Hi Bold Bakers!

You'll be glad to know that 10-minute desserts are possible!

A lot of you have tried my 10 minute tiramisu and given it a 5 star rating on my website.

So I thought why not throw another one into the mix and let's make a 10-minute berry tiramisu,

full of seasonal berries, and perfect for summertime.

Now the recipe as always can be found on BiggerBolderBaking.com, and if you make it, rate it!

And also submit a photo so everyone else can see.

Okay, let's get started in a saucepan.

Add in some water, and sugar.

And then just turn up the heat to medium and just let it simmer until the sugar dissolves.

So once it comes to a simmer, knock it off the heat and we're gonna add in our berries.

So here are some raspberries, gorgeous color, fantastic flavor for this time of year.

The only thing I love more than raspberries, are blueberries.

So in you go.

And then last but not least, some strawberries.

Now all we're going to do is just let that sit, let the flavors kind of marinate and

the juices come out of the berries, we don't want to cook it, we just want to poach them

very slightly to get out that flavor.

So leave that to hang out and we're gonna get started on our mascarpone cream.

So in this nice large bowl I'm going to pour in some heavy whipping cream.

Now you need a cream that's gonna whip up well.

Some sugar, and some vanilla extract.

So here I have my electric mixer, and I'm gonna whip this up until it forms soft peaks.

Now the reason that this is 10 minute recipe is because it's not the traditional kind

of tiramisu mousse, it doesn't have eggs and all that stuff in it, it's a little bit

faster but it does have all of the lovely components of a tiramisu, so you're not missing

out on anything.

And also if you are vegetarian and don't eat eggs, this is the perfect recipe for you.

So around 2 or 3 minutes later, you have softly whipped cream.

Now our next ingredient is very important in tiramisu, and it is mascarpone.

This is a key ingredient, now if you don't have mascarpone, you can always leave it out

and maybe use cream cheese instead, but you can't replace it with ricotta, because that's

something a little bit different.

Now all you want to do is go back in with your mixer and then just whip this up again

until it's really lovely and thick.

So one of the reasons this is such a great dessert for this time of year is that berries

are in season, and when they're in season, they're cheaper and they've got better flavor

so it's really a great time to make something like this.

So that is our quick and easy mascarpone mousse, for want of a better word.

So I'm gonna set this over to the side and now we're going to bring back in our berries.

Now here I have a bowl lined with a strainer, and what I'm gonna do is just remove the liquid

from the berries.

Now this is gonna be the liquid that we dip our ladyfingers in and it tastes really lovely.

It has all the flavor from the fruit.

Perfect.

Now I'm gonna put my fruit in a separate bowl, and then bring in all my components for our

tiramisu.

So now into our fruit syrup if you want to give it a little bit of a lift because it

doesn't have a coffee like the normal tiramisu, I like to put in some crème de cassis.

This is a black currant liquor, but feel free to leave it out, it is totally optional.

Okay, that's it, I have my cream, I've got my fruit, I've got my liquid right here, and

then most importantly, ladyfingers.

Now the last tiramisu I made, one of the biggest questions was "I don't have ladyfingers."

Here's the great thing.

I have put a recipe for this on my website, they are super easy to make, so if you can't

buy them in a store, you can make them easily at home.

And I have my homemade ones that I'm gonna use today.

So now in my opinion the secret to a perfect tiramisu is something is not too wet.

So all you want to do is take your ladyfingers, just give them a quick dunk, in and out, and

then you're done, and then lay them into your dish.

Now I have a dish here that's 8x8" and it's the perfect size for a family.

So just lay them into the bottom of your dish.

Don't feel tempted to leave them in there to soak them up, they soak up so fast, that

you just want to give them a dunk.

In you go.

And then just lay them in the bottom of your dish until you have a nice layer.

Our next layer is some generous spoonfuls of our berries.

So just around half of your fruit, scatter it over the top.

You want a nice thick layer of this.

And then our next lovely layer is our mascarpone cream.

Now, same deal, half of this and spread it over the fruit.

As you can see this a really fast dessert to make.

Now we're gonna start the same layer over again, so ladyfingers, dunky-dunky, beautiful,

more fruit, you can use all of the fruit now because this is our last layer.

Into the corners, all around.

And then lastly, the rest of your mascarpone cream.

Beautiful.

I just have the perfect amount of mascarpone cream for the top.

So now just to send this over the edge, I'm going to top it off with a few strawberries

and blueberries just so people can get an idea of what's on the inside.

And then I'm going to scatter over some toasted slivered almonds.

They'll give nice texture to this and also the nuttiness will be nice with the fruit.

And then of course a generous dusting of powdered sugar.

Because everything looks better with powdered sugar on it.

It's like a little kiss of sugar.

Fantastic.

So now what you want to do is let this chill out in the fridge for a couple of hours, maybe

3-4 hours and let it set and all those flavors marry together.

Then it will be ready to scoop.

So it's been a few hours and our tiramisu is ready to enjoy.

So with a serving spoon, I'm going to take a nice big scoop.

Look at all those gorgeous layers that we created and the color.

