So, should I take offo all the links on my video descriptions?

that is what I'll tell you.

Helo! I'm Camilo Coutinho, welcom to Play de Prata, the channel created to inspire

and develop your video habilities.

Today with a topic that came back this week, about links on the description

of our videos.

Does youtube cut off this videos?

Does youtube cuts off some of the links that you put in your description?

Let's start from the begining.

What are links?

Links are those texts, in blue and usualy with an underline, that when you click it take you somewhere,

make a link with a article, some other content, some other video, whatever

it is.

and you can put them on your youtube, facebook, instagram on your Bio.

And most social platforms.

And in those links, we have external links. They are the links that take out of the platform

where this video is.

So, let's say you have a video on youtube and in the description you added a link

to facebook. That is an external link.

If you published a Facebook video and added a link to you twitter, it's an external link.

Everything that is on a platform A, and take you to a Platform B, is an

external link.

Youtube is watching these links for a while now.

On the begining of the platform, whe we had anotations and other functions, it wasn't

everyone that was able to put external links, unless you had a

big channel already verified, or if you made ads through adwords or

youtube ads.

But of course not everybody made ads, and not everybody had a big channe, a

verified channel.

Specially on the 2012, 2013 videos.

And that sort of when youtube started ading new models like

the associated website.

Associated website, is just a place in your channel, inside your

creation studio, that you say that website is yours.

It's you telling youtube "Youtube, don't worry. This website is mine, you can trust it".

And is a trust youtube has on you, creator or brand, that ads a website

as associated.

That you wont screw it up when bringing people to your website,

or anything like that.

So is an exchange between you and youtube.

But is worth remembering that it's been possible to put links on your description all along.

And that is where it gets rough.

If we think on the alrogithm, or on the criteria of the platforms, we will get to

the same 4 pilars over all.

The first one being original content creation.

Yes, youtube wants you to be there, creating original content.

And I would love to believe that also, but we get to the higlighted contend and there is TV screenings,

series episodes and all that those things.

Anyways.

The second pilar is consistency.

So, if you upload regularly to tell youtube that you really is a

creator that can be recomended because you always have brand new content.

The third thing is engagement of your audience.

Are people hitting the like button?

Are they enjoying?

Are they comenting?

Are they talking to you and specially, and this is a toppic for another video, these coments

have keywords related to your content?

And last, the time that the audience spends in the platform. Yes.

How long thi person spends watching your videos, watching a playlist,

is a determining factor for the algorythm.

So, the more you make original content, more frequently, more people

engaging with your content and spending more time on the platform because of your content,

better the platform will recognize your content.

Whether it's youtube, facebook, instagram, or most of them.

What happens is: the more time people spend on your videos, more time they spend

on your channel, on your playlist,

Bigger your watchtime will get, and youtube will understand that

you really are a goor content creator, and that he can recomend your content to other people that

are searching something similar to that person that watched your content just now.

when someone is watching a video you made, see a link in the description and leaves youtube,

this is considered a session end.

And the more session ends you have, more youtube will get that

this video is not so good to this audience, because it's taking people

from the platform.

It's like they said "Hey, this video is taking audience from the platform.

Lets not recomend it that much anymore.

This is not such a good video, because people are leaving.

They aren't watching until the end".

That is why we have to think in two points.

1 - this video can be so good that people are running to the link in the description and went to another

place.

Or 2- your video isn't all that good and that person just closed youtube.

So when you get to write your video description for youtube, you

have to be carefull about writing a quality content.

And that it has good balancing between links and content.

Becuase it's pointless to make a recepy video if you cant send people to you website

so they can get the ingredients.

But is also no good, if they watch your video and go to

another platform, or click in a link that has nothing to do with your content.

And yes, unfortunately social network links in excess redirecting your content in

the description to other platforms, can make your videos get

worse ranks and not to be so well recomended.

And I'm telling you this out of a test.

Where the same video in diferent channels, one witht he link and one without, had totally

diferent ranking.

Ok Camilo, so I what do I do?

Never put links in my description again?

No, wait.

I have a few tis to help you with that.

The first one is: Invest some time in your description.

A good description is not just links to other platforms, or websites

or even affiliates link.

A good description has content.

Another tip is what we are using on our Instagram.

Yeah, instagram.com/PlayDePrata

Follow us there because everyday we post new content, and we have only one link there.

the Bio Link.

But come on. How many times you went and clicked the bio?

Through the Linktree app we managed to put a lot of links inside one single link.

So when you click it, it's redirected to a landing page,

And in this page I can put 4 to 5 buttons redirecing this person to my youtube,

my facebook, to the links of my courses, and all I wish.

And the las tip is to use the first thing I said here on this video,

and use your website as a hub, as a place that you can add all the links you

need.

Why?

Because if you get this websiet and ad it as an associated website, you are saying to youtube,

to the algorythm that this is a trustworthy website.

Meaning, you really are putting good content there, they can trust, and

that this website of yours is conected to your channel.

And obviously, links to other videos, or even playlistst are

always good.

But please be carefuul with the excess of links.

If you want to know more about the algorythm, , how does it work,

click here on the card that will pop up here, it has a video where I explained all about

how does the youtube algorythm works, at leat as far as I know, as far as I

studied here at the Silver Play and on my company, the Double Play Media.

I'm Camilo Coutinho, and I want to know: Which is the link that is essential on your video?

Write here in the comments.

See you!

If You Feel Anxious around These People, You Might Be an Empath - Duration: 3:36.

If You Feel Anxious around These People, You Might Be an Empath

Empaths are highly sensitive people who respond differently when they meet others.

This means they often feel anxiously uncomfortable whenever they meet someone who behave in inauthentic

ways.

They can pretty much sense of what other people is thinking or feeling as if it's their own

emotions.

With that kind of gift, they may find it difficult to be around some certain kinds of people.

And no matter how smart those people can hide the truths from empaths, somehow it's futile

because empaths can sense a deeper truth beyond words and facial expression.

That's why empaths often feel uncomfortable whenever they meet someone who behave in inauthentic

ways.

You know, most of us have our own secrets, we hide certain things from everyone in order

to protect ourselves, or in extreme case, to manipulate others.

