And here it is...

...the brand new XTR.

I've got two bikes behind me...

...that we're going to check out.

So, I've got the cross country bike...

...and the enduro bike.

Let's get into some of the finer details.

Let's start by looking at the cross country bike...

...and we'll start at the hearth of the groupset...

...the crankset.

Now just take a look at that...

...it's been completely re-engineered.

It's stronger...

...it's lighter...

...and it looks so aggressive.

One real nice point about this...

...is the fact that it's got a direct mount chainring...

...so it's really easy to swop them in and out.

On to the cassette.

It's probably one of the biggest changes in the groupset.

It's 12 speed and it comes in two different options.

You've got 10-45T, which is on this bike...

...and you also have 10-51T.

Running the 10-45T, you've got smaller steps...

...however, on that 10-51T you've got a bigger range.

The cassette is actually made out of three different materials.

You've got steel, titanium and then aluminium.

The rear derailleur has been completely redesigned...

...and just take a look at it.

It's so cool looking...

...it's aggressive...

...and you can really see the engineering that's gone in to it.

You've got those big 13 tooth jockey wheels...

...and that's just going to mean that you've got smooth shifting...

...all the way through the gears.

The brakes have also had some upgrades done to them.

This is the XTR race edition...

...so it's the lightest in the groupset.

Now one really cool thing that I love about these...

...is the fact that the caliper is actually made from one piece of aluminium.

And then when you come up to the brake lever itself...

...well, it's unique in the fact that it's got two points of contact...

...making the lever feel really stiff...

...and making sure that when you pull that lever...

...it's only going to slow you down.

You also have the I-spec EV...

...which mounts the shifter onto the brake lever...

...and the cool thing about this is that you've got two axis...

...so you can adjust up and down...

...and then back and forth...

...making sure that you can get them completely dialed...

...and set to your position for riding.

The last thing to talk about on the cross country bike is the hubs...

...and these have been redesigned.

It features Scylence technology.

Yes, that's right.

It means that the hub is actually silent when you spin that freehub.

It also has a micro spline...

...and that is the new standard to fit the Shimano cassette on.

Now let's go and check the enduro bike out.

The crankset is very similar to that on the cross country bike...

...however, it's got a wider Q-factor...

...just to give you a little bit more stability.

One thing that we haven't mentioned yet...

...is the fact that it's also two-by compatible.

Giving it the biggest range of gears possible.

Going on to those pedals...

...well, you can see that they've just been ever so slightly redesigned.

So, you've got a bigger platform and some chamfered edges.

So, if you do want to unclip...

...you have some additional grip.

Here it is...

...the 10 to 51 tooth cassette...

...giving you a huge range of gears...

...510%...

...meaning you can pretty much climb anything...

...and descent all the way back down.

Again, it's important to mention the cassette is 12 speed.

Moving on to that rear derailleur...

...well, I told you all the details before...

...but just sit back and take a look at it.

Because I love it.

It looks so cool.

Remember that Scylence technology I was telling you about?

Well, let's have a listen.

All you probably hear is the wind.

Just imagine, riding through the forest...

...loam whipping up all around you...

...that would be bliss.

Let's talk about the brakes for the enduro bike.

Well, they feature the Servo Wave.

So, you actually got the adjuster right at the lever to dial them in.

And then it features the same things with the I-spec EV...

...and the two position clamping.

The really cool thing about these is the fact they're a four piston brake...

...and this is the first time in an XTR groupset that they featured that.

So, it's going to give you maximum stopping power...

...to slow down for those really long and arduous descents.

So, there you have it.

The new XTR groupset.

You've got the cross country bike and the enduro bike.

And I myself can't wait to ride it...

...and see what will it be like on the trails.

DIY # 43: Ice blast for Iceman Marvel Legends - Tutorial - Custom - Duration: 8:01.

What´s up guys! Is it cold there? Here is so cold!

So we will use this cold

to do an ice effect

for our iceman!

a big blast

let´s see how to do?

