Hi, I'm Phil or Chapavich Temnitikul,

the composer of Malila The Farewell Flower

Malila was a project that I started in early 2016

when it was in pre-production

and the screenplay almost finished.

Then Nuchy (the director) sent me the screenplay

The thing that makes this screenplay special is

Nuchy wrote about which scene will has the music in it.

After I had read it,

I wrote 2 main themes.

Before the theme that we hear in score,

I had done many different version of themes.

Luckily, this production gave me plenty of time to work out.

So I was able to look into more detail.

The difference between my work on Malila and my work on other films is that

I composed the score without looking into any scene of this film.

I composed by understanding the script

and Nuchy also described how was it like in that scenes

and how cinematography it is

by her imagination in her head.

Then I analyzed all info I got

and composed a sound

and theme

without looking at any scene

Since Malila is about making Baisri,

making beautiful flowers,

and also related to death, sadness

and about farewell.

I created the music and sound

that sounds like classic romantic film score

like, John Barry or Ennio Morricone

But, it's not a total old school style.

I did mix them with modern film score texture

and add more loneliness sound into music.

It does not only give you a beautiful feeling,

but also let you feel the sadness

Now I'll talk about the musical instruments in Malila.

The main instruments are Strings and Pin Pia (Thai instrument.)

The strings include orchestra strings

and solo strings which are violin, viola, and cello

In the soundtrack album of this film

I gave every instrument to have a chance to play main theme.

And they could be featured in each song they play.

Another important instrument is

Pin Pia (Thai instrument.)

Pin Pia is a traditional instrument in the north of Thailand

How to play this is to pluck the string

and move the instrument body on the chest.

This instrument has a soundhole like guitar.

When the player moves soundhole, it produces wob wob sound.

It's like adding modulation in synthesizer

We recorded Pin Pia in a cave at Saraburi.

Location team found this place and we just ducked into

a small hole to get to a big cave

like a church.

I also recorded the reverberation of this place

to get the nice reverb sound of nature.

Also it sounds a bit different than recording in a studio

which made Pin Pia sound unique.

Another thing I like about this composition process is

I had watched the film for the first time.

The film that has my music in it.

I was impressed when I watched it

even it's a draft cut

It was perfectly fit

with all scenes that has music. It's so perfect.

I like how director had planned about music in every scene.

However, director also gave me the freedom to create things in score.

Those are the things I love about composing for this film.

And today's topic is sleep series autonomic factors.

Now sleep is a very interesting phenomena because when you're sleeping you obviously

are not conscious.

But yet the body is moving along and doing everything it should be.

This is controlled by the autonomic factors.

The autonomic nervous system is in full control helping your body not only to keep the heart

going but also help your breathing going.

Now breathing is very interesting because, you know, it's one of the only autonomic

functions that you can actually control when you want it and not allow the body to maintain

its own control.

So let me explain.

Now let's say you have a heart, and you are beating.

You cannot just tell the heart to stop.

It's going to beat whether you like it or not, it's just a matter of whether faster

or slower when the body decides it needs to be.

Breathing can be stopped at will.

You can say, body, stop the breathing for the next 20 seconds and start breathing again.

You are in total control.

So breathing is one of the bridges of the autonomic nervous system that actually allows

the body to relax when it wants to and to take in deep breath when it needs to.

Now how does this play into the sleep?

During the sleep process the relaxing part of the breathing as well as the working part

of the breathing are both functional.

And they have to be in unison.

And when that is not working well then you can have sleep apnea, you can have frequent

awakening, you can have wild dreams, you can have nightmares, and you can even have choking

episodes.

So learning how to breathe is a way to bridge and modulate the autonomic nervous system.

And when the autonomic system is better functioning, your sleep is going to improve.

The Search Engine Google is showing this Doodle in few Countries for celebrating the Holi

2018.

Holi is a Hindu spring festival in India and Nepal, also known as the "festival of colours"

or the "festival of love".

The festival signifies the victory of good over evil, the arrival of spring, end of winter,

and for many a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair

broken relationships, and is also celebrated as a thanksgiving for a good harvest.

