English Tip in One Minute for Russian
Speakers' where each week I talk about,
in detail, one common English mistake
made by Russian speakers as they try
to learn English. This is video number 40.
As I'm still fond of saying, good for
you for working to try to improve your
English. In this video -- or in all these
videos -- I show you a slide, and on the
slide there are two sentences: One is
the correct way a native English speaker
would say it, and the other is the wrong
way that many Russian speakers who are
learning English say it. Your task is
to decide which one is correct. Read the
sentences, think about the answer, pause
the video if you have to and we will
talk about the answer in the slide that
follows this slide.
Okay, so hopefully you got that correct and if
you didn't, it just means you have to
study more. You're in a....the same
situation as many other Russian English
language learners out there. To start
you on the path to correcting this
mistake, I've given you three sentences
to study from. Again, study the
sentences in their entirety, review them
constantly and put into practice
constantly what you've learned through
writing or speaking or both, and
eventually you'll get it.

For the bag, you can have different drawing on it to make it looks even more prettier,
you may as well consider to use glitter glue.
When you glue the bag, make sure you do not glue it too inside or out of the dress.
Use a ribbon to tie the bag.
You can have different colors and even different dress shapes for the bags.
For this one, I used 2-sided tape instead of ribbon.

Today, we are going to make a handsome gentleman gift bag.
Get a hard card paper with the color you like, then draw the pattern on the paper.
I have drawn it in advance and labelled down the numbers.
Cut the pattern out, be careful coz not all lines on the paper are to be cut some are
to be folded.
It would be broing if the shirt is in the same color with the coat, so I picked pink
to be the shirt's color as I like it.
Cut only those lines I pointed, don't cut the 2 triangle edges as they are for folding.
For the shirt, you can have different variations you like, you can have bow tie or tie, dotted
or with stripes.
Also, draw a pocket on the coat.
Glue and assemble the gift bag.
And you have a gentleman gift bag!
You can have differnt colors combinations, and you can even make tuxedo version for wedding!
