Waching daily May 26 2018

Yes, it's beautiful of course.

If you can ride over it without any problems, but that's still the question.

The resistance is adjusted, it's a bit lighter.

We have some extra work for tonight.

It's never easy.

Every off-road section is arduous.

Whether it's at the beginning or at the end.

We adjust the tire pressure, a slightly lower tire pressure.

Bianchi has incorporated Countervail in the frames.

This is a composite material.

It's been developed by NASA.

As far as I know they are being used for helicopter rotor blades

to reach higher speeds and to have less vibration.

You just feel it throughout your body.

In everything, in your bottom for example

which suffers a lot.

Especially in these warm weather conditions.

But also when it's raining. In that case it's nice if you have extra damping

and everything is absorbed a little better.

Yes, the Finestre.

Wow...

It captures the imagination, certainly because half of it is unpaved.

I have to say that I used to think about mountains: oh my god, that's beautiful.

But not any longer.

Now I think: just another mountain.

For the people who are only now getting involved: you've missed a lot indeed.

The unpaved section was difficult.

It was still wet, so the wheels got sucked into the soil.

It was like crossing in the winter.

Together with the Zoncolan of a few days ago and last year's Angliru in the Vuelta...

These are climbs you won't forget. They are legendary.

So it's nice to have done them.

This was a...

I'm really broken now.

Yes, it really was an epic day.

SOY LUNA #2 | TIPS FOR ROLLER SKATING | Teri Ice - Duration: 3:44.

Hello everybody!

This video will show you how to learn rollerskating on these roller-skates.

At first we will learn how to do forward stroke.

When doing forward stroke, you have to use your knees.

Your body should be upright, don´t lean forward or backward your weight will cause you to lose your balance and fall.

So... Knees down and push forward.

If you are interested in some tricks, I think, the easiest is squatting.

You should start with stroking.

When practising this for the first time, try just - stationary squats.

It´s important to keep balance, put your arms in front of you.

More difficult version of this trick are pistol squats.

One leg is straight in front of you and put the foot on the heel.

The next trick will be a jump – Waltz Jump.

I recommend this trick for more experienced roller skaters.

If you want me to teach you some tricks on ice, please leave me a comment in this video.

And now I will show you how to do waltz jump.

You start from this position. Put your foot on tiptoes, stand in a T stop position and than you just jump...

...and landing.

Kick your leg up in the air in front of you and immediately bring your other foot over and extend it behind you.

If you finish watching this video, you can give a like or leave me a comment or share it.

If you would like to see some more videos like this, write it to the comments.

Have a nice day! Bye!

🔨Tile basics, tools you need.🔨 - Duration: 20:05.

miss trowel rou euro sure I think is a three eights little bit one these little bit worn

down but this was a half inch and this was a three eighths so I'm gonna be talking

a little bit about tools today the basic tools you need for installing at our

theater floor tile or wall tile and a shower or whatever most of these tools

that I have laid out here pretty much you're going to need most of those

everyday there are you know several versions of tools but every job you're

gonna need a certain set of tools to be able to finish it now these are all the

tools I have but these are pretty much most of the tools I'll use every day on

every job and then I have a variety of other tools obviously that are not

specifically for tile but you know for tile work but you can use them for you

know for getting your job done these are specifically these ones here

specifically needed for a tile job so let's go through them a few of them so you can

see what you need I'll try and put a list in the description of the tools and

some links to some of the some of the some of the tools and hopefully this

will help you when you need when you're doing a tile job that you can find you

know you're gonna have the tile the tools you you need ready and at hand for

when you're doing the job okay so here the ones that are specifically related

to tile work are the trowels now trowels they come in all different sizes they come in

v notch they come in euro trowels they come in

in square notch there's all different kinds of trowels that you're

gonna need to install your tile you need to get the one that's specific to the

size of tile you're using so if you've got a large format tile you're probably

gonna need a half inch by half inch square notch trowel or a quarter by half inch

deep by quarter notched trowel that's like a deep notch so you get a lot of thin-set

under the tile and a trowel is a gauge it gauges out the thinset that you're gonna

