Who is Tritec for?

This method is suitable for customers

with diffuse hair loss or androgenetic alopecia.

Those who have not yet chosen

to shave off the top of their hair.

It is possible to integrate the system

optimally even with little residual hair.

Especially for customers w

ho have previously worn hairweaving.

Or Micropoint.

And you know from the previous videos

that we refused hairweaving a bit,

because it's just not gentle on the hair

and it can also be painfull.

Right up to major allergic reactions.

That this will cause even more hair to fall out.

How long does the system last and how often do I have to come to the studio?

A Tritec system lasts about 1.5 to 2 years.

And if you are looking for a permanent solution,

the customer comes every 4 weeks

to the service to fasten the System.

Where the system is simultaneously

cleaned, tinted and your

own hair gets cut.

Can you do sports with it?

Of course you can do sports.

You can go to the sauna, go swimming and jump headfirst into the water.

Absolutely nothing happens

The system fits as if the hair would come directly out of the scalp.

Do you need more than one system?

Of course, I always recommend

that a customer should use two systems.

So that the systems can be exchanged.

To become acquainted

it is no problem at all to buy only a Tritec system from us.

system from us.

Is it possible to tighten Tritec by yourself?

There are indeed customers

where the husband or girlfriend

fixes the system.

We have made a video,

which every customer gets for

emergencies at home. Where you can exactly

see how it's done. So basically

anything is possible, but you need

someone to help you at home.

Can conventional shampoos be used?

I would really not reccommend that to you.

The tritec hair is a special type of hair

where the cuticle layer is basically preserved.

And it is always important that we

have a shampoo, which fits the pH value

perfectly to this hair.

So I would recommend you to use our natureLine products.

Because we have tested these products

so that hair cannot become matted.

And to give you a long time of this system.

I can only say top,

great, and if you have the

hair problem, if you have a diffuse hair loss,

as you can see on this picture what you just see,

then just call us.

We will gladly arrange an appointment with you,

we will of course consult you for free.

You have further questions? Arrange your free consultation appointment today. We look forward to seeing you.

Đối Đầu / Đối Thoại (Action / Conversation) - Duration: 4:12.

Fun action scenes are one of the main attractions that draw the audience to the cinema.

Over time, filmmakers have only gotten more creative

and found new ways create more extravagant action scenes.

But to film a good fight, you don't always need all these elaborate spectacles.

Sometimes, you can rely on the oldest trick in the books and be just as effective.

What's this technique what exactly? Let's find out with Chuyện Bỏng Ngô.

Watch this scene from Donnie Yen's iconic film Sha Po Lang: Kill Zone.

It's a fight shot with one of filmmaking's most basic techniques:

the Shot Reverse Shot.

This is a technique used to film conversations.

Therefore from start to finish,

the fighters are shot and edited as if they are having a dramatic conversation.

Shot/reverse shot is a filming and editing technique,

most commonly used to energize the pacing in a conversation scene.

To get a shot/reverse shot,

you film an entire conversation from the point of view of one character.

Then you film it again but from the point of view of the other character.

This way, you'll have the action and reaction from both characters

which can later be edited together to form the illusion of continuous conversation.

The decision to use shot/reverse shot in SPL is partly due to its location in a long, narrow alley.

Nonetheless in using the technique, the director did three things that made up a great fight scene:

Firstly, it provides a clear sense of space,

which allows audience to easily follow the action.

Secondly, it equally divides the spotlight between the performers

which allows them to shine and show off fight choreography.

Last but not least, it provides drama; by cutting to each character's reaction at the right moments

and by giving us necessary breaks between chunks of action to build up further tension.

When you film a conversation,

you wouldn't want to confuse viewers with too many angles.

Yet when it comes to filming fights, that's exactly what many modern action films are doing.

By over-relying on digital effects,

shaky camera movements

and quick confusing cuts.

Taken 3 is the perfect example

as you can see from this 6-second sequence that includes 15 cuts.

This kind of visual omission is sometimes done on purpose,

to either hide a bad choreography or performance or to imply instead of showing action

because…well, filming an action scene is hard.

A good fight scene needs good choreography,

a large and well-coordinate team on set

plus special effects and a whole lot of budget.