Whatever the reason, empaths my find it hard to form a genuine relationships with people

who can't be authentic, be it good or bad.

While it's true that most of the time empaths feel excited when they meet people they can

help, they can be devastatingly uncomfortable when meeting these 5 types of people.

In any case, make sure to like this video and subscribe to our channel, so you won't

miss any of our interesting updates in the future.

#1 - Egocentric

It is known as the most difficult type of people they need to handle.

The reason lies on the way they do not want to listen to suggestion.

They have protection mechanism which makes them unable to understand other people's

advice.

Additionally, they also always think them in their own perspective.

That is why empaths just cannot help them.

#2 - Superficial people

Internally fake people are difficult to deal with.

Empaths know the deep feeling and emotion of others.

Since superficial people fake their feeling, making connection to that kind of people is

problematically difficult.

#3 - Aggressive people

Empaths usually pick and feel what other people feel.

Being with aggressive people actually make them feel distressed, agitated, and uncomfortable.

That is the reason why empaths cannot stand with aggressive people.

#4 - Manipulative people

Empaths always want to understand others.

However, this trait is frequently taken advantage of by manipulative people.

They only want to get something they want without caring who's going to be hurt in

the process.

Moreover, empaths also need to spend more time to digest what other people say.

#5 - Inauthentic people

Most people adapt to their environment well by wearing a social mask.

They want to be perceived as better person, and it is fine to do.

However, some people do this since they are lacking of confidence and self-esteem.

If the way they hide their personality is too intense, it becomes annoying especially

for empaths who can read the signs of inauthenticity.

A relationship between inauthentic people and empaths cannot be established well.

Well, those are the types of people that make an empath anxiously uncomfortable.

So, Really cool information isn't it?

Episode 4 - The Making of Port Laguna & Avalon - Duration: 5:31.

We're on top of the lift hill of Fēnix, 40 metres high.

If we would continue, we'd loop 3 times.

This is really, really going to be a unique experience.

Everyone puts their backs into it and knows that 6 weeks from now it has to be open to the public.

We're going to make it. Even if it means working at nights or Sundays.

It doesn't matter, we're going to make it, we have to.

This is the Making-of of Port Laguna and Avalon.

In this episode we celebrate a special moment.

We've now reached the highest point of Fēnix at 40 metres.

Not just this beautiful rollercoaster is slowly arising in this landscape.

Also Port Laguna and Avalon are gradually taking shape.

To reach the highest point of a rollercoaster like this, as part of a project as exciting as this

is a world-class performance from all of us.

I guess there are about 250 people working really hard to achieve all of this.

People from 25 or 26 different contractors

and between 10 and 12 nationalities are on site every day.

We are truly delivering an enormous effort.

And to reach the highest point of a rollercoaster like this, is simply amazing.

The view from up here is phenomenal.

This wonderful milestone is celebrated

by decorating the top of Fēnix with a flag.

Yes he's very impressive.

Not only in terms of hardware, that we are allowed to build such a beautiful steel construction, our Fēnix.

But also in terms of heartware, watching our family-DNA continue.

For me, this is really a very beautiful moment.

Toverland is at the eve of the largest expansion in its history.

On 7 July 2018, two brand new magical worlds will open their gates.

To be able to welcome our first visitors on this day

a tight planning and organisation is of great importance.

Each morning I grab my bicycle and cycle to Avalon to see how things are going.

I keep an eye on the people and see what they are doing. Once I've been there, I cycle to Port Laguna

to have a look at how the situation is over there, and correct a few things.

My responsibility is to make sure that all the people who are working here can carry on.

That work runs smoothly.

I coordinate the underlying parties so that they all perform their tasks.

I started off with lots of research, figuring things out.

What exactly is it that we are going to build, how are we going to build it. Where do we build what?

That is still in development, in details, so that it is purchase-ready.

Then you start searching the market. Look with whom you're going to do it.

Then you hand it over to various parties

and keep an eye on it so that everything gets done as agreed.

Does it happen on time and is it good enough.

You come across little snags everywhere and these must be solved. And so the days go by.

It started mainly with purchasing and now it's just ensuring that the execution goes flawless.

All in time and completed perfectly.

It's not just the construction site of Port Laguna and Avalon where lots of staff are moving mountains.

Also other locations has work going on in full swing.

Like working on the trains of rollercoaster Fēnix.

What you see here, everywhere around you, you find nowhere else.

The size, the scale, the detailed finish.

Every corner, every seam, every centimetre is finished to a T.

And I'm happy when soon a guest walks around with the biggest smile I can imagine

and enjoys what we've built here.

When we've achieved that, then I've really achieved my personal goal.

Actually, I'm never really satisfied. I raise my own bar quite high.

But when everyone walks around here and the client says 'Fred, you've done a great job'.

Yes, then I'm satisfied.

For the coming weeks we'll take you further into the world of Avalon and Port Laguna.

Toned Arm workout For Women Over 50 | Start Loosing Those Flabby Bat Wing Arms today! - Duration: 11:00.

