Welcome to Parul Ka Zaika
Today I'm going to make a very simple recipe Vegetable Pulav in pressure cooker

Lets see the ingredients required to make Vegetable Pulav
250 grams basmati rice
2 bay leaves
3 small cardamoms
3-4 pieces of cinnamon
8-10 pieces of cloves
2 large cardamoms
8-10 black peppers
100 grams of carrot
100 grams of peas
100 grams of french beans
1 large onion sliced in length
1 chopped big potato
1 tablespoon ginger galric paste
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 bowl coriander leaves
10-12 cashews
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt as per taste
2 tablespoons of clarified butter
And water
To start with put clarified butter in pressure cooker
Add 2 bay leaves, 3 small cardamoms, 3-4 pieces of cinnamon, 8-10 pieces of cloves, 2 large cardamoms, 8-10 black peppers and saute for 2 minutes
Next add cumin seeds and onions
Add ginger garlic paste
And saute till onions become brown in color
Once onions turn light brown add green chillies
Cashews
Carrots
French beans
Peas
Add potatoes. Saute and mix well
Next add turmeric powder and rice
Mix well
Next add salt as per taste
Add water to a level till rice descends below the water and let it come to a boil.
Close the pressure cooker
Cook on medium flame until the cooker whistles twice
After 2 whistles put off the gas
And open the cooker after it cools down
Once the pressure cooker comes to a reasonable temperature open and check it
Vegetable Pulav is ready!
Its best served with hot papad, salad and curds
Let's see the ingredients required to make Matar Kachori
Following ingredients are required for stuffing:- 250 grams of fresh peas
3 green chillies
Pieces of 2 inch ginger
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of asafoetida
1 teaspoon of coriander-cumin powder
1 teaspoon of coriander-cumin powder 1 teaspoon of dry mango powder
1 teaspoon of dry mango powder
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of powdered hot spices
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 bowl of green coriander
And 1 teaspoon of salt
For dough preparation following ingreidents are required:- 200 grams of refined wheat flour
1 tablespoon of semolina
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of clarified butter
Oil
And water
To start with put in a bowl refined wheat flour, semolina, salt and clarified butter and mix well
Add little water in intervals and prepare a soft dough
Cover it and keep it for 15 minutes
In a mixer jar put peas, green chillies and ginger and half grind it
In case of a small mixer jar grind the peas similarly in parts
Next in a pan put 2 spoons of oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida and grounded mixture and cook it for 2 minutes
Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander-cumin powder, powdered hot spices,
Dry mango powder, sugar and green coriander and mix well and cook untill it dries
Once the stuffing is ready, let it cool down start making kachori
Take little prepared dough in your hands
And give it a shape like a bowl
Put stuffing in it
And cover and close the dough well from all the corners
And roll it slightly
Prepare rest of the kachoris the same way
Once stuffed kachoris are ready start frying process
Fry on medium flame untill it turns golden brown
Once kachori starts floating on top of the oil, press it from all the corners so that inflates well
To fry 1 kachori it will take at least 5 to 6 minutes
Remove the kachori from the oil once golden brown
Similarly prepare all the kachoris
Matar Kachoris are ready to serve
Let's see the ingredients required to prepare Misal pav
100 grams of boiled and sprouted green grams
100 grams of boiled and sprouted moth beans
1 bowl of grated dry coconut
2 onions chopped in length for gravy
2 tomatoes finely chopped
8 to10 garlic buds
1 inch ginger finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
8 to 10 curry leaves
1 tablespoon of red chilli powder
1 tablespoon of coriander cumin powder
1 teaspoon of garam masala powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of asafoetida
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
2 tablespoons of oil
Water
1 onion finely chopped for garnishing
1 bowl of readymade sev gathia papadi
1 bowl of finely chopped coriander leaves
And 2 bread pav
First put coconut in pan and dry roast it until its brown
Add two spoons of oil, onion, ginger
Garlic and saute for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame
Next put off the flame and keep the mixture to cool down
Then in a mixer put roasted coconut
Add prepared mixture then make a smooth paste
Further in a pan put half bowl of oil, mustard seed, cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies
Curry leaves, tomatoes and cook until tomatoes become soft
Add prepared paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Add red chilli powder, coriander cumin seeds powder, garam masala powder
Turmeric powder, salt and mix it well
Add water and cook until its boiled well
Next add green gram, moth beans and mix well cook it for another 5 minutes
Once Misal is ready remove misal in a bowl
On that put farsan,onion and coriander
Hot and spicy Misal Pav is ready to serve