So appreciate a good action sequence when you see one,

because they're a lot of hard work.

From the long takes in Atomic Blonde

that shows just how brutal a fight like this would be in real life.

to the steady medium shot that showcases Jackie Chan's humorous martial arts moves

to The Villainess's stylish and innovative POV shots.

There's so many ways to effectively film a fight scene depending on the film you're making.

But a technique as simple as shot/reverse shot

can be just as effective like you can see from this fight in SPL.

After all in action films,

combat is a type of dramatic conversation

so there's no reason why it shouldn't be shot like one.

Opioid Addiction: Are You at Risk? - Duration: 4:13.

Welcome to Dr. David Eifrig's Health & Wealth Bulletin.

This is Weekly Update.

This week, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced the formation of the Prescription

Interdiction and Litigation Task Force, which is charged with taking on the growing opioid

epidemic in America.

In fact, Jeff Sessions called this the "deadliest drug crisis in American history."

In fact, every day, about 91 Americans die from an opioid overdose.

That's why today we want to talk about what opioids are, who is most at risk, and what

you can do should you get an opioid prescription.

So first we want to tackle what opioids are.

These are synthetic painkillers that are designed to bind to our opioid receptors in our brains

to help interrupt the pain pathway.

They're about 1.5 times more powerful than morphine.

And they include oxycodone, codeine, hydrocodone, and fentanyl.

Popular brand names include OxyContin and Vicodin.

Now, according to the U.S. Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project, in the past 20 years,

there's been an increase of about five-fold for the number of seniors admitted to the

hospital for opioid-related problems.

Seniors, in fact, are the largest population rise in hospital stays for opioid problems.

They're the group most at risk now because they're getting more and more prescriptions

for opioids.

Part of the problem with seniors dealing with opioids is that they have a weaker immune

system, along with altered hormones, and a propensity to overdose because they may not

be able to feel the effects as easily.

This sets them up for an opioid addiction over time.

Another problem with this, according to the Journal of the American Geriatric Society,

is that folks 65 and older who are taking opioids for arthritis pain actually have an

increased risk of fracture.

And that brings us to our third point, which is the complications that seniors are more

likely to face with opioids.

The first of these is an increased risk of falling.

That's because opioids interfere with the central nervous system and if you're already

unsteady on your feet, it can make you dizzy and lead to falls, which then lead to fractures.

Opioids also contribute to confusion, constipation, and respiratory depression.

Seniors are also at a higher risk for drug interactions.

That's because they're on a higher number of prescription medications that can often

lead to lethal side effects.

In addition, seniors may have more trouble with memory and because opioids rely on a

take as needed basis, they're more likely to take too many pills in a 24 hour period.

And finally, the detox effect for opioids in the system is actually slower for seniors.

That means that it takes longer for the drugs to get through their system and for them to

recover.

And finally, our last point.

Should you go to the doctor and they prescribe you an opioid, there are a few things to keep

in mind.

The first is to remember that usually opioids are now prescribed for short-term use.

This is essential especially if you're recovering from surgery.

But if they do prescribe an opioid for a longer-term use, there are three questions you need to

ask your doctor.

The first is to ask if there are any non-opioid medications or therapies that you can try.

The second is to ask if the doctor has a contract for opioids.

A contract in this case is a set of rules that you will need to follow while on your

opioid medication.

These can include things like an increased number of doctor visits to make sure that

you're monitoring your medication correctly.

And the third question is, can I see a pain specialist.

Now these are folks who are specially trained not only to help you manage pain, but also

manage all of your medications.

They can help lower the risk of any other complications.

That's it for now.

Keep sending your questions and comments to our feedback line.

Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe.

And we'll see you next week.

England's 'Glorious Revolution' Explained for Americans - Duration: 12:29.

You'll see so much weirdness in this one image that I want point it out to you bit

by bit.

So this is obviously a coronation ceremony.

Specifically, it's the coronation of William and Mary in England, 1689.

And that's the first peculiarity.

They're being coronated as co-regents, co-monarchs- sharing power between two in a role which

we typically have in our head as a job for one.

So, a split crown and authority.

Second oddity, one of those co-regents, William, on the verge of being King of England, Scotland,

and Ireland, is neither English, Scottish, or Irish- but rather, Dutch.

