How to make tissue paper flowers
Delphinium
Materials needed are:
Tissue Paper
White glue
Floral wire, scissor
And liquid bleach :D
width for small petals 3 cm
width for bigger petals 4 cm
Dip tissue paper strips into liquid bleach
paper card width 2.5 cm.
cut into petal shape
wrap dark tissue paper around floral wire
tissue paper size 3 cm x 6 cm
glue together 2 pieces of small petals
pinch it
tissue paper look a little bit transparent, that's why i like to double it
4 small petals
glue around flower center
apply exact same step to bigger tissue petals
6 petals
wrap kleenex around floral wire to make small bud
cover it with tissue paper
make smaller flowers, same step.