I don't like to make this too far in advance because otherwise it might get a little bit

wet, so a few hours before you're ready to serve and it's perfect.

Oh!

Oh my gosh, that's delicious.

Oh my gosh, that's so delicious!

I love tiramisu, but this is a whole other type of tiramisu.

Such great flavor, the season is perfect for berries and all this lovely fruit.

This is without a doubt going to be a family favorite.

Perfect dessert for summertime, picnicking, out at the beach, just eating alfresco, everybody

is going to love it.

Now remember, if you make it, rate it!

How to Use Performance Analytics - Duration: 3:28.

Performance Analytics joins indoor and outdoor ride data into a set of easy-to-use tools designed to make cyclists faster. There are three main tools:

The first is The Training Stress Chart,

which tracks how much work a rider has done and visually shows all their TrainerRoad and outside ride data in one place.

Riders can easily drill into any week on the chart and see which rides occurred during that week.

Very quickly a rider can identify patterns, and whether they've been consistent with their training or not by looking at this chart.

The second tool is The Personal Records Chart.

The Personal Records Chart is the easiest tool riders can use to confirm they're getting faster at every point in their training.

From the PR chart riders can view specific PRs by scrubbing through the graph and clicking-in to view more details.

What makes this PR chart different is that PRs are grouped into custom Seasons. Riders create Seasons from the 'Manage Seasons' button.

Riders can compare PRs of up to three Seasons at the same time and view those PRs in three different views: Total, Sprint, and Endurance.

To compare where they are in their most current Season to the exact same point in a previous Season, a rider can select SeasonMatch.

SeasonMatch compares where a rider is at in their most current Season to the exact same point in a previous Season.

For example, this rider can see that their 5-Minute PR achieved by Week 27 of their Road

2018 Season is 89 Watts stronger than their 5-Minute PR achieved by Week 27 of their previous Road Season.

The rider can select 'View Details' and drill into their PR from the Ride Analysis Page.

The PR the rider chose to drill into from The Personal Records Chart is automatically highlighted on the graph.

From here, they can zoom-in to that portion of the ride and add their PR as a custom interval.

The interval this rider created automatically expands in the 'Intervals' table to analyze it at a more granular level.

From their newly created intervals, riders can analyze their performance during any particular section of the ride

so they can make adjustments in their training for the next time they attempt that segment.

Riders can create and adjust intervals for any portion of their workout. While creating and adjusting intervals, ride metrics adjust on-the-fly.

Scrolling down The Ride Analysis Page, riders also get a personal records chart that compares their workouts PRs to the PRs

they've achieved in a Season.

Riders can quickly see the durations they achieved new PRs in this ride to see where they've gotten faster.

They can also see the areas where their Season's PRs were stronger than the PRs achieved in this specific ride.

They also see a chart that displays all their power zone data, and a map of their ride if it was completed outdoors for a

quick visual of where the ride took place.

Finally, The Ride Analysis Page includes a section for riders to add notes about their ride.

Performance Analytics provides riders with easy-to-use tools to analyze performance and confirm their training is making them faster.

Some artists say: What's the point? - Duration: 6:30.

a lot of people will say things like "I want to be an artist but why should I

bother trying if no one wants to buy it?" or "why should I write and send

newsletters when people immediately unsubscribe?" "why should I post my art on

Instagram when no one cares?" " there's so much artwork out there that the stuff

that I do is really just a tiny drop in a gigantic painty ocean." I'm pretty

sure even the biggest artists feel this way sometimes. I'm pretty sure. for

example, when YouTube demonetized every channel that didn't meet their new

threshold, people were understandably upset. even though it really didn't

make a huge difference monetarily, it still sucks when something is taken from

you while you're working really really hard to meet this moving goalpost.

it upset people. and there were a lot of moral police that would say "if you're

motivated by money then you're doing it for the wrong reasons." everyone

knows that people take up skilled hobbies for a reason. I'm not gonna sit

here and preach that artists should just enjoy the process while the world gets

to consume the work for free. no one needs that kind of reminder. it's pretty normal

to be motivated by external rewards. it really is. I mean, think about how many

people would continue to work at their day jobs after their employer stops

paying them. I think everyone has these thoughts and it's really not that big of

a deal. I'm kind of feeling similarly about

social media lately. I know that I should probably post things on Instagram

regularly or tweet something. it doesn't help that Facebook bothers me endlessly

about my inactivity. it's always sending me messages like 'you haven't posted in

this many days', even though I did. or you know, 'this

many people are waiting for you to post something', you know? it kind of makes me

feel inadequate and its really annoying. but for me... the thing about that voice

that tells you that no one cares if you post art is that, well, maybe then I

shouldn't worry about it? I'll just be over here working on stuff

that does still interest me until that other stuff starts to be interesting

again. because I know that I will eventually start posting things and

putting more effort into videos and painting

actual paintings. I know that I will eventually do it because if I gave up... if

I stopped wanting to make youtube videos because my channel isn't growing fast

enough or at all... if I stopped making art because it can't support me financially

and it's too much of a downer... the alternative is that there's gonna be a

huge empty chunk of my life in which I'm doing nothing. nothing. and you know there

are some days where my body and my mind would really rather me just not do

anything. I am privileged in that I do get a regular paycheck for my day job

(that's what that's for) so if that whole "you have to be motivated to make your

art because otherwise you don't get paid" piece of advice that is everywhere

doesn't work for you (because you don't get paid and that in itself is not very

motivating), I just hope that you're able to recognize whether you're tempted to

give up because it's no longer 'for you', or if you're just punishing yourself for

struggling so much.

