He gets up early morning and prepares own self to go to his shop.
He prays to the God, "God, today please give me some money to buy the gift for my wife".
He is going to the shop.
He is sitting very happy.
He is morning to evening sitting on the shop, waiting for clients but not any clients coming
to his shop.
Evening time, he is very sad, he don't know which way bring the gift for his wife.
He looks at his watch.
His watch is very expensive because his father gave him it as a gift.
And, this watch was given by his father's father as a gift.
And after his grandfather's father give the gift as this watch.
Then this watch is very expensive, he loves his watch, but he goes to the shop.
He sells the watch.
He buys the gift for his wife and evening goes for home.
He opens the door, he look; dining table is ready for beautiful food.
He is going to give the hug in the kitchen for his wife and gives the gift, for her.
She is smiling, she say "you go take bath and come ready for dinner".
He going very happy and ready come for dinner.
Both take the dinner.
Enjoying dancing, happy, talking a lot and, when they come to the bedroom, wife gives
him a gift.
he opens the gift, he is shocked.
In his gift is living same watch.
Which one he sold on the market.
He looks his wife, wife is smiling.
She says "when you are selling this watch I look you because I am going to bring the
food for dinner".
He asks "but which way you buy this, you have no money?"
She says "I sold my anklet.
This is no need for me."
But he say "But this anklet, your mother gave as a gift for you."
She says "You are my anchor, you are my love.
You don't know how much I love you."
Love means unconditional love.
She loves him, unconditionally.
She supports him, totally.
She surrenders him, totally.
She is helping him, totally.
Man starts to cry and says thanks for God.
I am very lucky you give this gift for me.
Love means trust, total trust.
In your life really anyone loves you, totally surrendered to you, totally supports you,
totally ready to give the help for you... you are very, very lucky man.
Love depends on the trust.

hello guys my name is Lucas (Hou Loi Mou Gin) long time no see
today we're going to be talking about books. A lot of people ask me what kind
of books did I use to learn Cantonese because some of you might know my
Cantonese is not that bad (Repeating in Cantonese)
So a lot of people have asked me how did I learn my Cantonese and what books did I use to learn.
and it happens that I have been asked to promote a book for learning
Cantonese now don't get me wrong I wouldn't promote something that I don't
find to be good or useful so today I'm here with this book because I think it's
awesome and I want to talk to you guys about it.
So this book is called Illustrated Hong Kong Cantonese
and I like that they say Hong Kong Cantonese
because when I was reading this book I did realize that all the things that I
was looking at actually made me feel like when I was in Hong Kong and my life
there it is very good for people who want to develop their Cantonese or also
are looking to live in Hong Kong one of the things I love about this book is the
drawing style Paul the drawings make me feel really happy while I'm reading it
they actually help me concentrate because I actually have a lot of trouble
trying to read books especially those with a lot of words and no diagrams or
pictures so this book is actually great for me because the pictures actually
helped me to learn even better helped me to remember all the concepts that I'm
being taught with the book this book goes from the very basic stuff readings
numbers and all the basic things you need and goes to really detailed daily
life situations like being in the hospital being at school money related
things things you would buy at home things that you would do outside book
shops tools free office different plants and flowers names animals shops cooking
all type of cooking material degrees drinks tea wine damn tie up in some and
the dishes of course the dishes from Hong Kong are all here I just think it's
great I love this book I've been reading it for a few days and I've been learning
so many things there's so many gaps that I've been feeling with this on my
cannon is because my cannon is it's not perfect I have a lot of gaps and I
actually always wanted a good book come sighs Brooke that goes to the point and
teach me what I want to learn and I know that it is what is used in Hong Kong I
forgot to mention that this book also has put on one which is memory
it also has Philippine and in the nation so I know there is a lot of people from
Indonesia Philippine and mainland China or Taiwan that goes to Hong Kong I would
like to learn Cantonese and this book is great for those people because they can
actually see it in their own language and also people who already knows
Cantonese or if you're learning Cantonese and you would also like to
learn all the languages like Philippine or in addition you can use this book too
I've been reading this and also it's helping me to improve my Mandarin and
also I have realized that for example a lot of different things in Philippine
are the same in Spanish which is my mother tongue I have bought a lot of
different books for learning languages and they all come with a CD that you can
use to listen to the sounds of what is being said
inside the book but come on my computer doesn't even have a cd-rom player I
never can use the CDs that come with books so that's one reason why I think
this book is great you can simply use your phone to scan the QR code on the
cover of the book and that will take you to a list with all the audio that is
talked inside the book then you can simply find the number of the chapters
and the number of what you want to listen in that list and you can hear to
that audio isn't that great