today I'm going to show you how to transform your flabby bat-winged arms

over fifty just five exercises three times a week it's super simple and

you're going to be so proud of yourself when you start seeing results if you'd

like to know how please keep watching hi I'm Schellea this is fabulous 50s a

lifestyle channel that explores fashion beauty and lifestyle for women over 50

and if you're a woman over 50 click subscribe and click the bell and you'll

be alerted every time there's a new video today's video is all about toning

our arms and getting rid of the bat wings and as we get older our metabolism

slows down so we tend to wake up one day and everything seems to have gone soft

that's what happened to me I was exercising every day but I was walking

fast walking get my heart rate up I was doing it for an hour a day but I noticed

more and more as I got older everything was getting a bit soft I was fit and

healthy but I wasn't in the way dude

yeah encouraged me to go along to the gym and start working out my arms and my

legs and and all the other parts of my body so I could tone them up because

resistance work as you're getting older is so important because we tend to

our muscle mass when we don't use them if muscles aren't used then the fibers

within the muscles are partially replaced by fat and that's why we notice

everything gets a little bit soft so as we're getting older and into our 50s we

have to work hard at getting some strength because we need to keep our

bodies moving for a lot more years to come yet so getting some strength in our

arms and our legs and our core is one of the most important things we can do

there has to become our job as we're getting older everything else won't work

unless we're strong so I'm going to show you what exercises I do what exercises

my kids have taught me to do to help encourage you to give this a try and

stick with it because when you start getting results you're just going to be

so happy with yourself yeah I was feeling soft and flabby and I did

something about it so here's what I did before you start exercising just know

that you've got to keep your muscles stretched so I always stretch before I

exercise and it's a great idea for you to do that too it doesn't take long if

you can do this a couple of times a week or do it every day if you've got the

time to do it you don't have to be doing your exercise this is a yoga strap you

can use a piece of fabric or you can use a broom handle but what you do is you

hold it like this and then come up behind your head and then go back very

slowly and just do this so you're really loosening up your shoulder muscles if

you do this every day it just lubricates your muscles and makes everything feel

better if you don't have much movement you hold your strap out a lot wider and

if you want to challenge yourself you hold your strap in a little bit tighter

so this is that the hard part

and oh okay that's when you challenge yourself to keep it easy make it

comfortable it's to start with so you can just do lots of these this is the

first of our five exercises we're going to work on our shoulders and I've got

some four kilo about 10-pound weights here and you can do this at home if you

don't want to go to the gym and you will be able to get the same results as if

you're going to a gym you just got to keep doing it

okay the first exercise out of the five is a shoulder exercise and you grab your

weights and bring them up to your shoulder height okay so I'll just show

in the picture here where this is actually working on your muscle and you

don't kind of bend back all or lift throwing your body around you hold your

core in and be very purposeful with each move okay we're going to do three sets

of ten of each of these exercises as you get a little bit better you can go up to

12 or 15 three sets of okay the second exercise is also a shoulder exercise

it's working on another part of the shoulder so you grab your weights and

hold them like this and then you pour like it so you've got a glass of water

so here is where you pour you can imagine the water's coming out so keep

your arms like this

and each movement is purposeful and not fast to get them over and done with

think about what the muscles doing while you're doing your exercise the part

where we get our bat wings this part here this is called our tricep and we've

got to work on our triceps and it can be hard for a lot of people because they

don't really get that much use so when you start exercising them it can hurt if

you wake up the day after you do this first and it hurts that's fantastic

because the pain means you haven't been using your muscles and now you are and

they're alive and they're away hold your weight here at the top and then you

support just with a finger you support this arm so that it stays straight so

you want to go up and down keep in mind if you use a heavy weight for this it

will hurt you to start with because this is not a strong muscle that's just too

getting a workout so I'm the reason I'm holding this is so that it doesn't fly

all over the place it's just a little bit of support and you can see that

working okay I'm puffing out because this is a workout and to finish off our

triceps we're going to work a different part of the tricep and we're going to

work on this part of the arm here so we're going to go back like this and you

can see in my arms what part of the muscle is getting activated there you'd

be very careful with each move and be gentle and use a light weight to start

with because we can definitely feel these guys ok 10 of those each arm

three times the next thing we're going to work on is our biceps and most people

have heard of a bicep curl and if you just sort of touch your bicep you can

feel this working and you bring it all the way down so this would be the wrong

way to do it just like this that's the wrong way to do it it's got to be on

purpose you think about how your muscles being activated while you're doing the

exercise and you bring it all the way down and then up if you just do these

five exercises three times a week you will start noticing results but the most

important thing to know about exercise at our age is we've got to do cardio as

well so we've got to burn and increase our heart rate and the fact that sits

over the muscles needs to be worn off so the muscles grow strong and we start

stripping the fat you're going to have a body that is constantly changing and

you're going to be so happy with the results that you receive and you will

have done it all by yourself just get motivated to do this we've got a long

way to go yet and our bodies need to take us there so it's time to start

looking after our bodies like the temple that they are and give it some love and

attention the secret to having a healthy strong body is resistance training like

I just showed you cardio work which we can all do we can

all go for walks where we're puffed out and reducing the amount of sugars and

whites flours and breads and rice and pasta and processed foods so if we

reduce that and do those other two things you're going to start to have

changes and your body will start feeling great if you have the gift of a body

that can do exercise start doing it because it will keep giving for the rest

of our lives and it's not about being skinny at all strong is what we need to

be in our 50s 60s 70s and 80s and beyond there's so many things that I would like

to improve but I'm happy I'm proud of myself for being able to tone my arms

when a flabby and to slim down when I was

overweight so it's a process and I'm not comparing myself to anybody else because

this is my body and I can only make it as good as I can make it I can't make it

to be perfect what I see on other people so I'm happy with that and I'm proud of

myself thank you so much for watching please give a thumbs up if this was of

any help to you and share it with any of your friends who have got a flabby arm

issue thank you so much for watching and have a beautiful week

i want to do something similar...

...like what we used to do, you know with everyone...

But you probably haven't found people to help?

When are you thinking of uploading another...

Yes! Yes? Yes yes!

If it wasn't for me, there wouldn't be a "Creativity Films"

How is it possible that were in the...

...middle of this series, without getting to the whole plot of the story?

Which is essentially making YouTube videos

Which is also the actual friggen' point of the series.

It's like me watching a TV series that i like, but without it ever reaching the story's plot.

I know...

...wait...

...what series?

Why can't two minds...

...not be able to come up...

...with anything? Why, why, why?

I know...

Wouldn't it be cool if it wasn't just two minds trying to come up with this stuff?

More minds...?

Tom! That's it! More minds!

What are you looking at?

Wait till you see whats coming...

I've got the best idea ever

Basically you're already set and you don't even know it!

How did we get here?

Don't you ever see how it's done in the movies?

Alex

We're here to make a video

Did you hear that? I think theres a burglary going on!

Alex?

Tom... Tom this is bad...

I think the burglars are... you know...

Burglars?

Tom...

Shhhh

Burglars always rape.

Wait wait wait...

Step aside

Now why would you do that?

Isn't that how it's done in the movies...?

If everything was as easy as it is in the movies we'd be in trouble...

Burglars! Come help us!

Hello?

Hello?!?

Who is it at this time of the night?

Kringyyyyy!!!

I think there's burglars here too!

Kringy?

Yup... we're going to freeze to death...

Kringy? Please... wait just... please...

Open up....

Who is it at this time...?

