Go Away Go Away

Alone into this room babe I can remember

The moment we've just spent Far away together

You and me we were one Dimitri played clown

Oh we laugh a lot Going to the mountain

Far from stage We were simple human beings

Trying just to make it be louder

Hey Hey

We were 4 And I was proud of that

But I could not immagine something gonna happen

Lewis has got a baby, Tracy starts changing Avok and myself we drew our own line

Go away, Go away Go away

We're just afraid that you can not recognize us

Go away, Go away Go away

We're just afraid that you can not recognize us

Comme vague Je laisse trace d'écume sur la plage

Je divague

Sans cesse je recule à chaque phase, à chaque fight à chaque pas

Juste médisants Ils me disaient qu'on y arriverait jamais

Les yeux rivés Vers le sommet

Mes voeux brûlent toujours en secret

Je te promets que notre avenir sera XL

ça sent le gaz, suffit juste d'une étincelle

We've got the roots and the fire the age and the layout

We've got no time to lose with pretty babe oh we will fight

Juste médisants Ils me disaient qu'on y arriverait jamais

Les yeux rivés Vers le sommet

Mes vœux brûlent toujours en secret

Go away, Go away Go away

We just afraid that you can not recognize us

Go away, Go away Go away

We just afraid that you can not recognize us

You can not recognize us

Go away, Go away Go away

We just afraid that you can not recognize us

Go away, Go away Go away

We just afraid that you can not recognize us

If You Feel Anxious around These People, You Might Be an Empath - Duration: 3:36.

If You Feel Anxious around These People, You Might Be an Empath

Empaths are highly sensitive people who respond differently when they meet others.

This means they often feel anxiously uncomfortable whenever they meet someone who behave in inauthentic

ways.

They can pretty much sense of what other people is thinking or feeling as if it's their own

emotions.

With that kind of gift, they may find it difficult to be around some certain kinds of people.

And no matter how smart those people can hide the truths from empaths, somehow it's futile

because empaths can sense a deeper truth beyond words and facial expression.

That's why empaths often feel uncomfortable whenever they meet someone who behave in inauthentic

ways.

You know, most of us have our own secrets, we hide certain things from everyone in order

to protect ourselves, or in extreme case, to manipulate others.

Whatever the reason, empaths my find it hard to form a genuine relationships with people

who can't be authentic, be it good or bad.

While it's true that most of the time empaths feel excited when they meet people they can

help, they can be devastatingly uncomfortable when meeting these 5 types of people.

In any case, make sure to like this video and subscribe to our channel, so you won't

miss any of our interesting updates in the future.

#1 - Egocentric

It is known as the most difficult type of people they need to handle.

The reason lies on the way they do not want to listen to suggestion.

They have protection mechanism which makes them unable to understand other people's

advice.

Additionally, they also always think them in their own perspective.

That is why empaths just cannot help them.

#2 - Superficial people

Internally fake people are difficult to deal with.

Empaths know the deep feeling and emotion of others.

Since superficial people fake their feeling, making connection to that kind of people is

problematically difficult.

#3 - Aggressive people

Empaths usually pick and feel what other people feel.

Being with aggressive people actually make them feel distressed, agitated, and uncomfortable.

That is the reason why empaths cannot stand with aggressive people.

#4 - Manipulative people

Empaths always want to understand others.

However, this trait is frequently taken advantage of by manipulative people.

They only want to get something they want without caring who's going to be hurt in

the process.

Moreover, empaths also need to spend more time to digest what other people say.

#5 - Inauthentic people

Most people adapt to their environment well by wearing a social mask.

They want to be perceived as better person, and it is fine to do.

However, some people do this since they are lacking of confidence and self-esteem.

If the way they hide their personality is too intense, it becomes annoying especially

for empaths who can read the signs of inauthenticity.

A relationship between inauthentic people and empaths cannot be established well.

Well, those are the types of people that make an empath anxiously uncomfortable.

So, Really cool information isn't it?