1. TNT
Everyone knows that

we can control the priority of dropping skulls.
e.g. in the skull farm by Fallen_Breath,
the skull-dropping priority is controlled
by making the target mob (zombie in this case) enter the sub-chunk first
2. TNT
TNT can conduct the damage source （player->TNT->creeper）
so the player can gain exp. with TNT
the damage source can be conducted again and again.
Of course, the charged creeper can still
produce one skull at most.

with frozen vegetables and already like you know a pouch of instant mashed
potatoes but guys it's fast it's easy and it is delicious so if you'd like to

shepherd's pie okay guys so to get started with our cheaters shepherd's pie
you're gonna need about half a pound or more of ground beef some instant mashed
potatoes and whatever kind of vegetables I'm going to be using peas and carrots
and potatoes and you're going to need some kind of either you can use gravy
you can use cream of something soup I got a can here of cream mushrooms so
guys this is not a legit real shepherd's pie but it's a it's a cheaters it's a
fake shepherd's pie so let's gonna get started okay so I'm just going to go
ahead and brown up my beef and rinse it and draining because I do buy the fatty
beef just because it's cheaper okay guys so while my beef is browning I'm gonna
go ahead and mix my vegetables and soup so whatever kind of vegetables you want
to do just go ahead and we're just gonna get it all mixed up in our baking dish
so my soup and vegetables are all mixed together I'm gonna go ahead and add my
cooked and drained and rinsed beef and I'm just gonna go ahead and give that a
stir guys go ahead and season to taste salt and pepper whatever type of
seasoning you want okay so everything's all mixed together now I'm gonna go
ahead and just prepare my my mashed potatoes guys I just happen to get these
are loaded bait anyway but I'm gonna go ahead and get these all mixed together
and then I'm gonna go ahead and spread them on top so while my potatoes are
cooking in the microwave real quick I went ahead and preheated my oven to 350
degrees so my potatoes are cooked I'm just going to go ahead and spread them
on top of the feeling hey guys so here is my shepherd's pie
I'm going to go ahead and pop it in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes let me
get all nice and bubbly and brownie and then we'll go and take it out okay guys
so here is our cheaters shepherd's pie guys it cooks really easy and fast
doesn't take very much prep work so if it is a school night or a weeknight and
you just gotta get some dinner made if this is the perfect recipe but I hope