anyway. I am painting a cat. this is a little painting five inches by five

inches, and I modeled this cat after our neighbor's cat who we see outside a lot.

he is incredibly fat and he's very cute. and this little painting is actually

based on a dream I had where I had this huge Emperor moth crawling along

the floor in my bedroom and so I picked it up. but when I picked it up, (because it

was a dream) it turned into a chubby little cat with wings. Emperor

moth wings. so I guess i decided to paint it because why not? right?

what was 'the point' of painting this? cause I could? because I commit

myself to creating something at least once a week? because I work really well

with deadlines and when I have a weekly or semi weekly deadlines it actually

really works for me and motivates me to go and that is the point. that is why I

paint things and that's not always motivating but again, it's easy to

motivate yourself when you consider the other option which is nothing. or maybe

it's just time to do something else? there! anyway thanks for watching this

rambly video and I will see you in the next one

How to Analyze Personal Records - Duration: 2:43.

The Personal Records Chart is the easiest tool riders can use to confirm they're getting

faster at every point in their training.

Unlike most PR charts that group PRs into years or the last 6 weeks, PRs are grouped

into Seasons — custom defined periods of training and racing that are unique to each

rider.

Riders create Seasons from the "Manage Seasons" button.

Single-discipline riders, might choose to create Seasons for entire years of training

and racing, while multi-discipline riders might choose to create Seasons for their specific

disciplines of training and racing.

Riders can compare PRs for up to three Seasons at the same time, and view those PRs in three

different views: Total, Sprint, and Endurance.

To view progress from one Season to the next, select Seasons from the drop-down menus.

A rider can quickly see where they've improved, and where they haven't.

For example, this rider can see that their 5-Minute PR has improved by 16 watts from

their previous season.

Clicking-in on a PR will pin a tooltip and show a "View Details" option.

Clicking a ride takes a rider to The Ride Analysis Page to analyze their PR more deeply.

'Weekly' view is for analyzing the progression and power difference of a PR to determine

if a rider is getting faster.

From there, the rider can see each week they made a new 5-Minute PR during their Road 2018

Season.

Looking at power difference alone, the rider can see by Week 18 of their most recent Season,

they were already faster at 320 watts than their fastest week in their past Season at

319 watts.

The final view — All Time — shows riders all instances that specific PR was achieved.

Returning to the PR chart, riders have the option to enable SeasonMatch for an even more

precise — truly apples-to-apples — view of their progress.

SeasonMatch compares where a rider is at in their most current Season to the exact same

point in a previous Season.

Now, this rider is comparing all PRs achieved in their first 27 weeks of Road 2018 to all

PRs achieved in their first 27 weeks of Road 2017.

Looking at their 5-Minute PR again, the rider can see that their 5-Minute PR achieved by

Week 27 of their Road 2018 Season is 89 watts stronger than their 5-Minute PR achieved by

Week 27 of their previous Road Season.

With SeasonMatch, a rider can confirm their training is working at every point in their

Season to know if they're getting faster.

Sadhguru - Become drunk without any drink. - Duration: 11:08.

How does drinking alcohol affect your prana?

See, if you're drinking alcohol, you know if you drink it, initially it makes you feel

good.

The goodness of alcohol is coming because it loosens you up a little bit.

You are so uptight that you can't even sing in the bathroom, suddenly you have a few drinks,

you can sing on the street and dance, isn't it?

It loosens you up a little bit.

So, if you're so uptight, alcohol loosens you a little bit and that's great freedom.

That's lot of freedom in a person that he feels little more flexible within himself,

he feels like he's free.

It is… that is the attraction of alcohol.

But this freedom lasts for some time and then you know you have the hangover.

So, what the alcohol is doing to you is, it is dulling certain aspects of you which

are constantly trouble makers for you, creating tension, agitation, nonsense, suspicion,

this, that.

When you get drunk do you see people become overly loving and friendly and…

yes, generous.

Do you see this?

So, it puts down your ugliness for sometime, but if you put little more alcohol,

you will become terribly ugly.

Have you seen that also?

So if you're interested in keeping yourself vibrantly alive, any intoxicant is not supportive.

There's a beautiful story in the…

In Arabia there was a devout, religious Arab.

One day the devil appeared in front of him and told him, 'See, it's time to die.'

He's still in the prime of his life.

'It's time to die for you, but if you want to earn back your life, I'll give you the

option.

Any one of these three acts if you commit, I'll give you a new lease of life.

One is you must kill your devout servant.'

He has a very devout, faithful servant, 'You must kill him or you must beat up your

wife or you must drink wine.'

