyone.
But the truth remains: Any missing puzzle piece is within you.
The answers are within you.
The GPS is calling you back to yourself.
The destination is YOU.
The answer is YOU.
Everything you experience leads you back to the most important, spectacular and Amazing
YOU.
Find yourself.
Love yourself.
Value yourself.
Know that you are deserving.
Know that you are good enough.
You are capable to do anything.
There is nothing stopping you from stepping into your own power but fear itself.
Lucky You.
For you came equipped to smash through ALL fears, conquer ALL doubts, AND rise above
ANY and ALL challenges.
You wouldnt be here otherwise.
Look in the mirror.
Do you see the Warrior/Warrioress that I do?
If not, look closer.
I SEE YOU.
The Divine spark is forever inflamed.
It burns bright for all the multiverse to see.
Thank you for being you.
You are beautiful and magnificent just as you are.
Change is possible because of your dedication to yourself.
What one soul chooses, the multitude may follow.
What one voice exemplifies, may become several.
Why?
Because we are ONE.
Always and Forever.
Dont hold back and Never Fear the change upon us.
It is long overdue!
Blessings to ALL,

Martin Scorsese and the Art of Cinematic Storytelling - Art Regard - Duration: 9:18.
Films are the memories of our lifetime.
Underneath the captivating beauty of the cinematography and the mystery of the image in movement lies
a more subtle and challenging Art form.
Martin Scorsese once remind us that "Movies are an attempt to capture the mystery of who
and what we are" for cinema touches our hearts and awakens our vision, changing the way we
perceive the world around us.
For it's through Film and Art that we can reexamine and restructure our interactions
with each other and with the space we live in.
Film often replicates Reality from a distance, evoking in us a sense of (Re)cognition and
Reevaluation of Truth.
The physical resemblance of Film to the "Real World", perhaps, presents key questions about
the process of Filmmaking and our interaction with Cinema itself.
For, as intriguing and enthralling that the moving image can be, the true mystery of film
lies in the transforming Art of Cinematic Storytelling.
Each film is an awakening experience we all share and this notion becomes even more evident
if applied to the work of filmmaker Martin Scorsese.
Goodfellas
Taxi Driver
Raging Bull
The Wolf of Wall Street
It is clear that to talk about Language of Cinema is to talk about Scorsese's body of
work.
His extensive and consistent work in both directing, producing, writing and preserving
Film strongly influenced our path to Visual Literacy.
Scorsese's contributions as a Film Historian and founder of The Film Foundation are as
impressive as his Filmography, for Scorsese approaches Film as a highly curious student,
admiring the Old Masters as a young painter admires the Classics, expanding his knowledge
and believing that there's always much more to learn.
Martin Scorsese's commitment to film restoration, then, creates a bridge between the Past and
the Future of Filmmaking.
And it is Scorsese's strong Cinematic Literacy that separates him from other creators, more
than any other director he understands the importance of Cinema's lexicon: Composition,
Editing, Camera Movement, Timing.
Each element serving a different function in Storytelling and reminding us, once more,
of the subtlety and power of Film and the cinematic experiece.
And just like our Perception doesn't give us an exact, mathematical portray of the world,
the language of cinema involves deceiving, misleading, going beyond the immediate codes,
betraying the senses.
Cinema, therefore, becomes not only about what you see on the diegetic space, but also
about what you cannot see: what is beyond the frame and we can only imagine.
Understanding how you place the lens, the size of the lens, how much you leave in the
frame and how much you leave outside the frame shape the story and the audience's relation
to the characters.
Cinema reinforces, modifies and assaults our normal perception repertoire, superimposing
Life and Film, Story and Character through Visual Storytelling.
For underneath the polished language of the Photography or the strong, rapid paced Editing,
lies a penetrating analysis of Cruelty, Masculinity, Morality, and Redemption.
His characters often face alienation and loneliness in a violent environment.
And violence in a Scorsese film is portrayed unapologetically, sometimes even as an expression
of individual madness, but always as a mirror of a conflict within the characters minds
or the society around them.
In this scenario, criminality is often an extension of the conflicts inside the family,
the brotherhood of the mafia that acts as a protective shelter as much as a regulation
of Power.
Power that is so often portrayed walking hand in hand with Betrayal.
To watch a Martin Scorsese film is to experience strong characters, a microcosm of human reality
and human condition reflected into Story and Film.
