I'll try my best to demystify this world of superheroes for all you newbies and to those who know more about superheroes than I do

Initially I would feel a little lost when people around me would be talking about the various superheroes who has what kind of?

Superpowers who would win in a combat and you know stuff like that?

I just could not relate with this craze over superhumans whose whole

Objective was to save the world from being destroyed and you know all that action

That's happening all the time truth be told I was never into superheroes in fact all I knew about

Superheroes was that they get featured on mugs and bags and t-shirts and different kind of merchandisers

It's only because of my dear husband who managed to drag me to all these superhero movies

All the time and took the pains to educate me what these superheroes are all about but today

I am able to talk to you and explain a little about this massive world of superheroes

so my objective today is to introduce you to the world of superheroes so that you can at least contribute something to such conversations and

Appreciate this massive fictional world that exists. I hope that this little introduction will help you understand the superhero world a little better

appreciate the movies and

Participate in all the fun that's centered around these superheroes. Let's start from the beginning in laymen terms

Superheroes are individuals with exceptional strength and super powers to fight the villains who want to rule the world

Or worse bring the world to an end

Originally these superheroes were shown in comic books also known as graphic novels

There are many artists who have contributed to creating this world of superheroes

You might hear the reference of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby the artists who have created some of the most popular superheroes

spider-man Iron Man Hulk Thor and Captain

America beings just some of them

Superheroes have made it huge in the film industry to give you an idea about the popularity of these movies

I'll give you some numbers in

2017 four of the top ten grossing movies worldwide were based on superheroes in

2018 at least eight movies are expected to be released with superheroes as the team

Marvel and DC are two of the major franchises to whom these fictional characters belong with a huge fan following and to

accommodate larger than life sets

Intensive makeups top actors and stunning visual effects these movies account for huge budgets

Some of the most popular movies are the Avengers

The Dark Knight, which is based on Batman and Wonder Woman which is one of the most recent movies?

With the movies gaining so much popularity

There are a range of collectibles made available for the fans there are various types of action figures available

Which are essentially replicas of the fictional characters?

Sometimes they are a replica of what you'd see in the movies

And there are some others that are adaptations from the comic books cute little pop figures have also become quite popular

the collectible action figures come in various scales

One is to 6 and 1s to 9 being the most popular ones a 1s to 6 size would mean

That if a superhero would be of certain dimensions or size in real life

then the collectible would be

1/6 of its size this means that Hulk who is larger than Iron Man and Captain America in real life

Or should I say the fictional world? They'd appeared in a similar proportion in the collection as well

You'll be surprised to know that the sizes of these collectibles go up to 1/3 half and sometimes even life-size

Now imagine, what would it be like if you had a life-size Hulk in your living room? I?

Am pretty positive that it would end up breaking the ceiling the collectors usually keep the collection in one size

they keep the proportion intact so that their collection looks close to real I

Comic-con is a short form for comic conference

It's an event that gets organized in major cities across the globe

For all the geeks who are into fictional characters such as superheroes and gaming and because it's all about

Creativity the event even gets extended to most artists in general

Comic-con has extended it to anything creative and geeky, so you'll find anything that superhero-ish

Anything related to higher end games on the computer to animation characters at Comic Cons. You'll find comic books or graphic novels

Appearances by artists who have created these characters or acted in these movies

You'll also find action figures merchandise and collectibles

Not just for the superheroes, but also from TV shows and movies belonging to this cult

There's a special event that happens at Comic Con, which is called cosplay. It's a short form for costume play

It's a competition that happens at these events where fans dress up as their favorite

Fictional characters and go up on stage to present themselves like the character

Sometimes people do cross play which means they dress up like a character from a different gender than theirs

There are cosplay competitions that happen in various categories as well the San Diego comic-con has different award categories

Such as Best Original design best workmanship and best young fan

You might be surprised to know that some people have actually made a career out of these cosplaying events

For example somebody who is in to say costume design they can actually use

Cosplay, but that happens at Comic Con as a great event to showcase their skills there are thousands of comic characters and superheroes to learn

About so for beginners, I think I'll just talk about these popular superheroes that get featured in the Marvel and DC movies

Trump says U.S. to be flexible on tariffs to true friends - Duration: 2:37.

U.S. President Donald Trump has signed an executive order imposing tariffs of 25 percent

on steel and ten percent on aluminum.

But, backtracking on an earlier "no exceptions" stance, Trump has decided to grant an exemption

to Mexico and Canada... for now.

That could change, though, depending on the ongoing negotiations on the North American

Free Trade Agreement, NAFTA.

Park Jong-hong reports.

In the end, President Trump stuck to his guns.

This despite fierce protests from trading partners and even collective concern from

members of the Republican party who claim the measures would weaken the competitiveness

of U.S. industries.

"Today, I'm defending America's national security by placing tariffs on foreign imports of steel

and aluminum.

We will have a 25 percent tariff on foreign steel and 10 percent on foreign aluminum when

the product comes across our borders."

But he held off a decision on Canada and Mexico saying that negotiations are ongoing on NAFTA.

He said if the U.S. strikes a deal, there will be no tariffs for the two countries but

if talks fall apart, the U.S. will terminate NAFTA and start all over again.

He did say that he's optimistic a deal would be reached.

In any case, Trump said 15 days remain until the tariffs take effect and exemptions will

be made on a case-by-case basis considering "fairness on trade."

President Trump spoke at length about how the U.S. industry had been taken advantage

of over the years.

He said millions of U.S. workers had been laid off as plants closed all across America

ravaged by the unfair trade practice called dumping.

He said this was not just a disaster for the economy but also national security.