The devout Arab is not supposed to do any of these three things;

then he said, 'How can I kill my devout servant?

He is so faithful to me; I cannot kill him.

Such a thing is not possible.

And how ridiculous!

How can I abuse my wife?

I cannot beat her.

Okay let me drink the wine.'

So, he drank the wine.

Once he drank the wine he got inebriated and anyway he beat up his wife,

and the servant came to protect the wife and he killed him.

If you're looking for life…

See, when I say life, you're probably thinking of earning money,

having a party twice a week and doing this and doing that; that's not life,

that's an arrangement that you've made.

All these arrangements in your life you made because you thought

if you have all these arrangements you can live joyfully, isn't it?

Isn't it so?

Yes?

Why all these arrangements, why are all these husband, wife, children,

friends, family, club, golf, this, that, everything.

Because you believe that, 'If I have all this, I can live well.'

Living well means, 'I can experience my life well.'

Now, to experience your life well, you try to make all these arrangements,

most of the time you're getting so entangled in these arrangements,

except for these arrangements nothing else is happening, isn't it?

Yes?

Now you think your wife or your husband is the source of all misery in the world.

Now you think your children are the basis of your problems.

Isn't it so?

Or your job is taking your life.

Please see, what is taking your life is not your enemies.

If your enemies or some devil is coming and taking your life, that's okay.

What is taking your life is things that you always wanted.

Your career, your business, your wife, your children, your husband,

these are the people who are taking your life, isn't it?

Isn't it so?

Now, this is not fair.

If some devil is coming and taking your life, some enemy is taking your life, it's okay.

Things that you so much wanted in your life, things that you worked so hard to create,

they're taking your life away, please see.

Fundamentally you're looking for well-being.

Should you not address it directly?

If you address your well-being directly, then if family is there, with them we will be well;

if they are not there, without them we will be well, that's how it should be, isn't

it?

If there is somebody around us, with them we will be well;

we'll share our well-being with them.

If nobody is there, we're still well.

Now, you don't know how to be well, but you've made all the arrangements,

see what a mess it's become.

So, including the party and alcohol came only for this because you thought

all this will bring you well-being, isn't it?

Now, if you organize your life energies in such a way that you will be anyway well.

I can have you intoxicated on life in such a deep way,

three days you will be wobbly on your feet, really.

You come and see in the ashram people who are into different states of meditation,

they are like drunk, they're like this.

People… there have been… there was a time when people thought

something is happening in this ashram, what is happening?

There are no gates to the ashram, anybody can come,

but they don't come, they go sit on the mountains, with binoculars they are watching,

'What's happening?'

And people are in different states of ecstasy, they're going crazy by themselves,

'Oh they are all taking some kind of drug, some secret drug.'

Are they beating their wives?

Not at all, such a thing will never happen; such a thing will never happen.

I'm always totally drunk.

If you look into my eyes, you will see I'm all the time absolutely drunk,

but am I balanced enough to handle the reality?

So, you can be like this, all the time pissed drunk, but totally balanced.

If you want to let go, you can let go, if you don't want…

So, if you're inebriated like this all the time with life…

Instead of wine, I'm talking about why don't you get inebriated with divine?

Once you touch it…

You know in yoga, we're talking about five layers of the body;

the fifth layer, the final layer of the body is bliss body.

If you just touch it… if you align these three bodies properly,

the fourth one is not in your hands, if these three… physical body, mental body

and energy body, if you align them properly, then the bliss body will find expression.

Right now, it's… these three are disaligned, so it does not find expression.

If you align them properly, once the bliss body finds expression you will

see you're just blissful by your own nature.

If you… you know, those of you who come to the Bhava Spandana,

you will see people get so madly drunk without any drink, without any chemical,

without any input, just you touch them in a certain way, they will become so inebriated.

Blissful means dripping with it.

Many of them can't stand on their legs, they will be like that.

Three days they will be absolutely drunk.

So, whatever the pleasure that is coming when you get drunk on alcohol

is not coming because of the alcohol; because it loosened up certain things, it

is coming from within you.

All experience is coming from within you, isn't it?

Now, I'm talking about bringing that forth consciously without using any chemical,

no hangovers, doesn't cost anything, wherever you are you can always

be drunk.

You interested, the drunkards?

How to Create and Analyze Intervals - Duration: 1:20.

The tools from The Ride Analysis Page allow riders to analyze specific portions of their

ride to improve future performance.

This is a power file of a race a rider placed 7th in.

This rider was dropped from the main group during the climb. They want to place better

next time by improving how they performed during that segment.

From The Ride Analysis Page, riders can create and zoom into intervals for completed TrainerRoad

and outdoor workouts.

Riders click and drag on the workout graph to define custom intervals for any period

during the workout.

While creating and adjusting intervals, ride metrics for that interval adjust on-the-fly

Once an area is defined, riders are presented with the option to "Zoom in", "Add Interval",

or "Reset".

Zooming in expands the area on the graph the rider has defined.

Add interval expands an option for a rider to create their custom interval.

The newly created interval automatically expands a detailed view of the workout in the 'Intervals'

table.

