Hi friends welcome to my cooking show Nalini Ki Rasoi
Today I am going to make Egg and Chicken Club sandwich

Let's see the ingredients required to make Egg and Chicken Club sandwich
12 slices of white bread
200 grams of shredded chicken
3 boiled eggs
100 grams of butter
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Mayonnaise recipe I have already uploaded

2 tomatoes cut into round slices
8 to 10 lettuce leaves
1½ teaspoon of black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
And 4 slices of cheese
To start with take 1 bowl and put shredded chicken, mayonnaise
Salt and black pepper and mix well
Next cut the egg into round slices
Then cut the sides of the bread slices
Then put butter on all the bread slices
Butter both the sides of the middle sandwich slice
Put chicken on the first slice
Put a lettuce leaf over it
Put a slice of cheese over it
Then put the middle bread slice of sandwich over the cheese slice
Put egg slices on top of it
Sprinkle some salt and pepper over it
Again place a lettuce leaf over egg slices
Put tomatoes on it
Again sprinkle some salt and black pepper
Next cover it with the third slice
Next pin it up with toothpick and cut it
Likewise we will make all sandwiches
Sandwiches are now ready to serve
Let's see the ingredients required to make Mushroom Croquettes
200 grams of mushrooms
Black pepper powder
Lemon juice
Gram Flour
Garlic-Ginger Paste
Salt as per taste
Water and oil
To start with we will take in a bowl - mushroom, salt,
Black pepper powder, lemon juice and mix well
And in another bowl put gram flour, salt
Ginger garlic paste, water and make batter
Put mushrooms one by one into the batter and then start frying them
Fry mushroom till golden- brown
Keep turning the mushrooms while frying so that they get cooked from all sides
Once cooked well remove them
Similarly fry all remaining mushrooms
Mushrooms Croquettes are ready to serve
Let's see the ingredients required to make Fried Mutton Chops
750 grams of mutton chops
1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
2 teaspoons of kashmiri red chili powder
1 spoon of garam masala
1 big spoon vinegar
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
1/2 cup of flour
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Salt as per taste
And oil
To start with put in a cooker mutton chops, garlic-ginger paste, milk, salt
Add turmeric powder and let the mutton cook untill the cooker whistles 3 times
Take in another bowl ginger garli paste, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder
Cumin powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper powder
Vinegar and mix well and make a spicy gravy
Next put cooked mutton chops in it and mix well
Brake an egg in a bowl and add salt to it and beat the egg well
Then put the mutton chops in the wheat flour and then in the egg
Roll the mutton chops on the bread crumbs
Similarly prepare all the mutton chops for frying
Start frying process as the mutton chops are ready to fry
Fry mutton chops well from both sides
Cook mutton chops on a medium flame
Similarly fry all remaining mutton chops
Mutton Chops are ready to serve