need under the tile when you're using it you're gonna make sure that you scrape

floor they're using to leave the exact gauge of thinset we got trowels the truck

and you've got margin trucks all different kinds of market remodeling

stops like you can get a massive trouble with teeth in it for this will be

specifically for you know when you need in tight places to get some something

set just a regular margin so get big my having self all different sizes imagine

sir so these for spreading your thinset and gauging it up then you need to cut

your tie so to cut your tire you can use a snap

cutter I have one one here this is actually a ruby snap cutter and I've got

plenty of videos showing how that only go

my good pressure with the snap cutters with the snap cutters the better the

quality the easier is gonna work if you get a cheap snap cutter you gonna be

really disappointed so if you're a professional obviously you know the

tools you're gonna need but a good snap cutter is as well worth the money if

you're a DIY maybe you can make maybe you can wrap one or maybe you wanna

invest in one so you know you gotta for you know for future use in general a

good snap cutter a professional great snap cutter is gonna look much better

than a cheap one that you can get in a box or you can use a grinder with a

diamond wheel to cut your tile and get mesh blades you can get other types of

blades to cut through porcelain marble whatever you just want to make sure when

you get a blade that you're getting be a tryna make sure you're getting the right

one the mesh blade generally I'm not good for cup cuts and always always

always leave you got on the grind up you don't want to play - exploding hit you

in the face so grind is a great tool for all kinds of cut

but straight cuts mainly you're going to need a snap cutter or a wet saw a wet

saw I have someone

but I'm just going to talk about the tools you need

so 470 time we're gonna need a trowel you're gonna need my yourself honey

knife tiny knives come in handy speech Wes big a small faces famous come a

little different flavor this is just the you want to hear uh eight inch spacer

you also need loves you've got a four-foot level here to full level P low

level you get a six foot level and these also work for this craziness so they

probably going to need a straight edge as well Spanish can be either I make

medium straight edge I've got a tempura and a six foot up like I said a level or

you can use if you've got a peak straight piece of lump but you can use a

piece of Lombok which is perfectly straight just just try that make sure

it's straight also for cutting tools nips discipline - tips these are old

pair of nips that I've had for a very long time and you get these other kinds

of nips with that rounded leaves on here

utility knife and I'll link to some mom some other videos too away I show how to

you something screwdriver obviously if you don't wanna kill a bunch of

screwdrivers just get one of these four on one screwdrivers it has different

sizes calling one screwdriver so you can get the caulking gun and also a rubbing

stone rubbing stone is when you cut a tire you're gonna have a really sharp

edge you want to make sure you knock down that edge if it's gotta be exposed

so rubbing stone and of course you need a tape measure

tape measure got a you know one little rule to work well but a tape measure 25

foot tape measure it's a great idea I think I said the caulking gun and also

you're probably gonna need an extension cord of some kind the quality of the

tool map if you get a cheap screwdriver or a cheap or whatever you get right if

you're gonna be using it every day they won't last very long like this magic

trial here I've had this probably for 10 years

these trials go to these ones I don't anymore

quality tools matter then whole sauce you can cut a hole in it in a time with

a grinder if you have to and I used to do that but to make your life easy yo

you can get hole saws in all different varieties this one heroes I think it's

for a half-inch this one is three inch you can get them down to quarter inch

you can get all different sizes the diamond coated halsell

so you can also buy case for you know applesauce and different sizes now this

is brand-new I haven't used this one yet it has different sizes and this one

actually has you know water sprayer so you can have you know you can keep the

water on it and a guy you know so you can you know get you a whole precisely

where you want it so you know kiss can get all different prizes and all

different levels generally the more expensive ones you get much better

performance and along the along the life the cheaper ones you get a limited

amount of use these are neither cheap cheap ones that I got on Amazon and you

know they do the job but you're only gonna have a limited number of abuses

with them and you can get all different kind of KISS of these two another one

thing is when you're growling make sure you wear gloves this thing is very

caustic I mean route it's very carpet and a variety hand make sure you what I

would love that see some guys it's all don't wiggle up on their growling it's a

big mistake so these are the basic hand tools there you go oh and I forgot you

need something to mix your your more them so you get a mixing palette kids oh

this is little this will go on a half inch throw like like this one here go

let's let one win or you can get one specifically made for this set this is a

ruby this is a great great mixer

oh you're gonna make small batches you can get a small one that you can put on

a cordless drill or a smaller size drill the thing is the bigger the bucket the

more powerful job you're gonna need so you can get between a half gallon bucket

you can get Whoopi buckets they may come in sizes you can get five and a half

gallon buckets five-gallon buckets you can even get six total markets generally