DIY: Ice effect for Iceman Marvel legends

To do this we´ll need a piece of plastic from cleaning bottle

you can do this from any other plastic

but it has to be more firm

I´ll use the same that I used on

aura effect

It doesn´t has to be white, it can be transparent

cause we´ll put hot glue on it

First thing is

do this drawing on the plastic

It is a straught line

and a hook in the end

So we can cut this to fit

in iceman arm

in this part

now, after cut it,

we have to check if it

fits

in iceman wrists

ok, it fits

maybe you have to do a finish

to fit well, so you see what you need

now we have to fold it

how it needs to stay

fold here

here too

two folds

It will be like an "V"

fit it

and it will be some like this

now we take two stripes

and glue them in main part

on both sides

and now we pass the hot glue

everywhere, forming the design of the effect

Ok, this part is done

It fits well on arm

If you want, you can stop here

and paint it

But we can do more

I mad few little stripes with edges

with the same plastic to glue them

simulating the ice coming out of his hand

I used this picture

as a reference to do this

just glue them using hot glue

Now we have to do

a finishing passing the glue on this little pieces, making the ice texture

So it looks like this

like we have ice coming out of his hand

This "ice" pieces hide the hook

now we have to paint it

using acrilic translucid paint.

I used a turquoise blue

use very little paint, to get not too strong and spread well

it will be a very light blue

So this is t

The color is light

We can stop here but

we can do more

we can do a part like the effect is

hitting the ground or an enemy

So we use something with round surface

This one is a end from a curtain

it is a very hard plastic

whateaver you use, have to be very strong

metal, glass... otherwise, the hot glue will

melt it. We get a few oil from cooking and pass on it

Using this, the glue will not be stuck on this object

after cold

pass the got glue

and let the gravity do her job

it is cold now (and this is not what you thinking!)

just take it off

and to this looks better I´ll put a few of

that little stripes

and glue them

different sizes in different positions

I finish it

and I made a finish using hot glue

and now we have just to paint it

So here we have the effects done

a made more than one

made the hit effects too

I´ll make a ice borad to him in future

I made othe models

SUMMER GLOWY MAKEUP LOOK + CC ENGSUB - Duration: 8:34.

Hello you guys

in this video I'll show you

how I do my make up in the summer

and let's get starteeeed

The first step is to use primer

because it's very hot in the summer

and we sweat a lot

That's why I think that primer is very necessary

Primer not only helps us

cover the pores. It also helps

to make the foundation last longer

I don't want my base get too thick

that's a reason why I use concealer instead foundation

I use 2 colors. A brighter one

for highlight and a darker one

to cover my blemishes

next I use my beauty blender to set concealer under my eyes

then I use a powder brush

to set all over my face

I use this Brow Pomade

from ABH for my eyebrows as usual

I really really like to use this

because it stays on all day

and easy to use

so I don't want to try something new

Then I'll mix 2 brown colors

from the Sweet Peach Palette

and put it on my crease

I've to use

a waterproof eyeliner

so it doesn't smudge

Don't forget to use an eyelash curler

if you want to have curled lashes

I use 2 mascaras

for my lashes

and I don't even know why

but after I use these

my eyelashes are sooo curly

then I use a brown with a bit glimmer also from the Sweet Peach Palette

and put it on my lower lashline

and this is my favourite part

first I use a liquid highlighter

Next I use this bronzer

from Too Faced and I wonder

what they have done to make it smell so good

I want to eat after smelling it

Instead of using a blush

I used this bronzer and brushed it all over my cheeks

and nose

I put more highlight on my face

to make it more glowy

I like to combine these two highlighters together

because they are the same

just the one is liquid and the other is powder

next step I use a lipstick from Longwear Lipstick

and if you notice you can see

that I have used almost all

I don't want to throw it away because it's the one of my favourite

but I don't know where to buy it

and finally I use this waterspray from The Body Shop

to make it more glowy

this is the finish look

Welcome to Fokaira channel and a new video

in the series of love surfing

The series that started on the channel for a while

I recommend you go and watch the series from the beginning

What made me think of searching for love online

whom I met and what I did with him

as for today, does beauty affect

from my experience and

my observation of other's experiences

I came to life of course like all people

I was a child and I started finding that

For example when I was at school

I was sitting in the bus with a colleague

It was the beginning of the year

and there is a new uniform

The girl in front of us was in high school and we were in

primary and she looked at us

and she looked at my colleague

who was Syrian or similar

she had blond her and colored eyes

and she told her the new uniform on you is lovely

and she looked at me and said

by the way it is not suiting every girl

so little things like this

I began to discover that

It seems that the figure I am in

is not considered beautiful

I am at university with two of my colleagues

They saw a girl passing by and my colleague said

to our colleague saying "Did you see how this girl has a calm beauty"

and then both of them looked at me and said

of course Theresa your beauty is outstaning

They were joking, laughing

and I had to laugh to show that I don't care

to be beautiful

but of course

Every now and then I was thinking

I was to know what I will feel like

if I was beautiful

or if the people around me saw me beautiful

Me personally as I said in a video before

I see that I am so cute

but I don't know why people around me can't see this

When I was at the masters I had a colleague

He was a photographer

and I find him going to our colleague from China and say

He goes to our colleague from Finland and ask her

but that he once come and say Theresa

what do you think of becoming a model in my photo..!!