At last... someone opened...

The friggen' door...

Goodmorning folks!

What are you doing here?

"next time on Cketsakia"

"At last you'll get to see YouTubers"

"Why, what are we supposed to be?"

"We... we're so called YouPoopers"

ok...

I'm not sure what you're going to do

But you have to help us... you're the only one...

...who opened the f***ing door! You have to help us!

Ok?

Help us!

Because i could easily repeat what Antony just said

I'm not going to though cause we've been up all night

ringing doorbells

-We even managed to go to Evosmos -Why, do you know someone over there?

No, but we were desperate to find a place to sleep.

Look, simply put...

We need your help, we somehow have to make a video, ok? Ok...

Ok, if I...

I'll make a few phonecalls and ask...

...oh my.

Rise and shine

So, i think today we'll be able to get something done...

-What?

Yes, we've written a script, everything should be ready

-Seriously? -Yes, but we'd also like your opinion.

Shall we...?

3... 2... 1... Action?

Ding Dong!

Oh! It's the doorbell!

I wonder who it could be!

Hi...

I've come to... check out your...

"plumbing"

"Are we shooting... Porn"

Obvioustly...

I don't seem to have another explanation for this.

Look, we have to do it again, and do it bit differently!

"We're so random that we're never gonna get this done"

So... let's do that again!

Hi yall, heard that you've got some things that are...

...leaking. Are they leaking, like really?

Or was this trip for nothing?

Hi.

Did you maybe see batdude and the other guy wearing red underwear?

Ever since i changed their plumbing...

they don't seem to wanna play with me.

Wrong channel!

Well... can i at least change her "plumbing"?

eh?

Hello!

I came to change the plumbing.

-Why is he short? -Shouldn't the part be a little different?

I just want you to play a regular plumber.... just a regular plumber...

Am I asking for so much? Please...

Why are you making my life so difficult?

I want you to play a simple, everyday plumber. We got this?

Hi.

Do you want me to fix your airconditioning?

Really?

Nevermind...

We'll just do the next scene...

...and we'll come back to this later, cause obviously this isn't working...

Next scene please.

Wow...

This is very tight.

And nothing comes out the other end...

Yeah...

We'll fix it

I'll just turn this a bit...

What else could go wrong?

Bring me a priest...

...to do an exorcism...

And i need some coffee...

...because i'm going to go nuts.

Tom, yeah, i know, you can't function without coffee, it's ok...

Don't panic. I'll go get some coffee, cause i need to... some fresh air you know...

I've already gone nuts. Like... what's happening?

So...

Let's try that again...

...once more, without anything going wrong...

...ok?

*non existent phone sound that the editor forgot to put in*

*use your imagination*

Hello.

Oh hey, how are you? It's been a while.

Yeah, fine.... kind of...

Look, we've kinda started things... but...

How do i say this

We're not very close to making a film

We're probably closer to making...

*bleep*

Why was this censored? Tom said it a minute ago...

So yeah, we're filming a *bleep*

Who's editing this episode? Tom, stop it!

Yeah, and how are you?

Really? I sound happier than i did a few months ago?

Well... that's kinda true... i suppose....

But yeah that's in the past, it doesn't really matter now...

Look I have to go now

Because i need to go get some coffee for a friend.

Cause if he doesn't get his fix

He'll go crazy.

He's probably already crazy you know?

So nice to hear from you, we'll keep in touch.

Bye.

The past eh?

So that's the YouTuber that dissapeared?

He hasn't uploaded anything for like 7 months...

I wonder why he stopped...

Wait, isn't that him over there?

Antoni!

Antoniiii!!!

Thank god you brought it... so...

I fixed everything, nothing's going to go wrong this time!

Are you sure? Let's see...

So...

Ellie Kemper and Mindy Kaling Reminisce About The Office - Duration: 6:44.

-I'm with two of my favorite people on the planet.

-I'm so happy to have you both out here at the same time.

-Thank you for staying. -A very lovely reunion.

Because, of course, you guys worked together on the office.

-We did, yes. -Mm-hmm.

-And you were part of quite a duo.

Tell me about Subtle Sexuality.

-Ah! Where do I begin?

I think this was your brainchild, right?

-Yeah, I think this is -- B.J. Novak and I --

They gave us a lot of -- After a couple of years,

they obviously let us do a lot of extra stuff.

-Yes. -And so I was like,

"What if Ellie Kemper and I had a girl band,

and we could shoot a music video?"

-And so this was the music video.

This was, like, on the web.

This was not on the show, right? -It was a webisode, right.

-A webisode. And here is Subtle Sexuality.

I don't know why your eyes are...

-I don't know. [ Laughter ]

America couldn't handle.

-Those are like -- That was sunglasses that --

We were censored because we were -- they were too real.

-Too real? -Too hot.

-But then, not throughout the whole video.

'Cause then you were uncensored again.

-Yeah, yeah. [ Laughter ]

I remember, Mindy, because we got our costumes on.

Mindy was like --

This is before we started shooting for the season.

And you were like, "Let's just bop up

to the writers' room and, like, I don't know, say hello."

But I was new. I didn't know anyone.

You were a producer.

You had been there many years, like, since the beginning.

And we showed up in our gold lamé,

and then we didn't really say anything.

We were just like, "We're here. Take it in."

[ Laughter ]

It was so fun. I love --

That was one of the best days of my life.

-That's fantastic. -Sorry, but it's true.

-I have to be honest... -No, it was great.

-...when someone says that about this,

you know everything you need to know about a person.

[ Laughter and applause ]

So, congratulations, by the way.

You're wrapping up your final season of a fantastic show.

-Oh, thank you. -You were shooting yesterday.

The President was in town yesterday.

You guys were very close in proximity.

-We were so close.

We were all in Bethpage, New York,

because we were shooting on a studio.

This is an hour outside the city.

And I guess there's an office of Homeland Security

or something there. Donald Trump was also there.

And so huge security measures in place.

You know, everything -- All the roads were closed off.

We were on a lockdown.

And I have to tell you, I was secretly hoping that,

at some point during the day, a Secret Service agent

would come to me and say, like, "Excuse me, ma'am.

Um, you know, the President would like to meet you,"

just so I could say, "No!" -Yeah.