Holi is an ancient Hindu religious festival which has become popular with non-Hindus in

many parts of South Asia, as well as people of other communities outside Asia.

Holi celebrations start on the night before Holi with a Holika bonfire where people gather,

do religious rituals in front of the bonfire, and pray that their internal evil should be

destroyed as the bonfire starts.

The next morning is celebrated as Rangwali Holi - a free-for-all carnival of colours,

where participants play, chase and colour each other with dry powder and coloured water,

with some carrying water guns and coloured water-filled balloons for their water fight.

Anyone and everyone is fair game, friend or stranger, rich or poor, man or woman, children

and elders.

The frolic and fight with colours occurs in the open streets, open parks, outside temples

and buildings.

Groups carry drums and other musical instruments, go from place to place, sing and dance.

People visit family, friends and foes to throw coloured powders on each other, laugh and

gossip, then share Holi delicacies, food and drinks.

South Korea to send special envoy to North Korea, Moon tells Trump - Duration: 2:29.

President Moon Jae-in has told his U.S. counterpart of his government's plan to send an envoy

to North Korea.

Seoul's top office says the two leaders also agreed to continue to make efforts for the

denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula by maintaining the momentum of inter-Korean dialogue.

Our chief Blue House correspondent Moon Connyoung reports.

South Korea will send a special envoy to North Korea to follow up on a visit by the sister

of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to the South last month.

That's what South Korean President Moon Jae-in told his U.S. counterpart Donald Trump during

a late night phone conversation Thursday, the first direct contact between the two leaders

since the rare high-level visits by North Korea across the border in recent weeks.

The presidential office suggested the decision was part of an effort to continue diplomatic

momentum after a series of exchanges between the two Koreas around the Winter Olympics

in PyeongChang, South Korea, which wrapped up on Sunday.

Seoul's presidential Blue House made the announcement after Thursday's 30-minute phone call during

which Presidents Moon and Trump discussed the latest engagement between the two Koreas

after more than a year of sharply rising tensions over Pyongyang's nuclear and missile programs.

The South Korean president's chief communications secretary said the two allies agreed to "maintain

and push forward" the momentum of inter-Korean talks and continue to make efforts towards

denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

In sending a special envoy to Pyongyang, the South Korean leader told the U.S. president

that he would be seeking to reciprocate for the senior delegations dispatched to the PyeongChang

Winter Olympics by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, including his own sister, Kim Yo-jong,

the first visit by a member of the North's ruling bloodline since the Korean War in the

early 1950s.

Mr. Moon, who advocates dialogue with the North to defuse tensions, urged both Washington

and Pyongyang to give ground to allow for talks.

Senior officials from Pyongyang visiting South Korea for the Olympics responded by saying

the North was "very willing" to hold talks with the U.S. while the White House ruled

out any possibility of talks before North Korea takes steps towards denuclearization.

Although the Blue House added that the leaders of South Korea and the U.S. agreed to continue

close consultation on the progress of future dialogue between the two Koreas... it did

not identify who the special envoy would be or when the trip would take place.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9: First Official Leak! - Duration: 3:00.

So the hype for the Galaxy S9 is over and

Everything is settled down if you want to see a full comparison between it and the s8 check out the previous video

But for now we have information regarding the monster of 2018 the galaxy note 9

What is up guys, I hope you're all doing well the Galaxy Note 8

which was the best phone of 2017 according to MKBHD had the general model number, sm-n950

950 and if you add the U at the end you get the general model number of the Note 8 in the United States the

phone that rocks the Snapdragon processor which is less powerful and

Samsung's Exynos processor and guess what showed up in one result of the

html5 test this

SM-N

960U it was noticed by the Dutch Samsung fan blog galaxy club

And you have already guessed what it surely refers to and the score was

522 out of

555 not impressed? well to put it into perspective the note 8 scored

488 on the same test and the new Exynos s9 scored

517 so when the Snapdragon note 9 scores

522 while still being in early development stage, then we're really talking about a beast here