But most history books will describe no great war between England and the Netherlands in

this period.

So how did a Dutchman rise to share the throne?

And last, the peculiarity I think most significant: the document being held in front of them.

It's not what we might expect at a coronation: a congratulatory letter, a religious text,

or a royal poem- no.

It's a list of demands from the Parliament.

It starts with complaints against the predecessor King, James II, and then lists a series of

desired limitations on the new monarch's powers.

Granted, it wasn't technically required William and Mary accept these limitations

in order to ascend to the throne.

Nonetheless, an odd way to greet your new King and Queen- crashing their coronation

to tell them what they shouldn't do.

It's a lot to digest, but understanding this mystery will allow us to focus on the

foundation of power in the United Kingdom's political system.

I'll address the Dutchman first.

William of Orange invaded England in 1688.

A prince from the Netherlands crossing the channel with a fleet of ships, landing in

Brixham, and successfully marching his force to Westminster to be crowned King is a deceptively

simple explanation of what happened.

That's because William of Orange was invited to invade.

Though by nationality he was absolutely foreign, he had a couple things going for him: Perhaps

most important, he was a protestant at a time when England's King, James II, was catholic.

Now James II enjoyed support from Catholics within Ireland and Scotland, but sentiment

in England was resoundingly anti-catholic after years of religious violence between

the two.

They resented pushes by James II to normalize catholicism in the Kingdom.

They claimed that he suspended laws of Parliament in order to so.

They feared his drives to maintain a standing army as the actions of a tyrant.

And as a catalyst to their angst, James II's wife gave birth to a son in 1688- as critics

saw it, a son who would continue the tyrannical catholic dynasty over Protestant England.

Which brings us to the second thing William of Orange had going for him as an invader

of the British Isles: he was also a part of King James family; he was James' son-in-law,

the husband of Mary, a product of James first marriage.

So why would being in the hated king's family actually help?

Well, the newborn and direct catholic heir to the throne was a product of James' 2nd

marriage.

By invading, removing James and his second family, and installing himself, William of

Orange broke the catholic part out of the equation while still maintaining royal lineage

through James' protestant daughter and through himself, her protestant husband.

In a letter addressed to William of Orange by seven powerful noblemen, each carrying

a title like Earl, Bishop, or Lord, the state of mind of English Protestants, particularly

Protestant elites, came into view.

This was 1688.

They wrote to William, "The people are so generally dissatisfied

with the present conduct of the government in relation to their religion, liberties and

properties (all which have been greatly invaded)...It is no less certain that much the greatest

part of the nobility and gentry are as much dissatisfied...And there is no doubt but that

some of the most considerable of them would venture themselves with your highness at your

first landing…"

Please Dutch Prince.

Come depose our king, and bring his daughter too.

You might also notice two distinct, diverging lines of reasoning here.

We already mentioned religion.

James wanted catholicism legally accepted in English society, and his protestant opposition,

'averse' to what they called the 'popish religion'.

The second line of reasoning seems to contradict the first.

They get on a ramble in the letter about Parliament and end with this: "if things cannot then

be carried to [the King's] wishes in a Parliamentary way, other measures will be put in execution

by more violent means," Basically, the catholic king will continue

to ask things of Parliament which Parliament doesn't want to give, and upon denial, he

will usurp the Parliament with violence.

Thus, the king is a tyrant, as they wrote, 'religion, liberties and properties...greatly

invaded'.

I only mention this second line of reasoning to you because, though mixed in with the religious

stuff, their complaints about the king threatening the legislative body proves important to our

exploration.

William receives the letter and agrees.

What was astounding with William's 1698 invasion was the lack of violence.

Resistance would come from the Scottish and Irish in the following years, but during the

initial march, William and his 25 thousand men quickly gained support on their way to

London.

As Professor Steven Pincus describes in his brief history of the Glorious Revolution,

"Common people, gentry, and nobility, disgusted with James II's government but fearing his

power, soon found the courage to pour into William's camp and rise independently throughout

England, offering both physical and financial support,"

William of Orange landed in England, marched towards London, was greeted by cheering crowds

and defecting soldiers of King James- who then fled to France.

At their own behest, William and Mary acceded together as King William III and Queen Mary

II, hence the picture with which we started.