Looking at the custom interval, the rider can now see the wattage and duration of the

climb to set a benchmark to improve their training.

For next time, they know they'll need to put out more than 230 watts.

The rider can take that insight into their training to improve their performance in next

year's race.

Analyzing rides teaches cyclists what they can do to get faster, and that's

what The Ride Analysis Page helps riders do best. Riders get to drill into the

details of every TrainerRoad and outdoor workout to learn what happened

during a specific ride and how they can improve. For TrainerRoad workouts, riders

find a breakdown of every interval, a Personal Records Chart for each PR

achieved during that particular workout, and details on time spent in each power

zone. Outdoor workouts also include specific outdoor workout details like

elevation profile, distance, and speed, as well as an interactive map displaying

GPS data for that ride.

Each chart on The Ride Analysis Page is interactive with the workout graph at

the top of the page. For insights into specific portions of their workouts,

This is going to come in sizes from a 15 to a 20-inch wheel and tire sizes from 32 all

the way up to 40.

So no matter what size tire and wheel combination you're looking to run, you can get Nitto Mud

Grappler to fit.

Now, this is going to be as I said a pretty aggressive mud terrain tire.

This is going to be more aggressive than the Ridge Grappler and the Trail Grappler that

are also offered by Nitto.

And a mud terrain tire is really for those of you that are gonna be using it in an off-road

situation.

A lot of you will install a tire like this because you like the look of it, but if you're

running mostly on the road, you're not gonna get great wear out of this tire.

You're gonna get some noise out of this tire.

And if you're not taking advantage of all of the off-road benefits, I'd probably steer

you more in the direction of an all-terrain tire.

But if you are taking your Jeep off-road, you want something that's going to work really,

really well for you on the rocks, in the mud, in the dirt, this is going to be it.

A mud terrain tire is going to have some big, aggressive lugs, nice, deep tread with a ton

of space in between them, and the space is there so that you can build up a little bit

of wheel speed and clean out the tire.

If you're running through the mud, this gets completely caked with mud, it ends up being

like a slick, you get no traction, so the big gaps here are to be able to clean out

that tread and get the tooth to the tire back again.

All of the little slices in each of these lugs, that's called siping, that's designed

to allow the tire to flex over obstacles.

So especially when you air this thing down off-road, as you're going over an obstacle,

the tire is really going to conform through the rocks, the roots, the stumps, whatever

you're driving over, giving you maximum amount of traction.

And a mud terrain is also going to have some tread that comes down onto the sidewall of

the tire as well, giving you some additional traction and some additional strength out

of that sidewall.

When you are off-road, you're climbing on rocks at all types of angles, those rocks

can make contact with the sidewall.

Sticks, stumps, other obstacles can come in contact with the sidewall, and you can end

up with a blowout if you don't have enough strength there.

This tire, like most other mud terrains, is going to carry that tread around onto the

sidewall, giving you a lot of strength.

This tire is going to be right around the same price as a lot of the other mud terrains.

You'll find that most of them fall right in the same range.

Now when you are looking at a tire, of course, the bigger the tire, the more expensive the

tire, but also the larger wheel you're looking to mount the tire on, the more expensive the

tire.

So the more expensive versions of this are gonna be the ones designed for a 20-inch wheel.

But, again, they're gonna be right around where a lot of other tires are, give or take

a little bit.

I already went over a lot of the construction of this tire, and a lot of that construction

is very similar to a lot of the other mud terrains that we see, again, big, aggressive

lugs, lots of space so that they can clean out, siping, tread on the sidewall.

This is going to be a three-ply sidewall, that's another thing that will differentiate

one mud terrain tire from another.

If you find a mud terrain tire that's a lot less expensive than a lot of the other ones

that you're finding, that's probably because it has a two-ply sidewall, of course, that's

not going to be as strong, it's not going to offer the same protection as a three-ply

sidewall.

So this is going to have three different layers in the sidewall.

Again, this is just a very well-built tire.

It's going to have all the benefits that you're looking for in a mud terrain, and it's gonna

work really well for you in an off-road situation.

As for the install, of course, you're going to want to take this to a mount and balance

shop.

You're going to want to have them put the tire on your wheel then balance everything

out.

Now, if you are installing a big, say, a 35-inch, 37-inch mud terrain tire, a lot of shops won't

even bother balancing that tire right off the bat, because you're going to throw a lot

of rubber off that tire in the first 500 to 1000 miles.

So some shops, again, won't balance it out at all.

Go drive it for a while and bring it back, and then they'll balance it.

So don't be alarmed if your shop makes that recommendation to you.

Now we've all seen YouTube videos of guys installing tires on wheels themselves at their

house using some sort of explosive essentially, certainly not something that I recommend.

If you have to do it on a trail fix, that's one thing, if you're mounting up a set of

five tires, don't try doing it at home unless, of course, you have a three-piece wheel or

a set of beadlocks that are designed for that type of thing.

These tires are gonna run you anywhere from $290 to $525.

As I said, the bigger the tire, the more expensive, that makes sense.

Also, the bigger the wheel, the more expensive.