Unfortunately this leak doesn't show much

apart from that beastly score only the usual stuff like the fact that the phone will come with the 18.5:9

Screen and that's right now

It's using android 8, but this is as of this moment of course it should launch with android 8.1

At least and by the way if you didn't know yet

It's rumored that we won't see an in display fingerprint scanner with the note 9 the reason is that the current

technology in that field isn't enough to convince samsung to use it in such an important device

I'm talking about the synaptics optical sensor that came with the vivo X 20 plus UD it's not as fast as the

Capacitive scanners and also not as accurate and can be seen sometimes

through the glass and it won't work with all screen protectors

So this all made Samsung delay the implementation of this idea until they further develop it because they want to present

technologies to the consumers when they're really convenient, they don't care about being the first to introduce new technologies anymore

So no room for playing around only the best of the best come with Samsung's flagships

ut still we are months ahead of the node nine

So there is still a slight possibility that things change, and I will keep you informed

Amazing Things That Happen When You Fast! Dr Michael Klaper - Duration: 4:49.

Fasting is a process that facilitates our body's own healing mechanisms.

When we stop eating food and just drink water we don't have to spend energy on digestion,

and so this large amount of energy is freed up and our bodies can use it instead to cleanse

from accumulated toxins and heal damaged tissues and cells.

Fasting encourages our body's natural healing mechanisms

to actively destroy and recycle damaged tissues.

Any water fast lasting longer than 5 days should be done in a medically supervised fasting

facility like true north health center as it can be very dangerous to fast on your own.

So now let's hear as Dr Michael Klaper talks more about the amazing things that happen

when you fast.....Let me talk to you about fasting and what may be happening inside the

tissues that's very relevant to cancer and lymphomas because we've had 2 lymphomas

melt away by doing a water fast.

Water fasting is so profound, when the body is in this fasting state for the first 24-48

hours, we burn off circulating blood sugar and sugar in our liver

but then we start burning off fat tissue.

When we do that molecules called ketones come into the blood stream and ketones have some

interesting properties, one of which is they suppress hunger.

Something else happens in the body, we note the progression of remarkable changes.

When you think about it, when calories stop coming in, the body doesn't know that there

may be never calories coming in again.

So it looks around and it knows that every stored calorie you have on your body is precious

and it's not going to waste those calories on wasteful, useless reactions,

one of which is inflammation.

If you're 'starving' to death you're not going to run inflammatory reactions.

We see that the body knows this and predictably it turns down inflammation by a number of

mechanisms and we use this to our advantage with patients who have inflammatory diseases,

rheumatoid arthritis, lupus etc.

A fast works really well to turn down inflammation.

Going further down, if you're 'starving' to death some other processes you don't

want to waste energy on is running a malignant tumor.

Talk about a wasteful use of energy and the body knows that.

If you're starving to death why run a cancer

and so during a fast the body turns off cancer growths.

We're now getting some insight on how the body turns off cancer growth.

It turns out that as the body fast molecules call sirtuins come into circulation.

There is indeed a whole chemistry based upon these molecules and they stop cancer growth.

The body has genes that suppress cancer growth and these sirtuins turn those genes on and

keeps them on and shuts down cancer growth.

This happens in the fasting state and as you fast sirtuins come into your tissues they

turn off inflammation, they turn off cancer growth and shut down the aging process.

Sirtuins appear when you're fasting but you can't fast forever so what happens when

you start to eat again and how can you get sirtuins into you tissues

and your life on a regular basis?

Well it turns out that Dr Valter Longo and his colleagues have understood that if you

fast for 5 consecutive, you drop your calorie intake below 500 calories, you basically eat

salad for 5 days, or if you're an experienced water faster do a water fast at home.

By the end of the 5th day you've cranked up the sirtuins in your tissues and you can

coast on them for the rest of the month.

We're talking about intermittent fasting.

What Dr Longo has proposed is called a fast mimicking diet.

For the folks with cancer or inflammatory diseases i.e crohn's disease, learn how

to do a water fast here (at TrueNorth health center)

and then every month at home do 5 days on water.