And we can now finally address that document-that list of demands being read to them at their

1689 coronation.

It starts with complaints against James II on religious grounds: 'subverting protestantism,

affiliating with the Catholic church, disarming protestants while arming Catholics' This

has been interpreted as the more conservative part of the 1689 revolution.

But then came, for our purposes, the more interesting bits.

They complained of the King: 'Dispensing and suspending laws without Parliament's

consent, using tax funds for purposes other than what was intended by Parliament, maintaining

a standing army without Parliament's consent, and by blocking free elections of Parliament…'

As John Locke might say, the social contract was broken.

Absolutism was under attack-not an uncommon theme in 17th century English history, but

now it would be codified.

Late 1689: the Parliament creates a statute form of their listed complaints and restrictions;

they author and pass the Bill of Rights.

Included were the aforementioned exclusive powers of Parliament to create and terminate

law, levy tax, and maintain an army.

But also, a vague but precedent setting provision for free elections of the Parliament and free

speech within it.

If the Magna Carta in 1215 was an attempt to subject the King to his own laws- a foundation

of limited government, this was now an Act, almost 500 years later, that future lawmaking

must go through an elected Parliament.

The sovereignty, the crown of the monarch was moving from the palace to the Parliament

and would gather there through to our time.

Hence where we get the controversial term, Parliamentary Sovereignty, a concept which

evolved after the revolution in 1689 and is best described by constitutional theorist

A.V.

Dicey in his Introduction to the Study of the Law of the Constitution.

He writes, "Parliament thus defined has, under the English constitution, the right

to make or unmake any law whatever: and, further, that no person or body is recognised by the

law of England as having a right to override or set aside the legislation of Parliament,"

In layman's terms which I've seen laid out in a couple different places: 'Parliament

may legislate on any subject.

No parliament can bind its successors or be bound by its predecessors.

No person or entity can challenge the validity of an act of Parliament, 'be they court

or King,' (Jago).

In this model, the 'checks and balances' so inherent to the American Constitution simply

don't exist as we would recognize them.

You and I could draw the American system like this, with the Congress creating law, Executive

enforcing law, and judiciary interpreting law- each impacting the others, but acting

independently.

If we would attempt to do the same for the United Kingdom, we would encounter great overlap,

as everyone from the Prime Minister to the Civil Service all serve at the pleasure of

the majority in Parliament.

The glorious revolution in 1698 led to an institution with, if not complete sovereignty,

expansive power in the United Kingdom- the legal right to legislate on any topic without

question.

But Parliamentary Sovereignty doesn't come without criticism.

Struggling a bit with the concept myself, I grabbed a couple books from the library.

This one, "Essentials of UK Politics," by Andrew Heywood has a digestible objection.

He writes, "Parliament is not and has never been politically sovereign.

Parliament has the legal right to make, amend, or unmake any law it wishes, but not always

the political ability to do so.

A simple example would be that Parliament could, in theory, abolish elections, but this

would be likely to result in widespread public protests, if not popular rebellion,"

Even if all this criticism is true-distinguishing the legal right and the political ability

of Parliament-in my opinion there's still no proper checks and balances.

The American Supreme Court is an institution we know to be a check on the President and

the congress.

The United Kingdom Supreme Court, by contrast, was created by Parliament in 2005, and defaults

to Parliamentary Sovereignty when making rulings.

In short, the UK Constitution is malleable, and that's what makes it interesting.

The result of England's Revolution in 1689 was a document meant to create a wall of separation

between the monarch and the legislature.

And to an American observer, it does seem like a radical concentration of power, one

the writers of the American Constitution sought to avoid by creating three coequal branches

of government.

But while American founders distinguished their new system from the one developing in

Westminster Palace, they embraced some of its core messaging; and I think you'll find

the echo of the protests in the English Declaration of Rights against King James reverberates

in a familiar way on second listening:

"unqualified persons have been returned and served on juries...excessive bail...

