PUBG Anniversary Celebration New 4x4km Map Gameplay Showcase - Duration: 3:12.
On this the one-year anniversary of the launch of PUBG
Myself and CH just want to take a minute to express how grateful we are for all your support over the past year.
We could not have made a game this fun without all of your feedback and ideas.
I still remember our first alpha days
when we launched people from a warehouse instead of from a plane.
So our old office was next to a military base and C-130's were flying over us all the time
and when we got feedback from our team and players we decided to introduce the airplane
and looking at these military airplanes flying over us we thought it was fate.
So we got an amazing amount of feedback from you guys.
Some of you were brutally honest but we really appreciate and needed that.
We still need this kind of feedback.
So personally I love the harsh feedback.
If everyone is telling us our game was great we'd get nowhere and wouldn't be able to improve.
So the fact that the Battle Royale community in general is so passionate about giving us
their honest opinions on stuff we've done has really helped us build a really solid game.
Your passion for our game has blown us away continually over the past year.
You showed us that you really wanted first-person added to the game
and we added it much sooner than we'd planned.
Now the FPP mode has become a game mode that a lot of PUBG players enjoy playing.
It's been a pretty crazy journey for us so far
and as I keep saying this is a marathon for us not a sprint.
We're building a team now globally and expanding every day
in order to service this game for many years to come.
Recently we revealed our roadmap for 2018
Today we are happy to announce that our public testing phases for our new map will begin in early April.
We would like to go back to the days of when we were developing the game and pursuing open development once more
testing this game with our players and completing it together with you guys.
The first step in that is getting the 4x4 map into your hands much earlier
so we can get your feedback and really improve the map early in development
so when we finally release it it's the best it can be.
Your participation and feedback got us to where we are today.
We would not be here without you.
You've stuck with us through the good and the bad
and I would like to take this time to say thank you very much to you all.
Oh yes you pan!
That was the most amazing pan save of all time.
Nice to meet you.
They're dead!
On behalf of myself and the whole PUBG team
I want to extend a massive thank you to everyone who's played
who creates content or who has otherwise supported the game over the past year.
It's really been a crazy ride for us
and we look forward to many more years playing together with you guys.
900 meters.. 900 meters..
Holy shit!
Oh my god we just set the record my friends.
Holy shit

Essence Of Murli 25-03-2018 - Duration: 6:15.
Om Shanti !
Today's Murli Date Is 25th March 2018
( Today's Murli is Avyakt Baapdada's Avyakt Murli. This Murli was first spoken on 1st June 1983 )
Murli Heading : Reveal the new knowledge and the Bestower of Knowledge with authority and the drums of revelation will beat.
(BapDada's incarnation in a meeting.)
This is the gathering of all the special souls who are crowned and seated on a throne.
Do all of you consider yourselves to be crowned and seated on a throne?
All of you are wearing your crowns of the responsibility of unlimited service, are you not?
The unlimited crown means to be stable as an embodiment of unlimited remembrance.
You are each wearing a crown of unlimited responsibility.
Rays of light and might are spreading from the crowns of the unlimited children into the unlimited.
You have come out of the limited and become emperors of the unlimited.
Since you have gone beyond the consciousness of anything limited, you have also gone beyond your bodies and all bodily limitations.
The special service is to take everyone from the limited into the unlimited.
Why did Father Brahma become avyakt?
In order to remove you from the limited and take you into the unlimited.
The practical form of love for Father Brahma is to follow Father Brahma.
To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.
The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.
We spiritual children convey to spiritual Baapdada, our love our remembrance, our good morning & our namaste namaste
Blessing: May you be an independent soul who is free from any bondage of dependency by finishing the web of weak thoughts.
The bondage of dependency is a web of the weak thoughts in your own mind. The web comes in the form of questions.
When the question arises: "I don't know what is going to happen", or "Will it not be like this?" it then becomes a web.
However, let the confluence-aged Brahmins have just one powerful thought,
"Whatever happens will be benevolent, elevated and the best of all."
Finish the web with this powerful thought and you will become an independent soul who is free from bondage.
Slogan: The practical form of a knowledgeable and yogi soul is humility and fearlessness.
Om Shanti !

Tupac Shakur | Charisma Breakdown | Live Your Life with Passion (Explicit) - Duration: 13:22.
is it possible to be one person with a multitude of different parts to come off as genuinely
the same person without seeming fake or inauthentic
Well today in this video, Im goin to explain to you how to do just that in this Charisma
breakdown of one of the most iconic figures to ever do it.
Born Lesane Parish Cooks, Tupac was one of the most influential rappers of his generation.
Its no wonder that a man with 11 studio albums.
Selling more than 75 million records, and starring in multiple movies within the span
of 6 years created such an amazing legacy that he has left in
his passing.
But what makes Tupac Charisma so memerable?
Well I will give you a hint, it has nothing to do with this guy....
The one single most memorable Trait that Tupac uses is Passion.
Is Passion, This is the the definitive Charisma factor when talking about this legend
No one showed more passion about his craft, his world views, and his community than this
figure here.
Anything that he was involved in during his years, he was always extremely passionate
about.