In the future he added there will be many cases of reciprocal tax which is virtually

a tit for tat in tariffs between trading partners.

The tariff decision deals a blow to Korea which will have to come to grips with Trump's

move.

Seoul's Trade Minister Kim Hyun-jong has been meeting with Congressional and Senate leaders

pitching the message was that Korean steel is not a threat to the U.S. steel industry

and is actually contributing to the U.S. economy through local investments.

In the next 15 days, Korea plans to make a final pitch to try to minimize the tariff

impact.

Convert OLD Saree Into DESIGNER Lehengas - No Stitching | Anaysa - Duration: 4:09.

Hi guys !!!! welcome to ANAYSA .

Me NEHA gonna tell you today that

how you can give your mother's silk saree a designer lengha look

and best part is you don't need to stitch or cut anthing

you can also create this lengha look

with any contrast skirt and blouse mother's silk saree

so let's get started with today's video

here i am wearing my mother's silk saree

it's blouse is very loose on me

which is not looking good on me

here i am wearing yellow color blouse and skirt

if you want so you can wear shimmer or satton paticot too

don't forget to wear heels before start creating this lengha look

first we hold pallu and gather it like shown in video

place it on your right shoulder and check the length

as you want it how much long or short

hold left part of saree like this and cover a round

hold this border and get in front

remember that take your fall on upside

as your fall not look bad in your pleats

now hold the other side of saree and start creating pleats

create pleates with the left part of saree

after making pleats set every single pleat like shown in video

now give a jerk like this

so our pleats arranged well

pull every single pleat a little outside

as you get a bit gap between every pleat

as you can see pleats are arranged well

now secure pleats with safety pin

you can see the pleats are looking neat

tuck the pleats 1 inch in your navel's right side into your skirt

now hold the corner of first pleat

now start creating pleats as broad saree border

secure these pleats with safety pin too

give a jerk in these pleats

and tuck these pleats too

leave approx a finger gap between both side pleats

due to this you can see these GHERAS are looking neat

now we set the pallu

most of the people create pallu's pleats like this

and they don't get the equal pleats

i will tell you the easy and right way to set pallu

fold the pallu like this till you don't get the perfect size of the pleat

here we get the perfect size

according to this size we start creating the pallu pleats

using this trick we got the even pleats of pallu

now arrange the pleats one by one like shown in the video

secure the palllu with the safety pin

Stop Motion CHALLENGE Giant Icecream Sandwich - Duration: 3:45.

Welcome to How To Cook That I'm Ann Reardon and today I'm doing a

stop-motion challenge 😳 You asked me can I make an entire video in stop-motion so

I'm going to try and do that while making a GIANT ice cream sandwich! Let's

see how we go ... the first step is to figure out how much ice cream we need so

measure how many litres of water you need to fill around cake tin and then

multiply that by one and a half to see how much ice cream you need to buy. Empty

and dry the tin and line the base and the sides with baking paper then fill

the tin with vanilla ice cream squashing it down to make it level on top and then

put that in the freezer. Step two is to make giant chocolate chips ... when I made

the miniature ice cream sandwich lots of you asked where I got the miniature

chocolate chips from ... well I made them of course by piping chocolate onto some

baking paper 😁 But to make giant ones we'll need to use a mould. Place lots of

chocolate into a bowl and melt it, then cool it down and temper it and I'll link

you to the tempering video below for those of you who don't know how to do

that. Fill the mould with chocolate and place it in the fridge to set. Once it is

set you can just tip them out of the mould and now you have giant chocolate

chips ready to go on your cookies. To make the giant cookies we need to place

butter, brown sugar, and normal sugar into a bowl and mix them together on low

speed until it's smooth. Then you want to add in your eggs and mix that until it's

combined and I'll put all these recipe quantities on the howtocookthat.net

website and there's a link to that below. Add in the flour and the vanilla and the

baking powder and mix that all around then line a tray with baking paper and

add half of your dough on top. Use some flour on your fingers to smooth it out

and make it a nice circle and chop a couple of your chocolate chips in half.

Arrange some of them on your cookie and then bake

that in a slow oven for a long time so it cooks all the way through to the

middle. Do the same for your second cookie then once they're baked and

cooled they'll look like this and to give you an idea of scale this is a

normal cookie 🤪 Now look at both of your cookies and decide which one you like

the best ... I like this one so we'll use that for the top. Take the other one and

trim off the tops of the chocolate chips so that it will sit flat. Put a board on

top and flip it over then take your ice cream out of the freezer and pull the

paper to loosen it from the sides and then turn it over and shake it until it

falls out. Place that on top of the base cookie and peel away the paper then

simply add the other cookie on top. How awesome does that look!! 😍 We will be eating

this at Jedd's 7th birthday party which means my website is now seven

years old because I started it when he was born that's just crazy! 🤯

Okay I've come all the way here to this place and it was worth it

When I saw this place I immediately said

We're gonna order something and let's have UNICORN TIME!

I must say, everything here looks amazing!

So normally I would never eat such things but today we're gonna go for the most

Ostentatious thing that we can find on this menu

Thinking about this one and this one but really we have to go with this monstrosity in the middle

If we don't go with this we're gonna regret it for the rest of our lives

Unicorn rainbow crepe rolls. Made of cotton candy, chocolate, banana and strawberry

I have to get this!

But look at this look at this. Look at this! LOOK AT THIS!

I think we came to the right place

I do like theme cafe they're quite fun. And I think that if you go to a theme cafe it's your responsibility

to try and indulge and do as much as you can with that cafe as possible

In a place like this I this there is no shame :D

So everything that we can do here I want to be able to do