And illegal and cruel punishments inflicted," "For depriving us in many cases, of the

benefit of Trial by Jury,"

"By raising and keeping a standing army within this kingdom in time of peace without

consent of Parliament," "He has kept among us, in times of peace,

Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures,"

"and quartering soldiers contrary to law" "quartering large bodies of armed troops

among us,"

"By violating the freedom of election of members to serve in Parliament,"

"For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to

legislate for us in all cases whatsoever,"

"Dispensing and suspending laws without Parliament's consent,"

"He has refused his Assent to Laws...necessary for the public good.."

"By levying money for...another manner than the same was granted by Parliament,"

"For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent,"

"King James the Second having abdicated the government,"

"He has abdicated Government here."

Resistance to absolutism, limited government, social contracts, taxation only with representation-ironically,

the American Declaration of Independence, the document meant to forever disconnect the

United States and the Kingdom of Great Britain, actually reveals our common heritage.

How does Tritec feel? Lena tells about her new attitude to life | Hairsystems Heydecke - Duration: 3:08.

I'm Lena and I've been struggling

with hair loss for many years. I'm sure it's been 10 years.

I still don't know where that comes from and

no doctor has ever been able to tell me.

That's why I started looking for solutions.

So I became attentive

to the company Heydecke, through the internet

and have simply let me consult what

possibilities there are.

And then I decided on the Tritec method

and since then I am very

satisfied with it.

Why did you choose Tritec?

I chose Tritec Hair because it

is a hair gentle method and because

my own hair is preserved

and the system is fastened with my own hair.

Has your life changed since then?

My life has already changed because I'm

feeling more self-confident and

don't have to worry so much about my hairstyle anymore,

I just walk out without thinking "Oh, God,

can anyone see anything now?"

I just feel better than before.

How long have you been wearing your Tritec system?

I've been wearing the hair system for about three months now.

At the beginning I had to get used to it, of course,

but with every look in the mirror I'm happy

to have the opportunity to

have nice hair.

The handling is also very easy.

You just do everything you always do.

I also do yoga with all kinds of positions.

Nothing happens and you don't see anything.

Washing is also very easy

simply taking a shower and

with the right products it looks

completely natural.

Do you tug the system yourself?

Between the appointments at Heydecke,

where the system is renewed and reattached,

husband does it for me at home.

This was explained to us in detail

how it works and is also very simple.

How did your environment react?

My husband supported me the whole time

and said if I feel

better with it then I should do it

and he is also

very enthusiastic about the result. At the beginning you have to get used to it, of course,

because you actually look a bit different.

But sometimes my friends just asked me if

I was at the hairdresser's. Well, that really didn't make a lot of noise

and no one can see that anymore.

How do you care for your scalp?

From the care of your own scalp it is also very easy,

because you can simply reach underneath the hairsystem

and apply oils or something else.

New Anti-Trans Law Makes All Bathroom Users Carry Birth Certificates: March 2 Debrief - Duration: 3:37.

Trump's Justice Department says that businesses are allowed to fire queer employees, but a

federal court just strongly disagreed in a landmark ruling that could fundamentally change

LGBT employment protections.

A new policy on trans military service was due this week but it never came and nobody

in government seems to know why.

More states are looking at banning ex-gay abuse.

And an anti-trans bill in Alaska would require anyone using a public restroom to bring their

original birth certificate.

We'll have the week's top LGBT news and how it affects you on Weekly Debrief.

Weekly Debrief is made possible by everyone who pledges a dollar or more a month on Patreon.

There's rewards for folks who pledge -- visit Patreon.com/mattbaume or click the link in

the description to help keep these videos going.

We got a major victory for LGBT workers this week.

A federal court ruled that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects queer people from being

fired due to sexual orientation.

Basically, the court ruled that sexual orientation is delineated by the sex of the employee and

the sex of the people they're attracted to.

And since the Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, that includes sexual

orientation.

This is a big shift from earlier rulings, which held that in most states, employers

are free to fire employees if they're even suspected of being LGBT.

It's also a strong rebuke of the Trump administration's Justice Department, which argued that employers

should be allowed to purge queer workers.

The conflicting rulings are now setting up a situation that can probably only be resolved

by the Supreme Court.

That could take another few years, at least, so for now it's still legal in most states

to fire queer people.

Also this week, the Pentagon indicated that the White House would reveal plans to end

trans military service.

But the White House said that the National Security Council would have that information.

And the National Security Council said that it was up the the Pentagon, which responded

by saying that an announcement would be coming from the White House.