Cinema then transfigures itself; the voyeuristic gaze upon the world of our characters becomes
a mirror in which we are invited to look at ourselves juxtaposed with the Other on screen.
And if Cinema is, indeed, in an ongoing, constant dialogue with life itself, to tell a story
is to pay tribute to the life around us.
As Scorsese himself once mentioned, ''Cinema is perhaps the one true religious space, a
space for community to share a common experience" and as spectators, we are invited to explore
the diegetic space: from the point of view of the camera, we are guided to look beyond
the character's perspective, to lose ourselves in the pictures and become One with Film.
So, to watch a Martin Scorsese film is to find meaning in each shot carefully crafted;
to watch a story unfold in silence or in the overwhelming noise of a moment.
Scorsese's cinematic storytelling challenge us to rediscover Film as a language in all
its different possible significations of visual representation and codes.
But to speak a cinematic language is often to invent it and Martin Scorsese's respect
for Cinema as a Language of Art can be seen reflected, crystal clear, on his Filmography.
And as the credits roll and the room lights up, we have the certainty of having experienced
a powerful and intimate encounter with Film, together with a multitude of individuals around
us: that's the Art of pure Cinematic Storytelling.

Top 5: Things to do in Japan | WINTER - Duration: 10:07.
Hey guys!
Today's video is going to be another seasonal things to do in Japan video, and since I've
already done summer and autumn, today's is going to be (you guessed it!) winter.
As usual I'm going to format this video with five of my favourite things to do in Japan
in winter.
I'm going to be talking about why I liked them and some recommendations for you, like
travel tips and what I recommend doing, and just anything that I think it might be handy
to know before doing these things.
I'm also going to be inserting pictures so that you can see what you might expect from
going to these places throughout the video, and I'll also be linking to my videos of going
to these places throughout the video somewhere up...here?
I don't know which side it is.
Anyway, you'll have a lot of opportunities to see what the places look like throughout
the video, is what I'm trying to say.
Also if you want to see more photos I will be linking to my albums of each place or each...thing?
In the description below, so check that out if you want more information.
All right, let's get into it!
My first recommendation is the yuki-matsuri, or snow festival in Hokkaido.
This is a festival that happens every year, although the dates do change.
It's usually in early February and it's always set up so that there are two weekends for
the festival, so it will always start on a Thursday and end on a Monday, so just make
sure you check the dates before going.
So why I loved it?
It's just...magical.
As someone who comes from New Zealand, we get maybe like one or two snows...not even
that, we get like one snow every couple of years, so snow is something that is kind of
a novelty to me and so seeing all of this snow in one place and all of the ice and the
sculptures that people make and just this whole winter wonderland feel that they make
during the yuki-matsuri was really amazing.
I think it's something that if you're able to do in Japan during winter, it's definitely
worth it, because it's such an experience, it's like a once in a lifetime kind of thing.
So yeah, I really loved it, I think it was so special.
I think it's something that I'll definitely never forget, and as you can see from the
photos that I've hopefully remembered to put in down here somewhere, it was pretty magical,
there's some pretty amazing things to see.
Okay, so some tips that you might like to know before going to Yuki-Matsuri.
As I mentioned before, the dates do change, so make sure you're arriving on the right
dates.
And also as I mentioned before, it does span two weekends, and because the sculptures are
made of ice and snow they will start to get a bit raggedy after the first couple of days,
so I highly recommend going within the first week if you can.
Unfortunately I had to go in the second week, and while it was still absolutely incredible,
I do wish that I could have gone in the first week, just because you could tell that the
sculptures had been out for a while.
So yeah, go as early as you can in the festival season.
The other thing is that the Yuki-Matsuri, while it is kind of billed as this Sapporo-only
kind of thing, a lot of places in Hokkaido do things for the Yuki-Matsuri.
So look up other places that you might like to go.
The Sapporo one takes place down one main street of Sapporo, so you can either walk
or there's shuttles, buses that will take you between all the different places 'cause
it's so popular.
Um, so what I would recommend is booking a hotel that is on or very close to that main
street in Sapporo, and then you can go from there to each place in Sapporo, and if you
want to you can also go to places like Otaru, or the ice caves that I went to, here's a
picture of that.
Um yeah, so there's tons of things to do, make sure that if you have the time, you don't
just spend it in Sapporo, 'cause everywhere is doing this amazing winer wonderland kind
of stuff.