if you gonna make some whole bag up this hook you're gonna need a five-gallon

bucket if you're gonna partial small buckets or what you still need something

to make sure good you can mix it with a margin trowel maybe one with a little

bit longer a little bit longer paddle um it just actually one down this

you should be about this long and so there's a time tools you're gonna need

you might not need all these at once but you're gonna need them at some point

during your your job it's the more complicated is the the more tools you

gonna need obviously flops they come in different different varieties you got

you've also got systems that you can use for the grouting this kind of flow I

used to use but now I use these softer rubber floors very soft and is a little

bit harder I prefer these you know but these these work pretty well too

there are different kinds like if you're gonna get an epoxy floor it's stiff up

if you're gonna get the floor for four stalls for very rounded you're gonna get

us off the floor so depending on what you're gonna what your job is you're

gonna get you know the right right - if this one here pretty much work with any

tablet you get so this kind of soft flow

so basically that's the tools you're gonna have to have to get a job done

there are many other mortals I have all the tools and some other tools that you

can get all kinds of tools rubber mallet comes in handy when you got to make a

toilet cup just an extension ring look at the template a whale tail you put on

your bucket with a vacuum and it'll reduce the dust when you mix it a hand

brush so there's a lot of tools that you're gonna need to do a job as I said

some of me gonna use all the time like the Charlie gonna be using all day long

the float you're going will be using when you're when you grab a cordless

drill got a cordless drill I have this vault this actually one that

I've retired here you're all but one have a normal one in the truck this

one's retired veterans walking good anymore so all kinds of

most people have some already have some of these kids like more people let's go

they'll have a hammer they'll have may already have some of

these tools in your garage if you don't then you're gonna have to go I would

suggest you be prepared before your starting job so you don't run into it

get to a point where you you need something ain't don't have it another

useful tool is like I'm afraid it when you got to connect lines this is really

old this is probably like 40 years old still use it and so the tools you need

the basic tools you need are these here as I've said said already then obviously

in your wet sore if you got big I mean if you got complicated cuts like an out

cut or you card or whatever you can do them with it right up but if they're

gonna be visible probably a wet store is a better idea and yeah

and all blades are not made the same you know my model cutting blade is gonna

have difficulty cutting through porcelain a pawn blade the Captain

Marvel with a problem but might not be as clean a cut glass five blades them

you know much denser smaller smaller diamonds with a softer matrix so this

differently in different blades are used for different things and as I said you

can get a mesh blade speed right up or you can get you know more one

substantial blade which is multi-purpose for cutting tiles

you grind that and you can make a lot of cuts with a grinder so anyway this is

what I figure out is the basic tools you gotta need okay so this is a snap cut I

have different plans of these I actually have a bunch of these four foot level

Engineering 'The Black Rifle': Why the AR-15 Is the Most Popular Gun in the U.S. - Duration: 6:55.

Lately, you've seen THIS weapon in the news a lot.

These firearms elicit emotions for millions of Americans.

Some want these weapons to be available and unrestricted, some want to regulate them,

and some want to ban them outright.

But what do you know about these rifles?

How do they work?

And why did they become so widespread?

This weapon is hotly politicized, with some saying the data and equipment is just "too

complicated" to properly debate.

Which has been made even more complicated by emotion and propaganda.

So let's try to cut through that.

First, we need to know what this IS.

People call this the AR-15, but it's part of a family of weapons that are all related

to the Armalite AR-15 a gas-operated rifle that the US military

adopted in the 1960s.

They named it the M16, and that has variants -- the M16A1 A2, and A4.

There's also the shorter (carbine) version called the M4.

Or its variants like the CAR-15 or Colt Commando or versions with different systems and markets

like the HK-416 Canada C7 or Danish LSV M/04.

And on top of THAT Colt bought the design and uses the trademark the AR-15 which just

makes things even more confusing.

This one firearm family has SCORES of cousins and configurations which is one reason people

call it "too complicated" -- and why many just call this firearm family, "The Black

Rifle."

So that's what is IS, but what made it so popular?

You can trace the success of this weapon to a few things: First: Engineering.

Second: U.S. Patent Law.

And Third: More engineering So first: ENGINEERING.

At its most simple, a gun is a fairly basic machine that takes advantage of simple physics:

You take a tube, you add something explosive, and you put a projectile in front of that

explosion to push it out of the tube.

Firearms have been around for a millennia, but it wasn't until the end of the 1700s

that... for the first time EVER, a firearm had interchangeable parts.

Imagine that.

Before the late 1700s a gun was a hand-wrought personal machine.

Even "simple" muskets were hand-made individuals.

And every gun was a one-of-a-kind possession.

If it broke, parts needed to be made by a gunsmith to fit YOUR weapon.