Toned Arm workout For Women Over 50 | Start Loosing Those Flabby Bat Wing Arms today! - Duration: 11:00.

today I'm going to show you how to transform your flabby bat-winged arms

over fifty just five exercises three times a week it's super simple and

you're going to be so proud of yourself when you start seeing results if you'd

like to know how please keep watching hi I'm Schellea this is fabulous 50s a

lifestyle channel that explores fashion beauty and lifestyle for women over 50

and if you're a woman over 50 click subscribe and click the bell and you'll

be alerted every time there's a new video today's video is all about toning

our arms and getting rid of the bat wings and as we get older our metabolism

slows down so we tend to wake up one day and everything seems to have gone soft

that's what happened to me I was exercising every day but I was walking

fast walking get my heart rate up I was doing it for an hour a day but I noticed

more and more as I got older everything was getting a bit soft I was fit and

healthy but I wasn't in the way dude

yeah encouraged me to go along to the gym and start working out my arms and my

legs and and all the other parts of my body so I could tone them up because

resistance work as you're getting older is so important because we tend to

our muscle mass when we don't use them if muscles aren't used then the fibers

within the muscles are partially replaced by fat and that's why we notice

everything gets a little bit soft so as we're getting older and into our 50s we

have to work hard at getting some strength because we need to keep our

bodies moving for a lot more years to come yet so getting some strength in our

arms and our legs and our core is one of the most important things we can do

there has to become our job as we're getting older everything else won't work

unless we're strong so I'm going to show you what exercises I do what exercises

my kids have taught me to do to help encourage you to give this a try and

stick with it because when you start getting results you're just going to be

so happy with yourself yeah I was feeling soft and flabby and I did

something about it so here's what I did before you start exercising just know

that you've got to keep your muscles stretched so I always stretch before I

exercise and it's a great idea for you to do that too it doesn't take long if

you can do this a couple of times a week or do it every day if you've got the

time to do it you don't have to be doing your exercise this is a yoga strap you

can use a piece of fabric or you can use a broom handle but what you do is you

hold it like this and then come up behind your head and then go back very

slowly and just do this so you're really loosening up your shoulder muscles if

you do this every day it just lubricates your muscles and makes everything feel

better if you don't have much movement you hold your strap out a lot wider and

if you want to challenge yourself you hold your strap in a little bit tighter

so this is that the hard part

and oh okay that's when you challenge yourself to keep it easy make it

comfortable it's to start with so you can just do lots of these this is the

first of our five exercises we're going to work on our shoulders and I've got

some four kilo about 10-pound weights here and you can do this at home if you

don't want to go to the gym and you will be able to get the same results as if

you're going to a gym you just got to keep doing it

okay the first exercise out of the five is a shoulder exercise and you grab your

weights and bring them up to your shoulder height okay so I'll just show

in the picture here where this is actually working on your muscle and you

don't kind of bend back all or lift throwing your body around you hold your

core in and be very purposeful with each move okay we're going to do three sets

of ten of each of these exercises as you get a little bit better you can go up to

12 or 15 three sets of okay the second exercise is also a shoulder exercise

it's working on another part of the shoulder so you grab your weights and

hold them like this and then you pour like it so you've got a glass of water

so here is where you pour you can imagine the water's coming out so keep

your arms like this

and each movement is purposeful and not fast to get them over and done with

think about what the muscles doing while you're doing your exercise the part

where we get our bat wings this part here this is called our tricep and we've

got to work on our triceps and it can be hard for a lot of people because they

don't really get that much use so when you start exercising them it can hurt if

you wake up the day after you do this first and it hurts that's fantastic

because the pain means you haven't been using your muscles and now you are and

they're alive and they're away hold your weight here at the top and then you

support just with a finger you support this arm so that it stays straight so

you want to go up and down keep in mind if you use a heavy weight for this it

will hurt you to start with because this is not a strong muscle that's just too

getting a workout so I'm the reason I'm holding this is so that it doesn't fly

all over the place it's just a little bit of support and you can see that

working okay I'm puffing out because this is a workout and to finish off our

triceps we're going to work a different part of the tricep and we're going to

work on this part of the arm here so we're going to go back like this and you

can see in my arms what part of the muscle is getting activated there you'd

be very careful with each move and be gentle and use a light weight to start

with because we can definitely feel these guys ok 10 of those each arm

three times the next thing we're going to work on is our biceps and most people

have heard of a bicep curl and if you just sort of touch your bicep you can

feel this working and you bring it all the way down so this would be the wrong

way to do it just like this that's the wrong way to do it it's got to be on

purpose you think about how your muscles being activated while you're doing the

exercise and you bring it all the way down and then up if you just do these

five exercises three times a week you will start noticing results but the most

important thing to know about exercise at our age is we've got to do cardio as

well so we've got to burn and increase our heart rate and the fact that sits

over the muscles needs to be worn off so the muscles grow strong and we start

stripping the fat you're going to have a body that is constantly changing and

you're going to be so happy with the results that you receive and you will

have done it all by yourself just get motivated to do this we've got a long

way to go yet and our bodies need to take us there so it's time to start

looking after our bodies like the temple that they are and give it some love and

attention the secret to having a healthy strong body is resistance training like

I just showed you cardio work which we can all do we can

all go for walks where we're puffed out and reducing the amount of sugars and

whites flours and breads and rice and pasta and processed foods so if we

reduce that and do those other two things you're going to start to have

changes and your body will start feeling great if you have the gift of a body

that can do exercise start doing it because it will keep giving for the rest

of our lives and it's not about being skinny at all strong is what we need to

be in our 50s 60s 70s and 80s and beyond there's so many things that I would like