[ Laughter and applause ]

-I don't like him.

[ Cheers and applause ]

And nobody came up to me and asked that.

-Yeah.

-But I think that's for the best.

I was -- 'Cause I don't always

follow-through on things like that.

I have a very good friend whose husband cheated on her --

now ex-husband -- and I said, "When I see that man,

I will never talk to him.

I will give him my famous stink eye, turn the other way."

Sure enough, I'm walking down the street, and, you know,

this guy, Brian -- fake name, fake name.

Name has been changed.

Brian is eating at a restaurant outside.

I see him, I whip my sunglasses off, open my arms,

I'm like, "Brian, how are you?"

[ Laughter ]

"Is this your girlfriend?" No.

So I was so nice to him because I was too --

I think it took less energy, in a way.

So I feel like if the opportunity had risen

to say hello to Donald Trump, I would've been like,

"Great to meet you, boss!" [ Laughter ]

"You're doing a hell of a job."

So it was good I didn't meet him, yeah.

-I am a huge fan of your husband.

-Yes. -You guys have a 2-year-old,

and your husband, Michael, writes for "SNL" now.

-Yep. Yes. -And he'd --

Your husband's been a comedy writer for a long time.

-Yeah. -Shows like "Conan,"

late-night shows, but now, "SNL," totally different thing.

How is -- 'Cause I can't imagine working on "SNL"

having a 2-year-old now. -Oh, my gosh.

Well, first of all, prior to Michael working there,

most of my knowledge of "SNL"

came from the James Franco documentary, which I was like,

"Oh, they work really long hours."

-Yeah. -I feel like they stay --

As you know, you stay up

mostly all night Tuesday night writing this thing.

You're just sort of a zombie for those three weeks

because your sleep schedule is so thrown off.

-Yes.

-And so when Michael comes home, he's mostly asleep.

Like, that's what he's doing. Especially in the morning.

He doesn't get home till 3:00 in the morning, so he's asleep.

So our 2-year-old -- almost-2-year-old son James --

will say -- He doesn't really talk yet,

but he'll say, "Dad," and, like, "Dad's asleep."

And I'm like, "Yeah, Dad is asleep,"

but I want him to have some image etched on his brain

that his -- other than his dad sleeping all the time.

[ Laughter ]

I, like, need Michael to get out there and haul brush

or, like, fight a fire or something,

because Saturday, like, when the show is obviously on,

last Saturday, I was home with James,

and he's like, "Dad?"

I'm like, "Oh, no, no, Dad's at work."

And he's like, "Dad." [ Laughter ]

Like he sleeps for a living.

[ Laughter ]

It's so bad. [ Applause ]

We love you Michael when you're asleep.

-You have -- You have a new book,

which is very exciting, called "My Squirrel Days."

-Yes. -And I'm very ashamed

to be the only person on this panel right now

who has not written a book. -Oh.

-You are all accomplished authors.

But this is a real squirrel, yes?

-There was -- yeah.

-And you did multiple photos with it.

-Yeah. [ Laughter ]

-What was it like working with a real squirrel?

-Again, like, a comment on my life,

that was probably the most difficult thing

I've ever had to do was photograph myself

with a live squirrel.

And at the beginning, I had all these wild pitches,

like, "I think we should get the squirrel thrashing at my face.

And I'm just smiling, like, broadly unaware.

"I think it'd just be so funny

to have the squirrel on top of me,"

forgetting, like, when I get to the place,

it's a live squirrel. -Yeah.

-It's an animal with claws. -Yeah.

-It's awful. So I did feel fairly brave,

because that, you know, I think that's a live shot.

-So that's not Photoshop. That's -- those are his --

-I think that's real and that's Photoshopped.

-Okay, good. -But the squirrel was real.

-Squirrels are, like, straight-up gross, right?

-Disgusting, yes. -Like, they're --

-And especially New York squirrels,

who are all too comfortable around humans.

-So forward. -Yes, yes, exactly right.

-Very forward. -Oh, yeah.

And this squirrel's name was Squirrel

and lived with his trainer. -Okay.

-So, like, he was a human.

So very comfortable around --

-Was his name -- Was his name Human?

-Squirrel and Human have made a go of it in New York.

That's the next show I'm working on.

-Yeah. -After "Kimmy" ends.

But it was -- Anyway, there's this one bad

moment when the squirrel, like, clung to me

because he was falling, and it was in that silky blouse

so he sort of fell, and then, the shoot ended.

It was sad. -Oh.

-I know. He lost faith. -Yeah.

-That's okay. He's a squirrel.

-But, you know, look he's -- he's still working.

You don't have to worry about it.

And he seems happy. You guys gave him nuts.

-Yeah, no, he had food. Oh, that's the other thing.

I feel like -- You've shot stuff with squirrels, right?

I mean -- sorry -- animals. [ Laughter ]

-Yes, yes, yes. I've shot with --

-We -- I -- I love shooting with squirrels.

[ Laughter ]

-Your squirrel work is unmatched.

-Yeah, really. -Thank you.

-And I want to echo that. Really.

-Thank you. -We love your squirrel work.

-What does "My Squirrel Days" mean?

-It refers to a story in the book,

which is about me befriending

an obese squirrel when I was a child.

[ Laughter ] -Okay.

Now I have an idea what the book is about.

-Now you get it? -It sounds great.

-Yeah, okay. -And it sounds normal.

-You know what? I got to say that is --

You know, then that's an excellent title.

-Yeah, exactly. [ Laughter ]

There's a reason. -Yeah.

-It's not just to say "squirrel."

-Thank you both so much for being here.

It is always a pleasure to see you.

-Thank you. -Ellie Kemper, everybody.

Liz Garbus Shows the Human Side of Journalism in The Fourth Estate - Duration: 4:14.

-Welcome. -Thank you.

-You know, when you are watching something like that,

obviously you feel like you're in the newsroom

but you forget that because you're there,

there is also a film crew filming them.

They do not seem particularly --

I should say, obviously they're aware.

But they don't seem to be adjusting their behavior.

Did that -- because you just wore them down

by being around all the time?

-We wore them down.

No, there were times of course where we're --

-Yeah, in the beginning, I mean, that's what it looks like

when you're in a newsroom and there is also a film crew.