and this figure for him is very normal

and less than normal

so of course it is impossible that he think I can be a model in a photo

Imagine someone came to life and left

and never felt ever

that the way he looks

is a source of admiration

When people look at me

or if someone is talking to me

I get to know that he thinks I am kind

or that I can be a great mother

but never

That I am pretty

Never

Let me take you to some stories which I witnessed

by myself

We were a group of girls at school

and there was one girl

very beautiful with blondish hair

he eyes are light brownish

white with red cheeks

and we had in the same group another girl

who was dark colored

and being dark in the society where I am

it reduces beauty

so whenever someone wants to be more beautiful

as much as he tries to lighten the color of his skin

so you can find Skin lightening products

but there isn't skin darkening products

so she is dark

I talked about her before in a video

"My story with writing poetry'

she has some kind of curves in her legs

her hair

not the most smooth

sometimes

after I lived in this society

and I began to follow its rules in thinking

i used to look to the dark girl and say

she has no chance at all

who may think of getting in a relation with her ?!

after years passed, many many years

The dark skin girl was the first one who got married in our group

and she got married after a love a story

and the pretty cute girl

I may say was the last

not the last of course I am the last one

but she was just before me

so I began to think

I was like no way!!

could beauty have no relation

with love

I was working in a place

and we had a disabled colleague

his leg was cut

suddenly a love story developed

between him and our colleague

who was engaged to another guy

the love story got bigger

and the result was that she ended her engagement

from the first guy and got engaged to this one

I was also surprised why would she

not because of how he looks handsome or not

he is also disabled

In a Greek legend

Cupid the God of love

as you know he looks like a baby

carrying a quiver of arrows

and the God of power every time

he sees him makes fun of him

How come you are a God and so little

you look like a child

The God of love started to get upset of the God of power

he pointed his arrow towards him

and he made him love

the most ugly woman on earth

He was crying at her feet to earn her satisfaction

because the arrow of her love hit him

and he was begging Cupid

to life his curse

because he can't control his feelings

for her although he knows

she is the most ugly woman on planet earth

This legend shows

that love is something

can break down all

what we agreed on

Back to my story

as I said I see that all people think that I am

not pretty

I am not classified as one of the Pretty ones

and I want to experience this feeling

as I said I know that I am cute

and I enjoy to see myself in the mirror

sometimes of course not always

but

but I want to experience this feeling

I don't want to die

I came and left and I never

knew how does it feel to

be pretty and all people

are showing their admiration

until I traveled to Europe

once I stepped my foot in Europe

I started to see different way of looking at me

I find people looking at me

they come to ask me

oh Cleopatra

and I see what I never

saw before

and I find people see me

as if I am beautiful, so weird for me

I went to one of the art camps

and I found all the artists in Hungary

all artists are approaching saying "Can I draw you"

can I take photos of you

Finally

I found someone who sees that I can be a

model

I want to say: maybe someone in his country

considered normal but in another country he could be special

for example

There is an American guy married to a Chinese woman

and people in China

they are very surprised saying that he is married to

an ugly woman

but they can't get it

and they say that it happens a lot

Foreigners when they marry Chinese women they choose

the most ugly ones they have

and they can't get it

how those guys

are seeing these women

so

I want to say from this we discover that beauty

is relative

you can be

not so appreciated in one place

but in another place

I wonder

you think you are handsome?

or you think that you are pretty?

Cheesy Shrimp Cakes Recipe with Lemon Aioli Sauce - Duration: 5:10.

Hey everyone. It's Natasha of Natashaskitchen.com and today we're making

cheesy shrimp cakes. This is the best way to make a pound of shrimp go a long way

and do not skip that lemon aioli sauce, it makes these irresistible delicious

and they always disappear fast. We'll start with 1 pound of large shrimp

that have been peeled deveined and patted dry with paper towels. Chop your

shrimp into small pea-sized pieces, the finer you chop them, the easier they'll

hold together as shrimp cakes. Transfer your chopped shrimp meat to a large

mixing bowl and add 1 and 1/2 cups or 4 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1

large egg, 1/4 cup of mayo and 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley. Season

with half a teaspoon of salt and 1/8 of a teaspoon of black pepper, then stir it

all together and finally add 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour and you can substitute

with gluten-free flour if you prefer. Stir until creamy and well combined.