This is when the body cleans out a lot of stuff and the body heals during this time.

These are some powerful tools that you can use to boost your own immune system and start

to overcome some of these very very serious problems.

Hey everyone this is Bob from Trueonlineriches.com and this is Bob's Den. in this quick

vero review video I'd like to show you how to use the

VERO app so I'll quickly go to my VERO app and open it up so once you tap your

VERO app icon this is how you're welcomed with this is your basic feed you

have once you're in there so before I go ahead and show you how to post a video

or image I'll quickly go to this navigation icons here on top right hand

corner the first one you have is the search can search for people hashtags

photos videos and all those kinds of good stuff there and you can also go

through popular hashtags and products and featured users and all those stuff

are under the magnifying glass or the search bar there so next on line is your

dashboard so this is where you have all the connections you have and the

followers and followings like I said I don't have much people and here as of

now so maybe you can search me and find me follow me we can connect we can get

connected here over at there Oh that'll be great so over at the bottom you have

your all the posts you ever had so it's kind of similar to Instagram you have

your grid view and your list view so these are all the posts I have made on

vero as of now when you have connections you

can group them as acquaintances like I have one connection here you can group

them as acquaintances friend or a close friend and that would actually help you

when you make a post I'll show you in a bit so once you're done there Oh before

I go from here they're setting tab there this is where you can change your name

your phone number your email address and if you're using an iPhone you can

connect your Apple music and I'm pretty sure if you're an Android user you will

have the Google Play option there and all the other settings are under here

and you can also invite your friends over to Vero using this invite icon

and this is a cool stuff they do like they give you this online card kind of

thing you can get the link from hitting or tapping the share this card button

and that will make your phone to pop up all the social media apps on your phone

and you can send this card to your friend and friends and invite them over

to Barrow the same thing applies to SMS and mail as well so anyways next is the

collections this is an unique feature vero has so let's go tap on photos and

videos so this is all the images and videos I have shared and people who I

follow have shared they kind of curate everything under these sections photos

and videos links and musics etc so this is the link I have shared earlier today

and all these links are being promoted by vero I guess or the people I have

followed some featured users I guess so probably they're promoting some stuff

and same goes with movies and if you share a movie you can check that out by

tapping on them let's tap on black panther really quick and if when you

scroll down that kind of gives you cool animation with that image there and the

other cool stuff is when you tap on the more icon or arrow there it kind of

takes you to this kind of snapshot with synopsis and cast and everything and you

never have to leave the vero app you can check out the trailers here and all the

good stuff related to that particular topic so this is being recommended by

max Joseph I follow him here so that's how I think it kind of showed up on my

feed anyways same goes with TV shows and stuff like that you can also search for

stuff to like use the search bar here and you can search those over there and

next is notification pretty basic stuff it shows all your likes and comments on

your post and this is kind of like the DM and my Instagram over and barrel it's

kind of the chap top check not chapped chat option so that's about it just just

an overall walkthrough and to post something all you have to do is to tap

on this plus icon here and that'll make your phone

up the screen and to post an image or video tap on camera and I haven't

enabled my camera access yet so that's why you see that access denied there or

you can just tap on a picture or an image and just make your editing's there

if you have any and click Next and this is where you can choose who you want to

see your post so you can either go with acquaintances or friends and close

friends or you can just tap the 4th icon there the binocular icons and that means

it is a public post you're doing once you're done with that hit post and

that's how you post your viral post and same thing goes with links and all the

other good stuff you can hit link here and put paste a link on to the enter

address area there and hit go and that will show up this is a YouTube video I

did on what Vairo s a couple days ago and I kind of shared this as well so the

thing is like you don't have to leave the app and you once you're done with

editing and if you're happy with what you have selected hit next and that will

actually get you to post that link as well unlike any other social media

platforms what makes Vero stand out is that it doesn't have any algorithms or

advertisements like other social media platforms have like Facebook or

Instagram so they don't hold back your post from showing it to your followers

when you share a post it is shown to your followers as it happens when it

happened that's what they claim so there's my quick review and how to use

Vector Art YOURSELF Tutorial - Vectorise Yourself - Duration: 6:22.