But now with interchangeable parts, a gun could be modified, repaired, and completely

built from parts.

This was a revelation -- and important -- hold onto this idea.

Next, more advancements made firing faster, and eventually insertable magazines containing

multiple rounds were invented, and improvements in design generally made weapons lighter and

easier to use.

They also fired faster, and faster, and faster.

This is because American military studies completed during World War II and the Korean

War found -- when armed with an automatic rifle that fires as long as the trigger is

squeezed -- soldiers shot at a large area to SUPPRESS the enemy rather than aiming at

specific targets.

So, engineers shifted their attention from shot quality, to shot quantity;

In 1956, in response to the need for speed, E.M Stoner applied for a patent that describes

a simple method for siphoning expanding gases from exploding gunpowder to operate the reloading

mechanism of a military rifle.

This was a big deal, opening the door for better-performing and longer-lasting automatic

weapons for military combat.

In 1962, Stoner's gas system was assessed and accepted by the Pentagon's DARPA.But,

the government was dragging its feet to adopt the new rifle -- and by 1963 ads appeared

selling a semi-automatic version of this military weapon to the public.

By 1966, the Army and Marine Corps were issuing the rifle to troops in Vietnam, under its

new name the M16.

And then in 1977 Stoner's patent expired.

This is when the U.S. patent law comes into play.

Once in public domain, other companies could take advantage of this firing system, AND

another thing… the interchangeable parts.

With the AR-15, Armalite and Colt don't just manufacture a rifle, they also provide

a platform.

The AR-type rifle was and IS modular.Modular meaning, parts are so interchangeable that

you can get them almost anywhere, and customize almost every part of this weapon.

Owners can take and swap out the stock, the grip, the chamber, or the barrel -- commonly

called the uppers and lowers. and once the internet came on the scene, could buy these

parts anywhere.

People can even 3D-print parts to build a black rifle -- someone did in 2013 and fired

over 600 rounds.

The Lowers are what actually (legally) constitutes the gun.

That's where the serial number is, and the action is contained.

These interchangeable parts can alter the type and caliber of shot, the type of magazine,

and people can even add a scope (or two!), or a grenade launcher if that's their thing.

For the military this was a feature, not a bug…

According to a piece about it in the Washington Post: it makes the weapon ideal "for close-

and medium- to long-range engagements and the preferred weapon used to kill the enemies

of the United States."

But for civilians -- these interchangeable parts meant the Black Rifle could be used

in different ways.

An owner could swap in different uppers for varmint, big game hunting or target practice.

Or different lowers to accommodate various magazines or stocks. And this is how we ended up arguing about specific parts, like bump stocks.

There are even parts for show guns that aren't even for shooting, just for being fancy.

The AR-type weapon's success in civilian life is because it's like a custom built

motorcycle, homebrew computer, or 3D-printed model.

No two Black Rifles have to be the same.

Which brings us back to why some say, "it's too complicated" to debate.

But it could be UNcomplicated if we just had consistent language to address when discussing

it.

The AR-type weapon is one of the most popular weapons in the world.

The National Shooting Sports Foundation estimates 5 to 10 million AR-platform weapons are in

circulation in the U.S., but no one knows exactly how many because in 1986, Congress

made it illegal to register any firearms, firearm owners, or transactions.

So here we are.

This modular weapon is a result of the world's militaries search for a rapid-fire, simple

weapon that people of all sizes and backgrounds could use.

Hopefully, this video helps you talk to your friends about what you DO or DON'T like

about this weapon, and helps us all understand why they seem to be everywhere.

This is a tough topic to be unbiased about, it carries lot of emotion for people. In the

end, like any piece of engineering, what we do with these Black Rifles … isn't just

the responsibility of those who created it, those who manufacture it, those who sell it,

those who regulate it, or those who use it, but it's about all of us.

The future is in our hands.

Firearms and weapons aren't the only thing in a military arsenal. Have you ever wondered how we got photos from spy satellites before digital cameras?

Hauntingly Beautiful Baby Names You Haven't Heard Before - Duration: 6:03.

When it comes to baby names, poetic darkness isn't a quality most parents are looking for.

Nevertheless, the world abounds with deliciously enigmatic and ghostly names, whether they

hail from Gothic literature or from the kind of classical mythology that's always fraught

with memorable drama.

In any case, dark names can be every bit as poetically beautiful as light and angelic

ones, and these are the gems that just might be perfect for your little one.