the reason we're making this video from the concern that most of times people go
to gym and especially I get to see a lot of women working out really hard doing
quiet a lot of cardio, including a lot of intense workout some time like group
clesses but they end up not getting the desired results that they're looking for
so i thought like let's share this five important thing that you should ideally do
in order to get the best results possible
alright this first and the
most important thing is about doing some empty stomach cardios, what's gonna do
that because you must have heard about intermittent fasting right
how does intermittent fasting helps you burn fat is that your muscles are not filled with
glycogen wherein that most of the time when you eat food your muscles are
filled with glycogen even the livers are filled with glycogen so that time body
end up using more of glycogen or the carbohydrates that we eat converts into
glycogen so body using glycogen as a major source of energy and the fat does
not get utilized the stored fat what I'm talking about right now so in order to
use the fats that is stored already in the system what you have to do is that do something
which is like empty stomach cardio so as soon as you get up in the morning you
can incorporate this kind of cardio to burn good amount of calories or use the
fat as a major source of energy so ideally about 20 minutes to approximately
somewhere about 40 to 45 minutes would be the ideal time to do the cardio in
the morning
alright so when it comes to fat burn or fat loss your calorie
intake and you becoming calorie deficit plays a huge role and that's why we
definitely get results fast results so I believe that when you bring in
everything into the calculation it makes more sense to get better results
so per day you have to be deficit by about approximately 1100 calories which means
that over week you're going to be deficit by approximately 7700 calories
what's going to do that about one pound is approximately
about half kg so 0.45 kg comes out to be approximately one pound so to reduce
approximately a pound or approximately a pound and a half to two pound you have to
be deficit on your calories per day by about 500 -1000 calories
alright let's talk about this one it's something very major and
everybody has a huge concern about carbs but these days even intermittent fasting
or a ketogenic diet has almost taken up everything you know people are doing
most of the time ketogenic diet or intermittent fasting to get faster
results so where it means that the carbs is pretty much our system now but being said
that carbs has a huge role to play when it comes to nutrition or when it comes to
your performance but being said that the whole video that we're making right now
is completely based on particular goals okay if your goal is something that
building muscles or if your goal is about say losing fat
you wanna consider that as one of the most important thing then you want
to place all these things based on the goal so now for example being said that
if example see if you're following a ketogenic diet and if you're doing something
like very aggressive movements or you know lifting a lot of weights in the gym
you would see that your energy levels has gone down a bit so probably you
would want to be the person that incorporate a bit of carbs into the
place okay so that's another one that's another topic altogether, we want to
keep it for another video okay so being said that let's talk about
carbs when you take carbs, so ideal time to take carbs is going to be that if you're
not doing an empty stomach cardio it's going to be ideally early in the morning
when you get up and the reason being why because you
have you your glycogen level to be at the lowest when you get up because you've
already slept about seven to eight hours and that's very important to sleep for
that many hours and you're already in a fasting mode so as soon as you get up
you can do to replenish the guidance system you could use carbs as you get up the
another one is going to be a pre-workout meal if you're not on an intermittent or a
ketogenic diet you should ideally use carbs as a pre-workout meal
approximately bout an hour prior to the workout that's going to get you some
really good amount of energy when you're working out alright so that's the
second time okay, the third option could be that post workout within a
twenty minutes window you could put in carbs again if you wish to do so, being said
that if you're not following a particular diet plan if you're on a normal diet
plan you know wherein you're eating a moderate amount of
protein carbs and fats then it's going to be even on your post-workout meal
because when you're working out, when your'e doing an intense workout routine
you pretty much deplete the glycogen system so you have to eat carbs in order
that it can replenish the system of the glycogen at the same time carbs helps you to
take the protein or whatever that you taking post-workout to the bloodstream
much more quickly
alright it's another big one okay so now
there are n number of diet you got paleo diet, you got Atkins diet
you got intermittent fasting you got ketogenic diet so lots and lots of diet
plans and I'm sure that you must be getting confused to do which one to do
now you know you've got so many plans so I would see it first for that whatever
plan that you're taking it up that has to be more consistent you want to do any
plan that you're taking it up from a month to three months to see the correct
results or the see this correct protocols that the diet plan talks about
so the most important one I would say that it's about cutting down on
carbohydrates there are some nutritionists or the dietitians who says
that carbs has a big role, even I do agree with that but when it comes to fat
burning or using the fat as a source of energy the post-workout carbs, the
pre-workout carbs, eating carbs at the particular time makes a big
difference so if you eat randomly and quite a lot of you know frequent meals on it

your age comes out to be the maximum heart rate you should maintain or you should
have ideally now we're talking about fat burning zone so from the 220 - age
which comes down to assume that somebody's at 35 years old so 220- age
of 35 comes out to be 185 so now 70 percentage of 185 will be at
somewhere about 130 approximately so that is the heart rate that you should
maintain when you are looking forward to burn that you know the fat burning
zone or fall into that fat burning zone specifically when you're doing the
cardio early in the morning alright guys you want to make sure that you

Open the package and take out the contents.
Take the alcohol wipe out of its package.
Use the alcohol wipe to remove contaminants on your device screen.
Take the cleaning cloth out of its package.
Use the cleaning cloth to gently wipe off excess alcohol and dust on the screen.
The Hydrogel protector has 3 labelled tabs.
With the tab labelled 1, peel off the white backing film.
Align the small cut-out with the phone speaker.
Then press down.
In this demonstration,
we show that this layer can be peeled off and repositioned as necessary.
There are grid lines on the backing to help you align the protector to your phone.
Once aligned, gently press the backing down onto the screen.
You may smooth out any large bubbles formed.
To adhere the rest of the protector, you will need the squeegee.
Use the felted side.
Position the squeegee as shown.
Lift tab 2.
Slide the squeeguee across the surface of the screen, applying even pressure.

Slide the squeeguee across the surface of the screen, applying even pressure.
Gently press down the sides of the protector.
Follow the curvature of the phone edges.
Push out any remaining bubbles at this point if necessary.
Smaller bubbles will automatically come out within 24 hours.
Finally, peel off the top layer to reveal the Hydrogel Protector.