Yeah, how do they respond at first?

-That's not -- What are you talking about?

What's wrong with that?

Honestly, they did.

I mean, look, these guys have reported in war zones.

I mean, they're pretty hard-core.

They can kind of focus on what they need to focus on.

And look, news is coming like this.

We're behind them.

Somebody is yelling at them for what somebody said on Twitter.

They've got to, you know, stay focused.

And they were able to.

-You also focus, which is a very interesting choice,

on the human toll of being a reporter for a newspaper,

especially during a year like the one we just went through.

What led you to that decision?

-To focus on them as human beings?

-Yeah.

-Well, I mean, you know, when you're demonized

by the President of the United States

who calls you fake news and, you know, the enemy of the people,

I thought it was important to pull back the curtain

and show that these are just people going to work,

doing their jobs, not so different from anybody else

in this country, you know.

-There was a really interesting scene where Jeremy Peters,

who covers -- What would you call it?

-Conservative movement. Yeah.

-Yeah, the conservative movement.

Obviously that movement does not care for "The New York Times."

But yet, when they started talking to him, they --

he kind of, I think, did exactly what you said,

convinced them that he was a regular person.

-I think that's sort of the metaphor for what I hope

people take away from it.

You know, when Jeremy went to the CPAC,

the Conservative Political Action Conference,

he went around, and as soon he introduced himself

as from "The New York Times," people would be like...

they smelled something really bad.

But then after they talked to him for a couple minutes,

they're like, "Hmm, you seem fine."

So that's kind of what I think happens when you see people

kind of doing their job and doing the best they can.

-You obviously want everyone to see this series.

But you -- do you feel like even more,

you want people who have a negative opinion of

"The New York Times" to try to engage with this?

-I mean, that would be nice.

I mean, what I think about is if I --

I'm not a regular watcher of Hannity's show.

But I think if there was a documentary

that went behind the scenes

and showed me how they got the show up every night,

what they focused on, what are they thinking about,

what are those decisions, I would want to watch that.

So I do hope that even people who are hating on the "Times"

might come take a look.

-The other thing that's really exciting right now is this,

I guess -- I don't know, maybe you being on the inside --

It looks like a friendly competition between

"The New York Times" and "The Washington Post."

But it's definitely a competition.

Is that something that's palpable

when you're in the newsroom?

-Oh, yeah. -Yeah.

-It is really intense.

I mean, you kind of think of it as like a trope or a metaphor,

but these people are banging their heads against the wall

when they get beat.

And sometimes they're beat by minutes.

I mean, they're working on the same story.

They take it very personally.

-Now, that's interesting when you get beat by minutes

because in this day and age, I mean,

it seems like they're the only ones who know

who won by two minutes.

Like, I don't think the next day people are waking up and saying,

like, "Oh, I didn't read 'The New York Times'

because 'The Washington Post'

tweeted it a minute ahead of time."

-Yeah.

-But I guess it's just professional pride, right?

-I guess. Yeah. -Yeah.

-It seems to really matter.

-I mean, I like that it matters to them,

because obviously their work matters so much.

-Yeah.

-And I do want to ask this,

because obviously we see so many newspaper movies these days.

We did a parody of newspaper movies here.

-You don't say? -Yeah.

How much of it is like the movies?

Like, within -- when you're actually there?

-It is -- No, I mean, it's often very, very boring.

I mean, even in the era of Trump, there are hours and hours

in the day where it's very, very quiet.

But then there are these moments where there's breaking news

or, you know, something is unsealed.

And it's this extraordinary, like, air traffic control,

you know, bring in the investigative reporters.

Bring in the Russia expert.

Everyone coming to put -- you know, drop some knowledge

on a topic that -- and then inform the public.

It's pretty amazing to see it.

-Well, it's a fascinating work.

Thank you so much for being here.

I really, really appreciate it. Liz Garbus, everybody.

important that you have in mind that the

in capturing contacts you must do

con una finalidad específica y así debes

reflejarlo en los formularios de

contacto que utilices en tu web o tu

página de aterrizaje o cualquier

documento físico o digital además a

partir de este momento en las

direcciones de email profesionales

empiezan a ser consideradas datos de

carácter personal por lo que habrá que

aplicar sobre ellas el mismo tratamiento

de protección de datos

qué significa esto es decir que si

alguien te entrega una tarjeta de visita

no puedes añadirla a tu herramienta de

email marketing o crm y comenzar a

dedicas a vender productos o servicios

adaptado tu negocio

tema

o al gusto de salud arte esencial

política

bueno realmente hubo ciertas preguntas

facebook ahora

bueno realmente yo he visto más casi

Mysterious Personal Shopper | 인형의 집 EP 60 [SUB : ENG, CHN / 2018.05.25] - Duration: 33:08.

(Episode 60)

Where are you going?

Why are you leaving your house?

Don't you hear me?

Seyeon.

You keep my mom.

I will take your mom instead.

What's wrong with you?

Why are you doing this to me?

I'm begging you. Please stop tormenting me.

Please!

Live here forever as Hong Seyeon.

Don't show your face to my grandpa!

That's enough!

What? You wanted this.

What?

When you made me Eun Gyeonghye

and made her Hong Seyeon,

you wanted it to turn out this way.

You didn't want me

to live like a beggar in this cruddy house!

Am I wrong?

Acting like you're a nice person now...

Acting like you regret it...

You hypocrite.

Seyeon.

Seyeon. Seyeon.

Seyeon. Seyeon.

Seyeon.

Where did Ms. Park Suran go?

Ms. Park Suran is missing!

Seyeon, open the door. Please.

Seyeon!

Seyeon.

Open the door.

Seyeon. Seyeon.

Open the door, Seyeon.

(Mideum Mental Hospital)

She's missing?

Are you sure...

Park Suran is missing?

Where did you hide...

Seyeon's biological mother?

I didn't want to believe it.

But you really did it.

Don't try to lecture me and act like my mom.

Hong Seyeon! Hong Seyeon! Hong Seyeon!

Keep calling out that despicable name!

She's your daughter!

Go back.

I won't tell you anything.

Gyeonghye.

Let me hug you just once.

What's wrong with you?

Even if you hit someone with your car

and shot Myeonghwan with a gun...