Wether it be dancing, rapping, acting, arguing with the media, serving as a symbol for political
movements or standing up for his friends.
Tupac would do it with extreme passion
Now even though Tupac found himself in more trouble than not because of his actions.
He would still show extreme passion when dealing with people.
He was not afraid to say what was on his mind anywhere, any place, or anytime.
This might have gotten him in trouble many times but he never would hold his tongue for anybody
Even at an early age he didnt mind telling people how he felt about situations.
In times when he cursed when arguing a point
he would always show respect. No matter who the audience.
Another one of the main factors that Tupac showed in hi s Charisma was Unity
2Pac was always about the people.
In a time when people were divided, 2Pac was an activist for the community.
he made sure that he never lost touch with the people that were still less fortunate
than him.
Even in interviews where he talks about helping the people and his idealistic views on the
wealthy in the country, he always speaks in the collective form portraying that he understand
the struggle and that he too is also a part of it.
video
This Charasmatic view of Empathy and Unity happen s genuinely and instinctively.
It makes you laugh, it makes you feel heard, and it makes you feel special, fascinated,
safe and interesting.
It isn't the same feeling in every case.
But people connect and stay because they are having strong, positive emotions in the presence
of someone truly charismatic.
Although many of his Rap lyrics were about violence he was always an active mortar for peace
He understood that he needed to connect with people on both planes because the people knew
both sides to be true.
He also expressed this sense of Passion with hand gestures exclusively when talking about
other people in his community.
Watch this clip where he starts the video talking about himself with minimum hand movement
but when he starts to get passionate talking about the state of the union and community,
how he starts adding in his hand gestures.
video
This also comes when he is taking a Stance on an issue.
While a lot of people might get emotional when people state their different opinions
and talking in front of groups about issues.
Tupac's passion shines at its best.
His Charisma stands out the most when he is driving a movement.
He believe in something powerfully and share that belief with others.
His conviction and consistent actions influence others to follow.
Many people will mix up the words emotion and passion.
Although I will explain in a later video, to sum it up, Emotions are the feelings you
feel, but passion is drive that push us or the "forces" that guide us and there was
no such "Force" quite built like Tupac.
When he believed strongly in something, he wanted to make sure the whole world heard
it, uncut, unfiltered, and in its entirety.
People with passion have voices that show inflection, and manner that are easy to listen to
They have the ability to express drama and intrigue so people want to hear more.
People that do not have this attribute tend to have shaky uneven voices.
They show no inflection and speak in monotone.
There is also a fine line between speaking with passion to dri ve a statement and complaing.
Watch how he speaks with conviction and confidence.
Loud and Direct.
He has taken a strong stance on the topic and Its his passion that is driving the message
through into the minds and hearts of the audience.
video
Also one attribute that TuPac captivated the best is something I like to call "Layers".
One of the most controversal things about 2Pac is that you had no idea what he was going
to say or do.
He was a loose cannon.
And When Many people would have him labeled as a rebel, an outlaw, or a thug.
He would also shine as a poet, activist, and leader of the community.
Within his persona were so many different levels of one man, but they all seemed to
be authentic.
Wether he was doing a polite interview with a reporter or shouting obscenities and spitting
at the paparazzi.
All of these elements of TuPac seemed to be Authentic him
video
This brings me to my final point, 2Pac was "Real"
Now although this term has literally turned into a fad.
Tupac was the embodyment of the name.
Real.
Not only was he not afraid to show the toughest side of himself, but in contrast, he would
also show the most vulnerable.
He didnt fear showing people how he was feeling or thinking.
If he was happy, he would show you extreme happiness, when in times of sadness, he was
not afraid to cry.
But this is what made 2pac so relatable.
In a time where men were suppose to toughen up, dont cry or even show their true emotions.
video
These were fueled by his Passion.
Passion for Love, Passion for Life, and a Passion to Change the World.
So think about how you can become more passionate everyday.
Start by Caring more about your immediate life, your community and the world around
you.
Expand your passions by doing the things you love and appreciating the situations you are
currently in.
Become motivated by the drive that is deep inside of you and use it to propel you to
accomplishing your goals and never apologize for it.
That is it for me today I want to thank you SOL Fam for watching this
video if you enjoyed it, hit that thumbs up button, and let me know, Should I do more
of these Charisma breakdowns?
If so leave it in the commets section below and if you are not already, make sure you
sucribe to the channel, We are putting videos out daily and would love for you
to come along on this journey.
Cant wait to see you again, until next time…

Anger in the Body - Duration: 10:12.
In this module we will be looking at the different ways in which anger can affect the body
the body and what we can do about it. Psychologists understand anger to be
just one of a handful of emotions that have played a developmental role in our
evolution as a species. These core emotions
happy sad fear and anger are linked to our body's biological systems .
Anger like fear is linked to the body's limbic system. This is the part of our biology
that is designed to deal with threats. You may more commonly hear this
described as the fight flight or freeze system as these are the common ways in
which humans and most mammals deal with an impending threat.
The limbic system is also linked to the production of hormones like adrenaline. You may know
that this is a banned substance for athletes because it provides the body with a
quick and immediate physical boost. This boost is our body's way of helping us
combat that perceived threat. The problem occurs when this same system is being
activated by something which is merely a trivial annoyance.