today learn how to turn yourself into vector art with today's satori

graphics Adobe Illustrator tutorial

what is up people welcome back to satori graphics the home of graphic design

content right here on YouTube today a super cool yet super simple tutorial on

how to turn yourself into vector art using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator so

follow along and turn yourself into vector art today with Satori graphics so we're

going to start working a photoshop for this tutorial and how to turn yourself

into vector art and then we're going to be able to illustrate to later

so in Photoshop open up image and it's best to get quite a high quality crisp

image with as much of a white backdrop as possible open the layers window then

double click the layer to unlock it you will now need to take the quick

selection tool I want to cut out yourself from the image e to click and

drag along the areas that you want to select and cut out you can also hold

down the alt option key and click Lee with areas that you don't want to select

if you enough selecting them I would use quite a low size for the quick selection

tool somewhere around 3 to 5 so when you have a selection around yourself like I

do here go ahead and make a new document and the size doesn't matter too much

then with the selection tool click and drag the selection on to the new

document we want to totally white background for this very tart effect so

press command or ctrl T to a size and position yourself onto the air board

from here you can take the eraser tool with quite a soft brush and go around

the edges carefully feathering them with the semi low opacity in Photoshop is

always a good idea duplicate your layer so if you do mess up big-time you always

have a backup layer to go back to say I'm a semi ginger beard I'm gonna

quickly show you some feathering you want to take your time doing this to get

a smooth and refined edge of yourself so when you've done that and go to image

appearance and Xuan saturation you want to touch the desaturate the image so

it's black and white then in the last window locate the levels window play

around the settings you want to make the image of quite a strong contrast between

black and whites and make the oval image itself for their dark we then need to

play around with the threshold settings for a better effect in today's tutorial

so again play around the settings here and take your time into your image fits

your taste we have one more thing to do in Photoshop and then we're gonna move

over to illustrator to complete this vector art Yourself tutorial

go up to layers and then flatten your image and then in the FX panel add a

color overlay

choose the color that you want to use and set the blend mode to normal and

lower the opacity you'll notice that there are two shades of the same color

and this is way one for today tutorial

lastly save the image as a JPEG and open up in Illustrator so now here we are

native illustrator for this back to our tutorial go ahead and open up the image

trace window with the image selected this will take a lot of adjusting and

time but make sure you click color at the top and choose two colors then click

preview and play around with your image trace settings until you're happy here

you can see my final settings from way back to our design when you're happy go

to object image trace and expand you see eyedropper tool to select the colors and

you can then take the rectangle tool and sample those colors to refer back to

later any stage in your designer

you can also end group everything if you want to but it's not necessary for the

final part of this back to our tutorial you need some vectors you can head over

to my vectors linked in the top right corner at the screen or you can find

some of the vet as you want online they're bound to be some free vectors

out there if you look on Google but the idea is to choose a vector copy with the

command or ctrl C and then paste onto your design with command or control V

you just need to get creative with your layout and see what you can come up with

I spent quite a bit of time avatar design but ideally I would have liked to

spend a lot more time doing it but you could of course take your time to get

creative with turning yourself into vector art

easy-to-follow steps using a demonstrator and Adobe Photoshop let me

I wanted to be a filmmaker.

What modern societies allow us to do is choose who to be.

How do you decide which path is the right one for you

when you know there are dozens and dozens of other paths?

with my girlfriend, Mary.

I've been in California since 08.

Like I had a screenplay ready

but things didn't really work out as well as I hoped.

If you could imagine rolling back time a bit

if you have free will you could roll it forward

you make a different decision.

Are we really the masters of our fate?

You can't change the past

because you can't change the future either.

If the laws of nature can control the astronomical universe

the only thing you could have done is what you did do.

In reality we don't live in the classical universe

it's a quantum universe

where the future is more like a tree with a lot of branches

it's just that I have no way of knowing where I am in the reality.