The current confusion seems to be stemming from delays in military officials providing

input to administration officials.

Defense Secretary Jim Mattis has said that he recommends allowing trans people to serve,

but his meetings to discuss that recommendation with White House officials keep getting postponed.

In the mean time, trans people are enlisting, serving, and also filing lawsuits in order

to force a workable policy to finally be articulated.

Good news from Washington state this week: the House of Representatives have passed a

ban on pray-away-the-gay treatments.

That's the abusive practice of attempting to change a person's sexual orientation, which

has been condemned by every major medical organization in the country.

The bill now heads to the senate and then to the Governor to sign.

And California may soon follow suit -- a similar bill is up for consideration there with support

from Democratic legislators.

But there's a dangerous and bizarre law up for a vote in Anchorage, Alaska next month.

Proposition 1 is yet another worst-case-scenario bathroom bill: not only would it overturn

non-discrimination laws; and not only would it ban trans people from using restrooms consistent

with their affirmed gender; it also states that anyone who wants to use a public bathroom

must be prepared to prove that they're allowed to be there by bringing their original birth

certificate with them.

This is obviously ridiculous, and local police have said they have no idea how to enforce

it.

And it could have repercussions beyond just Anchorage: anti-LGBT activists are using local

ballot measures like this to test out methods that can be expanded statewide, then exported

around the country.

It's crucial to defeat this ballot measure now, so we don't have copycats popping up

everywhere else.

Master Baggins Saw His Chance & He Took It | The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012) Movie CLIP HD - Duration: 5:00.

Wait!

My precious. Wait!

Gollum, gollum!

Quick, quick!

This way.

Come on. Come on, come on. Quickly.

Right, good!

Baggins!

Thief!

Curse it and crush it! We hates it forever!

Five, six, seven, eight.

Bifur. Bofur. That's 10.

Fili, Kili! That's 12.

And Bombur. That makes 13.

Where's Bilbo?

Where is our Hobbit?

Where is our Hobbit?

Curse that Half ling!

Now he's lost?

I thought he was with Dori!

Don't blame me!

Where did you last see him?

I think I saw him...

...slip away...

...when they first collared us.

And what happened, exactly?

- Tell me! - I'll tell you what happened.

Master Baggins saw his chance...

...and he took it.

He has thought of nothing but his soft bed and his warm hearth...

...since first he stepped out of his door.

We will not be seeing our Hobbit again.

He is long gone.

No.

He isn't.

Bilbo Baggins.

I have never been so glad...

...to see anyone in my life.

Bilbo.

We'd given you up.

How on earth did you get past the Goblins?

How, indeed.

Well, what does it matter? He's back.

It matters.

I want to know.

Why did you come back?

Look, I know you doubt me. I know you always have.

And you're right. I often think of Bag-end.

I miss my books.

And my armchair and my garden.

See, that's where I belong.

That's home.

And that's why I came back. Because...

...you don't have one. A home.

It was taken from you.

But I will help you take it back if I can.

SUCCESS 🥇 MOTIVATION ⚡ - Duration: 3:54.

Music

I recall the past again, tonight

It's in the front of my mind

As we fall apart

You began to cry

The tears are making you blind

The future's far away, but I will stay

I will stay

Just take a leap of faith

We'll find a way, for you and me

Can't look back, can't run

From what I feel inside

There's no more time to hide

Because I..

I Feel Again

I, I Feel Again, oh now

I, I Feel Again

We're bringing this back to life

(I Feel Again, I Feel it Again, oh now) (x2)

I Feel it Again

I Feel it Again

I Feel it Again

We're bringing this back to life

Music

Help me find the right words to say

To get us back on our way

Can we try to fight against the grain, I've thrown out what we made

The future's far away, but I will stay

I will stay

Because I..

I Feel Again

I, I Feel Again, oh now

I, I Feel Again

We're bringing this back to life

We're picking up where we left

Off and on again

We never quite could forget

Cause what we got is so intense

(I Feel Again, I Feel it Again, oh now) (x2)

I Feel it Again (x2)

I Feel Again

We're bringing this back to life!

Space to Ground: Home at Last: 03/02/2018 - Duration: 2:45.