That doesn't make quite as much sense to a lot of people.

You figure a big wheel you have less rubber there, but that's just the way it is.

Whether it's supply and demand or manufacturing costs, a tire for a big wheel is going to

be more expensive than a tire for a smaller wheel in most cases.

So depending on the size of the wheel, the size of the tire you're looking for, you're

gonna be anywhere between that 290 and that 525.

So if you're looking for a very aggressive mud terrain tire to be used in an off-road

situation, I would recommend taking a look at this Nitto Mud Grappler, and you can find

it right here at extremeterrain.com.

The Plastic Age - Documentary

Dr. Radu Ionescu - Aesthetic Surgeon

Breast Augmentation - Each Step Documented

- The Plastic Age - "WOW" Episode 6

- If a woman wants implants, how should she pick a doctor? - First, I think this is a very personal choice.

The patient – this is something that happens all over the world – should first get some references from people who had had implants done.

She should listen to other people's opinions. OK?

She gets some references, that means two or three doctors, let's say. It's a common knowledge thing.

If you're interested in this, you learn about two or three doctors.

The second step is to visit the website of the Romanian Association of Plastic Surgeons – it only takes 5 minutes –

and check if those doctors are actually plastic surgeons – licensed, recognized and in actual practice.

She should make sure they don't specialize in other types of surgery.

The third step is to visit the websites of those doctors, understand their principles, see some pre-surgery and post-surgery results.

After she does all that, after she sees the photos and decides which ones suit her the best,

she should book some appointments.

In my opinion, reading testimonials is a bad idea because testimonials are very subjective.

- They contain a lot of hidden advertising. - My thought exactly!

Advertising campaigns. Those are hidden advertising campaigns. I don't think testimonials are the best source of information right now.

- If you get testimonials from friends, that's different, right? - That's what I said!

The best thing is to talk to someone you know and who underwent surgery.

She can see the actual result and, later, she can look at the photo galleries of the doctors' websites.

The worst thing is to trust the media and to go to some doctor because he worked on this or that celebrity.

I think that's pure advertising.

- I see. - And patients can end up scammed.

- Tomorrow, after the morning rounds, you'll be free to go home. - OK.

Tomorrow I'll see you at 8.30 AM. Come here. At 8.30 AM. Then you'll have breakfast. Your mother should have the first look.

Mother! Look!

- Say something. - It looks beautiful.

- You were scared I might get something huge, right? - The breasts are swollen now.

- Can I see now? - Yes.

Wooow! That looks so beautiful! I can't believe it! I adore them!

- You like them? - A lot!

Good. Now, I have something to show you. I brought both breasts to the same level. OK?

They're level. The areolas are at the same level and, as you remember, one was higher than the other.

- One was higher. - The natural slope. You're not wearing two balloons.

Now turn to the side – this is still swollen – and touch here.

- Go ahead. - Really?

- Touch there. Don't be scared. - Wow!

You can feel it's swollen, OK? I told you about blocking those nerves.

- Remember? - Yes. And I don't feel anything when you touch me.

- Doctor, stop doing that! I'm scared! I don't feel anything! - Oh, I'll keep doing it.

- I can't feel anything! - Now listen.

- I'm listening carefully. - Think about this:

it's not normal to undergo surgery and, a couple of hours later, to have someone touch you there and feel nothing.

- True. - OK?

You're not healed yet. It's not over. You have a wound inside. You must be very careful. OK?

You feel a swelling in the area between the breasts and, therefore, tend to hunch forward.

- That's true. - I want you to keep your back straight, because there's no danger.

(Warning! Patients are advised to keep their backs straight ) I want you to move your shoulders.

- I'm allowed to move like that. - That's right. Look at your breasts.

- It's so weird. I don't feel anything. - I know. But they're not moving either.

- Do you think they're too big? - No!

- They look perfectly natural! - They're not small. Let's make that clear.

- That's why I asked the question. Do you think they're too big? Too small? - No, they are absolutely…

- She was nervous at first. - Mother, do they look big relative to my body? Do they look weird? No.

I'll tell you something weird, teach Codin something. This is where the cutting stopped. Remember the drawing?

When I touch you here, you don't feel anything. You don't feel anything. Now here, it feels slightly sore.

- Yes. - I could not block the nerves I could not reach.

I understand.

Tomorrow I want you to call Dana from my office, you've met her, and tell her I told you to schedule an appointment in one week.

Dana will tell you the exact day and hour. And every time you visit us, you bring this wonderful service book. OK?

- Wow! - It will include your name, date of surgery, the first appointment is the 21st.

Every time you come in, Dana will stamp your book, like they do at car shops, and write the date and hour of the next

appointment: 7 days, 14 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, once per year for the first five years. OK?

You bring this with you. Moving on. Tomorrow, put ice on your breasts. We showed you how to do it.

Up, down and on the sides. Tomorrow you'll spend the whole day in bed and put ice on your breasts.

(Warning! Ice must be applied for at least an hour and a half every day for a week, beginning with the second day after the operation) The day after tomorrow, you start applying ice for an hour and a half every day, for a week.

this in the evening. If, for instance, it's the weekend and you're staying in, you can use the ice for three hours.

