Hey guys, this is sweetfoodstudies and this is my well first youtube video ever and I'm starting off

with a series called Biology notes for the 'gram

as you saw

the title, and obviously it's not just for the gram, but whatever.

So in this video, I'll be talking about my situation here, and the stuff I'm using

to take my notes.

so I'm taking ap bio next year and I heard the class was pretty hard because there are a ton of facts

you have to memorize and other whatnot, so hopefully my notes would somewhat

help, but I just want to put out there that there are a TON of details in ap biology,

and my notes at this moment will not cover everything –they are just meant to summarize

the chapter I have just read.

Maybe next time, I'll create more detailed notes and stuff but that'll be in the

very very future. Moving on, I'm gonna show y'all the materials I'll use for this series.

So, first off, the most important thing is the textbook, which is practically 99% of

where I get all my bio info from, and this is Campbell Biology Edition 11, and it's

the newest and priciest one.

I got this textbook cuz I've read many articles

and they recommended this book,

however, it has been known to be a bit wordy.

I bought the well loose leaf edition because it was like fifty dollars cheaper, and if

you need to study one chapter somewhere other than home, you can easily take out the pages.

One downside is you might lose some pages, and they are prone to ripping, as seen here.

Next, is the stationary I'll use to make my notes.

First off, I'll be using my papermate flair pens and I really like these because they

make your notes look nice and bold, and if you have neat handwriting, they'll look

really really nice.

However, I wouldn't recommend using these for taking notes at school because they tend

to bleed through the pages quite easily; just use them for supplemental notes if you think

your school notes look to boring, which I mean, sometimes for me they do

Next, I'll be using these Zebra Sarasa Push Clip Gel pens, which was a gift my friend

gave me.

I'm REALLY sorry that thes pens look absolutely disgusting because they haven't been under

the best care, but they still produce a really nice, soft color.

These colors are really aesthetic in my opinion so I would recommend these if you were to take your own notes in the future.

Finally, I'll be using one of the most

generic art tools and that is color pencils and I

don't really need to talk about these cuz everyone uses them.