"HOUSTON, STATION ON SPACE TO GROUND."

WELCOME TO SPACE TO GROUND, I'M KATHRYN MCLAURIN.

IT'S ALWAYS HARD TO SAY GOODBYE,

BUT THE EXPEDITION 54 CREW DID JUST THAT AS THEY RETURNED

TO EARTH EARLIER THIS WEEK.

NASA ASTRONAUTS MARK VANDE HEI AND JOE ACABA AS WELL

AS RUSSIAN COSMONAUT ALEXANDER MISURKIN SAID THEIR FAREWELLS

BEFORE UNDOCKING THE SOYUZ MS-06 SPACECRAFT

FOR THE RETURN JOURNEY TO EARTH.

THE CREW SAFELY LANDED TUESDAY EVENING AT 9:31 EASTERN TIME

IN A REMOTE PART OF KAZAKHSTAN.

THIS CREW MARKED THE BEGINNING OF THE FIRST LONG-TERM INCREASE

IN CREW SIZE ON THE U.S. SEGMENT.

THIS ENABLED NASA TO DOUBLE THE TIME DEDICATED TO RESEARCH

AND ACHIEVE A RECORD SETTING WEEK

OF OVER 100 HOURS OF RESEARCH IN SPACE.

IN ADDITION TO RESEARCH THE CREW WELCOMED FOUR CARGO SPACECRAFT,

PARTICIPATED IN MULTIPLE SPACEWALKS AND DOZENS

OF EDUCATIONAL EVENTS AS A PART OF NASA'S YEAR

OF EDUCATION ON STATION.

WITH ONE CREW HOME SAFE, ANOTHER CREW IS PREPPING TO LAUNCH.

NASA ASTRONAUTS RICKY ARNOLD AND DREW FEUSTEL AND OLEG ARTEMYEV

OF ROSCOSMOS ARE IN THE FINAL WEEKS

OF TRAINING BEFORE THEY LAUNCH TO THE STATION IN LATE MARCH.

THIS WILL BE THE SECOND FLIGHT TO THE STATION FOR THE TRIO,

AND THE FIRST LONG-DURATION STAY FOR ARNOLD AND FEUSTEL.

ARTEMYEV WAS A FLIGHT ENGINEER DURING EXPEDITION 39

AND 40 IN 2014.

THEY WILL JOIN ANTRON SHKAPLEROV, SCOTT TINGLE

AND NORISHIGE KANAI ABOARD THE STATION

TO COMPLETE THE EXPEDITION 55 CREW.

THIS WEEKS TWITTER QUESTION COMES FROM MEISHA WHO WANTS

TO KNOW WHAT THE ASTRONAUTS DO WITH THE GARBAGE ON ISS.

AS YOU CAN IMAGINE, THERE ARE NO GARBAGE TRUCKS SWINGING

BY THE STATION ONCE A WEEK TO COLLECT THE TRASH.

ASTRONAUTS PACK AND ORGANIZE ANY WASTE ON CARGO VEHICLES

LIKE ORBITAL ATK'S CYGNUS, A RUSSIAN PROGRESS VEHICLE

OR A JAPANESE HTV SPACECRAFT.

ONCE THESE VEHICLES ARE RELEASED, THE THOUSANDS

OF POUNDS OF TRASH, INCLUDING FOOD CONTAINERS

AND DIRTY LAUNDRY, BURN UP IN THE ATMOSPHERE

OVER THE PACIFIC OCEAN.

AND EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE BACK ON EARTH, JOE ACABA

AND MARK VANDE HEI ARE CONTINUING THEIR YEAR

OF EDUCATION ON STATION WITH A TWEET CHAT ON MARCH 6TH.

THEY WILL BE TALKING WITH THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWERS

ON THEIR INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS WITH THE HASHTAG #ASKASTRO.

JOE WILL ANSWER QUESTION FROM @ASTROACABA FROM 1:15

TO 1:45 PM CENTRAL TIME AND MARK WILL ANSWER QUESTIONS

FROM @ASTRO_SABOT AT 2:55-3:30 PM CENTRAL TIME.

KEEP SENDING IN QUESTIONS USING THE HASHTAG SPACETOGROUND,

WE'LL SEE YOU NEXT WEEK.