So yep, first recommendation is: Yuki-Matsuri.
My second recommendation is onsen, especially outdoor onsen.
Onsen are amazing all year round, of course, but in my personal opinion they're super magical
in winter.
Something about the super cold air and the really warm water, and the run, when you like
run out in your little towel and jump into the warm water.
It's just incredible, like there's something really fantastic about that feeling of bathing
in nature in like freezing cold weather.
I don't know what it is, but if you've done it I think you'll get what I mean.
So yeah, onsen, especially outdoor onsen in winter, are fantastic.
Now, some things that you might want to know about onsen before going - I'm sure there
are a billion videos like this and a billion articles that you can look at, 'cause onsen
are a pretty big part of Japanese culture, but just some little things that I think are
really important: Number one, in case you didn't know, Japanese people will always be
naked in onsen, it's just how it is.
So expect that.
They will be split into different genders, so it'll be male and female, unless it's a
private onsen, in which case you can go with whoever you want.
But public onsen will be male and female, and you'll go in and be naked with a whole
lot of other people, so that's fun.
Something else to bear in mind is tattoos.
A lot of places in Japan now, especially the more toursity places, are very much accepting
of tattoos in onsen, but bear in mind that some places still aren't.
So it's worth checking ahead, or just being prepared to get turned away if you have very
visible tattoos.
I have a few tattoos, but they're pretty hard to see and I never really had an issue with
that.
Yeah, definitely try to go to an onsen in winter in Japan if you get the chance.
My third recommendation will come as a surprise to no one who's followed my channel for a
little while, and that is the Kobe Luminarie.
The Luminarie are done every single year in Kobe, it's like just a festival of lights,
and it is amazing.
I loved it so much that I went every single year that I lived in Japan, so that tells
you how incredible it is.
Every year they hand paint all the lights into different colours, so there'll be a different
colour scheme every year, and it's just like this tunnel of lights that leads up to...a
cathedral?
A temple of lights, I guess I would call it.
It's spectacular, it's amazing, definitely go.
It happens in December every year, but as with the Yuki-Matsuri, the dates do change,
so just make sure that you check that out before you go.
Wear warm clothing, wear comfortable walking shoes, because you will want to walk around
quite a bit throughout the Luminarie.
I also recommend after the Luminarie, eat dinner in Kobe because it's amazing.
Like Kobe beef, everyone knows, but the food in Kobe in general is spectacular.
Also Kobe Chinatown is super close to the Luminarie, so if you wanna go and do that,
definitely do.
As usual, my fourth recommendation will be a food recommendation, and this time it's
not going to be a specific food, but kind of a...genre of food, and that is themed cafés.
Once again, this will come as a surprise to no one who knows me even in the slightest.
I love themed cafés.
I feel like they're the kind of thing that you either really love them or you just don't
care at all, and I really love them.
I love the novelty, I love the lengths that people will go to to put cute little characters
in food, I love it all.
So if you're like me, winter is the perfect time to go and cosy up in a cute little café
and enjoy some amazingly novelty food.
So, some things that you might like to know or might need to know before going to themed
cafés.
Themed cafés in Japan, I'm not sure about other places, but in Japan they're very limited
time, and they change often, so don't assume that just because you've seen someone going
to a certain café like last year that that will still be there, chances are it won't
be.
However there are a couple of places, like you can just Google what is open in the month
and the year that you're going to Japan, and you should be able to find a couple of places.
There are also a few places that switch between themes, so there's one in Osaka that just
switches its theme every couple of months, there's a whole lot of places like that.
But yeah, just Google and make sure that you check the dates.
The other thing I would say is try not to get too attached to any particular menu item
that you might see online, because a lot of the time they are limited edition and they
are sold out or whatever, so just go in with an open mind as to what you're going to get
from the menu.
But yeah, enjoy themed cafés in winter - there's no better time to enjoy an amazing, adorable
cartoon character coffee.
My fifth and final recommendation is a New Year's shrine visit.
I think especially if you're someone who's living in Japan longer term, visiting a shrine
on New Year is something you should absolutely try to do once.
I really love it because it's a specific Japanese cultural experience that you can't necessarily
get elsewhere and I think that's really amazing, and also you can get Omikuji, which is like
your fortune or your luck for the new year.
Um, I got Omikuji once in my first year in Japan, and it was the worst luck possible,
so I just never did it again, just in case.