Ligeia

Edgar Allan Poe's heroine Ligeia is a brilliant and beautiful woman.

Though she succumbs to consumption, her lust for life is so intense that she eventually

succeeds in coming back to life, with all her beauty and vitality intact.

Or at least that's what the story implies.

Ligeia was also one the Sirens who tried to lure Odysseus and his men to a seductive death

at sea in Homer's The Odyssey — by way, of course, of her mesmerizing voice.

Her name translates to "clear-voiced" and "whistling."

Fans of cheesy horror movies might enjoy the fact that she's the subject of Roger Corman's

fun camp classic The Tomb of Ligeia, in which she takes the form of a sleek black cat who's

none too pleased with the fact that her tormented widower has taken it upon himself to acquire

another bride.

So if you're looking for a beautiful Gothic baby name that also denotes determination

and longevity, Ligeia might be for you.

Hecate

In mythology, Hecate was a goddess who was associated with witchcraft, magic, doorways,

creatures of the night, and the moon itself.

However, she was also a guardian of crossroads.

Hecate also notably appears in Shakespeare's Macbeth, brimming with ominous tidings, and

fans of the Showtime series Penny Dreadful will also be familiar with Hecate Poole, the

shapeshifting witchy seductress who falls in love with Josh Hartnett's Ethan Chandler.

With its Shakespearean, mythological, and pop culture associations, Hecate is a sure

winner.

And you can pretty much rest assured that no other kid in the school is going to have

the name, so if it's uniqueness you're after, Hecate might just be the perfect moniker for

your own adorable little witchy goddess.

"Come!

We fly!"

Nyx

No, it's not just the name of one of the world's most beloved cult cosmetics brands.

Nyx is also the goddess of the night.

She was an integral part of the dawn of creation itself, being the child of Chaos; but, interestingly

and paradoxically enough, her union with Darkness ended up producing Light and Day.

Nyx also has some pretty impressive astronomy associations to her credit.

In 2005, NASA discovered a series of small moons dancing around Pluto, and named one

of them after the goddess.

Young readers might also know the name Nyx from the popular Goddess Girls series: in

Nyx the Mysterious, the plucky queen of the night enrolls at Mount Olympus Academy, where

all sorts of adventures ensue.

The name can also be unisex, as in the case of Final Fantasy protagonist Nyx Ulric.

If you were planning on going with a more standard baby name like John or Mary, you

might want to "nix" that idea and go with something epic and mythological instead.

Callum

In addition to being the name of actor Kyle MacLachlan's son, this wonderful Scottish

baby name, which translates to "dove," is starting to become vogue on American shores.

Originally, Callum was a Latin name, and it references the good Saint Columba.

So if you consider being haunted by a saint a good thing, then the name would certainly

count as "haunting," in the most benevolent of ways.

Just think of it as having a Casper the friendly ghost kind of a vibe.

Salem

If you're looking for a witchy, evocative, autumnal name that packs a profound punch,

Salem is a great choice.

Yes, the name evokes images of the Salem Witch Trials, which were obviously a tragedy of

epic proportion.

But there's more to it than that.

Today, the women who were accused are now considered to be martyrs and symbols of innocents

wronged.

Nowadays, Salem is mostly associated with Halloween and the excitement of autumn and

all the crunching leaves, candy corn, and hayrides that come with it.

In other words, it's a name that has historical significance, and that's also a nod to the

joys of life in picturesque New England.

Pangur

This wonderful Irish baby name comes to us from cats, and particularly from the famous

Irish poem Pangur-Ban, which was written by a monk about his beloved white feline.

But the name is also great for a baby for another reason.

The legend of the monk and his cherished cat has been adapted into an acclaimed children's

picture book, which is designed for preschool-aged children.

Pangur-Ban also features in the 2009 children's film The Secret of Kells.

And as far as "haunting" goes, what ghost can be better than the ghost of an angelic

white cat?

"Come here little kitty kitty kitty."

Freya

The mythological Freya was a revered Norse

goddess who presided over love, fertility, battle, and death.

She also had a fabulous mode of transportation in the form of a chariot drawn by cats.

Fierce as she was, she was also sentimental, and was known to weep tears of gold.

And as far as death went, her privileges were indeed profound.

She decided which fallen soldiers would enter her particular segment of heaven after their

heroic deaths.

She was also revered for her beauty.

The name Freya literally translates to "a noble woman," and as the daughter of a sea

god, that's certainly fitting, and perfect for your little noble warrior.

Plus, Norse warriors?

Totally hip right now.