to improve but I'm happy I'm proud of myself for being able to tone my arms

when a flabby and to slim down when I was

overweight so it's a process and I'm not comparing myself to anybody else because

this is my body and I can only make it as good as I can make it I can't make it

to be perfect what I see on other people so I'm happy with that and I'm proud of

myself thank you so much for watching please give a thumbs up if this was of

any help to you and share it with any of your friends who have got a flabby arm

issue thank you so much for watching and have a beautiful week

Ellie Kemper and Mindy Kaling Reminisce About The Office - Duration: 6:44.

-I'm with two of my favorite people on the planet.

-I'm so happy to have you both out here at the same time.

-Thank you for staying. -A very lovely reunion.

Because, of course, you guys worked together on the office.

-We did, yes. -Mm-hmm.

-And you were part of quite a duo.

Tell me about Subtle Sexuality.

-Ah! Where do I begin?

I think this was your brainchild, right?

-Yeah, I think this is -- B.J. Novak and I --

They gave us a lot of -- After a couple of years,

they obviously let us do a lot of extra stuff.

-Yes. -And so I was like,

"What if Ellie Kemper and I had a girl band,

and we could shoot a music video?"

-And so this was the music video.

This was, like, on the web.

This was not on the show, right? -It was a webisode, right.

-A webisode. And here is Subtle Sexuality.

I don't know why your eyes are...

-I don't know. [ Laughter ]

America couldn't handle.

-Those are like -- That was sunglasses that --

We were censored because we were -- they were too real.

-Too real? -Too hot.

-But then, not throughout the whole video.

'Cause then you were uncensored again.

-Yeah, yeah. [ Laughter ]

I remember, Mindy, because we got our costumes on.

Mindy was like --

This is before we started shooting for the season.

And you were like, "Let's just bop up

to the writers' room and, like, I don't know, say hello."

But I was new. I didn't know anyone.

You were a producer.

You had been there many years, like, since the beginning.

And we showed up in our gold lamé,

and then we didn't really say anything.

We were just like, "We're here. Take it in."

[ Laughter ]

It was so fun. I love --

That was one of the best days of my life.

-That's fantastic. -Sorry, but it's true.

-I have to be honest... -No, it was great.

-...when someone says that about this,

you know everything you need to know about a person.

[ Laughter and applause ]

So, congratulations, by the way.

You're wrapping up your final season of a fantastic show.

-Oh, thank you. -You were shooting yesterday.

The President was in town yesterday.

You guys were very close in proximity.

-We were so close.

We were all in Bethpage, New York,

because we were shooting on a studio.

This is an hour outside the city.

And I guess there's an office of Homeland Security

or something there. Donald Trump was also there.

And so huge security measures in place.

You know, everything -- All the roads were closed off.

We were on a lockdown.

And I have to tell you, I was secretly hoping that,

at some point during the day, a Secret Service agent

would come to me and say, like, "Excuse me, ma'am.

Um, you know, the President would like to meet you,"

just so I could say, "No!" -Yeah.

[ Laughter and applause ]

-I don't like him.

[ Cheers and applause ]

And nobody came up to me and asked that.

-Yeah.

-But I think that's for the best.

I was -- 'Cause I don't always

follow-through on things like that.

I have a very good friend whose husband cheated on her --

now ex-husband -- and I said, "When I see that man,

I will never talk to him.

I will give him my famous stink eye, turn the other way."

Sure enough, I'm walking down the street, and, you know,

this guy, Brian -- fake name, fake name.

Name has been changed.

Brian is eating at a restaurant outside.

I see him, I whip my sunglasses off, open my arms,

I'm like, "Brian, how are you?"

[ Laughter ]

"Is this your girlfriend?" No.

So I was so nice to him because I was too --

I think it took less energy, in a way.

So I feel like if the opportunity had risen

to say hello to Donald Trump, I would've been like,

"Great to meet you, boss!" [ Laughter ]

"You're doing a hell of a job."

So it was good I didn't meet him, yeah.

-I am a huge fan of your husband.

-Yes. -You guys have a 2-year-old,

and your husband, Michael, writes for "SNL" now.