But if you wanna try your hand at Omikuji and see what your new year might look like,
definitely do it, I think it's a really interesting thing to do at New Year's.
Some things to be aware of: Number one, of course, this is actually a religious site
that you're going to.
There will be people who are praying, who are paying respect to their ancestors, who
are worshipping.
Bear that in mind and please please please be quiet and respectful.
Of course you already know this, but just in case.
I feel like I have to say it, just in case.
And on that note, most Japanese people do go to shrines on New Year's, usually their
ancestral shrine, so be aware that there will be a lot of people.
I went to Meiji-jingu for New Year's once in Tokyo, and it was just so crowded.
So definitely be prepared for that and be aware that it'll take you a long time to get
through that shrine.
So yeah, fifth and final recommendation: New Year's shrine visit.
Okay, so that wraps up my top five favourite things to do in Japan in winter.
I really hope that if you're visiting Japan in winter that this has been helpful to you,
or if you're living there over winter that this has provided some kind of insight on
what you might like to do.
Please let me know in the comments below if there's things that I missed, or that you
really like doing, 'cause I know that my experience is super limited and I'm sure other people
would like to hear from you as well.
So thank you so much for watching, and I will catch you in the next one.
Peace!

Gold to Silver Ratio Trading Strategy // commodities investing 2018 2019 2020 - Duration: 8:03.
Gold to Silver Ratio Trading Strategy // commodities investing 2018 2019 2020 explained david moadel
welcome to looking at the markets with David Modell today I wanted to discuss
with you the gold to silver ratio I want to tell you what it is and how you could
possibly use it as an indicator if you're a buyer or seller of gold or
silver or both so let's take a look at it and the website I'm using right now
this is a chart from macro trends dotnet wanted to give them credit alright so
this is a chart showing all the way back from the late 1990s all the way through
now and this is the gold to silver ratio now first of all what is the goal to
silver ratio very simply they just take the price of an ounce of gold and divide
it by the price of an ounce of silver in other words how much silver would it
take to buy an ounce of gold alright or to put it another way how much more
expensive is gold compared to silver and as you can see the mean or average is
around 50 or so and when it gets up to around 80 then gold is much more
expensive than silver and when it gets down to around 30 silver is much more
expensive than gold and you might actually notice that at least since the
late 1990s there has been a what you might call a resistance level here it
tends to go up to around 80 and then mean revert or go back down to the
average of around 50 goes up to around 80 mean revert goes down to around 30 or
so I don't know if you would call that support level necessarily because it
only seems to have gone down there once on this chart but it went down to around
the low 30s and then it mean reverted or went back to the average of around 50
back up to 80 a little bit of mean reversion and now it's back up to around
80 or so again which seems to be a resistance level now there are no
guarantees in the stock market of course or the commodities market just because
it is bounced down from 84 to you know three times here of course it could go
higher than 80 it could go up to 90 could go up to the high 90s alright
there's no guarantees all right just because it bounced off of the low
30s that doesn't mean that it can't go below 30 of course it can go below 30
all right so the mean or average is around let's say around 50 or so so I
tend to believe in mean reversion I tend to blend there no guarantees okay but I
tend to believe that when an indicator goes way too high it usually at some
point will come back to the average all right or the mean that's called mean
reversion or when it goes too low it'll probably at some point come back to the
mean or average and so when the gold to silver ratio goes up around to the 80
level which is where it's at right now actually as I'm making this video then
if you have gold and silver you may want to consider selling some of your gold
and buying some silver you might just want to consider it you have to make
your own decisions I can't I cannot tell you what to do but it's something to
think about because when it's up here that means that gold is way way way more
expensive than silver okay and when it's down here you might want to consider
selling some of your silver and buying some gold
because when the gold to silver ratio is down here that means that silver is way
way way more expensive than gold okay now just because the gold to silver
ratio is way up here around 80 yes that means that gold is way more expensive
than silver that doesn't mean that gold is expensive just means it's more
expensive than silver okay it might be cheap compared to palladium or platinum
or the stock market or whatever or the dollar or whatever I'm just saying if
you have both gold and silver you might want to consider lightening up on your
gold holdings and get some silver instead all right when it's way up here
and the opposite is true if it goes way way down you may want to lighten up on
your silver holdings and focus more on buying gold when it's down here alright