It won't hurt you. The mandatory minimum is an hour and a half, to help bring the swelling down.

The medication is listed in the prescription. And now let's start on the rules.

(Rule 1 – A post-surgery bra must be worn for a month and a half after the operation) You'll wear a post-surgery bra for a month and a half.

(Rule 2 – The breasts must be protected from impact for a month and a half after the operation) Keep your breasts protected against impact.

(Rule 3 – The elbows stay below shoulder level for a month and a half after the operation) Don't lift your elbow above shoulder level.

(Rule 4 – Patients are not allowed to lift anything heavier than 3.5 kilograms and physical effort is forbidden) You can't lift anything heavier than 3.5 kilograms

(Rule 4 – Patients are not allowed to lift anything heavier than 3.5 kilograms and physical effort is forbidden) and you can't make any physical effort for a month and a half.

After 6 weeks, you can do some leg and stomach exercises, some light jogging or bike riding.

After 4 months, you can start exercising your arms: push-ups, pull-ups, housework and so on.

And without exerting myself.

(Rule 5 – The only sleeping position allowed for the first month is on one's back.) You will sleep solely on your back for a month.

After one month, you can sleep on your side. You can sleep on your stomach only after six months, when the final result is in.

This is your warranty certificate. OK? This is a card containing the implants' serial numbers. 450-450.

- The important bit: you need to visit this website to activate your warranty. - OK.

- This is your job. - Absolutely

The website will ask your name, date of operation, the surgeon's name and so on. After that, it will ask for some implant data: the left one, the right one.

This is the serial number. For the left one and the right one. This is the activation code for each implant: the letters D and F.

- I'll see you tomorrow morning. - Tomorrow.

- Have a good evening. I'll leave you now. - It's amazing here. The room is painted mauve and pink, just the way I like it!

Episode 6 Synthesis - The recommended body posture after surgery is the straight back;

- Ice will be applied constantly for the first 24 hours; - The elastic bandage will be kept in place for a week;

- Ice must be applied for at least an hour and a half every day for a week, beginning with the second day after the operation

- Five rules for protecting the breasts: 1) A post-surgery bra must be worn for a month and a half after the operation

2) The breasts must be protected from impact for a month and a half after the operation 3) The elbows stay below shoulder level for a month and a half after the operation

4) Patients are not allowed to lift anything heavier than 3.5 kilograms and physical effort is forbidden

5) The only sleeping position allowed for the first month is on one's back.

(Next) The operation was incredible. There was no blood at all. He said the operation would take 90 minutes. It took… 88.

This process takes a long time. First comes the surgery, then the recovery period. It takes a year for the breast to stabilize completely.

A month has passed since the operation. Let's have a look.

The Untold Truth Of Pokemon - Duration: 6:47.

In the two decades since Pokémon first swept the globe, the cute critter combat sim has

taken over nearly every form of media and entertainment.

"You've been selected to receive this sneak peak about a phenomenon called Pokemon!"

The video games have spanned multiple generations of systems, feature films have made millions,

the anime and manga have told compelling stories, and the trading card game is still going strong.

"And meet new friends as you begin your journey to become a Pokemon master trainer!"

Better call Team Rocket, because we're blasting off into some lesser-known facts about this

beloved franchise that even the most dedicated Pocket Monster trivia aficionado might've

missed.

Gotta catch 'em all

Like many creative types, reclusive Pokémon creator Satoshi Tajiri drew upon his childhood

passions - namely, bug collecting and video games - to create the Pokémon franchise.

Kotaku writes that Tajiri grew up collecting insects in the area around his home in Machida,

Japan, earning the nickname "Mr. Bug" from classmates.

As the Japanese arcade scene grew in the '70s and '80s, Tajiri's obsession expanded to include

video games too - and he eventually purchased a Famicom so he could take it apart and learn

how it worked.

In 1990, Tajiri saw two people playing Game Boys connected by a link cable, and both of

his childhood passions came together in a "eureka" moment.

He envisioned a game that could allow people to collect their own virtual insects and pit

them against one another.

Six years later, the first Pokémon games were released, and the franchise began to

take the world by storm.

"More than a game [...] or a top-rated TV show, Pokémon is an undeniable obsession

with children across the country."

Pika-who?

You know him.

You love him.

Pokémon wouldn't be the same without him.

C'mon - you know who we're talking about.

"PI-KA-CHU!

PI-KA-CHU!"

Even Pikachu's biggest fans might not know that he wasn't the original mascot chosen

to represent the Pokémon series.

That title belongs to Clefairy.

In his book Pikachu's Global Adventure: The Rise and Fall of Pokémon, author Joseph Tobin

writes that a vulgar, talking Clefairy was Ash's first Pokémon in the original manga

adaptation of Pokémon.

Unfortunately, its crude sense of humor did not fly with the family-friendly dynamic Nintendo

wanted from the Pokémon series.

In the original plans for the first episode of the anime, Ash was even going to get a

Clefairy, but the character was changed to Pikachu instead.