You were my most precious and lovable daughter.

But Gyeonghye...

I'm not...

Your mom anymore.

Mom.

I'm here.

I missed my baby so much.

Please...

Call me mom.

Were you

really my mom?

Did you give birth to me?

My heart ached so much...

But I didn't recognize you.

You asked me to call you mom.

And asked me to hug you...

Seyeon.

Why didn't you tell me?

Why did you do it?

Why?

I was afraid you'd become miserable like Gyeonghye.

So I couldn't send you back.

I wouldn't have been miserable

even if I had lived as Gyeonghye.

Even if I was too poor to go to college...

I would've worked hard and lived a happy life.

I wouldn't have ended up like Gyeonghye!

Just say...

That I became your real daughter after raising me

and that it was because you didn't want to lose me.

Then I can understand!

I carried you, took your hand

and went to the house numerous times.

Every time you called me mom,

I couldn't do it and turned around.

Then you should've

taken the secret to your grave.

You should've let me live as Seyeon

without knowing anything!

You should've let me stay happy!

Seyeon.

Mom, look at me.

I feel so pathetic and miserable that I want to die.

Do you know why I feel this way?

Because my birth mom is in a mental hospital?

Because I was abandoned by the man I love?

Because I was betrayed by my friend

that I truly cared about?

No.

I'm miserable

because of you, who lied to me...

For 30 years!

Seyeon. Seyeon.

Seyeon. Seyeon.

Let's find your mom.

And save your grandfather.

Let's do that first.

Seyeon.

We don't have time.

If you, the chairman's real granddaughter,

don't donate your liver to him as soon as possible,

he'll die.

You're the only person...

Who can save him.

You must've been shocked.

I'm sorry. We made a mistake because

we didn't tell the new nurse during her training.

A mistake?

Her guardian was changed to her daughter.

Ms. Park Suran was discharged as per

her guardian's request.

Who took her?

Just a minute...

The guardian didn't come herself.

People who brought a power of attorney

came to take her.

It's dangerous.

You stay here.

I'll go with you.

You remember me, right?

You abducted my daughter.

Gosh, this woman.

Park Suran.

Where is she?

If you want to find someone, hire a private detective.

As you know, we specialize in getting rid of people,

not finding them.

Do you want to talk to the police?

This crazy woman.

Fine. Call them.

Go ahead. Call them.

Call them. Call them.

I don't know. I don't know anyone named Park Suran.

I really don't.

No. There's no way you don't know.

Tell me where she is.

Seriously. You're tiring me out.

You threatened to kill yourself if I didn't

give you your daughter

and today, you want Park Suran?

Is she your daughter too?

- Where is Park Suran? / - I don't know!

Didn't you hear me?

I ought to...

Why you...

Who are you?

You little...

Hey.

Are you okay?

What about you, mom?

Why did you do it?

Why did you tell those scary people that you'd

kill yourself if they didn't give you your daughter?

Mom, you can't live without me, can you?

You know,

I used to think you get punished if you do bad things.

But you must be punished if you're too nice too.

What were you thinking

when Gyeonghye was harassing me?

I felt so bad, I could die.

You didn't hate Gyeonghye to death?

When Gyeonghye liked me,

how did you feel?

I was grateful to you.

You didn't feel sorry for me?

You won't be able to forgive me.

You won't be able to understand me either.

That's right. I don't think I can do either.

But still...

You're my mom.

Be Gyeonghye's mom if she wants you to be.

But be my mom too.

I'm going to be a daughter to both my mom...

Who gave birth to me and who raised me.

What is it that you must tell me?

Tell me where the person...

Who gave birth to me is.

And let me save the chairman.

I know I'm the only person who can save him.

Why must I do that?

I only care that they're safe.

You can keep the rest.

This company, this title and everything else.

Just return my family to me.

I don't need anything else.

The family is what's important?

Since your family is all you had,

your family must be precious to you.

But when you think about

this company becoming yours,

you will change.

There's no time to argue.

Schedule the chairman's surgery

as soon as possible, so I can save him.

No.

I heard he'll die without surgery.

Get out.

You're a monster.

What's so great about this position,

that you'd kill the chairman who raised you?

Call security!

Please let me see him.

I need to see the chairman.

Can't you help me

see the chairman?

The doctor said no visitors.

I'm going to through very painful things right now.

I'm sure you are too.

I won't ask you to tell me what's going on.

I know you didn't leave me to become the president.

I know that you're going through something

as difficult as I am.

I'm going to overcome this.

You should overcome it too.

Don't feel bad for hurting me.

I'd like you to apologize...

To my family later on, at some point.

Did you see the chairman?

No.

I couldn't.

The doctor said he's in critical condition.

This is terrible.

I, his real granddaughter,

must donate my liver in order for him to live.

But if I can't even visit him...

I have only one choice.

I'll have to tell the world

that I'm his blood relative.

You can help me, right?

Yes.

I'll do that.

What is it?

I need to tell the world...

That I'm the chairman's real granddaughter.

That's the only way

I can donate my liver to him and save his life.

If I do that, you'll lose everything to me.

Your money, your company

and everything else.

If you don't want to,

schedule the chairman's surgery.

Do as you wish.

But who would believe what

a crazy woman says?

What?

(Diagnosis)

The few who like to gossip

will show an interest in what you say.

That will encourage you and

you'll assert your position.

You'll demand to have a DNA test, and go to court.

Even if you get lucky enough to get a DNA test,

it will be after the funeral.

Why you...

If you want to give him the surgery...

Sign an oath that you aren't grandpa's granddaughter

and forfeit all your rights to your inheritance.

Fine.

It'll take about a week.

Grandpa wrote up

an annoying will because of you.

He wants me to split the company with you.

That's too long. Let's have the surgery first.

The paperwork comes first.

I don't lie. There's no time.

I'll keep my promise after the surgery.

You don't lie?

You'll keep your promise?

You're the one who broke both at the same time.

What will you do?

If we miss the window to operate...

And the chairman dies...

I will kill you.

We lost too much time preparing the paperwork.

It's all done, so hurry and schedule his surgery.

The surgery will be done secretly.

The medical records will list me,

not you, as the donor.

Once the surgery is completed,

you have to disappear and keep your mouth shut.