My favorite at the moment is that disembodied voice when you go through the self-service checkout
at the grocery store, do you know the one I mean?
Unexpected item in the bagging area what the heck I've scanned potatoes I've put
potatoes down what is so unexpected ? You can see that even as I think about this
I'm beginning to feel frustrated and angry. Oh by the way but these self-service
checkout things just a British thing I've not seen them on my travels elsewhere.
Why don't you just post a note in the Facebook group and let me know
Anyway here's the problem for managing your anger
The fight-or-flight response can be triggered just by thinking about
something that makes us angry or scared. Think of a different example do you get
anxious by Heights spiders snakes? What happens when you
see on of these in a film on TV? You feel scared right?the same thing happens
when you're watching a whole film even though you know you're sitting safe at
home in your armchair and there's no danger to you your threat response
system it's being triggered so it's by thinking about this possible threat this
is also a really great example how our thinking affects our moves and we will
discuss the link between thinking and anger so much more in further modules in
the antecube so let's briefly explore the science a little bit but don't worry
I'm gonna keep it simple but most of my clients find it really really useful to
know this stuff it helps them and hopefully you understand that what is
happening in your body when you get angry the shakes the feeling halt the
tension the mental blankness this stuff is all supposed to happen it's part of
how our threat system works and once you know and understand this becomes easier
to start to change how you feel and that's how you behave as we have evolved
at the species from simple and fibulas creatures through to the complex human
animals that we are today so - as I've read develop new paths and new functions
from the pea-sized grade in reptiles to the human brain we know today scientists
refer to this as the triune bread simply means three parts they refer to the
reptilian the mammalian and the modern human brain maybe you can see from this
description how the brain has got more complicated as our species and thus our
needs have evolved to keep things simple I'm going to combine the reptilian and
the mammalian brain into one bit and call it the animal
so we are left with the animal brain and the human or thinking brain so the
animal brain is mainly concerned with self-preservation it's always alert
constantly asking a very important question am i safe is my environment
safe it normally gets information before the thinking brain if they were the
danger then oh the rules of thinking dread by flooding it with hormones like
adrenaline this is the flight-or-fight response the animal bread has its own
memory that records all important threatening things have happened to us
so it's such a situation that very simple broad terms good bad safe
dangerous based of our previous memories have been involved with threats the
thinking the thinking brain however is located in the frontal lobes the frontal
lobes are responsible for feeling conscious awake and alert making
decisions logical thinking and questioning it tries to find a cause for
every effect and the effect for every course the good news is that it can
control the animal brain if trained so what happens when we get angry our
senses send signals to both parts of the brain the amygdala is normally the first
to Detective threat the amygdala being part of the the animal play hormones are
released like adrenaline that prepare us for flights or fights so our body is
down in a heightened state of alert us if there is a real threat we're now
ready to act the fighter or to run away but if there's no threat and I think you
brain has just been hijacked leaving us with the symptoms we talked about
earlier a feeling blind can heart and sense
all that other things that my clients tell me about so what we get angry and
we say that we feel out of control it's actually true this is the result of our
audible brain thinking charts we react directly to stimuli without thinking
again the good news is that through training the brain we can learn to put
the thinking part back in control the release of adrenaline into the body from
the animal brain acts like a supercharged boost to your body it might
have that triple espresso thing you like in the mornings times by a hundred it
causes your heart to race your breathing to quicken and your muscles to tense
ready for action and could heat your core temperature making you feel hot and
sweaty some people will even begin to shake do you recognize these symptoms
I'm sure you do these are all a result of the adrenaline surging through your
body and it takes 15 to 20 minutes for the effects to leave your body so why
does this happen well in truth the thinking brain is actually quite slow it
takes approximately Northpoint six seconds for your brain to react to a
stimulus now that my side quick but when you are faced by imminent danger that's
kind of fear like an eternity trust me every split second it can occur
but the animal brain doesn't think it to the stacks and the adrenaline boost
makes it act even quicker we are faster than we are stronger I'm slow you've
heard of some of the superhuman feats carried out by people under extreme
duress again this is the animal brain and it's preservation instinct kicking
in so what do we need to take away from this lesson it's all the physical
symptoms you experience when you feel angry Oh both real and
natural and the feeling of blankness you may experience is also a natural part of
your body's reaction to threats it is the result of the animal brain taking
charge so an essential part of anger management it's learning to calm your
body's response and in this module we will start to introduce you to some
great relaxation techniques but also explore how changes to your lifestyle
may stop some of the long-term effects the big constantly angry can have on
your body some of these problems some of the health problems linked to unmanaged
anger include headache digestive problems the double plane insomnia or
sleeplessness anxiety depression high blood pressure skin problems like eczema
but also have heart attacks and strokes so you can see how damaging that your
anger can be both to your body as well as your relationships in the next video
Emily will demonstrate some breathing exercises that will help you stop I'm
gonna light in its tracks so I hope you found this useful if you have any
questions please comment in the Facebook group and either myself or every we'll
get back to you as soon as we can