There were a few other reasons for the change from Clefairy to Pikachu.

For one, Pikachu's more traditional design made it seem more like a pet a child might

have than the strange design of Clefairy.

Pikachu's bright yellow color also made it stand out more, as only Winnie the Pooh had

a similar color scheme targeting the same demographic.

Unexpected origins

Polygon suggests that Pikachu may actually overtake Mickey Mouse as the most recognizable

icon in the world.

Two mice battling it out for cultural dominance, and...

…what?

We're being told that Pikachu's design... wasn't inspired by a mouse?

Yeah, sorry to shatter your childhoods, but Pikachu is actually based on a squirrel.

Atsuko Nishida, who designed the character, spoke with Japanese publication Yomiuri about

her inspiration.

As translated by Twinfinite, she said:

"At that time, I was really into squirrels, so I wanted the character to have puffy cheeks.

Squirrel tails are cute, so I wanted it to have a tail.

However, I wanted the character to have a lightning element, so I made it shaped like

lightning."

After Nishida submitted the design and it was named Pikachu, Pokémon creator Satoshi

Tajiri made a few final modifications, transforming it into the more recognizable electric rodent

we know and love today.

Pocket Monster mayhem

Pokémon wasn't always destined to be a universal hit.

In fact, an early episode of the Pokémon anime nearly rang the death knell for the

franchise about a year after it got started.

The episode in question, "Electric Soldier Porygon," utilized a blue and red strobe effect

to represent an explosive attack courtesy of Pikachu.

Suddenly, 685 children across Japan were hospitalized after passing out, vomiting, suffering nausea,

and - in some cases - experiencing seizures and temporary blindness.

You heard that right: Your favorite childhood TV show sent hundreds of children to the hospital

and knocked itself off the air for over four months.

The episode has never aired again, even in edited form, and Porygon has never appeared

as a main character on the anime since the incident.

Saving face

Like any globally recognized franchise, Pokémon is no stranger to controversy.

In addition to that nasty "seizure" situation, several of the characters in the show and

the games have been called out for their offensive designs.

Jynx is probably the most well-known example: the creature's original design bore a strong

resemblance to the "black minstrel" stereotype of yesteryear what with its pure black face,

large eyes, and exaggerated lips.

Luckily, Nintendo took criticism to heart and changed Jynx's appearance to move away

from its "blackface" look.

"There's more!"

In a stranger - and less scandalous - controversy, one Uri Geller, a self-proclaimed psychic

who gained fame for supposedly being able to bend spoons with his mind, tried to sue

Nintendo over the Pokémon Kadabra.

He claimed they stole his image for the psychic-type Pokémon.

As such, Kadabra has not appeared on any Pokémon cards since.

Life imitates art

It goes without saying that Pokémon has had widespread influence on the real world.

Pikachu even served as Japan's mascot during the 2014 World Cup.

But that's not all: The little electric-type has had a balloon in the Macy's Thanksgiving

Day parade since 2001.

Now if that's not evidence of a cultural phenomenon, we don't know what is!

Perhaps Pokémon's most bizarre influence is on the small island nation of Niue.

AWOL writes that, in 2001, the Pacific island country actually released legal currency featuring

Pokémon characters: five different $1 coins featuring Pikachu, Squirtle, Meowth, Bulbasaur,

and Charmander.

In some cases, the coins have become the target of collectors, fetching prices many times

greater than their actual legal value.

GO-ing forward

Pokémon GO, the first foray for the series into the app store market, is still a massive

phenomenon.

It has over 100 million downloads from the Google Play store alone, and has brought in

hundreds of millions of dollars.

It is no real surprise that Nintendo has taken notice of Pokémon GO's success and wants

to expand further into the mobile app market.

Den of Geek reports that Nintendo's new president, Shuntaro Furukawa, thinks the company's main

expansion focus should be into the smartphone market, saying,

"The idea that something will emerge that transforms into something big, in the same

manner as game consoles, is the defining motive of the Nintendo business."

This doesn't mean Nintendo is shifting their focus away from home consoles, but do keep

an eye out for more of a reach into the mobile market.

How to Use and Track Training Stress - Duration: 1:11.

Training Stress is a measurement of how much work a cyclist did. Consistent,

high-quality work is the number one way to get faster, and The Training Stress

Chart is one of the best tools to improve that.

Each bar on the graph represents a week of training and is interactive with the

chart below. Dark green bars represent TrainerRoad rides — in most cases other

will represent outdoor rides in light green bars. Rides not performed on TrainerRoad show up with a green dot next to them.

Rides performed without a power meter have the option to estimate their training

stress. From any week, a rider can click-in to see more details. They can then

click into any ride to get even more details on The Ride Analysis Page. The

grey trending line represents a rider's rolling six-week average training stress.

Very quickly a rider can identify patterns and whether they've been

consistent with their training or not by looking at this line.

Additionally, grey diamonds show a rider when they've had a change in Functional

Threshold Power. Collectively, The Training Stress Chart shows riders a

complete picture of their training, allowing them to quickly learn how the

work they've done affects their fitness.