When can I meet

my biological mom?

After you disappear.

I have a favor to ask.

Let me see the chairman just once...

Before the surgery.

No.

I'll just look at him.

Just for a moment while he's asleep.

Please. I'm begging you.

Don't beg.

You're getting surgery early this morning.

I heard you may not make it out alive.

There is something...

I must tell you before you die.

My father's name is Lee Yeongsik.

Lee Yeongsik.

The dye factory manager who took the fall

for the poisonous gas leak and went to jail

and got sick there and died.

I'm his son.

I'm hungry.

I want rice...

With a hot bowl of ox bone soup.

Mr. Chairman.

My husband is Lee Yeongsik.

Please save him.

You know he did nothing wrong.

Please testify that he wasn't negligent and that it was

an industrial accident.

Please submit a letter to the court.

- Please. / - Get away!

Mom.

Please submit a letter.

Please save my husband!

Mr. Chairman! Mr. Chairman!

Mr. Chairman! Please save my husband!

Mr. Chairman! Mr. Chairman.

You turned your back to us.

My mother eventually took her life...

And my sister went missing.

The reason I devoted my life to you...

Was for revenge.

The person on the operating table tonight

will be Seyeon not Gyeonghye...

Because Seyeon is your real granddaughter.

You should live, not die.

Watch me destroy Winners

and make your grandchild cry in agony

before you die.

Pray that the surgery goes well.

Grandpa must be safe...

For you to be safe.

If you call him grandpa one more time...

You won't be safe.

Grandpa.

- Spicy rice cakes... / - Spicy rice cakes...

Spicy rice cakes.

I'm sort of a spicy rice cakes junkie.

May I hold your hand?

Please live.

There is something I need to tell you.

My baby.

At 6:12 this morning...

Chairman Eun Gitae

passed away.

Now Winners belongs to me.

If we miss the window to operate...

And the chairman dies...

I will kill you.

Eun Gyeonghye!

I won't forgive Gyeonghye.

Please help me.

I need to find her to make sure she doesn't

come to the funeral and say something foolish.

Want me to tell you how to get Jaejun?

He died because of Gyeonghye.

My birth mom is missing because of her too.

Grandpa passed away because of Seyeon.

Watch how I punish her.

BRAIN U TALKS com Shana Menezes - Duration: 4:32.

Hey guys, how are you? We are here in one more

episode of Brain U Talks! Now

in May, 2018 with specialist in Brazilian Labor Law,

Shana Menezes - great having you here!

And thank you for accepting our invitation.

Hi, Fernanda. It is a pleasure being here; I am

a follower of your YT channel, and I like it a lot, and

I am really grateful for being a part of it. Thanks again!

Our today's Leader Guest, Shana, was my Coachee

in a Leadership Coaching sometime ago, and now

let's bring to all of you her expertise

as a leader and as

a legal team coordinator in her Firm.

Share with us here... What was helpful to you

during your leadership

coaching process?

What are the highlights you can share with us

here today?

Going back to our Coaching talks, Fernanda:

the Coaching process helped me to develop a group of leadership skills

to be honest with you all.

It has helped me shape not only my leadership skills as an individual

but also I gained knowledge and further my understanding in team strategies to move one step further.

I recall we focused on organization as a skill to improve;

it is actually funny... I remember me questioning

why to develop/improve in what I believe I am good at already?

I take note of it all,

follow my schedule/agenda,

I am connected to my online devices, and still have a paper agenda on my side too (smiles!)

With the Coaching process I discovered I could make use

of this organizational skill to my advantage and move one step further in my career.

I believe that my contact with Coaching (through your Leadership Program) was great

as a self-discovery and self-analysis, bringing practical exercises

so I could make sense of who I was in that moment in time, where I was and where I wanted to go from there,

focusing on both my weaknesses and my strengths.

And to this date, I do Mindfulness exercises.

I especially like the R.A.I.N. technique, as a tool

to focus on the present moment when you are overloaded at work.

Working on elevating my focus and positivity at work.

This is cool to hear from you:

so we gain this perspective from your side

bringing in reality that the tools and exercises we work in a Coaching project

help us to really improve in practice and understand: 1) Who are we?

2) To where we want to go from here?

and 3) To achieve our goals, what kind of move do we have to make?

In other words: What set of skills' development and improvement

we have to work and focus on?

So, in your case... you said "Well, I am already organized.

What difference this Program will bring to my life?"

On this matter, we worked with you on: prioritize, focus,

mindfulness (being present one step at a time with less judgment as possible)

with the support of Coaching tools and exercises such as

M.B.S.R. (Mindfulness) for instance. And of course, it is to

organize, to have discipline to achieve

your goals, those goals that make sense to each one individually, first of all.

This is a cool tailored Program.

And last year (2017) I felt the results,

gaining the momentum after my Coaching program,

and being able to organize some Labor Law Reform Events here in my Firm.

This is a showcase topic in my field here in Brazil,

and certainly the process of Coaching played

a major role in this.

All that the Coaching process brought to the table (supporting tools and techniques)

in connection with the organization of this Events (small goals, one step at a time)

have all defined my success managing my time, the events,

and today looking back I question myself how did I manage to do it all?

Adjusting work-life balance, keeping focused

was truly a major point in Coaching to me.

And now what?

We can't complain, but

we want to make it better...

So, tell us what is it that you believe you

can further with the help of the Coaching techniques

and Coaching tools you already have in store?

From now on I will keep my focus level up,

have one defined goal,

and also have the small goals in place,

celebrating small steps,

as I believe small steps

take us to huge accomplishments.

And of course the result of this process

will show up fine, after putting into practice Mindfulness techniques on my daily life,

meditation practices,

including positivity rituals,

focusing on our strengths and working at the same time on our weak points too.

And best yet, I always try to share these with my Team.

I always tell that this is a two-way-road-trip... when we

have been helped by the Coaching process, we want to make a difference in others lives too.

So, this summarizes so well: find a way to involve all the people around us in this upward spiral

so to achieve more and be the best we can be!

How wonderful this chat with you, and I thank you so much

for sharing your journey in

this web mentoring project here at Brain U Talks.

A big kiss to you, and until next time!

Kisses, and bye bye!