so if you want to take on a little more risk when it's way up here and you
believe it's going to mean revert back to 50 or so the gold silver ratio then
you could and this is risky be aware okay this is a risky strategy
you coup actually by silver and short the same
amount the same dollar amount of gold all right when I'll repeat that way it's
up here you might consider for example let's say it's up here or up here up
here up here when the gold the silver ratio is really high you might consider
as a very risky strategy okay but you might consider going long or buying
silver and shorting the same dollar amount of gold because you believe that
it's going to mean revert back to 50 which would mean that relatively
speaking the price of gold would go down compared to silver or the price of
silver would go up compared to gold alright when it's down here when the
indicator is down here the gold is silver ratio again this is risky but you
could try if you want to you could try going long gold or buying gold and
shorting the the same dollar amount and or an equivalent dollar amount of silver
because you believe that eventually the gold of silver ratio is going to mean
revert back to around 50 or so in which case relatively speaking the price of
gold would go up compared to silver and the price of silver would go down
compared to the price of gold alright that's a riskier strategy but it could
work if you do it very carefully very cautiously take small position sizes and
mitigate or limit your risk at all times but the safer way to go safer way to go
probably would just be when it goes away up here maybe just by if you already
have both maybe just unload or sell some of your gold and buy more silver always
in small amounts and always don't take on any risk you cannot afford to lose
alright so that is the gold to silver ratio it's something you want to check
on a regular basis especially if you're into trading gold or investing in gold
or silver it's an indicator one of many that you can use alright so if you'd
like some help with trading investing these stocks options whatever it is you
can contact me at any time my name is David Modell and my email address is
David Modell at gmail.com if you found this video helpful please give it a like
on YouTube give it a thumbs up and leave a comment and subscribe to my youtube
channel if you have not done that already and also if you really want to
support my channel what you can do is you can click on and give thumbs up to
my sponsored or promotional videos where you may see me promoting a ICO or a
penny stock or a small company a mining company gold silver that kind of thing
and that's a way it costs you nothing except a small amount of your time and
effort to support my channel by doing that alright thanks a lot I appreciate
it and I'll talk to you again really soon

Theoretical Physicist Believes Robots Pose Greater Threat Than Aliens - Duration: 3:14.
Theoretical Physicist Believes Robots Pose Greater Threat Than Aliens
by Vamien McKalin
Considering our abhorrent conduct in wiping out indigenous civilizations with the discovery
of new continents five hundred years ago, many modern humans are fearful that a
technologically superior extraterrestrial race might do the same thing to us.
In a recent Reddit Ask me Anything, theoretical physicist Michio Kaku expressed
his belief that humans will make contact with intelligent ETs within this century.
But he doesnt believe that we need to fear for our lives.
These highly advanced ETs will require nothing from humans, and will consider us as insignificant
as forest animals, so long as we dont get in their way.
It is the robots the artificial intelligence that we are creating at break-neck speed that
we need to worry about.
Robots could become so self-reliant that they find that humankind can be eliminated altogether.
I think we should put a chip in their brain to shut them off if they have murderous thoughts
says Kaku.
Either that, or actually merge robots with human as an android to create a hybrid in
order to survive.
Time will tell if Kaku is just kuku.
There are many of us humans who strongly believe in aliens, and that these mythical beings,
if real, stands to become a significant threat to Earth and could possibly wipe out the entire
human race.
Its pretty difficult to disagree with these folks since if we look back at our own history
and how humans have gone to war after finding new land, it wouldnt be surprising if an
alien species choose to destroy or enslave us.
Aliens Are Too Smart for War
In a recent Reddit AMA (Ask me Anything), Michio Kaku, a theoretical physicist, and
futurist, believes humans will eventually make contact with intelligence alien lifeform
within this century.
He added that these beings will likely be peaceful, but hes unable to say the same
for robots.
Kaku says advanced alien society would view us puny humans as insignificant.
Apparently, these creatures or beings would be more interested in gaining more knowledge,
something humans are not capable of giving.
These lifeforms would have thousands of years to resolve all their problems, therefore,
war is no longer on the agenda.
Still, should humans get in the way of their thirst for knowledge, a peaceful encounter
with extraterrestrials might turn deadly.
They still might be dangerous if they simply dont care about us and we get in the way.
In War of the Worlds, the aliens did not hate us.
We were simply in the way.
But for the most part, I think they will be peaceful, but view us like we view forest
animals, he concluded