-Yep. Yes. -And he'd --

Your husband's been a comedy writer for a long time.

-Yeah. -Shows like "Conan,"

late-night shows, but now, "SNL," totally different thing.

How is -- 'Cause I can't imagine working on "SNL"

having a 2-year-old now. -Oh, my gosh.

Well, first of all, prior to Michael working there,

most of my knowledge of "SNL"

came from the James Franco documentary, which I was like,

"Oh, they work really long hours."

-Yeah. -I feel like they stay --

As you know, you stay up

mostly all night Tuesday night writing this thing.

You're just sort of a zombie for those three weeks

because your sleep schedule is so thrown off.

-Yes.

-And so when Michael comes home, he's mostly asleep.

Like, that's what he's doing. Especially in the morning.

He doesn't get home till 3:00 in the morning, so he's asleep.

So our 2-year-old -- almost-2-year-old son James --

will say -- He doesn't really talk yet,

but he'll say, "Dad," and, like, "Dad's asleep."

And I'm like, "Yeah, Dad is asleep,"

but I want him to have some image etched on his brain

that his -- other than his dad sleeping all the time.

[ Laughter ]

I, like, need Michael to get out there and haul brush

or, like, fight a fire or something,

because Saturday, like, when the show is obviously on,

last Saturday, I was home with James,

and he's like, "Dad?"

I'm like, "Oh, no, no, Dad's at work."

And he's like, "Dad." [ Laughter ]

Like he sleeps for a living.

[ Laughter ]

It's so bad. [ Applause ]

We love you Michael when you're asleep.

-You have -- You have a new book,

which is very exciting, called "My Squirrel Days."

-Yes. -And I'm very ashamed

to be the only person on this panel right now

who has not written a book. -Oh.

-You are all accomplished authors.

But this is a real squirrel, yes?

-There was -- yeah.

-And you did multiple photos with it.

-Yeah. [ Laughter ]

-What was it like working with a real squirrel?

-Again, like, a comment on my life,

that was probably the most difficult thing

I've ever had to do was photograph myself

with a live squirrel.

And at the beginning, I had all these wild pitches,

like, "I think we should get the squirrel thrashing at my face.

And I'm just smiling, like, broadly unaware.

"I think it'd just be so funny

to have the squirrel on top of me,"

forgetting, like, when I get to the place,

it's a live squirrel. -Yeah.

-It's an animal with claws. -Yeah.

-It's awful. So I did feel fairly brave,

because that, you know, I think that's a live shot.

-So that's not Photoshop. That's -- those are his --

-I think that's real and that's Photoshopped.

-Okay, good. -But the squirrel was real.

-Squirrels are, like, straight-up gross, right?

-Disgusting, yes. -Like, they're --

-And especially New York squirrels,

who are all too comfortable around humans.

-So forward. -Yes, yes, exactly right.

-Very forward. -Oh, yeah.

And this squirrel's name was Squirrel

and lived with his trainer. -Okay.

-So, like, he was a human.

So very comfortable around --

-Was his name -- Was his name Human?

-Squirrel and Human have made a go of it in New York.

That's the next show I'm working on.

-Yeah. -After "Kimmy" ends.

But it was -- Anyway, there's this one bad

moment when the squirrel, like, clung to me

because he was falling, and it was in that silky blouse

so he sort of fell, and then, the shoot ended.

It was sad. -Oh.

-I know. He lost faith. -Yeah.

-That's okay. He's a squirrel.

-But, you know, look he's -- he's still working.

You don't have to worry about it.

And he seems happy. You guys gave him nuts.

-Yeah, no, he had food. Oh, that's the other thing.

I feel like -- You've shot stuff with squirrels, right?

I mean -- sorry -- animals. [ Laughter ]

-Yes, yes, yes. I've shot with --

-We -- I -- I love shooting with squirrels.

[ Laughter ]

-Your squirrel work is unmatched.

-Yeah, really. -Thank you.

-And I want to echo that. Really.

-Thank you. -We love your squirrel work.

-What does "My Squirrel Days" mean?

-It refers to a story in the book,

which is about me befriending

an obese squirrel when I was a child.

[ Laughter ] -Okay.

Now I have an idea what the book is about.

-Now you get it? -It sounds great.

-Yeah, okay. -And it sounds normal.

-You know what? I got to say that is --

You know, then that's an excellent title.

-Yeah, exactly. [ Laughter ]

There's a reason. -Yeah.

-It's not just to say "squirrel."

-Thank you both so much for being here.

It is always a pleasure to see you.

-Thank you. -Ellie Kemper, everybody.