We're ready to sautee. Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1Tbsp

of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the batter, 1 heaping Tbsp

at a time or use a level ice cream scoop and flatten out the tops of the fritters

as you go so they're about half an inch thick patties. Saute for 3 minutes on

each side or until they're golden brown at the edges and fully cooked through.

Once they're done, transfer them to a serving platter and cook the remaining

shrimp cakes, adding more oil as needed. Oh I am excited! Alright now, for the next

step - the sauce. The lemon aioli is everything so do not skip it. So we're

gonna whip that up real quick and all you need is 1/2 a cup of mayo. So we're

gonna get that into a small bowl. And a tip that I learned is - if you want any

kind of mayo based sauce to be super creamy, mix it before you add anything

else into it, that way you get rid of any lumps and it becomes super smooth. All

right, now we are going to zest a lemon and we'll need about a teaspoon of lemon

zest and make sure you're just getting the yellow part and not the white,

because the white can make your sauces taste a little bitter but all the good

flavors in that yellow peel. Okay, that looks good. Now two tablespoons of fresh

lemon juice. The sauce is so simple but totally delicious. Okay, and I'm gonna use

my favorite measuring spoons. If you don't have a set of these -

they are awesome! They stack so that you can store them easily and conveniently

and they don't get lost which is a frequent problem in my kitchen and I'll

post a link to these in the description below. I love the fresh lemon in there.

Okay, and then one clove of garlic and that's a large clove that I've pressed.

And then just stir it up. Alright, just until it's creamy and smooth and then

serve it up with these finger-licking good shrimp cakes.

Everybody loves the sauce! I'm telling you - don't skip it! Alright, it is time for

the taste test, the moment I'm always waiting for. Okay, just fast-forward to

this part every time. All right and I want you to look at what's inside of

these. Oh YUM! Okay, these are still a little bit hot, okay and then right into

that sauce because it's so good.

These are so good! Wow! Loaded with cheese and so much flavor this is seriously one

of my favorite ways to make a pound of shrimp go a long way. These are so good

and you can really taste a little fresh pop of parsley in there. Wow! If you enjoyed

Fiat Chrysler recalling 4.8 million vehicles - Duration: 0:34.

Fiat Chrysler is recalling almost 5 million vehicles in the U.S. over fears they could

get stuck in cruise control.

The recall affects certain Jeep, Ram, Dodge and Chrysler models built between 2014 and

2018.

The company says the problem occurs if a short-circuit in a specific electrical network happens at

the same time that cruise control is accelerating.

It also notes a vehicle's brakes should be able to overpower the acceleration so the

vehicle can be stopped.

Fiat Chrysler says they don't know of any injuries or accidents involving any of the

affected vehicles.

First impressions on track...

...how was the new XTR?

I just rode it for the very first time.

I planned to go on the road...

...but then it felt so good, so I went offroad...

...and I must say I love it.

It's amazing...

...I felt like I wasn't even pedalling up the hill.

The shifting went super smooth...

...the braking was on-point.

First impression of riding with the new XTR...

...how is it?

I think it's pretty good.

I especially like the big chainring in front...

...it's something we are used to in cyclo-cross and road cycling as well.

So for me it's quite a benefit especially on the fast parts...

...to be able to get more speed out of it.

I think it's really the next level of development.

And it's a Shimano product so you know it has been tested for a long time...

... before we even get to ride it.

It was working perfectly fine and the feeling was amazing.

How do I stay motivated?

This is the question that everyone asks and I can never seem to put my thoughts into a

cohesive answer.

There are no shortcuts, or secrets, or tricks when it comes to pursuing a goal.

As much as we all want to quantify and strategize the steps to push past our hardships and tough

times, it's a mental battle that has to happen within.

I still struggle to stay motivated just like everyone else.

I still have bad days, or even weeks, where I question if all of my hard work will really

be worth it in the end.

But something is different for me now.

Every time those thoughts creep in, I look around and I look at what I've been able

to accomplish every time I took that one chance.

Every time I fought the urge to give up.

It's a ripple effect.

I'm fueled by the results of my hard work and the pride in my accomplishments, but that

only makes me want to work even harder and go for even bigger goals.

All it takes is that first step.
